I need to know is there any possibility of hacking my google photos or my google account while no any unknown device is shown at the device list in security tab of google account? Or without recievig any notinotification of an unauthorized accesss?.
Cuz i recently experienced some suspicious activities on my google photos which I cannot remember that was done by me,
      1.have shared few photos with my ex           girlfriend's google account which i             have added previously as the                     partner account and now removed .
         After few months pf removing ,a                 few photos have been shared to                 her account .
     2.Few photos are on trash bin which i havent even deleted ,touched or open,and i havent deleted any phpto from google since 2 months,but there are few photos which have deleted recently in trash bin which i do not know that deleted.

Please help me in this case.

Only people knowing your Uid and password can sign in to your account, and thus to your Google Photos. In case you have doubts you better change the password or install two-step verification (for example you may get a code on your phone).

If they are not (or just a few) on photos.google.com in the Chrome-app, they never have been uploaded to Google - but even if they were, they are private. But your phone (and computer) should be private also. 
Google Photos is not the same as Google Search on the general web. 
But if you don't want to use Google for safety, you should backup yourself somewhere - maybe on your computer and that does not go automatic.

Sorry for the delay, it is in the middel of the night here. 
 
By searching on the forumsite or on the general web, you can find a lot of descriptions about almost everything and you are to vague for me to be able to give good answers. 
 
In this way I found a description from Peterandi about sd: 
  1. Open Google Photos
  2. Tab Library
  3. Tap the desired folder under Photos on device
  4. Select photos by long pressing then tap others after the tick confirms the first selection
    • You can also long press and stroke down to select a batch
  5. Tap the 3 dot menu top right
  6. Tap Move to folder
  7. Tap New SD folder, type a folder name then tap Create
Note that if the photos are backed up to Google Photos this will not remove them from the Photos view and even if the new folder is not selected for Backup & sync any contents will still be deleted if deleted using the Google Photos app.
You should also have a setting in your camera app which saves new photos to the SD card.
 
But what is called "Camera" under Pictures on device are in reality a bundle of folders in DCIM with the camerafolder as the main one. So I would install the Google Gallery Go app, because then I can see these folders separately and then select the most important Camerafolder to do this action. 
 
I can not add more, because I avoid such actions which can cause a lot of unexpected troubles. 
So it is all at your own risc and if you run into troubles, nobody can help you out.

1. Check your online account - photos.google.com
If your photos were successfully uploaded to your online Google Photos account they may be available there. Try visiting photos.google.com and searching for them. If you have more than on
2. Check the trash - photos.google.com/trash
Once you delete photos from your Google Photos account, they're moved to Trash for the next 60 days. If you deleted them by mistake you can always restore them from the Trash folder within those 60 days. Here's the link explaining how to recover them from Trash. If you have more than one Google account, check the trash for all of them.
 
If you accessed the Trash and manually sent the photos for permanent deletion, or if the 60 days expired, there is no way to recover them from Google Photos. 
 
3. Review other options
  • if you previously used Picasa, visit picasaweb.google.com and search for your photos. 
  • have you made any backups of the photos on your phone, camera, computer, or elsewhere?
  • there is a small chance that you can restore the photos using a recover deleted photos app (Android). I haven't used them myself so have no specific recommendations. There may well be more app options if you visit the appropriate app store and try other search terms. I don't see any similar apps on the iOS store, but you could check yourself. 
  • you can contact the Google Drive support team to see if any deleted files may be recovered. Use the Google Drive contact form, click Missing or deleted files, select a contact option, and be sure to tell them you permanently deleted files in Google Drive.
  • If you ever shared the photos with anyone else, it's possible they may have a copy they could share back or send to you.

However, once a user deletes something permanently despite a warning message or allows the content to time out in the bin, Google doesn't maintain any backup. 
There is no way to get back the content through Google Photos.
 
Nevertheless, you may install to your Android device a deleted photo recovery app (be sure to not pick one that requires rooting) https://play.google.com/store/search?q=recover%20deleted%20photos&c=apps;
and run a scan for anything to recover.

There are different ways of sharing:
  • When you "invite" people to view selected photos, you should find them in the "Sharing" tab, where they are merged with photos or albums shared with you, and not always easy to find.
  • When you "invite" people to view an album you will see who was invited on top of the album (under the title), but also under 3-dots > options
  • When you share an album by sending a link, you will only see who "joined" the album, but nobody is obliged to join unless they want to add comments of likes of photos. Anyone having the link can view, but also share further without you know. You basically loose control, and should only share private things with people you trust.

Deleted items stay in your trash bin for 60 days and then are permanently deleted. There is no way to recover them once they are permanently deleted. To recover items from trash before 60 days have passed since deletion:
 
  1. Click "Trash" in the main menu (left in web app - under "Library" on mobile devices)
  2. Find the items to restore
  3. Select items
  4. Click the restore icon in the top right corner

To my knowledge and experience, changing the setting from "Storage saver" to "Original" only works for uploads done after the change. I replaced many older photos as follows:
  1. Add the photos to an album (if not already done). This allows you to keep better control.
  2. Delete all photos, that is 3-dots > Move to bin. Do NOT use "Remove from album"
  3. Upload the photos again 
Honestly: I would not do it, but keep the originals elsewhere.

As you've mentioned that the Camera Photos aren't showing up in Pictures album, are you referring that few of the photos from your camera folder on your gallery aren't backing up to the Google Photos or any album in the Google Photos? 

If yes, could you please confirm if they are actually aren't backed up by checking on the web version of Google Photos?

Also, for the dates issue, check if the issue appears on the web version of Google Photos as well?

Meanwhile, I'd suggest you try the below listed steps one after the other, as one of them should help to fix the issue:

1. Sign out from your Google account and sign in back.
2. Uninstall and reinstall the Google Photos updates. (Go to Settings > Apps or Application Manager > Google Photos app > Uninstall Updates > OK). As long as you have a strong Internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data), your Play Store app will update to the latest version within a few minutes.
3. Try clearing your app data which is the same as uninstalling and reinstalling the app. After you clear your data, sign in and turn "back up & sync" on again.Open your device's Settings app (not the Google Settings app).
a. Tap Apps.
b. Select Photos in the list.
c. Tap Clear data.
4. Restart your device.

Same problem for almost everyone since years and Google is too stupid to make this important function safe for the average user which seem to have no idea about Google at all because they just are interested in their standard gallery and their social media. 

So a simple warning in red letters like: this function will remove almost all pictures from your phone, so thereafter you need to use our Photos-app to view your photocollection would have clear been enough for everyone and almost no one will go on then unless they really need to clean-up completely. 

So you can't be helped without complex actions, but it is not needed to have all back in gallery because you can view them in the Google-app and by pinching two fingers together on screen, you can go to day-view or month-view. And you can share directly from app and create albums which will survive your phone while everything in gallery will get lost on some bad day. 

But for your old comfort, you can install the Google One app for free and then download 200 recent pictures back to your phone - no more. 
Then you also will see them back in your gallery in an album (=folder) named Restored. 

Sorry - just volunteers here who can't prevent these daily drama's if Google refuses to coöperate with us in order to make the app more safe. You can blame them via the feedback option under your profile circle.

Ugly, but I don't know what "smart switch" is doing exactly.  
Without doing anything special, just using the same Gmail-account on your new phone and in the Google Photos-app would have caused no date-chaos in the Google-app, but no old files are copied into the empty storage space at all - so what you see in the app is on cloud only. 
Maybe wise to check photos.google.com in the Chrome-app to see if the dates are correct there, just to be sure that your cloud is okay.

When i did this it deleted album names i had saved that originally existed in google photos itself and added them to other categories, half my album names are missing and my photos are all over the place on google photos in half of the original albums that still exist, but it states in back up and sync all those albums are still there and exist and they have been backed up and synced

I will have to go in over 2000 photos and click on each one so i can find the proper dates they were added, make new albums up for them and add them to the new or the original album out of the half of them that still exist in google photos with incorrect photos in them, as they are classed as being added from yesterdays date
Surely this cannot be right

The short answer is: NO. 
You can share an album. The owner of the other account can:
  1. Select all photos
  2. Add them to a new album
That will create an album with the same photos, but all extra's (comments, likes, text, maps, custom order of photos ... ) are lost.  Descriptions added to the photos are transferred though (but lost when a photo is downloaded).

Regrettably, there is no option to download the photos in bulk.
 
However, you can install the Google One app. There is a one time option to restore up to two hundred most recent photos to the device.
However, that will not restore the local folder structure.
There is no requirement to join Google One. The option is available to everyone. 
Nevertheless, the method may not be helpful to recover something when the count is more than two hundred.
 
Or, you can arrange for a bulk download by visiting the link https://takeout.google.com/.
Select the Google Photos app for data download.
Once the file is ready, you will get an email. Access that & unzip all the attachments into your phone's gallery.
