I find you are using a dual sim handset.

The phone manufacturers use some tweaks to allow the users to set up two versions of WhatsApp etc.

However, that confuses the Google Photos app.

 

You can try after deleting two instances of any app.

However this month no such email went out and the prints were ordered without me being able to go through them, subsequently all the pictures that were printed were terrible. I haven't been able to find any information on this so I cancelled my subscription to avoid this issue for now.

Here in the Photos group we are all volunteers without access to anybody else's data or accounts.. I am not sure if there are people with special capabilities in the Account Help group but they are the experts on your situation.

 

It is always a good idea to store important images in more than one place / tool.  My photos are in Google Photos, on my laptop, and on multiple external disk drives (not connected to any computer or network).

I am getting a random, strange photo syncing issue on Google Pixel where it will randomly sync a photo to the wrong account, then I can't undo it.

* I have a Google Pixel 3 and am using Google Photos.

* I have two google accounts added to Google Photos under two different GSuite domains I own and control.  One domain is for personal and one is for work... examples for here:  me (at) personal.com and me (at) work.com

* I have the "backup" settings set to go to me (at) personal.com -- so by default all photos go to that account

Randomly an image or two will sync into the me (at) work.com account -- I don't know what causes this, it's rare and random.  I do not ever change the backup settings.

I went to the WEB page side and I tried to "share" the photo from the work account to personal -- but I never get the share request on my personal account -- it says it was sent but it never shows up.

I then tried to "download" the photo from the work account and upload it to the personal side, the upload functions but then the photo never appears - when I click on the uploaded photo in the dialog, it doesn't show.

I then tried to delete the photo on the work side, thinking there was some kind of strange conflict -- and upload it to the personal side -- same issue. 

I then re-uploaded it to the work side, and it re-appears on the work side.

Now today I tried to share some photos that I noticed looked like work photos from the personal side to the work side -- the email appears in my work account, but when I click on it google says something like "error the link does not work"... yet if I click on the link within my personal account (that did the share), the photos appear.  It's like they are sharing only with the account that is sharing.

It's the strangest issue and it's only started in the last few months... but now it is getting worse.

I tried to reach out to GSuite support but they said they do not handle google photos.

Anyone else experiencing this??

I have exactly the same issue except that I have two personal accounts on the phone and one business account. The reason for the two personal accounts is that one is my google voice account and the other one I use for everything else. 

When google photos uploads to the second personal account, it tends to upload a consecutive sequence of images.

Forget about her, create a nice album on Google Photos and select that via the Chromecast-option in the Home-app and then go to Ambient-settings under the 3 dots right-up and then to Google Photos. 

You may start with their automatic selection to get an idea. 

For creating albums see this link but keep it simple and restrict to about 1000 max (no movies included).
