I understand and I know how important Google Photos is for you. Please give the below steps a try in a sequence to help resolve the issue:

• Check your internet connection (mobile data).
• Close the Google Photos app and re-launch it.
• Sign out and sign back in to Google Photos with the same Google Account.
• Clear App data:
• Open your device's Settings app (not the Google Settings app).
• Touch Apps.
• Select Google Photos in the list.
• Touch Clear data.
• Update the Google Photos app on your Android phone:
• Visit the Google Play Store.
• Open Google Photos.
• Touch on Update.

1. Open the photo you want to edit.
2. Tap Edit   Crop.
   • To crop the photo to different aspect ratios, like a square, tap Aspect ratio .
   • To change the photo's perspective, tap Transform . Drag the dots to the edges of your desired photo or tap Auto.
   • To rotate a photo 90 degrees, tap Rotate .
     • To make minor adjustments to straighten the photo, use the dial above Rotate .
     • To automatically straighten the photo, tap Auto.
       • Note: Auto straighten availability will depend on the photo.
3. To save a copy of the photo with your edits, at the bottom right, tap Save.

To unhide a person that you hid before, please follow these steps.

• Tap the search icon at the bottom .
• Tap view all to see the thumbnails of all the persons in people & pets.
• Tap the three dots at the top right corner 
• Tap on the menu "Hide & show". Please note this menu works like a toggle. If you tap once, the hidden faces become visible. If you tap a second time, then all hidden persons hide again.
• Now you will see all the hidden persons with a symbol of eye & a slash across that. 
• Tap on the eye once. Please note, the eye icon also acts as a toggle. Tap once, the person will be unhidden. Tap a second tome & then the eye will reappear hiding the person once again.
• Once the eye symbol is gone, the thumbnail of the person will become visible again.

To merge albums, please follow these steps on your phone.

• Open the source album.
• Select all the pics in that. You can do so by a long press on the first picture & then stroking down the finger while still in pressed condition.
• Once done, tap the + sign at the top.
• Scroll the list below to locate the destination album & tap on that.

All the photos will get added to the destination album.

 

Once done, you can delete the source album.

 

Further, when we add a photo to an album, we merely create a tag.

The photo remains in the gallery only. Hence there will not be any duplication in the destination album.

I have enabled Cinematic feature in memories section of photos settings but when I go to search options and look for cinematic section, no photos is showing. However after enable cinematic features I have captured 5-6 GB of images like human, animal and normal potrait, night sight captures, astro shot and motion pictures.

There is no option to manually apply cinematic feature on particular images which can give 3D kind of effect in the picture. Please enable auch feature to fullest or let me know alternate way to apply cinematic feature on the pictures.

Google photos prevent exact duplicates it might be different in some way like time frame shot etc if you can just compare the about info about this. 

 

If You need to delete it manually there is no feature that can delete all the duplicates, you can try a desktop website which will be easier to narrow down the photos tiles, and select all the duplicates and delete.
