Trump news on Youtube Aug 9 2018

Uh oh! Donald Trump's former colleague Omarosa allegedly secretly taped conversations with the president

We've got details on what she has on the tycoon.  Donald Trump needs to be more careful with who he lets close to him

First his former private attorney and "fixer" Michael Cohen secretly recorded hundreds of their conversations and now Omarosa Manigault has allegedly done the same thing

She worked as his Communications Director for the Office of Public Liaison until her firing in Dec

of 2017, and during her nearly one year in the White House she recorded her interactions with Trump according to The Daily Beast

She then allegedly used the tapes to help shop around her new tell-all book Unhinged about her time working with the tycoon in the West Wing

Omarosa and Trump had been close for many years, as she appeared three times on his NBC reality show The Apprentice

It was thus not a big surprise when he hired her to come work for him after being elected president in Nov

of 2016. The site says that from people they spoke to who heard the tapes, the 44-year-old really didn't get much dirt or anything juicy in her audio

"Multiple sources familiar with the so-called 'Omarosa tapes' described the recorded conversations between Trump and Manigault as anodyne, everyday chatter, but said they did appear to feature Trump's voice, either over the phone or in-person

," the Daily Beast reports.  The former reality star has already released some excerpts from Unhinged that are disparaging towards the 72-year-old president, including claiming he is in "mental decline

" She referred to a May of 2017 interview that Trump did with NBC's Lester Holt and writes that, "While watching the interview I realized that something real and serious was going on in Donald's brain

His mental decline could not be denied. Many didn't notice it as keenly as I did because I knew him way back when

They thought Trump was being Trump, off the cuff." She added, "Throughout this erratic and contradictory interview, I kept thinking, 'Oh no! Oh no! This is bad!' Donald rambled

He spoke gibberish. He contradicted himself from one sentence to the next." Brutal!  Unhinged: An Insider's Account of the Trump White House by Omarosa come out on Aug

14.

sounded like a threat saying in

a statement, quote, millions of

pages of documents along with

testimony from dozens of

witnesses have been provided.

We're restating what we have

been saying for months.

It is time for the office of the

special counsel to conclude its

inquiry without further delay.

A source close to Giuliani,

Mr. Trump, tells me today the

legal team strategy, quote, both

sides are being played.

The special counsel's office and

the president.

There won't ever be a

presidential interview.

"The New York Times" reports on

the eight-month-long back and

forth over the elusive

presidential interview writing,

quote, the negotiations have

dragtd on in part because they

are concerned if he is

interviewed Mr. Trump could

perjure himself.

They had been prepared last week

to tell Mr. Mueller Mr. Trump

would decline an interview, but

the president who believes he

can convince Mr. Mueller he is

innocent pushed his lawyers to

continue negotiating.

It's the rare instance in which

Robert Mueller and Donald Trump

want the very same thing, which

is striking especially in light

of new reporting we brought you

earlier this week from a source

close to the trump legal effort

who tells us that there are

serious concerns the president

Trump Voter thinks: He Denuclearized North Korea. Trump Supporters - Duration: 6:13.

So, cnn does this segment where they bring the trump supporters to ask about his performance,

This time, they brought current trump supports and ex trump supporters.

Lets watch the first clip then, we will break it down.

First Clip (0:41 to 1:23) So now stop right there, this guy Arthur says

" Our intelligence agencies are out of control" Really, so these are the same people who defends

a crooked police officer whenever he/she uses an excessive force, o no they had to shoot

an unarmed man, even our crooked officers are perfectly fine,.

But now that other intelligence agencies are coming after their "dear leader" suddenly

they are out of control.

This specific example shows us his lack of conscience, he is not able to see the problem

with his statement.

2nd Clip (1:33 to 2:17)

Even though Benghazi committee investigation was a congressional probe, while Mueller is

a Justice Department-appointed special counsel who is leading a criminal investigation.

But bengazi all started May 2014.

The committee issued its final report on the Benghazi attack a little more than two years

later in June 2016 and was officially shut down in December 2016.

But on the other side mmueller was appointed as special counsel in May 2017 and also keep

in mind, they are not wasiting money, In the 13 months since his investigation began, Mueller's

team has charged nearly two dozen individuals and companies, including senior members of

Trump's team, and five people have pleaded guilty.

So, its not 2 years yet folks, we are talking about mueller not fbi counterintelligence

investigation, he was appointed in may 2017, it is going in the right direction folks.

3rd Clip (3:00 to 3:05) (3:52 to 4:00) This is bullshit

America's closest allies, Canadian president justin truedue was called dishonest and weak

by trump.

Even though Iranian president also said they want peace, but trump threatened them and

implied that us will go to war with them (if you want more information on iran and trump,

I will put video in the end of this video) He said he wants Russia in NATO and our long

term allies strongly disagree.

And the list goes on, But this guy says he wants good relationship

with every country, no he doesn't, he just wants it with Russia, who I cant say anything

with proof, but can just assume, that they may have helped him, or they have something

on him.

We will

see after the investigation is done.

4th clip 4:06 to For this im not even gonna say anything, im

gonna let trump administration's National Security Advisor comment on this.

There you go folks, Now what do you say to that when these people

just don't know the facts or don't wana know the facts

And look at that dude, He thought she gave a very good point and

he jumped into saying yes.

Complete ignorance

ANTHONY SCARAMUCCI POTENTIAL TRUMP-MUELLER INTERVIEW - Duration: 11:23.

here in New York foxes alert now awaiting the arrival of a vice president

Mike Pence at the Pentagon where he will be meeting with top brass about the

formation of a space force and then deliver critical remarks on that all

this and keeping with President Trump's call for a new branch of the military

for the future to protect vital US interests in outer space we will bring

you those remarks when they get underway from the Pentagon coming up here team

has responded to robert muller and they have one main condition and the russia

probe welcome to a brand new hour of America's newsroom I'm Sandra Smith

making it making it simple there i'm bill hemmer good morning we'll try and

keep it that way we don't know the specifics but trump's legal team playing

this one close the main message appears to be wrap it up by September and that

brings us to today's newsroom music president Trump's lawyers making what

they're calling a counteroffer for an interview with the special counsel

Robert Muller Rudy Giuliani says it may be quote the last best chance special

counsel Robert Muller has to secure president Trump's testimony this is a

good-faith attempt to try and meet the special counsel part of the way and wrap

up this investigation we offered them an opportunity to do a form of questioning

you can say yes or no Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz thinks the

strategy is to make it impossible for Muller to accept the president's terms

they're gonna make Muller an offer he can't accept some reports indicate the

offer includes a condition the president won't be asked about obstruction of

justice if there's any type of interview whether

it's written or otherwise it will be the appropriate type of response this legal

team is not walking this president to a perjury trap not going to happen

Mahler reiterated the need to interview Trump both to understand whether he had

any corrupt intent to thwart the rush investigation and to complete this

obstruction of justice portion of his probe why do you want to get him under

oath you think we're fools they want to get among the others you want to trap

him in a perjury but we're not gonna let you do that bottom line these two sides

are still pretty far apart the ball is now in Bullards court how much does he

really want an interview and to what degree does he realize this may be his

last chance to get more the ultimate decision whether to do it

is up to the president let's bring in today's headliner Anthony scare Moochie

former White House communications director Anthony great to see you this

morning hey good morning guys all right so

you've heard the response big news yeah so what do you think about it well

listen I think it's the right strategy I mean you know it's talking from the

president's legal team they've got to make sure that it's a very narrow banded

window of questions they're obviously going to be concerned about the perjury

issue if you if you were sitting with that legal team right now you would say

the president did absolutely nothing wrong but we can have anything what they

used to say about Watergate to cover up being worse than the crime or any

potential perjury and so that it's absolutely the right strategy and I

would also recommend to the President as I've said let's not tweet about it

anymore no no tweets related to the Trump Tower

meetings no treats related to any of this stuff because I think he's going to

get what he wants I do not believe that he's a target of these investigations as

it relates to Russian collusion but what's at issue is did he do something

related to obstructing justice and so I clearly believe that he did not do that

and now it'll be up to his legal team to prove that the robert muller and so but

i do think my former law school professor alan dershowitz is right

they're gonna make this thing very very narrow because ideally they really don't

want the president to testify but no the president now Sandra and the

president probably very much so wants to testify because look what where's

everything on a sleeve yeah he doesn't think he did anything wrong what

Dershowitz said with Sandra last hours that this goes to the Supreme Court and

if it does the court will rule in favor of some questions and rule out of favor

for other questions so what would be in Anthony and what would be out well

listen I mean what would clearly be in is whether or not they have the right to

speak to the president through the subpoena process and so I think the

conservatives on the court would probably said that they don't you have

to leave the president alone he's got a very difficult job and the Liberals

would probably say that he did they do and so they would probably split the

baby and allow certain questions to be asked and other questions frankly not to

be asked it's interesting because you know Ryan guy those are not Ryan but

Judge Kevin all wrote a lot of stuff the way he's handle a lot of aspects to the

to the presidency and so but this is not a freewheeling situation okay this

requires a tremendous amount of verbal discipline it requires a tremendous

amount of coaching and listen it's gotta be very frustrating for the president

because he's probably sitting there saying I've done absolutely nothing

wrong I've got the economy humming I've got the unemployment numbers at an

all-time low I'm fixing the Korean problem I'm decimating the Iranians if

you guys just leave me alone we've got a roller coaster of winning taking place

and so he's sort of probably upset about the whole thing having said that the

locomotion on this thing started after the Comey firing and hopefully it will

it will conclude soon and they've got to wrap it up here hopefully with a

narrowbanded testimony or no testimony but I really hope it doesn't go to the

Supreme Court guys because well every time something goes to the Supreme Court

it's like lighting another match in the partisan struggle that we have going on

in the country right a lot of people think if you don't get answer by the 1st

of September it slides at the end of the year even next year because the midterm

september/october and speaking of which we're still digesting the news from

Tuesday night I you are as well how you can go into

central Ohio and win the district two years ago by 11 points Mitt Romney won

it by 10 and now you're you're in a virtual dead heat Karl Rove writes three

in the Wall Street Journal all about this very interesting I'll take number

six guys this is what he says okay with regard to the president taken on the

stump etc well this is number five taken as a whole Tuesday's results don't

justify the president's declaration of the giant red wave is coming it's not

yes the GOP can add seats in the Senate there are 26 Democratic seats up ten in

states mr. Trump carried five and states of care by 18 points or more not

significant compare that with just nine Republicans up and only one in a State

Hillary Clinton carried no Senate landscape has been as favorable to party

and power some senators are first elected by popular vote 1914 he goes on

to argue that yes the president drives people to the polls when he makes

appearances in different districts across the country but he also drives up

the other side as well and soft Republicans likely will stay home as we

have seen in Ohio and we saw in Pennsylvania 18 just react to that

Anthony is that the reality for midterms and 95 he's in it he's in a yeah well

he's in a stew political scientist and it just what ends up happening is the

the party that's out of office is riled up and they have higher voter

participation going into these midterms and you could just look at the rob a

Sereno race in Westchester last year Rob got more votes than he got

in 2013 but he still lost my 26,000 because there was a rush of registered

Democrats that came to the polls and so what Karl's worried about and you could

clearly see it in district 12 in Ohio two days ago or a day ago that that's

going to be a problem look I was out in Cleveland over the last two days

marketing for my firm talk to a lot of people out there

the president is got a great campaign style but he really should dial down he

really should dial down some of the tweets because a lot of these Mis

Midwesterners that actually really like him they don't like certain aspects of

that bellicosity and so you've got 90 two days left I told Sandra the other

night that is a lifetime in American politics and so you cannot underestimate

the president he went from the Access Hollywood tape on October 7th to an

electoral success on November the 8th one short month later and so my bed is

is that the White House and the president are recalibrating a campaign

strategy right now based on what took place this week and I would not count

him out it may not be a red wave but it may not also be the blue wave that

everybody's talking about either because of the economy guys not religious all

those parameters are good at that point that bill bill went on to make and this

wall street journal editorial number 7 guys it is a good one and I think it's

worth pointing this out because he is showing up and endorsing these

candidates and making a big difference can he keep that up is the question in

this piece that writes Tuesday's results cast doubt on the current White House

strategy to make the election a referendum on Donald Trump the president

took credit late Tuesday for bald ursins apparent Ohio victory and perhaps his

visit to the district Saturday evening motivated some GOP voters but his

omnipresence also motivates Democrats while it may demotivate soft Republicans

and independents who dislike mr. Trump could that be the case Anthony well

listen I'm certain that there's an element of truth to that because that's

happening it happened to Reagan at 82 it happened to Barack Obama in 2010 so

there's obviously an element of truth of that but they're not to use a sports

metaphor but if you've got Donald J Trump and you have the opportunity to

deploy him in your district given the popularity that he has with the

Republican base and given the ability for him to turn out rock star like

audiences and crowds and get the media attention on your agenda you're gonna go

with Donald J Trump it's like putting Tom Brady in two minutes to go in the

fourth quarter and the Super Bowl you're bringing you're bringing the big guns in

there and even if the opposing side is going to lead to more participation on

their side that is still your best strategy if you're looking at a game

theory model so the president's got the energy of five people I suspect it he'll

be out they're over the next 90 days in a way

that will surprise everybody because of his stamina and his endurance and by the

way he likes it now you could see it on Saturday night

he was very you know he's very unplugged he's very comfortable in front of that

microphone in that audience and he's look I think he looked I think he likes

that a lot more than talking about Robert Muller and the Russian

investigation thanks it that way yeah Anthony scary Moochie thank you great to

be here some more breaking news US ambassador nikki Haley UN nikki Haley

speaking exclusively to Fox News on the bold new action the Trump team is taking

TRUMP'S LEGAL TEAM RESPONDS TO MUELLER'S LATEST OFFER TO INTERVIEW THE PRESIDENT - Duration: 12:36.

we begin with breaking news president Trump's legal team has now responded in

just the last few seconds to Robert Muller's latest offer for a presidential

interview this is outnumbered over time i'm harris faulkner now to the breaking

news the president's attorneys releasing a statement saying they have sent a

letter now to the special counsel regarding its request to sit down with

President Trump in its Russia investigation meanwhile Rudy Giuliani is

once again calling on Muller to wrap it up this investigation chief White House

correspondent John Roberts is live with the latest on this so break it down we

knew that there was something coming today what is it in Harris good

afternoon to you and just as you were introducing me there I was finishing up

a phone call with Rudy Giuliani who told me that he thinks that this should all

be over by September the first now I was saying he doesn't know if it will be

over by September the first but he thinks that Robert Muller should be able

to wrap it up by then he told me if it goes much past the beginning of

September then everybody who's involved in this

investigation could be accused of interfering with the election because if

this thing does drag on it gets closer and closer to those all-important

midterms but the response to Muller went out about an hour ago I've got two

statements from the president's elite attorneys Jay Sekulow saying quote we

have responded in writing to the latest proposal from the Office of Special

Counsel regarding its request to interview the president it is not

appropriate at this time to comment publicly about the content of that

response from Rudy Giuliani millions of pages of documents along with testimony

from dozens of witnesses have been provided we're restating what we have

been saying for months it is time for the Office of Special Counsel to

conclude its inquiry without further delay speaking again to that September

first timeline the Giuliani thinks that Muller should have wrapped up by now

while Giuliani would not go into the details of the counteroffer he did tell

Fox News it's not a refusal but at the same time it's not a completely

unreasonable position I can see a way he told me in which they Muller may agree

with it Giuliani says the chances of Muller accepting the offer depend on two

things a how much they really want an interview with the president and be the

degree to which they are willing to say this may be our last chance to get the

sit-down with the president Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz was on Fox

News earlier today in America's newsroom he thinks this strategy is to present

Muller with something he cannot accept listen here well I think the tactic is

emerging and it's fairly clear the president wants to testify his lawyers

don't want to testify so the lawyers are going to set up a series of conditions

put it in terms of the Godfather they're gonna make Muller an offer he can't

accept and in the end Muller will say look I can't accept this offer so we're

gonna subpoena you the president will be able to say look I wanted to testify it

was mo turned me down Giuliani acknowledged that Muller may

indeed try to sippy into the president if an agreement for an interview can't

be worked out the president's attorneys have repeatedly stated that they would

fight any attempt in court to subpoena president Trump Dershowitz suggesting

that this fight could go on for months and end in a draw

Giuliani also told me this morning that they may be willing to allow the

President to answer some questions that go to the issue of obstruction of

justice if Muller could give them a couple of

sample questions that aren't quote red flags that don't look like he's tried to

set a trap but so many attorneys across this land who have commented on this

Harris believed that they are trying to set a trap for the president Giuliani

telling me that even if Muller would have accept this offer that was

transmitted about an hour ago there's still an awful lot of work to do before

Muller would get a chance to sit down with the President and these

developments they just come so quickly I know I thought maybe you were getting

another one because people know that we wear ear pieces and they wonder is a

clairvoyant know we're actually being talked to while we're talking before I

let you go John because I want to talk about the timing of this it is 90 days

today until the midterm election so you know you're talking about wrapping

something up in less than 30 days or do you let that bleed toward the November

election that's actually not Bob Muller's concern right now but it

certainly is a political concern yeah I don't think that Muller is concerned at

all about that other other than the fact that some pressure may be brought to

bear and the you know court of public relations and politics that Oh Muller is

dragging this thing out longer than it should be which may play in the

president's favor if it gets some sympathy on that point at the same time

though the president doesn't want this thing dragging toward the election

because you know if there were to be some sort of stunning revelation that

happens a thirty days before the election that could have an impact too

so it's definitely in the president's interests to either a not have this

happen or if it does happen happen under very stringent conditions and happen

quickly we'll see a dramatic new turn maybe imminent in the showdown between

the Trump legal team and special prosecutor Bob Muller according to fox

news sources Trump attorneys are preparing to send the special counsel a

letter largely turning down any questions related to obstruction of

justice during a potential presidential interview but Rudy Giuliani gave an

interview just posted on Politico where he leaves the door open to some limited

questioning about obstruction which is an interesting new development will this

spark though a major escalation between both sides in the Russia probe joining

us now to analyze Alan Dershowitz author of the big bestseller the case against

impeaching Trump insulting Berg former deputy independent counsel in the

Whitewater investigation we'll also get into the cantankerous TS LS the the

federal district judge who is presiding over the paul manna for trial but let's

get to this this breaking news Rudy Giuliani and this Politico interview you

probably haven't read it either of you but he seems to leave open the

possibility of a very narrow set of questions if it can be narrowed on

obstruction Alan I'll go to you first what might be the wisdom in that well I

think Giuliani is tactic is to be able to say to the public look our president

was willing to speak and Muller turned him down I think he's making Muller an

offer that Muller can't really accept he is

putting forth a kind of narrow window if Muller accepts it then game on and we'll

see some narrow questioning but if I were Trump's lawyer I'm not I would not

under any circumstances allow him to testify because all you need is one

question in which he answers truthfully but somebody else answers in a different

way say he says I didn't know about the meeting at the Trump Tower involving the

Russians and Cohen says yes he did then you have an opportunity to spring that

perjury trap so in the end I don't think lawyers generally will advise a client

to testify or sit down with the prosecutor but I think this client wants

to be able to say I offered to sit down and it was Muller who turned me down so

I think that's the strategy okay here's some of the previous conditions all

placed on any potential interview that Giuliani had set out and we'll put it up

on the screen for our viewers could only be two to three hours long narrow set of

questions on collusion they provide info on FBI information first that they want

that information show proof that Trump committed a crime show testimony is

needed to end the probe and curtail obstruction questions so that's the one

that kind of was fleshed out a little bit more tonight in Giuliani's comments

to Politico that last bullet point saw your reaction to these latest

developments do you agree with what professor Dershowitz is positing there

well no prosecutor worth is salt is he to accept those kind of preconditions

but there is a reason and I do agree with and have long agreed with professor

Dershowitz his assertion that the president shouldn't go in and answer

these questions is far too dangerous but there's a reason Bob Muller has put up

with this dance for so long and I think a lot of people don't understand it if

he issues a subpoena to force President Trump to be interviewed by

to go to the grand jury for example certainly President Trump has to accept

that subpoena you can subpoena a president but then when President Trump

invokes executive privilege under the law the current law in the DC Circuit in

resealed case it is very going to be very difficult and time-consuming for

Bob Butler to ask the questions he wants to ask particularly about obstruction

and there is absolutely no guarantee that he will win you're talking about

the heart of executive privilege here presidential communications and

presidential thought processes and Muller would have to show that it's very

very important evidence and that he can't get it anywhere else and don't

forget and when Jaworski when Jaworski won the tapes case against Nixon and

when Cox won the earlier case they knew their subpoenas were incredibly narrowly

drawn they knew the tapes existed they knew that we're potentially

incriminatory conversations on those tapes Muller does not have very Dan more

than more than anything else Muller does not have the right to even

litigate executive privilege the first thing president Trump is going to say is

I'm your boss you can't even be in court so the reason why Muller has put up with

these ridiculous preconditions is that he probably can't win if he goes to

court and in Allen they have already gained this out you have Emmitt flood

one of the top partners at Williams and Connelly who's running this side of the

the legal prep inside the White House he clerked for Justice Scalia he was my co

Clerk on the second circuit for Ralph winter brilliant guy they've already

gained this out correct I mean this is really our recourse they had gained it

out a long time ago remember that was the firm that represented Bill Clinton

in his efforts to try to prevent testimony in addition to his claim of

executive privilege there's also a constitutional argument and that is that

since a senator and a congressman can't be questioned about what they did on the

floor of the Senate I don't believe a president can be

questioned about why he pardoned or why he fired or why he tweeted

well why he exercised any of his powers under article 2 of the Constitution or

the First Amendment so although I think in the end if a subpoena was issued and

challenged I think Muller would be able to get some

testimony from the president if he stayed away from issues that are covered

by these privileges but in the end it would be a Pyrrhic victory it would take

him so much time that it would guarantee that the report could not be written

until after the midterm elections Wow we don't have time to get to TS Ellis and

how well he was a little cantankerous but we're gonna have you back well I

mean this is gonna be going on for at least another week or so he's a tough

judge he's a tough judge you've got to look at me when I talk to you that's

what I say to my kids tells the truth looking at you yeah you know he does

this with everybody he does this with everybody but it but it doesn't make it

right he needs to he needs to really hold back and let the litigators try

their case did the right thing when he talked about mana 4 and why they're

going after him he told the truth about that a truth that too few people are

willing to recognize I think he want to look yeah but he doesn't need to be

doing that in front of the jury though what are you saying you have tears in

your eyes no and that Gregory was not in front of

the jury yeah oh no I don't I'm sorry but it is very dramatic but it might be

a little too much all right guys thanks so much

Omarosa Manigault Secretly Recorded Donald Trump and Played Tape for Others: Report - News Today - Duration: 3:38.

President Donald Trump's former aide and confidant Omarosa Manigault Newman allegedly secretly recorded conversations she had with the president in the West Wing — and she's played the tapes for others, The Daily Beast reports

An unnamed source told The Daily Beast that they had listened to least one of Manigault Newman's recordings featuring Trump, and multiple sources familiar with the tapes told the outlet that it appears to be Trump's voice on the recordings

The sources described the conversations they heard as inoffensive and commonplace

The news of the "Omarosa tapes" comes as Manigault Newman prepares to release her "tell-all" book, Unhinged, on Aug

14.  A spokesperson for Simon & Schuster, the book's publisher, declined to tell the Daily Beast whether the recordings exist

"Without commenting on the specific contents of UNHINGED," the spokesperson said, "we are confident that Omarosa Manigault-Newman can substantiate her highly anticipated account of life inside the Trump White House

"  Neither The White House nor Manigault Newman immediately responded to PEOPLE's requests for comment

Manigualt Newman, who previously starred on Trump's reality TV show The Apprentice, left her role as communications director for the White House Office of Public Liaison in January 2017 — and it is unclear whether her departure was voluntary

At the time, White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders issued a statement saying that Manigualt Newman had resigned, but in February, White House Deputy Press Secretary Raj Shah said that she had been fired

Manigault Newman denies that claim.  Trump commented on the matter at the time, tweeting, "Thank you Omarosa for your service! I wish you continued success

"  Manigault Newman's secret recordings may come as a surprise to Trump, who once called his former aide "a loyal friend!"  After leaving the White House, the longtime Trump ally joined the reality show Celebrity Big Brother, where she revealed in February that she would never vote for Trump again "in a million years

"  Manigault Newman's alleged tapes follow a scandal that broke less than a month ago in which Trump's former personal attorney, Michael Cohen, released a secretly taped conversation he'd had with Trump

In the recording, the two men appear to be discussing a payment to former Playboy model Karen McDougal, who claims she had an affair with Trump in 2006

Trump has denied the affair.

Shocking Wiretapping Report Convicts Obama Of This Crime Against Trump - Duration: 12:41.

Shocking Wiretapping Report Convicts Obama Of This Crime Against Trump

Donald Trump sent pundits into fits of hysteria when he tweeted that Barack Obama wiretapped

Trump Tower.

The so-called "mainstream" media kicked into overdrive to smear Trump as a liar.

But a new bombshell report just proved everyone's worst fears.

On March 4th, Trump tweeted that he found out Obama wiretapped Trump Tower.

The D.C. swamp – led by former FBI Director James Comey – claimed there was no evidence

to back Trump up.

But CNN shocked the political world when they reported that the Obama administration had

former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort under surveillance using a secret FISA warrant.

The administration was spying on Manafort before and after the election.

This time period included when Manafort lived in Trump Tower and was known to speak regularly

to Trump.

CNN reports:

"A SECRET ORDER AUTHORIZED BY THE COURT THAT HANDLES THE FOREIGN INTELLIGENCE SURVEILLANCE

ACT (FISA) BEGAN AFTER MANAFORT BECAME THE SUBJECT OF AN FBI INVESTIGATION THAT BEGAN

IN 2014.

IT CENTERED ON WORK DONE BY A GROUP OF WASHINGTON CONSULTING FIRMS FOR UKRAINE'S FORMER RULING

PARTY, THE SOURCES TOLD CNN.

THE SURVEILLANCE WAS DISCONTINUED AT SOME POINT LAST YEAR FOR LACK OF EVIDENCE, ACCORDING

TO ONE OF THE SOURCES.

THE FBI THEN RESTARTED THE SURVEILLANCE AFTER OBTAINING A NEW FISA WARRANT THAT EXTENDED

AT LEAST INTO EARLY THIS YEAR.

SOURCES SAY THE SECOND WARRANT WAS PART OF THE FBI'S EFFORTS TO INVESTIGATE TIES BETWEEN

TRUMP CAMPAIGN ASSOCIATES AND SUSPECTED RUSSIAN OPERATIVES.

SUCH WARRANTS REQUIRE THE APPROVAL OF TOP JUSTICE DEPARTMENT AND FBI OFFICIALS, AND

THE FBI MUST PROVIDE THE COURT WITH INFORMATION SHOWING SUSPICION THAT THE SUBJECT OF THE

WARRANT MAY BE ACTING AS AN AGENT OF A FOREIGN POWER."

But the wiretap provided no evidence of collusion.

CNN also reports:

"SOME OF THE INTELLIGENCE COLLECTED INCLUDES COMMUNICATIONS THAT SPARKED CONCERNS AMONG

INVESTIGATORS THAT MANAFORT HAD ENCOURAGED THE RUSSIANS TO HELP WITH THE CAMPAIGN, ACCORDING

TO THREE SOURCES FAMILIAR WITH THE INVESTIGATION.

TWO OF THESE SOURCES, HOWEVER, CAUTIONED THAT THE EVIDENCE IS NOT CONCLUSIVE."

Despite all the denials, it was true that the Obama administration spied on the Trump

campaign.

It's the worst scandal in American political history and Obama must answer for his role

on using the intelligence community to wiretap his political opponents as part of a fishing

expedition.

What are your thoughts?

Should Obama be held accountable?

Let us know in the comment section.

TRUMP LEGAL TEAM SAYS IT RESPONDED TO SPECIAL COUNSEL MUELLER'S REQUEST FOR INTE - Duration: 10:40.

welcome back now that's New York Republican congressman Chris Collins has

been indicted on charges of insider trading he pled not guilty today in

federal court in New York just moments ago so Fox News Channel's Brian Dennis

at the courthouse right now Brian hi Maria well congressman Chris Collins did

plead not guilty the judge set the bond for $500,000 and he was asked to turn

over his diplomatic passport it wasn't just him either it was his son Cameron

and his son's fiance's father all three of the men are facing federal charges

for insider trading as well as lying to the FBI this all goes back to June of

2017 according to prosecutors Collins was a member of the board of directors

for an Australian biotech company and at that time he received information that

the drug the backbone of this company that was meant to be a cure for multiple

or skoura sclerosis or to be a treatment for multiple sclerosis it failed in its

drug trials that information was then given by the congressman to his son his

son gave it to seven others they all sold their SOT their stock five days

later that information went public and the and the stock plummeted 92%

prosecutors say that because of this insider trading information his family

saved some eight hundred thousand dollars congressman Collins had an

obligation a legal duty to keep that information secret until that

information was released by the company to the public but he didn't keep it

secret instead as alleged he decided to commit a crime he placed his family and

friends above the public good

lawyers for congressman Chris Collins say that he will ultimately be

exonerated and they also point out that prosecutors say he never sold any of his

stock and prosecutors contend well that's because he was under

investigation by the House Congressional Ethics Committee at the time for having

this relationship with the company in the first place Maria Wow well what a

story thank you so much we will see you later Brian thank you how will all of

this play out let's ask fox business networks charlie gasp RINO Charlie

you've cut a lot of these cases what do you think we should point out this is

not the type of case that people were going nuts about a couple years ago when

they when we saw a bunch of congressmen trading off of legislation and I think

they passed a law called the stock Act where essentially if you're a

congressman you know there's a legislation that might move a stocky

apparently you're not supposed to trade that stock but yeah I'm pretty obvious

although I will tell you that that's not insider trading I don't care it may

violate that bad law of the stock Act and Peter Schweitzer wrote a whole book

about this that this is not that this is classic if it's true insider trading

it's someone on a board of directors with information that's material

nonpublic misappropriating that information to somebody else now here's

which it happened to be the the the the father mr. Collins the congressman is

appropriating that information to son that information belongs to the

shareholders before it's made public thus when you've misappropriated and

someone makes money that's insider trading now here's the the sort of

here's the gray area there are cases where that is not necessarily insider

trading we don't know how that information was communicated we don't

know if congressman Collins inadvertently slipped mentioned it at a

cocktail party and then the son traded off of it you also have to prove to some

extent that there was a benefit conferred the congressman Collins from

the son you know that now that why is that because another one to establish a

criminal conspiracy to steal somebody has to pay you off to give you that

information these are all necessary group arrangements that are needed for

the insight for this to be a real insider trading case and I could tell

you you know my guess is congressman Collins lawyers are gonna say listen he

did trade the stock he slipped and Zedd said something and the kid traded off it

thinkin was okay that might not necessarily be

insider-trading just under the statute so we have to see what the evidence says

there are interesting phone calls right before the trade between congressman

Collins and his son so who knows but I mean you this is there's a lot more gray

here then that meets the eye and we'll have to see what the yeah the gray is

well watch that char let's talk Tesla for a second statute out today you

called yesterday you know the SEC would be calling proforma if you have this if

you have trading before his quote-unquote announcement meaning Elom

us announcement that he was going private private if you had a story that

was leaked through sources that was before that saying the Saudis are gonna

put five to three to five percent in there so the stock started trading on on

a leaked story to the FT and then he comes out ten minutes later well they're

just gonna look at that crazy trading pattern and say who knew what when and

who leaked what you're gonna look at that on top of the fact you had that you

had someone the CEO of a company doing something pretty unusual not putting out

a press release not putting out this out on PR Newswire coming out and saying I

have funding secured and I'm looking to go private you were its funding secured

now here's what they're looking at they're gonna look at the trading

whether there was any funny business trading they're also gonna look at

whether we had fun things to actually did have fun being secured and if he

didn't my guess is they're gonna look at a case that said he was manipulating the

stock to screw over the short sells he wants to stick it to the show remember

Jim Chanos in him and he the famous short seller Jim Chanos they've been

going at it yeah for the last month or two and he's been going out with it and

going at it with anybody who criticizes the company look what he said the last

time in the conference call but Charlie was mostly shortchange seventy five

billion dollars he needs to actually secure a four hundred and twenty dollar

price tag seventy five million dollars it's not that secure okay he might

listen how much money there's a Saudis have they have countless but are they

gonna throw eighty billion at seventy five billion into this may be the odd

thing is and listen he may have it from some other solution but but the normal

places like JP Morgan in in places like that they actually don't really know

about the funding sources here yeah I mean you can't find anybody who knew

where this funding illicit you know I didn't I don't have every

source in the world but have you heard of any yeah like I said it's Mott say I

just want to make it clear if he loves watching it does have the funny yes

please say that I'm not saying it doesn't say it it's kind of weird

this doesn't want to go and we will watch it charlie we will see you later

thank you so much takes your break stay with us back in a minute risk is

that they trip him up over something innocuous where he says something that

is contradicted by something and they call it perjury and that goes to

Congress and then Congress it goes to the Democrats in the fall and he gets

impeach not only you'll get convicted unless they really have the goods on him

and he actually colluded to steal Hillary's emails and Muller has got

proof that he did it if it's a simple perjury trap where he says something

that's contradicted his political peril and I don't think it will advance beyond

the house but that's plenty peril enough so I just cannot imagine him proceeding

to do this memory I've got to point out there is precedent for president sitting

down Bill Clinton was subpoenaed the the investigators of Bill Clinton withdrew

the subpoena and he voluntarily cooperated and testified before the

investigators we know how that can't ended up yeah and the same thing with

George Bush and Dick Cheney scooter Libby's prosecutor arranged and it was

negotiated to sit down with the two of them at the same time in the Oval Office

for a limited amount of time can this happen here I think that's what Rudy is

pursuing at the end of the day I just don't see it re how extraordinary is

this I mean let's take a step back for a moment we have been watching an

investigation into the FBI's leadership the Department of Justice's leadership

during the 2016 election we have learned that they used absolutely zero official

evidence to launch an investigation into Trump and potential collusion with

Russia we know that this is based on nothing so far there is no evidence

whatsoever and yet this investigation of robert muller continues circling the

wagons of President Trump while he is a sitting president based on no evidence

whatsoever of any of this is this extraordinary or what it's it's all

extraordinary but it based on everything you just said that that would argue for

Donald Trump to sit down and do the interview because he has nothing to

worry about and I that might be one of the things that's

making Donald Trump say yeah I will sit down with him I will do this my problem

with Donald Trump sitting down is Donald Trump talks in such loopy ways he

constantly is contradicting himself in saying things I remember just two weeks

ago he said no collusion no phone calls what does he mean no phone calls the

prosecution can just say you had a phone call with Donald Trump jr. aha you see

you contradicted yourself under oath you lied that's the risk here even if

there's no underlying crime all right we will leave it there re always great to

see you thanks so much thank you we will see you soon Ari Fleischer earlier in

the program you heard we speak with Kris Kobach about the too close to call GOP

gubernatorial primary in Kansas his opponent opponent the state's current

governor Jeff Colyer just holding a press conference our Dan Springer was

watching it in chill pika Dan tell us about it

yeah hey Maria and Jeff Collier the governor here in Kansas did not concede

nobody expected that he would he is trailing by just a hundred and

ninety-one votes that is 0.06 percent of the votes cast in yesterday's primary

all of the counties have reported but there are still between 10,000 and

12,000 provisional and mail-in ballots yet to be counted so there can be no

winner declared today but Collier was asked several times in several different

ways by reporters if there's a scenario in which he sees it good for the

Republican Party to have this go beyond next week because what has to happen now

is the canvassers in all the different counties have to go and verify the count

and then add in those provisional ballots and then we'll get a solid count

perhaps next Wednesday or Thursday governor was asked would it be in the

best interest of the party to have this go beyond next week and he wouldn't

commit to that he would not talk about a recount but there is certainly you know

in the law and here in Kansas you can't ask for recount we'll see if that

happens but first they have to get through the first count as he said so

with no winner yet here in the governor's race the primary on the

Republican side here in Kansas Maria all right thanks so

much officials are still working to identify the remains of presumed u.s.

Korean War veterans at least one family may have gotten a little bit of closure

we've got that next stay with us

you

I like your stuff on ForexLens.com Jon Morgan. Thank you for joining me from South Dakota

Brother we just got off the Horn

with the Washington Post Dave Clark who was the deputy White House editor there and we're talking about all of the

Convulsions in America, they're happening. Socially, they're happening politically. They're happening economically

the trade war that Trump is initiating with China with the tariffs are

seeing

Even more volatility in what was already a volatile?

Moneyed landscape. So how does this affect?

What you do? How does this affect what Americans should be doing or looking at when it comes to their wallet, sir?

Well, so a training perspective

I love all the volatility. That's that's something that we enjoy

You know, it's how do you are you?

It's just it's just part of it's part of what we do

The trade war issue is is there's two ways that you can look at how all this plays out as a trader you either

you either look at it from

That that price action is random or you or you'd be price action as something that's an asset pattern and that's what I do

so I I operate my trading on the belief that that humans are unable to change a

Predetermined trend in that that no matter what the news is it's that has no effect on the trend. It's just stuff

It's just news actually reacts to time as opposed

Creating create an incident. Sorry about that is just wondering if I

Should be beeped out there with some of my language

Sure, you know why they have a delay on the station because of my language not because it guests

John

How do you think these tariffs are gonna how is it all gonna pan out?

I mean, I don't know if there's bad. I don't know if there is an actual economic strategy

I mean the Chinese are actually saying we don't know what Trump wants because he's looking at

deficits trade deficits as a ledger sheet and they're not

Trading deficits. It's not a ledger sheet. It's not a zero-sum game

0:17 zero-sum games one person wins in one person loses. That's the definition of zero sum gain

People say about the market - yeah, well not true because you can have a trade deficit with a nation

But there could be a bunch of other arrangements which benefits your country and workers, right?

Yeah, so we've seen that with manufacturing

Internationalized

but one of the problems that Trump has

Correctly with free trade free trade was never supposed to be I can set up a factory in Mexico

To exploit the cheaper labour market and sell these products back to Americans. That wasn't the wait

That's not the that wasn't the spirit of free trade wasn't supposed to be a workaround to screw laborers in America. No

no, it was not no and and free trade is that's a that's a broad term, but

You know tariffs always hurt the nation that initiates the tariffs

The the country that has the trade deficit is the beneficiary of of that of that of the trade

I know that sounds weird and that's hard for people to wrap their heads around

It's like well if we have a trade deficit isn't that bad said? No, actually you're you're benefiting from the threat from that. So it's

You could spend a whole session going over tariffs and why they're bad

I mean, it's just it's economics 101 that tariffs are never good. They're always bad

now there's some argument for putting tariffs on things that are of

significant to national defense

some people would say steel is like that but those are those are kind of different but

For the most part tariffs are all bad. They're kind of pointless

NAFTA was working perfect

Well the perfect no could have been Regan

No, go she ate sand things. Sure

But there's no there's no reason just to cut the whole thing out like just cutting it off

So fast is just it's just silly. What are people

Your Confederates that some of the folks you speak to in the markets, maybe some of the writers

What are people that surround you John Morgan saying about where this is going with NAFTA?

Yeah

More than likely if things are going to go back to the status quo

Mexico on Canada our two largest trading partners. They're our neighbors

I have I see no reason why we would spend any time trying to dick over

The people that live right next door to us. I just it that boggles my mind. I I don't understand that

I don't remember the last time I heard somebody say something about candidates got

Trade problems with us in the US when we have a trade deficit with America America's you

Guys have a deficit with us. So if you're gonna operate on a trade deficit as a ledger sheet

Which is a wrong predicate that premise is not right

You know, but from Trump's orientation

You know were he's got a winner with us as I speak to you from Toronto using South Dakota. Okay, let's talk about

sectors that might benefit Americans

I don't know if you're listening to me now and where you're listening to me, whether it's Halifax or Las Vegas

but I

Don't know if you play the markets or not, but certainly some of your investments are

Where should Americans place their money or where some growth sectors? I'm les and let's talk about oil and gas right now

Well oil and gas are always going to be subject to a lot of a lot of manipulated supply

Situations oil is about I used to trade oil futures

Early early in my career and I don't touch it anymore. I don't have the skin choice. It's a it's a pretty volatile

commodity but as far as money goes I mean

There's a there's a there's price there's a crash cycle that that comes up and it starts later on and in

late

2019 to mid 2020 there is a

Panic phase that starts the beginning of a panic phase where the markets are going to have some type of major corrective or even crash

version not some of the alarm but this is just like the phase of markets they go through these things and

You know, where do you put money to keep it safe? That is always up for debate

Honestly crypto currencies there's been a lot of flight of capital in traditional risk

risk off assets like gold and a lot of money that is going into crypto currencies because they are well I

know from a security standpoint and

The safety standpoint gold on paper does you nothing in case there's some type of worldwide apocalypse?

You're not going to be able to do anything with the gold on paper

Even if you have gold physically you're just holding on to it for the next guy to come and take it from you

But crypto currencies you can take those anywhere with you. You don't actually have to carry manya

That's a much more

It's easier to transfer. It's it's easier to buy and sell it

You know crypto currencies are are becoming more and more of a source of value that's becoming more and more legitimize

If they're not going away anytime soon

Those are a strand new separate if you want to consider them an asset class

That's that's you could call it an asset class, but crypto currencies are going to be a very important

instrument for finding value and security

you see all those commercials on CNN like as I watched CNN Fox

I read the New York Times and Wall Street Journal etc. Financial Times

I see all these ads for gold buy gold buy silver. Is that is that BS it is

Yeah, typically when you hear as I remember back in you know, 2002 like Oh buy gold buy gold

they want to sell your goals at a high price, but that the thing is is right now gold is actually

creating at a bit of a discount

Gold's movement has actually been really funky because we've had the dollar

rise at times along with gold rising

But Goldman, it's taking a big old crapper for the last couple weeks or so actually ever since probably

we go all the way back into April 11th we've gone from

1360

all the way down to where they're currently at at 1250 29

So we've had a big drop in gold and gold may be considered for some

Commodity traders and some investors to be a good entry area

Because we are we are approaching the exact mid-level price for the entire history of gold

According to my charting software we're approaching the exact middle

Price level so it's it's trading pretty low compared to what it has been before

But yes, people will still buy gold and silver because it's you know, it's you can touch it. It's very tactile its shiny. Yeah, I

Mean gold is gold is I buy my own metals, but I buy the actual bullion I buy

physical

metals because you know those are worth something so they you have a safe you keep them in a safe John Morgan along with your

Canned goods and your apocalypse

shelter

Yeah, I keep them hidden the outfits they're not out there

If there is some type of like zombie

Apocalypse, I'm not I don't know what I'm gonna do with my gold

Am I you're gonna walk over to the Shell gas station?

And they're gonna split it up like a piece of it from a pirate ship. So Silver's and Silver's a lot more

yeah that mess up it's cheaper and you can use it a lot easier as

a basis of trade of your trading just you know pure metals but

yeah, it's uh

Metals are always going to be a source of security and and people should always have your ear in

Retirement and investment advisor so John Morgan. Okay, so you've got me all excited

Right. I might even my wife and I might even try watching The Walking we didn't get into the series

So let's say there's a zombie apocalypse. Okay or a massive

nuclear war between India and Pakistan

language throws nuclear radiation dust clouds up mass starvation

Crop failure or a war between USA and China or nuclear terrorism. So we have the zombie apocalypse

Alright, I want to know what's in your basement. Do you have firearms?
