Thanks for posting in the Google Photos Help Community!

You can create a softcover or hardcover photo book with the photos uploaded to an album in Google Photos. To start with, you'd need to add photos to an album in Google Photos in order to create a Photo book. To add photos to an album, please follow the below steps:
  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google Photos app .
  2. Sign in to your Google Account. 
  3. Touch and hold a photo, and then select the photos you want in your new album. 
  4. At the top, tap Add .
  5. Select Album. 
  6. Optional: Add a title to your new album. 
  7. Tap Done . 
Once you've created the album, I'd suggest you follow the below mentioned steps to create the Photo book:
  1. On your iOS device, open the Google Photos app .
  2. Sign in to your Google Account.
  3. At the bottom, tap Albums. 
  4. Select an album.
  5. At the top, tap More  Create photo book.
You may also want to go through this Help Center article which talks about creating Photo book in Google Photos.

The autobackup is private and can't be shared - so that maybe the reason for the error message. 
But if you did not change your Google account since years, these old pictures also should be visible in the Google Photos app deep down. 
Come back to tell what the exact situation is, because it may be a lot of work to get this right.

It hardly is possible to share from https://get.google.com/albumarchive, but it is possible to individually download some important pictures (if found under the Autoback-cover) to your computer and then attach these files to a normal mailmessage. 
But if you want to transfer all, you will have to follow a complex procedure. 
So I repeat my question: did you found back these pictures deep in the library-stream of your actual https://photos.google.com

If you don't answer and make clear what you saw and want, it is hard for us to explain what to do best.

You can do this in a reasonable comfortable way like a shared Google Sheet on Drive: 


Then you should create an album on Google Photos for these pictures, but be aware: that album only can be sorted on date & time taken, not on any other more logical order. 
Then you are able to insert a selected picture directly in a spreadsheet cell like shown above and you need to type additional information in other cells in this row. 

But it still will be a very timeconsuming job, so good luck.

Sorry, there is no better way. 

Besides: apart from the digital picture-files there is not much relevant data for your purpose apart from date & time of shooting and the gps-location (if registered). 

Text-description typed in Google Photos are not embedded in the files like official captions and only can be downloaded via Take-out and that makes your situation even more complicated.

If you delete a photo on your phone, the OS will mark the space as available. 
Some phone makers provide trash on the phone & the pics may remain there for some specified period. You will have to look into the phone's documentation.
If not, then the OS needs something to write, then the space marked such will get used up.

Check the Apple setting for Google Photos to make sure Background App Refresh in turned on, then enable Backup and leave the device plugged in with the app open to make sure progress is being made. There is no option but to wait patiently until the process is finished, especially if you have iCloud enabled with Optimised settings which will make the numbers go up and down as the original photos are pulled in from iCloud, backed up, then optimised again.

Deepu, deleted Photos are stored in Trash for up to 60 days, if you delete Photos again from trash, that's two times deletion.
 
Unfortunately, once Photos are deleted from trash there is no way to retrieve them back :(

Google Photos has duplicate prevention, but photos that are edited, or when the metadata are modified will not be considered as duplicate. You will have to try to find what is the origin of the duplicates.
There is no easy way to remove them neither. See How to prevent/remove duplicates for some general info, and do not hesitate to come back when you either found a solution, or have more questions..

I understand that you're unable to view the Google Lens icon in Google Photos on your iOS device. Since, you've already checked the Web & App activity part, I'd suggest you try the following steps which may help restore the Google Lens icon:
  1. Go to your device Settings > General > iOS device Storage.
  2. Select the Google Photos app > tap on Offload App.
Note: Google Lens will work on any device with the latest version of Google Photos. Currently, Google Lens can only be used if your device language is set to English.

If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Google Photos App that may help restore the Lens icon. 

Besides, you may want to go through this Help Center article which would help utilize Google Lens to interact with your photos.
