Hi guys, I've had iPhones since my teens and this is the first time since then thati have gone to an android. It's taken me a few days to transfer everything over, but my main concern is WhatsApp. I cannot find anywhere how to transfer my chats and media to my android from my iPhone. Is there anyone that could help? Google is telling me to use Google drive, this app is installed on both iPhone and Android yet when I go on my iPhone to back my chats and media up to Google drive, it doesn't give me the option. WhatsApp is up to date as . This has really upset me as I have chats and media going back 4-5 years ago and theyre both very centamental and k.srriouslt do not want to loose them.

Suggestions anyone please?

Recently the adding of name label has been very wonky for me. In particular with pets. I thought maybe it would just take a few minutes, but it's been days and this issue has persisted.

I have pictures of a dog and I have labeled her as Molly (Dog). I did this on my phone. This name doesn't show up on the computer at all though. It does not show in my list of people & pets on my computer. 

And if I click on one of the photos that on my phone has that "person" selected, it shows that no one has been added to the photo on my computer. Even though on mobile, it shows Molly Dog selected for the same photo. (Screenshots attached)

Lastly, I'm trying to combine groupings of the same dog together. On my phone it has more pictures of Molly under another face. I've gone into that "person" and tried to add Molly Dog as the name for that person, but it doesn't show me any results. (screenshot attached)

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong or if I did steps in the wrong order (though there's no warning about that). I really want to get this sorted before I work on the other dogs. 

I really don't want to just remove the Molly Dog label and start one on the computer. As hundreds of photos are under Molly Dog. And you can't bulk change the person.

Sometimes it takes a day or two for my recent photos to appear in googlephotos on my chrome browser on my mac but they're instantaneously in my googlephotos app on my phone

My biggest issue is the duplicating of photos occurring all of a sudden. 

Second issue is the delay in syncing.
