@Minakshi, it looks like you'd want to download the photos from your Google Photos to your device. If yes, please follow the below steps to do so:
  • On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Photos app .
  • Select a photo or video.
  • Tap More.
  • Click Save to device. If the photo is already on your device, this option won't appear..
@Sankar, could you please confirm if you can find out the photos through the web version of Google Photos? 

If not, I recommend checking the below options to find out the videos:

You can hide people 
To hide or unhide a person please follow these steps.
  • Tap the search icon at the bottom .
  • Tap view all to see the thumbnails of all the persons in people & pets.
  • Tap the three dots at the top right corner 
  • Tap on the menu "Hide & show". Please note this menu works like a toggle. If you tap once, the hidden faces become visible. If you tap a second time, then all hidden persons hide again.
  • Now you will see all the hidden persons with a symbol of eye & a slash across that. 
  • Tap on the eye once. Please note, the eye icon also acts as a toggle. Tap once, the person will be unhidden. Tap a second tome & then the eye will reappear hiding the person once again.
  • Once the eye symbol is gone, the thumbnail of the person will become visible again.

I had been to Windsor Castle today and had captured few pictures and videos. I had already deleted some of the photos that were redundant from my phone - however, since the auto sync & backup was enabled on Google Photos, it had backed up all the photos and videos from today (18th September 2021). Since I had very limited memory left on my Google account, I planned to clean up all photos and videos from today and also cleaned up everything from bin (with the intent to only upload/backup the ones I had shortlisted on my device). When I go back to my gallery, there are no photos from today. Which means, Google had not only deleted pictures/videos from Google Photos but also from my device. I was absolutely devastated looking at this. I tried recovering the deleted files via few recommend apps but none of the apps were able to retrieve the files that were deleted by Google Photos on my device.

These photos and videos are extremely important to me. I beg of you to kindly assist me in restoring all the deleted pictures & videos dated 18th September 2021.

If your phone has enough space to store them temporarily, they can be backupped via the Google Photos app gradually at storage saver quality - you have 15 GB for free if you hardly use Gmail and Drive. 
And after some weeks you can clean-up your phone completely by using the free-up space option in the Google-app. Just in short now.

You are not on a Samsung forum here, so we can't know. 
But if you go into the general settings, you may be able to log-out in your Samsung-account. 
I never have logged-in on my A40 and I never have received these notifications at all.
Good luck but don't shoot the messenger if I am wrong. 
 
PS: you may have been logged-in with your Gmail-account, but the Samsung-cloud does not have anything to do with Gmail and/or Google Photos.

Hello Omaer,
 
Having photos on your device and not in Google Photos is an unstable situation which can only be managed manually with Backup & sync turned off.
  1. Check the app trash to make sure there are no photos and videos mistakenly deleted
    • Empty the trash
  2. tap the account icon at the top right
  3. tap your email address and select Use without an account 
  4. Power down/up or restart the device
  5. Go to photos.google.com and delete the photos
  6. sign in again making sure you are using the correct email
  7. Do not enable Backup & sync
  8. wait until getting photos finishes, could take a while
    • Please wait until it completes leaving the app open and plugged in if necessary.
  9. For future uploads, open the photos on the Photos tab and tap the Upload cloud icon at the top right.
You are now vulnerable to losing your phone and any photos only on the device will also be lost forever.

I just upgraded to 100GB Google One storage and have 95GB free.

I'm trying to upload some photos (original quality) that are probably less that 20GB and fit on the 32GB memory card in my DSLR camera.

Every time I try to upload them, I get this error:

These files range from 7MB to 15MB each.

But free-up space removes all photos which have copies at Google, so the app has to ask permission to remove these pictures from iCloud also. Thereafter they can be found back in the recently deleted folder in the Apple Photos app, so you can recover some important photos back into local memory. 
But because your modern iPhone has enough space, it makes no sense to use the free-up space function. However: even with enough space, there will come a day that you have no space anymore. 
And then you need to start to delete all from 2020 in the Apple Photos app.

You can print the png file into a PDF document through these steps.
 
To convert a picture to PDF, please tap to open that & slide up.
AT the rightmost edge below the picture, you will find an option to print. Tap on that.
Then, it will show all the available printer. A print to PDF option will be there by default.
Select the right size of paper, margins etc & tap print.
That will save the picture as a PDF.
 
Also, you can paste the PNG file into a word doc & create a word file.
