According to policy after 60 days my photos will be permanently deleted but i did this before 20 days . Then how my photos can be deleted permanently . Needless to say, hope this can be solved as I can imagine how frustrated you must be. An initial question for you is whether you ever recall seeing your images anywhere but on the phone (or similar device) that you used to take the pictures. More specifically, did you ever see your images at Google Photos (photos.google.com) on a browser of your laptop or tablet or other device? If not, though this is no comfort, I know, it is possible that the images were never actually backed up but perhaps merely queued to back up (a distinction that is sadly confusing on many phones and tablets). If the answer is that you have viewed the photos at the Google Photos site, there is an excellent chance that they are there and that you will be able to recover them.

In any case, in searching Google for missing images you should check the following sites (being sure to sign in with the same Google Account you used on the phone or device with which you took the pictures):

If you still can't find the images, I'm afraid that there is nothing that can be done.
 (You might contact Google Drive Support at the Help Icon of photos.google.com, but I wouldn't be optimistic that they will help.)

Scanning is needed when you have an old photo on paper which you need to scan to get a digital image for your collection and for sharing with other family. 
You can install Google Photoscan from the Playstore and that app coöperates with the Google Photos app. The scanapp can correct the usual distorsions caused by a normal photoshoot. Read the instructions before using - else you don't understand its usage. 
Come back if you still want something else.

Two weeks ago i received on Gmail a message letting me know that my space is almosed full, and soonly i will not be able to write or receive any emails, until i free up some space or buy more space.
At that moment i had 27.000 emails in my inbox
i have deleted approximately 25.000 emails so now i have only 1800 emails, but the message that i dont have enough space reappeared .

How is it possible that deleting 25 000 emails not to give me more space to keep receiving or sending emails ?

Please help me understand how it works, and what more do i need to delete in order to be able to keep using Gmail if deleting 25 000 emails didnt mean anything

We are no dear Google Team but unpaid volunteers only :-)
It is neat that Google did send you a warning, but it would have been better to show your actual usage for mail, drive and photos and then you probably would have seen that your problem also is caused by photos. 
Nevertheless: it always is wise to clean-up your mailboxes every year and 27.000 is from years probably. But you should have deleted them in the "All mail" tab (your archive) and then empty the trashbin also - then you certainly would have won 5 GB or more, because mail is much more consuming then you can imagine. 

Please do check this first and then come back with the 3 numbers at one.google.com/storage

Thank you very much for your interest in helping me out! 
The 3 magic numbers are attached below.
On email, even if there are only 1800 emails left, they still seem to occupy a lot ( i had already emptied the trash before writing first time )
While also the Google Photos seem to occupy a lot, as you have pointed.
Here the problem is that if i delete a photo / video from Google Photos, it automatically deletes them also from my phone, which is not what i actually want. Can you advise me how to free up space on the Google Account wothout actually losing my photos from my phone for good ?

Sorry for the delay.
If you really have 1800 mails at the "All mail" tab, you must have a lot of mails with rather large attachment-files and then almost 6 GB is not abnormal. 
See https://one.google.com/storage/management for more details - maybe you can delete most attachments because they are downloaded to computer already. 
 
It is normal that deleting in the Photos-app also deletes the local files because you see the same files. 
But the main point is: do you need to have so many stored at Google at all if you don't use them for sharing with your partner and/or with family & friends. But then you need to use your computer to copy need phone photos everyweek for having safety copies. 
Thus: if you need to go on with Google cloud for Photos, you simply need to pay for more storage. 
But if you don't need that really, you may first try to compress them to storagesaver quality via photos.google.com/settings by pressing the Recover storage button after switching to that quality. 
That's all for the moment. 
Try to have all done this weekend because next week I am not here anymore and then you better can start a new thread.

Welcome to Google Photos Community Support Forum & thanks for your post.
 
Open the album, tap the three dots & then on the option "Remove results".
Then, the app will let you select the pics which do not belong to that person. 
Once done, tap on "Remove".
The pics will vanish from that specific album.

Dear Emma,  I have tryed to get a screen shot of Picassa images before  chosing  one single image and have discoverdd that the 1500 + PICASS images need to be downloaded before I can do anything else.when I  firsted googled search there were numerous enquires about this particular problem I might have coled if I had not kept being messaged that therd was not eneough  storage..It was then I put in the 62gm sd card and still   received message not enough storage.
