That is not caused by Google but by that game. But if you have included that folder for syncing, they also will be uploaded to Google Photos - how stupid can it be????

I’m sorry, but it’s not possible to recover photos permanently deleted from the Google Photos Trash. 
 
I would recommend that you contact the Google Drive support team to see if any deleted files may be recovered. Just open the Google Drive https://support.google.com/drive#topic=14940&contact=1 contact form, select a contact option, and tell them you permanently deleted files in Google Drive and would like to recover them.

I instlled new one instead and i want to download or synce all the photos i backed up to google during the last years. the only way i found is download some of them or albums i created but there wasnt any way to download everything to the computer. please help me. I don't want my photos stay only on cloud.

There are a couple of options
1) Use Google Drive's Back Up & Sync software to download the My Drive > Google Photos folder. This will download your photos in the hierarchy as they show in Drive (by year, and possibly by month- some people have month subfolders and others do not). If you do this, I'd recommend then copying the photos to another location once they're downloaded and turning off sync for this folder- or if you do want to leave it on, be sure to NOT add new photos to these folders. Up syncing photos in the My Drive > Google Photos folder won't show up in Photos.
2) Use Google Takeout, you can deselect all products except Google Photos. This will download your photos in folders based on your albums, but might also include some random date albums. You can see all the "albums" before you download if you're curious, you can also go to https://get.google.com/albumarchive/ to see the "albums" it detects.

Helpcenter does not answer any question I have. I need to remove my account fromgoogle photos and am unable to. I never linked my account and now my Google photos is taking up all of my storage on Google. I tried to delete photos but the photos would've been deleted from my phone too, which is BEYOND STUPID. Removing my google account from the app is not even an option for me, as that button does not show up. 

I DO NOT WANT OR NEED GOOGLE PHOTOS. DELETE MY ACCOUNT AND PHOTOS FROM MY GOOGLE PHOTOS.

Sorry we are volunteers here and don't have access to your account or data.
 
(Excerpt):
The safest way to delete from Google Photos is to delete the Google Photos app and delete the photos at https://photos.google.com/  or in bulk at https://photos.google.com/search/_tra_ where they are sorted by upload date.

The camera roll photos will not be affected.
If you need to reinstall the app do not enable Back up & sync.
 
It is always a good idea to store important images in more than one place / tool.  My photos are in Google Photos, on my laptop, and on multiple external disk drives (not connected to any computer or network).  It is easy to back up the photos on your phone to a computer with your Lightning Cable.

After having to reset my phone I noticed that when I send a photo or video to the trash can, suddenly it now says 
"Delete this item from device and Google photos?"
It says it like it's a question but your only choices are you continue or cancel.  I don't want to delete the photos from my Google photos, just from my device.  I've searched all over for the way to change the setting back to how it was before and the only solution I've found was to tap the triple stacked dots which opens up options in Google photos.  That however defeats the purpose of having a delete button not to mention it adds up in time after a while   How or where do I find the setting that changes it back to a normal delete from device only?

Very unlikely, but we need much more details what you may have done or changed, to give any advice. 

Probably you are just looking in the (new?) Photos-app which is organised in a different way then a classical Gallery, because it show merely what you have stored at Google and Google will created a couple of example albums on Places and Things for the ease of searching. That's all.
