yes Jim Acosta Thank You mr. president I wonder if you could comment on this
disconnect that we seem to have in this country where you are presenting
information about what's happening at the border calling an invasion talking
about women with duct tape over their mouths and so on and yet there's a lot
of reporting out there there's a lot of crime data out there there's a lot of
Department of Homeland Security data out there that shows border crossings at a
near record low undocumented immigrants a meeting that shows undocumented
criminals are undocumented immigrants committing crime at lower levels than
native-born Americans what do you say you don't you don't really believe
that's what do you really believe I believe I believe in facts and
statistical it's go but let me just ask you this what do you say to your critics
who say that you are creating a national emergency that you're concocting a
national emergency or in order to get your wall what do you think you think

fentanyl trafficking across the southern border shot up a whopping 122 percent in
Arizona alone fentanyl deaths have tripled since 2015
and sadly drug carnage well this is one part of the crisis in just the past two
years 4,000 criminal aliens were arrested for homicide 30,000 for sex
crimes a hundred thousand for violent assaults that's a two year period last
year alone 800 gang members apprehended at the border a 50 percent increase from
