BREAKING: President Trump Just Made HUGE Announcement During the meeting with Parkland students
at the White House on Wednesday President Trump said arming teachers is a step that
can be taken to make schools less-attractive targets for attackers, Breitbart reports.
"Gun-free zone to a maniac—because they're all cowards—a gun-free zone is 'let's
go in and let's attack because bullets aren't coming back at us.
By adopting a policy where "20 percent" of teachers were armed would reduce or eliminate
the perception of weakness, making schools a riskier target to strike."Newsweek reported,
As well as arming teachers, Trump also said that his administration was going to be "very
strong on background checks," suggesting that he could raise the minimum age for purchasing
a firearm.
He also proposed opening more mental hospitals.
Arming teachers is a slippery slope and raising the minimum age to purchase a firearm is not
the answer, frankly, it goes against the 2nd Amendment and once you "adjust" an amendment
it becomes that much easier to do it again and again, until finally people will see a
whole new list of Bill of Rights.
The High School students that the President was talking too seemed to embrace the idea
of arming teachers in the hopes of preventing further school shootings.
"I'm not here to debate, but I lost my sister.
And like Mr. President said, if you could find 20% of maybe retired law enforcement
officers, or a teacher who could go through discreet training to carry a firearm around
his waist, it could've been a very different situation."
~ Hunter PollackDuring the almost two-hour session, Trump left the floor open for suggestions
to prevent school shootings.
One parent floated the idea of concealed-carry for teachers—an idea the president discussed
at length with support, noting the administration would look "very strongly" at the option.
His Thursday morning tweets seemed to double down on his earlier comments, even as he criticized
media coverage, FOX News reports.
"I will be strongly pushing Comprehensive Background Checks with an emphasis on Mental
Health.
Raise age to 21 and end sale of Bump Stocks!
Congress is in a mood to finally do something on this issue—I hope!"
The United States government already has countless "data agencies" that collect data on United
States civilians and then files the data for Law Enforcement agencies nationwide.
Creating more data collection for more detailed background checks, well lets just say that
will blow up in our faces.
Straight from FBI.gov on the many different "data collection" agencies:National Instant
Criminal Background Check System (NICS) The National Instant Criminal Background Check
System, or NICS, is all about saving lives and protecting people from harm—by not letting
guns fall into the wrong hands.
It also ensures the timely transfer of firearms to eligible gun buyers.
National Crime Information Center (NCIC) The National Crime Information Center, or NCIC,
has been called the lifeline of law enforcement—an electronic clearinghouse of crime data that
can be tapped into by virtually every criminal justice agency nationwide, 24 hours a day,
365 days a year.
It helps criminal justice professionals apprehend fugitives, locate missing persons, recover
stolen property, and identify terrorists.
It also assists law enforcement officers in performing their duties more safely and provides
information necessary to protect the public.
National Data Exchange (N-DEx) System The N-DEx system is an unclassified national information
sharing system that enables criminal justice agencies to search, link, analyze, and share
local, state, tribal, and federal records.
N-DEx is also a strategic investigative information sharing system that fills informational gaps
and provides situational awareness.
Law Enforcement Enterprise Portal (LEEP) The Virtual Command Center/Special Interest Group
(VCC/SIG) program is a secure, Internet-based information sharing system available to agencies
around the world that are involved in law enforcement, first response, criminal justice,
anti-terrorism, intelligence, and related matters.
SIG and VCC members can access or share sensitive but unclassified information anytime and anywhere.
Both services are available on the Law Enforcement Enterprise Portal to all LEEP users.
Biometrics Next Generation Identification (NGI) Collected by nationwide Fusion Centers.
Today, the term "biometrics" is not limited to fingerprints.
It also includes palm prints, irises, and facial recognition.
In an effort to harness new technologies, and to improve the application of tenprint
and latent fingerprint searches, the FBI's Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS)
Division developed and incrementally integrated a new system to replace the Integrated Automated
Fingerprint Identification System (IAFIS).
This new system, the Next Generation Identification (NGI), provides the criminal justice community
with the world's largest and most efficient electronic repository of biometric and criminal
history information.
A fusion center is an information sharing center, many of which were jointly created
between 2003 and 2007 under the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the Office of Justice
Programs in the U.S. Department of Justice.
The National Security Agency (NSA) is a national-level intelligence agency of the United States Department
of Defense, under the authority of the Director of National Intelligence.
Blunt truth, civilians are monitored 24/7 all in the name of safety, people such as
Edward Snowden have risked their lives to provide the intel to show that the government
violates citizens legal rights as they "spy" on the public, all in the name of "safety".
As you can see, more agencies and more data collecting is not the answer, nor is it even
needed as clearly the government agencies collect everything, including the biometrics
through public safety and traffic cameras placed in every city and town in this nation.
Truth is, bad people do bad things and no amount of "data" will be able to prevent
an evil person from carrying out there intent.
Violating and stripping people of their amendments is not the answer.
Firearms are not an "epidemic" as mainstream media would have you believe, in the grand
scheme of things, firearm fatalities do not even break the top 10 causes of death in the
United States every year.
You want to know the leading causes?
Health is the # 1 killer in the United States EVERY YEAR.
People are so blind to the what poisons are actually in their foods, especially fast food.
the amount of chemicals and synthetics that is foods these days causes heart failures,
heart diseases and especially cancer.
Where is the outrage?
The FDA, aka government is well aware of what is in our foods, but they do nothing about
it, a lot of congressmen are deep in the food industry greed and paid off to look the other
way.
Sound ridiculous?
Google "aspartame" in the USA and that is just 1 epic cancer causing ingredient that
is allowed in the USA but banned almost everywhere in the world.
