Right After Michael Cohen Said Trump's Guilty, Rudy Giuliani Embarrassed Him On Live TV

Yesterday came the not so big news from Michael Cohen that Trump was aware of Don Jr's meeting

with the Russia lawyer – that Trump denies.

First off – who cares if he was?

I hardly think that is a crime let alone an impeachable offense.

Second, without tapes, it is "he said, he said."

And as Rudy pointed out, some has an embarrassing credibility problem.

From Breitbart:

On Thursday's broadcast of CNN's "Cuomo Primetime," Trump legal team member Rudy

Giuliani reacted to reports that Michael Cohen is willing to tell Special Counsel Robert

Mueller that President Trump knew about Donald Trump Jr.'s meeting with Russians prior

to the meeting and approved of the meeting by saying that Cohen has no credibility and

has "been lying for years."

Giuliani said, "I expected something like this from Cohen.

He's been lying all week…he's been lying for years.

I mean, the tapes that we have demonstrate any number of very serious lies by him back

a year and a half ago, including his fooling people, hiding tape recordings, telling them

they weren't recorded, lying to their face, breaking faith with them, taping his client,

which is a disbarrable offense.

I don't see how he has any credibility.

This is basically if you had a trial, and there won't be a trial here, but if you

had a trial, you would say, well, which lie do you want to pick?

You want to pick the first lie, the second lie, or maybe some new lie?

There's nobody that I know that knows him that hasn't warned me that if he's — his

back is up against the wall, he'll lie like crazy, because he's lied all his life."

Giuliani added no one will be able to corroborate Cohen's story because "it didn't happen.

JUST IN Trump Simply Wrecked Robert Mueller – HAVE FUN IN JAIL - Duration: 13:40.

JUST IN Trump Simply Wrecked Robert Mueller – HAVE FUN IN JAIL

Mueller thought he had Donald cornered—but now it's check and mate for Trump.

From day one, the Russia investigation was a sham.

We know there was no collusion by the Trump campaign.

Russia—whatever they may or may not have done—did it alone.

There has never been a shred of credible evidence to suggest Trump or his people worked with

the foreign power.

This entire controversy was started over a bogus dossier with false information.

The dossier was created by Hillary Clinton to slander Trump—with help from foreign

agents, including those in Russia.

So who was really colluding with the foreign power?

This drama only goes on because unhinged liberals want it to.

They truly believe their own lies: that Trump is a Russian sleeper agent hired by Putin

to take down the United States.

Hollywood scripts have more believable plots.

But finally, after over a year and a half of nonsense, Trump is making waves in the

investigation and doing what Mueller thought he would never do.

From ABC News:

President Donald Trump took to Twitter Wednesday to call on his Attorney General Jeff Sessions

to shut down special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into Russian interference in

the 2016 election.

"This is a terrible situation and Attorney General Jeff Sessions should stop this Rigged

Witch Hunt right now, before it continues to stain our country any further.

Bob Mueller is totally conflicted, and his 17 Angry Democrats that are doing his dirty

work are a disgrace to USA!" Trump wrote, in the third of a series of tweets.

The tweet was one in a series of messages in a thread started by the president in which

he quoted lawyer and legal commentator Alan Dershowitz, a vocal critic of Mueller's

investigation.

"FBI Agent Peter Strzok (on the Mueller team) should have recused himself on day one.

He was out to STOP THE ELECTION OF DONALD TRUMP.

He needed an insurance policy.

Those are illegal, improper goals, trying to influence the Election.

He should never, ever been allowed to remain in the FBI while he himself was being investigated.

This is a real issue.

It won't go into a Mueller Report because Mueller is going to protect these guys.

Mueller has an interest in creating the illusion of objectivity around his investigation."

ALAN DERSHOWITZ," Trump wrote in two tweets.

There is a lot Trump can do to end the investigation immediately.

He can, in fact, just fire Mueller.

As an agent of the DOJ, he answers to the president.

There is no reason Mueller should still be working on this case when he's produced

nothing.

So why doesn't the president fire Mueller?

Unlike Obama, Trump doesn't consider himself a dictator.

He isn't interested in abusing his power for his own gain.

He appointed Jeff Sessions as Attorney General.

Trump expects him to carry out his duties properly.

Donald Trump won't bypass that chain of command.

He let the investigation go on for this long, knowing it will vindicate his campaign.

But it's long past the time for it to end.

Trump is now giving Sessions a chance to end it properly.

If he refuses, Trump might take stronger measures.

Regardless of how it happens, this Russian investigation is over.

Mueller's got nothing.

The only trial going forward involves Paul Manafort and crimes he committed years before

the election.

It's time this hoax

was put

to

an end.

BREAKING: TRUMP'S LAWYER JUST SERVED THE CLINTONS – Have Fun In Prison!

Bill and Hillary Clinton have somehow managed to evade prosecution for decades despite committing

numerous crimes against the U.S.

Now that President Donald Trump is in office, however, their days of getting away with their

crimes appear to finally be over.

Breitbart reported that an 11-page indictment was just handed down by a grand jury investigating

possible Russian bribery involving Hillary's Uranium One deal that was negotiated during

her time as Secretary of State in Barack Obama's administration.

The indictment was handed down against Maryland resident Mark Lambert, the former co-president

of a nuclear transportation company involved in Hillary's deal to sell U.S. uranium interests

to a Russian company.

The Department of Justice released a statement saying that Lambert, 54, was charged with

"one count of conspiracy to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and to

commit wire fraud, seven counts of violating the FCPA, two counts of wire fraud and one

count of international promotion money laundering."

"The charges stem from an alleged scheme to bribe Vadim Mikerin, a Russian official

at JSC Techsnabexport (TENEX), a subsidiary of Russia's State Atomic Energy Corporation

and the sole supplier and exporter of Russian Federation uranium and uranium enrichment

services to nuclear power companies worldwide, in order to secure contracts with TENEX,"

the statement continued.

The Uranium One scandal revolves around the partial sale of the Canadian firm Uranium

One to Russia's atomic energy giant Rosatom.

The Obama administration had to approve the sale because it transferred 20 percent of

U.S. uranium stocks to Russia, and at the time, Hillary was on the federal board that

approved the deal in 2010.

In his bestselling book Clinton Cash: The Untold Story of How and Why Foreign Governments

and Businesses Helped Make Bill and Hillary Rich, Peter Schweizer wrote that nine foreign

investors in the deal gave $145 million to Hillary and Bill Clinton's personal charity,

the Clinton Foundation.

At this same time, Bill was paid $500,000 for a speech in Moscow, raising serious questions

about backdoor "pay-to-play" payoffs.

Last month, Attorney General Jeff Sessions ordered the DOJ to re-examine the evidence

in the Uranium One investigation, fulfilling a promise one of his subordinates made to

Congress to take another look at the case.

PRES TRUMP, MICHAEL COHEN COME APART AT SEAMS - Duration: 10:48.

the release of that audiotape between Donald Trump and is one-time personal

lawyer Michael Cohen and CNN's reporting from sources who say Kevin is claiming

the president knew of the Trump Tower meeting has thrown the president's

former fix her back squarely in the spotlight for what he may or may not say

to robert muller but also how he's treated his one-time client Donald Trump

it's a subject of much debate that will take him now between two attorneys were

no stranger to the spotlight themselves in this story Michael avenatti stormy

Daniels attorney and Alan Dershowitz who's emerged as one of the presidents a

defenders at time he's the author of the best-selling new book the case against

impeaching Trump Michael in the past you've called Michael Cohen quote an

absolute criminal thug you've called him a co-conspirator you're obviously an

ongoing legal battle with him on the stormy Daniels case in terms of this

reporting and his claims about the president's knowledge of the Trump Tower

meeting do you think he's telling the truth here well it's a good question

Anderson I don't know if he's telling the truth I think he likely is telling

the truth but the guy has been all over the map for so many months and years

that I think that as a witness certainly there's questions as to his credibility

professor Schwartz if the reporting turns out to be true and that's big if

and the President did know about the meeting and there were other others

present to corroborate Cohen's story isn't that a major problem or is that a

major problem for the president and Donald Trump jr. who between the two of

them have denied the president's knowledge of the meeting nine times oh

it's a political problem to be sure but I don't think it's a legal problem even

if the president knew of the meeting knew exactly the role of the woman who

was there that she was representing the Russian government and even knew that

they were going to go to try to collect dirt that had already been gotten by the

Russians on Hillary Clinton that would be a political sin but it wouldn't be a

federal crime and I think if this is the best that Cohen has to offer

I don't think he's going to be given immunity by the federal prosecutors he

may have to compose and not only sing in order to get that kind of immunity case

this isn't very much from a legal point of view it's a big deal from a political

and public relations point of view but legal

it's a it's a three on a scale of ten maybe well I mean what's also

interesting about Cohen's story on this and again if it turns out to be true

he claims that there are other people present who heard that as well so if

they're under oath you know I guess you know they could back up with Cohen has

to say if in fact that and it turns out and if it turns out there are no other

people that will affect his credibility as well but I think the big picture is

that even if everything he says is true it's not a crime you know in in my new

book the case against impeaching Trump I set out a hypothetical based on this

possibility a hypothetical of even if the president actively sought material

dirt on Hillary Clinton terrible thing but even if he sought it but the dirt

had already been gathered and he wasn't asking them to hack the DNC or do

anything criminal that would not be a crime it would show quote perhaps

collusion but there's nothing in the federal code that makes collusion itself

a crime well professor I mean about those tapes you tweeted yesterday quote

I didn't say Michael avenatti was wrong but that if he's right how did he access

that confidential information talking about there being more tapes he implied

there were more Trump tapes Giuliani says there's only one with Trump's voice

let's see who's right do you stand by that well I don't want to get personal

at all but I think they're it's hard to imagine how he could have lawfully

gotten a hold of those tapes he did according to press reports have a

conversation with mr. Cohn at a restaurant and that raises some

questions because you know you're not allowed to speak to some buddy who's

counseled who has a lawyer and ask him do you want to work together to hurt

Trump so I I'm not I don't know whether that occurred but if it did occur I

think Michael has to do some explaining Michael well Alan let me let me say this

you keep saying you don't want to get personal with me and you keep getting

personal with me including on foxy otherwise well now I'm gonna tell you I

don't appreciate it I'm willing to put up my track record over the last six

months in this case up against yours any day of the week I have been very very

accurate in my predictions and the statements I've made and the facts and

the fact of the matter is on Sunday you expressed considerable doubt as to

whether I knew what I was talking about and within 48 hours

I was I was prudent out let me finish and within 48 hours I was at I said it

was true I said it was true what you're talking about and that's why it needs

some explanation you did guarantee the American public back in May that

president Trump would resign we're watching our watches and waiting to see

if that prediction comes true that's the one prediction that you really staked

your reputation on so your reputation will turn on whether he does resign or

not well Alan let me tell you I'm going to determine what my reputation turns on

not you I've made many predictions that have been - - let me let me finish I've

made many predictions that have turned out to be true and we got two years left

in this president's term and despite the fact that he thinks you write great

books we're gonna see what really happened Michael I want to redo

something that you tweeted back to the professor on Monday you said I'm

awaiting an apology from Alan Dershowitz and others who once again were proven

wrong I stated in late May during the pressure there were multiple recordings

and that was confirmed today unlike others including mr. Trump I don't make

public statements that are false you because it's now the Washington Post did

report there there are about a hundred recordings we don't know the full nature

of those recordings well back on me I think it was 29th Anderson I stood in

front of the federal courthouse and I demanded the release of all of the Trump

tapes and I stated at the time there were multiple recordings and now we know

that there are indeed over a hundred recordings that have been seized and I

also want to go back to something that was said earlier this information on the

Trump Tower meeting that's not the best information Michael Cohen has I can

assure you of that how do you know that you know that was my question how can

you short again I'm not going to tell you how I know these things but you know

what Alan if you want a man to tell the ethics committee that I don't tell that

to the ethics committee if they al are youhow you had a conversation with a man

who was represented by a lawyer and you didn't ask his lawyers permission and

his lawyer is now apparently complaining about that so you're gonna have to

answer some of these questions it's not enough just for you to say selectively I

don't have to answer that question but I will answer that question I'll get my

jacket personality let's now stand I'll have to have a light truth yeah I'll

ensure you Alan you really need to start talking only about things that you know

about as opposed to things that you have known

knowledge about you have no knowledge of the communications that went on between

me and Michael Cohen's representatives long before that long before that no you

don't know what you're talking about Allen long before that restaurant

meeting you have no idea about the communications that went on relating to

a particular or proposed level of cooperation you just make it up as you

go along you need to go so let me ask you to go finish no let hell you need to

go back now you need to go back and concentrate on what invites you're

getting on Martha's Vineyard since that appears to be what you're really good at

well I'm about to head off to a party so I have to leave in a minute but let me

tell you if are you saying specifically that you were given permission by

Michael Cohen's lawyer to have that conversation with him in the restaurant

that's a question you should answer specifically because if he weren't given

permission to have that conversation with Michael Kohn you may have to answer

to an ethics committee about that conversation because I taught legal

ethics for 35 years and I know a lot about legal ethics know one thing I know

is you not allowed to have a conversation with somebody who's

counseled without the specific approval of the client to have that compass of

the lawyer to have that conversations I think you have to explain that meeting

Allen Allen guess who gave me permission Michael Cohen he gave me permission

again that's not enough Mike that's not an alpha no no Ellen once again you

don't know what you're talking about you know what I want to know I want to know

about the relationship between you and Donald Trump I think you ought to

disclose the extent of the relationship how did you get that happy to do it how

did you get that positive book review why is it that you have to do this good

is it that you two appear to be such close friends now and I think you ought

to disclose madam lationship is I've met him three times in my life all three

times dealing with the Middle East I have no relationship with him but you

have to tell you I do know legal ethics and getting permission from a counseled

client or wrong to talk that client is not enough law I can tell you I've been

teaching legal ethics for a long time about that I am 100% Michael let me just

ask you lastly I want to ask you about the the three additional women you say

you're representing you said that they're they're also paid hush money

can you tell us anymore when that hush money was allegedly paid or anything

else about the alleged relationships and in any proof that they happen in 2015

and 2016 and I find it very interesting that we haven't seen a denial from

Donald Trump or Michael Cohen all day I would think that if I was wrong we would

have seen a denial and Alan I feel sorry for the students that you taught legal

ethics to by the way because you didn't teach them the drill they become they

become justices of the Supreme Court judges some of the most important people

America sure they're very much like it I

wish you had been in Mike if you had been in my class you would not have had

that conversation with Michael Cohen right now and I'm sure they're very

proud I'm sure they're very proud of your conduct over the last two years I'm

sure Michael avenatti they are short say oh thank you very

much appreciated

you

Paul Manafort's trial could be bad news for Donald Trump. Here's why - Duration: 3:53.

</form> Donald Trump's former campaign chairman Paul Manafort's trial is underway from today

It's the first trial sparked by Special Counsel Robert Mueller's Russia probe.  But despite Manafort's indictment having sprouted from the investigation into alleged links between the Trump Campaign and the Russian government, the prosecution don't plan to try to prove collusion with Russia in this case

But that's not to say the President's lawyers won't be watching the courtroom very, very closely over the coming days

Here's everything you need to know about Paul Manafort, what he's accused of, and how it could be bad news for Donald Trump Who is Paul Manafort?  Paul Manafort, 69, is a veteran lobbyist, political consultant and a laywer

He spent a decade working for the Party of Regions in Ukraine - the party of disgraced pro-Russian ex-President Viktor Yanukovych - building a deep contacts book in Ukrainian politics

In March 2016 he accepted a role on Donald Trump's 2016 campaign team as campaign manager, a job he held for three months before resigning in August

What is he charged with?  Manafort is on trial in Virginia on tax and bank fraud charges

He faces 18 criminal counts, which centre on allegations that he hid much of the $60 million he earned in Ukraine in undisclosed overseas bank accounts and failed to pay taxes on it

Prosecutors also accuse him of lying to U.S. banks to obtain real estate loans in a bid to fund expensive suits and maintain a lavish lifestyle after his client, Yanukovych, fell from power in 2014 and the money stopped

Manafort has pleaded not guilty to all the charges. Is he facing any other charges?  Yes

He's co-defendant in a trial in Washington DC, where he's charged with money laundering, failing to register as a foreign agent and witness tampering

He's pleaded not guilty to those charges too.  That trial is a lot more likely to focus on trying to prove collusion with Russia

So if this isn't about Russian collusion, why is it important?  First of all, it's a test of Mueller's power

A Manafort conviction would give momentum to Mueller, who has indicted or secured guilty pleas from 32 people and three companies since the probe started 14 months ago

An acquittal would support efforts by Trump and his allies to portray the probe as a "witch hunt

"  Prosecutors have said they will not present evidence of collusion at this trial

But they are seeking provide details of Manafort's work for a pro-Russian political party in Ukraine, raising the possibility that new information about his Russian connections could emerge

Manafort has filed a motion to have details of that work excluded from trial.  U

S. District Judge T.S. Ellis said he plans to rule on whether that Ukraine-related evidence can be included after the jury is selected, a process starting Tuesday morning

A total of 16 jurors, 12 regular and four alternates, were today chosen in the Washington suburb of Alexandria after being screened for potential bias

"Those documents are relevant," Ellis said, referring to prosecution exhibits showing the nature of Manafort's funds, but added that it was not the end of the issue

Donald Trump's Lawyer Gave Robert Mueller Some Very Bad News - Duration: 12:53.

Donald Trump's Lawyer Gave Robert Mueller Some Very Bad News

One question has been hovering over Robert Mueller's rigged witch hunt against President

Trump.

Will Trump sit for an interview with the special counsel and his team of biased prosecutors?

Donald Trump's lawyer may have finally answered that question and what he said is very bad

news.

Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani appeared on CNN's "New Day" for a 45 minute marathon interview.

At one point, he addressed the question of President Trump sitting for an interview with

Mueller.

Giuliani stated that although Trump wants to tell his side of the story, he cannot recommend

an interview because the Mueller team is acting in bad faith.

"I think the odds are against it.

But I wouldn't be shocked because he wants to do it so badly.

And you know, on the negotiations about this, when they respond, they've been reasonable.

And then they don't respond."

"They haven't gotten back to us in 10 days over our recommendation of how to do

an interview.

I am sure they are in bad faith about an interview at that point," Giuliani continued.

In addition to Mueller's bad faith negotiating tactics, the special counsel is facing increasing

scrutiny over his conflicts of interest and the anti-Trump bias that is rampant among

his staff.

President Trump tweeted:

Is Robert Mueller ever going to release his conflicts of interest with respect to President

Trump, including the fact that we had a very nasty & contentious business relationship,

I turned him down to head the FBI (one day before appointment as S.C.) & Comey is his

close friend..

….Also, why is Mueller only appointing Angry Dems, some of whom have worked for Crooked

Hillary, others, including himself, have worked for Obama….And why isn't Mueller looking

at all of the criminal activity & real Russian Collusion on the Democrats side-Podesta, Dossier?

When asked by CNN to describe Mueller's business relationship with Trump Giuliani

said it was up to Mueller to explain his conflict, but he did state the business dispute between

Trump and Mueller was serious enough that if he was the prosecutor and had that type

of conflict it would have kept him out off the case.

"I can't tell you.

I'm not sure I know exactly what the conflict is.

I have a good idea what it is, it's one that would have kept me out of the investigation,"

Giuliani stated.

Reports indicate Trump's accusations of Mueller having a conflict of interest centers

on two issues.

One is believed to be a fight Mueller had over membership dues when the then-FBI Director

resigned as a member of Trump National Golf Club in Northern Virginia.

The second is that Trump interviewed Mueller for the position of FBI Director after he

fired James Comey.

The President passed over Mueller in favor of current Director Christopher Wray.

Trump continues to correctly attack the legitimacy of the Mueller probe.

The entire investigation is based on a fake news hoax that the Trump campaign colluded

with Russia.

And it is being led by Mueller – who the President points out has multiple conflicts

Trump urges Attorney General Sessions to end Russia probe - Duration: 14:06.

President Trump called Wednesday for Attorney General Jeff Sessions to end

special counsel Robert Mueller's Russia investigation right now alleging bias on

the investigative team and complaining about the trial of his former campaign

chairman this is a terrible situation and Attorney General Jeff Sessions

should stop this rigged witch hunt right now before it continues to stain our

country any further Trump tweeted Bob Mueller is totally conflicted and his

seventeen angry Democrats that are doing his dirty work hard disgrace to USA the

tweet renewed Democratic complaints that Trump is wrongly challenging the

independence of the special counsel Trump has repeatedly blasted the probe

as a witch-hunt but the call for sessions to intervene represents another

escalation sessions however already recused himself last year handing off

oversight Deputy Attorney General rod Rosen's time so he is unlikely to act a

Justice Department spokesperson had no comment on the tweet when reached by Fox

News another source familiar with the investigation downplayed the

implications of the tweet as Trump previously has vented his frustration

with both the Russia probin sessions recusal from it Trump lawyer

Rudy Giuliani said in a statement we have been saying for months that it is

time to bring this inquiry to an end the president has expressed the same opinion

Trump afterward tweeted concerns about the trial of ex campaign boss Paul

Manafort which entered its second day on

Wednesday morning Paul Manafort worked for Ronald Reagan Bob Dole and many

other highly prominent and respected political leaders he worked for me for a

very short time why didn't the government tell me that he was under

investigation these old charges have nothing to do

with collusion a hoax he tweeted Trump went on to target the anti Trump dossier

and for our investigators who exchanged

anti-trump text messages the president has previously tried to assert that

Mueller is conflicted based on a claim that he turned him down for FBI director

his ties to fired bureau boss James Comey and other issues

Trump has long complained about the presence of Democratic donors on the

Mueller team but Democratic lawmakers have warned Trump and his allies about

encroaching on the Mueller probes independence in response to Wednesday's

tweet Rep Adam Schiff Democrat California top Intelligence Committee

Democrat said this is an attempt to obstruct justice hiding in plain sight

America must never accept it after a conservative House members unveiled

arose and signed impeachment resolution top House Democrats last week also noted

that Mueller has already obtained over two dozen indictments and said any

attempt to take action against Mueller or Rosen Stein will be viewed by

Congress and the American people as further proof of an effort to obstruct

justice with severe consequences for Trump and his presidency as Trump issued

his call mana Ford's trial for tax and bank fraud charges unrelated to Russian

meddling was moving into full swing his defense teams opening day strategy was

to try and undermine the Mueller team star witness

Rick gates who was men affords deputy in business and at the Trump campaign the

attorneys argued Gates was the one who transferred all the money into accounts

including consulting fees collected from Ukrainian political figures they said he

was embezzling money and later lied about it to investigators before

agreeing to flip and testify against man afford but the Mueller team contends man

afford bank girl'd a luxurious globe-trotting lifestyle with money he

wasn't paying taxes on assistant u-s attorney Yuzo ass and i told the jury

Tuesday that Manafort considered himself above the law as he funneled tens of

millions of through offshore accounts to pay for

personal expenses such as a $21,000 watching to $15,000 jacket made of

ostrich all of these charges boil down to one simple issue that Paul Manafort

lied asinine said man afford placed himself and his money over the law later

Wednesday Trump tweeted again putting mana forked up against my boss Alphonse

Capone known by the nickname Scarface who was charged with tax evasion

looking back on history who was treated worse Alphonse Capone legendary mob boss

killer and public enemy number 1 or Paul Manafort political operative and Reagan

doe darling now serving solitary confinement

although convicted of nothing where is the Russian collusion Trump tweeted 734

in the East Coast are three California's better than one the state Supreme Court

does not think so California's High Court unanimously

nixing a proposal to split California into three separate states the measure

will no longer appear in the ballot this November a defeat for the long shot push

to divide the country's most populous state joining us right now is Fox News

Channel's Jeanine Pirro author of Liars leakers and liberals the

case against the anti-trump conspiracy judge good to see you this morning good

to be with you let's talk first about this initiative before we get into the

book congratulations on the book by thank you we're gonna talk about it

this initiative to split the state of California into three states but it's

perfectly appropriate because California is wacky anyway so why not whack it up

one two or three times the problem was the court said look you can't do this

because it's got to be approved by the state legislature 2/3 of the state

legislature it wasn't approved so the court said we're not going to put it on

the ballot that doesn't mean that they won't try to do it again they've

actually tried to do it before when they tried to cut the state into six parts

but they were talking about they wanted to do Northern California Southern

California and then California and so they said not maybe it would have been

then to sanctuary states and and one not three sanctuaries the

Orange County portion will definitely not be a sanctuaries well I didn't know

the whole area around Riverside California you see it's in the red there

there are people always get really angry at at us when we talk about California

that all that last wingnut wildly liberal deep blue state because there

are a lot of people who are conservative and you've seen that locally with the

pushback on this sanctuary state law you've had mayor after mayor's step up

and say we're not abiding by that law yeah yeah that's right there there are

sections of California that are absolutely incensed with what the arrest

of California is doing but they still lived there well I had a driver in

Malibu and he was like whispering to me I like Trump on anybody around here I'm

like oh really says a Democratic candidate vying for Alaska's House seat

is sparking some controversy this morning the candidate is not an Alaskan

native in fact she's never even set foot on the state nor does she plan to

campaign in Alaska she's on the primary ballot Democratic officials are

questioning her authenticity judge you've been numb on a number of ballots

yourself yeah that's a game I'm familiar with but never for Congress look the

Constitution says number one you have to be a certain age and you have to be a

citizen to run for Congress and the only thing is you have to inhabit the state

at the time you're elected now this woman's from New Jersey she admits she's

not but she wants to run for Congress there so you said yourself why do you

want to run for Congress and she says because I feel a kinship to Alaska does

she care about the issues that the people of Alaska care about she says she

feels a kinship and she says I want to do good in a place that I feel a kinship

for she's never been there she doesn't plan on going there she plans on doing

it online I think she's gonna lose meanwhile

President Trump doubles down his support for the Intel community now

in a new interview last night the president said he holds Russian

President Vladimir Putin personally responsible from Moscow's interference

in the 2016 election you wrote a whole book about leakers and

Liars tell us what you think about this well I have to tell you the book it's so

appropriate that it came out that yeah because the president basically teed it

up like Monica's liberal ace against the empty Trump conspiracy era day here's

the thing with the with the meddling there's no question that were some medal

the president said it but the problem is that the intelligence community is the

one that cooked up these charges against him with a faith dossier presenting it

to a court knowing that Hillary Clinton paid for it and there's no wonder he's

skeptical it's such an incredible story it really is it is crazy believe it if

you're watching it in a movie what took place in the 2016 election but some in

the intelligence community we have to be careful Yeah right yes yes you're not a

statement judge we have to be careful these are some individuals yeah who were

up to no good yeah the teamwork that right the

leadership went wrong but not the entire no of course not and you know look I

worked with the FBI I've worked in law enforcement for over three decades I'm

an been a prosecutor a judge in a DA I get that they're good people but what

happened here was you had an administration that at the very top of

the FBI along with the top of the DOJ the rules were just thrown aside they

set up they teamed up a Russia collusion investigation when that's what the

insurance policy was all about remember the tweets and the emails will have an

insurance policy that was a ruse a collusion investigation and they started

planting the seeds in the event god forbid Donald Trump would be elected

they need to get over it they need to snap out of it the guise of President

the economy's great you guys are the business channel you know that and just

leave the guy alone I'm gonna ask you something on air and I'm curious to your

thought on this why in the name of all that is holy did President Trump keep

Jim Comey on as the head of the FBI because the way Jim Comey operated was

well known for years even when he was appear in New York and the Justice

Department as an attorney why don't cat

doesn't make any sense Edie two more questions to that why did he put you up

sessions in as DJ why did he put rod Rosenstein in there as deputy aj saying

so there's your question and there's my chippy somebody was giving him better

look I think on the one hand they made the decision to keep call me because

normally the FBI director is there for 10 years all right and it looks like you

know you're just being fair you know Cohn we did this on one side he did this

on the other side let's see who the guy is the president meets or the next thing

you know Jim Comey is writing these documents that he's going to use in the

event if he ever gets fired see no no Hillary Clinton though only no notes

you're right and I think the thing with Jeff Sessions was about Donald Trump

that he is a loyal man I've known him for decades you've known him for hundred

years as well you know so Jeff Sessions says I want to be the Attorney General

he was a US Attorney but he lost his prosecutorial hots Bob balls what he was

gonna recuse himself on all things no took the job begged the prison for the

job and then the next day recused himself and has been hiding in a closet

ever since because rod Rosen Stein who has every reason to make sure that the

Comey Muller group stays together and in power convince them to go in the closet

is he conflicted Rosen Stein because he's the guy also who who said yes

should the third warrant on the FISA warrant he signed off on the FISA

warrant for the third time when they renewed it

he is so conflicted Maria not just in terms of signing on the warrant he's the

one who told the president fire him I read the memo it was excellent all the

reasons to fire Jim Comey and now he's in charge of the investigation as to

whether or not the president inappropriately fired Jim Comey you

think that's a con I think was really interesting is that Peter Strock and

Lisa page are now contradicting each other Sunday right the that will stop it

and Peter struck said one I don't remember writing that message he said

behind closed doors he said he was referring to the American people again

don't spit in my face and tell me it's raining

well that is exactly what do you do don't believe your lyin eyes

and here's the bottom line the woman gets even yeah cage me what do you think

about the president declassifying a lot of this information I wanted to okay I

asked him when I interviewed him two weeks ago and he said he doesn't want to

get involved but right he might change his mind declassify this he needs you

want to know mr. president Maria we're singing the same town yeah

absolutely pick up Janine's book parents great to

see a judge who to be with you be here and there's the book liars leakers and

liberals the case against the anti-trump conspiracy

he is now running as a Democrat

for the U.S. Senate in

Minnesota.

I go to you, sir, on this

central question, does this

statement account as evidence or

an element of potential

obstruction by Donald Trump?

>> Well, it's certainly evidence

of obstruction of justice.

And first, we really have to

worry about the mental stability

of our president when he is

incriminating himself on

Twitter.

This is very, very damaging,

very incriminating tweet.

It's part of a long pattern of

obstruction of justice.

He fired James Comey.

He has repeatedly tried to

pressure Jeff sessions to

and fire Robert Mueller.

And the prosecutor will find

evidence of obstruction inside

the white house, I'm sure.

But, you know, the house and

senate judiciary committee

should be investigating this.

We're pay past the time of 1973

where they were investigating

Richard Nixon.

I'm shocked there is no

investigation for obstruction of

justice and abuse of power and

other high crimes and

misdemeanors.

>> Let me ask you, why do you

think that tonight we're in a

place that is past where we were

with Nixon regarding

presidential obstruction?

What supports your view on that?

>> I think we were past that

point when he fired James Comey.

It was clear he fired James

Comey in order to obstruct the

Russia investigation, and he

admitted to that in front of the

Russian ambassador in several TV

interviews.

We should have had hearings in

the house and senate judiciary

committee at the same time that

Robert Mueller was hired.

And that's the way it was done

in the Nixon days.

They had the house and senate

actually doing their jobs, and

investigating.

This is and has been evidence of

obstruction of justice going all

the way back to the Comey

LOU DOBBS NEXT TRUMP CALLS ON SESSIONS TO END THE MUELLER PROBE - Duration: 10:39.

good evening everybody our top stories Robert Muller under fire the judge in

the mana Ford case repeatedly rebuking Muller's legal team of angry Democratic

prosecutors while President Trump calls for an end to the witch-hunt the phony

Russia investigation may finally have hit a wall we'll talk about it tonight

Republican strategist at Romans with us also president Trump turning up the heat

on China he's calling for a boost from 10 to 25% for 200 billion dollars worth

of Chinese imports to this country the Trump administration fighting hard for

American workers the middle class in the face of steep opposition from the DIMMs

the radical rhinos and the Business Roundtable the Chamber of Commerce and

the president's good friends the Koch brothers I'm being facetious of course

Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross with us tonight and the National left-wing media

that spreads lies and disinformation about the president while stoking the

outrage of those radical Dems and the violent thugs and the so-called

resistance suddenly whining whining loudly about how they're being treated

at Trump rallies will talk about the fake news hypocrisy with our panel

tonight Candace Owens from Turning Point USA and

the daily callers Vince holidays and our top story Fox

News has learned that special counsel Robert Muller will not agree to an

interview with the president restricted only to questions about the rush and

collusion which by the way is the reason he exists as a special counsel period in

a letter to the president's attorneys Muller says he still wants to talk about

obstruction and other topics as well it's not looking good for a sit-down

with the president day two in the trial of former Trump campaign manager Paul

Manafort and the presiding judge TS Elias TS Ellis

the third repeatedly rebuked the Muller team's prosecuting attorneys after Ellis

admonished the prosecution Tuesday for using the term Oleg arcs to describe

manna for its Ukrainian connections he reminded jurors did the judge that men

afford spending was irrelevant he warned the prosecution not to roll their eyes

at him how about that that's a classy move isn't it wouldn't that be something

you'd like to see from an attorney or a prosecutor in a courtroom plus ax the

judge has stated that he hopes to finish the trial much sooner than they

anticipated three weeks joining us tonight at Rollins former

Reagan White House political director Great America packed chairman Hall of

Fame political consultant and strategist and Fox Business political analysts

great to have you here thank you let's start with this thing I

a federal district court judge has to talk to a team of attorneys from the

special counsel like their sixth graders for crying out loud well you know

sometimes you can bring way too much evidence and they've been spending a lot

of time gathering at if they have the goods on Paul Manafort who I know well

and have known Paul to be a reputable guy and a guy who is very

detail-oriented so you know if you have the evidence move it forward if not that

you know you don't have to bring pictures of suits and all the things

that they're doing make your case and move on say to you straight up I mean

they're just being ignorant I mean to have a special counsel the team of

attorneys right who don't know how to behave in a courtroom acting like the

fools they have initially at least in this case is extraordinary well it is

extraordinary they got a very tough judge this is a very good judge he's

been on the bench a long time I mean once an idiot performing like the lead

counsel for the special constant took total degree and again I don't I don't

know any more about the evidence than what I've read in the paper I've known

Paul long so there's than any of it and so far well I don't know what Terry and

at the end of the day was we do know one thing we know tad Devine they architect

a Bernie Sanders campaign who worked with Manta Ford in the Ukraine is

apparently no longer going to roll over for the Gov

or be the government's first witness we know that he had been planned to be he

apparently is gone well I don't I don't again I don't know anything more than

what I've read and heard and I'm not gonna argue the merits of it went away

the other I don't you want your argument you'd agree who the hell what sorry I

don't want to argue I I have Paul worked for me in 1984 and and and

and he's got some of that 60 million yeah I know I did not get any at 60

million dollars all I can tell you though so you got sixty million dollars

he didn't pay taxes what you didn't want to talk about evidence I'm just simply

making a prima I'm amazed he made sixty million dollars the the interesting

thing but you don't know Paul was the other candidate to run Reagan's campaign

in 1984 he was Jim Baker's candidate I got kicked by the President or I fall

like so and what have you so Paul worked ran the convention delegates for me and

and did a very good job you've been around the game a long time he made a

lot more money than the vast majority of people which tells me he's probably they

look a lot smarter than the rest of us so but let the merits well as you well

know you can't always judge a man or a woman's intellect by the amount of money

they make and thank God because I over again I haven't made much money goes by

my wind keeps it Paul made sixty million dollars way you were in the same

business what's happened to you well that's another reason we all need an

understanding right right yes anyway let's turn to the this molar

probe the president tweeting out to his attorney general that he should end this

travesty the the Muller which on and then you hear that talking little nasty

voices from the left on on media in media having a fit because the president

has ordered they said you know he said should the nominee is in play here folks

it's a hypothetical get real you and I aren't the president but we've been

saying this for about three wait a minute what do you mean we're nothing

right I mean most of you may see you may speak to the president on night

and more often than that but the bottom line here as hard as we we've all argued

very strenuously that what we have seen publicly and and what we know privately

is there's no there there and I think at the end of the day if he has anything he

needs to put it forth you can't go on forever and the president's right I

can't let's examine it because we keep hearing this nonsense to me not your

nonsense but the nonsense from these you know

these talking heads they're saying well we've just got to play this out to the

finish we've just got to let it resolve we've

got to let Bob Muller do whatever the heck loses we've got to wait for that

you know we're into year three right of the investigation into President Trump

on Russia and collusion and somebody needs to have the judgment to say to

Muller it's done and we're not going to wait for the midterms you've had enough

time to I mean he's have enough time to build a an original aircraft I mean what

in the world is going on here well I had very bad memories of walls when he was

the special prosecutor Ron Cantor wanted for seven eight years and at the end of

the day made bad charges and not do you remember when they release that report

it was the next administration yeah what was the Friday before right Election Day

no absolutely and I did daddy cap Weinberger for nothing

yeah that they base gotta throw it the the key thing is the president should

not testify he was exactly right sending his tweet out today and telling sessions

to do your job for once and get in there look at this thing and if there's no

there there shut it down it's a it's it's a mess and I just can't understand

why people don't look at history and say you know we're not going to repeat the

disasters that have been the special counsel the prospect the Congress

eliminated a special counsel because Walsh and they've all went on too long

so now this is little too long didn't do anything

we're dishonest and in what they did do and now they're acting on the power this

guy is acting on the power the Attorney General Holder is seasoning on that as

precedent in the zombie and the Attorney General ought to shut it down you

absolutely you think there's any chance that that we could see Jeff Sessions

gain consciousness long enough and conscience long enough to shut it down

no I don't but I wish I wish you would so what does the president do if

sessions doesn't I think I think at the end of the day here he's gonna fire

sessions well I think that you know the only thing the only way you could

improve it is make it the first part of the day right so we'll see great

appreciate it I think ed rollins the national left wing national media doing

even the radical dibs in their hysterical response to the president's

tweet expressing his view that attorney general session should end the muller

witch hunt watch this the president doesn't see this as interference he sees

it as he can do whatever he wants Trump does appear to be testing the boundaries

here this is a potential third rail maybe this is the beginning of a new

saturday night massacre i think the president should be concerned that he's

in deep trouble because it looks like he is i don't think it's necessarily the

court of law where this will sort out it's going to be within the politics of

impeachment the AG the deputy AG the FBI director they're all more or less

ignoring what the president is saying and they're just doing their jobs folks

you don't want to know the answer but if we were to do an average their on IQ in

integrity I'm not sure that we'd need double digits also tonight the latest on

the trade fight with China Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross is joining us here

tonight he is next stay with us we'll be right back

she calls it like she's seizing

you

Trump Just Uncovered HUGE Government Scandal That Nobody's Talking About — Liberals are PANICKING! - Duration: 11:41.

Trump Just Uncovered HUGE Government Scandal That Nobody's Talking About — Liberals

are PANICKING!

Trump's administration has uncovered a frightening, and deadly, fact: the Department of Veterans

Affairs has been letting its hospitals hire doctors and nurses with revoked medical licenses!

Apparently this has been happening for the past 15 years.

Clearly, and for good reason, it violates federal laws.

In direct contradiction to a 1999 law that bars any VA from hiring a healthcare worker

whose licenses had been revoked in any state, in 2002 the VA distributed guidelines that

allowed its hospitals to hire doctors and nurses that had a license in one of the 50

states, even if they had, previously, been subject to a license revocation.

A report by USA Today starts out, "Veteran patients in imminent danger at VA hospital

in D.C., investigation finds."

That report goes on to explain that the conditions at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical

Center in Washington, D.C., are so dangerous that the agency's chief watchdog group actually

put out a report alerting patients about the issues at that organization.

Apparently multiple issues were found at that location, such as lack of critical supplies,

including bone material needed for knee replacement surgeries and tubes needed for kidney dialysis,

due to an ineffective inventory system.

Worse, perhaps, than the lack of an effective system was the fact that the inspector general

found that senior VA leaders knew about the problems for months but did nothing to rectify

it.

In addition to this finding, the investigators reviewed 25 sterile storage areas and found

that 18 of them were dirty.

These types of reports from the inspector general are, in fact, not commonly made, with

the last one having occurred in January 2015.

The Washington V.A.'s medical director, Brian Hawkins, has since been relieved of

his position and placed on administrative leave.

In addition to the immediate danger posed by these issues, there is the larger issue

of whether or not a government-run healthcare system, as promoted by many liberals, would

be able to provide quality healthcare to U.S. citizens.

If this V.A. debacle is any indication, it most certainly would not.

Trump Launched A Tremendous Attack On Koch Brothers – The Republican Mega Donors! - Duration: 10:30.

Trump Launched A Tremendous Attack On Koch Brothers – The Republican Mega-Donors!

The Koch family is an American family engaged in business, most noted for their political

activities, and control of Koch Industries, the second-largest privately owned company

in the United States.

Well, given the power they have it's safe to say that they are part of a huge globalist

network and if they are then President Trump is their enemy!

They announced yesterday that they are not supporting Republican Rep. Kevin Cramer in

his race to unseat vulnerable Democratic Sen. Heidi Heitkamp in North Dakota — this is

the latest sign that Koch brothers are against the rise of Trump's support in the Republican

party!

Today President Trump responded with a tremendous attack on the Koch brothers:

"The globalist Koch Brothers, who have become a total joke in real Republican circles, are

against Strong Borders and Powerful Trade," Trump said in a series of tweets early Tuesday.

"I never sought their support because I don't need their money or bad ideas.

They love my Tax & Regulation Cuts, Judicial picks & more.

I made them richer.

Their network is highly overrated, I have beaten them at every turn," he added.

"They want to protect their companies outside the U.S. from being taxed, I'm for America

First & the American Worker – a puppet for no one.

Two nice guys with bad ideas.

Make America Great Again!"

Charles Koch said on Sunday that his network would be more aggressive in going after Republicans

who have not adhered to fiscally conservative principles.

"I regret some of the [lawmakers] we have supported," Koch told a small group of reporters

in a rare interview.

"We're gonna more directly deal with that and hold people accountable."

Koch also said he's hopeful his network can support more Democrats going forward.

They were never a Republicans and they only cared for their money so this isn't a surprise

for me!

Share if you agree with President Trump!
