Trump news on Youtube Aug 4 2018

mainstream media is also happy to largely ignore the president's soaring

new approval rating they're also playing down America's record-setting economy

the unemployment rate is now an incredibly low three point nine percent

joining us now with more is counselor to the president

Kellyanne Conway good evening Kellyanne good evening thank you for having me and

congratulations on your bestseller book amazing Thank You Kellyanne listen what

we heard when the the over the last couple days was stunning enough but the

reaction by the press to sarah sanders and the reaction by the press when they

are now saying that everyone close to the president knows that he's not

well-liked mika brzezinski and the claim that the president is not well by chris

matthews do they really think those 10,000 people cheering in pennsylvania

and welfare were stupid and couldn't figure out if this president were smart

with the program or not with the program well that's the thing judge all across

the country and I travel frequently on behalf of the White House and you see

the president and the hustings quite a bit now who go to his third rally this

week tomorrow in Ohio he was in Florida and Pennsylvania already this week and

he does that for a very specific reason he takes the case directly to the people

cuts out the middleman and let's face it the middleman doesn't like it cuts out

the middleman when he communicates with all of us at the very same time what's

on his mind at any given moment through his vast social media platform cuts out

the middleman and I don't want to lose sight of how much affection and

appreciation there is in this country for this president and his policies

people know they feel and they're living exactly what you just said a booming

economy the predictions were doomed the reality is boom

and people know it I went through the crowd last night in Pennsylvania they

are there because they are appreciative of having options in this job market

they're appreciative of having more money in their pockets and their bank

accounts it gives them freedom and confidence in buoyancy and it won't

matter who tells them that that's not the truth if they see it in their 401

k's they see in their paychecks they see it in their home values the other thing

is i know there's a lot of hand-wringing about our the media bias and this that

the other I mean is the ocean wet but the fact is that the bias of selectivity

is the one that I've been talking about now since the campaign certain leads

through the transition administration and is this you can look at bias

coverage but I think what's really harming America is what I refer to as

incomplete coverage the omission of all of the stories that are actually news

you can use details and facts and figures that people need to know is

American so the administration and the media each have vast platforms ours is

much bigger frankly which is probably also bought bothering some of these

other folks and their readings and their revenues but we have let me just a

second I want to they're just not doing that they're not doing it but you know

when you talk about what's going on in this country I mean you forget about the

media that you know is just totally focused against Donald Trump and I want

I want to ask you I want to get on another subject in a minute but the

animal spirits that are going on the instincts in this country with the

economy when the president talked about Valley Forge and the role of steel in

Pennsylvania I mean he is he is integrating the two issues the economy

and you know a patriotism and I thought it was just brilliant the way you did it

but I want I want to go on to this woman with the New York Times is going on the

Editorial Board of the New York Times Sarah Jean you know most journalists

operate under the you know the guidance of the editorial board and this woman is

antic anti-cop she's anti white she's anti men

everything that she said is explosive in her tweets and yet the the New York

Times is supporting her on their editorial board so as the great lady

flipped her lid what are they doing well it's a little shocking that the bias

with this particular writer would be so flagrant and blatant I mean usually they

try to hide it a little bit better I'm surprised she still has a job only

because you can't say on the one hand she mean that this is an opinion writer

she's just expressing her opinion on the other hand you and I can sit here with

hardly been thinking about and come up with 12 15 20 instances where people

lost their jobs over as much or frankly less than that less than that and

everyone knows it and I do want to shine a light in case the viewers and the

listeners missed it a Marc Caputo a writer at Politico who I know years ago

I used to do polling for the Miami Herald and and the Tampa Tribune at the

time I knew him years ago in Florida as a reporting out reports for Politico he

referred to the Trump supporters in Florida as if you put them all together

you would have a full set of teeth he said that and then when people attacked

him and asked him to retract that on social media he said he doubled down on

this at oh did I hurt their feelings he called them garbage garbage people and

then Izzy did I heard the garbage people's feelings let me go get a

fainting couch you know how does his job so this is the level of discourse and

let me tell you something not everybody in there in the media is the same not

every Indian that every day stays the same right but there is this there is

this growing sameness within what is covered and what is excluded from the

coverage that is harming but it's just shocking to me that these people still

have a job in what is called reporting it's not shocking to me that the media

have about a 17 percent approval rating theirs is going down staying the same

where the presence is actually rising as you said and to not cover the

repatriation and the vice president states Mike Pence meeting our fallen

heroes as their remains came to Hawaii this week from North Korea that is

derelict of duty for anybody who calls themselves a reporter they should stop

talking about this oh yes during the news is about trashing the

president and trashing the people who elected him president and that's

dangerous but well we lived through a campaign it won't work you know what we

prefer positive candidates in this country since 1960 all the way through

2016 with the exception of 1972 this electorate has always chosen the

presidential candidate who they saw as more positive let me have some istic I'm

just sunny so knowing what you know and all the stances that we have and the

president first term historically is party losses midterm what do you think

it's gonna happen in 2018 you're the pollster here well we know that you sure

we know the historic numbers we know that Obama lost 63 seats that was a

shellacking Clinton lost 54 seats in control of the house but they had also

taken actions that were outside the mainstream they didn't give historic tax

that's historic deregulation try to bring peace in dark corners around the

usually coming into this president well I do I do and I'll tell you I do we kid

the one thing that we're up against that we cannot control our 42 Republican

House retirements that's devastated but this is the president doesn't follow the

trends he makes new trends he doesn't repeat history he's made history and he

will be out there doing his level best as well the vice president oh you can do

this on the beauty tree in the middle out there all right Kelly absolutely I'm

by the way nobody's predicting nobody's predicting 60 losses 60 seat losses have

you noticed they're not doing that and I did well pickup in the Senate as well

and get Brett Kavanaugh in the Supreme Court thank you all right Kelly Ann you

got it all in

you

Supreme Court Victory – Trump's Former Opponent Delivers Him A Resounding Win - Duration: 18:05.

Supreme Court Victory – Trump's Former Opponent Delivers Him A Resounding Win

It's a good day when Donald Trump's former opponent in the 2016 election decides to support

the president in a major decision.

It was Senator Rand Paul who stated that he will officially support Trump's Supreme

Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh.

This was decided, apparently, during a meeting that Rand Paul had with Brett last week.

Trump's position as the president puts him in the middle of the Democrats and Republicans

as any decision he makes is fair grounds for being supported or not.

Some Republicans have chosen not to support the president, such as John McCain.

Even though Trump ran on the side of the GOP, he still found himself to be a target of many

who were supposed to be on his side.

Rand Paul was considered a swing vote in just about anything Trump attempted.

Paul's support of Kavanaugh is what makes it a win for Trump.

Each time the president makes a decision, it's as though he's being watched with

a hawk's eyes and then pounced upon at every little mistake.

Each president makes mistakes, big or small, but it sometimes seems like Trump's mistakes

are exaggerated by mainstream media.

That's just my opinion on it, not to be mixed or perceived as a fact.

Rand Paul supporting Trump's decision on Kavanaugh is a good thing for Trump.

It shows that some people are not afraid to support their president.

It's also good that it took some time for Paul to come along.

That means Rand Paul may have been weighing his options and thinking about his decision

instead of automatically accepting or supporting the decision.

It's better for people to put some thought into their own actions before making a supportive

announcement of any type.

Rand Paul might face some opposition, but that seems to be fair game in the political

world these days.

After all, isn't facing opposition in politics all part of a days work?

Big Mistake Too Late

Fox News stated on Paul's decision: "I believe he will carefully adhere to the Constitution

and will take his job to protect individual liberty seriously," Paul said in a statement.

The Kentucky senator was one of the few Republicans considered a possible swing vote on Kavanaugh's

confirmation.

Sens. Susan Collins, R-Maine, and Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, also are being closely watched.

But with Paul voicing clear support — and Collins and Murkowski signaling potential

support in recent weeks — Kavanaugh's prospects appear to be improving as GOP leaders

aim to engineer a swift confirmation by the fall.

In another sign of congressional outreach, Kavanaugh is having his first meeting Monday

with a Democratic senator since becoming Trump's high court nominee.

He plans to sit down with Sen. Joe Manchin of West Virginia, one of a handful of Democratic

senators who could cross the aisle to vote for Kavanaugh as most Democrats line up against

him.

Paul, meanwhile, has taken issue with Kavanaugh's record supporting the warrantless collection

of telephone metadata.

"I have expressed my concern over Judge Kavanaugh's record on warrantless bulk collection

of data and how that might apply to very important privacy cases before the Supreme Court,"

he said Monday.

But he said his vote is not a "single-issue" decision and voiced confidence in Kavanaugh's

record on other issues.

"My conversation with Judge Kavanaugh reinforces my belief that he will evaluate cases before

the Supreme Court from a textual and originalist point of view," Paul said.

"On issues such as property rights and reining in the administrative state, Judge Kavanaugh

has a strong record and showed a deep commitment during our meeting.

… Finally, his strong defenses of the First and Second Amendments in landmark cases show

someone who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo and will fight with backbone.

Judge Kavanaugh will have my support and my vote to confirm him to the Supreme Court."

Republicans, with a 51-49 majority, have little wiggle room on the Kavanaugh vote.

And with Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., out battling brain c****r, GOP leaders cannot spare a single

vote unless they attract Democratic support.

The Associated Press contributed to this report."

PRESIDENT TRUMP TO HOLD OHIO RALLY TONIGHT - Duration: 11:17.

and welcome everybody I'm David Asman in for Neil Cavuto today a lot to get to

this morning but first president Donald Trump gearing up for another campaign

rally tonight ahead of a key test Tuesday night in Ohio so why is this one

so important to fox's Rick Leventhal who's following the president from New

Jersey hi Rick and David one of the things the president has proven is that

he's unpredictable and likely to go off prompter we expect we might see that

tonight his vacation began officially yesterday at the trump National Golf

Club in nearby Bedminster but it's a working vacation and that's one of the

reasons he's headed off to a rally near Columbus Ohio

it is a get-out-the-vote endorsement event for Republican Troy Ball derson

vice president Mike Pence was in Ohio earlier this week to campaign for

Boulder's and he's a state senator running for Ohio's 12th congressional

district it's a district that's been an easy win for Republicans in the past

with Troy Alderson you're gonna have less taxes more military funding more

border security and more jobs for the people of Ohio that's the choice that

you face

it couldn't be more clear recent polls show this race is tight it might be a

toss-up so this morning the president tweeted will be going to Ohio tonight to

campaign for Troy Ball derson for the big congressional special election on

Tuesday early voting is on troy is strong on crime the border and loves our

military vets and second amendment his opponent is a puppet of nancy pelosi

high taxes if you were watching that rallying on thursday you know the

president went off in wilkes-barre pennsylvania on a number of topics

including leaders of the Democratic Party and its possible opponents in 2020

let's say I'm running against Pocahontas or crazy Bernie I tell you I gotta hand

it to Bernie I saw him up there the other day that hair is getting whiter

and whiter and he's getting crazier and crazy

so David would like to tell you what's going to happen tonight but pretty much

anything the rallies at 6:30 in central Iowa we'll have it live at or people

love to watch him you never know what's gonna happen rick Leventhal good to see

you my friend thank you very much well president Trump is expected to tout the

economy during that Ohio rally tonight Fox Business is Susan Lee has the very

latest Susan there's a lot to tell the jobs number didn't come quite to what it

was expected to do yeah well guess what David you know the US economy is doing

really well growing at its fastest pace in four years and you're right the jobs

number in July may have been a little bit less than what economists have

forecast for the month but still 157,000 adds not bad in the US averaging over

215,000 jobs in the first seven months of this year the jobless rate also

ticking lower as well down to three point nine percent still hovering close

to the lowest that we've seen in close to 50 years now where are these jobs

being created Manufacturing a big addition in the month over 39,000 in

July and the manufacturing sector is adding jobs at double the pace of last

year in fact American factories are hiring now at the strongest pace in

twenty years that's two decades the leisure and hospitality sector also

seen some big additions in fact the biggest in the month of July which kind

of makes sense is since it is the summer and that's when vacation travel usually

takes place wages are also picking up not dramatically in the month of back

for the year but the average hourly wage of the private sector went up seven

cents in July so you're making over $27 an hour a trump administration is

forecasting the best full year of economic growth since 2005 they're

expecting three percent or better however economists still remains

skeptical on whether this rate is actually sustainable because they have

concerns over tariffs and then the housing market continues to cool but

Treasury secretary Steve minuchin II just told Fox last month that 3 percent

growth could actually be sustainable for the next four to five years and the

Atlanta division of the Federal Reserve the central bank just predicted five

percent growth for the july-to-september period and that David would be the

strongest since 2014 and jobs I mean the idea that you have more jobs than you

have people applying for the right that never happened in my lifetime it is a

record right it's pretty strong out there right so six million jobs

available six million unemployed it's just matching I guess a skill set

to the jobs extraordinary time in our country thank you Susan good to see is a

strong economy enough to stop a blue wave in November two Democratic

strategists Rochelle Richey America rising executive director Alex

Smith and Trump for president a visor e board member and a guy who was actually

once for for Bernie I don't know good to see you all thanks for coming Alex 4%

growth extraordinary in the last quarter there's a good strong potential 3%

growth which we haven't seen in eight eight or nine years rising wages

investments more jobs than we've ever seen it's it's hard to beat this on the

campaign trail yeah and I'll note that Republicans in

2016 are various Republic Republican candidates that we're running talked

about 4% growth as a reality for for the United States while Democrats like

Hillary Clinton sort of scoffed at that notion so

that we're seeing it play out into reality I think it's gonna put the

squeeze on Democrats this upcoming election because once the economy is

doing well people feel like they are they have jobs they journey retention to

other issues and a big issue that's coming up and a big issue that motivates

people to go to the polls is the Supreme Court and we have of course judge

Cavanaugh who's up for confirmation and we have ten Democratic senators running

in States at the president one in 2016 who are under a lot of pressure but

Rochelle still there's nothing like the economy it was a Democrat who came out

Jim Carville who came out with that expression it's the economy stupid when

other people were saying you know well there's this and there's that it's the

kind of is that still right what Jim Carville said many years ago look I

think that Republicans need to hold off right now on popping bottles of

champagne and celebrating the economy because quite frankly we still have a

lot of uncertainties we really don't know what's gonna happen with the trade

war right we don't know how the chairs are going to right job growth we don't

know how it's going to impact productivity Americans have never been

more confident consumer confidence is at the highest level they are confident but

getting to your question about Democrats I think that what Democrats lack in this

is an overall message I don't think that they have a message that is really going

to attract independents and moderates and I'm sorry to say that they probably

don't to hear me say that because I was the press secretary for the House

Democratic policy and communications committee and we were tasked with

drafting an economic message you may remember it it seems to have fallen flat

but it was a better deal better jobs better wages better future and now that

you have this economy doing well that message is not going to serve as strong

anymore within the Democrats really got to get their act together is there

enough time before the election it's coming up pretty soon it's coming up

soon and they need to have a stronger message that's going to attract

independence and Martha Marlen when americans feel so good about the economy

no matter what message democrats come out with i can't imagine a beating the

americans own perception of how things are going right now absolutely and i

mean let's not downplay what the president has done it's been nothing

short of amazing to watch the economic miracle that has come to fruition in

2017 Salix and a lot of democrats in there

Economic Advisers said it couldn't be dead it couldn't be done they mocked it

they mocked the very thought of it but I agree with Alex on another issue we're

going to see a refocusing of the issues and I don't think it's just going to be

the Supreme Court if you look at health care this is a problem

the Republicans promised to address in 2016 and we have not addressed the

problem and costs continue to spiral out of control we have to do something about

it Republicans promised in 2016 to solve the problem of immigration and the

president is begging Congress to send him a bill that fully funds the wall in

border security they haven't done it remember by the way going back to

Congress it was Congress that of course dropped the ball on health care I mean

they had that they had an opportunity to do it and they didn't is it conceivable

that the president has time before the election to do something about health

care now he's clearly he's trying different things to try to get rates

down making available very simple plans that that are just sort of catastrophic

plans that don't cost that much is that gonna be enough for voters well I think

he is doing his best to try to provide some free market alternatives to what is

out there right now and certainly I think he hopes that Congress will

provide him with some legislative relief in this in this arena to I think an

important driver of this economic growth speaking of legislation that was in

Congress's court and that a lot of Democrats opposed was the tax cuts and

Jobs Act this is a big driver by the way be another another tax cut put on the

docket before the election what we passed before the election but Rochelle

you said that Democrats are lacking economic message I think you would agree

with me that one economic message is going to be the cost of health care for

Democrats right well certainly and I don't think that they want to jump on

board this whole Medicare for all I don't think that going the Democratic

Socialist I don't think that's a good route no it is not I am not a fan of it

I don't agree with with the social but what's going to happen though because

there's a big battle in the Democratic Party for that it's really divided right

now but I think that they have to get away from that sort of message right now

because it's not attractive for moderates or individual

but if we don't solve this problem now we're on a collision course with

socialism because eventually the American people are going to throw their

hands up and say we need relief from the high cost of health care and so that is

my concern if we don't solve this with free-market principles today it creates

a much bigger problem down the road and don't forget that as a political matter

in the short term the 2020 contenders on the Democratic side who are all pretty

much of all in favor of Medicare for all are really putting a squeeze on these

2018 Democrats that are up in these tribes way I'm amazed here we have a

former Bernie supporter a Democrat who was very active in the campaign a

Republican all agreeing that a couple of points a very interesting political

all right well Secretary Pompeo issuing a warning the North Koreans calling it

alarming could a deal be unraveling and forget protestors trying to shut down

ice this New York candidate for attorney general wants to prosecute ice agents

what does former ice director Tom Holman have to say about that you can guess

he's hot you don't want to miss him coming up

you

What James Comey Told Trump Behind Closed Doors Is Bad News For Robert Mueller - Duration: 12:16.

What James Comey Told Trump Behind Closed Doors Is Bad News For Robert Mueller

The Democrats released their memo in an attempt knock down Devin Nunes' allegations of the

FBI's abuse of power in spying on former Trump campaign aide Carter Page.

It was their attempt to take the heat off special counsel Robert Mueller and the Russia

probe.

But what James Comey told Trump behind closed doors was bad news for Mueller.

Nunes' memo exposed the massive scandal surrounding the FBI obtaining a FISA warrant

against Page.

The FBI used the fake news Fusion GPS Russia dossier as their central evidence to obtain

a warrant to spy on Page.

Democrats – led by ranking Intelligence Committee member Adam Schiff – tried to

knock that down.

Their memo claimed the dossier was corroborated by multiple sources, but that just isn't

true.

When former FBI Director James Comey briefed President-elect Trump about the dossier last

January, he described it as "salacious and unverified."

Fox News reports:

"The new memo also asserted that the dossier had been corroborated by multiple sources.

However, in June 2017 testimony to the Senate Intelligence Committee, former FBI Director

James Comey said the opposite — that three months after the warrant on Page had been

granted he still considered the dossier "unverified" and "salacious" when he briefed incoming

President Trump in January 2017 at Trump Tower."

FBI officials had also previously testified before the House Intelligence Committee and

stated they have not been able to corroborate the dossier's allegations of collusion.

All of this is bad news for Robert Mueller.

The dossier was the central piece of evidence that drove the collusion story.

National Review's Andrew McCarthy points out that even though the FBI claims minor

Trump advisor George Papadopoulos' drunken conversation with an Australian diplomat kicked

off the probe, the FBI did not interview him until six months after the investigation started

and that they obtained a FISA warrant against Page and not Papadopoulos.

He writes:

"Schiff is determined to run with the implausible story that George Papadopoulos is the face

that launched a thousand ships — that Papadopoulos's boozy conversation with an Australian diplomat,

not the Steele dossier's allegations of a traitorous Trump–Russia conspiracy, was

the true impetus for the counterintelligence investigation.

Schiff maintains that the FBI was therefore not even paying attention to Steele until

long after the Papadopoulos information came in.

That is, even though the Bureau started receiving Steele's reports in July 2016, they did

not make their way to the FBI's "closely held investigative team" for some seven

weeks — i.e., until mid September.

This team is described elsewhere (p. 3) in the Schiff memo as "the counterintelligence

team investigating Russia at FBI headquarters."

Of course, by mid September, Steele and Fusion GPS were leaking Steele's allegations to

many favored reporters, so perhaps Schiff is saying that the "closely held investigative

team" read about them in the news.

It is, in any event, a frivolous point.

The fact that the Bureau administratively opened a case on Papadopoulos does not mean

that much of anything was done on it.

As we know, investigators did not even interview Papadopoulos until late January 2017, after

Trump had already taken office and about six months after they received the info about

Papadopoulos.

By contrast, once the "closely held investigative team" got the Steele dossier, the FBI and

the DOJ were at the FISA court's doorstep tout de suite.

And to repeat, they got a surveillance warrant for Page, not Papadopoulos."

The Democrats' memo landed with a thud.

It failed to pick apart any of the allegations made by Chairman Nunes.

Donald Trump Said The Three Words That Stopped Robert Mueller In His Tracks - Duration: 13:11.

Donald Trump Said The Three Words That Stopped Robert Mueller In His Tracks

Robert Mueller's investigation now hinges on one question.

Will the special counsel interview Donald Trump?

But the President just responded with the three words that stopped Mueller dead in his

tracks.

Trump held a press conference with the Norwegian Prime Minister.

The Prime Minister fielded one question about the reports that Trump's team was preparing

for Mueller to request an interview with Trump.

Trump responded to the question by pointing out that the collusion narrative is fake news.

There is no evidence of collusion.

And since there was no collusion, Trump stated that "it seems unlikely" he would be interviewed

by Mueller.

ABC News reports:

"PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP WOULD NOT COMMIT WEDNESDAY TO BEING INTERVIEWED BY SPECIAL

COUNSEL ROBERT MUELLER AS PART OF THE RUSSIA INVESTIGATION AND CALLED THE PROSPECT "UNLIKELY,"

DESPITE SAYING LAST YEAR THAT HE WOULD BE WILLING TO SPEAK WITH HIM.

"WE'LL SEE WHAT HAPPENS," TRUMP SAID WHEN ASKED IF HE WOULD BE OPEN TO SUCH A MEETING.

"CERTAINLY I'LL SEE WHAT HAPPENS, BUT WHEN THEY HAVE NO COLLUSION AND NOBODY HAS

FOUND ANY COLLUSION AT ANY LEVEL, IT SEEMS UNLIKELY THAT YOU'D EVEN HAVE AN INTERVIEW."

TRUMP'S POSITION, STATED DURING A NEWS CONFERENCE WITH NORWEGIAN PRIME MINISTER ERNA SOLBERG

AT THE WHITE HOUSE, CAME IN THE WAKE OF REPORTS THIS WEEK THAT MUELLER AND HIS TEAM RAISED

THE POSSIBILITY OF AN INTERVIEW WITH THE PRESIDENT DURING A MEETING WITH HIS ATTORNEYS.

A SOURCE WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THE MEETING, WHICH OCCURRED LAST MONTH, SAID THAT IT WAS NOT

THE FIRST INSTANCE IN WHICH MUELLER EXPRESSED A DESIRE TO MEET WITH TRUMP AS HE CONTINUES

TO INVESTIGATE RUSSIAN INTERFERENCE IN THE 2016 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION AND POTENTIAL COLLUSION

WITH THE TRUMP CAMPAIGN."

Trump is right not to want to sit for an interview with Mueller.

Mueller is presiding over a corrupt and illegitimate inquiry that's based on fake news and hoaxes.

The only reason he wants to interview Trump is to catch him misremembering some fact or

misstating a date so he can claim the President lied to investigators and should be impeached.

But rather than interviewing the President, Mueller should be publically apologizing for

wasting the tax payer's money on this wild goose chase and exonerate the President.

Do you agree?

comment section.

Donald Trump Shut Down Robert Mueller With Just Two Words - Duration: 12:15.

Donald Trump Shut Down Robert Mueller With Just Two Words

Robert Mueller has finally sprung his trap.

His team put in a request to interview the President.

But Trump shut him down with two words.

Muller is scheming to pin obstruction of justice charges on Donald Trump.

He is rewriting the Constitution in order to make them stick.

But Trump defended himself by correctly saying that "fighting back" is not obstructing

justice.

The Hill reports:

"PRESIDENT TRUMP DEFENDED HIS ATTACKS OF INVESTIGATIONS INTO RUSSIAN INTERFERENCE IN

THE 2016 ELECTION, DENYING THAT IT AMOUNTS TO OBSTRUCTION AND SAYING HE WAS MERELY "FIGHT[ING]

BACK."

"THERE'S BEEN NO COLLUSION WHATSOEVER," TRUMP TOLD REPORTERS IN AN IMPROMPTU PRESS

CONFERENCE ON WEDNESDAY.

"THERE'S NO OBSTRUCTION WHATSOEVER.

AND I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO IT."

TRUMP ALSO MOCKED CRITICS WHO HAVE ACCUSED HIM OF OBSTRUCTING THE RUSSIA PROBE BY ATTACKING

THE INVESTIGATIONS AND REFERRING TO THEM AS A "WITCH HUNT."

"YOU FIGHT BACK, OH, IT'S OBSTRUCTION," TRUMP MOCKINGLY TOLD REPORTERS.

TRUMP ALSO TOLD REPORTERS THAT HE PLANS TO SPEAK WITH SPECIAL COUNSEL ROBERT MUELLER

IN TWO TO THREE WEEKS, BUT SAID HIS LAWYERS ARE WORKING OUT THE SPECIFICS.

"I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO IT," TRUMP SAID ABOUT BEING QUESTIONED BY MUELLER.

"I WOULD DO IT UNDER OATH."

THE PRESIDENT HAS REPEATEDLY REFERRED TO THE RUSSIA PROBE AS A "HOAX" AND SAID IN DECEMBER

THAT THE INVESTIGATION "MAKES THE COUNTRY LOOK VERY BAD."

"IT PUTS THE COUNTRY IN A VERY BAD POSITION," TRUMP TOLD THE NEW YORK TIMES.

"SO THE SOONER IT'S WORKED OUT, THE BETTER IT IS FOR THE COUNTRY."

No one expected Trump to want to cooperate with Mueller.

But interviewing the President could be a sign that the ridiculous Russia witch hunt

is wrapping up.

No evidence of collusion has ever been discovered.

It was – as Trump always claimed – a fake news hoax invented by the Democrats to excuse

Hillary Clinton's loss in the 2016 election.

But there is still danger for the President to sit down with Mueller.

Mueller is a bloodthirsty prosecutor on a crusade against the President.

And the White House lawyers are working to stop him from setting up a perjury trap.

CNN reports:

"ALTHOUGH TRUMP MAY WANT TO TESTIFY, WHITE HOUSE SPECIAL COUNSEL TY COBB MADE THE CASE

LAST WEEK THAT ATTORNEYS DON'T WANT TO EXPOSE HIM TO A POTENTIAL A "PERJURY TRAP."

"I WOULD HOPE THAT A FAIR-MINDED OFFICE OF SPECIAL COUNSEL WOULD APPROACH IT IN A

DUTIFUL WAY CONSISTENT WITH PRECEDENT AND IT WOULDN'T JUST BE A PERJURY TRAP," COBB

TOLD CBS NEWS LAST WEEK.

ACCORDING TO ONE SOURCE, THE PRESIDENT'S ATTORNEYS WILL LIKELY PRESENT THEIR ARGUMENTS

TO MUELLER'S TEAM THAT THERE IS NO CASE AGAINST TRUMP."

Homophobic Trump Jokes, or Subversive Shattering of Toxic Masculinity? - Duration: 2:04.

- Over the recent past, there have been artworks,

editorial cartoons, and celebrity jokes

depicting US President Donald Trump

and Russian President Vladimir Putin as lovers.

Some of these imply the two are so close

that they're literally in bed with each other,

whereas others portray Trump

as being sexually subservient to Putin.

Even gay icon, Bette Midler, deleted a tweet

saying that Trump was only meeting Putin in Helsinki

so he could orally service him.

Some people see these depictions as satirical

political humor, poking fun at two

ultra-macho world leaders,

whereas others simply consider them deeply homophobic.

Gay kissing, ew gross, look at the homos.

But who's right?

Let's look at both sides.

(light music)

People who see these images as homophobic

say that these jokes don't actually hurt Trump or Putin.

They merely hurt queer people

by reinforcing the idea

that there's something funny about same sex attraction,

and that homosexuality makes you less of a man.

They see the images as bottom shaming,

shaming people who prefer to be

sexually subservient to others.

Reinforcing these ideas encourages widespread homophobia,

the sort of homophobia that encourages others

to mock, harass, bully, abuse, or even kill queer people.

If you've ever been bullied yourself

for being a "gross homo,"

these images probably don't seem like something to laugh at.

People who like these images see them as a form of

subversive political humor

that shatters the hyper-fragile masculinity

of these two ultra-masculine strongmen.

I mean, Putin rides shirtless horseback

and Trump brags about grabbing women by the pussy.

What could be more weak and masculine than that?

These images point out that their

Fascist brand of masculinity is a complete fraud,

and because both men are rampantly anti-LGBTQ,

what better way to skewer them

than to literally show them in bed together?

Both sides make important points,

but perhaps a better question is this:

Is there a way to make fun of Trump's

subservience to Putin and both men's

ultra-macho queer phobia

without depicting them as lovers?

What do you think?

Supreme Court Announces Shock Decision, Anti-Trump Snowflakes Are FUMING - Duration: 3:24.

breaking Supreme Court announces shock decision anti-trump snowflakes are

fuming war is being waged against our freedom of speech Democrats want to do

everything they can to hold us back from our god-given rights in what can only be

described as a major victory the US Supreme Court ruled Monday that the

government is not allowed to ban or restrict trademarks regardless of how

offensive they appear USA Today noted that during the ruling the Supreme Court

helped raise the bar on denials of brand idea so that even the most offensive

names can survive the harsh liberal snowflake filled climate the case that

prompted this meeting involved an Asian American band nicknamed the slants the

group decided to go to court after they attempted to trademark their name only

to get denied multiple times due to its offensive nature the band wanted the

name because it let them take something that would have normally been considered

offensive and use it in a way that allowed them to show pride and strength

liberal snowflakes need to take a cue from this lands maybe they can learn how

to say and use words like responsible adults instead of acting like toddlers

who overheard a bad word at daycare words cannot do physical harm

the sooner they realize this they can build a bridge get over it and we will

all be better off at the start the now-infamous ban went to a lower court

where they were denied their right to use the name they eventually won in the

court of appeals with a stunning 9 to 3 victory the judges who pushed them

forward blamed the First Amendment protects even hurtful speech we suspect

this ruling is going to have a similar impact on the Washington Redskins

trademark case that trademark was pulled back in 2014 amidst complaints by

suspect Native American groups who claimed the name was offensive to them

through some in-depth examination only a tiny fraction found the name to be

offensive not that it would make a difference in this case as of right now

the case is still pending in a federal appeals court hopefully this bump

forward will get the ball rolling in the right direction the leader of this lands

Simon Dam in an interview with USA Today expressed his view on freedom of

expression Dam stated that this freedom is especially important with those who

disagree with the most Dam continued satire humor wit and irony those are the

things that will truly neuter malice there are certainly some valid points to

be taken from all of this the fact of the matter is this names regardless of

how hurtful are covered by our First Amendment right to freedom of speech the

left is simply on a mission to silence all views that do not align with their

own in this case they blew it

Trump, QAnon & the Number '17': Q Followers Think He's Speaking in Code | Heavy.com - Duration: 5:07.

Trump, QAnon & the Number '17': Q Followers Think He's Speaking in Code | Heavy.com

QAnon's followers have a particular affection for the number 17.

The believe that every time Donald Trump references it, he's really referencing them.

It comes from the fact that Q is the 17th letter of the alphabet.

QAnon members were notable in the crowd during Donald Trump's rally in Tampa on July 31.

Trump Said the Number 17 Multiple Times in Tampa.

According to the Tampa Bay Times transcript of the event, Trump used the letter Q, four times.

The president is quoted as saying, per the Times transcript:.

You know, I told the story the other day, I was probably in Washington in my entire life 17 times.

True, 17 times.

I don't think I ever stayed overnight… Again, I've only been here about 17 times.

And probably seven of those times was to check out the hotel I'm building on Pennsylvania Avenue and then I hop on the plane and I go back.

So I've been there 17 times, never stayed there at night.

I don't believe.

During the event, dozens of people could be seen in the crowd making reference to QAnon with signs and t-shirts.

The QAnon conspiracy began on 4Chan in October 2017.

It began with a mysterious poster named "Q." That person claimed to be a government agent with ultra top-secret information.

That person also said that he or she was on a mission to take down the so-called "deep state." The official line from Press Secretary Sarah Sanders after the rally in Tampa was, "The president condemns and denounces any group that would incite violence against any individual.".

Trump Also Tweeted About '17 Angry Democrats' After the Tampa Rally.

The day after the rally in Tampa, Trump again made reference to the number 17 in a Twitter post about the Russia investigation.

The message read, "This is a terrible situation and Attorney General Jeff Sessions should stop this Rigged Witch Hunt right now, before it continues to stain our country any further.

Bob Mueller is totally conflicted, and his 17 Angry Democrats that are doing his dirty work are a disgrace to USA!" The 17 Democrats was originally 13 Democrats.

On July 29, Trump explained that he had expanded the number to 17 to included "an Obama White House lawyer.".

The University of Alabama Football Team Gave Trump a Number 17 Jersey in 2018.

In Apriul 2018, when the University of Alabama football team visited the White House on the back of their national championship winning season, Coach Nick Saban presented Trump with a number 17 jersey.

A Reddit thread on the Great Awakening/QAnon subreddit was dedicated to it.

The thread was titled, "Why does he keep picking #17 for jerseys? Shouldn't he pick #45? Is he making it that obvious?" Some argued on the thread about whether or not the 17 was in reference to the conspiracy theory, to Alabama's 17th national championship or the fact they won it playing in the 2017 season.

The New York Times notes that when Alabama visited President Barack Obama in 2016, they presented him with a jersey numbered "15.".

PRESIDENT VS PRESIDENT TRUMP AND OBAMA MAY CLASH DURING 2018 MIDTERMS - Duration: 13:26.

hello everyone i'm dana perino along with jenna guy Avila juan williams Jesse

Watters and Greg Gutfeld is five o'clock in New York City and this is the five

a fiery moment at the White House a day for US Secretary Sarah Sanders fighting

back against the media as far as I know I'm the first press secretary in the

history of the United States that's required Secret Service protection we'll

have more on that in a moment but first President Trump is back on the campaign

trail tonight in Pennsylvania as a familiar foe emerges to counter his

message in the midterms former President Obama announcing he's planning to stump

for Democrats this fall if it's anything like 2016 the battle between the two

heavyweights is sure to get nasty watch thousands of Americans would be alive

today if not for the open border policies of Barack Obama

they say Donald lacks the foreign policy experience to be President but in

fairness he has spent years meeting with leaders from around the world miss

Sweden miss Argentina misses her bhaijaan President Obama he is the

founder of Isis he's the founder of Isis the Donald is not really a plans guy

he's not really a fax guy either this is a president who doesn't have a clue the

guy says stuff that no buddy would find tolerable if they were applying for a

job at 7-eleven meanwhile Obama is endorsing dozens of Democrats and making

headlines for who he's backing and who he's not he's throwing his weight behind

a congressional candidate in New Mexico who wants to abolish ice and he's

snubbing self-proclaimed socialist Alexandria of kasnia Cortez jesse is

this the election we deserve another rematch between Donald Trump and Brock

to see those who debate wouldn't you that'd be a sound one bath right there I

mean I think the country already rejected a third Obama term when they

rejected Hillary Clinton and Obama doesn't do very well when he's not on

the ballot remember he just got shellacked during both midterms during

his presidency and him getting back on the trail activates the Democratic base

but it also reactivates the Republican base so they're gonna be pretty fired up

when they see him out there stumping I don't believe the country wants to look

backwards I think the country wants to look forwards what we saw during the

Obama years were a terrible economy racial riots a lot of consternation in

the public there wasn't a lot of good things that were happening health care

chaos etc etc now we're in a new environment and for Obama to get back

out there I don't think helps I think actually

hurts the Democrats and gives President Trump a big punching bag that's a very

big target does well when he has something to punch against Juan do you

think that Democrats though will benefit from President Obama being out on the

campaign trail for them tremendously would you like to expand 60% 60% plus

approval rating high energy and we know about his capacity as an orator or just

as a campaigner it's very strong and then when you think about it for example

on these endorsements he has been strategic he endorses candidates where

his endorsement will benefit them he doesn't endorse for example Joe Manchin

in West Virginia which is a strong Trump State he doesn't endorse

Joe Donnelly in Indiana is crying so he's picking his spots and I think he's

doing Stroh very well and also don't forget money cannot stain in politics

and he's very good at raising money and he's going to have his supporters and

people who think he's still the cat's meow come out and when you talk about

energy or something like Jessie was saying health care and so forth health

care cat health care cast is what we got now where you see the Trump

administration trying to provide these inadequate you know subpar plan just

look at what the American people are saying trust the American people once

they're saying they Obama against here's what I would say to you they voted in

2010 in reaction to Obama care remember it was being belittled and demonized at

the time by opponents but boy the Americans people's attitudes have shift

it's a fortune I mean that's the problem like I mean I think Republican you're

talking about Obama care no no I think there's an argument now about

single-payer that's even worse okay I mean I agree with you I think President

Obama does a great job as a campaigner I think that's his strength but the

problem is he has to campaign now against success he has to campaign

against policies that have worked he has to look people in the eye whose taxes

have gone down who have less regulation who has they've been able to expand

their businesses who have more freedom where you have an administration who's

saying we don't like Obamacare we want to find out ways to give you

opportunities to get the health insurance you decide is right for you

and he has to say all of that GDP growth and that that

decreased taxes oh that's all bad so what is he gonna do he's gonna do what

he does best and he's gonna pivot to Republicans and Trump hate immigrants

which is alive Republicans in Trump hate you know all this this nonsense that he

always does it makes a good point Gregg about is President Obama's Jedidiah

Jedidiah she/her makes a good point it can President Obama really go out there

and talk down the economy I mean it's not a good idea to talk down prosperity

oh yes and we can tell by that montage that we showed that everything Obama

said was scripted everything Trump said was off the cuff so that's in Trump's

favor look I feel bad for the Democrats it's like they dropped their iPhone in

the toilet so now they went to the junk drawer to get the flip phone that's

Obama he's the flip phone they had to get something out of storage to save

their party more like iPhone 4 and Hillary cry Minister don't try to screw

with my analogies Dana that's all I've got going and how you know what this is

this is really about time off the media in and the comedian's have been working

really hard and they needed a much much deserved nap Obama's back in town they

know he's off limits you can't make jokes about Obama right no comedians

gonna make any jokes the meetings don't have to meet it is out of the chase

Obama around they don't have to hound him so basically what Obama is it's a

break for the comedians and it's a break for the media because they can't joke

about him I don't blame Obama for coming out of hiding he's basically yesterday's

special on the restaurant blackboard that Trump came out in the morning and

erased no bomb is much better than crooked Hillary and it sets up a big

contrast as opposed to a referendum if there's no big punching bag or villain

for Trump to run against it's a little more difficult but when you have Barack

Obama out there the media is going to hoist those two guys back up into the

center and make it a cage match and as in terms of the endorsements from what

we're hearing he only made those endorsements because his former staff

members were working for those candidates I don't know how strategic it

was and I understand why he didn't endorse Cortes because if he had done

that that would have created a huge huge problem with the Democratic Party

because that would have been a major blow to the centrist wing of the party

and they don't need that kind of fight right now going into the midterm maybe

he also watched some of our interviews because I was

no seriously I mean she when she's posed with a question as to she has these

lofty ideas about oh let's give Medicare for all when you ask her how she's gonna

pay for it her answer is absurd when you ask her about the israeli/palestinian

Christ that she has no idea what she's talking about

so President Obama I agree I disagree with him on a lot of things he's not a

stupid guy I think he's he's probably worried about that you have politically

smart non endorsement so I'm curious how you guys pose this you say oh is Obama

going to run against the economy Obama's the guy that saved me and not only did

he save the American economy at the moment Jesse it's Republicans who are

not are you kidding you must have forgotten we had a great recession in

Obama's responsible for everything good Trump responsible for everything bad I

don't even agree with the reverse come on I'm not I'm just saying go look at

the facts if you want to go look at the UConn economic arrows and directions

coming out of oh wait when Obama was elected first term and what the United

States has done since you'd say session since World War two because guess what

it was a terrible it was the worst recoveries really good very on the

economy this here's the news going into the midterms yes Republicans had planned

to run on the Trump tax cuts everybody is still encouraging Republicans to say

hey talked about the economy folks forget the demonizing of immigrants

forget going after the NFL players and playing all those kind of here are the

Trump rally was talking up the tax cuts very big guess what it's not working

Jesse the American people say they haven't seen their wages increased ways

they're slower these American people that you've been talking to on the Acela

train no you know what you should go look at some poll I looking full

spouting your no no no no that the funny thing is you pick and choose pop polls

and overlook ones like the ones about Russian collusion in which they say dude

they're not interested at all in the in the babble that you

spout oh yeah let me say they are interested in whether or not this

president was having some collusion their optimism has never been hired you

optimism has never been higher and that's not in my notes let me just say

why did why did you see so many Trump officials come out today and say we are

actively engaged in trying to stop the Russians from interfering in the 2016

race it's because Gregg those people understand the American people do care

about the idea of the polling shows that it's not that that issue rank less and

any other issue he wants to talk about Russia because he can't talk about the

economy honestly do people have more jobs right now are the unemployment

numbers the house okay the unemployed people have more money in their pockets

to put food on their people everyday that's a couldn't get a job five years

ago and now I can't know that's what I'm talking about with the economy if he

goes out and he talks about the shrinking unemployment numbers if he

goes out and he talks about providing more opportunities for people with

health care or whatever it may be he goes out and talks about low taxes and

people are feeling those impacts in their pocketbook every day that's all

that matters nobody's gonna be talking about collusion with Russia which by the

way there's been no proof of if they can't put food on the table for their

kids well I would agree but I'm just telling you right now I mean you don't

even have to just say Oh Democrats think this look at what Republican strategist

is saying they would like to get on the economy they like the tongue pump that

up but what they see is it's not working with the voters and up is talking about

of course as we say leave you with one last headline not from a fake news

article from CNBC CNBC says quote worker compensation at highest level since 2008

yeah that's not data correct and it's what you see is it's a

very slow stagnant what you're saying it's just still it's super hard to try

to make that argument it is imperative I try to do it but I think that I don't

think they're running against the economy I think they're just saying be

realistic and most Americans the reason people are frustrated with the economy

generalizations that are not proven what are you gonna say I want to hear what

you were about to say that he cut you off I was just saying it's not that it's

hard to make that the argument that he's trying to make is very hard to make when

the headlines across all the programs other things are better

optimism feels but it's like a feeling so president Trump is going that they're

gonna have a battle weight and you know what actually we don't even know exactly

what is going to happen in October that's always a month when there's big

news on all sorts of things you could have a really good GDP number and a jobs

number of that month that could be the talk of the town there could be some

disaster there could be some you never know what's going to happen but I think

the president is pretty well positioned going into this debate that I'll give

myself the last word White House press secretary Sarah Sanders criticizing the

media after being personally attacked

Trey Gowdy Just Shut Down The Plan To Impeach Trump With These Eight Words - Duration: 12:12.

Trey Gowdy Just Shut Down The Plan To Impeach Trump With These Eight Words

Democrats have been pushing the story that Donald Trump colluded with the Russians to

steal the 2016 election.

Their goal is to weaponize the Mueller investigation to impeach the President.

But Trey Gowdy just shut this move down with these eight words.

Gowdy appeared on Maria Bartiromo's show to discuss the House Intelligence Committee's

ranking member Adam Schiff (D-CA) and his claims that circumstantial evidence of collusion

exists.

In reality, no evidence exists and Schiff never revealed what his supposed proof is.

And Gowdy smacked him down saying his push is pure politics and that he's using the

fake news about Russian collusion to launch a Senate campaign.

The Daily Caller reports:

"SOUTH CAROLINA REP.

TREY GOWDY TORE INTO CALIFORNIA REP.

ADAM SCHIFF ON SUNDAY, ALLEGING THAT THE TOP DEMOCRAT ON THE HOUSE INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE

IS ANGLING FOR A U.S. SENATE SEAT BY MAKING DRAMATIC STATEMENTS ABOUT THE TRUMP-RUSSIA

INVESTIGATION.

"SOME OF MY DEMOCRATIC COLLEAGUES, NAMELY ADAM SCHIFF, SAID HE HAD EVIDENCE, MORE THAN

CIRCUMSTANTIAL EVIDENCE OF COLLUSION, BEFORE THE INVESTIGATION EVEN BEGAN," GOWDY SAID

IN AN INTERVIEW WITH FOX NEWS' MARIA BARTIROMO.

GOWDY ACCUSED DEMOCRATS OF PREJUDGING THE INVESTIGATIONS INTO POSSIBLE COLLUSION BETWEEN

THE TRUMP CAMPAIGN AND KREMLIN, NOTING THAT NEARLY 60 PARTY MEMBERS HAVE ALREADY CALLED

FOR TRUMP'S IMPEACHMENT.

"ALMOST 60 DEMOCRATS VOTED TO MOVE FORWARD WITH IMPEACHMENT.

ALREADY.

BEFORE BOB MUELLER'S RELEASED A SINGLE FINDING.

BEFORE THE HOUSE INTELLIGENCE OR SENATE INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEES HAVE RELEASED A SINGLE, SOLITARY

FINDING, ALMOST 60 HOUSE DEMOCRATS THINK THE PRESIDENT OUGHT TO BE REMOVED FROM OFFICE,"

SAID GOWDY, A MEMBER OF THE HOUSE INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE.

"THAT IS INFURIATING," BARTIROMO CHIMED IN.

"WELL, IT'S ONLY INFURIATING IF YOU HAVE HIGH EXPECTATIONS," GOWDY REPLIED.

"[CONGRESS] IS NOT WHERE SERIOUS INVESTIGATIONS TAKE PLACE.

IT IS WHERE SENATE CAMPAIGNS IN CALIFORNIA TAKE PLACE, BUT IT'S NOT WHERE SERIOUS INVESTIGATIONS

TAKE PLACE," HE ADDED, REFERRING TO SCHIFF, WHOSE NAME HAS BEEN FLOATED AS A POSSIBLE

REPLACEMENT TO CALIFORNIA SEN.

DIANNE FEINSTEIN.

SCHIFF HAS CLAIMED TO HAVE SEEN "MORE THAN CIRCUMSTANTIAL" EVIDENCE THAT THE TRUMP

CAMPAIGN COLLUDED WITH THE RUSSIANS DURING THE 2016 CAMPAIGN.

BUT WHEN PRESSED ON WHAT EVIDENCE HE HAS SEEN, SCHIFF OFTEN CITES EVIDENCE THAT HAS ALREADY

BEEN REPORTED IN THE PRESS."

Gowdy's comment exposed the real truth about the Russia investigation.

Between Robert Mueller and three congressional committees, not a single shred of proof of

collusion has been discovered.

Ambitious Democrats are only promoting this nonsense to stoke their base's passion to

try and impeach the President and set up a run for higher office.

Congressman, there's a lot

swirling around.

What do you read in the tea

How do you think the white house

is handling it?

Some of the way the president's

responded this week adds to the

obstruction against him.

>> That's correct, Ari, and

thanks for your question.

The walls are closing in on the

president, you have the manafort

trial going on, you've got Cohen

with the tape and him

potentially flipping.

You also have a separate state

investigation into the trump

foundation which could lead to

criminal tax fraud issues.

That's why we're seeing an

increasing number of angry

tweets by the president.

When he goes out and tells his

attorney general to shut down

the Mueller investigation,

that's obstruction of justice.

And just because he does it in

full public view doesn't mean

it's not obstruction.

>> Do you have any view as to

why he did it that way?

There's a theory we've been

reporting on that it looks

incriminating, why even his own

wasn't an order when he said

should stop now, but does he

maybe know what Mueller has and

One Attorney General Says Mueller Can Prosecute Trump For This Crime - Duration: 10:34.

One Attorney General Says Mueller Can Prosecute Trump For This Crime

The swamp believes Robert Mueller is closing in on Donald Trump.

But there is much debate as to whether he can charge a sitting President with a crime.

However one Attorney General revealed he believes Mueller can charge Trump with this crime.

Eric Holder corrupted the Department of Justice for nearly seven years under Barack Obama.

He was held in contempt of Congress for trying to cover up the Fast and Furious scandal,

and his race baiting inflamed tensions across America.

Now he claims Mueller can charge the President with obstruction of justice, despite two DOJ

memos – written in 1973 and 2000 by both Republican and Democrat administrations – that

say a sitting President cannot face criminal charges.

Politico reports:

"Former Attorney General Eric Holder said Wednesday he believed Robert Mueller legally

could prosecute President Donald Trump on obstruction of justice charges — but that

the special counsel would need to build a strong case.

"Is there a technical case there now?"

Holder said in response to questions from POLITICO after a Christian Science Monitor

breakfast Wednesday.

"I think so.

Now."

Mueller, as part of his wide-ranging probe into Russia's meddling in the 2016 election

and whether any Trump associates were involved, has showed signs that he is investigating

whether the president obstructed justice.

Some legal experts have cited as evidence Trump's 2017 firing of FBI Director James

Comey, who was then heading the Russia probe, and subsequent reports that Trump once asked

Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats and two other top U.S. intelligence officials

to intervene with Comey's investigation.

Holder, who ran the Justice Department under President Barack Obama and was deputy attorney

general under President Bill Clinton, initially seemed hesitant to weigh in on whether Mueller

could bring an obstruction case.

Some Trump allies and legal experts say the law prevents the president from being charged

with such a crime.

Others believe he cannot be indicted at all…

… "If you're a prosecutor, you make sure that you are building the best case.

Not a technical case, but the best case, you know, that you can," cautioned Holder, a

former federal prosecutor who led an effort to put one sitting congressman in prison.

"You know, the Comey firing.

The outreaches to Coats and the other intel guys."

"There are a variety of things that I can think of, technically" that could be used

against the president in an obstruction case, Holder said, before adding of Mueller's

team: "Now, who knows what else they've got."

Holder knows better.

But he has made noises about running for President in 2020.

Holder could be trying to burnish his "resistance" credentials by saying Mueller could prosecute

Trump.

Do you think Mueller will charge Trump?

Trey Gowdy Found Evidence In The FBI's Anti Trump Conspiracy - Duration: 10:59.

Trey Gowdy Found Evidence In The FBI's Anti-Trump Conspiracy

Evidence continues to pile up showing that the leadership in the FBI engaged in a conspiracy

against Donald Trump.

This has led many Americans to question the legitimacy of the Russia investigation.

And Trey Gowdy has revealed the smoking gun that just changed everything.

The FBI delivered a one-two punch to Congress.

They released a new batch of text messages between former Deputy Director of Counterintelligence

Peter Strzok and Lisa Page.

But they also admitted they failed to maintain text messages from December 2016 to May 17,

2017.

This critical time period was right after Trump's election to the day Robert Mueller

was appointed special counsel.

It smells like a cover-up.

Gowdy pointed this out on twitter.

But that wasn't the biggest bombshell.

In the text messages turned over to Congress, Page and Strzok spoke of a "secret society."

Strzok was not a run-of-the-mill FBI agent.

As the former Deputy Director of Counterintelligence, Strzok played a prominent role in the interview

with former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn.

He also edited former Director James Comey's statement on Hillary Clinton's email investigation.

And he was the one who signed off on the Russia investigation.
