In particular, I am keen that once i delete a picture from my file explorer on my desktop it automatically also deletes the picture on google.photos (and vice versa). There can be multiple reasons for the video not producing any audio.
  • You may not have allowed your camera app to access the microphone on your device.
  • The audio codec encoded by the camera app may not be compatible with Google Photos.
  • You may have muted the video, or the volume may be too low.
Can you verify these possibilities?
 
Nevertheless, can you try installing some different video player app like VLC & see whether that outputs the audio?

Do you have a way to use Google Photos service on Desktop in off line? I know I can sync the photos and videos to Google Drive. But, It does not enough to use.

I'd like to keep the full sphere photos with Google Photos service. If I could have an off line feature to display full sphere photos and that will be very efficient and effectiveness when I demonstrate to others.

If there is a feature already, Please kindly advice me. I know how to use Android. No worries about it. But, I need to know the Desktop service to display full sphere photos efficiently.

Google Photos can't work off line - that's all there can be said about. 

So you need to download your spheres for showing them in some appropriate viewer.

Archiving hides a pic from the gallery view.
However, that doesn't stave off visibility in albums.
 
You may add the video to the locked folder if you have received the update.
Here is the help desk article explaining how to use the locked folder.
 
 
Nevertheless, the pics in the locked folder remain on the device only. 

The app will remove that from everywhere, including cloud storage. If you forget the pin, lose the device, or factory reset your phone, you will lose the content forever with no option to recover that.

"Free up space" is intended to delete photos from your device, but only when the photo is uploaded to Google Photos cloud (https://photos.google.com/). Do you see them there ? 
 
You can download some back to your phone. See   Download from Google Photos to (mobile) device

The photos that are deleted from your device (to free up space) should still be available in the web app https://photos.google.com/. You can download all or a selection back to your device.
 
At least: that's how it should work, but you are not the first to complain that photos got lost after using "Free up space". I asked other "Product experts" (volunteer users trying to help) but honestly we have no answer  when the photos are really gone. We can only try to help to find them. You can search in these places (in all your Google accounts if you have more than one):

  • If you want custom order, Drag and drop the images wherever you want.
  • Click on "Tick" icon to save the order.

Permanently deleted usually means forever since that is what permanent means, However, its a long shot, but if not deleted too long ago you can try using the steps outline here.

  • "Backup & Sync" is off.
  • "Background activity" for Google Photos is disabled.
  • Power saver mode was enabled.
  • Some other third party app like "clean master" is stopping Google Photos's background activities.
Any one or all of the above is the reason for sync not happening. Please cross check these cases and do the necessary changes.
