RUSH LIMBAUGH RAISED EYEBROWS WITH ONE TRUTH BOMB ABOUT TRUMP
Rush Limbaugh has a knack for understanding politics like no one else.
And this time, he jumped into the fray over President Trump's new emergency order to
secure the border.
What he said is raising eyebrows across the political spectrum.
President Donald Trump made headlines across the country this past week when he signaled
that he will be signing the recent compromise bill approved by Congress to fund just over
a billion dollars towards his proposed wall with Mexico.
However, Trump's agreement to the compromise bill wasn't the biggest piece of news.
Instead, the country latched onto the President's decision to declare a national emergency in
order to build the wall.
President Trump will now be drawing funds to construct his wall on the southern border
without having to grovel before Democrats in Congress to get funding.
But the decision hasn't come without controversy.
Across the political divide, there are a range of questions and opinions regarding President
Trump's bold move.
And Rush Limbaugh just decided to weigh in on the decision in a huge way.
Breitbart reports, "On this weekend's broadcast of "Fox News Sunday," nationally
syndicated conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh said President Donald Trump was right to declare
a national emergency on the U.S.-Mexico border to build a wall."
Limbaugh threw his support behind the President and declared that Trump's order was entirely
appropriate, considering the situation along the southern border is absolutely a national
emergency.
"We have an emergency.
This is an invasion.
The very existence and definition of American culture, American society, the rule of law,"
Limbaugh said.
"Why does nobody talk about the fact that millions and millions and millions of people
are breaking the law coming here illegally and that the Democrat Party wants that to
happen?"
In just two quick sentences, Limbaugh encapsulated the entire problem and boiled down to a simple
issue.
Trump didn't issue this order because he's interested in betraying the Constitution or
overstepping its bounds.
He issued the order because the United States cannot continue to allow an unchecked flow
of illegal migrants into the country.
Anyone who enters the country illegally has already broken the law.
And anyone who is willing to do so is most likely unwilling to assimilate into American
society and culture.
No nation can withstand an endless wave of people who share no bonds of familiarity or
kinship with the country they are moving into.
Immigration should be done by people who want to enter the country legally so they can become
American citizens and ultimately join the culture and society that has made up this
country.
And anyone who is unwilling to even follow that first step is exponentially unlikely
to want to follow through with the rest.
That is a recipe for disaster if left unaddressed.
Limbaugh added, "It is undeniable that we have a major immigration problem and a political
party that needs a permanent underclass of voters that wants that parade of illegal people
who are uneducated, don't even speak the language, they want them here.
It is a crisis."
