I have an album in Google Photos that over the years I have been adding photos to.
Recently when I was editing the album to re-order photos manually, all of a sudden a bunch of the photos No longer show in the Album when viewing the Album from the Web Interface only (chrome).
Tho. when I view from Photos App on my Phone (pixel 3xl) or Tablet (Galaxy tab s6) I can see all the pictures in the album just fine.
I have tried Logging into my account in an Incognito Window and one a different machine and no matter where or how I login from the web interface I cannot see all photos in the album
The Album count shows 467 items from the App as well as the Web interface.
When playing around in the app trying to get the pics to show, if I sort a pic that is not seen on Web to be before in order a pic that is showing on the web it shows up but 'pushes' a photo out from being seen. Like there is a limit of number of photos in the album and its just not showing any pics after that number. but Looking online the Album limit seems to be in the thousands.
Its not really feasible to go back through my entire photo library add all these pics back to a New album because there are way too many to find, and there is no way from the app to Select All to add to a new Album if there is some sort of corruption in this album.

No reasonable explanation possible.
But cleaning-up your browser also may help. For Chrome via Ctrl+Shift+Delete.
Be aware that what you are doing, is very abnormal - so there is no general experience available.

PS: you can try to upload an arbitrary picture from your pc straight to the webalbum: open the album in Chrome and choose Add pictures right-up and select a normal picture in some folder. That picture should become visible in the album at the end and perhaps that action wakes-up the hidden pictures.

But I would suggest to do any re-ordering in the browser - not in the Photos-app because in the app there is a confusing mix between the viewing of local photos and webcopies.

Your Google Account is independent of your phone and number (other than possibly the Recovery Number, but there are different recovery methods).
Most of the account recovery process relies on your account recovery information (such as recovery phone, recovery email and security questions).

When you attempt to manually empty the trash bin in Google Photos, a warning message box appears that explains you are about to permanently delete those pictures and videos. If you choose to proceed anyway, there is nothing that any of the volunteers in this forum can do to help you recover your pictures.
The information on the following Google Photos Help pages will help you become more familiar with finding, deleting, and restoring your pictures:
If you deleted pictures or videos that were not previously backed up to your account through the Google Photos app, then unfortunately there's nothing that Google or any of the volunteers in this Help Community can do to recover them.
Files that existed only on your phone, ones that were never uploaded to the cloud, cannot be recovered or restored by a cloud storage service. Simply put, Google can't help you recover files it never had in the first place.

The amount of free storage space users have with Google is shared between Google Photos, Google Drive, and Gmail. This means that email attachments in Gmail, most pictures and videos in Google Photos, and certain file types in Google Drive will all reduce the amount of available space.
My suggestion is to have your daughter visit the Google One storage page to see her current storage usage. Visit the Google One Storage Management page to view more comprehensive details about the files along with options for cleaning up to create more usable space.
This info should go a long way to helping her figure out what's responsible for using her storage, and how to best clean up the account.

AT the rightmost edge below the picture, you will find an option to print. Tap on that.

The first thing that comes to mind is it's possible that your phone is being manipulated though Google's "Find My Device" service, which could be accessed on a computer. This would require your mom or girlfriend to have access to your Google account, meaning they must know your password or they're using a computer browser where you forgot to log out securely.
To prevent this kind of unauthorized access to your account and manipulation of your devices, I recommend these steps for securing your Google account and data:
- do a security checkup of your account
- do a privacy checkup of your account
- change your Google account password
- enable 2-step verification
- do a security checkup of your account

Thanks for posting in the Google Photos Help Forum.
I understand and I'll be happy to help. It can be possible that the photos weren't uploaded successfully to Google Photos (cloud) and also make sure you're logged in to Google Photos with the same Google Account that you used during the backup. Photos/videos that are not synced or backed up, will still appear in Google Photos and will have this icon 
(which means not synced/backed up) or some photos/videos will also show up with the two arrows in a circle mean backup is in progress.

Often, many of us misinterpret that they are all backed up because the photos/videos show up in Google Photos and we over see the icons on each photo/video. If the photos/videos weren't backed up they cannot be deleted from the Google Photos library nor Trash.
In case, you are uploading a large amount of data (photos/videos), please know that it might take 24-48 hours for the photos and videos to sync across all devices. Please ensure to have 'Backup & sync' enabled on the Google Photos settings while you're backing up your photos and videos. To check is the content is backed up, login in to photos.google.com to checked for your backed up photos and videos.
However, if you're sure they were backed up, I recommend you looking for your video here:
- drive.google.com (under Google Photos).
If a photo/s is deleted from Google Photos, it would go to Trash/Bin for the next 60 days (after deletion). Unfortunately, if the photos aren't found in Trash or deleted from Trash, I'm afraid, you might not find them else where to recover them because Trash is the last resort to retrieve your lost/deleted photos.
Meanwhile, also try uninstalling and reinstalling the Google Photos app on your iOS device and login with the same Google Account to check if this sorts the issue.

However, if you have activated OK Google or Hey Google detection on your phone, the easiest way would be to say, "Hey Google take a screenshot". Then the Google assistant will do the work for you. However, once the screenshot is ready, upload that through Google Photos.
Nevertheless, the following are the standard methods to take a screenshot.

HDR is a camera option to produce regular jpg photos (I think) so it shouldn't affect printing. Is it an issue with you picture mate?

If the pictures that were on your old phone are not visible in the Google Photos app on your new phone, that means those pictures were never actually uploaded or backed up to your account, or you're not logged into the same Google account on the new phone.
They said it was backed up now my photos are gone and I really need them back.
Not sure who you're referring to. Do you mean the salesperson in the store??
The only way to verify for certain that your pictures have been successfully uploaded from your phone to your account in the cloud is to visit the Google Photos website from a computer before you sell, trade in, or hard reset the device. If your pictures aren't visible on the website, then they haven't been uploaded.
If your pictures are not uploaded to your account in Google Photos, the only place those files exist is on your device. Performing a hard reset of that device will permanently erase everything stored on it.
If that's the case here, then unfortunately there's nothing that Google or any of the volunteers in this forum can do to help you recover your pictures. Nobody here has access to your account, photos, videos, or other personal information, and Google can't help you recover files it never had in the first place.
