Google Photos never uploads the same picture multiple times.

What we see as duplicates have some differences in file format or metadata.

Additionally, if you have activated Raw + JPEG capture or bracketing in your phone app, that would create duplicates.

 

Regrettably, Google Photos doesn't provide any means to remove the apparent duplicates. You have to search those manually.

 

However, you will find some tips in the following article on how to avoid duplicate photos & how to remove those.

I am trying to send a photo book as a gift. When I go to check out, it tells me "Your payments profile is currently suspended because some information on your account couldn't be verified [OR-HDT-09]." I followed the link and followed the steps/sent the required documents to verify the information they requested.

After 24 hours, I received a response about verifying the full legal name of the recipient of the photo book and their relationship to the account holder (me). I responded with that information. After another 24 hours, I receive another message, "At this time, your account has been escalated to a specialist team for further review. Please note that until we have verified the details on your account, you may not be able to access certain Google services (Play, Google Ads, AdSense, G Suite, etc.).

Why is it so difficult to send a freaking photo book as a gift? Of course the recipient and shipping address is different than my account information. IT IS A GIFT. There's even a line for a gift message, so they obviously intended for these photo books to be able to be sent as a gift. Why does Google make it impossible? Does this mean every single time I want to send a photo book as a gift, I have to go through a 3+ day process of verifying who the recipient is? Also, why is it any of your business what my relationship to the recipient is? What if someone wants to send a photo book to their mistress or their long-lost cousin? Why is that any of Google's business? 

This is so incredibly frustrating. I am trying to send a gift and I'm now delayed 3 days. Who knows how much longer this is going to take? I've resorted to using another photo printing service, but I would really like to understand what Google's issue is and how this can be resolved for future purchases. I pay for Google Photos, so I would like to be able to use all of their services. But you are making it so impossibly frustrating that I'm tempted to just cancel my Photos account too.

If you have thar picture in your mail, you can download that attachment file to your computer and then you can choose Print via the filemanager for that file on your own printer. 

Then will get settings for papersize etc. as usual.

PS: use photopaper for good quality unless it just is a print for a temporary use.
