Trump news on Youtube Feb 1 2018

U.S. President Donald Trump is sounding the alarm about North Korea.

He says Pyongyang's reckless pursuit of nuclear missiles threatens the United States.

Lee Jeong-yeon has more on Trump's debut State of the Union address.

U.S. President Donald Trump delivered his maiden State of the Union speech to Congress

on Tuesday.

He said "maximum pressure" will be placed on North Korea as he referred to the regime's

"cruel dictatorship" and its "reckless pursuit of nuclear missiles" that could threaten the

U.S..

"Complacency and concessions only invite aggression and provocations.

I will not repeat the mistakes of the past administrations that got us into this dangerous

position."

He also narrated the incident with the late Otto Warmbier, whose family was present at

the address, as well as the story of the North Korean defector Ji Seong-ho who was also in

the audience.

Aside from comments on the regime, he mainly stressed 'unity' and 'reconciliation' of different

parties to come together 'for the people.'

Immigration took a pivotal portion of his speech.

He said he would push for policies that focus on the 'best interests of American workers

and American families,' by crafting a bipartisan approach to immigration reform.

He mentioned the 'four pillars' plan.

This includes a pathway to provide citizenship to 1-point-8 million unregistered immigrants

in the U.S., building a wall on the Southern border with Mexico, abolishing the visa lottery

to move towards a 'merit-based immigration system,' and ending chain migration to protect

the nuclear family.

He also took credit for the record-low unemployment rate and rising wages after 'years of stagnation,'

and claimed that 2-point-4 million new jobs were created since his election.

Trump called on the Congress to produce a bill that generates at least 1-point-5 trillion

U.S. dollars for investment on new infrastructure... to 'permanently fix the infrastructure deficit.'

He also said the U.S. has enacted the biggest tax cuts and reforms in its history, a move

that, according to Trump, will provide 'tremendous relief for the middle class and small businesses.'

BREAKING: Trump Just Warned Of 'Major Event' That Will Change America For Years To Come - Duration: 8:54.

BREAKING: Trump Just Warned Of 'Major Event' That Will Change America For Years To Come

President Donald Trump just confirmed a sad but true fact about our great nation and her

citizens.

Only hours before giving his first State of the Union address President Donald Trump said

his main goal is to unite the country amid "tremendous divisiveness."

But he doubts that will even be possible unless a traumatic event happens that seriously affects

Americans, such as what happened on September 11, 2001.

President Trump told a group on news anchors during a luncheon that his biggest hopes were

to be able to unify the country in the way it hasn't been seen since the impeachment

of former president Bill Clinton.

He also added that Americans usually come together during times of suffering but it's

a shame that that's what it takes for them to come together.

The president also added that the country's current divisions date all the way back to

both Republican and Democratic administrations, citing the scandals that led to Clinton's

impeachment by the House in 1998 as the reason the whole divisive atmosphere began.

And then it continued when President George W. Bush was able to squeak out a win by a

mere 537 votes in Florida after a nasty legal fight which went on for over 3 weeks during

the 2000 election.Trump said: "I would love to be able to bring back our country into

a great form of unity," Trump said.

"Without a major event where people pull together, that's hard to do.

But I would like to do it without that major event because usually that major event is

not a good thing.

I want to see our country united.

I want to bring our country back from a tremendous divisiveness, which has taken place not just

over one year, over many years, including the Bush years, not just Obama."President

Trump is correct, but not 100 percent correct.

The nation did stand united after 9/11/2001, but for how long?

To my knowledge, it only took the media around 2 months after the attack to start blaming

President Bush for everything.Wherever you would look there were people protesting a

war we didn't start, but one we had to finish.

The media branded President Bush and Vice President Cheney war mongers and lit the flame

under the modern anti-war movement.

An anti-war movement which totally disappeared once Obama was elected into office, although

he pretty much kept up the same was policies Bush had.

What we really need in order to unite is to get rid of the mainstream liberal media.

Liberal CNN publishes column asking to ban the term 'fake news'

CNN wants to ban the term "fake news?"

In an opinion piece on the cable news network's website Sunday, writers Hossein Derakhshan

and Claire Wardle called for scrapping the term President Trump has made synonymous with

CNN.

The duo wrote that use of the term "fake news" is "not only self-defeating, it

oversimplifies a very complex problem" and it devalues the expression that has "become

meaningless" over the past year.

The phrase is now "used to describe any piece of information that someone else didn't

like" and has been "has become weaponized by politician," Derakhshan and Wardle wrote,

adding the term should be used when referring to clearly false content such as the viral

photo of a shark swimming up a Texas highway during Hurricane Harvey (spoiler alert: the

photo wasn't real).

Derakhshan and Wardle recently co-authored a report, "Information Disorder," which

was commissioned by the Council of Europe.

They claim the problem exists all over the world, but most Americans likely associate

"fake news" with CNN, thanks to President Trump's relentless branding.

CNN Worldwide President Jeff Zucker has implemented an anti-Trump programming strategy at the

network that was once known for Ted Turner's bare bones "just-the-facts" approach to

journalism.

As a result, Trump refers to CNN as "fake news" on a regular basis and mocked the

network on Twitter as recently as Monday.

"Establishment press outlets have spent the past year disseminating fake news while

working feverishly, through their bogus and highly selective 'fact-checkers,' to discredit

legitimate center-right voices."

– Newsbusters contributing editor Tom Blumer Wardle recently appeared on CNN's "Reliable

Sources," where she told host Brian Stelter the term is "being used as a weapon" against

the news industry and said Americans have to be "much more careful" about the language

that is used to describe content.

Derakhshan and Wardle focus on three different terms that can be used to replace "fake

news," which are "misinformation," "disinformation" and "malinformation.," claiming each one

can be a replacement in various situations.

The duo blames social media for adding "an entirely new dimension to the phenomenon"

of fake news, but many media watchdogs would simply blame CNN and how it covers the White

House.

"Wardle may not like the term, but Stelter's November 2016 segment is just one of so many

genuine textbook examples of 'fake news' the network has shamelessly promoted," Newsbusters

contributing editor Tom Blumer wrote.

"Establishment press outlets have spent the past year disseminating fake news while

working feverishly, through their bogus and highly selective 'fact-checkers,' to discredit

legitimate center-right voices."

CNN Senior White House Correspondent Jim Acosta has emerged as one of the faces of anti-Trump

liberal media, regularly interrupting press briefings with grandstanding and providing

personal opinions about the administration on a consistent basis.

During a press conference earlier this year, Trump literally pointed at Acosta and said,

"You're fake news."

The network's primetime programming is littered with large panel discussions, often featuring

numerous liberal analysts against a single quasi-Trump supporter.

CNN also airs documentary-style specials aimed to criticize Trump and has several anchors,

such as Chris Cuomo and Don Lemon, which have become household names simply for attacking

the president on a regular basis.

Trump recently suggested that Americans should have a contest between ABC, NBC, CBS and CNN

to determine which news organization is the most "dishonest," with the winner receiving

a "fake news trophy."

Trump took to Twitter earlier this month to slam Zucker's network, saying he was "forced

to watch" it while on an overseas trip to Asia and the experience reminded him why he

dislikes the content with such passion.

CNN White House correspondent Jim Acosta prepares to go on the air after the daily press briefing,

during which he had a contentious exchanges with White House senior policy advisor Stephen

Miller, at the White House in Washington, U.S. August 2, 2017.

REUTERS/Jonathan Ernst – RC1693D7B420 "While in the Philippines I was forced to

watch @CNN, which I have not done in months, and again realized how bad, and FAKE, it is,"

Trump wrote.

"Loser!"

It wasn't clear who Trump was referring to when he ended his tweet with "loser,"

but it shouldn't be a tough case to crack.

Zucker's anti-Trump game plan has helped both TV ratings and digital traffic at the

liberal CNN, but it's not the first time Trump has enhanced Zucker's livelihood.

He was in charge of NBC when Trump's "The Apprentice" became a hit for the network.

At one point, when NBC's prime time lineup was flailing, "The Apprentice" was NBC's

most successful show and Trump its biggest star.

Meanwhile, Trump claims he's helped Zucker's career (something Zucker gently refutes) and

the president has been absolutely clear that he resents CNN's constant attacks on him.

The CNN editorial that calls for a ban on the term "fake news" doesn't mention

Trump by name, but it will be interesting to see if the president responds.

Perhaps Trump will remind Americans that CNN recently mislead viewers by editing a video

to make it appear that he botched an old tradition of feeding carp at a Koi pond in Tokyo — something

that surely would have secured the "fake news trophy."

"Comedian" John Kerry Fat Shames Trump, Gets Roasted With Brutal Dose Of Reality - BreakingNews24 - Duration: 34:23.

"Comedian" John Kerry Fat Shames Trump, Gets Roasted With Brutal Dose Of Reality

Wannabe comedian and former Secretary of State John Kerry recently attempted to fat shame

President Donald Trump. Now, the only thing people are laughing at is the response Kerry

got as he was roasted with a brutal dose of reality.

John Kerry (left), President Donald Trump (right) (Photo Credits: YouTube/Jimmy Kimmel

Live/The Tonight Show) After a disappointing four years as head of

the State Department, Democrat John Kerry is spending his time poking fun at better

men. He recently spoke at the Alfalfa Club dinner in Washington, D.C., where his "fat

joke" about the President didn't earn him the response he was hoping for when it

hit social media.

According to Breitbart, Kerry attended the 105-year-old black-tie banquet on Saturday,

January 27, 2018, where the club's 200 members made up of "influential" politicians and

business executives gather to drink, listen to live music and try to tell jokes. When

it was Kerry's turn to stand up and impress everyone, he made a "fat joke" about President

Trump and sat down.

I'm not trying to make Kerry look stupid because he's a 74-year-old liberal who never

got over a failed presidential run in 2004, he's doing a great job of that by himself.

I'm just pointing out that taking a cheap shot at our President, in a room full of Trump-hating

political elites, doesn't make you as brave or witty as Kerry might assume.

In his senile rant, Kerry made a joke referencing the results of Trump's most recent physical

examination and equating it to the birther movement where Americans had legitimate disputes

over Barack Obama's alleged foreign birth.

"Despite the pressure he's under, the White House physician says President Trump

is in great shape — a trim 239 pounds. Personally, I just won't believe him until he produces

his long-form girth certificate," Kerry said.

Now, to a room full of drunk asshats who despise Trump, that might be hilarious, but once Kerry's

"fat joke" hit social media, it was time for him to get a dose of brutal reality.

In response to Twitter user AllAmericanGirl, who posted an article on Kerry's "girth

certificate" joke, viewers viciously roasted Kerry, and below are some of our favorite

comments.

Russell Ramstad sarcastically wrote, "Get this clown a late night comedy show!"

Another Twitter user, RestaurantBoy, reminded Kerry of his epic fail at cycling, writing,

"Says he Jake the Snake) who fell off a bicycle. Ha!"

— RestaurantBoy (@RestaurantBoy) January 29, 2018

I'm not going to lie, I almost died laughing when I read in the news that Kerry broke his

leg because he fell off a bicycle. Karma's a bitch!

Twitter user Michael Stephenson shared a picture of Kerry's doppelganger and said, "Oh

DO Ranger said, "So fat shaming is now ok? The level of hypocrisy with politicians in

DC is astounding." Do Ranger has a point. Liberal politicians are always condemning

discrimination in one shape or another. Kerry just looks like an ass for making this statement

about Trump.

So fat shaming is now ok? The level of hypocrisy with politicians in DC is astounding.

— DO Ranger (@DORanger) January 29, 2018

One Twitter user named Ken McGann brought Kerry's past as a "war hero" into the

conversation, saying, "It is probably stored with your Bronze Star you got for writing

anti-war pieces." Of course, McGann is talking about Kerry's brief stint in Vietnam on

a patrol boat where he claimed to be a pretty awesome G.I. Joe. The truth later came out

as soldiers who knew Kerry in Vietnam exposed him for a fraud. To top it all off, Kerry

went before the Senate in 1971 to testify about atrocities committed by American soldiers

in Vietnam.

It is probably stored with your Bronze Star you got for writing anti-war pieces.

— Ken McGann (@Ken_gomoose) January 29, 2018

My favorite comment was posted by Twitter user The Original Myiq2xu, who pointed out

what a douchebag Kerry is by simply quoting him: "You know education, if you make the

most of it, you study hard, you do your homework, and you make an effort to be smart, you can

do well. If you don't, you get stuck in Iraq."

I highly doubt John Kerry will ever live down saying such a heinous thing about our military

men and women in 2006.

The lack of character Kerry has demonstrated over the course of his life is astounding

and not because it's uncommon, but because he doesn't see it — at least not enough

to keep it classy at a fancy Alfalfa Club banquet with America's most "influential"

people around. There's nothing like a little Twitter justice to keep dirtbags

like

John

Kerry

in check.

After Trump's Tax Cut, Americans Shocked By What They See On Their First Check Of Year

The left has been bashing President Donald Trump's tax cuts, saying that it's going

to hurt the American people more than help.

As it turns out, it looks like the results are in, and now that people are getting their

first paychecks, several people have been left shocked by what they see on those little

pieces of paper.

After Trump Tax Cut, Americans Left Shocked By What They See On First Checks Of The Year

Kooiman/Wikimedia Commons, Chris Kleponis-Pool/Getty Images News/Getty Images)

There's no question that Democrats are out to get President Donald Trump.

It seems like every single day, we're hearing some new reason from the left as to why we

should hate the president.

Too bad for them, each attack they launch seems to blow up in their face.

Their attempts grow more desperate and pathetic by the day, and recent events prove no different.

After Trump recently passed a major piece of legislation, his tax cuts, liberals were

quick to say that the president was only out to make businesses richer while the little

man gets mere "crumbs," as Nancy Pelosi likes to call hard-earned cash.

However, it wasn't long before Democrats were eating crow.

Just like that, business after business announced that they would be giving out anywhere between

$1,000 and $2,500 in bonuses to each of their employees, thanks to the money they were set

to save from Trump's tax cut.

Although Democrats were more than embarrassed at the time, things just got a whole lot worse

for them.

Come to find out, Americans all across the country are getting their first paycheck since

Trump's tax cuts, and quite a few people are seeing something a bit different than

what they are used to seeing.

Exposed in quite the interesting Twitter thread, a man who goes by "Federalist Musket"

states that his company issued "its first tax cut payroll" since Trump's policy

went into effect, and his entire office went into hysterics.

Apparently, employees were left absolutely shocked by how much extra money they had on

their check.

So my company issued its first tax cut payroll today, and it's been hilarious around here.

— Federalist Musket (@Patriot_Musket) January 26, 2018

In fact, people were so stunned that they quietly called their boss to make sure that

there wasn't a "glitch" that was responsible for the excess funds.

At first people were calling us here in the IT department in hushed voices.

"Um, did payroll have a glitch or something?

Did you, uh, you know, uh get more money than usual?"

— Federalist Musket (@Patriot_Musket) January 26, 2018

Of course, when "Federalist Musket" started to explain to everyone that the extra money

wasn't a mistake but rather an effect of Trump's tax cuts, well, everyone just about

lost their minds.

No, it's not a glitch.

You got your tax cut today.

"…….I got a tax cut?"

YES!

You and everyone else got the tax cut that was passed in December.

Congratulations!

— Federalist Musket (@Patriot_Musket) January 26, 2018

Although it took a while for people to comprehend what had happened, before long, the entire

office was in high spirits.

Even better yet, everyone was openly talking about how much more they had gotten on their

paychecks thanks to Trump.

It's taking a bit for the news to get around and sink in.

As people are finding out, they are openly talking about how much more they got this

week.

And now they're also talking about how well their 401ks are doing.

— Federalist Musket (@Patriot_Musket) January 26, 2018

In the end, "Federalist Musket" states that he was happy for them — and why wouldn't

he be?

Trump set out to do something great for Americans, and now that people are seeing the effects,

they've been left completely and utterly shocked that these weren't the mere "crumbs"

Democrats had been talking about.

I am genuinely happy for them.

— Federalist Musket (@Patriot_Musket) January 26, 2018

The left wants you to think that President Donald Trump is only out for himself, but

that just isn't the case.

They've also been claiming that these tax cuts would only benefit the rich, but "Federalist

Musket" seems to have singlehandedly obliterated the narrative.

Furthermore, Times Free Press reports that these kinds of changes are going to be seen

all across the country.

This isn't just some tiny insignificant amount — this is such a big boost that it

had an entire office building abuzz at the mere sight of one paycheck.

Along with that, average Americans are now seeing that the tax cuts were meant for all

Americans, not just "greedy corporations."

At this point, the left better get it together because President Trump is mopping the floor

with them.

Everything they warn the American people about turns out to be untrue and all the attacks

on Trump only end up blowing up in their faces.

In the end, Democrats look like a bunch of sniveling school children as they continue

to whine about every little thing.

Americans are waking up to their lies and deceit.

It's only a matter of time before the entire party implodes

once

and

for all.

KFC Just Mocked Trump In Front Of Entire World. Will You Still Eat There - BreakingNews24 - Duration: 25:45.

KFC Just Mocked Trump In Front Of Entire World.

Will You Still Eat There

Nuclear war is no laughing matter but just one short day after President Donald Trump's

tweet about the size of his nuclear button compared to North Korean Dictator Kim Jong-Un's,

a funny parody tweet from chicken fast-food giant KFC is going viral.

It began as a result of a New Year's address where Kim declared he had a button on his

desk that could fire a nuclear weapon capable of hitting the United States.

But the 'leader of the free world' was not the only one waging a war of words against

his enemy.

The rivalry between fast food giants has taken on a strange political twist as KFC used social

media is what appeared to be an attempt to feud with fast food rival McDonald's.

It is the latest in a growing history of retailers, particularly fast food chains, attempting

to appeal to people on social media, particularly through pithy tweets.

President Trump's original tweet stated – "North Korean Leader Kim Jong Un just

stated that the "Nuclear Button is on his desk at all times."

Will someone from his depleted and food starved regime please inform him that I too have a

Nuclear Button, but it is a much bigger & more powerful one than his, and my Button works!"

The might of KFC UK & Ireland weighed in too, taking aim at McDonald's with a parody of

Trump's tweet with a parody tweet just one day later stating – "McDonald's leader

Ronald just stated he has a "burger on his desk at all times".

Will someone from his big shoed, red nosed regime inform him that I too have a burger

on my desk, but mine is a box meal which is bigger and more powerful than his, and mine

has gravy! #nuclearbutton"

The original tweet was created in-house at the KFC U.K. & Ireland, has already been retweeted

over 137,000 times and had over 352,000 likes on Twitter.

According to KFC, estimated total reach is somewhere around 185 million and it has led

to KFC UK & Ireland trending in a number of different countries.

A spokesperson for KFC stated in response to the viral tweet – "We were just clowning

around.

Like Ronald."

It is not the first Twitter stunt from KFC to go viral recently.

In November, the brand's main U.S. account followed five Spice Girls and six guys named

Herb on Twitter.

They then waited to see if anyone would notice its commitment to "11 Herbs and Spices"

— which someone duly did.

Truly a comedic moment…

Naturally, those on the left would not know a sense of humor if it reached out and bit

them as they were less than amused by President Trump's tweet and the subsequent KFC parody.

Politico cited both Joe Biden, former vice president under President Barack Obama, said

Trump's statements were "not presidential,"

Biden stated during a January 3 appearance on NBC News as he stressed his complete "disappointment"

in President Trump's response to Kim's speech – "This is not a game.

This is not about can I puff my chest out bigger than yours.

It's just not.

The only war that's worse than one that's intended is one that's unintended."

Naturally many Democratic and even some Republican lawmakers agreed with Biden.

Rep. Jim Himes (CT-D) stated – "I guess the president regards this as a show of strength

but as everybody who's ever been in a first-grade playground recognizes, it's usually the

person who's most aggressively pounding their chest that is, in fact, the weak one

on the playground."

Sen. Ed Markey (MA-D) accuses President Trump of "presidential malpractice" and worries

that President Trump "could launch a [nuclear] war."

KFC's tweet has been retweeted over 180,000 times and liked more than 475,000 times within

a 48 hour period.

To date, the battle of corporate tweets has been one-sided on the part of KFC with no

response or retorts from McDonald's.

Some of the replies across social media have been hilarious with one Twitter user posting:

"This is amazing."

Another stated "They've jumped the chicken" and one simply declaring the post to be – "Cluckbait."

Naturally, there were the killjoys that did not see the humor with one such person using

the tweet as a platform to rail against capitalism stating – "what stage of capitalism is

it where brands imitate threats of nuclear war to sell fried chicken" Others were left

asking the simple question – "I didn't know KFC served burgers," wondering what

they missed.

No one is missing anything as burgers are what they call a chicken sandwiches across

the pond.

Adding to the humor there is also President Trump's well known and well-documented love

for Kentucky Fried Chicken.

President Trump famously tweeted a photo of himself feasting on a bucket of the Colonel's

famous fried chicken while on the campaign trail during the 2016 presidential election.

In their book, former campaign aids Corey Corey Lewandowski and David Bossie wrote KFC

was among "the four major food groups" aboard Trump Force One.
