This Lie Just Destroyed Robert Mueller's Case To Impeach Trump

Robert Mueller's witch hunt against Donald Trump has one goal.

Frame the President for the crime of collusion with Russia so Congress can impeach him.

But this lie just destroyed Robert Mueller's case to impeach the President.

Robert Mueller Sets His Sights on a Trump Associate

Robert Mueller is out to get longtime Trump associate Roger Stone.

Stone made several statements during the 2016 campaign that indicated he communicated with

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange.

Mueller latched onto these statements to dig into Stone's life and terrorized 10 of his

associates with grand jury appearances.

Mueller has failed to produce evidence that any Trump associate colluded with the Russians.

Roger Stone is his last shot to justify his witch hunt.

So Mueller turned his attack dog investigators on him.

What the Evidence Actually Shows Mueller is focusing on statements made by

Stone in August of 2016.

Stone claimed that Julian Assange told him WikiLeaks would be releasing damaging information

about the Clinton Foundation in October 2016.

That month he also wrote a tweet claiming it would soon be "the Podestas time in the

barrel."

Mueller and anti-Trump journalists took these statements to mean Stone had advanced knowledge

of WikiLeaks obtaining hacked emails from Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta.

Collusion conspiracy theorists hang their hat on these statements.

But what is the truth?

The truth is Julian Assange has publicly stated that Roger Stone never said or predicted anything

that WikiLeaks hadn't already said publicly.

"Roger Stone has never said or tweeted anything we at Wikileaks had not already said publicly,"

Assange declared.

WikiLeaks and Roger Stone also exchanged twitter direct messages in 2016.

In those messages, WikiLeaks insisted that Stone stop falsely claiming to have a relationship

with the group.

Stone associate Sam Nunberg also told the press that Stone had never spoken to Julian

Assange.

"Roger didn't communicate with Assange.

If he had communicated with Assange, then I would be concerned that he would go to jail,

but he didn't," Nunberg declared.

Stone also stated that his comment about the "Podestas time in the barrel" was referring

to the Podesta brothers, since his tweet used "Podestas" as plural.

He claimed his tweet referenced the fact that the Podesta brothers business practices would

soon come under scrutiny.

And Stone was on to something.

Mueller referred Podesta for a criminal referral for his work as a foreign lobbyist.

More FISA Abuses Stone published an op-ed in the Daily Caller

where he claimed an FBI whistleblower informed him he had been under FISA surveillance since

2016:

"A whistleblower has told my lawyers where my name and the fact that application had

been made for a FISA warrant on me was redacted from the stunning Carter Page FISA warrant

application released by the FBI last week with 300 of 400 pages blacked out.

A FISA warrant can only be issued against a U.S. Citizen who is engaged in espionage

for a foreign power against the United States.

I have never engaged in any such thing."

Former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper appeared on Erin Burnett's CNN program

and did not shoot down that claim.

Burnett tweeted:

Roger Stone tells me whistleblower told his attys that Page FISA confirms there was a

FISA app. on Stone.

Frmr NSA Clapper responds: l do not have any direct knowledge (of it)…BUT it seems logical

that the FBI would consider seeking authorization for FISA surveillance of Stone"

If Stone really was under FISA surveillance, this shows that the FBI abused its power and

was out to get Trump.

Stone was not a Russian agent.

And he never colluded with WikiLeaks.

But Mueller needs to frame Stone for collusion so he can try and squeeze him to turn on the

President.

This is Mueller's last chance to come up with dirt on the President.

But it's turning into another dead end.

Trey Gowdy Shut Down Mueller's Attempt To Impeach Trump With This Stone Cold Truth - Duration: 12:30.

Trey Gowdy Shut Down Mueller's Attempt To Impeach Trump With This Stone Cold Truth

Special Counsel Robert Mueller is on a mission to impeach President Trump.

Mueller is scheming to fabricate a case that Donald Trump obstructed justice.

But Trey Gowdy just shut down that effort by revealing this stone cold truth.

Mueller's Flimsy Case Mueller's obstruction investigation is focused

on the claim that Trump asked James Comey to go easy on former National Security Advisor

Michael Flynn and for Comey's subsequent firing.

Anti-Trump zealots like Mueller and his pack of attack-dog Democrat prosecutors believe

Trump fired Comey to impede the Russia investigation.

They also contend that Trump asking Comey to go easy on Flynn was a stand-down order.

But Trump's lawyers assert that the President could not have obstructed justice by firing

Comey because, as chief executive, Trump has the constitutional authority to fire Comey

for whatever reason he wants.

Gowdy Shoots Down Mueller's Argument Gowdy – a former federal prosecutor – also

crushed the idea that Trump obstructed justice by asking Comey to go easy on Flynn.

Gowdy also restated the Trump team's argument that the President never told Comey to go

easy on Flynn.

"Well, there are only two people that know whether or not it came up.

One is President Trump and the other is Jim Comey.

I think the better line of analysis, and again, I'm not the president's lawyer, and he

can do better than me, but there are four elements to perjury.

It has to be under oath, it has to be material, it has to be intentional, the fault's that

it has to be intentional."

"I think the president, if he doesn't remember that coming up, that's a perfectly

acceptable answer, "I don't remember," or "That's not what I recall," or "I

don't think I phrased it that way," Gowdy stated.

But even if the conversation did occur, Gowdy declared that it still doesn't rise to a

level of obstruction of justice.

Gowdy explained, "I will tell you this.

If it is obstruction of justice to ask someone to show leniency, then we're going to have

to build a lot more prisons in this country.

And there are going to preachers in most of them."

"For 20 years, I had preachers call me and ask me to please give this person a second

chance, please show some leniency.

That is not obstruction of justice, that is what happens all across this county everyday,

and Jim Comey must not have felt obstructed because he kept working for the guy, and he

wants – if it were up to him, he'd still be working for the guy."

The obstruction case against the President is ridiculous.

A President cannot obstruct justice by lawfully carrying out his duties.

The FBI is not an independent agency.

It reports to the Department of Justice, which is part of the executive branch.

As the head of the executive branch, President Trump has the authority to remove a political

appointee for any reason he wishes.

The President also has the right to order an investigation or shut down an investigation.

Newspapers Band Together To Fight Back Against Trump - Duration: 4:20.

Newspapers across the country led by the Boston Globe are banding together to fight back against

Donald Trump's war on the press, specifically his statements that the press is the enemy

of the American people.

Right now, more than 100 different newspapers in the US have agreed to run an anti-Trump

media attack op-ed to fight back against what the president is saying about the press and

to remind people that here in the United States we have freedom of the press guaranteed to

us by the United States Constitution.

That's the difference here.

That's the thing we have to focus on.

Because we know that the corporate media sucks.

We know that most of these newspapers if not all of them that have signed on to go after

Trump in their op-ed section, they're all still owned by corporations and media conglomerates.

There are corporate executives sitting on the board of these newspapers telling them

what they can and cannot print, but that does not justify Donald Trump's attack on them.

Why?

Because Trump is attacking the media because they're not being very nice to him because

they have no reason whatsoever to be nice to him.

It's interesting.

It's a very interesting dynamic here because yes, the press sucks.

But, they suck because they're not doing their job anymore.

They're not going out there and doing these investigations and covering the stories that

actually matter to American citizens because their advertisers, their corporate owners

aren't letting them do that.

On the other hand, you have a president who is attacking their very freedom.

A president who almost half the people in his party think he should have the power to

shut down these media outlets if he wants to.

He is trying to silence them.

He's saying they're the enemy of the people, which they are not no matter how bad they

are.

That is dangerous.

We have already seen people in this country murdered for doing nothing more than reporting

the news.

Whether or not you want to link that to Donald Trump, that's a little iffy.

But, his nonstop attacks on the press are resulting in violence, at least in threat

form, coming to members of the press.

Shortly after he had a recent rally where he once again said the press is the enemy

of the people, the next day angry right winger calls in top CSPAN and says he's going to

go kill Don Lemon from CNN.

That's Donal Trump.

That's on him.

Yes, CNN is bad.

CNN wants to push us into wars every chance they get.

CNN isn't out there talking about all the dangerous products that could kill you at

any given point that these corporations are putting out because those same corporations

are advertising on CNN.

Same goes for MSNBC.

Same goes for Fox News.

That's the biggest reason why the media sucks.

To attack them as an institution the way that Donald Trump is doing is 100% wrong.

I'm glad these newspapers are banding together.

I'm glad they're standing up to Trump.

They've actually been a little too soft on his all this time.

Rather than calling him a liar, they say he made a misstatement or he said something that

wasn't entirely true.

No, the man lied.

You guys danced around the language because you thought it would curry favor with this

psychopath and now you realize that nothing you do is ever going to be good enough for

him.

I'm glad you're fighting back.

While you're at it, why don't you also fight back against Pfizer and Merck and Boeing and

Exxon?

Why don't you fight the people that have actually been destroying this country for decades,

losing American lives, pushing us into war, destroying the planet? Trump's only been in

office for 18, 19 months at this point.

At most, God forbid worst case scenario, he's going to be around for eight years.

Those other folks, the Pfizers, the Mercks, the Boeings, the Exxons, the Shells, and BPs,

they've been destroying the plane long before Trump came along and they're going to be destroying

it long after he leaves.

I suggest you also spend some of your ink going after those villains who've been getting

away with it for decades.

Federal Judge Drops Crushing Anvil On Mueller Investigation, Delivers Trump Victory - Duration: 4:58.

Federal Judge Drops Crushing Anvil On Mueller Investigation, Delivers Trump Victory

The jury is currently locked in deliberations in the trial of former Trump campaign executive,

69-year-old Paul Manafort as mainstream media outlets The Washington Post, New York Times,

AP, CNN, NBC, Politico, and Buzzfeed all requested the Court release the names and addresses

of jurors.

Manafort is accused of earning more than $60 million as a political consultant in Ukraine,

and that he "failed to report a significant percentage of" on his tax returns, therefore

defrauding the IRS.

Manafort was targeted as part of Special Counsel Robert Mueller's team of investigators looking

into the supposed collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.

U.S. Senior District Judge T.S. Ellis appointed by Republican President Ronald Reagan and

is among a small, select handful of judges in America that know just how deep down the

rabbit hole the deepest secrets of the Russia investigation go.

He denied the motion from media organizations to make public the names of the jurors in

the trial, saying he personally has faced "criticism and threats" and does not want

the same for jurors.

Ellis cited the "peace and safety" of the jurors and "the integrity of the process"

in denying the motion, then revealed to the packed courtroom that he is now under 24/7

protection from the U.S. Marshals as a result of the threats he is currently facing stemming

from this trial.

"I have the Marshals' protection.

I don't even go to the hotel alone.

I've received criticism and threats," Ellis said, "I'd imagine jurors would,

too."

Ellis added – "I had no idea this case excited this emotion.

I had no idea how this case would be perceived by the public and the press."

When Manafort's team of attorneys asked him, unsuccessfully, to dismiss a slew of

charges against their client accusing him of tax evasion and bank fraud, Ellis demanded

Mueller's office hand over, without any redactions, an otherwise highly classified

memorandum containing the scope of his authority to investigate Donald Trump's former campaign

chairman and other crimes.

Ellis noted his concern of the "unfettered power" seemingly possessed by Mueller in

probing ties between President Donald Trump's campaign and Russia.

Judge Ellis is having none of it, as Reuters reports –

A federal judge said Special Counsel Robert Mueller should not have "unfettered power"

in probing ties between President Donald Trump's campaign and Russia, and accused Mueller of

using criminal cases to pressure Trump's allies to turn against him.

At a tense hearing in a federal court in Virginia on Friday, U.S. District Judge T.S. Ellis

III sharply questioned whether Mueller exceeded his authority in filing tax and bank fraud

charges against Trump's former campaign manager, Paul Manafort.

Ellis said the indictment appeared to be a way for Mueller to leverage Manafort into

providing information about Trump.

"The vernacular is to sing," he said.

"You don't really care about Mr. Manafort," the judge said.

"You really care about what information Mr. Manafort can give you to lead to Mr. Trump"

and his eventual prosecution or impeachment.

"It's unlikely you're going to persuade me the special counsel has unfettered power

to do whatever he wants," Ellis, who was appointed by Republican President Ronald Reagan,

said at a hearing on Manafort's motion to dismiss the Virginia charges."

Like most motions to dismiss, Manafort's was initially viewed as a long-shot bid to

win his freedom and get out from under Mueller's thumb.

Charged with an obscure law in place since the 1930s under the Foreign Agents Registration

Act, Manafort is quite literally being tried for criminal charges under an obscure law

that has been used only six times before, for a crime of which surely more than half

of Washington is currently guilty.

Normally such a violation in nearly all cases is treated as a regulatory violation and punished

with fines at best.

Of note, Democratic darling and lobbyist, Tony Podesta, brother of Hillary Clinton's

campaign manager John Podesta, was guilty of the same crime, yet not one single federal

prosecutor saw fit to bring charges against him, and Mueller himself offered him immunity,

while continuing the trial against Manafort for the exact same "crimes."

Yes, there are issues of tax evasion, allegedly hiding income, and depositing money in offshore

banks, but not one single bit of those "crimes" relates to anything remotely involving alleged

Russian collusion to elect Donald Trump president during the election of 2016.

According to Judge Andrew Napolitano, "The criminal charges themselves clearly don't

match up to the original purpose of the investigation.

Both were accused of working as foreign agents and failing to report that status to the federal

government, using shell corporations to launder income and obstruction of justice by lying

to the federal government.

The alleged crimes of Manafort and Gates appear to have nothing to do with Trump, nor have

they any facial relationship to the Russians.

So why were these two indicted by a grand jury hearing evidence about alleged American

assistance to Russian interference with the 2016 presidential campaign?"

White House Aides Confirm It – Trump Is A Complete IDIOT - Duration: 4:47.

A recent expose in Politico where they spoke with current and former staffers of the Trump

administration confirmed what most of us in this country already knew, and that is that

Donald Trump is an absolute and complete moron.

According to interviews with these current and former staffers, they confirmed that Donald

Trump doesn't understand time zones, that he frequently in the middle of a meeting would

just say, "Hey, let's call Abe Shinzo from Japan right now.

Right now."

And they have to remind him, "Hey, yeah, it's two in the morning over there.

We can't do that.

You know, because time zones are a thing."

It gets even worse than that, too.

They've also said that during talks with other foreign leaders, he frequently mispronounces

words.

He'll say Nepal as nipple.

He actually called Nepal nipple.

He called Buton button.

I mean just basic, you know, learning how to read type things.

You understand that those words, even if you just sounded them out, don't come close to

sounding like nipple and button.

And yet that is what our president, a senior citizen billionaire allegedly, and he can't

even figure out how to sound out a word?

Look, there's nothing wrong, there's no shame in mispronouncing a word.

It happens to people all the time.

It happens to the smartest people, and it happens to those on the lower end.

It's a thing that happens, okay?

That's not a big deal.

But what is a big deal is when you're not even putting any effort into it, and that's

the problem with Donald Trump just like it was the problem with George W. Bush.

It's not just that they're stupid, it's that they seem to revel in being stupid.

They really enjoy it, and they want the American public to join with them and embrace the stupid,

and just act like this is how we're supposed to be as a country.

No.

This is the president of the United States, and yeah.

Barack Obama mispronounced words a couple times.

Got facts wrong a couple times.

Donald Trump mispronounces word, that's not an impeachable offense.

But when you make no effort to get better, when you make no effort to educate yourself,

when you're not trying to do better, that's when it becomes a problem.

That's what we saw with George W. Bush and the dumbing down of the US presidency.

Hell, it's what we saw with Ronald Reagan.

And now we're seeing it 10 times worse with Donald Trump.

I mean during the Bush years there were all kinds of books and calendars that came out

with Bushisms, all the stupid stuff that he would say on any given day.

Like the infamous fool me once, shame you, fool me can't get fooled again.

You know, that was an actual statement made by George W. Bush, and yet that looks like

Socrates compared to some of the idiotic nonsense that we have seen come out of Donald Trump's

mouth and seen him post on Twitter.

Covfefe anyone?

I mean, again, I am totally okay with the president mispronouncing words, but in this

case pronouncing Nepal as nipple and Buton as button, that actually seems more intentional

on behalf of the president.

Those words don't look like one another.

You sound them out, you don't even come close to those.

I think this is either intentional, and that he's trying to make fun of these countries,

or that he is just so painfully stupid that he wants everybody to think that this is okay.

And it's not.

We should never embrace that kind of thinking here in the United States.

You don't have to be the most intelligent person out there, you don't have to be a certified

genius member of Mensa, but you do need to try to better yourself for the sake of the

country, for the sake of your community, for the sake of your children.

Always strive to be better, and that's something that Donald Trump never attempted to do because

nobody ever forced him to do, because he had too much money for them to even care.

Same thing with George W. Bush.

But we the public, we need to hold them to a higher standard.

We cannot continue to let the office of the presidency be dumbed down by these Republican

idiots who don't even take the time to learn how to pronounce the names of countries, or

cities, or other world leaders.

If they don't have time to learn that then they shouldn't be the president of the United

States.
