The Google Photos app acts like a portal viewer showing everything from our phone and also the content backed up to the cloud,
Then, that creates a impression of everything getting backed up perfectly.
However, we need to check the status of backup periodically and look for the messages on "Backup and Sync" menu.
Further, we have to ensure every folder on our device is included in the backup & none shows a cloud symbol with slash.
 
If nothing was backed up to the cloud in the first place, regretfully, there is no way to recover those pics through Google Photos.

After losing my pictures once already, I have to take a step back when it comes to trusting Google with any process again, if I wanted to free up by deleting my pictures I would have done it myself, that is something you can't get back, I really want to thank all you for great suggestions, when I gain some confidence in Google I will cetainly give them a try. Sreelal TS is right - Once you delete them from the trash they are permanently deleted;  they are only recoverable in 60 days if they are still in the trash. You can try a few options that might help recover some but not 100% guaranteed.
  • Contact the Google Drive team and say you want to recover files - click on the contact us option on this link.
  • You can try using a third party photo recovery app at this point to try to recover some of what was lost from your phone - just type photo recovery into the play store and see what options are available. I can't recommend any as haven't used one personally but some people do have success that way.

We, volunteers, are users of Google Photos like anyone else and do not have any extra privileges.
 
Google employees or representatives aren't reading the posts, usually.
 
Further, please understand the dilemma.
If Google follows the practice of maintaining the data even after the user deletes that, then there will be another complaint.
"Google is retaining our data despite I do not wish doing so."
Thus, if you have deleted the data, Google will not go against your wish.
 
Despite this, I suggested a plausible way to recover the data through your phone using some deleted file recovery program. Can you try that?

When you delete a photo in Google Photos it will also be deleted from all synced devices. In practice that are only mobile devices (phones and tablets) since syncing with computers has been disabled. There are however ways to do this:
