Outrageous!
Mueller Is Now Harassing American Citizens Who Legally Donated to Trump's Inauguration
Special counsel Robert Mueller is continuing his war against President Trump!
Now, he is harassing American citizens who legally donated to Trump's inaugural fund
because they have 'foreign connections.'
Via ABC: "According to a source who has sat with the Mueller team for interviews in
recent weeks, the special counsel is examining donors who have either business or personal
connections in Russia, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar.
Several donors with those ties contributed large sums to the non-profit fundraising entity
– gifts that topped out at $1 million dollars, according to public records.
Special counsel investigators have also asked witnesses about specific inauguration donors,
including American businessmen Leonard Blavatnik, and Andrew Intrater, according to sources
familiar with the Mueller sessions.
Neither has been accused of any wrongdoing.
Blavatnik is a billionaire with dual U.S. and British citizenship who has extensive
business ties in Russia.
Blavatnik gave $1 million to the inaugural fund through his company, Access Industries,
according to FEC records.
Companies are prohibited from giving donations to political candidates, however, donations
to inaugural committees are not considered donations to candidates.
Intrater, an American relative and business associate of Russian billionaire Viktor Vekselberg,
runs a U.S. company with deep ties to Vekselberg's Russia-based global conglomerate, Renova Group.
Renova was recently sanctioned by the U.S. Treasury Department.
Intrater serves as the CEO of Columbus Nova, an investment company based in New York.
FEC records show Intrater made a $250,000 donation to the Trump inauguration committee
in early January 2017?"
Democrats just won't let go…
They don't investigate and prosecute for a crime, they investigate to find a crime
to prosecute.
It is a charade.
Mueller was hired to destroy and unseat Trump.
Democrats are desperate to get Trump on anything!!!!
They live by fictions.
But, we are interested in facts, and they haven't got any.
This is why this investigation needs to stop.
We American citizens get no benefit from it even though we are footing the bill.
Where is the outrage?
Congress is a sheep pen, and the shepherds are subversives doing everything they can
to obstruct everything that is good.

Trump Has HAD IT! Sarah Sanders Announces They're ALL Banned From White House Effective NOW! - Duration: 5:25.
Trump Has HAD IT!
Sarah Sanders Announces They're ALL Banned From White House Effective NOW!
The White House has now decided that staffers and guests will no longer be able to use personal
cell phones in the West Wing.
The announcement came right after a book came out against the Trump Administration in January
which was rumored to be a tell-all book of the inner-workings of the Trump Administration.
One that prompted President Donald Trump to threaten Steve Bannon with legal action since
the book is full of quotes from him.
NBC News reported the White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders as saying:
"The security and integrity of the technology systems at the White House is a top priority
for the Trump administration.
Therefore, starting next week the use of all personal devices for both guests and staff
will no longer be allowed in the West Wing," she said.
"Staff will be able to conduct business on their government-issued devices and continue
working hard on behalf of the American people."
But what Press Secretary Sanders declined to answer was whether the White House personal
cell phone ban will also apply to the President's devices.
Instead, she answered "As always we do not discuss specific security measures around
the president,"
This is a measure which has been in talks since early November of last year when the
media started to suffer from leaks which no one other than White House staff could have
been responsible for.
This ban announcement followed the release of the now mostly discredited book "Fire
and Fury: Inside the Trump White House," by Michael Wolff, which went on to reveal
widespread dysfunction and infighting inside the administration.
Perhaps one of the most damaging parts in the book is where Steve Bannon referred to
a meeting of Trump campaign officials with a Russian lawyer in Trump Tower during the
presidential campaign "treasonous" and "unpatriotic."
Which prompted an attorney for the President to threaten him with legal action since he
violated a written confidentiality and nondisparagement agreement the moment he spoke to Wolff.
Funny how after Bannon was fired the leaks from the White House stopped cold.
Never again did we hear about any other problem within the White House, either with the president
or-or staff.
Here is more on this mess via Bloomberg:
"The White House may ban its employees from using personal mobile phones while at work,
raising concerns among some staffers including that they'll be cut off from family and
friends, according to seven administration officials.
President Donald Trump has repeatedly complained about press leaks since taking office, but
one official said the potential change isn't connected to concerns about unauthorized disclosures
to news organizations.
The proposed ban is instead driven by cybersecurity concerns, the officials said.
One official said that there are too many devices connected to the campus wireless network
and that personal phones aren't as secure as those issued by the federal government.
White House Chief of Staff John Kelly — whose personal phone was found to be compromised
by hackers earlier this year — is leading the push for a ban, another official said.
The officials requested anonymity to discuss the proposal because it's not final.
The White House already takes precautions with personal wireless devices, including
by requiring officials to leave phones in cubbies outside of meeting rooms where sensitive
or classified information is discussed.
Top officials haven't yet decided whether or when to impose the ban, and if it would
apply to all staff in the executive office of the president.
While some lower-level officials support a ban, others worry it could result in a series
of disruptive unintended consequences.
Mobile devices issued by the White House aren't able to send text messages, creating a hardship
for staff who say texting is often the easiest way for their families to reach them in the
middle of a busy day of meetings.
Other staff are concerned that they could be accused of wasting government resources
if they use White House-issued phones to place personal calls.
The White House computer network already blocks employees from accessing certain websites,
including Gmail and Google Hangouts, meaning that without personal devices officials could
be cut off from their personal email accounts throughout the work day.
People opposed to the idea also note that government record-keeping requirements mean
that records of personal calls placed to and from a government mobile phone would be archived
and eventually made public.
Security priorities may override those concerns.
Mobile phone security has been a persistent issue for the White House, and at times some
top officials have also worried about staff using their personal devices to communicate
with news reporters.
In October, Politico reported that White House officials believed Kelly's personal mobile
phone had been compromised for months, raising the prospect that foreign adversaries may
have gained access to data on the device.
Staffers were also instructed not to use their personal or regular work mobile phones during
Trump's trip to China earlier this month.
Instead, they were assigned "burner" phones in case they became compromised by a cyber
attack.
In the early months of the administration, former White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer
demanded members of his staff turn over their mobile phones for random checks to see if
they had leaked damaging information to the media.
Spicer warned his staff that using encrypted messaging apps like Signal and Confide were
violations of the Presidential Records Act.
Former White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus proposed a ban on personal mobile phones before
he left his post in July, a person familiar with the matter said.
His aim was to crack down on use of personal phones to conduct official business, the person
said."

Donald Trump Drops NUKE on Kathy Griffin After She Threatens Barron - Duration: 10:53.
Donald Trump Drops NUKE on Kathy Griffin After She Threatens Barron
Loudmouth comedian Kathy Griffin just reemerged to launch a vile attack on Donald Trump's
12 year-old son Barron, but it didn't end well for her.
Right Wing News reported that Griffin sank to a new low when she attacked Barron, threatening
to "deliver a beat down" to a boy who is still in grade school.
"It's not about trying to be an equal-opportunity offender anymore because Hillary got such
a beat down.
It's his turn.
So I'm happy to deliver beat down to Donald Trump — and also to Barron," Griffin said
after the election.
"You know a lot of comics are going to go hard for Donald, my edge is that I'll go
direct for Barron.
I'm going to get in ahead of the game."
Griffin's lawyer Lisa Bloom recently claimed that this comment was made "years ago"
and that it was just part of her act, but this is a blatant lie, as the comedian said
it in an interview.
"You're talking about something from a comedy act years ago, I think," Bloom said.
"We can have edgy comics in America.
Comics can say things that are not appropriate for children.
Comics can create images that are not appropriate for children… it is not the job of a comic
to filter everything down to the level of an 11-year-old."
It's absolutely disgusting that Griffin would resort to attacking a 12 year-old child.
During Barack Obama's presidency, his daughters Malia and Sasha were seen as off-limits to
attacks from the public, yet liberals seem to have no problem with Barron being targeted.
Once again, the hypocrisy of liberals is rearing it's ugly head, and Barron is being victimized
by it.
We think it's time for Griffin to return to exile and stop attacking the Trump family.

CORRUPT To The Core: Entire FBI Going Down After Trump Found Their Mole - Duration: 8:17.
CORRUPT To The Core: Entire FBI Going Down After Trump Found Their Mole
It has been a couple of weeks of revelations as an intense battle of wills broke out between
House Intel Committee Chairman Devin Nunes (D-CA), the Department of Justice, and the
Mueller investigation concerning a cache of intelligence that Deputy Attorney General
Rod Rosenstein refuses to hand over in response to a subpoena – a request Rosenstein equated
to nothing less than "extortion."
Information deemed so incredibly top-secret that the DOJ refused to show Nunes on the
grounds that it "could risk lives by potentially exposing the source, a U.S. citizen who has
provided intelligence to the CIA and FBI" – the agency finally relented on Wednesday,
allowing Nunes and Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) to receive a classified briefing.
Then came the bombshell revelation via a disturbing op-ed in the Wall Street Journal by Kimberly
Strassel alleging the FBI had infiltrated the Trump campaign with a mole.
A spy that Strassel believes she knows the identity of but will not publish at this time,
she notes – "I believe I know the name of the informant, but my intelligence sources
did not provide it to me and refuse to confirm it.
It would, therefore, be irresponsible to publish it."
So it is apparently time to play whack-a-mole with the big leagues in Washington…so let's
go on a mole hunt.
The Last Refuge notes in February that Trump campaign advisor Carter Page was working as
an "under-cover employee" (UCE) for the FBI – helping the agency build a case against
"Evgeny Buryakov," Then – seven months later, the FBI told a FISA court Page was
a spy.
The Last Refuge notes "in April 2017, writing a story about Carter Page (trying to enhance/affirm
the Russian narrative), the New York Times outlined Page's connections to the Trump
campaign.
However, New York Times also references Page's prior connection to the Buryakov case.
If you ignore the narrative, you discover the UCE1 description is Carter Page."
OANN's Jack Posobiec took to Twitter to ask Page directly if the mole was him rather
than simply speculate.
Page in return replied, denying the charge, stating – "But if what I'm hearing alleged
is correct, it's a guy I know who splits most his time between inside the Beltway and
in one of the other Five Eyes countries," adding "And if so, it'd be typical: swamp
creatures putting themselves first."
Another person of significant interest is Stefan Halper.
Halper is a foreign policy expert and Cambridge professor with connections to both the CIA
and its British counterpart, MI6.
Remember M16 is where Christopher Steele of the now infamous dossier had connections to
as well.
In February 2016, Halper set up a meeting between Trump campaign advisor George Papadopoulos
and former Australian High Commissioner Alexander Downer.
Downer is a known Clinton crony and his tip to Australian authorities that Papadopoulos
knew of hacked emails which could potentially cause harm to Hillary Clinton was considered
a major factor in the FBI's decision to launch its counterintelligence operation against
the Trump campaign.
According to the Daily Caller Halper also had several other contacts with Trump campaign
officials as well, noting "Halper's September 2016 outreach to Papadopoulos wasn't his
only contact with Trump campaign members.
The 73-year-old professor, a veteran of three Republican administrations, met with two other
campaign advisers…"
Also of note, The New York Post's Paul Sperry points out that Stefan Halper's Wikipedia
page had been updated to include "He has been exposed as a CIA and M-16 spy behind
the FBI Russiagate investigations of the Trump Campaign and is an informant to the Mueller
Special Prosecutor investigation" – an addition which was quickly deleted.
Zero Hedge notes that perhaps "Page and Halper are connected through London-based
Hakluyt & Co.– founded by three former British intelligence operatives in 1995 to provide
the kind of otherwise inaccessible research for which select governments and Fortune 500
corporations pay huge sums.
Interestingly, Alexander Downer has been on their advisory board for a decade, while Halper
is connected to Hakluyt through Jonathan Clarke, with whom he has co-authored two books.
You can find a June 2004 video of the pair discussing their first book here.
(h/t themarketswork.com)
Jonathan Clarke is the U.S. Representative – Director U.S. Operations for Hakluyt.
Clarke is a fairly public figure – but it was quite difficult to locate references to
his association with Hakluyt.
Given the lengthy association between Halper and Clarke, I expect we will find additional
ties between Halper, other members of Hakluyt and members of British Intelligence.
Halper's association with former MI6 Head Richard Dearlove – via their previous positions
at Cambridge Intelligence Seminar – is already known.
It seems the rabbit hole is indeed a deep one.
Posobiec's assessment on the FBI mole and on Hakluyt and indeed on Halper's potential
involvement is in short – "Page got played."
The Wall Street Journal again dares to publish an op-ed this time from a 33-year veteran
of the FBI who upon his reflections of his own tenure at the Bureau and considering the
debacle above, proclaims his "shock" at the utter and complete disrespect being shown
to Congress currently.
As Thomas Baker notes "it truly is a change in culture."
Baker states –
"Last week we learned that some Republican members of Congress are considering articles
of impeachment against Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein if he doesn't hand over certain
Federal Bureau of Investigation documents.
In January, House Speaker Paul Ryan had to threaten the deputy attorney general and FBI
Director Christopher Wray with contempt to get them to comply with a House subpoena for
documents about the Steele dossier.
I spent 33 years in the FBI, including several working in the Office of Congressional and
Public Affairs.
The recent deterioration in the bureau's relationship with Congress is shocking.
It truly is a change in culture.
Former Directors William Webster (1978-87) and Louis Freeh (1993-2001) insisted that
the FBI respond promptly to any congressional request.
In those days a congressional committee didn't need a subpoena to get information from the
FBI.
Yes, we were particularly responsive to the appropriations committees, which are key to
the bureau's funding.
But my colleagues and I shared a general sense that responding to congressional requests
was the right thing to do.
The bureau's leaders often reminded us of Congress's legitimate oversight role.
This was particularly true of the so-called Gang of Eight, which was created by statute
to ensure the existence of a secure vehicle through which congressional leaders could
be briefed on the most sensitive counterintelligence or terrorism investigations.
On Aug. 27, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes asked the FBI to deliver certain
documents immediately.
The bulk of the documents weren't actually delivered until Jan. 11.
I can't imagine Mr. Webster or Mr. Freeh tolerating such a delay.
One of the documents Mr. Nunes requested is the electronic communication believed to have
initiated the counterintelligence investigation of Donald Trump in July 2016.
The FBI had previously provided a redacted text of that communication, but the Intelligence
Committee wanted to see more.
On March 23 the bureau essentially told the committee it wouldn't lift the redactions.
There are legitimate reasons why the FBI would want certain portions of a sensitive document
redacted, such as when information comes from a foreign partner.
But there are ways around such difficulties.
Select members of Congress have in the past been allowed to read highly sensitive documents
under specific restrictions.
Former FBI Director James Comey didn't even inform the Gang of Eight that the bureau had
opened a counterintelligence investigation into the campaign of a major-party candidate
for president.
He testified on March 20, 2017, that he had kept Congress in the dark about the Trump
investigation because he'd been advised to do so by his assistant director of counterintelligence—due
to "the sensitivity of the matter."
The Gang of Eight exists for precisely this purpose.
Not using it is inexplicable.
This isn't the way a law-enforcement agency should behave under our system of separation
of powers.
Attorney General Jeff Sessions must push Mr. Wray to get the FBI's relationship with
Congress back on track.
It won't be easy, but the American people deserve it and the Constitution demands it."

David Hogg Charges Trump With Treason - Duration: 13:15.
David Hogg Charges Trump With Treason, Fed-Up Patriots Humiliate Him…
Bad
After David Hogg recently had the nerve to charge President Donald Trump with treason
in an attack on Twitter, fed-up patriots humiliated him in the worst way.
You won't want to miss this.
Anti-gun activist and Trump-hater David Hogg can't seem to resist the spotlight for very
long after being the focal point of attention for the mainstream media following the horrific
shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida.
Apparently, Hogg is feeling a little too big for his britches and decided to slam Trump
with treason in a nasty comment on Twitter.
The President's tweet that triggered Hogg said, "Democrats and liberals in Congress
want to disarm law-abiding Americans at the same time they are releasing dangerous criminal
aliens and savage gang members onto our streets.
Politicians who put criminal aliens before American Citizens should be voted out of office!"
According to Breitbart, Trump's tweet about our 2nd Amendment rights followed his recent
visit to the NRA Convention in Dallas, Texas on Friday, May 4, 2018, where he thanked the
NRA leadership and the "American patriots of the NRA."
The President also proudly reaffirmed that our rights originate from God, and he received
massive applause in response.
"The people of his hall have never taken our freedom for granted, ever, and you've
never stopped fighting for our constitution," Trump also said.
He then praised the NRA members' commitment to fighting for "our sacred rights, given
to us by God."
In addition, Trump reassured the crowd, saying, "Your second amendment rights … will never,
ever be under siege as long as I am president.
… We believe that our liberty is a gift from our Creator, that no government can ever
take it away."
The President also emphasized his love for country.
"We have pride in history, and respect for our heritage.
We put our hand on hearts for the Pledge of Allegiance and we all proudly stand for the
National Anthem," he added.
In my opinion, President Donald Trump's visit to the NRA Convention and his patriotic
words were too much for David Hogg to bear.
The anti-gun activist responded to Trump's tweet, "Call Americans what you want.
At least we haven't committed acts of treason.
Btw how was it meeting with your Russian funded buddies over at the NRA."
It didn't take long for fed-up patriots on Twitter to humiliate Hogg for his nasty
charge of treason against Trump.
One user named Mishka Stachura fired back at Hogg, saying, "Go back to school young
man, then go live in Russia for a year & let us know what you learned & freedoms you no
longer had.
You are very naive & immature, this would help you to grow up and respect our Constitution,
Bill of Rights and mainly our President."
Another person with the username "xansley" ripped into Hogg with a brutal reply.
"Are you kidding me, little kiddo???
You need to wake up and smell the coffee.
You're lost in liberal land, and you think there's no turning back.
Get out of your own way, and realize there are REAL ADULTS WHO CAN AND WILL TEACH YOU
THE WAYS OF THE WORLD.
LOOK ME UP," he wrote.
Apparently, "xansley" wasn't quite done with Hogg and ripped into him one more time
for good measure.
"I have created 3 kids and you make me glad that you're not one of them.
Stop whining and just get your education.
Leave real adults alone to deal with the "big boy" problems.
You're still a child.
I REPEAT YOU ARE STILL A CHILD.
Give it a rest already," he added.
Another Twitter user named Donald E. Fehling Jr. blasted Hogg with the perfect question.
"Oh, by the way.
I lost a finger in a lawnmower accident.
I didn't have to serve, but I did 23 years in the army.
I was an only son, I didn't have to go to a war zone, i went 8 times.
So tell me little boy what did you do for this country?" he wrote.
I don't think David Hogg is going to have a good answer for Donald's question.
The truth is that Hogg is young and naive.
He's been brainwashed and used as a tool for the anti-gun crowd and the anti-Trump
folks.
In my opinion, Hogg is going to be in for a rude awakening when he is no longer useful
to left.
Until that time comes, it's good to see fed-up American patriots putting him in his
place when he attacks President Donald Trump with such idiotic claims.

Ann Coulter Reveals The Way Trump Can Bypass Congress To - Duration: 11:34.
ANN COULTER REVEALS THE WAY TRUMP CAN BYPASS CONGRESS TO BUILD THE WALL
Conservative firebrand Ann Coulter has never been known to back down from a fight.
Probably because she's almost always right.
During the 2012 election cycle, she stated that if the GOP nominated Mitt Romney, they
would lose the general election.
Well, we all know how that turned out.
Another example: When she appeared on the liberal talkshow Real Time with Bill Maher
back in 2015, she boldly stated that Donald Trump would not only be the Republican nominee,
but that he would win the general election.
The audience and panel laughed in her face at the time, but on election night they definitely
weren't laughing!
Now Ann is taking on the latest spending bill, and vented her frustrations with it on Justice
with Judge Jeanine.
While lamenting the bill's complete lack of funding to build the border wall, Ann came
up with the perfect solution.
From Breitbart:
Coulter, frustrated by Trump's decision to sign last week's omnibus spending bill,
said construction of such a wall was within his power as president given under the Constitution
he was responsible for the country's national defense.
"On the day after his inauguration, it's his authority under the Constitution that
cannot be taken away from him by any legislature, by any court — I'm quite confident the
Supreme Court would uphold this — to defend our borders.
I mean, he has — last war that had a declaration of war from Congress in it was World War II.
And we engage in a lot of military actions around the world.
I think it can be done right on our border for defense.
Have the Seabees do it."
Using the Seabees (The United States Naval Construction Battalions) would be an incredibly
effective use of our military.
Instead of 'helping' people in some far away country who may not really want our help,
we can help ourselves by working to stem the invasion of criminal illegal aliens.
President Trump must have watched the show that night, because he tweeted this point
the following morning.
It seems President Trump is planning to take the money allocated to rebuilding our military
and will use it to finally build our big beautiful wall, all in the name of providing for the
common defense.
If Ann's past is any indication, her prediction that the military will build the border wall
is all but
a certainty.
Checkmate, liberals!

Donald Trump Praises His "Warm Mom" In Heartfelt Mothers' Day BUT Makes NO Mention Of Melania - Duration: 2:23.
Donald Trump praised his 'incredible' mom in a heartfelt Mother's Day, but the president
made no mention of the First Lady and mother-of-one, Melania Trump.
'This Sunday is one of the most important days of the year.
It's a special opportunity to thank all of the mothers and grandmothers in our lives,'.
Trump's mother, Mary Anne MacLeod, was Scottish-born and emigrated to New York in 1930.
She found work as a domestic worker before marrying Trump's father, Fred Trump Sr, in
1936.
MacLeod passed away in August 2000.
'My mother was a great person,' the president said, adding that she met his father, Fred,
when she was very young.
Trump's parents were married for more than 60 years until Fred Trump's death in 1999.
They had five children.
'I learned so much from my mother.
She was just incredible, warm, loving, really smart, could be tough if she had to be, but
basically she was a really nice person.
'So much of what I've done and so much of what I've become is because of my mother.
I miss her a lot,' Trump added.
Trump also said in the video that 'America's strength has come from the love, courage and
devotion of our mothers'.
'They helped us gain our independence.
Through their grit, determination and incredible spirit, they pioneered the West and settled
the frontier.
'During WWII America's mothers helped build the greatest arsenal for Democracy,' he added.
In the past, Trump has been more reluctant to talk about his mother, but he has made
several references to his father and the role he played in his life.
MacLeod was reportedly displeased with her son when in the 1990s when his failing marriage
to Ivana Trump made headlines.
'What kind of son have I created?'
Trump's mother, Mary, is said to have asked Ivana, at the time, according to a 1990 Vanity
Fair article.
In the past, Trump has described his mother as a 'fantastic' woman with a 'great sense
of pageantry'.

Judge Delivers Trump A Big Win, Drops Heavy Hammer On Mueller Investigation - Duration: 13:55.
Judge Delivers Trump A Big Win, Drops Heavy Hammer On Mueller Investigation
Since the day it started, Americans were outraged over the Mueller "special investigation."
We know President Trump did not "collude" with Russia to alter the 2016 Election.
The case was opened by former FBI head James Comey—a man with obvious suspicious motives.
After over a year, Mueller's probe has found zero evidence proving the Democrats' claim.
Yet we still have to put up with this ridiculous probe.
Mueller has used it as an excuse to go after anyone remotely connected with Trump.
He's gone after lawyers, former campaign partners, anyone that might have some dirt.
Clearly, he's trying to find some way—any way—to take down the lawfully elected POTUS.
Things might be turning around, though.
After Rudy Giuliani joined Trump's team, he announced the investigation must end.
Now, a federal judge is weighing in on the matter.
His decision might spell doom for Mueller and every swamp dweller.
From Reuters:
A federal judge on Friday sharply criticized Special Counsel Robert Mueller's criminal
case in Virginia against President Trump's former campaign manager, Paul Manafort, and
openly questioned whether Mueller exceeded his prosecutorial powers by bringing it.
"I don't see what relationship this indictment has with anything the special counsel is authorized
to investigate," U.S. District Judge T.S. Ellis III in the Eastern District of Virginia
said…
At a tense hearing at the federal courthouse in Alexandria, Virginia, the judge said Mueller
should not have "unfettered power" in his Russia probe and that the charges against
Manafort did not arise from the investigation into Moscow's alleged meddling in the 2016
U.S. election.
"It's unlikely you're going to persuade me the special counsel has unfettered power
to do whatever he wants," said Ellis, who was appointed to the bench by Republican President
Ronald Reagan.
Since is pretty significant.
Obviously, Mueller's team hasn't found evidence of collusion with Russia.
That probably became clear months into the investigation.
Yet they've dragged it out, to abuse what power this special consul has.
Why?
Because they are corrupt D.C. swamp dwellers, who want to destroy the President.
Manafort's case has nothing to do with investigating Russia.
The alleged charges have to do with things he did years before the election.
They are in no way connected to the Trump campaign.
So why did Mueller's people target him?
It would be like police who are investigating a murder, using the same warrants to bust
someone else, for another crime.
The judge's comments can quickly lead to a ruling.
That might throw out Manafort's case.
From there, they might question the entire Mueller probe might.
Congress and the judicial system can demand hard proof from the special counsel to justify
this on-going charade.
Since they can't provide evidence, it will have to be shut down.
It's about time.

Trump legal team weighs sit-down with Mueller-the president's legal team should proceed. - Duration: 10:38.
president Trump's picked to lead the CIA facing a grilling this week on Capitol
Hill Gina Haspel a 33 year veteran of the spy agency testified Wednesday
before the Senate Intelligence Committee ahead of a confirmation vote there next
week Haspel facing combative questions over her role in the CIA's post 9-11
interrogation program do you believe that the previous interrogation
techniques were immoral senator I believe that CIA officers to whom you
referred it's a yes or no answer senator I believe that CIA extraordinary work to
prevent another attack on this country given the legal tools that we were
authorizing answer yes or no we're back Afghan Henninger Mary Kissel and Wall
Street Journal editorial page writer Kate bachelder Odelle all right Mary so
what did you make of that exchange with with Senator Harris I think it's a red
herring frankly Paul I cannot believe that Democratic senators are relitigated
a debate that the American people had more than a decade ago Gina Haspel did
not put that interrogation program into place it was legal when it was carried
out by her and then we had a great debate about it and we decided to roll
back some of those interrogation techniques and I think she was right to
defend the CIA officers who were carrying out their duty in a
constitutional and legal fashion kit you saw the hearing and there was some
suggestion beforehand that it was gonna be really worse than it went pretty well
for a spell did that I think it did I mean she addressed these allegations on
enhanced her interrogation in her opening statement and did so clearly and
articulately and said I don't support bringing back such a program it is
against the law if Congress were to try to change the law I wouldn't support
that either and she was very direct and clear and Kamala Harris is asking her to
go back in time and be clairvoyant that the law and public a chin yin opinion
would shift in such a way yeah and well and she and Haspel in particular ran and
interrogated in Thailand which dealt with some some
al-qaeda detainees and got some pretty useful information she did I also would
add just what a partisan farce all of this is there are 36 Democrats who are
still in the Senate who voted for John Brennan in 2013 to PCI to be CIA
director and John Brennan oversaw this program more closely than Gina Haspel
did at the time and and for some reason now Gina Haskell is being declared
unqualified but last-minute entry here in the debate john mccain obviously has
a unique personal history having been tortured himself in a prison and vietnam
speaks with i think unique amoral authority on this and he said he's going
to vote against Haspel how is that going to influence the the vote well it is
worth noting that he and rand paul are on the same side of this question rand
paul also said that he is not going to vote for Gina Haskell but so far we do
have a couple Democrats who are willing to support her so I do think that she's
going to get through and John McCain unfortunately is ill and will not be
there to physically vote against her so we think but so I don't think I don't
think ultimately it holds up her nomination and Lindsey Graham who is
often John McCain's comrade on these questions of interrogation he's broken
with John McCain on the city he's going to vote for for Haspel yes and I think
Lindsey Graham has the better of the argument on her qualifications right Dan
tell you anything about the Democrats here all of this this debate because I
assume she's going to get through yeah Paul tells me a lot about the Democrats
it tells me on the one hand they're going to pose any nominee that Donald
Trump puts up there and I think that's beginning to energize Republicans out
there in the country probably showed up in the primaries the second thing that
occurs to me though Paul is Kamala Harris wasn't the only one raising that
question senator Martin Heinrich Democrat of New Mexico said to her where
is your moral compass on what basis do the Democrats irrigate this kind of
moral condescension to themselves over a woman who was fighting a war against Al
Qaeda after they killed 3,000 Americans in hindsight it does make you
wonder where the Democrats the current Democratic Party stands on the issue of
national security and it's a political issue do you want to turn national
security over to the sorts of people who are interrogating Gina Haskell or to
Gina Hass well I think I would go with Miss has bolts all right thank you all
still ahead Tuesday's primaries in Ohio Indiana and West Virginia seen as a
boost to the Republicans as they battled to maintain control of the Senate this
November what the GOP learned from this week's contest when we come back
this Indiana will face an important choice you can send a really incredible
swamp person back to the Senate like Joe Donnelly or you can send us Republicans
like micron to drain the swamp that was President Trump Thursday and I had a
rally in Elkhart Indiana giving a plugged a businessman and GOP Senate
candidate Mike Brown who won the primary there on Tuesday primary results in the
Hoosier State as well as in Ohio and West Virginia seen as maybe boosting
Republican chances of holding the Senate this November we're back with Dan
Henninger Kim Strasse and Wall Street Journal editorial board member Alicia
Finley so what's the lesson for the Senate here they did they improve their
chances well I think they definitely did by nominating cannons they're more
viable that can actually be Democrats in West Virginia you had the AG Morsi beat
Democratic congressman and he's a state attorney Attorney General beat the coal
Baron or who was in prison for a year blakenship and he probably stood no
chance Blankenship had he woman yeah how do you want he stood no chance of being
Jang man ok and in Indiana Mike brought outsider he'd be two congressmen so
they're voters in Indiana Republican voters are still looking for somebody to
change things in Washington what about bran though he's a rookie he
hasn't done this before I assume his record as a businessman CEO is going to
be exhumed in every detail by the Democrats right I mean he's probably
gonna get the Mitt Romney treatment here though he runs an automotive parts
business I think people in Indiana especially
with the tariffs are starting to realize how important trade actually is and
supply chains are so I don't think that is going to be used against him as
Democrats are hoping and I think he's does stand a strong chance against Joe
Donnelly what about the anti McConnell which makalah the majority leader
strategy some people have been trying like Blankenship it worked in Alabama
rollin Roy Moore you stick but is it it is it as a fading as a strategy well it
seems so in West Virginia and I don't think it's really being played in a lot
of the other primaries I think or I would hope the Republican voters are
realizing maybe after the passage of tax reform that McConnell and president
rumpus share a lot of the same policy goals
all right Kim but the word in the house is not so good I think the Republicans
may have set themselves up for a go for losing a seat in North Carolina when
they out stood a sitting congressman in favor of a challenger why don't you
explain what happened there yeah so down in North Carolina this district you had
Robert Pittenger who was the incumbent he was beaten by a somewhat fiery pastor
they'd run and matched up against each other before this time this guy won and
and this is very much a seat that would have been safe likely if it was in the
incumbent but now the new Republican is going to face Dan McReady who's a
Democrat who's a moderate much more down the middle and this is the kind of
strategy Democrats have been exercising across the country we saw it in
Pennsylvania with their candidate in Connor Lam they're trying to pick
candidates that fit the district and this guy has a very good shot of winning
over this middle-of-the-road district in North Carolina dan interesting result
too in Ohio you have Mike DeWine winning the governor's race there
to be the Republican nominee former two-term senator I think or at least one
term senator and he's gonna run against Richard Cordray the former head of the
Consumer Financial Protection Bureau who Alisha has been torturing for about four
or five years with her FairPoint we've been giving it back
what do you but it looks like that mean turnout there in Ohio Republicans had
better turnout than Democrats in the primaries which raises some questions
about just how big Democratic enthusiasm is going to be this year well we assume
Democratic enthusiasm is going to be very big it's been big that's one thing
they've had going for themselves progressives are so animated against
Donald Trump and that may serve mr. DeWine well I hope oh hi Owens don't
fall asleep during that campaign because Mike DeWine and Richard Cordray are two
of the least inspiring public figures you could encounter but be that as it
may the big thing that I think we saw here is Republicans are beginning to get
interested in this race the polling suggests their enthusiasm is growing and
I believe that's what Donald Trump is recognized that's why he's going out and
doing these rallies like he did in Elkhart he knows that he needs more
turnout from Republicans and we have seen just in this past week at least two
polls show that the generic ballot Republican versus conservative has
really really tightened it's below six three in one poll one in the Reuters
poll and that means it's going to be very competitive all right Dan we have
to take one more break when we come back hits and misses of the week
you

BREAKING News Out Of Trump's DOJ!
Sentenced To LIFE IN PRISON!!!
Earlier today, a Guatemalan national was sentenced to life in prison following a March 2016 trial
that resulted in a conviction for his participation in an international drug trafficking conspiracy.
He was responsible for the distribution of multi-ton quantities of cocaine for illegal
importation into the United States.
Acting Assistant Attorney General John P. Cronan of the Justice Department's Criminal
Division and Special Agent in Charge Raymond Donovan of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration
(DEA) Special Operations Division made the announcement.
Waldemar Lorenzana-Cordon, 53, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly
of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
"Waldemar Lorenzana-Cordon was a drug kingpin whose criminal organization had close ties
to the violent Sinaloa Cartel and was responsible for transporting massive amounts of cocaine
to be sold on our streets," said Acting Assistant Attorney General Cronan.
"Lorenzana-Cordon's life sentence sends a powerful message to leaders of drug trafficking
organizations that, if they send their poison to our country, the United States and our
international partners will work tirelessly to bring them to justice, no matter where
in the world they may reside.
I thank the dedicated prosecutors of the Criminal Division's Narcotic and Dangerous Drug Section
and law enforcement officers with the Drug Enforcement Administration's Bilateral Investigations
Group for their outstanding work on this important case."
"One of the world's most influential drug traffickers now faces American justice and
DEA is pleased he will never be in business again," said DEA Special Agent in Charge
Donovan.
"Lorenzana-Cordon imported huge amounts of cocaine to the United States for over a
decade, helping fuel our nation's drug epidemic.
He conspired with some of the most brutal and destructive drug networks in history,
facilitating and coordinating huge shipments for the Sinaloa Cartel, among others.
DEA's work will always focus on these types of investigations: attacking the most powerful,
influential global criminal networks and their many facilitators and associates."
On April 27, 2010, the Department of Treasury's Office of Foreign Asset Control designated
the defendant and his brother, Eliu Lorenzana-Cordon, as Specially Designated Narcotics Traffickers
pursuant to the Foreign Narcotics Kingpin Designation Act due to their significant roles
in international narcotics trafficking and their ties to the Sinaloa Cartel.
The DEA's Special Operations Division's Bilateral Investigations Unit and Guatemala
City Country Office led the investigation, which was supported by the Organized Crime
Drug Enforcement Task Force program, the Criminal Division's Office of International Affairs,
the Chicago Police Department and the governments of El Salvador and Panama provided support
and assistance.
Finally, and in particular, the Justice Department wishes to convey its gratitude to the government
of Guatemala for its steadfast commitment, collaboration and assistance in the investigation,
extradition, and prosecution of this case.
Assistant Deputy Chief Michael Lang and Trial Attorney Emily Cohen of the Criminal Division's
Narcotic and Dangerous Drug Section are prosecuting
the case.

The defendant was convicted on one count of conspiring to unlawfully distribute cocaine
for illegal importation into the United States.
As proven at trial, the defendant along with his brother, co-defendant Eliu Lorenzana-Cordon,
led an international drug trafficking organization with close ties to the Sinaloa Cartel.
Between 1996 and 2009, the defendant and his co-conspirators received, stored, and distributed
multi-ton quantities of cocaine from Colombia at their properties in Zacapa, Guatemala,
for importation into Mexico and then ultimately into the United States.
In February, Eliu Lorenzana-Cordon was sentenced to life in prison following a March 2016 trial
resulting in a conviction.
