Apparently you have used the default high quality in the backupsettings, and then your 37 GB is not counted by Google until June 1. But if you would have uploaded that amount after June 1, you may have reached your free limit of 15 GB already.

To see what you really have at Google, always check photos.google.com in your browser (also on laptop).

Don't understand either why you did need your browser to sent a picture, because this can be done straight from the Google Photos app. But it depends a bit what you mean with the word "sent".

For some reason never explained, the Photos app on iPhone & iPad can't generate an automatic slideshow - you would need to buy a low cost Android tablet :-)

What I do on my iPad is selecting a picture somewhere in the stream where I want to start, Then there appears a small icon down right and when I tip that icon, I can move my pictures up and down as large as they can be. You can stop this by tipping the X left up.

You can add a person through the following steps.

Tap to open the photo which contains unidentified faces & then slide up or tap the three dots.
If the app had failed to include some faces in that picture, then you will see a prompt "XX faces available to add".

Tap the edit icon at the extreme right edge.

That will show identified faces in square boxes & their thumbnails at the bottom.
Tap on the + sign on each thumbnail.
Then the app will show you all the identified faces till that time.
You can select the right one.

If not, tap the + sign at the top right corner of the screen.
That would create a new grouping altogether.

Once created, the app may take some time to bring all the related pictures to this new grouping.
Otherwise, you can go through the collection & add the photos to the newly created group, manually, through the same steps as described above.

I know how to save my Google Photos album but only with the raw photos in it (with button Download or Takeout procedure).

For one album, I spent long hours inserting separation texts, sorting the photos manually by section and adding comments behind the small "i" = information in the description field.

If I make a mistake by deleting my album, I lose all this work that represents long hours spent building the content of my album.

So, I want to export my final album with photos, texts, descriptions, custom sorts.

Hence my question: how to make a full backup of an album with its characteristics in an unique file that I will put on my PC
