Right As Hurricane Harvey Hits Texas, Trump Caught Red Handed Doing The INCREDIBLE
-------------------------------------------
Corporate Polluters, Scammers, and Criminals See Big Trump Benefits - Duration: 3:26.An environment watchdog group has released a startling statistic.
Since Donald Trump took office, fines for corporate polluters have fallen by more than
60%.
Instead of holding corporations accountable when they poison our air and our water and
even our people, they appear to be getting a free pass from the current administration.
Of course, this isn't much of a surprise considering how connected our government is to industry.
Joining me now to talk about this is Farron Cousins, he's the executive editor for the
Trial Lawyer magazine.
Farron, incredible.
What's happened in the last six months.
You talk about the corporate payoff.
Oh absolutely, and that's exactly what corporations wanted.
What's happened in the last six, seven months is that they're getting everything they've
ever wanted, which was a 60%, they'd prefer 100% reduction in these fines when they do
go out there and they dump things into our water or spew things into the atmosphere,
they are not being held accountable.
Now, don't get me wrong.
Enforcement was very lax under Obama and Bush and Clinton before him, but even with that
lax enforcement, things have essentially at this point just absolutely fallen off a cliff
and we're not getting those fines and punishments, essentially, that we need to have in this
country.
Isn't part of the problem ... I mean, corporate America is making so much money right now.
Making more than they've ever made in the history of this planet.
Literally.
That is not a statistic that's overstated.
So, with all that money, aren't they able to go to the agencies and they're able to
get the folks that are working for the agencies to come to work with them?
They say, "Joe, when you get done with what you're doing, come talk to us.
We have about a $400,000 paycheck for you."
That goes on every day.
It's like the American public actually believes that the EPA or FDA or the SEC is out protecting
them.
What is your take on that?
It's absolutely true.
We've seen this in full swing for the last 17 years, really, where either the people
running these regulatory agencies came from industry or once they leave there, they go
right into industry.
They're not there to hold people accountable.
They're not there to do their jobs.
They're making job connections.
They're trying to meet people that they know they can send a resume to once they leave
office instead of somebody that they can send a fine or a subpoena to while they're serving
this country.
They're not doing what they're supposed to be doing; they're worried about their own
career and longevity at that point.
Yeah, they actually call these positions "career-holding places."
Career holding places.
Really quickly, what are the important fines that we're seeing differences with?
Well, the big thing is that we need these fines.
This isn't just about we want to take your money.
We use those fines to clean up the water, to clean up the air, to clean up the environment,
to provide medical monitoring for people when they get poisoned.
That's what these fines are about and if we do not pull those in, we do not clean up the
mess that corporations have caused.
Taxpayers have to foot the bill.
What the corporation does is they put all their garbage in a river, for example, and
they say, "We made a big profit by not having to do this right.
Now let's let the taxpayers have to pay for this clean up and our stockholders are gonna
make a lot more money."
Yeah, that's exactly the process and that goes on every day in this country, and under
Trump, it's happening more and more.

Trump Wins What Trump Just Did To Stop Mueller Made Nancy Pelosi Cry Like A Baby - Duration: 10:50.Trump Wins What Trump Just Did To Stop Mueller Made Nancy Pelosi Cry Like A Baby
President Trump is under investigation for his connections with Russia during the elections.
Although he denied the allegations against him, the investigation is still ongoing and
Robert Mueller was appointed as a special to his case.
However, Trump is fighting back.
Liberty Writers reports: The legal team Mueller assembled has come under fire for possible
bias against Republicans after several members have been found to have donated large sums
to Democratic campaigns.
It was recently revealed that Robert Mueller's law firm gave most of their donations to Hillary
Clinton's campaign in 2016.
Liberty Writers reports: One of the attorneys in President Trump's external legal team,
Jay Sekulow, said in comments to The Associated Press that he and the other lawyers "will
consistently evaluate the issue of conflicts and raise them in the appropriate venue."
Mueller announced that he will expand the investigation and will look into Trump's
worldwide business transactions.
After Mueller's announcement, Trump said that this is inappropriate.
Mueller keeps expanding the investigation.
He's desperate to find any connections between Trump and Russia.
After he was appointed as a Special Prosecutor, he has been expanding his staff and adding
Hillary's former lawyers to help in the investigation.
Liberty Writers reports: Sarah Huckabee Sanders said in a press conference that President
Trump is concerned with the breadth of the investigation and that Mueller "should stay
in the confines of meddling, Russia meddling, and the election and nothing beyond that."
President Trump said that Mueller's investigation is a witch hunt.
Trump is already lawyered up and is ready to fight back.
It's just too bad that Trump has to deal with this nonsense instead of dedicating to
our country.
One thing is for sure, the swamp will be drained soon!

BREAKING Trump Makes MASSIVE Announcement About ARRESTING Hillary Clinton - Duration: 10:50.BREAKING Trump Makes MASSIVE Announcement About ARRESTING Hillary Clinton
During last year's presidential campaign, Donald Trump made a promise that he would
appoint a special prosecutor to put Hillary Clinton on trial for her countless crimes.
On Wednesday, the President recalled that promise and added that Clinton would be facing
a criminal trial at this very moment, were it not for FBI director James Comey.
Trump claimed that Comey saved Clinton from going to jail by choosing not to prosecute
her for mishandling classified documents during her time as Secretary of State.
"DON'T FORGET WHEN JIM COMEY CAME OUT, HE SAVED HILLARY CLINTON," TRUMP SAID.
"PEOPLE DON'T REALIZE THAT.
HE SAVED HER LIFE.
BECAUSE I CALL IT 'COMEY WON.' AND I JOKE ABOUT IT A LITTLE BIT.
WHEN HE WAS READING THOSE CHARGES, SHE WAS GUILTY OF EVERY CHARGE.
AND THEN HE SAID SHE WAS ESSENTIALLY OK."
The President was referring to a press conference Comey gave in July of last year in which he
listed a litany of Clinton's "reckless" improprieties, but then announced that he
wouldn't ask the Obama Justice Department to press charges.
Trump confirmed that Clinton would be "going to trial" if Comey hadn't been "very,
very good" to her, reports Truth Monitor.
However, he added that it's not too late to have the FBI Director step down.
"BUT YOU KNOW, I HAVE CONFIDENCE IN HIM," TRUMP SAID OF COMEY.
"WE'LL SEE WHAT HAPPENS.
IT'S GOING TO BE INTERESTING.
I WANT TO GIVE EVERYBODY A GOOD FAIR CHANCE.
DIRECTOR COMEY WAS VERY, VERY GOOD TO HILLARY CLINTON.
THAT I CAN TELL YOU.
IF HE WEREN'T, SHE WOULD BE GOING TO TRIAL."
When reminded about his promise to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate Clinton,
Trump said,
"I DON'T WANT TO TALK ABOUT THAT.
I WANT TO TALK ABOUT POSITIVE."

Ben Carson Just Leaked Everything About Trump and the Mueller Investigation
Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Secretary Ben Carson says a special counsel Robert Mueller
should be given a "chance" to conduct a fair investigation into possible ties between
Trump and Russia.
"I would give him the chance to see if he could do that because if there's nothing
there – he's not gonna find anything anyway," Carson told Fox News Radio.
"That has been the case now for nearly a year – there's nothing to find, that's
why they keep going down these empty rabbit holes.
That will continue to be the case because there's nothing there," Carson added.
Carson said that the investigation is "frustrating" and that it is hurting Trump's productivity.
"It's frustrating because it keeps us from getting to the things that need to be
done, and I'm not sure that that isn't the real reason for it," he said.
You heard it right here.

Trump Wants To Make It OK For Nursing Homes To Abuse The Elderly - Duration: 3:59.If you had any question about whether or not Donald Trump honestly was the most heartless
person to ever hold the office of the presidency, take a look at this.
During the Obama years, Obama, towards the end of his term, created a regulation that
said nursing homes can no longer use forced arbitration clauses when signing a contract
for a new person to come live in a nursing home.
What that means, when you sign that arbitration clause, is that if they do anything bad to
you, if they screw up, if they hurt you intentionally or otherwise, you cannot take them to court.
Obama said, "You know what, that's pretty unfair.
That's pretty screwed up.
We're going to do away with it."
Now, his regulation never actually went into effect, or technically has not gone into effect
yet, but Donald Trump has decided, at the urging of the US Chamber of Commerce, to get
rid of that regulation altogether.
To put it in its simplest terms, Donald Trump doesn't want your grandparents or your parents
or your great grandparents, whoever it is living in a nursing home, to be able to sue
that nursing home when they abuse or neglect or do something that gets them killed.
Now, you may not think that this is a big problem, but it is.
For every one case of a nursing home abuse that is reported, it's estimated that another
five go unreported.
One out of six nursing home residents in the United States, one out of six, has reported
some form of abuse.
Many have been forced to actually call 911 from their own personal cellphones while in
the nursing home, due to the treatment that they have received from the nursing home employee.
75% of cases reported have been of employees physically or emotionally or even financially
abusing nursing home residents.
There has been instances where nursing home caregivers have taken the financial information
from their patients and literally stolen money from them.
They've wired the money out of their retirement accounts into the employee's accounts.
These people, some of them have Alzheimer's they don't quite know until the family finds
out, after the person passes away, that grandma or grandpa's pension fund has been pilfered
for a decade by a greedy nursing home employee.
Nursing home abuse happens all the time.
One out of three nursing homes in the United States during a recent study was cited for
either physical abuse, financial abuse or dangerous conditions that could lead to personal
injury or death for nursing home residents.
That's about as serious as it gets, and Donald Trump doesn't want the elderly, who are the
most vulnerable of our population, to be able to take these people to court when they screw
them over.
Instead, he wants to send them in front of an arbitration panel.
Do you know what that means?
It means they're going to go in front of corporate-friendly arbitrators, have to pay an exorbitant amount
of money, and 80% of the time they lose.
This is great for corporations, and that's why the US Chamber of Commerce is supporting
it, but it is basically a death sentence for the elderly population of the United States.
Again, if you don't think Donald Trump is the most heartless person to ever hold the
office of the presidency, at least during our lifetimes, then I suggest you check out
this story because it is one of the truly most disgusting things that I have seen from
this administration in these short seven months.

In Trump's Warped Mind, Everything Is Someone Else's Fault - Duration: 5:34.Donald Trump has been basically in a tirade on Twitter, pretty much since he became President
of the United States, but specifically in the last week or two, going after Republicans
in the House and the Senate and preemptively blaming them for things that have not yet
happened or things that actually didn't even happen.
For example, one of the tirades he went on and has been going on even this morning, was
about the need to get rid of the filibuster in the Senate, because it's allowing eight
Democrats, as the President says, to control everything that comes out of that Senate,
and it's because of the filibuster that the Senate was unable to pass their version of
Trumpcare.
As it turns out, that's not true.
The Senate tried to do it under reconciliation, which requires a simple majority vote, and
they still weren't able to get majority vote.
Trump doesn't understand parliamentary procedure, so he assumes it's the filibuster, or maybe
he just needed a reason to go out there and attack Democrats and Republicans.
The more interesting part of the story is the preemptive blame that Donald Trump is
trying to lay at the feet of Republicans in the House of Representatives because he doesn't
think they're going to be able to pass legislation to increase the debt ceiling, which would
then mean that the budget wouldn't pass, which would mean we were likely heading for a government
shutdown.
Trump himself has actually already threatened to shut down the federal government if we
do not give him the funding he wants for his border wall, so I don't know why he would
think that the public would believe him when he already says that a government shutdown
would be the fault of the Republicans, because he's the one who said he wants to do it.
Here's the thing about Donald Trump, and this is something I think everybody mostly understands
but, if you don't, pay attention now.
Donald Trump blames everyone else for anything bad that happens in his life, during his presidency
or whatever.
It is always the fault of someone else.
Conversely, Donald Trump always takes credit for the good things that other people do that
he wasn't even involved in.
Case in point, the economy.
We're still adding jobs each month.
Donald Trump, though he says he's doing that, clearly doesn't want the public to know that
up until about mid-September, we're still operating under the last budget put in place
by President Barack Obama.
This is still Obama's economy until September, and then Trump takes over.
That's how it works.
Furthermore, he won't take the blame when the stock market took a massive dive after
his response to Charlottesville, and he didn't take any blame whatsoever when the stock market
took a massive dive after his rally in Phoenix.
He did, however, take huge credit for the fact that the stock market reached an all-time
high two days in a row about a month ago.
See, the good things are always him.
The bad things are always someone else, and that is one of the hallmark traits of Donald
Trump's mental illness, which is known as narcissistic personality disorder.
Look in the DSM file, look at the symptoms of narcissistic personality disorder, and
tell me that those couldn't be a biography of Donald Trump himself.
That's what we're dealing with.
It is a mental illness.
Does it make him unfit to lead?
A lot of people think so, but that would be up to a medical professional to fully give
that diagnosis.
I do not have a PhD, I will not issue my opinion on whether or not he should resign.
I do think, for the most part, that it is hindering him, obviously.
Donald Trump needs to understand that when you're in the highest office in the land,
everything is your fault.
That's how it was with Barack Obama.
Do you remember the Republicans?
Everything that happened in this country and, honestly, all over the world, was directly
the fault of President Obama.
The Black Lives Matter Movement, that was the fault of Barack Obama.
Cops shooting unarmed black people, that was also somehow Obama's fault.
When he first came to office, dealing with the recession that George W. Bush left him,
on day one, it was immediately Obama's fault, even though we were still operating under
that Bush budget.
Donald Trump won't accept any blame for anything.
Meanwhile, Obama got blamed for everything, including the things he had nothing to do
with, and he took it in stride.
He used it to make himself better and to try to make this country better.
He didn't sit there and whine on Twitter about people being unfair, the media being unfair,
even when they were calling him a Muslim Kenyan who lied about his birth certificate.
Both FOX News and Donald Trump himself made those claims, but he didn't piss and moan
and act like a child.
He got things done, and that's the difference between a real leader and what we have today.

Pitiful Paul Ryan Admits Trump Should Tweet Less - Duration: 3:51.This past Monday evening, Paul Ryan gave a town hall meeting, one of the very few Republicans
to actually go into a town hall.
He had been pressured for many, many weeks to do a town hall while he was on his break,
so he decided, "Look.
I'm going to do a town hall.
I'm going to come be a savior of the Republican party."
Didn't actually turn out that way.
In fact, when asked a question about Donald Trump's tweeting habits, Paul Ryan very meekly,
very humbly said, "Well, yeah.
I mean, do I wish he would tweet less?
Yeah.
But I do understand that is his way of getting his unfiltered message out to the public and
it's very effective.
Do I like everything he tweets?
No."
Paul Ryan gave this wishy washy, flip flop of an answer that Donald Trump couldn't technically
get mad at because he didn't really take a stance one way or another.
The American public is tired of Donald Trump's constant insulting tweets: the tweets that
get picked up by the media, the tweets that get picked up by overseas media.
Hell, even Kim Jong-un is making fun of Donald Trump's Twitter habits, saying that he's tweeting
out nonsense and gibberish, and Paul Ryan won't even take a stand against that?
Interesting.
What's more interesting, when you dig through it and you start putting on those political
scientist hats and look at reasons, here is why I think Paul Ryan is being so wishy washy
on this.
Paul Ryan understands that Republicans in Washington D.C. are not willing to admit or
commit, I should say, to Donald Trump being the party's 2020 nominee.
If Donald Trump gets taken down by this Bob Mueller special prosecutor investigation,
and that would give us President Pence, I doubt Pence would withstand a 2020 election,
and therefore Republicans would be more apt to primary him.
Paul Ryan wants to be that guy.
Paul Ryan as the failed Vice Presidential candidate of Mitt Romney back in 2012, was
seen as more immature, somebody who wasn't a leader.
He was a tea party fringe extremist, which he still is, he's just trying to hide it better,
but he thinks he's polished himself up enough that he can speak to people.
He's been on Twitter the last few days talking about how bad Donald Trump's speech was in
Charlottesville.
Paul Ryan is gearing up for something bigger.
Trust me on this.
He won't take a stand against Trump because he doesn't want Trump to stop tweeting.
He's seen how many times Donald Trump has tweeted out things that could be very intriguing
to the special prosecutor.
He doesn't want that to stop.
He knows that to further his own political career he needs something to happen to Donald
Trump, namely impeachment.
If he, as the leader of the House of Representatives, were to be the one to go ahead and start those
impeachment hearings once the special prosecutor's investigation is done, he could suddenly emerge
as the hero of the United States who got rid of Donald Trump once and for all.
The savior of the Republican party.
He'd be a hero, and he'd be very difficult to beat in a 2020 election.
Paul Ryan understands that, and I guarantee you that is the long game that Paul Ryan is
playing here.
If the Democrats don't get their act together, 2020 could be the year that Paul Ryan becomes
our next president.

Trump Officials Try To Rewrite Study To Make Renewable Energy Look Bad - Duration: 3:55.A few months ago, a draft version of the Department of Energy's energy grid study was released,
and it showed that everything that the Trump administration and Republicans had been saying
about renewable energy was completely false.
Renewable energy was not overloading our power grids.
It was not taking up space that could be better spent on nuclear energy or coal firepower
plants.
In fact, that report showed that our energy grid today, even with renewable energy growing
at an exponential rate, is stronger than ever.
Obviously, Rick Perry, the Secretary of Energy, along with Donald Trump and the other Republicans
in the administration ... They weren't happy that this report showed how well renewable
energy was doing, and how much market share was gaining, and how much stronger our electrical
grid in the United States was because of it.
So, before the final draft of this report came out, which was this past Wednesday evening,
Rick Perry and his Department of Energy took it upon themselves to rewrite those flattering
things about renewable energy and make the entire study about how horrible renewable
energy is, and how it is killing coal, killing nuclear, and killing our electrical grid in
the United States.
There's just one problem.
They didn't delete all of the information that they wanted to delete, so the statements
that they did take out, where they were saying that renewable energy was beneficial, that
it was good for the power grid, and that the power grid was strong ... They took those
out.
They took out the part that said that renewable energy is not killing coal or nuclear, and
that renewable energy subsidies are not hurting those industries.
But later on in the report, those points were echoed again, and I guess poor, little Rick
Perry didn't think to read through the whole thing.
And so those statements got left in, directly contradicting what they had already taken
out, and rewritten.
The bottom line is this: Rick Perry came from Texas.
He was an oil guy.
Oil put him in office.
Oil funded his campaigns, and he thinks that he can go to be the Secretary of Energy, and
just rewrite everything to make it look like renewable, solar, and wind are actually somehow
hurting the United States, when in reality it's the coal companies.
It's the oil companies.
It's the dirty energy polluters who are overloading our power grid, who are unable to keep up
with demand, and who do not understand that the rest of the world is evolving, and the
United States has to evolve with it.
Rick Perry is not evolving, and believe me, he needs to.
But this little snafu with their report, where they tried to be sneaky and show the public
that renewable energy is bad, just proves at how stupid they are because they are so
dumb that they can't even successfully sabotage their own paper, because they didn't bother
to continue reading the entire thing.
That's the level of stupid that we are dealing with with this Trump administration, and until
we get them removed from office, it's going to be more stories like this.
It's going to be more instances of pure, brain dead stupidity from people like Rick Perry
and Donald Trump, because going full stupid is the only thing they know how
to do.

Trump Aides Admit They Can't Quit Because They Are Keeping Trump From Being Even Crazier - Duration: 2:45.For months we've been reports saying that White House staffers are unhappy with their
jobs.
They don't like working for Donald Trump.
He's got a bit of a temper.
He throws things at the TV, and on, and on, and on.
So the big question that everybody's been asking is, "Well, then why the hell are you
still working for Donald Trump?"
Well, this past weekend we got an answer in the form of an article from AXIOS, where they
actually interviewed several White House staffers to find out exactly why these people continue
to stay working for Donald Trump when he's so unhinged.
The overwhelming response from these staffers as to why they're staying in the White House
is because they feel it is their duty, because according to them, they're actually helping
to kill some of the crazier ideas that Donald Trump has had as president.
Here are some of those ideas.
They said that they have helped prevent him from launching a trade war with China.
They've helped prevent, to some degree, mass deportations, and they've helped convince
him not to shut down the federal government in exchange for funding his border wall between
the US and Mexico.
These staffers actually see it as their duty to continuously talk Trump down from some
of his crazier proposals and crazier ideas that he clearly is having behind the scenes.
However, there is another factor that AXIOS found in several responses from members of
the White House staffing pool, and it was that they enjoy the power.
They like being associated with a guy like Donald Trump.
For people like that there is no hope.
There is absolutely no hope for those people who think that working for Donald Trump is
somehow making them powerful.
But for those who are actually trying to say, "You know what, Donald?
Maybe we shouldn't start a trade war with China.
Maybe the government needs to keep running, and maybe we should back off the border wall
a little bit," those people are actually doing the United States a massive service at this
point, because they're in the president's ear in a way that nobody else in this country
has the ability to be.
Kudos to those people.
To hell with the ones who think that they're gaining some kind of power.
Let's just hope that these staffers continue to talk Donald Trump back from some of his
more outlandish proposals.
