I suggest you contact Google Pay to know the reason why net backing can't be used.

No ok if NetBanking is not working then my question is that if I will pay through debit card for one month whether it will continue for successive months.i want this subscription only for one month

Answer:

Hi,  Parul Bharti

Thanks for your reply

However, can you clarify the purpose for subscribing only for a month?

Do you want the additional storage? Or are you looking for only the extra editing features available with Google one subscription?

Answer:

Hi,  Parul Bharti

Thanks for your reply

I suggest you arrange for a takeout

Visiting the link https://takeout.google.com/
Select the Google Photos app for data download.
Once the file is ready, you will get an email. Access that & unzip all the attachments either into your phone's gallery or a desktop PC

That will eliminate the need to have extra space on Google Drive.

In 'photos.google.com/quotamanagement' I can see that Google Photos is consuming space from my 15Gb quota. Around 450 Mb.

How can I free up that space, without deleting all the photos+videos in there? I want to delete only the files consuming those 450 Mb, and nothing else.

I've done 'Recover storage' in the settings, to compress all items in original quality, but nothing changed.
I've read a lot of instructions from google support, but they are useless. Most of them just end up in google drive interface where I can not see any photos at all. Even if I could, the gdrive is not the problem.

Answer:

Hello AR3000,

There is no current method to see which photos are using storage unless they are over 5MB and appear in the Large photos section.

If you have any thoughts about these changes please reach out to Google using the feedback option--> Leave Feedback (click here to see full article)

We are advised that this feedback goes directly to the Google Photos team and is used in management reports to drive the roadmap for new or modified features. Unfortunately it is a one way process.

Answer:

Thank you for the answer. At least I won't waste more time trying to find which photos are the culprit. Unfortunately nothing appears in 'large photos/videos' section, so I guess that the files are smaller than 5MB.
I will leave feedback to google. It is a completely ridiculous situation. Between thousands of photos, I do not know which ones are wasting the storage. I would understand if GPhotos was the academic project from some student. But Google really wants to commercialize this solution as something that helps manage and organize your photos and videos.

My "Free up space" feature isn't working. It shows how much space i need to free up but doesn't work. When I hit the button to free up space, it's not freeing up space. I have more than enough storage space to support the transfer.  This number keeps going up and it's not allowing me to free the space. I've made sure the app was updated as well. I've tried with and without WiFi.

I am trying to recover the photos I deleted permanently yesterday.kindly help I have just realize I have lost the person in the pictures with me I just wanted to store his memory forever  thanks I'll be waiting for your response

Answer:

Hello pheny nancy,

Please review the following information in case there are any options you haven't yet tried.

1. Check your online account - photos.google.com
If your photos were successfully uploaded to your online Google Photos account they may be available there. Try visiting photos.google.com and searching for them. If you have more than on
2. Check the trash - photos.google.com/trash
Once you delete photos from your Google Photos account, they're moved to Trash for the next 60 days. If you deleted them by mistake you can always restore them from the Trash folder within those 60 days. Here's the link explaining how to recover them from Trash. If you have more than one Google account, check the trash for all of them.

If you accessed the Trash and manually sent the photos for permanent deletion, or if the 60 days expired, there is no way to recover them from Google Photos

3. Review other options
  • if you previously used Picasa, visit picasaweb.google.com and search for your photos.
  • have you made any backups of the photos on your phone, camera, computer, or elsewhere?
  • there is a small chance that you can restore the photos using a recover deleted photos app (Android). I haven't used them myself so have no specific recommendations. There may well be more app options if you visit the appropriate app store and try other search terms. I don't see any similar apps on the iOS store, but you could check yourself.
  • you can contact the Google Drive support team to see if any deleted files may be recovered. Use the Google Drive contact form, click Missing or deleted files, select a contact option, and be sure to tell them you permanently deleted files in Google Drive.
  • If you ever shared the photos with anyone else, it's possible they may have a copy they could share back or send to you.
 Thanks.

Question: Recover permanently deleted photos and videos

Recover permanently deleted photos and videos

Hi, Boga keerthi

Welcome to Google Photos Community Support Forum & thanks for your query.

However, once a user deletes something permanently despite a warning message or allows the content to time out in the bin, Google doesn't maintain any backup.
There is no way to get back the content through Google Photos.

Nevertheless, you may install to your Android device a deleted photo recovery app (be sure to not pick one that requires rooting) https://play.google.com/store/search?q=recover%20deleted%20photos&c=apps;
and run a scan for anything to recover.

I've uploaded lots of photos before June 1st in Normal quality which didn't affect my 15GB storage. Yesterday i changed the settings to orginal quality as both original and normal quality is affecting the 15GB storage but my old photos which I've uploaded already in the free storage started re-uploading again in the 15GB storage in the original quality. I was thinking that the photos which I upload hereafter will go into the 15GB storage in original quality but my bad all the old already uploaded photos started uploading again, filling my 15GB space.... It's very much frustrating to see my 15GB getting filled by my old already uploaded photos.... Is there any way to stop this and revert my action and make only the newly taken photos upload in the original quality and fill the 15GB leaving all my photos in the normal quality in the free storage cap ... Question: Deleted bin photos recently before 60 days

I need my recent delete video before 60 days

Hello Buruntah Bothi ,

If you have uploaded photos on google photos and deleted it please take a look at the below info.

Following is text from the official Google Photos Help page about deleting and restoring photos and videos:

Restore photos & videos
If you deleted an item and want it back, check your trash to see if it’s there.
  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Photos app .
  2. At the bottom, tap Library  Trash .
  3. Touch and hold the photo or video you want to restore.
  4. At the bottom, tap Restore. The photo or video will be back:
    • In your phone’s gallery app
    • In your Google Photos library
    • In any albums it was in
If the item is not in your trash, it may be permanently deleted.
    Important:
    • If you delete a photo or video that’s backed up in Google Photos, it will stay in your trash for 60 days.
    • If you delete an item from your Android device without it being backed up, it will stay in your trash for 60 days.
    • If you see a photo or video in Google Photos that you think you deleted, it might be on a removable memory card. To delete it, use your device’s gallery app.
    Empty your trash
If you see a request to "Delete permanently" when you try to move an item to trash, your trash is full. Your trash can hold 1.5GB.

Important: If you empty your trash, you permanently delete any items in your trash.

Don't see the photo or video?
If a deleted photo or video isn't in trash, you can’t restore it. You won't be able to restore a photo if:
    • You moved it to trash more than 60 days ago.
    • You moved it to trash, then emptied your trash.
    • You permanently deleted it from your trash.
    • You permanently deleted it from your device’s Gallery app, without backing it up first.
When you attempt to manually empty the trash bin in Google Photos, a warning message box appears that explains you are about to permanently delete those pictures and videos. If you choose to proceed anyway, there is nothing that any of the volunteers in this forum can do to help you recover your pictures.

The information on the following Google Photos Help pages will help you become more familiar with finding, deleting, and restoring your pictures:

If you deleted pictures or videos that were not previously backed up to your account through the Google Photos app, then unfortunately there's nothing that Google or any of the volunteers in this Help Community can do to recover them.

Files that existed only on your phone, ones that were never uploaded to the cloud, cannot be recovered or restored by a cloud storage service. Simply put, Google can't help you recover files it never had in the first place.

    Thanks.

      Thanks.

Question: How do I move photos to computer

How do I add photos form phone to computer

      Hi, Joshua Evans 8190

Welcome to Google Photos Community Support Forum & thanks for your query.

The easiest way to do so is by connecting the phone to the PC through the USB port. Then, the contents on the phone will be visible in the explorer, allowing you to copy that.

However, since you have posted the query in the Google Photos forum, here are the answers relevant to that.
But, to do so, you have to ensure all the pics are on cloud storage.
      • Enter the link https://photos.google.com, log into your account & then download the pics one by one. Alternatively, you can select multiple pics through the combination of mouse & shift keys.

Select the Google Photos app for data download.
Once the file is ready, you will get an email. Access that & unzip all the attachments into your phone's gallery.

How can I separate what Google photos is considering to be a burst shot? I have multiple pictures grouped together that are not even taking the same day or say pose. In fact they are completely different pictures.

Please help me figure out why photos grouped them and how to make them individual pictures again

      Answer:

If doesn't look like any of the regulars know and I can only add a few observations.
If these have been copied to the device it could be that copy dates are so close it is fooling the app into thinking they are a burst.
You can select each one in turn and use the 3 dot Add to album where they will be visible as separate copies.
The only other choice is to give feedback in the app and include logs in the hope that they take a look and fix it.

      Answer:

Figured it out. I had to edit each picture separately then selected save as copy.  The app did not group the copies together and I was able to preserve each picture prior to deleting.

Question: How can i join two different pictures to form one

To edit two photo to become one

      Hi, vis clo

Welcome to Google Photos Community Support Forum & thanks for your query.

You can make a collage to put the pics side by side.

However, if you are looking for merging the two pictures, then regretfully, there is no such provision in the editor available in Google Photos.

You will have to look for some proprietary photo editor to do so.

      Question: Permanently deleted photos

I want my accidental permanently deleted photo after 60 days

      Hello Sufiyah Jawed,

       Thanks.
