Supreme Court Judge Retiring – PRESIDENT TRUMP PLANNING HUGE REPLACEMENT!!

It seems that President Trump may soon have another opportunity to appoint another judge

to the Supreme Court.

According to sources close to Justice Anthony Kennedy, the judge thinks about withdrawing

from the high court.

Kennedy, 80, says that old age has finally caught up with him and that he seriously considers

about retiring.

He was appointed in 1998 by president Ronald Reagan and is currently the oldest justice

in the high court after the death of conservative judge Antonin Scalia.

Even though he was appointed by Reagan, Kennedy is politically impartial and has always been

the one to decide Supreme Court tiebreakers.

After Gorsuch's appointment, the Supreme Court is divided by four conservative and

four progressive justices, with Kennedy caught in the middle, always deciding SCORUS stalemates.

Should Kennedy decides to withdraw, this will give Trump the opportunity to appoint another

conservative justice, thus having five conservative to four liberal justices.

Judge Kennedy is close to President Donald Trump with the two of them both having kids

who reside in New York.

The Supreme Court justice has invited Ivanka Trump to the high court to sit in a section

usually reserved for family.

The President's success in replacing Justice Scalia with a prudent and devoted justice

may have affected Kennedy's final decision since he has seen that Trump is capable of

choosing people that will be worthy to replace the honorable Supreme Court justices.

Let's just hope that Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, 84, will also withdraw in a couple

of years.

Ginsburg will be smart to do this since she has trouble staying awake during Supreme Court

hearings and it is fairly impossible for her to stay at the high court during Trump's

tenure.

If both Justice Ginsburg and Justice Kennedy withdraw, Donald Trump could appoint one-third

of the Supreme Court.

If Trump eventually succeeds to appoint another right-leaning judge to the high court, this

will slope the balance of the court to six conservative and three liberal justices.

And if they are smart they better listen up.

Look the whole issue about statues is stupid and is a distraction.

They are part of our history and if we taught it better we would know what these statues

represent.

If local governments of the Federal government wants to remove them that is their right.

But to try to make this an issue when the real issue is race and how we need to treat

each other better no matter who you are, is a dumb argument Trump will win every time.

And maybe that is why one of the leaders of the NAACP came out and rebuked the liberals.

She is surely not for Trump so is she trying to tell them that in their hysteria they are

ceding ground in the debate?

That they are falling into the trap they always fall into when they consumed by phony outrage

and a manufactured issue.

We have seen this movie before.

When a topic that deserves debate, serious debate because there are always two sides

to every issue like immigration, they ruin their credibility with their hysteria.

This debate should be about race, free speech and more importantly who we are as a nation.

Not about a bunch of statues.

Likewise the immigration debate should be honest about who we will grant the privilege

to live here and how much aid should we give them until they are settled.

And how can we help everyone assimilate properly into the greatest nation on earth.

To ignore the massive fraud in these systems is not helpful to solving the issue.

If the Democrats keep it up they will get crushed in the 2018 elections.

Just destroyed.

Instead of talking about race they scream about statues, instead of talking about taking

care of the middle class they want to prove how open minded they are by taking care of

immigrants – both legal and non.

As longs as they continue to do this they have no chance in 2018.

Just a bunch of doomed zombies who don't know they are dead.

According to the Daily Caller, local NAACP chapter president Esther Lee seems to be trying

to wake up the liberals before it is too late.

"I think it's all senseless.

All senseless," Lee said.

"You know, we're 108 years in as NAACPers and we might think things would improve, but

they do not.

You know we still have this factor about black and white."

Correct we have come along way but we have miles to go yet.

She reflected on the statue controversy saying,

"You know that's history.

That was in that point in time.

You can't eliminate what history is.

So I disapprove with young people local pulling down those statues."

Lee then put everything in perspective and if the Democrats are smart they will listen,

"A young woman died.

Two officers were murdered in a plane crash and all for what?

Because somebody in their mind decided, 'we don't need to look at that anymore.'

It shouldn't be."

Correct.

It shouldn't be and the debate should not how we treat statues but how we treat each

other.

Something Trump knows and it seems the Democrats do not.

Trump's plan to help bridge the racial divide is more and better paying jobs and he is right

on that.

The Democrats prefer talk to action and that will be the difference

in 2018.

Eric Cruz-Lopez was arrested after he spread graffiti such as "F**k Trump," and "PEST,"

the latter of which was his signature.

Cruz-Lopez, who described himself as an undocumented immigrant, was a community organizer for CT

Students for a Dream, an organization that advocates for undocumented students.United

We Dream released a statement describing Cruz-Lopez as "a student with DACA (Deferred Action

for Childhood Arrivals)," after police arrested him at the White House in February 2016.

"We organize and advocate for the dignity and fair treatment of immigrant youth and

families, regardless of immigration status," United We Dream states on their website.

Upon his arrest, Cruz-Lopez handed police a written note that read, "I did the graffiti,"

and "I am open to entering into a conversation about restitution."

for the removal of confederate monuments, it seemed that all hope was lost—until Donald

Trump stepped in.

Time and time again, President Trump has shown us that he truly does care about the patriots

who elected him into office…and he doesn't care about what anyone else thinks.

President Trump will not let the radical Muslims and crazy liberals to destroy our country.

He even ordered the Interior Department to safeguard these memoirs.

According to Daily Caller, The Interior Department won't be removing monuments to Confederate

soldiers at national battlefields that are "an important part of our country's history,"

according to a spokesman.

"The National Park Service is committed to safeguarding these memorials while simultaneously

educating visitors holistically and objectively about the actions, motivations and causes

of the soldiers and states they commemorate," spokesman Jeremy Barnum told E&E News.

This statements came after one woman was killed during the Charlottesville rally when a man

drove into the crowd of counter protesters.

The liberals are doing everything they can to destroy our country and erase our history.

Donald Trump's South Asia policy review today Will US pick a larger role for India - Duration: 5:00.

According to the White House, US President Donald Trump is holding his much awaited South

Asia strategy review focused on Afghanistan today at his country retreat Camp David in

Maryland.

In attendance will be US Vice-President Mike Pence, US National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster

and the US National Security Team.

The inter agency exercise aimed at redrawing US' Afghanistan strategy includes inputs from

the US State and Defence departments.

An earlier plan by US Defence Secretary James Mattis and H.R. McMaster to increase the number

of US troops in Afghanistan was rejected by Trump.

The plan sought to send around 5000 more US troops to the South Asian nation.

The US has currently 9000 troops stationed in Afghanistan in its longest war in history

that began in 2001.

Reportedly, Trump has conveyed to his lieutenants that the US is not winning in Afghanistan

and he might go for a radical revamp of the US policy there.

THE AIM OF THE INTER AGENCY EXERCISE

The exercise is also aimed at incorporating regional perspective to the whole Afghan issue.

To explore the possibilities, the Trump administration had sent its top diplomat Alice Wells, Acting

Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs and Acting Special Representative

for Afghanistan and Pakistan, earlier this month to India and Pakistan.

India also hosted other senior US State Department, Pentagon and US Security Council officials

including Lisa Curtis and Cara Abercrombie during an event organized the MEA and a think

tank.

TRUMP ADMINISTRATION'S PRO-INDIA BENT

Given the Trump administration's pro-India bent, India may emerge as an instrumental

player in Afghanistan with US policy change and it happens so, it will certainly be a

humiliating setback for Pakistan which sees India's increasing influence in Afghanistan

inimical to its interests and has linked peace efforts in Kabul to Kashmir something that

India has completely ruled out.

What also goes against Pakistan is the fact that it doesn't hold good relations with Afghanistan's

ruling establishment and is fast losing its credibility in Washington as well.

That India is on the US radar become clear from the fact that the all powerful US Senate

Armed Services Committee has strongly advocated for a strong Indian role in Afghanistan.

"The committee believes that the US needs to recommit to the fight in Afghanistan and

that India, as a major defence partner of the US and a contributor to regional security,

has a critical role to play in this effort", the committee report last month.

Also, the review meeting is going to be held in the backdrop of pro India and anti Pakistan

developments in the US. Trump called Prime Minister Narendra Modi to wish India on its

Independence Day while he didn't extend the courtesy to Pakistan, its so-called ally in

the war on terror.

SALAHUDDIN A GLOBAL TERRORIST, HIZBUL A TERRORIST OUTFIT

Then the US first termed Syed Salahuddin a global terrorist in June and then declared

his ISI supported organization Hizbul Mujahideen a terrorist outfit.

Pakistani propaganda calls them freedom fighters and has termed the US action completely unjustified.

Before it, the US pressure had forced Pakistan to house arrest Hafiz Saeed in January this

year.

And to compound Pakistan's problems, its latest Country Report on Terrorism has called Pakistan

a haven for India-centric terrorists.

Also, the US has made a part of its military assistance to Pakistan conditional to its

handling of Afghan terror groups including the Haqqani Faction and it withheld the amount

for this year and the last year, over $600 million, as Pakistan could not convince the

US of its action against the Haqqani Faction.

INDIA, A TRUSTED FRIEND OF AFGHANISTAN

India has been a trusted friend of Afghanistan for decades and shares cultural ties with

it.

The Pentagon defines India as Afghanistan's most reliable regional partner.

India has played an important role in Afghanistan's reconstruction in post Taliban era spending

around $2 Billion since 2002 on development projects including its parliament building

and committed another $1 Billion last year.

The Indian aid basically has been in infrastructure development, health services and military

equipments like bullet proof jackets and convoy vehicles.

But breaking the tradition of not giving lethal military equipments in aid, it gave Afghanistan

four attack helicopters last year and is also training its soldiers.

Maria Chappelle-Nadal from office.

Thursday she posted, and then later deleted, a Facebook comment saying she hoped President

Trump would be assassinated.

This had many elected officials calling for her resignation.

The Secret Service is now investigating her.

Lieutenant Governor and President of the Missouri Senate Mike Parson says that Article III,

Section 18 of the Missouri Constitution allows for her removal for calling for the assassination

of the President of the United States.

"Many Republicans and Democrats have asked for her resignation.

For her to continue to serve as a Missouri State Senator is totally unacceptable.

There are ways to remover her from office but I think she should take responsibility

for her actions and resign," said Missouri Lieutenant Governor Mike Parson.

"As the President of the Missouri Senate I have the ability, the right to call on my

fellow Senators to expel her from the Missouri Senate; which I plan to do if she does not

resign."

Governor Eric Greitens told his Facebook fans that he believes Chappelle-Nadal should step

down.

Fleeing Trump, Charities Cancel Events At Mar-A-Lago - Duration: 3:35.

After Donald Trump's disastrous responses to the events that took place last weekend

in Virginia numerous charities have now pulled out of events that they had previously scheduled

at Mar-a-Lago, events that they schedule at Mar-a-Lago, Trump's alleged winter white house,

for years.

These groups now understand that being associated with a President who openly embraces and sympathizes

with the kind of hate that we saw in Virginia, that that is no longer acceptable.

They do not want to use his facilities, they do not want to pay any money to his organization,

to put back in his pocket, because they understand that doing so would support hate.

These aren't just little fly buy night charities either, this is the American Cancer Society,

the Cleveland Clinic, and the Israeli version of the Red Cross.

These organizations do not want to be associated with Donald Trump, they do not want to utilize

his companies anymore.

They understand that even though they'd be raising money for people in need, sometimes

it's absolutely not worth it, if you have to associate yourself with one of the least

popular presidents in the history of this country.

They're the least popular because of their embrace of hate, their refusal to denounce

hate, their refusal to get rid of the basic hate mongers, the Alt-Right people, in his

administration, including Bannon, Gorka and Miller.

They understand that sometimes it's just not worth it, they can go somewhere else, raise

just as much money for these charities and not haver to support Donald Trump on the backend,

by renting out his facilities.

That is one of the most brave moves that we have seen in the last week.

We've seen business leaders step away, but charities need money, charities constantly

have to fundraise.

For them to say that we are willing to possibly take a smaller cut, go in front of an audience

that may not have as much money as that that goes to Mar-a-Lago.

That's telling you something.

It also, kind of further goes to show how hurtful Donald Trump's comments are, because

these charities might end up raising less money, because of Donald Trump's comments.

That means the people in need are going to get less money, less aid, less help, but Donald

Trump doesn't care about that, all he cares about is appeasing his hateful base, who sees

nothing wrong with murdering a citizen in the street, sending countless others to the

hospital.

In Trump's mind that's okay.

Now, maybe, that this issue is going to affect his wallet, result in fewer profits, fewer

revenues for his specific businesses, now, just maybe he'll start taking it a little

seriously, and understand that racism is actually pretty bad

for business.

Trump Administration Moves To Allow More Toxic Waste Dumping In America's Waterways - Duration: 3:53.

The Trump Administration's Environmental Protection Agency has been working to roll back a rule

that limits the amount of toxic waste that companies can dump into the water, into rivers,

streams, waterways, aquifers, whatever it is.

Obama, his EPA said, you know what, let's cut back on the amount of toxic waste that

we're pouring out into the environment.

Well, Trump's EPA, after being heavily lobbied by just two industry front groups decided

they were going to roll back the rule and that is what they're doing today, telling

corporations, we're going to raise the limit on how much toxic waste you can dump into

people's water.

Now, this is toxic waste coming from power plants.

Most of the time those are coal-fired power plants and if you're not familiar with the

kind of waste that time out of those, let me give you a quick rundown here.

We have arsenic, we have mercury, we have cadmium and chromium and all kinds of other

heavy metals that are known not only to cause damage in adult bodies, but in fetuses and

young children.

They disrupt brain development.

They can lead to impulsive behavior.

They can cause mental retardation in unborn children and yet the Trump EPA, because corporations

told them to, thinks that that's perfectly okay and reasoning that these industries gave

the EPA was 'cause these regulations by Obama were to burdensome and just too darn costly.

Burdensome and costly, is that worth it?

Is that worth having a generation of children whose brains do not work properly because

they were poisoned by American corporations.

Is it worth it?

Saving corporations that you're not invested in, that we don't work for, a few dollars.

No, it's not and anyone who thinks that it is, is an absolute idiot and I encourage you

to go live by one of these power plants that's now going to start releasing more toxic waste.

If you think it's so fine, you go drink the water.

You go fish in that water.

You go play in that water and take your family there on vacation because I guarantee you

the people have no problem with this are the people that don't have to worry about stuff

like this.

They don't live in the communities where toxic waste is dumped.

No, they live in the gated communities, high up on a hill with their private water supply,

whole household water filters.

They don't have to worry about it.

They don't take vacations down by a river or a small lake, they go down to the Cayman

Islands and check on their money or they go to the Bahamas or Hawaii or to Europe, not

where the people who don't have anything have to take their families.

They're not the ones who suffer the consequences, we are and until those Republican voters out

there who think Republicans have their best interest at heart wake up and understand that

they are literally being poisoned by these people they put into the office, then nothing

is going to change.

At this point, it is up to them because I'm pretty sure everybody on the Democratic side,

with the exception of Joe Manchin, understands the danger that corporations represent when

they are allowed to go ahead and dump as much toxic waste, as much pollutants into the water

as possible.

We understand it.

It's up to Republicans and Republican voters to finally realize that we're being slowly

poisoned by corporations because the people they put into office think that that's okay.

Trump Is Already Producing Campaign Ads For 2020, And They Are Disgusting - Duration: 4:11.

Donald Trump has released yet another campaign ad for his alleged 2020 presidential campaign,

and it is just as disgusting and full of lies as you would expect.

Before getting to the ad though, let's take a second to think of how presumptuous it is

of him to think that he's going to make it to 2020.

Not only do we have reports that it's likely he's going to be primaried by other Republican

challengers, we still have to deal with the fact that we've got a special prosecutor out

there, Bob Mueller who is compiling evidence daily that threatens to take down the entire

Trump administration, which would pretty much make him ineligible to even run in 2020.

Now, having said that, Donald Trump's new ad takes aim specifically at two different

things in this country.

The first is what he calls obstructionist Democrats, you know, those Democrats who aren't

voting for his nominees that he hasn't even nominated.

See, that's a part of the Republican talking point that they leave out conveniently.

They keep saying that, "Oh, Democrats are not voting on these people for these positions."

Donald Trump hasn't nominated anybody!

We don't even have any ambassador to South Korea right now, which we desperately need

because Donald Trump hasn't even nominated anybody.

But they're still telling us that is the Democrats that are obstructing this.

So, according to Donald Trump and the Republican Party, the Democrats are obstructing things

that don't even exist right now.

Now, the second part of the ad takes aim at what Trump calls obviously the fake news media.

Because in Donald Trump land, anything that is not flattering to him is fake news.

This is a tactic that we fully expected because the Republican Party several months ago actually

admitted that they're going to make the 2020 elections about the media.

See, the public doesn't like the media as a whole, okay?

Media has a negative approval rating.

People don't trust the corporate media.

Blah, blah, blah.

We know that statistics show it.

So, Republicans think they can somehow turn that into a winning campaign strategy even

though they're still running Donald Trump, a man who took three days to denounce racist

attacks in Charlottesville, Virginia.

I don't think it's going to work like that, guys.

Furthermore, while there have been instances of news outlets, even reputable news outlets,

jumping the gun and getting the story wrong about stuff with Donald Trump, more often

than not, they're 100% accurate about all of the crappy things this man has done, all

of the things that aren't working out and calling him out when he takes credit for things,

when they're actually accomplishments that President Obama achieved.

There is a fake news problem in this country, folks, but it's not coming from the Washington

Post or the New York Times.

It's coming from news organizations that Trump actually likes, like Fox News or Breitbart

or the Drudge Report or Alex Jones and Rush Limbaugh.

Those are the people out there spilling lies and hatred, not Washington Post and New York

Times.

Those outlets don't always get it right, but they get it right more than a lot of other

media outlets, probably more than most, if not all other media outlets.

And if Trump and the Republicans think that that's a winning campaign strategy, then by

all means go for it 'cause you're probably going to convince your low information base

that yeah, those are the problems.

But the rest of the public understands that while those outlets may not be perfect, they're

still a hell of a lot more trustworthy than Donald Trump.

Trump And Jeff Sessions Want To Strip Journalists Of Their Legal Protections - Duration: 3:50.

Last Friday, before white supremacists marched on Charlottesville, noted white supremacist

sympathizer Jeff Sessions, who also happens to be our attorney general, he gave a press

conference where he talked about the leakers, those notorious people that Donald Trump has

been going after since day one of his presidency because he's angry about the fact that people

are speaking to the press and telling them what it's really like inside the White House

with Donald Trump as your boss.

Jeff Sessions gets out there, he gives this little speech, says we're going to crack down

on these leakers, we're going to find out who they are, we're going to get them out

of the administration, we're going to run a tight ship from now on.

Full steam ahead.

No problems here.

We're going to root them out, we're going to get them out, and everything's going to

be great.

Then his speech took an interesting turn.

Rather than just going after the leakers, Jeff Sessions, with support from Donald Trump,

said they're also going to start going after media outlets, because why the hell not.

Jeff Sessions said that they're going to start issuing subpoenas to journalists in this country

to force them to reveal their sources on stories about Donald Trump.

Now, he didn't add the "about Donald Trump" part, but I did.

You know why?

Because that's what this is about.

We are coming dangerously close to infringing upon some of our most valuable First Amendment

protections because of Donald Trump's fragile ego.

Now, keep in mind, so far during this Trump administration, no one has leaked any information

to the press that has compromised American lives, that has resulted in anyone dying,

or that has otherwise endangered the U.S. national security apparatus.

All they're doing is explaining how horrible Donald Trump is as a person, and they are

pissed off.

I ask you, Trump supporters, is it worth losing our First Amendment protections just so your

president can feel better about himself at the end of the day, just so he doesn't have

to read so many negative stories?

Because I can promise you, as these things always do, it'll progress.

Today it's the First Amendment.

We all know what comes after one, right?

The number two.

Soon it'll be the Second Amendment.

You may decide it's best for you to keep your mouth shut on this issue because you don't

really care if these stupid liberal journalists go to prison, but just keep in mind they'll

be nobody left to fight for you when the government finally does decide that you're too stupid

to own a gun or that you can't be trusted because they're so damn paranoid.

At the end of the day, that is what this is about.

This is Donald Trump's paranoia infringing upon our constitutional rights.

Is it worth it, Trump supporters?

I don't think so.

I don't think any other rational-thinking human being would agree.

We have to stop this.

Donald Trump is literally assaulting the U.S. Constitution by trying to strip us of our

rights.

The press has the right to publish these things without the interference of the federal government,

and Friday, Jeff Sessions, U.S. Attorney General, said we're trying to take that away from them

because this is what Donald Trump wants us

to do.

Joe Arpaio is about to get the best news of his life.

On Friday, it was discovered that the White house counsel, at the request of President

Donald Trump, has prepared a presidential pardon for the Maricopa County Sheriff Joe

Arpaio.

And Trump is ready to sign it.

The question is whether President Trump will sign the pardon now, before traveling to Phoenix

for a rally at the Phoenix Convention Center on Tuesday, August 22 – or if President

Trump will sign it at all.

On Monday, Aug. 14, Trump retweeted a Fox and Friends article headlined, "Trump 'seriously

considering' a pardon for Sheriff Joe Arpaio" – a signal to Trump's base that he did

not intend to travel to Arizona for Tuesday's rally without having first pardoned Arpaio

– or even that Trump might use the Tuesday rally as the stage on which to sign the pardon

with Arpaio present, on stage.

Not pardoning Arpaio prior to or during the Phoenix rally could set off a negative reaction

among Trump's base that remembers Sheriff Arpaio as an early and vocal Trump supporter

who championed Trump's rally call during the campaign to "Build That Wall!"

Either way, Trump's decision will be controversial, especially given Arpaio's history of enforcing

immigration laws the Obama administration wanted ignored, and the divisiveness of the

Charlottesville protests with the mainstream media attempting to portray Trump as a white

supremacist.

On July 31, U.S. District Judge Susan R. Bolton found Arpaio guilty of misdemeanor criminal

contempt in an opinion she could have written her opinion before the trial even started

– an opinion that made clear her prejudice from the start that Arpaio was guilty of misdemeanor

civil contempt guilty conviction.

Now at 85-years-old, Arpaio faces a misdemeanor criminal contempt sentence that could include

up to six-months in jail.

For Arpaio supporters, this would be a sad end to a distinguished career that includes

Arpaio's service in the U.S. Army from 1950-1953, his service as a police officer in Washington,

D.C., and Las Vegas, Nevada, as well as the years he spent working as a top federal drug

enforcement officer in foreign countries and the United States.

Arpaio, a former DEA narcotics agent and head of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration,

U.S. Department of Justice, for Arizona.

Arpaio's sentencing hearing is scheduled on October 5 – a hearing that will not be

held if President Trump pardons him prior to that date.

New Poll Shows Jaw Dropping Number Of Americans Agree With Trump On Charlottesville

President Donald Trump condemned the violence that erupted in Charlottesville, Virginia

during the weekend, but he's still criticized for his statements.

Even his own party criticized him.

However, a poll was released on Friday which shows that almost half of the American nation

actually agrees with Trump's statements regarding the incident in Charlottesville.

President Donald Trump blamed both sides for the violence and said that racism is evil.

He also criticized the neo-Nazis, Ku Klux Klan, and white supremacists by calling them

"criminals and thugs".

Former Governor of Massachusetts Mitt Romney was outraged by Trump's statements.

He didn't agree with the President that both sides are guilty of the violent rally

in Charlottesville.

He took it to Twitter to write "One side is racist, bigoted, Nazi.

The other opposes racism and bigotry."

Daily Caller reports: However, a SurveyMonkey poll conducted Thursday found a combined 49

percent of American adults believe that both groups of protesters were "most responsible

for the violence in Charlottesville."

The poll found that 46 percent believe far-right groups were most responsible, 40 percent pointed

the finger at both groups, and 9 percent believe counter-protesters were the most guilty.

64 percent of the Republican voters agree with President Trump that both groups are

responsible for the violent rally in Charlottesville.

Only 18 percent blame the white nationalist protesters while 17 percent blame the counter-protesters.

Daily Caller reports: Trump's reaction to the violence found some agreement among independent

Americans.

A total of 46 percent of independents thinks both groups and counter-protesters were most

responsible, while 51 percent believe the white nationalists caused the violence.

Sixty-six percent of Democrats polled believe the far-right groups were most responsible

for the violence.

24 percent said both groups were responsible, and just six percent said the counter-protesters

caused most of the violence.

To sum up, most of the Republican voters blame both groups for the violence while the Democratic

voters blame the far-right group.
