Trump news on Youtube Feb 15 2019

I think it would be a terrible idea.

I'm hoping we don't go down that road.

I'm disappointed.

What the president is suggesting he may do is clearly prohibited by law.

My goodness!

I mean, does the president not have any respect for the process?

We did not elect a dictator; we elected a president.

I think it would be a profound mistake for the president of the United States

to overturn American immigration law with the stroke of a pen.

It's very very clear that he has said, "I'm not going

to enforce the laws that I don't want to enforce.

And by the way Congress, I'm going to recommend legislation to you and if you don't pass

that legislations, I'm going to implement it by my executive edict.

I will oppose President Obama's effort to unilaterally fix a broken immigration system

This is a tremendous presidential overreach.

Signing an executive order, giving a speech, barnstorming around the country defending

that executive order is not leadership.

I hope we have a new president who respects what the office is supposed to be about, who

follows the constitutional rule of law and who understands that congress is not just

an inconvenience, not just an inconvenience, that congress is part of the process.

Trump to sign border bill but vows emergency declaration to get wall - Duration: 1:54.

here's President Donald Trump will sign a border security and federal spending

bill to avoid another government shutdown but he's also going to declare

a national emergency to try to obtain funds for his us-mexico border wall I

know Adam has more the bipartisan legislation was passed by the Senate on

Thursday before going to the democratic-led House of Representatives

of final congressional approval it includes one point four billion dollars

in funding for border security denying Trump the near six billion dollars he

had demanded for his wall to get the necessary funding White House press

secretary Sarah Saunders said in a statement that the president would be

declaring a national emergency to stop what she called a humanitarian crisis at

the border that means Trump would be bypassing

Congress by using military funds Trump had warned of such a move but some

Republicans argued it would only set a dangerous precedent

however GOP leader Mitch McConnell indicated his support for the move

reversing his earliest stance unsurprisingly Democrats reacted angrily

to the announcement Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and Senate Democratic

leader Chuck Schumer issued a joint statement accusing Trump of committing a

quote gross abuse of power and a lawless Act Pelosi also suggested taking legal

action should the president make an emergency declaration did I ever say I

was finally a legal challenge I may that's an option and we'll review our

options but it's important to note that when the president declares this

emergency first of all it's not an emergency what's happening at the border

it's manatorian challenge to us the president has tried

to sell a bill of goods to America but putting that aside just in terms of the

president making an end-run around Congress Lord I'm Arirang news

CONGRESS BLINDSIDES HILLARY – DEMOCRAT PLAN FOR TRUMP GETS CLINTON INSTEAD - Duration: 7:28.

CONGRESS BLINDSIDES HILLARY – DEMOCRAT PLAN FOR TRUMP GETS CLINTON INSTEAD

Democrats thought they would catch Donald – but they caught Hillary.

For years we've known Trump did not collude with Russia.

But the media and hacks in Congress kept stoking the flames.

Now both houses of Congress have cleared his name.

Big surprise you didn't hear about it from the mainstream media.

But their investigations are uncovering real collusion with Russia.

And it had nothing to do with Trump.

From The Hill: Now that both the House and Senate investigative

committees have cleared Donald Trump of Democrat-inspired allegations of Russian collusion, it is worth

revisiting one anecdote that escaped significant attention during the hysteria but continues

to have U.S. security implications.

As secretary of State, Hillary Clinton worked with Russian leaders, including Foreign Minister

Sergey Lavrov and then-President Dmitri Medvedev, to create U.S. technology partnerships with

Moscow's version of Silicon Valley, a sprawling high-tech campus known as Skolkovo…

The collaboration occurred at the exact same time Bill Clinton made his now infamous trip

to Russia to pick up a jaw-dropping $500,000 check for a single speech.

SHARE to tell Trump to make Hillary pay for working with the Russians!

Clinton was deeply involved in this project.

A big donor to the Clinton Foundation, Russian oligarch Viktor Vekselberg, led the Russian-side

of it.

Congress has discovered that the Bill Clinton speech worried State Department officials.

They uncovered emails where they were worried about the connection.

In fact, intelligence documents showed the Skolkovo project and the infamous Uranium

One deal raised serious security concerns.

But no, Trump was colluding with Russia because Hillary Clinton said so!

Just think about it, the FBI and other agencies launched costly investigations framing Trump

as some kind of traitor—over a bogus dossier that was proven to be fake.

Yet Hillary and her husband had extensive relationships with Russian agents.

Vast amounts of money were exchanged—as well as land and technology.

AND THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE INVESTIGATION.

And the media wonders why Americans chant, "Lock her up!"

It's disgusting to see that Democrats can get away with this kind of corruption.

You don't have to be a detective to see what Hillary was up to.

She was getting big bucks from Russia in exchange for our resources, land, and technology.

She later worked with Russia agents to craft a fake dossier in order to frame her political

rival.

Yet Mueller has spent over $32 million persecuting Trump and his allies.

The swamp is deep, my friends.

Trump Declares National Emergency, Claims Media Backers Don't Influence Decisions | THR News - Duration: 1:52.

Donald Trump is pushing back against those who think his backers in conservative

media tell him what to do. In a White House address on Friday, Trump said popular

personalities, including Fox News host Sean Hannity, radio host Rush Limbaugh

and pundit Ann Coulter, "don't decide policy."

The three hosts have all been seen as crucial outside advisors to the president on the

topic of immigration, with Hannity referred to as Trump's "shadow chief of staff"

in the press. Trump said,

Of Limbaugh, he said,

Trump also spoke fondly of Fox News hosts Laura Ingraham and Tucker Carlson,

two strong voices in the conservative world on combating illegal immigration.

He said, "Laura's been great, Tucker Carlson's been great."

He then added that he's gotten backing from pundits on CNN, a network he

strongly dislikes.

Okay, so it looks like everyone's terrific, unbelievable, and great. Great!

Trump also used the address to announce his decision to declare a national

emergency to fund the building of a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.

According to aides, bypassing Congress, which approved $1.4 billion, far below the

$5.7 billion he insisted he needed, Trump announced he'll be spending roughly $8 billion

on border barriers. And to do so, he'll be combining the money approved by Congress

with funding he plans to take from federal military construction and counter drug

efforts for the wall. A move that is already drawing bipartisan criticism on Capitol Hill

and is expected to face rounds of legal challenges.

reception about the room availability they said they cannot take reservations

from February 25th to 28th because it's almost full and also as they have quote

delegations staying here now when I try to confirm if she means the North Korean

delegation will be staying in the hotel she said it's confidential there are a

number of other places that have been mentioned for Kim stay including de

Melia Hanoi and the state guesthouse that's located very close to the North

Korean embassy but when we called email yeah Hanoi they said the delegation will

be staying elsewhere and neither side seemed to have any ongoing preparations

for a state leaders visit from what we saw outside now yesterday we also went

to the JW Marriott hotel that's where president Trump is widely expected to

stay the security wasn't too tight there yet but we did have some difficulties we

were approached by the hotel personnel telling us that we can only film the

hotel close up with our phones and the Vietnam National Convention Center just

next day JW Marriott seemed to be tighter on security it's speculated to

be the summit venue but we were blocked from passing by the street next to it or

even filming it all right chew on that what's the

atmosphere like there and the Vietnamese people excited for this historic event

happening in their country yes Jian oh well we went to the North Korean embassy

MUELLER LEARNED THE ONE TRUTH THAT CHANGED THE FATE OF HIS PLAN TO IMPEACH TRUMP - Duration: 5:59.

MUELLER LEARNED THE ONE TRUTH THAT CHANGED THE FATE OF HIS PLAN TO IMPEACH TRUMP

Robert Mueller set out on his rigged witch hunt with the one goal of destroying Donald

Trump.

And he has one card left to play that could decide everything.

Now Robert Mueller is about to learn the one truth that will change the fate of his plan

to impeach Trump.

The biggest weapon in Robert Mueller's arsenal is his report.

Department of Justice regulations require Mueller to submit a report to the Attorney

General explaining why he filed certain charges and detailing why his office refused to bring

other charges.

In this case, the two items Americans are most interested in are collusion with Russia

and obstruction of justice.

Many Americans fear that Mueller will frame his report to make President Trump appear

guilty without actually charging him with a crime.

The backdoor Mueller can use to frame Trump for an impeachable offense without actually

making the case Trump is criminally liable is to write a report detailing all the actions

Trump took in the run up to and after the firing of former FBI Director James Comey.

Mueller and his gang of angry Democrats can lay out a road map of what they view as Trump's

misdeeds and follow the letter of the law by explaining that they did not bring charges

against Donald Trump because Department of Justice guidelines prevent indicting a sitting

President.

Some Trump supporters also fear that Mueller will not simply submit a report saying the

case is closed against the President on the collusion front.

Mueller has not charged any Trump associate with conspiracy with the Russians.

Instead, he racked up a number of process crimes for making false statements about interactions

with Russians.

Mueller's team could submit a report that claims these supposed false statements obstructed

their ability o investigate possible Russian collusion and blame Trump's team for concocting

a cover up of the crime even though in reality there is no evidence one exists.

But there is also no regulation that says the report must be made public.

Its fate lies with the Attorney General.

And in this case that will soon be William Barr.

Once the Senate confirms Barr, the decision to make the Mueller report public is his and

his alone.

That worries some Trump supporters.

Some swamp Republicans recommended Barr for the job because of his good friendship with

Robert Mueller.

The anti-Trump resistance may have scored another victory in planting a Deep State mole

at the head of the Department of Justice.

Trump forced Jeff Sessions to resign because Sessions made it clear his loyalty resided

with the Deep State and not Donald Trump.

The Mueller report will present the test of William Barr's loyalty.

During his confirmation hearing, he sent some signals that he may not release the report.

Trump supporters do not believe that if Mueller submits a politically biased hatched job that

it should be released to the public so the Democrats can use it to frame the President

for imaginary impeachable offenses.

We will keep you up

to

date

on any

new developments.

Possible hotels for Kim and Trump say their bookings are full, but security is not too tight yet - Duration: 2:41.

Vietnam's foreign minister and protocol chief wrapped up their visit to North Korea, and

now, we're expecting the two negotiating sides and the host country to put their summit preparations

into high gear.

To get updated on the situation, let's go straight to our Lee Ji-won, standing by in

Hanoi.

Ji-won, do fill us in on some of the tell-tale signs of how the host city is getting ready.

Daniel, behind me is the JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi, that's where President Donald Trump

is expected to stay during his summit with Kim Jong-un in two week's time.

The reception says rooms are fully booked as they have a big team staying over that

period, without giving more details.

And it seems security's gotten a bit tight, especially when we tried to film the hotel.

We were approached by hotel personnel, telling us that we can only film the hotel close up

with our phones.

Meanwhile earlier in the day we were over at the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi, one

of the possibilities for Kim Jong-un's hotel.

That's around 10 kilometers away from the JW Marriott.

The security there was much more lax, but they were also not taking any reservations

from February 25th to 28th.

When I asked them, they said the rooms are almost full and also that they have (quote)

"delegations staying."

When I tried to confirm if they mean that the North Korean delegation will be staying

at the hotel, the reception said it's confidential.

Okay then Ji-won how about the summit venue?

We have one place that's widely expected to host the event right?

Yes you're right Daniel.

Many of us are speculating that the Vietnam National Convention Center will be the summit

venue.

That's where the 2006 APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting and the 2010 ASEAN Summit were held.

It's really just a five minute walk from JW Marriott,... but the security was much tighter.

All roads leading to the center were blocked, and we weren't even allowed to walk past the

street next to it.

But this may not be necessarily due to the summit as locals say it's normally a high-security

area.

Another place where we saw lots of surveillance was the North Korean embassy.

While we couldn't see any significant preparations, there was a sign in front saying 'no entrance'

and the guards in front of the gate were watching us with keen eyes.

The North Korean officials also blocked windows with a cover, something that wasn't there

a few weeks ago.

It's reported that, according to a local police officer, the embassy had been designated as

a special security area by the Vietnam police earlier this week.

That's all from me for now Daniel.

From "Mexico Will Pay" To A National Emergency, The Pathetic Story Of Trump's Wall - Duration: 5:16.

You know, it's amazing to me how much the talking points about Donald Trump's wall have

evolved in less than two years.

Because think back two years ago, and during the campaign and throughout most of his first

year as president, he swore up and down Mexico is going to pay for this wall.

Mexico is paying for it.

And then when Mexico said, absolutely not, we're never going to pay for this, you're

an idiot for suggesting it.

Trump said, well, okay.

If would have meant was there's new trade deal, I've God is going to indirectly pay

for the wall.

So Mexico is indirectly paying for the wall here to which the American public said, yeah,

that doesn't make any sense.

We're, we're still footing the bill.

And Trump said, all right, fine, screw it.

I want tax dollars.

I wanted in the budget, gave me the damn funding for the border wall and Pelosi and the Democrats

said, yeah, that's also not going to happen.

Which led to the longest shutdown and government history.

And that's where we are today now with a national emergency allegedly along our southern border,

Donald Trump and his emergency declaration.

He believes is going to give him the money that he wants for his border wall.

And as we have discussed countless times over the past two months, Donald Trump, absolutely

100% does have the constitutional authority to declare a national emergency.

Beyond that, all of the national emergency powers of the president are up for interpretation.

Now, not even all of them, some of them have already been decided, such as can the president

declare a national emergency and sees another person's property?

The answer to that is no.

The Supreme Court decided that decades ago during the Truman administration, we know

the answer to that and unfortunately for the Donald, part of his emergency declaration

would require him to seize property from landowners in the state of Texas in order to build his

wall.

Supreme Court's already said you can't do that.

So pretty much this national emergency declaration should be Doa.

But you know, back when Truman did it, we were dealing with the supreme court that wasn't

filled with conservative idiots.

So who knows how this could end up?

Maybe they're going to overturn that ruling from the Truman administration.

I doubt it mean.

I think there's a good possibility they wouldn't, but again, you never know.

Politics comes before the law with Republicans, so we'll see.

As for the funding itself, there's several different mechanisms that he could use, none

of which are really going to work out well for him.

He can either have the military itself physically go down there and build the wall.

He can take money out of disaster funds for Puerto Rico and California and that's not

going to go over very well.

Or he could get shut down by Congress depending on which financial route he wants to go.

Congress may actually have to approve it, in which case, again, the deal is Doa.

Bottom line is that he's setting himself up for a massive legal fight ahead and so what

does he do after making this declaration?

He heads to Florida to play golf for the weekend.

That that, that's how big of a national emergency this actually is.

Hey, we've got a national emergency.

Build my wall.

I'm going to go play golf for a few days.

See Ya that.

That's what this president did.

It's what he's doing today.

This is unbelievable.

But more importantly, the issue here is that Donald Trump is trying to expand the powers

of the presidency.

He is trying to inch closer and closer towards being an actual dictator here in the United

States.

And unfortunately it is up to our court system that Republicans had been hacking for decades

or packing, excuse me.

Um, and it's going to be up to those conservative judges to tell them, no, you can't do that.

And I think conservative judges do understand that they do have to limit what this man is

capable of doing because eventually he's not going to be president anymore.

A Democrat will one day be president again and then it's going to go really, really bad

for all of the conservatives who don't want national emergencies about actual emergencies

like climate change, like gun control, like all of the other horrible things.

You know, one in four people can't afford their prescription medicines.

That's a national emergency.

We could seize the means of production at big Pharma, turn it over to the federal government.

We could set the supreme court right now that Truman ruling I was talking about said we

can't, but if this supreme court overturns that home, man, the next Democratic president

is going to have a hell of a lot

of fun.
