Trump news on Youtube Feb 11 2019

The success of the Kim-Trump summit scheduled to be held later this month in Hanoi, Vietnam

could open up the possibility of South Korea resuming tours to North Korea's Geumgangsan

Mountain.

That's according to Bae Kook-hwan , CEO of Hyundai Asan, a Hyundai subsidiary set up

to deal with inter-Korean businesses.

He was speaking Saturday after visiting the North Korean tour site for two days.

Bae said the facilities at Geumgangsan are fairly decent but since they've been closed

for more than a decade, they'd need repairs before tours could resume.

The tour program at Geumgangsan was suspended in 2008 after a South Korean tourist was shot

dead near the resort.

Taxpayers lash out at Donald Trump for Tax Cuts and Job Act 'scam' as data shows lower IRS refunds - Duration: 6:12.

US taxpayers have lashed out on social media this past week after receiving lower refunds than last year and some finding they even owe the IRS money despite no apparent change in their financial situation

American taxpayers were hit with the blow as the first week of filing came to a close February 1, despite the 2017 Tax Cuts and Job Act supposedly meaning lower taxes for the working class in 2018

Some directly targeted President Donald Trump in their complaints online as the Internal Revenue Service released figures Friday showing the average refund amount in the first filing week for 2019 was down compared the same time in 2018

Total refunds were on average $1,865 for individuals in 2019 while it was $2,035 in 2018, meaning single people have lost out on about $170 or 8

4percent.A Twitter user posted Saturday: '#taxrefund last year .$8000.this year.$900

Lowest it's been in 6 years.Wow, thanks @realdonaldtrump your trickle down tax is working wonders

' 'Despite adjusting my withholdings down, I went from getting a #taxrefund last year to owing $1700 this year! Same job, house, and situation

@realdonaldtrump, explain that!' one person tweeted.'Completed my taxes.I file the same every year, claiming nothing

Getting back a fraction of 2017 return.Apparently I mis-read everything.Should have been called "Tax Refund Cuts" cause my returns suck!! Thanks @realdonaldtrump,' another wrote

Some even revealed they were turning against POTUS after voting for him in the 2016 elections

A social media posted 'after you screwed me.I won't vote for you again .good luck in 2020

' With the 2017 Tax Cuts and Job Act promising lower taxes imposed on the middle class, it's possible employers adjusted the withholdings amount taken from a paycheck so employees received more money throughout the year and got a slightly lower refund

It's possible some employers took too little from the paycheck but worker failed to notice and didn't plan to receive a lower refund than previous years

Others showed no sympathy for those with lower refunds. They suggested taxpayers should have adjusted their withholdings even lower

'So many tweets about tax refunds.I haven't had a refund in years.A tax refund means you VOLUNTEERED to pay the govt

more income tax than was required.Plus the IRS can seize a refund in certain cases

Never pay more to the govt than what's required.' In 2019, the government had repaid a whopping 30 percent less in refunds than the first week in 2018, with only $8

713billion going out this year compared to the previous $12.560billion.However the IRS revealed 16,035,000 returns were received in week one and only 13,306,000 were processed

This compared to 18,302,000 filed in the same week in 2018 and 17,931,000 being processed

It showed after the partial government shutdown the rate of processing had dramatically slowed by 26 percent and with the IRS warning of the delay last month, the number of returns submitted in the initial week was down 12

4percent.Even the number of visits to IRS.gov had decreased by 10.9percent; only 66,310,000 visits were recorded in the week ending February 1 compared to 74,401,000 that week a year ago

Failing To Lower Drug Prices Could Be Trump's Downfall In 2020 - Duration: 5:03.

Progressive pollsters, Stan Greenberg has been going around the country recently, polling

voters to see where they stand as we get closer and closer to the 2020 presidential elections,

and here's what Stan Greenberg, according to a recent article in the Washington Post,

is found out he's actually uncovered to weaknesses that Donald Trump has and he found this out

by talking to the white working class voters who switched from voting for Barack Obama

to Donald Trump.

Those elusive I voted for Obama.

Now I voted for trump people.

They do exist.

Greenberg's been out there pulling them, talking to them, and in these conversations he is

found to common themes that voters are pissed off about high cost of prescription drugs

and trade, and these voters out here that he's been talking to are Super Mad at Donald

trump for not doing anything about the prescription drug problem.

In fact, he actually made it worse with his new Nafta proposal that helps extend drug

patents, which is only going to cause prices to increase and with the trade, obviously

the tariffs, the trade wars that have cost to our country, billions of dollars.

Those costs are being passed along to us here in the United States.

We're losing a ton of money, but trump says, no, China is the one hurting right now.

Now it's us and the voters understand that because they're the ones who are being hurt

from it.

But the trade thing, obviously it's going to be a big deal in the upcoming election,

but their prescription drug thing needs to be front and center.

And this is something that we here at ring of fire have been talking about for about

a decade.

At least.

You know, we didn't just start jumping on the bandwagon when everybody else started

talking about it.

Uh, uh, thanks to, uh, the Pharma Bro Martin Shkreli, that's when people really started

to talk about prescription drug prices.

Uh, but here's the thing, there are some drugs here in the United States where we pay a 200,000

percent markup.

Most other drugs, we're talking about a 50 to 75,000 percent markup.

Typical drugs in Canada.

You've got a 1000 to 5,000 on the high end percent markup.

They still pay a hell of a lot less than we do in Pharma.

Still makes a lot of money because a 500 percent markup, that's a big profit and even if that

means the person only pays $10 for their prescription, well almost all of that $10 goes straight

into the profit.

Ben for Big Pharma, but there is hope, right?

We know trump came to office.

He say he's going to lower prescription drug prices.

He's literally done nothing to do that.

So the Democrats finally standing up to big Pharma are doing something about it right

now.

There are at least six different pieces of legislation between the House and the Senate

that would each do something to lower the cost of prescription drugs.

Here in the United States, there's bills that would allow us to negotiate drug prices for

Medicare.

There's bills that would force pharmaceutical companies to charge us in the United States.

The same kind of markups that they charge overseas.

That's the one from Ro Khanna and Bernie Sanders and out of all of them that would do the greatest

amount of good for people here in the United States, but if the Democrats continue to push

this issue, continue to show progress on the issue, even if they can't get the bills passed

by the Republicans, they're gonna win, and that's what this pollster is telling us right

now.

By talking to these trump voters, they want relief.

They hate those.

The words that you would.

They hate the drug companies and there's nothing that drug companies can do to stop that hatred.

All they can do, which they did in 2018, is spend $280 million dollars on lobbying in

one year, $280 million dollars just in lobbying, not including the nearly $42,000,000 that

they spent in direct campaign contributions.

So $322,000,000 in a single year spent by big Pharma so that they can continue to screw

us over.

People are starting to understand it.

They see the big numbers, the big money coming out of big Pharma and they're pissed off.

They hate them and as long as the Democrats continue to lead the charge on this issue

and show the voters that they are taking it seriously and that they're trying to help.

If they keep that up, the 2020 election should be a piece

of cake.

God Emperor Trump Conquers Italy (English Subs) - Duration: 5:39.

Here's the carriage, maybe the only first-class one to tackle politics.

It's a great one, great in sense of the size of the figure;

this great, immense, enormous figure by Fabrizio Galli,

who wanted to remind us of what I mentioned before,

Trump's presidency and the anniversary of the Moon landing,

of those astronauts that in 1978 made our hearts skip a beat.

And yes, Fabrizio Galli again brings forward a political theme, tied to international politics.

Last year he won third place with his "Crystal Peace",

which referenced the threat of nuclear war

and the US-North Korea dispute.

This year he brings this monumentally large carriage

dedicated to the character of Trump,

wearing this sort of ... sci-fi armor, yeah?

It's a Trump who even wants to, uhm, reach, uhm ...

Mars, reach Mars, with this Space Marine army

and it's referencing this figure, indeed this armor that Trump's wearing

is referencing a character of a 3D sci-fi game

called Warhammer forty ... four thousand.

So, it's a 3D fantasy videogame

combining videogames and fantasy.

And then he's this sort of great leader, yeah

I can even see a laurel crown, resembling Rome's own Caesar

So it's combining Roman tradition with this sci-fi character

And, uhm ...

This frowning Trump wants to even conquer space, conquer Mars.

And, uhm, these Space Marines who are halfway between sci-fi super-soldiers and medieval monks or knights.

So it's combining a diverse set of iconografies to ...

Here we are, here's one of the actors wearing this large armor, very striking

The carriage is built around the central figure, there are no secondary subjects,

Only a very imposing central subject that now ...

I see now, he's moving, animating, turning around, and

And it's very detailed, especially in the armor's coloring

Much space is given to the actors as well who are playing these space marines.

By the way, he took Trump's most frequent expression, the one we see on TV.

Well yes, compared to the previous chubby, sly trump that wanted to go to the Moon,

This Trump is a threatening one, who looks towards the future

with a serious gaze, very threatening let's say.

And now we can notice the good study and characterization of the face, which is thanks to the ability of the carriage-maker

to pick up these fine aspects of this very particular character.

As we can see it can even move its eyes,

It looks like it's strutting among the crowd with this air of arrogance and superiority, of challenge almost.

Go Federico!

Here we are, in the middle of all these warriors in front of this majestic Donald Trump,

Fabrizio Galli is here looking over this very imposing and large construction,

Here we are Fabrizio, observing this really majestic structure that resembles the real Trump very much.

Well, this year I think I have reached one of the highest points

of my career. I'm very, very satisfied.

We can now see people snapping pics, live facebook feeds, but together with this there is also a strong message about a delicate geopolitical context.

Well no doubt, that is he brandishes this weapon

of the economy, it says "DAZI VOSTRI" (approx. "here's your fucking tariffs"), it's a joke

but in fact he's trying to destroy nations

with the economy instead of nuclear missiles.

This is one of the strongest actions, let's say

uhm, that ... powerful people like Trump can use.

Fabrizio, it was the first parade, despite the weather you started

you acted bravely, but at the end the party prevailed over the weather.

Yes, initially I was also worried, but

in the end the show won over the bad weather.

Thanks, Thank you Fabrizio Galli

We have this grandiose work you see now, very imposing

I'm talking to you, I'm literally at the feet of Donald Trump,

The sci-fi master, as the President of the United States,

and this was our coverage of the first-class carriage of Fabrizio Galli.

Trump Is STILL Ignoring His Intelligence Briefings - Duration: 4:39.

You know, we've seen this show before back in 2001 George W dot Bush was not interested

in his daily presidential, uh, intelligence briefings.

He didn't want to read them, he didn't take the time to read them.

And as such, he missed a dire warning about Osama bin Ladin being desperate to attack

the United States on our own soil.

After that happened, he started taking daily intelligence briefings.

He did not miss them after that.

Allegedly Barack Obama didn't do as many in-person briefings, but he read his intelligence briefing

every single day.

Donald trump is really not doing either of those things.

He's not having in person meetings with intelligence officials and he sure as hell according to

White House officials, not even reading the daily intelligence briefing that is being

handed to him according to the calendars of the president's activities that just recently

came out over the last 85 days, the man only attended 17 intelligence briefings.

Now again, that is actually on par with about how many in-person briefings Obama attended,

except the difference is that officials within this White House or freely admitting that

trump's not reading the daily written report, even after they had to pare it down to a single

page and add lots of pictures to keep his attention.

Obama read his and his wasn't just one page filled with pictures.

His was essentially a small report that was given to him every single morning and he would

also bring up what was in that report and his cabinet meetings every single morning.

Trump's not doing that.

Trump is ignoring intelligence professionals and it's gonna have disastrous results just

like it did when George W dot Bush ignored his briefings.

And here's what I mean.

In the last couple of weeks, Donald Trump has made a lot of lofty claims.

He has told us that we have essentially one in Syria.

We did it, you know, we beat everybody.

We got the bad guys.

They're all gone.

He has told us that, uh, you know, we don't really know what happened to Jamal Khashoggi

over there in Saudi Arabia, who knows.

Yeah, he's told us that North Korea is absolutely cooperating with their agreement and they're

getting rid of their missiles and he's told us that Iran is over.

They're plotting something nefarious.

We don't know what it is, but they are damn sure ready to do something to harm the United

States.

Intelligence officials have rebutted him on every single one of those stories.

Every one, every one, intelligence officials have had to come out and say no.

The evidence shows that Saudi Arabia had Jamal [inaudible] killed.

No intelligence shows that North Korea is still ramping up.

Their nuclear intelligence officials have had to come out and say that, no, we did not

defeat any of the bad guys in Syria, and you're lying about that and for and honestly, it's

shocking.

They're willing to admit this.

Iran is not doing anything that we need to be concerned about at this point, and the

reason I say that that's kind of shocking, they would say that is because this is an

intelligence apparatus that loves a good war.

So for them to even come out and say, there's really no reason to attack Iran or be concerned

about them right now that's telling you something, but trump isn't paying attention.

And according to interviews with officials in the White House, once he's made up his

mind, once he's got his talking point, that North Korea is cooperating or Iran as an enemy,

you can't change his mind.

No matter how much evidence you put in front of him, you can't change his mind.

He has these preconceived notions, notions he probably hears on Fox News and that becomes

his reality.

So no matter what these intelligence officials, these intelligence agencies, tell him and

show him it will never be good enough for somebody like Donald trump who is just full

of arrogance.

And his arrogance is now leading to negligence in terms of national security.

It will not end until this man is removed from office.

Trump In Full Panic Mode As More Investigations Are Launched - Duration: 4:06.

Donald Trump apparently learned a new phrase this week and that phrase is presidential

harassment.

Presidential harassment has taken the place of witch hunt and no collusion in Donald Trump's

tweets this past week and he feels like that's the best message to be sending right now.

Back away from the no collusion back away from the witch hunt.

I'm going to switch it up and say, this is presidential harassment.

And considering this man is, uh, being accused by more than 19 women, he sure as hell knows

what harassment looks like.

But here's the reality of what's happening right now.

Donald Trump is absolutely panicking.

The guy is losing his mind because right now every facet of his life is under investigation.

His campaign, his administration, his organization, his individual organizations that keep hiring

illegal immigrants with phony documents for some reason, uh, his charity, his inaugural

committee, all of his friends, his personal lawyer as campaign staffers, his children,

his son in law there is nowhere.

And I mean nowhere that Trump can't turn in his life without running smack into an investigation.

And it make things so much worse for them.

This week, Democrats are back in action in the House of Representatives.

They're requesting documents.

They're seeking his tax returns.

They voted this week, the handover transcripts from Don Jr, Jared Kushner, Lewandoswki, hope

Hicks, and all kinds of other folks.

They're handing those transcripts unredacted over to Robert Muller, something Republicans

had stopped them from doing for two years.

Well, they can't do that anymore.

They had sent her some of those transcripts.

They were heavily redacted so he couldn't see everything.

Those days are over.

Those transcripts are on their way.

If he doesn't already have them in his hands, and that's not going to bode well for the

Trump administration.

They're looking into some of his appointment.

He's.

They're looking into whether or not members of his inaugural committee, we're taking foreign

money or we're somehow paid off for special favors from business leaders.

There's a lot to be investigated here.

Is all of it going to bear fruit now?

Is most of it going to bear fruit?

Yes.

You would have to be nuts at this point to look at a guy like Donald Trump.

Look at all these investigations, look at all of these credible people launching the

investigations to think, oh no, he didn't do anything wrong.

No, everybody the guy has been associated with has gone down, either been convicted

or they've gone ahead and pleaded guilty to committing crimes.

You don't hang around with a bunch of criminals if you yourself aren't a criminal.

That's just not how the world works and that's why Trump is freaking out.

That's why he's come up with this new phrase, presidential harassment, but what he considers

harassment is really just the accountability.

This is what we should be doing.

This is what Republicans should have done for two years, so Democrats didn't have to

waste their time on it.

If something looks fishy, something that could be compromising for the president of the United

States, then look into it, but they refuse to do it.

They protected him, and when this is all over, Trump isn't going to be the only one looking

stupid.

Those other Republicans who tried to cover for him for two years, they're going to be

just as guilty when all of this is said and done.

Jeff Bezos Thinks Trump Could Be Behind National Enquirer's Blackmail Efforts - Duration: 5:01.

Over the years, we've had to cover some pretty bizarre stories here at ring of fire, uh,

just this past week.

We've had to cover bizarre stories here at ring of fire, but I honestly can tell you,

I don't know that I've ever had to talk about something as odd as what I'm about to have

to talk about.

And this is of course, the story of Jeff Bezos, the Amazon founder, owner of the Washington

Post, believing that Donald Trump is somehow pulling the strings with the national enquirer

to black male Bayzos by threatening to release pictures of his penis if Bezos doesn't call

off his investigators who are trying to figure out how the national enquirer obtained Bayzos

his text messages between him and the woman he was having an affair with.

Now, if all of that seems like an Alex Jones style conspiracy a, it's because this is a

pretty wacky story.

I mean, honestly, I feel like I need a Glenn Beck chalkboard behind me to draw the circles

and lines.

And this guy did this with this and this woman over here had the.

This is insanity.

But unfortunately, this is the state of the United States right now, and everybody's out

there talking about Jeff Bezos, his penis, and I don't want to have to talk about it,

and I do because he's trying to implicate the president of the United States as the

person who may have intercepted the text messages between him and the woman is having an affair

with and given those to his buddy David Pecker at the national enquirer, and now they sent

these threatening emails to Bezos that he published on Thursday of this week threatening

to blackmail him if he didn't call off his investigation team led by Gavin de Becker,

who was looking into how the national enquirer got these text messages.

Now that the ridiculous it is out of the way.

Let's actually examined some of the facts here.

First and foremost, Gavin de Becker, he is a well respected investigator.

He handles a lot of stuff for Hollywood celebrities when they have blackmail threats, stalker

threats, things like that.

This is what this guy does for a living.

He's been investigating how the national enquirer got their hands on those text messages.

After all, text messages are a little bit harder to hack into an obtain then an email

or then a facebook private message or a twitter DM.

Text messages are very difficult to get unless of course you happen to be the NSA or happen

to control our intelligence communities.

That makes this story not so crazy actually because we do know that government agencies

do have the ability to do that.

We do know that Donald Trump is in charge of those agencies and we do know that Donald

Trump is a dirty bastard who likes to threaten his competition, and more importantly that

he absolutely hates Jeff Bezos with every fiber of his being.

He is attacked Bezos and Amazon as allegedly destroying the post office.

When in reality they've kind of helped the post office continue to survive.

He attacks.

Bezos is Washington Post because the Washington Post constantly prince bad stories about Trump.

That also happened to be true.

There's a lot in the posts that's crap and garbage and sometimes not true, and they pushed

for war constantly, but nonetheless there Trump stuff tends to be pretty spot on, so

Trump hates them, but the question now remains, does Trump hate bayzos enough to abuse his

power to have the NSA or whoever it is, intercept his text messages, then get those and then

hand them off to his buddy, pecker over the national enquirer.

That's what Gavin de Becker was trying to figure out and pecker said in the emails or

whoever it was that sent him from the national enquirer to Bayzos said, if you don't call

off to Becker, we're releasing the pics of your genitalia.

So that's where we are with all of this.

It may be it's a crazy conspiracy, or maybe it's one of the most egregious abuses of power

we've ever seen from an American president.

I honestly, at this point, don't even care which one it is.

I just want this story to go away.

If Trump abuse this power, fantastic.

We will deal with that when the time comes, but until then, let's just hope that none

of us ever have to do another story.

Talking about Jeff Bezos is a nether regions, and hopefully all of this can go away

very soon.

TRUMP MAKES MASSIVE ANNOUNCEMENT, DONALD TRUMP DROPS HUGE B0MB ON THE CARAVAN - Duration: 7:02.

TRUMP MAKES MASSIVE ANNOUNCEMENT, DONALD TRUMP DROPS HUGE B0MB ON THE CARAVAN

When the migrant caravan made its way to the US border ultimate fall, it made countrywide

headlines.

Thousands of immigrants tried to move illegally into the US from Mexico.

But whilst many agree with the crisis is subsequently over, Trump simply acquired the worst information

ever about the caravan.

Donald Trump spent the fall of 2018 focused typically on the migrant caravan making its

way up Central America and Mexico to the southern border of the United States.

And while that caravan failed to enter the u . s . a . illegally, it grew to become out

that wasn't the end.

Now, President Trump just bought the worst viable news about a new wave of migrant caravans.

Breitbart reports, "There are three migrant caravans headed to the United States' southern

border with Mexico, according to top Pentagon official John Rood."

Rood testified to the House Armed Services Committee this previous week and informed

Congress that caravans numbering as many as 12,000 migrants are heading toward the US

border.

"Current information suggests that a caravan of over 12,000 humans — there's three

that we are tracking, that the DHS is monitoring en route, one that is over 12,000 by using

the latest estimate," stated Rood.

Rood currently serves as the under-Secretary of Defense for coverage in the Trump administration.

His testimony protected news that over 2,300 US soldiers are in the manner of being deployed

to the southern border to red meat up America's protection presence in preparation.

Democrats have slammed this move as a political stunt via President Trump to energize his

base heading into the 2020 Presidential election.

Rood rejects those claims, as do many high-profile men and women inner the Pentagon.

"That was once a selection made inside the Department," said Navy Adm. Michael Gilday,

the Director for Operations of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, when asked about the troop deployment.

Democrats have now not stopped attacking the go however, but Republicans are starting to

hearth back.

Texas Congressman Mac Thornberry (R) has cited that the troop deployment was necessitated

through an unheard of wave of migrant immigrants streaming north toward the American border.

However, Rood warns that these measures may also now not be adequate until Congress approves

President Trump's proposal for a new border wall with Mexico.

"[Rood] stated last year, there were more than 521,000 apprehensions via law enforcement,

with a large quantity of human beings now not apprehended. He stated that was up from

415,000 the year before," reports Breitbart.

As the caravan makes it's way north, it is uncertain if they will attain the US border

with the aid of the February 15th deadline for Congress to agree on a compromise for

border protection funding.

If Congress does now not agree to a new funding package, a second Federal shutdown would quickly

follow.

President Trump has vowed to construct a wall with Mexico one way or another, even if it

capability declaring a kingdom of emergency and ordering the army to construct the wall.

We will keep you up to date with any new traits in this

ongoing story.

SIX MONTHS TO AVOID AN ARMS RACE: What Trump needs to do to halt path to NUCLEAR WAR

DONALD TRUMP announced the US will withdraw from the nuclear weapons treaty but what will

Will a new treaty be negotiated in the six-month window?

US President Donald Trump announced the US would be withdrawing from the Intermediate-range

Nuclear Forces (INF) treaty, saying: "We will move forward with developing our own

military response options" to Russia's suspect missile.

The announcement has triggered a six month expiration period in which renegotiations

can take place.

So the treaty could be salvaged in that 180-day window but only if Russia destroys all of

its violating missiles, launchers and associated equipment says the President.

In his statement, Trump warned that unless Russia destroyed its missile by August, the

USA "will move forward with developing our own military response options and will work

with Nato and our other allies and partners to deny Russia any military advantage from

its unlawful conduct."

For 32-years a treaty has been in place with the intention of limiting two of the most

powerful countries in the world with their intermediate-range weapons.

However, American politicians have claimed Russia has continued to violate the terms

of the deal with no consequence throughout the treaty.

Neil Clothier, Head of Negotiations at global sales and negotiation skills development company

Huthwaite International explained to Express.co.uk the potential outcomes of negotiations around

the treaty.

Mr Clothier said: "First, it is useful to understand Trump's negotiation techniques

since he has been in office.

"During his time as President, Trump has had very public problems with China, North

Korea and Russia, while also challenging the majority of Europe.

"To say it has been an eventful Presidency term, would be an understatement.

"After implying nuclear war could be an option with North Korea by saying "My [nuclear

weapon] button is bigger than yours" and calling leader, Kim Jong Un a "little rocket

man" we know that Trump has an aggressive form of negotiating.

"In fact, it's a well-trodden technique known as the 'mad man' approach, also

used by President Nixon in the 1960s and 1970s, aimed at emphasising (or over-emphasising

in Trump's case) an initial stance, to help pave the way for a lesser, but related, demand."

But is this 'mad man' technique effective?

It has arguably helped Mr Trump become the first US President to meet North Korea's

head of state - but what about Russia?

Mr Clothier said: "In this case, his threat that if a new treaty isn't negotiated, America

will outspend and out-innovate other countries is arguably designed to frighten Russia and

other countries, like China, into negotiating a new treaty before the six-month withdrawal

period – whether he intends to carry out his threat or not.

"This is a classic case of leverage – or implied leverage – aimed at giving Trump

the upper hand without him having to necessarily follow through.

"So, following this thinking, if Trump's main aim is to open talks with Russia and

China to create a new treaty that all countries will abide by – including serious consequences

if broken – then we should expect to see America bringing great incentives to the table

to interest all parties.

"This could include a shared security intelligence or even an allied relationship."

However, the US President is dealing with a similar 'strong man' in Russia's leader,

Vladimir Putin - so this approach is risky.

Mr Clothier said: "In business – and the wider political world – effective negotiation

is about compromise and securing a win-win for both parties.

"Unsurprisingly, it is also essential for both parties to be willing to negotiate.

"However, if Russia is already refusing to cease making missiles, then this doesn't

exactly lay the most productive foundations for a negotiation.

"To effectively move forward, the key thing would be for both Trump and Putin to reconsider

their approach to negotiations and head back to the original treaty as a starting point.

"Trump should be acutely aware that Russia can be expected to play 'dirty negotiation

tricks' from the outset, such as delaying negotiation talks until the very end of the

treaty so America would be more willing to concede on points with a looming deadline."

There are only six months until the current treaty is abandoned and both countries will

be free to make weapons with no consequences.

Mr Clothier said: "This is something that many countries will want to avoid – not

least as many critics claim it would be the first step to a global arms race.

"To implement a new treaty in time, the next few weeks will be vital when it comes

to offering insight into what the other countries stances may be when considering a new treaty.

"Importantly, this should see Trump looking to increase pressure on countries, and he'll

likely do this by selling the benefits of joining a treaty and promoting the consequences

of not having one in place.

"However, when negotiations actually begin, Trump will need to be much more reserved.

Negotiations are built on a diplomatic and strategic approach.

"If Trump strikes a careful balance between strength and cooperation, there is an opportunity

for prolonged and sustainable success.

"Whether that will happen – only time will tell – but for Trump, and Global politics,

the consequences of getting it wrong could be devastating."

Taxpayers lash out at Trump as IRS shows refunds are LOWER in 2019 - Daily News - Duration: 5:08.

Some directly targeted President Donald Trump in their complaints online as the Internal Revenue Service released figures Friday showing the average refund amount in the first filing week for 2019 was down compared the same time in 2018

.A Twitter user posted Saturday: '#taxrefund last year . $8000. this year. $900

Lowest it's been in 6 years. Wow, thanks @realdonaldtrump your trickle down tax is working wonders

''Despite adjusting my withholdings down, I went from getting a #taxrefund last year to owing $1700 this year! Same job, house, and situation

@realdonaldtrump, explain that!' one person tweeted.'Completed my taxes. I file the same every year, claiming nothing

Getting back a fraction of 2017 return. Apparently I mis-read everything. Should have been called "Tax Refund Cuts" cause my returns suck!! Thanks @realdonaldtrump,' another wrote

Some even revealed they were turning against POTUS after voting for him in the 2016 elections

A social media posted 'after you screwed me. I won't vote for you again . good luck in 2020

'So many tweets about tax refunds. I haven't had a refund in years. A tax refund means you VOLUNTEERED to pay the govt

more income tax than was required. Plus the IRS can seize a refund in certain cases

4 percent.Even the number of visits to IRS.gov had decreased by 10.9 percent; only 66,310,000 visits were recorded in the week ending February 1 compared to 74,401,000 that week a year ago
