You can extract a still frame from a video through these steps.
  • Tap to open the video
  • Tap once again to make the controls visible
  • Tap the edit icon  at the bottom
  • Tap on the middle to make the frame selector visible.
  • Mover the frame selector. You will see a preview of the frame above the selector. Once you decide about the right frame, then tap on export. 
That frame will get saved as a still photo in your collection

There are multiple ways to move the photos on the phone's internal memory to an SD card. 
However, moving those through the Google Photos app allows retaining the backup and sync aspect.
 
To move the pics to SD, I suggest you follow the steps as outlined here.
  • Open Google Photos.
  • Tab Library.
  • Tap the desired folder under Photos on the device like Camera, Screenshots etc.
  • Select photos by long pressing then, tap others after the tick confirms the first selection
  • To select a batch, you can also long-press and stroke down while still in a pressed condition.
  • Next, tap the three-dot menu at the top right corner
  • Tap "Move to folder".
  • Tap "New SD folder", type a folder name, then tap "Create".
Note that if the photos are already there in Google Photos, this will not remove them from the Photos. Also, even if you do not select the new folder for Backup & sync, any contents thereupon will still be deleted if you delete that using the Google Photos app.

The editor in Google Photos app doesn't have any feature to edit the EXIF data (ISO settings, shutter speed etc.)
 
I suggest you look for a suitable EXIF editor in the play store.

Thankyou,  but I don't actually want to delete the information from my camera...just THS platform of Google Photos. Since there is the option to *hide* location information, I don't see why it is not an option to *hide* all photographing information from potential clients.

You can't hide innocent info about your camera etc. but most viewers will be not interested, apart from the exact date & time which can be important for downloading a selected photo into their own collection. 
But when you open the album that you have shared and choose Options under its 3 dots, you can hide their location-info (maybe off by default already). 
Normally the infopanels should be used by your for typing some relevant information for the shared viewers, so it would be a bit unreasonable to ask Google to hide these panels completely.

There are different types of storage related to photos and your phone.
 
To be sure that it is a Google Photos issue, review the data here:
 
Photos created after June 1, 2021 (and some before may) count against your Google account storage quota.  To review the photos in your account check here (but don't delete anything until you are positive you have safe copies elsewhere). https://photos.google.com/u/0/
 
You might want to review and empty: https://photos.google.com/u/0/trash
As you know, there may be a delay in statistics being updated after the trash is emptied.
 
If the issue is with your iPhone's storage (iOS Settings > General > iPhone Storage, you might want to review and empty the iOS Photos "Recently Deleted" Album.
 
It is always a good idea to store important images in more than one place / tool.  My photos are in Google Photos, on my laptop, and on multiple external disk drives (not connected to any computer or network).

Looks like HEIC files (Apple's live photos), have no sound when played back in Safari. Not sure if this is a Safari issue....or a Google Photos issue. Other videos are played back fine in Safari. So...I'd say it's not a general issue with sound in Safari but rather something specific to these live photos.

Also, the sound of those files works fine with Chrome. Unfortunately, my main browser (at least for now), is Safari. I'd go into more details regarding why I'm not using Chrome by default, but it's not really the topic here. Let's just say it goes through my MacBook's battery like crazy. I don't know what the hell is it running in the background, but if I've got Chrome opened, even if it's not the main app at that moment, I can say goodbye to my battery.

Anyway, let's get back to the topic.

One other issue I've got with live photos playback on web (and this time I am talking about Chrome, since it's the only browser so far to play back the sound of those files, as well), is that the sound playback starts somewhere in the middle of the loop...plays back the remaining part, then it goes back to the beginning and continues in an endless loop. Which, as I said in a previous post (though not directly related to Google Photos), is kind of annoying and I'm not sure how many people actually listen to that loop more than once. To me, it sounds like a broken record, and I would really appreciate a way to have it play back on demand, only once at a time.
But the point remains: is it intended to start the playback of those files not from the beginning, but somewhere in the middle? Cause it doesn't seem right to me... I could be wrong, though.

Tried all of the above. The issue still occurs.

Also, as I mentioned in my previous post, it does NOT occur with Chrome. So, if it's supposed to work on Safari (on a Mac), it doesn't.

Update: those photos don't have sound on iCloud either. Already tried two different Macs with the same result.  So...yeah, definitely a browser issue.

Thank you for your answer! I guess I should contact Apple about it. Kinda funny that their own format doesn't work in their own browser.

Update 2: funny, part 2. Those photos don't have sound in Safari, regardless if they're stored on iCloud or Google Photos (same photos, obviously). But they DO have sound, ONLY in Google Photos, and only in Chrome.

You should have a very compelling reason to change you account (email address). 
  • People, companies, and other organizations use it to contact you (and possibly as a login)
  • You probably have data, such as contacts, documents, and photos stored based on it.
  • Since you are posting here, you almost certainly have images which you would lose or need to migrate...
There are several approaches to migrate images here:
 
Method C is probably the easiest, but it does not move albums.  You could combine Method C (probably first) and then Method B if albums are important to you.
 
Other opinions and ideas are welcome!
 
It is always a good idea to store important images in more than one place / tool.  My photos are in Google Photos, on my laptop, and on multiple external disk drives (not connected to any computer or network).

Restore photos & videos
If you deleted an item and want it back, check your trash to see if it's there.
  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Photos app .
  2. At the bottom, tap Library  Trash .
  3. Touch and hold the photo or video you want to restore.
  4. At the bottom, tap Restore. The photo or video will be back:
    • In your phone's gallery app
    • In your Google Photos library
    • In any albums it was in
If the item is not in your trash, it may be permanently deleted.
