Ok so what happend is on the account lennieiseenpen@gmail.com on google photos i wanted to show some photos to my family right and the photos were blank and showing no image and so i tried sending them over to a different email which is this email and it didnt send the photos i wanted to show and i didnt make a backup and so i think the photos are now gone forever so is there like a way for me to fix this or for the google support team/group to restore these pictures

If nothing is there, try the other account.
If nothing is there also, it is hopeless.

I tend to agree with you. If you don't have the Snapseed app, you might find it useful.
Snapseed has both Rotate and Flip (within the Rotate menu).
Snapseed has a number of interesting editing tools (I like the perspective feature).
Snapseed is free and integrates well with Google Photos. It is a Google app.

Why o why you were making it so difficult?
This will take time.
Say account 1 is your main one because it also is used for Gmail and maybe for documents on Drive.
Then setup a temporary partnersharing for account 2 with autosave switched-on.
After a week break the sharing and repeat the same for account 3 etc.
Albums will not get transferred
Thereafater you can skip accounts 2 to X and that also means that any albums or individual photos that were shared will get lost for the viewers. So if valuable, you may need to warn the viewers that they should download them before they disappear.

To bring back the pics to your phone's gallery, either, you can download photos one by one.
Regrettably, there is no option to do so on a batch of photos.
Alternatively, you can install the Google One app there is a one time option to restore up to two hundred most recent photos to the device.
However, the local folder structure can not be restored.
To do so, there is no requirement to join Google One, the option is available to everyone.
However, the method may not be effective to recover something when the count is more than two hundred.
Or, you can arrange for a bulk download by visiting the link https://takeout.google.com/
Select the Google Photos app for data download.
Once the file is ready, you will get an email. Access that & unzip all the attachments into your phone's gallery.
That will bring everything to your phone.
