Trump news on Youtube Dec 11 2018

Academy Award winner Meryl Streep sat down with Stephen Colbert earlier this month

for his annual onstage conversation to raise money for Montclair Film, where they

discussed, among other things, President Donald Trump.

After Streep criticized Trump during her Cecil B. DeMille acceptance speech at the

2017 Golden Globes for seemingly mocking a disabled reporter, Trump retorted via

Twitter that he thought Streep was "one of the most over-rated actresses in Hollywood."

When asked by Colbert how she felt about having a president who is

"indifferent to empathy," Streep replied with a sobering answer.

The conversation also had plenty of moments of levity - as the award winning actress

teased her role in the upcoming 'Mary Poppins Returns' and shared some of her favorite

recent movie releases such as 'A Star Is Born.' Streep, enthused that "nobody but Lady

Gaga" could've played Ally in Bradley Cooper's directorial debut and also raved about the

actor's approach to helming a feature film.

Streep also took the opportunity to plug her own work, recommending that the audience

goes to see the upcoming 'Mary Poppins Returns,' in which she plays Poppins' "cousin."

Trump Mocked For 'Smocking Gun' Typo In New Tweet — See Memes - News Today - Duration: 4:03.

Not only is there 'no collusion' in the Russia investigation, according to President Trump — there's 'no smocking gun,' either

Yep, it's another embarrassing/hilarious typo for Donald, and he's being thoroughly mocked for it

Spot the typo from President Donald Trump's December 10 tweets: "Democrats can't find a Smocking Gun tying the Trump campaign to Russia after James Comey's testimony

No Smocking Gun…No Collusion." @FoxNews That's because there was NO COLLUSION. So now the Dems go to a simple private transaction, wrongly call it a campaign contribution,…

which it was not (but even if it was, it is only a CIVIL CASE, like Obama's – but it was done correctly by a lawyer and there would not even be a fine

Lawyer's liability if he made a mistake, not me). Cohen just trying to get his sentence reduced

WITCH HUNT!"    That's right; there's two! Trump is insistent that there's no "smocking gun" when it comes to tying him to the investigation into collusion with Russia during the 2016 presidential campaign

Well, he's technically not wrong, considering there's no such thing as a "smocking gun

" Obviously, the president is getting dunked on by voters who are just baffled by his new mistake

Granted, nobody is actually shocked by it; he makes these typos nearly daily. It's just… this is such a dumb one

"I remember the old Motley Crue cover of 'Smocking in the boys' room,'" @Summerl81738362 tweeted

@emilylime wrote, "smocking gun sequel pitches: smock and mirrors, where there's smock there's fire, smocking kills, smock signals, put that in your pipe and smock it, second-hand smock, blowing smock up your ass, smock detectors, holy smocks, smock follows beauty, smock like a chimney

" @harleyb11 joked, "FunFact: Hobby Lobby sells smocking guns for under $10." Admitting to a felony on Twitter… pic

Trump calls ex-FBI chief James Comey's testimony "all lies" - Duration: 0:40.

President Trump has lashed out former FBI Director James Comey, accusing him of lying

to Congress.

Comey testified to two House committees last week over his handling of the Russia probe

and the FBI's probe into Hillary Clinton's emails.

According to transcripts from Friday's closed-door meeting, Comey was advised by his lawyer to

not answer certain questions about the Russia investigation.

He also said the session was a waste of time as it was consumed by questions from Republicans

about Clinton's emails.

In a tweet on Sunday, Trump suggested Comey's testimony was dishonest and evasive.

Trump Is DIRECTLY Implicated In A Felony - Duration: 6:33.

On Friday, the special prosecutor's office, along with the US attorney for the southern

district of New York, made public some court filings that actually seem to directly implicate

Donald Trump in a federal crime.

Now, Donald Trump, after these filings, became public tweeted out the following instead totally

clears the president.

Thank you.

Now, based on what was in those filings, I think it's pretty obvious that individual

one here didn't actually read what was in there because yes, Mr. Trump, it did directly

implicate you in a felony offense.

Here's what happened.

There was a lot of stuff within those filings, a lot of it that said, oh, this person was

trying to reach out from Russia to Michael Cohen.

We know at this point that a lot of Russians reached out to the Trump campaign that has

been made public in these filings.

While we do not know Mueller might, I'm assuming Mueller does, is whether or not anybody in

the Trump campaign reached back and accepted their offers for help.

So that's still a big question mark.

But what's no longer a big question mark is whether or not Donald Trump specifically ordered

Michael Cohen to make the hush money payment to Stormy Daniels.

According to these new court filings, according to Michael Cohen's own testimony, he made

those payments at the direction of individual one who was running for president.

Now it's only listed as individual one.

So I guess we're going to have to speculate, but since this was 2016, um, I'm assuming

obviously this was Donald Trump, unless for some reason Hillary Clinton felt the need

to tell Michael Cohen to pay off a porn actress.

Or maybe it was Jill Stein or the Libertarian guy who I from Gary Johnson forgot his name

because he's so, uh, you know, not memorable.

Nonetheless, it's pretty obvious to everyone.

Individual one is Donald Trump.

And here's what this means.

Donald Trump's be going on a tirade the last few days saying, no, that was a personal money

that was a financial transaction by a person to another person that's not a campaign contribution.

Um, what this moron doesn't understand is that it's an in kind contribution.

We have explained this a thousand times and apparently we're going to have to explain

it a thousand more times because Donald Trump doesn't want to seem to understand or he wants

to convince his followers that everybody else is lying about it.

Any money that you spend, whether it is given directly to a campaign or if it's just money

to do something else, if it is to further the cause of that campaign to help the candidate

in any way that is considered an end kind campaign contribution.

That is what that means.

So paying Stormy Daniels, Stephanie Clifford, to remain quiet about their affair so that

it didn't impact his presidential, uh, race.

That is a campaign contribution.

I don't care what idiot tweets out that is what that is.

And according to Cohen, Trump is the one, 100 percent who directed it.

He coordinated it with Trump.

They knew it was happening, they knew the purpose of it.

And that is why they did it.

Now, the southern district of New York adds a little bit of a caveat in there.

And this is, you know, not so good for those of us who want to see Trump fall from grace.

They're not able to say at this point that he knowingly and willfully broke the law.

Now to me though, that kind of seems like a BS statement, right?

We've all heard the expression, ignorance is no excuse.

Oh, I didn't know this was illegal.

That doesn't matter.

That's not a defense that actually works in court.

So it is a bit confusing as to why the US attorney in the southern district of New York

would even bring that up because whether he knew it was illegal or not, he ordered it.

It is illegal.

He did it.

That's a crime.

What's the problem here?

At this point, Donald Trump, based on all the evidence, based on all the testimony is

by definition and unindicted co-conspirator.

That's what's happened here.

We have conspiracy to violate campaign finance laws.

We have the actual violation of campaign finance laws themselves and Donald Trump at this point

in addition to being US president, is by definition an unindicted co-conspirator.

That also helps to explain to a lot of folks why he's been freaking out so much on Twitter

over the last few days.

He feels those walls closing in on him.

He knows that this these revelations from Friday.

This is nothing compared to the other stuff that we're probably going to be finding out

within the next few months.

Pathetic Trump Can't Find Anyone Willing To Be His New Chief Of Staff - Duration: 5:41.

Over the weekend, Donald Trump announced that his chief of staff, John Kelly, is leaving

at the end of the year, something that all of us have known since probably about six

months ago when these stories first started emerging that John Kelly was going to be out

by the end of the year, but nonetheless, Donald Trump announced it and he also said, don't

worry folks.

I have a long list.

There are a lot of people out there who want this job, so everything at the White House

is gonna be awesome.

No.

As it stands right now, there's nobody that wants this job.

Nick Ayers, who was Mike Pence, his chief of staff, was the guy that was going to do

it.

And then he came out and said, nope.

Not only do I not want to do it, I'm going to go ahead and leave Mike Pence as well.

I'm out.

Thank you all.

I'm going to go work for a dark money group and make a ton of cash, but best of luck finding

new chiefs of staff, you morons.

Uh, then rumor was Mnuchin.

Mnuchin says, no, dear God.

No, I don't want that job.

I want to stay where I'm at please.

Thank you sir.

There was Mick Mulvaney from the omb who also says, no, not gonna do that.

I'm going to stay where I'm at.

There was also Robert Lighthizer, uh, with the US trays, the US trade representative

who also said, I don't think I want that position either.

So right now we have a lot of people out there saying thanks, but no thanks.

I don't want to be your chief of staff and a president out there saying, no, there are

plenty of good people who want this job.

So here's what's going to happen.

First and foremost, we're not going to get anybody taking this job that's actually going

to fix the problems of Donald Trump.

Nobody is going to reign in his Twitter feed.

That's where John Kelly's biggest failure came from trying to make Trump act like a

president.

You know, John Kelly was going to be the adult in the room.

We all heard that talking point.

John Kelly was coming to bring this, you know, maturity and respect to the office.

And he ended up ruining his entire reputation and this is now what he's going to be known

for in history books.

And he screwed over his entire legacy because he couldn't even stop a psychotic man from

tweeting.

So yeah, John Kelly's toast is reputations toasts, but so is this position because who

is going to want to go work for a man who, number one, does not want to listen to you.

He wants a spineless yes man or yes woman in that position.

John Kelly wasn't going to do that.

That's why he butted heads with the president.

That's why they argued all the time.

That's why John Kelly walked around the White House, pissed off trying to fight everybody

like the time he tried to fight John Bolton's outside of the Oval Office, but Donald Trump

was just named as an unindicted co-conspiracy, a conspirator in a federal crime who wants

to go work for that guy who wants to be a of this?

You know, as the expression goes, they're rearranging deck chairs on the titanic at

this point.

Trump's entire presidency right now is going down in flames.

There is a chance it's going to recover, there's probably a good chance it is going to recover,

but while it is sinking, no person in their right mind would take on that position and

that's what's even more scary because no person in their right mind would take that job, so

we're going to get somebody maybe not as a clear thinker, somebody who really doesn't

know what they're doing, but they just want the title and they want to work with Trump

and so they're going to tell them yes to whatever crazy idea he has that day.

That's the kind of person we're going to get to fill this slot.

Maybe it's a Sean Hannity, maybe it's the Lou Dobbs.

Maybe it's somebody even worse than those two, but I can promise you it's going to be

somebody on par with them.

Maybe a spineless.

Yes, man.

Congressmen, Hey, Matt Gaetz would make a perfect idiot.

Whipping boy, as Donald Trump's chief of staff time will tell Trump, swears he's going to

have somebody in position by the end of this year and I can promise you it's not going

to be a person that's going to make anyone in this country proud.

Trump's Twitter Feed Is A Case Study In Mental Illness - Duration: 7:41.

Over the weekend, Donald Trump engaged in what might be one of his most absurd, bizarre,

and unnecessary Twitter rants this time it was against Democratic Senator Richard Blumenthal

after Blumenthal referred to Donald Trump as he is, which is an unindicted coconspirator.

Based on the filings that were released this past Friday, Donald Trump then took to Twitter

to say the following, "Watched Denang Dick Blumenthal and television spewing facts almost

as accurate as his bravery and Vietnam, which he never saw as the bullets whiz by Denang

Dick's head as he was saving soldiers' left and right.

He then woke up from his dream screaming that he lied.

Next time I go to Vietnam, I will ask the Dick to travel with me."

I will ask the Dick to travel with me, and he put the "Dick" in quotation marks here.

Okay.

Several things to unpack from this psychotic rambling of the president of the United States

here.

First and foremost, if you're not familiar with what the president is actually referring

to, it's an issue that was resolved roughly a decade ago where Blumenthal had misspoken

about his service during the Vietnam War.

He did not go to Vietnam, but unlike Donald Trump, he did enlist.

He was a part of the U.S. National guard here with the United States Marines and he, uh,

a signed up with them after he got his education deferments.

So he got his deferments, went to school, school's over, he signs up and does his duty,

didn't have to go to Vietnam.

He wasn't part of the group that did.

I'm sure there was probably some favors that exchanged hands, you know, wealthy, privileged

kid maybe didn't want to go over there with scared, but hell, at least he did something

which is more than what we can say of the president of the United States, cadette bone

spurs who did everything he could to avoid conflict or signing up at the military in

any way possible.

Now that's one thing.

Obviously everybody on Twitter responded to in these tweets.

The fact that Donald Trump didn't go to Vietnam, he had his bone spurs.

He was a little sissy kid, didn't want to go over there and do anything.

Whatever.

We get it.

That's known.

Everybody understands that and they also understand the hypocrisy.

And the irony of Donald Trump tweeting this out about somebody when he himself didn't

do that thing either.

Here's what gets me about it.

The president is psychotic.

The president is absolutely mentally unstable and should immediately be removed from office.

How about that?

How about we go with that talking point.

Instead of talking about the hypocrisy of he didn't go to Vietnam either.

Everybody knows that these tweets from the president show that this man is insane and

I don't say that lightly.

It's not like, oh, this guy's crazy.

This is insane.

This man is clinically and certifiably insane.

The 25th amendment should have been invoked months ago.

This man needs to undergo very serious psychological evaluations and further more because he is

not alone in this.

If anyone in this country reads these tweets and says, Hell Yeah, how?

Yeah, that's my president.

Then you're just as insane as he is.

No one in this country should feel like this is okay.

That it's good that the president's tweeting out about the deck.

If you think that that's okay, then your part of the problem.

This is not America.

It's who we are.

Now it's who we've allowed ourselves to evolve into, but anybody that actually cares about

this country cares about our reputation, cares about our standing with our allies.

They don't approve of this.

Anybody with a shred of intelligence in their brains wouldn't approve of this, and that's

what's so disgusting about this.

To me, this isn't a partisan issue.

This isn't a "did he or did he not serve in Vietnam" issue.

This is a psychotic man.

Donald Trump serving as the president of the United States and Republicans sitting idly

by wondering, Oh, I wish we could do something about his tweeting.

You have 100 percent of the power to do something about his tweeting.

You could have invoked the 25th amendment a year ago and you sat on your assets and

chose to do nothing.

You own this, his supporters on this and you people are all, every one of you just as horrible,

despicable and deplorable as the president himself and no, you can't change your Twitter

handle and say like, oh, the deplorable Mike Jones as if it's a badge of honor.

It's a disgusting label, but it perfectly describes the people who are out there defending

the president after saying garbage

like this.
