Trump news on Youtube May 18 2018

The U.S. once again turning up the heat on China over trade.

Amid a second round of trade talks with China in Washington,... Trump said... he had his

doubts on whether they'd be successful... since he believes China has become "spoilt"

after years of having it easy with U.S. trade negotiators.

Choi Si-young tells us more.

"But with all the years and all the years that you've covered trade and nations and

wars and everything else, you've never seen a people come over from China to work on a

trade deal.

Now, will that be successful?

I tend to doubt it.

The reason I doubt it is because China has become very spoiled."

Speaking to reporters at the White House on Thursday, President Trump expressed his doubts

about reaching an agreement with China over trade, as the world's two largest economies

sat down for crunch negotiations to avert a potential trade war.

Trump's remarks come as the two sides are holding round two of their high-stakes talks

on trade.

The first round held in Beijing earlier this month yielded little in the way of progress.

Back on home ground, the U.S. delegation made up of Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, Commerce

Secretary Wilbur Ross and U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer held talks with their Chinese

counterparts led by China's Vice Premier Liu He in a bid to narrow their differences.

The New York Times reports that China is preparing to offer the U.S. a deal to buy 200 billion

dollars' worth of American goods.

Under the deal, China would buy a range of American goods, including everything from

soybeans to semiconductors and natural gas.

The Chinese vice premier, also the top economic adviser to Chinese President Xi Jinping, is

expected to present the deal to the U.S. on Friday.

Experts, however, remain skeptical over how effective such a deal would be in narrowing

China's sizable trade surplus with the U.S.

They argue that, even if China sharply increases its purchases of American goods in the short

term, it probably wouldn't come close to the proposed 200 billion dollars.

Plus, the U.S. is already running at its full productive capacity, so it would be unrealistic

for the U.S. to meet greater demands from China.

President Trump's top economic adviser, Larry Kudlow, says Washington's stance on trade

with China remains the same.

He says the U.S. will continue to pressure Beijing to open its market to U.S. companies,

by removing trade barriers and respecting intellectual property rights.

With the U.S. eager to grab the upper-hand in the remaining negotiations, it remains

to be seen whether the two world's largest economies can arrive at a compromise, avoiding

a devastating trade clash.

President Donald Trump Delivers Remarks at the Prison Reform Summit - Duration: 16:01.

thank you

thank you very much unfortunately I have to begin by

expressing our sadness and heartbreak over the deadly shooting at Santa Fe

High School in Texas just took place moments ago

we're closely monitoring the situation and federal authorities are coordinating

with local officials this has been going on too long in our country too many

years too many decades now we grieve for the terrible loss of life and send our

support and love to everyone affected by this absolutely horrific attack to the

students families teachers and personnel at Santa Fe High

we're with you in this tragic hour and we will be with you forever

my administration is determined to do everything in our power to protect our

students secure our schools and to keep weapons out of the hands of those who

pose a threat to themselves and to others everyone must work together at

every level of government to keep our children safe

may God heal the injured and may God comfort the wounded and may God be with

the victims and with the victims families or sad day very very sad

on another note very positive note I'm honored to be here today with so many

leaders from across the nation who are committed to the crucial issue of prison

reform joining us today are several members of my cabinet who are working

diligently on this issue attorney general sessions secretaries

Enki secretary Acosta secretary Perry secretary DeVos and

acting secretary Wilkie who by the way has done an incredible job at the VA and

I'll be informing him in a little while he doesn't know this yet that we're

going to be putting his name up for nomination to be Secretary of the

Veterans Administration

fantastic I'm sorry that I ruined the surprise

I'll see you anyway we're very close to getting choice approved and we had just

approved VA accountability which for almost 40 years they could not get

approved and now as you know we just had in the house just passed choice and it's

the finer level of choice we had different levels of choice good bad okay

and really good and I think this falls into the really good category it's gonna

be a little more expensive at that time

so we are really we have so many terrific partners working on what we're

doing and the reason we're here prison reform at the state level including -

who are with us today who have really been active feels so strongly about it

governor mary Fallon and governor Susan Martinez you've been fantastic

thank you I also want to thank Van Jones primarily because he constantly says

such nice things about me he did he did every once in a while right every once

in a while he defeats hey he actually has on occasion not too often but I'll

tell you what though it does feel good and I also want to thank van I have to

say Jared Kushner who has worked so hard on this issue really thank you you're

proud of you we're proud of you prison reform is an

issue that unites people from across the political spectrum it's an amazing thing

our whole nation benefits if former inmates are able to reenter society as

productive law-abiding citizens every year over six hundred and twenty

thousand inmates primarily from state prisons are released after completing

their sentences for many really life outside of the prison is a tremendous

struggle I see it to find a job to stay off drugs to avoid old habits that lead

them back to a life of crime back to prison unfortunately more than one-third

of former federal prison inmates and more than three-quarters of state

prisoners will be reinforced nobody wins when former prisoners failed to adjust

to life outside or worse end up back behind bars we want former inmates to

find a path to success so they can support their families and support their

communities crucial to this effort is helping former prisoners find jobs as

many as three in four individuals released from prison have difficulty

finding work it is not merely a waste of money but a waste of human capital some

incredible people to put former inmates on public

assistance instead of placing them into a steady job where they can pay taxes

contribute to their country gain dignity and pride that comes with a career love

waking up in the morning then go into a job making a lot more money than

anything they can do just really enjoying their life when we talk about

our national program to hire American this must include helping millions of

former inmates get back into the workforce as gainfully employed citizens

at the heart of our prison reform agenda is expanding prison work and the

programs so that inmates can reenter society with the skills to get a job we

also want more mental health services so released inmates can cope with the

challenges of life on the outside and some of those challenges are not easy

we're developing more effective drug treatment so that former prisoners can

remain drug-free drugs are playing a tremendously big role in our lives in so

many lives not only having to do with prisoners but having to do with people

that never thought they'd be addicted that never thought they'd have a problem

like this that are having a really hard time coping drugs we're doing a big big

job on drugs it is a scourge in this country

in this effort we are not just absolving prisoners of their central

role in their own rehabilitation there is no substitute for personal

accountability and there is no tolerance for those who take advantage of

society's generosity to prey upon the innocent however if we want more

prisoners to take charge of their own lives

then we should work to give them the tools to stand on their own two feet

they're gonna love it they're gonna be great at it by the way I have a friend

he hired three people they were prisoners pretty hard line people I can

tell you two of the three he said are unbelievably outstanding spending four

or five years now one he said is good but that's life right that's life some

were okay he's okay not the greatest but he said to our Superstars they would

have never gotten the chance and one of the things that we are doing is we have

created a great economy the economy is doing fantastically well even better

than you think in the stock market the stock market is only being held back a

little bit for one reason although it's up almost 40% since election day but

they're waiting to see the trade deals and I can tell you they're going to be

great trade deals it's going to be great for our country our country has been

ripped off long enough and we are making great deals we're meeting with China

today right after this we're going to another meeting with China they've been

taking out hundreds of billions of dollars that's not good for people that

get out of prison and that's not good for people that have never been in

prison that's bad for our country and we're changing it around we're changing

a lot of those horrible trade deals where they take our jobs they take our

money we end up with no money no taxes no employment not a good combination so

the greatest thing we can do a greatest thing I can do aside from our programs

that they're working so hard on is create a good work environment where

it's hard to get people because then you people that come out you give them a

chance and then like my friend said they turn out to be outstanding jobs are so

important a great economy is so important and that's what we have so it

makes your job that much easier as we speak legislation is working through

Congress to reform our federal prisons my administration strongly supports

these efforts and I urge the House and Senate to get together and there are a

lot of senators a lot of Congress people that want to get this passed to work out

their differences get a bill to my desk I will sign it and it's gonna be strong

it's going to be good it's gonna be what everybody wants you're all in line I

think you're all looking for the same thing so we're gonna have something

that's gonna make you very proud really very proud we want like we do with

veterans choice we want the finest the finest prison reform that you can have

anywhere the finest that's very important you make sure you both agree

and van if we're going to go through the process it's just as hard to go through

the process and get a good bill as it is a bad bill so let's get it right will

you please to make sure okay and if you see something you don't like call me

we'll get a change before we sign it I'd have to go through the whole process

again all right we'll do that you all know what I mean right working

together we can restore the rule of law keep dangerous criminals off our streets

and help former inmates get a second chance at life and a second chance that

many of them will really succeed it if only given the chance America is a

nation that believes in the power of redemption America is a nation that

believes in second chances and third chances in some cases and I don't know I

guess even fourth chances I don't know about that that's where I think you and

I may differ you know well we'll go two or three but maybe we will go that extra

length okay it's a little a little more liberal in that way but that's okay but

we're both well-intentioned I can tell you that and America is a nation that

believes that the best is always yet to come I want to again thank everyone here

today very special people very important thing that we're doing this has never

been done in our country it's never been done we're gonna give people that chance

and we're gonna give people a chance a great success friend of mine told me

that when people get out of prison they're all excited and then they go and

they have that stigma they can't get a job people don't want to hire them if

they can't get that chance and when they do in many cases not in all cases but in

many cases they just turned out to be outstanding better than other people so

we're going to make our communities more secure and we're going to make our

country more prosperous and together we will make America safer and stronger and

greater than ever before and I can tell you as far as people getting out of

it's going to be far far far greater than ever before you're gonna get that

chance you're gonna you're gonna really make everyone proud and you're gonna be

proud of yourself so it's an honor to be with you I want to thank everybody for

working so hard on this it's so many of the people I recognize in the room this

is literally their most important thing we have so many different things

economic development this this is literally and I can speak for at least

five or six of the people I see this is literally the most important thing they

work on so it's an honor to have helped and we're going to get something that's

really going to be outstanding best it will be the best of its kind anywhere in

the world that I can promise you it really well okay so god bless you all

thank you thank you

you

Appeals Court Denies Trump's Bid to Pause Discovery in Zervos Defamation Lawsuit | THR News - Duration: 2:02.

A New York appeals court has refused President Donald Trump's bid

to pause discovery in the defamation lawsuit brought

by former 'Apprentice' contestant, Summer Zervos.

Zervos is suing the president over comments during the 2016

presidential election. After tape was published of Trump boasting

to 'Access Hollywood''s Billy Bush about grabbing women's genitals,

Trump denied ever assaulting women. As Trump came under

fire for his comments, several women including Zervos came forward.

Zervos accuses him of kissing her twice in 2007 and attacking her

in a hotel room. Trump responded that he "..never met her at a hotel,"

and attacked allegations from his accusers as

"100 percent fabricated and made-up charges,

pushed strongly by the media and the Clinton campaign."

In her lawsuit, Zervos claims she's been branded as a liar.

Trump argued that the U.S. Constitution didn't allow this case

to proceed right away thanks to the Supremacy Clause.

Trump's attorney, Marc Kasowitz, posited that the clause means

"that state governments, including their courts,

refrain from interfering in the operations of the federal government."

New York Supreme Court Judge Jennifer Schecter allowed a

defamation lawsuit in March, writing "No one is above the law."

The Opinion stated, "Nothing in the Supremacy Clause of the

United States Constitution even suggests that the President

cannot be called to account for wrongful conduct that bears

no relationship to any federal executive responsibility."

Looking to take advantage of this decision, Zervos' lawyers have

sent out subpoenas. Trump has been given until

May 29th to respond to a demand that he be deposed.

Trump hoped to delay everything by pushing New York's

appeals court for a stay on the case, but that won't happen.

The appellate decision also could be meaningful to third parties,

in particular, MGM, which is facing a demand for 'Apprentice' footage

and documents showing any inappropriate comments from Trump

towards women. It's possible that MGM may

look to quash the subpoena or attempt to limit it in scope.

For more news on this decision, head to THR.com.

Ex United States Attorney Drops Bombshell Obama CIA Chief Pushed Operation to Frame Donald Trump - Duration: 10:54.

Ex-United States Attorney Drops Bombshell Obama CIA Chief Pushed Operation to Frame

Donald Trump

Kirsters Baish|

Recently, we have been watching as the leftist Trump/Russia collusion narrative unfolds right

before our eyes.

This ridiculous narrative was the match that fueled the fire for special counsel Robert

Mueller's investigation.

Even after a year-long investigation into the allegations that Donald Trump had colluded

with the Russians during the 2016 presidential election, there has been "no credible evidence"

of such actions.

Any "evidence" that the special counsel has come up with, such as the falsified dossier,

has been thrown out.

During an appearance on Fox News this past Tuesday, former United States Attorney General

Joe diGenova touched on the lack of evidence.

DiGenova appeared on Laura Ingraham's "The Ingraham Angle," blaming former Obama administration

CIA Director John Brennan, and claiming that the whole thing was a set up in order to frame

Trump.

DiGenova explained, "It was abundantly clear that there was no legitimate basis even for

a counter intelligence investigation, let alone a criminal investigation.

It is quite obvious that John Brennan was at the head of the group of people who were

going to create a counter intelligence investigation against Trump by creating false information

that was going to be fed through Carter Page, and fed through George Papadopoulos so that

it would be picked up, reported back to Washington and provide the basis for a counter, a fake,

counter intelligence investigation.

And it was all Brennan's doing.

And that is why the Justice Department is viciously fighting revealing everything they

can about the source in London, who everybody knows the identity of."

Laura then asked the diGenova to expand on new reports on an unnamed source from London.

This source allegedly gave up the information that was used to launch the investigation

into Trump.

the former U.S. Attorney General explained, "The source in London was another person

who was feeding false information to George Papadopoulos and others about collusion which

did not exist."

As you saw in the video, former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell also appeared on the show.

She talked about a different aspect of the beginning of the collusion narrative and the

Clinton Foundation/DNC funded dossier.

Western Journal reported on Powell's comments:

She noted how the FBI had granted access to a handful of private contractors, likely to

include Fusion GPS, to sift through raw intelligence gathered under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance

Act.

This was then passed on to Steele and others and recycled back to the U.S. intelligence

community with a false air of legitimacy to help form the narrative used as the basis

for the investigation into Trump.

DiGenova picked up on what Powell had mentioned and pointed out that there had been two opinions

issued by the FISA court in opposition to that illegal practice of allowing private

contractors access to the sensitive raw intelligence data.

DiGenova stated, "All of that was designed for the unmasking and the leaking of the names,

and that was all done by private contractors.

The FISA court objected to it and it never stopped."

Brennan has made it clear in the past that he is not a fan of President Trump, so it

isn't hard to see where diGenova would say that he tried to "frame" Trump.

Let's keep our fingers crossed that we will find out the truth one the Justice Department's

Inspector General has released their final report.

Hannity: Trump's legal team is combatting deep state scheme - Duration: 15:47.

right huge developments tonight president Trump's attorney Rudy Giuliani

will be joining us in just a few minutes he is telling the Washington Times that

the special counsel Robert Muller is agreeing now finally rightly to limit

the scope of potential questions he wants to ask the president now the

former New York City Mayor is also saying that this could result in a

possible July interview and Muller issuing a final report by labor day of

course before the midterm elections now if true that would be a win for the

president Muller has original questions or completely ridiculous and insane

obviously a perjury trap what were you thinking it doesn't matter what he was

thinking and today is the one-year anniversary of this Muller witch-hunt

and so far the special counsel has not provided a single shred of evidence of

any collusion and collusion is not against the law now the special counsel

has been so abusive so corrupt they are so conflicted that the president and his

legal team they're now rightly going on offense to combat the illicit deep state

scheme now the president tweeting earlier today

congratulations America were now into the second year of the greatest witch

hunt in American history and there's still no collusion no obstruction the

only collusion was that done by the Democrats who were unable to win the

election despite the spending of far more money it's been a year and so far

all Muller is doing is trying to get Paul Manafort to flip and bring up

completely unrelated tax charges dealing with the Ukraine from 2005 to 2007 it

had nothing whatsoever to do with the Trump campaign and if that's not

embarrassing enough look at Muller's embarrassing case against the 13

so-called russian company bought companies that's falling apart how is it

possible with all of these great attorneys like Andrew Weissman that he

indicted a company that didn't exist at the time great job guys also James Comey

telling Congress he didn't think Michael Flynn lied to the FBI why didn't mother

charge by general Flynn anyway there's something very off about what's

happening which flin now this is a monumental abuse of

power it is unlike anything this country has ever seen and of course the media

has been m.i.a and it's now costing you the American taxpayers or President

Trump is saying could cost upwards at above 10 million dollars now because of

all of these facts president Trump's legal team is no longer sitting back and

watching Muller and his deep state operatives and this whole disaster

unfold yesterday we did learn that the special councilor is no longer

considering in tithing the president okay well we've been telling you this

over and over and over that it's impossible for constitutional reasons as

we have explained and although this is impossible there's no constitutional

precedent to ever even consider this there are long-established DOJ

guidelines that we have explained already in place and former New York

City Mayor the president's lawyer Rudy Giuliani also pointing out that Muller

might not even be able to issue a subpoena because the president's legal

team has already handed over over a million documents in other words Muller

already has everything that they have requested

and the only point of a presidential interview is to set a perjury trap now

this witch hunt is now a direct threat to this American Republic Muller is

causing irreparable damage to the rule of law in this country and also tonight

the New York Times confirming our reporting that we've had over a year and

part of it is just recent which is the Obama FBI did in fact have a mole inside

the Trump campaign and Watergate the break-in was a big deal now don't think

for a second the New York Times didn't do this on purpose now they suddenly

let's see decided that they want to tell the truth for once this not was not a

simple accident here as evidenced by the New York Times purposely as Andy

McCarthy said burying the lead of the story while trying to spin and cover up

for those people that they wouldn't cover for an entire year those that are

involved in all of this illicit activity now what's happening now is that the

deep state they know they're about to be exposed like we are expecting the IG

report after the IG report we're gonna get the 1.2 million documents that the

IG looked at that will follow and I believe what's

happening is very obvious and transparent they are leaking information

to try to get out in front of this scandal that we have been exposing on

this program in other words the information they have ignored as they

talk about Russia Russia stormy stormy now the DOJ is trying to protect

themselves leaking this information to friendly media oh the New York Times is

nobody friendlier and as the Wall Street Journal's Kimberly Strasse pointed out

remember she broke this story last Friday pointing out these leakers are

trying to literally get ahead of Devin newness of the house Intel committee and

Congress so they can make all of this sound well it's not that bad we knew

about this now remember Congress hasn't even been able to see any of this

information why because you have the Deputy Attorney General totally

conflicted out for numerous reasons rod Rosenstein refusing to fork over what is

rightfully Congress's role in oversight he won't hand over there obstructing and

here's what we mean from this New York Times report quote the FBI obtained

phone records and other documents using National Security Letters a secret type

of subpoena officials led and at least one government informant met several

times with Carter page Papadopoulos current and former officials said so we

have a secret type of subpoena the Obama FBI used to spy on the Trump campaign

that's on top of the FBI the DOJ lying to a FISA judge in an original

application and three subsequent applications about the Clinton bought

and paid for dossier put together by a foreign national using Russian lies to

get a warrant to also spy on the Trump campaign you keeping up with me here I

know this is the United States of America in other words you have all of

these top people in the DOJ in the FBI not rank-and-file the top people making

sure they had every base of theirs covered because their goal was to get

Trump by any means necessary after they helped Hillary rig annalee rig an

investigation exoneration before investigation and the former New York

City Mayor Rudy Giuliani saying this information could in fact blow up the

entire Muller investigation right watch this in this case I think

we're gonna have to look into whether we can challenge the legitimacy of the

entire investigation maybe a special process prosecutor special counsel never

should have been appoint not based on an illegal leak not based on a set of facts

that go back to I mean I'm shocked to hear that they put a spy in the campaign

of a major party candidate or maybe two spies and now I'm going through my brain

since you know I was a big part of that campaign trying to figure out who was

the spy now I'm wonder is is this person or that person or this person now if

there's a spy they've got nothing from it

look they'd be able to bring their case right now if the spy had any

incriminating information the mayor will join us in a second here's another

consequential piece of information from that New York Times article that we know

was leaked days after they closed their investigation into Hillary Clinton's use

illegal use of a private email server agents then the same people the ones

that helped exonerate Hillary before investigating her and rigging the

investigation then they began to scrutinize the campaign of her

Republican rival that would be Donald Trump and just like we have been saying

the small group of deep state actors they put the fix in the exonerated

Hillary Clinton we know she committed felonies the evidence is overwhelming

incontrovertible would have put every one of you in jail then days later the

same people well then they went after Donald Trump they all thought they knew

better than the American people that means you and if all that isn't enough

well this part is shocking could have serious criminal implications quote top

Australian officials they broke with diplomatic protocol allowed the

Ambassador Alexander Downer to sit for an FBI interview to describe his meeting

with campaign adviser George papadopolis now in order for that diplomatic

protocol to be broken well that means that John Kerry and the Obama State

Department from the get-go had to be involved they had to know from

day one and that means the Obama White House had to sign off on it from day one

nobody else in the media is reporting this so clearly this goes Wade

call me and top-level FBI DOJ deep state agitators so the big question for Barack

Obama and John Kerry they need to explain under oath what did they know

and when did they know it we've raised that question in the past now we have a

real reason to ask because there's no way that would have happened without

their approval and as for the DOJ the IG report that we just mentioned that's

coming out Sarah Carter also with us tonight breaking huge news a draft of

this highly anticipated report on the FBI and the DOJ s handling of this

Clinton email investigation exoneration before investigation has now been sent

to Congress finally 14 15 months and she says and reports tonight it is extremely

long and extremely thorough now Sarah is also reporting that this draft does not

contain referrals but of course that would come after like in the case of

Andrew McCabe this is a big development and by the way it does come with one

small catch that we've got to pay very close attention to Fox News reporting

that the FBI and DOJ we now know they have it they're now being allowed to

view the IG s draft and that means they will maybe offer instances where they

want to redact information and that means that the deep state would be able

to at least attempt to try and hide the truth now this is wrought Rosenstein and

the DOJ is mo what do they do they slow walk they Stonewall and when that

doesn't work they word act under the false guise of national security it's so

disgraceful but we know that everything they'd redact so far has nothing to do

with national security had to do with embarrassing details like Oh James Comey

and the FBI didn't think general Flynn lied and we've been saying this for a

while for the longest time this is why we need a second special counsel that is

completely independent from the FBI and the DOJ because when push comes to shove

at the end of the day they are not capable of holding themselves

accountable and the Inspector General needs to hold firm on his report tonight

also tonight Robert Muller is turned over the scope memo about his

investigation to federal judge TS Ellis the third remember Andrew Weissman

leading the team that's Muller's pitbull and got

excoriated by the judge two Fridays ago and went after Muller's team why because

they're going after Paul Manafort okay on what

a 2005 already investigated tax fraud issue that had nothing to do with the

election with the campaign or even Russia itself or the Russia

investigation the same judge blasting the mother team trying to get man afford

to flip remember judge Ellis said they want to put the screws to him and make

him sing so they can either prosecute or impeach president Trump also following

tonight one of the most egregious examples of media bias of course they

destroy Trump media the press claiming the President Trump called illegal

immigrants animals okay it's not the case he was talking specifically about

members of the deadly ms-13 gang look at some of these headlines from so-called

news organizations they knowingly purposely took the president out of

context to try and smear him yet again it shows why I have said over and over

news media journalism in America is dead and then there's this utterly shameful

media coverage I can't believe this poses as news in the United States but

supposedly it does take a look the President of the United States has got

to measure his words and be more careful about what he says and it is a very

slippery slope when you start dehumanizing people this way it's what

the Nazis did it's what slave owners did it's not what

Americans do but it's the president who's dominating the headlines on the

topic after he referred to some undocumented immigrants as animals these

aren't people these are animals so that was during a White House meeting on

sanctuary cities the comment came after someone remarked about ms-13 gang

members the president didn't make it clear whether he was talking about gang

members or about immigrants in general I gotta say immigrant communities here

this as a dog whistle and they say this is downright dangerous language let's go

to the videotape what did the president actually say it's so obvious listen to

the question that he was talking about this vicious gang known as ms-13 take a

look mister teen gang member I know about if they

don't reach a certain threshold I cannot tell ice about them we have

people coming into the country of trying to come and we're stopping on a lot of

them but we're taking people out of the country you wouldn't believe how bad

these people these aren't people these are animals and we're taking them out of

the country at a level and at a rate that's never happened before and because

of the weak laws they come in fast we get them we release them we get them

again we bring them out it's crazy and today the president responded to

this abusively biased news media of yours take a look you know I'm referring

to the ms-13 gangs that are coming in and I was talking about the ms-13 and

also if you look a little bit further on in the tape you'll see that so I'm

actually surprised you're asking this question because most people got it

right but I'm saying the ms-13 you don't have that where you come from ms-13

these are animals they're coming into our country we're getting them out they

come in again we're getting them out so when the ms-13 comes in when the other

gang members come into our country I refer to them as animals and guess what

I always will media bias is not the only thing the president's weighing in on

today he was also asked about North Korea's threat to pull out of the

nuclear summit here's what he had to say about that nothing has changed on North

Korea that we know of we have not been told anything and if it does that's fine

if it doesn't I think we'll probably have a very successful meeting but we

have not been told anything we're just reading which is reading sewers like you

are we've heard certain things from South Korea but we'll see what happens

we are continuing to negotiate in terms of location the location its to where to

meet how to meet rooms everything else and they've been negotiating like

BREAKING: President Trump Just Made Immediate Order To Jeff Sessions…YES!

President Donald Trump suggested on Wednesday that Attorney General Jeff Sessions consider

prosecuting Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf for "obstruction of justice" because she warned

illegal immigrants in February about potential Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)

raids, Breitbart reports.

During a White House roundtable event with elected officials and law enforcement officials

from California who oppose the state's sanctuary laws, Trump said, "You had a thousand people

together, many of them were illegals, criminals… and she informed them and they all fled."

"I mean, you talk about obstruction of justice, I would recommend that you look into obstruction

of justice for the mayor of Oakland, California, Jeff.

She informed them, and they all fled — or most of them fled — and that whole operation,

that took a long time to put together.

To me, that's obstruction of justice.

And perhaps the Department of Justice can look into that, with respect to the mayor.

Because it's a big deal out there, and a lot of people are very angry about what happened.

There was a lot of hard work and a lot of danger involved.

And that was a terrible thing."

~ President TrumpTrump continued: "Schaaf advises thousand people… they're told

'get out of here, the law enforcement's coming.'

And you worked on that long and hard and you got there and there were very few people there.

To me that's obstruction of justice and perhaps the Department of Justice can look

into that, with respect to the mayor, because it's a big deal out there, and a lot of

people are very angry about what happened."

Trump added that "there's a lot of hard work and a lot of danger involved" in immigration

enforcement and Schaaf's alert "was a terrible thing."

ICE went on record stating that because of her, "gang lookout yelling 'police'"

over 800 illegal aliens got away during their investigation. Now she wants to take our money

and provide the illegal aliens with free college and housing and a free ride for them.

really scary moments here police responding to calls of shots fired at

the Trump national Doral Golf Resort we're not saying that this is terrorism

but we're not discounting anything at this point

Gina Haspel is making history as the first woman to lead the CIA with the

backing of six Democrats Havel joins nine other women in the Trump

administration the DOJ IG report on the corrupt handily and the Clinton email

investigation could in fact lead to the recommendation of criminal charges Rudy

says you cannot indict a sitting president is that right the office of

legal counsel say that the president is constitutionally immune from being

indicted your people these are animals calling people animals isn't that a good

thing when the ms-13 comes in I referred to them as animals and guess what I

always will the Eagle girl from Louisiana the very simple mission hug a

police officer you know Rosalind mission here since she told me is to bring the

community together with the police

Tom Petty opens our to of Fox and Friends live from the mezzanine level

here at Studio Evans in TGIF thank goodness it's Friday only a Roselyn in

our life that cute little girl you spoke to to give you a hug and tell you

everything's okay 30 states already the 30 today is Indiana and she's hugging

yeah I think she's heading to New England next so she's gonna hit all 50

states and hug police officers National Police week we can't forget her voice

when she spoke so gentle pressured God spoke to her and said it was time to hug

some police officer that's pretty cool a good way to start this Friday plus we

start with an update and I'm dodging bulletins Fox News Alert let's get right

to that a man yelling about President Trump holding an American flag opening

fire overnight inside the lobby of Trump Doral Golf Club near Miami

Todd pyro who's been all over the story all morning good morning Todd good

morning Steve Abby and Ed police responding to the call just before 2:00

in the morning at the Trump national Doral Golf Resort a man inside the lobby

shooting he's yelling is viewing some information about President Trump and

that's what we know so far and he had an American flag that he did drape over the

counter that that all was you know part of the investigation we're gonna take it

from there and see what his real motives are and that still unidentified suspect

was shot and wounded by police right now still unclear what he was actually

saying about President Trump we're not saying that this is terrorism we're not

saying any of that but we're not discounting anything at this point these

officers did not hesitate one second to engage this individual that was actively

shooting in the lobby of the hotel they risked their lives knowing that that

they had to get in there to save lives in that hotel police do not believe the

man was a guest at the resort one officer was hurt but is expected to be

ok the suspect was transferred to a local hospital and Fox News has just

confirmed the Secret Service has just arrived there at Doral meantime moments

ago the president's son Eric Trump tweeting his thanks to first responders

guys back to you and in fact Secret Service just put out quick

statement quote were aware of the shooting that took place early this

morning at Trump Doral National Golf Club

Special Agent from the Miami field office or on the scene as Todd said

working closely with law enforcement partners they stressed though that there

were no protectees as in the President or any family members there at the club

so that's why the Secret Service was not on the scene they're not at every Trump

property but they now from the Miami field office have gone there to get on

top of the scene work with the Thanks all right meanwhile over the last 48

hours or so there have been all these stories about what exactly did the

president state say at that roundtable with the people from Southern California

sheriffs and mayors and whatnot talking about how the sanctuary state status is

so we actually knew what he said so in the headlines were all the Trump called

President Trump called these immigrants animals but it started actually with a

sheriff from Southern California talking about ms-13 he responding referred to

ms-13 as animals just in the last five minutes

the president has sent out a brand-new tweet about this here's what he says

fake news media had me calling immigrants or illegal immigrants animals

wrong they were but grudgingly forced withdraw their stories I refer to ms-13

gang members as animals a big difference and so true fake news got it purposely

wrong as usual or they're just incredibly lazy because as you said ed

there is a transcript there if you're gonna read something and it sounds like

it might be offensive go back and read the full cover so you

know some of the president's critics say oh he just says fake news if he doesn't

agree with the story actually in this case look at some of the headlines New

York Times Trump calls some unauthorized immigrants animals in rant by the way

the rant thrown in there a little nuts not so objective Huffington Post truck

refers to immigrants as animals again USA Today Trump ramps up rhetoric on

undocumented immigrants quote these aren't people these are animals and then

the Washington Post in reference to animals

Trump evokes an ugly history of dehumanization folks he was talking

about ms-13 gang members these are not just you know random gangs are stealing

fruit from from a produce stand these are people literally ripping the heart

and guts out of children 13:44

it works if you can't call the man levels I don't know what you want to

call them they're horrible people well here's the thing it wasn't just

mainstream media that piled on the president so did Nancy Pelosi we believe

that some of us who are attracted to the public arena and to government and

public service that Joe we're all God's children and so when the President of

the United States says about undocumented immigrants these aren't

people these are animals you have to wonder it does he not believe in the

spark of divinity the dignity and worth of every person calling people animals

is not a good thing so the media has a duty to get the story right but so do

our lawmakers so do people like Nancy Pelosi if you're gonna read something

that leaders is not just a lawmaker sure it's right at the end of that sound like

she was defending the dignity oh look we were talking about this an hour ago

and ultimately were they in a rush the mainstream media to get that story out

yes did they not check it thoroughly

apparently not but why was it because it kind of to them it seems like stuff the

president has said in the past so it fits the narrative look he says stuff

like this even though we know now that's but that's not the role of being a

journalist I don't care if it's president language that's called it a

rant did that seem like a right you know I heard the sound bite on top yeah it's

dangerous it's dangerous because this is what people are reading in their

headlines and it's factually incorrect but the President Trump should be

treated like every other president before him the media have got to focus

on the facts provide context around that but most importantly get it right

because the American people are reading these things and they're trying to

digest what's going on out Democratic leaders like Nancy Pelosi are in the odd

position of defending ms-13 gang members basically gonna have to walk yeah well

think she better meanwhile there's a story out of I believe the Washington

Post that said essentially it's a draft report of the Inspector General Michael

Horowitz at the Department of Justice is done and now they're circulating it

throughout the Department of Justice so that people who are involved

can essentially lobby for any chair side of the story and right and so there was

a tweet that electrified the news media last night is from Paul Sperry who used

to be the bureau chief for Washington for investors business daily and it said

this says breaking IG Horowitz has found reasonable grounds for believing there

has been a violation of federal criminal law in the FBI and DOJ x' handling of

the clinton investigations and has referred his findings of potential

criminal misconduct to huber for possible criminal prosecution so it's

the US attorney in Utah's you know who's brought in by Attorney General Jeff

session Calvert said rather than a special a second special counsel let's

bring in a seasoned prosecutor from outside the swamp look at the facts he's

gonna be looking at those facts and there may be people who are facing

criminal charges that we don't even wanted but let's just say people who

used to be at the top of the FBI people who used to be in CS at the Justice

Department or who knows yeah she suggests though a criminal referral is

being made is extraordinary we know that Andrew McCabe lied to the

FBI all right that's one of them last night Joe digenova was on with Laura and

he said quote Brennan and clapper will find themselves in front of grand jury

soon don't know I doubt that he has any special information but nonetheless

probably just looked at all the things trying to make sure this is a government

problem when people talk about the swamp when President Trump was campaigning

about coming into Washington and changing things up this is I think

exactly what he was referring to people stepping outside their bounds not doing

exactly what their jobs entail but when you connect the dots to a couple days

ago I think what Joe Joe Jennifer is referring to in part is you had the

former Obama CIA director John Brennan cooperating basically telling his

version to the New York Times about why there may have been spying on the Trump

campaign as the Hillary investigation was playing out trying to sort of spin

that ahead of this Justice Department Inspector General for that's part of

that are worried they're they're on defense now lot of that New York Times

piece that all of us have read that 4,000 word piece they talk about the

Clinton vestigation and the Russian investigation going on around

same time why was the Clinton one public and Trump's not yeah yeah there's still

a lot of question here's the other thing had Hillary Clinton won this never would

have been investigated and whoever is about to get in trouble they'd be

skating I think some people aren't sleeping well right now all right it's

almost seven eleven here in New York City and Jillian joins us with an update

from Hawaii that's regular Friday morning to you guys to you at home as

well as gets this Fox News Alert Hawaii's Kilauea volcano blows its top

sending a plume of ash six miles into the sky and more violent eruptions could

happen at any minute

officials handing out 18,000 ash masks to residents as toxic air levels spiked

the explosions could go on for weeks the eruption shown in this time-lapse video

and it could take months to clean up all the lava president Ron sending a message

to Kim jung-un work with me and you won't end up like slain Libyan dictator

Muammar Gadhafi that was a total decimation we went in there to beat him

now that model would take place if we don't make a deal most likely but if we

make a deal I think Kim jong-un is going to be very very happy the president

warning the North Korean leader if he doesn't agree to a nuclear deal as final

preparations get underway for their summit he's also keeping a close eye on

Capitol Hill today urging the house to support the farm bill which includes

work requirements for food stamps today the president is expected to announce

massive cuts to Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers it deals with

title 10 which provides 260 million dollars annually to family planning

federal funds can't technically go towards abortions but groups like

Planned Parenthood still accept the money for things like checkups under the

new proposal those services can't be performed in the same place as abortions

or they won't get the taxpayer money well as it turns out the Philadelphia

players have said they do not plan to attend the event the Eagles say it is an

Mueller Is Done! Trump's Team Just Announced What They're Doing To The Entire Case! - Duration: 13:55.

Mueller Is Done! Trump's Team Just Announced What They're Doing To The Entire Case!

Rudy Giuliani, President Trump's attorney, and longtime associate, just dropped a bombshell

on Wednesday.

Appearing on Fox News on Wednesday Giuliani revealed Special Counsel Robert Mueller should

be wrapping up his investigation into the so-called collusion with Russia by the Trump

campaign.

Giuliani states Mueller "has nothing."

Giuliani stated to Laura Ingraham – "It's been a year, he's gotten more than 1.4 million

documents, he's interviewed 28 witnesses, and he has nothing which is why he wants to

bring the president into an interview."

Mueller has notified President Trump's legal team that he will follow Justice Department

guidance and not seek an indictment against the president.

"All they get to do is write a report," said Giuliani.

A former federal prosecutor and mayor of New York City, Giuliani further revealed that

Mueller's investigators have not responded to five information requests from the president's

team.

That has forced President Trump's legal team to push off making a decision about whether

the president will sit for an interview with the special counsel — a decision they had

hoped to reach by Thursday.

As laid out in a Justice Department memo, federal prosecutors are barred from indicting

a sitting president.

Giuliani states Mueller has no choice but to follow its guidance.

Giuliani states: "They have only exculpatory information about us.

I've been through the documents.

So it's about time to get the darn thing over with.

It's about time to say, 'Enough.

We've tortured this president enough.'

Giuliani states the president's legal team is at this point demanding that Mueller's

investigators "tell us what you have to get from an interview that you don't already

have because he has all the facts to make a decision.

We're trying to get him to end this.

This is not good for the American people and the special counsel's office doesn't seem

to have that sort of understanding that they're interfering with things that are much bigger

than them or us."

Meanwhile, the special counsel's office and Trump's legal team continue to hash

out the conditions under which the President will communicate with investigators.

According to Fox News: "Giuliani joined Trump's legal team last month and has repeatedly

warned that an in-person interview of the president by the special counsel's team

would constitute a 'perjury trap.'

Complicating matters, Trump himself has refused to rule out agreeing to an interview with

Mueller.

In an interview with Fox News' Sean Hannity earlier this month, Giuliani said that the

Mueller team had ruled out allowing the Trump team to submit written answers to the special

counsel's questions.

Giuliani said last week that the president's legal team would oppose any subpoena unless

they could 'reach agreement on the ground rules.'

He argued that Trump could invoke executive privilege, and the team would point to Justice

Department opinions in fighting a subpoena and 'on both law and the facts, we would

have the strongest case you could imagine.'"

Giuliani adds that he is personally ready to challenge any reports issued by Mueller

and his team, stating in a challenge to the special prosecutor – "I think that they

have the facts on which they can write their report.

If you're going to write a fair report, fine, write it.

If you're going to write an unfair report, write it and we will combat it.

We are ready to rip it apart."

Giuliani has pointed to the fact that the Trump team has handed over 1.2 million documents

to Mueller as evidence of cooperation with the probe – which marks its one-year anniversary

on this week.

Thus far, Mueller's probe has resulted in the resignation of National Security Advisor

Michael Flynn, the arrests of Paul Manafort and Rick Gates, and the indictment of 13 Russian

nationals on allegations of hacking the 2016 election – along with the raid of Trump's

personal attorney, Michael Cohen.

Earlier this month, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein – who is officially in charge

of the Russia investigation – admitted that President Trump cannot be indicted, stating

– "The Department of Justice has in the past, when the issue arose, has opined that

a sitting President cannot be indicted.

There's been a lot of speculation in the media about this, I just don't have anything

more to say about it."

Trump-Hater John McCain Disqualifies Haspel - Duration: 12:04.

Trump-Hater John McCain Disqualifies Haspel For CIA Chief, Gets Rude Awakening

Arizona Senator John McCain recently lashed out at Gina Haspel, who is President Donald

Trump's pick for CIA chief, saying her track record of torturing terrorists is "disqualifying."

Now, the Trump-hating senator is getting a rude awaking that you won't want to miss.

On Wednesday, May 9, 2018, McCain sent out a message on Twitter basically voicing his

opposition to Gina Haspel's pending appointment as the new CIA Director.

"I believe Gina Haspel is a patriot who loves our country & has devoted her professional

life to its service & defense.

However, her role in overseeing the use of torture is disturbing & her refusal to acknowledge

torture's immorality is disqualifying," McCain wrote.

I believe Gina Haspel is a patriot who loves our country & has devoted her professional

life to its service & defense.

However, her role in overseeing the use of torture is disturbing & her refusal to acknowledge

torture's immorality is disqualifying.

https://t.co/ocDtdqU2Sx

— John McCain (@SenJohnMcCain) May 10, 2018

First of all, McCain's admission that Haspel is a patriot who "loves our country" does

not excuse him from scrutiny over saying that she isn't qualified to lead the CIA.

The simple fact of the matter is that Haspel was responsible for running a division of

the CIA that conducted torture techniques on terrorists to extract vital information.

Haspel should be thanked for her sacrifices, hard work, and willingness to lead the CIA.

Instead, hacks like McCain want to disparage her for doing a job that so very few people

have the fortitude to perform.

Perhaps McCain, like many other Washington, D.C., swamp creatures, became too comfortable

in his plush office and too far removed from the reality of what our intelligence agency

community deals with.

Furthermore, McCain is forgetting that he supported former CIA Director John Brennan

who had the same track record as Haspel.

Larry O'Connor, the host of the Larry O'Connor Show on WMALDC, reminded the senior Arizona

senator that he voted for John Brennan — who had the same "torture" record as Haspel.

"But Senator, with all respect, you voted FOR John Brennan who had the same record on

rendition and enhanced interrogation as Ms. Haspel.

Respectfully, why the double standard?"

O'Connor wrote.

But Senator, with all respect, you voted FOR John Brennan who had the same record on rendition

and enhanced interrogation as Ms. Haspel.

Respectfully, why the double standard?

https://t.co/AQM43yHWq4

— Larry O'Connor (@LarryOConnor) May 10, 2018

I could not agree more.

Why does John McCain apply a double standard to Gina Haspel when he gladly supported John

Brennan when he was appointed as the CIA chief.

The truth is that McCain has a long history of working for the Democrats and their agenda.

His opposition to Haspel is nothing more than one of his last opportunities to take a cheap

shot at Trump.

McCain is obviously grinding an ax that likely has very little do with Haspel directly.

Another good argument could be made here as to why America needs Congress to pass new

legislation on term limits.

Guys like McCain should not get to stick around past the time that they are actually useful

to our government.

He's simply spent too much time lurking around the Senate and throwing his weight

behind all the wrong causes.

Notably, McCain recently admitted that if he had to do it all over again, he would still

give the Steele dossier to former FBI Director James Comey.

The man simply has lost his moral compass.

For whatever reason, he still clings to his Senate seat under his failing health condition,

and it is incomprehensible.

A person of conscience would relinquish their seat to someone better able to serve their

constituents.

To my point, there aren't really any jobs out in the real world where you get to stay

in your position at a time where you are no longer productive.

Why can't Americans expect politicians to follow the same rules by which most of us

live?

Senator John McCain should have retired a long time ago, but again, that would take

some kind of self-reflective character.

In my opinion, voters in Arizona should have a fully capable and productive elected person

in McCain's spot.

John McCain's attack on Gina Haspel is just another example of his visceral hate for President

Donald Trump, who he recently said he does not want at his funeral.

McCain announced in April 2018 that he will not be seeking re-election for another term.

In my opinion, this is good news for everyone, not only in Arizona but

across

the country too.

Mr. Katyal, you worked at a doj

There's a large number of

President Donald Trump suggested on Wednesday that Attorney General Jeff Sessions consider

During a White House roundtable event with elected officials and law enforcement officials

from California who oppose the state's sanctuary laws, Trump said, "You had a thousand people

North Korea Threatens To Abandon Trump Summit, Furious Over Bolton Comments - Duration: 5:33.

North Korea Threatens To Abandon Trump Summit, Furious Over Bolton Comments

by Tyler Durden

Update II: The Pentagon has denied reports that it had considered pulling B-52 bombers

from military drills between the US and South Korea.

According to the Pentagon, the bombers were never supposed to take part in the drills,

the Washington Examiner reported.

The US and South Korea recently started their springtime "Max Thunder" drills which are

meant to "enhance interoperability and readiness."

The scope of Max Thunder has not changed," Pentagon spokesman Lt. Col. Chris Logan said

Wednesday.

* * *

Update: The White House says it's hopeful that its planned meeting with North Korean

leader Kim Jong Un will move forward, though it's prepared for tough negotiations, Press

Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders told Fox News.

Hell be there, and hell be ready" White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee

Sanders said of Trump in a Fox News interview Wednesday, adding that North Koreas threat

to back out of a denuclearization summit isnt out of the ordinary.

"Were ready to meet, and if it happens thats great, but if doesnt well see

what happens," she said.

"If it doesnt well continue the maximum pressure campaign that has been ongoing"

The summit is set to take place June 12 in Singapore.

North Korea has threatened to pull out of next month's peace summit with Washington

if the US insists on the peninsula hurriedly giving up its nuclear weapons without offering

immediate sanctions relief.

After blaming joint South Korean-US military exercises for the country's decision yesterday

to cancel a planned summit with the South and to suspend talks, the North revealed another

source of anger: National Security Advisor John Bolton's comments from his appearance

Sunday on CNN's State of the Union, where he suggested that North Korea must "commit

to denuclearization" to help it "become a normal nation."

Kim Kye Gwan, a vice foreign minister and a top North Korea disarmament negotiator,

said the regime was disappointed by the US's articulation of its goals for the summit,

according to a statement published Wednesday by the state-run Korean Central News Agency

via Bloomberg.

Kim expressed anger toward Bolton and other US officials, adding that the North rejects

the "Libya model" where a state surrenders its weapons first then receives incentives

like sanctions relief.

"If the U.S. is trying to drive us into a corner to force our unilateral nuclear abandonment,

we will no longer be interested in such dialogue and cannot but reconsider our proceeding to

the DPRK-U.S. summit," Kim said.

He added that Trump risked becoming a "more tragic and unsuccessful president than his

predecessors" if he didnt accept North Korea as a nuclear power.

Kim Kye Gwan said the North had already declared its willingness to denuclearize the peninsula

- but that it must not be counted on to act first.

"If the Trump administration corners us and tries to force us to give up nuclear [weapons]

unfairly," it says, "we will not be interested in such talks anymore and cannot help but

reconsider having the upcoming DPRK-U.S. summit."

North Korea added that it wouldn't be satisfied with "complete, verifiable and irreversible"

denuclearization as well as the dismantling of nuclear and chemical arms, per Nikkei.

One North Korea expert said observers shouldn't panic: The sharp rhetoric is more likely a

negotiating tactic than a legitimate threat to scrap the talks.

Jin Chang-soo, president at the Sejong Institute, said North Korea's remarks are more like jockeying

ahead of the summit with the U.S., and not a serious threat to pull out of the meeting.

"North Korea and the U.S. agreed on the big picture, but they still have different ideas

on a detailed process.

Pyongyang is trying to boost its negotiation power with such actions," Jin said.

In a statement, the South Korean government said North Korea's decision to suspend talks

was "regrettable."

"It is regrettable that the North has suspended inter-Korean high-level talks with no consultation

with us," said Baik Tae-hyun, a spokesman for South Korea's Unification Ministry.

"The government has a firm will to carry out the Panmunjom Declaration faithfully, and

urges the North side to come to the table quickly for the peace and prosperity of the

Korean Peninsula."

China, meanwhile, called on both sides to "avoid further provocation."

"The amelioration of the situation on the Korean Peninsula is hard won and should be

cherished," foreign ministry spokesman Lu Kang told reporters in Beijing.

For now Kim's gambit appears to be working: on Tuesday night, the US said that it would

consider withholding B-52 bombers from its joint military drills with South Korea in

a bid to appease the North.

Should Pyongyang say it demands more, will Trump - visions of a Nobel Peace Prize dancing

in his head - appease Kim again, and if so, how?

WATCH: Bill Gates Says Donald Trump Didn't Know the Difference Between HIV & HPV - Duration: 2:49.

WATCH: Bill Gates Says Donald Trump Didn't Know the Difference Between HIV & HPV

MSNBC's Chris Hayes showed a video on his show on May 17 featuring Bill Gates talking about Donald Trump's confusion.

Gates told a crowd that Trump asked him on several occasions if HPV and HIV were the same things.

Gates, who is legitimately a billionaire, was speaking at a recent meeting for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Gates went on to talk about Trump referring to himself in the third person and a dramatic entrance that Trump made in a helicopter at a meeting the pair had.

Gates is shown in the clip to say, "He wanted to know if there was a difference between HIV and HPV.

So I was able to explain that those are rarely confused with each other.

" At that point, the audience bursts into laughter.

To be clear, there is a huge difference between HPV and HIV.

HPV is the most common sexually transmitted infection in the United States.

It is usually harmless and goes away on its own.

In rare cases, HPV can lead to genital warts and cancer.

HIV stands for Human Immunodeficiency Virus, it's the disease that causes AIDS.

According to Planned Parenthood, "It's a virus that breaks down certain cells in your immune system (your body's defense against diseases that helps you stay healthy).

When HIV damages your immune system, it's easier to get really sick and even die from infections that your body could normally fight off.".

This video comes a year after six members of Trump's HIV/AIDS committee resigned amid claims that the president didn't care about the disease.

The Daily Beast reported in 2015, that after his divorce from Ivana Trump, Trump would only date women who would submit to an AIDS test.

Trump's DOJ Just Blindsided Hillary ... - Duration: 16:37.

Trump's DOJ Just Blindsided Hillary, Investigation Is Complete – They Found Everything!

As the Inspector General at the Department of Justice puts the finishing touches on the

highly anticipated official report detailing the agency's investigation into Hillary

Clinton's email server and the subsequent investigation, officials are announcing they

are expecting to receive the full details of the finalized report as early as the end

of this week.

Inspector General Michael Horowitz notified lawmakers in a Wednesday letter that the draft

report was complete and being made available to the agencies and individuals examined in

the probe.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the DOJ has now notified multiple subjects mentioned

in the document that they can privately review it by week's end and will have a "few

days" to craft any response to criticism contained within the report prior to making

the report available to the public.

The WSJ reports – "Those invited to review the report were told they would have to sign

nondisclosure agreements in order to read it, people familiar with the matter said.

They are expected to have a few days to craft a response to any criticism in the report,

which will then be incorporated in the final version to be released in coming weeks."

A related report was published in April detailing the DOJ's case against former FBI Deputy

Director Andrew McCabe.

McCabe was found to have lied on four separate occasions to both the DOJ and the FBI, including

twice while under oath.

McCabe was subsequently fired just one day before he was set to receive his full pension

after it was discovered through the course of the investigation that McCabe authorized

a self-serving leak to the WSJ with claims the FBI did not put the brakes on the investigation

into the Clinton Foundation.

All of which took place during a period of time when he was already under a great deal

of scrutiny and criticism over a $467,500 campaign donation received by his wife Jill

for her failed Senatorial bid from known Clinton crony, Terry McAuliffe.

There is also to be expected an additional report detailing the FBI's alleged FISA

abuse, high-level collusion against the Trump campaign, or the genesis of the counterintelligence

investigation against then-candidate Donald Trump as part of a separate investigation.

The OIG's office will release that report at a later date.

This particular report details the investigation into the Clinton email scandal and detailed

the conduct of FBI "lovebirds" Peter Strzok and Lisa Page.

Strzok led the Clinton email investigation, as well as handling the early portion of the

Trump-Russia investigation.

The OIG report is expected to cover significant edits made by the FBI's top brass to Hillary

Clinton's exoneration statement – effectively decriminalizing her mishandling of classified

information so that she wouldn't be prosecuted by the DOJ.

Just who is Michael Horowitz?

Horowitz essentially waged a one-man war with the Obama Administration with the March 5th,

2013 release of a report for Congress titled Open and Unimplemented IG Recommendations.

This report drew attention to the stonewalling by focusing on the money being wasted.

But it was much more than that.

There were over 30 Tweets in reference to this situation which can be accessed by following

the line of conversation from this post.

It laid the Obama Admin bare before Congress – illustrating among other things how the

administration was wasting tens-of-billions of dollars by ignoring the recommendations

made by the OIG.

After several attempts by Congress to restore the OIG's investigative powers, Rep. Jason

Chaffetz successfully introduced H.R.6450 – the Inspector General Empowerment Act

of 2016 – signed by a defeated lame duck President Obama into law on December 16th,

2016, thus cementing an alliance between Horowitz and both houses of Congress.

So this report is unlikely to be simply business as usual, while the public will not get to

see classified details of the OIG report, Horowitz is also big on public disclosure.

With Horowitz's concerted and directed efforts to roll back former Attorney General Eric

Holder's restrictions on the OIG office sealed the working relationship between Congress

and the Inspector General's office, allowing investigations such as those currently ongoing

to effectively take place and hold those guilty of unethical and criminal acts to be held

accountable.

Moreover, FBI Director Christopher Wray seems to be on the same page as well.

As far as the final draft of the current OIG report expected by Congress in approximately

one week, on January 12, 2017, Inspector Horowitz announced an OIG investigation based on "requests

from numerous Chairmen and Ranking Members of Congressional oversight committees, various

organizations (such as Judicial Watch?), and members of the public."

The initial focus of the investigation centered around the FBI's handling of the Clinton

email investigation and as to whether or not Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe should have

been recused from the investigation due to a conflict of interest with regards to the

campaign donations his wife took in total to the tune of about $700,000 from known Clinton

crony and associate, Terry McAuliffe.

The investigation grew to encompass potential collusion within the Clinton campaign as well

as the timing of various FOIA releases.

Preliminaries of the IOG report reveal that on July 27, 2017 the House Judiciary Committee

called on the DOJ to appoint a Special Counsel, detailing their concerns in 14 questions pertaining

to "actions taken by previously public figures like Attorney General Loretta Lynch, FBI Director

James Comey, and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton."

The questions raised from former Attorney General Loretta Lynch directing Comey to mislead

the American people on the nature of the Clinton investigation, Clinton's mishandling of

classified information while she served as Secretary of State as well as the subsequent

mishandling of Clinton's email investigation by the FBI, the DOJ's failure to empanel

a grand jury to investigate Clinton, and further questions about the Clinton Foundation, Uranium

One, and whether the FBI relied on the "Trump-Russia" dossier created by Fusion GPS.

The House Judiciary Committee repeated their call to the DOJ demanding a special counsel

as of September 26, 2017 after discovering disgraced former FBI director James Comey

lied to Congress when he stated hat he decided not to recommend criminal charges against

Hillary Clinton until after she was interviewed, when in fact Comey had drafted her exoneration

before said interview.

And now that we have all the pieces, the OIG report can tie all of this together and make

sense of it as it will satisfy all legal requirements for the DOJ to impartially appoint a Special

Counsel.

The g*****c below from TrumpSoldier via Twitter details where the report from the OIG's

office will go – to both investigative committees of Congress, along with Attorney General Jeff

Sessions.

After Congress has thoroughly reviewed the OIG report to their satisfaction, the House

and Senate Judiciary Committees will use it to supplement their investigations which should

then result in hearings.

The end result will be that of demanding a Special Counsel investigation.

The DOJ can choose to appoint a Special Counsel at any point.

Sessions has declined to do so thus far.

If the demand for a Special Counsel is ignored, Congress has the option to force the issue

via legislation to force the appointment.

Technically, the DOJ could choose to simply act on the evidence presented within the OIG

report and then choose to investigate and/or prosecute themselves without an appointment

of a Special Counsel; however, it is highly unlikely that will actually occur.

After the report's completion, the DOJ will weigh in on it.

Their comments are key.

As TrumpSoldier points out in his analysis, the DOJ can take various actions regarding

"Policy, personnel, procedures, and re-opening of investigations.

In short, just about everything (Immunity agreements can also be rescinded)."

Meanwhile, recent events appear to correspond with bullet points in both the original OIG

investigation letter and the 7/27/2017 letter forwarded to the Inspector General.

With the wheels set in motion last week seemingly align with Congressional requests and the

OIG mandate, and the upcoming OIG report likely to serve as a foundational opinion, the DOJ

will finally be empowered to move forward with an impartially appointed Special Counsel.

What do you think happens next?

Write your comment and share this to someone who is interested in the ongoing investigations.

Moon, Trump will discuss N. Korea, denuclearization at private one-on-one without aides in ... - Duration: 2:21.

President Moon travels to the U.S. with one agenda... and that agenda will be discussed

during his first one-on-one with U.S. President Donald Trump.

That meeting will not be attended by either one of their aides... only their interpreters.

Our chief Blue House correspondent Moon Connyoung has the details.

"Presidents Moon and Trump will hold a one-on-one without anyone else in attendance at around

noon."

This exclusive face-to-face between the two leaders attended only by their interpreters...

is the very purpose and will be the highlight of South Korean President Moon Jae-in's one

night trip to the U.S.

This... coming just three weeks before U.S President Donald Trump is set to go do what

no other sitting U.S. president has ever done before; meet face to face with a leader of

North Korea to negotiate the terms for Kim Jong-un to give up his nuclear capability.

A senior Blue House official, speaking under the condition of anonymity, said the Moon,

Trump exclusive one-on-one, the first of its kind, was arranged as both leaders felt the

current situation called for a sincere and candid dialogue at the highest level.

It's clear that the South Korean president will try to use his meeting with his U.S.

counterpart to mediate and clear doubts between Mr. Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

"The leaders will also discuss ways to guarantee North Korea a bright future when the North

carries out complete denuclearization."

Note.

WHEN it carries out denuclearization.

So, the key issue at hand is HOW do we get North Korea's Kim Jong-un to completely, verifiably,

irreversibly denuclearize?

What needs to discussed between Kim Jong-un and Donald Trump when they meet next month

in order for the denuclearization process to be a success?

What kind of a denuclearization roadmap would get both the U.S. and North Korean leader

moving?

Can the growing gap between the two be narrowed in time for the two to show up at the negotiations

table next month?

Whether the flurry of diplomatic activity in the last couple of months will turn out

to be nothing or actually precipitate to something substantial leading to a different future

for the Korean Peninsula for now appear to be depend on whether South Korean President

Moon Jae-in is capable of playing a competent "mediator" role.

Trump is Gearing Up to Fulfill a HUGE Campaign Promise on Planned Parenthood - Duration: 4:59.

Trump is Gearing Up to Fulfill a HUGE Campaign Promise on Planned Parenthood

Trump is about to make good on ANOTHER campaign promise!

According to reports, President Trump is considering implementing a Reagan-era policy that would

enable him to cut federal funding to Planned Parenthood.

From IJR

The White House could soon make good on another one of President Donald Trump's campaign

promises: his vow to defund Planned Parenthood.

Then-candidate Trump promised during a 2016 interview with CBN News' David Brody that,

if elected president, he would cut funding to Planned Parenthood "because as long as

they do the abortion, I am not for funding" the organization.

Early in his administration, the Republican president reinstated the Reagan-era Mexico

City policy — sometimes referred to as the "global gag rule" — that barred U.S.

foreign aid dollars from going to any organization that performed or promoted abortion.

What's next?

The Trump administration is now reportedly considering reinstating a regulation similar

to the Mexico City policy, often referred to by Democrats as a "domestic gag rule."

The so-called "domestic gag rule," much like its "global" sister, would block

family planning clinics from receiving federal dollars — Title X funding — if they perform

or promote abortion.

As it stands right now, $286 million of Title X funding goes to roughly 4,000 clinics and

serves about 4 million people, Axios reported.

At this point, it's unclear exactly what the policy would look like under this White

House, but as one might expect, Republicans and Democrats are split down the middle on

the issue.

According to The Hill, a group of Republicans in the House of Representatives sent a letter

to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) in April, urging the federal agency

to implement a "domestic gag rule."

The letter argued that the Title X Family Planning Program "is in dire need of review

and updated regulations that ensure program integrity with respect to elective abortion."

A group of more than 85 pro-life organizations — such as the Family Research Council and

the Susan B. Anthony List — sent a similar letterto HHS in early May, writing:

For far too long, the Title X Family Planning Program has been integrated with abortion

centers.

It is time to act swiftly to disentangle abortion centers from the Title X network.

Democrats, however, feel entirely different about the issue.

On Monday, 45 senators sent their own letter to HHS, warning that "a 'domestic gag

rule' would have a devastating impact on the overall Title X network and the millions

of individuals who rely on it for care."Unintended pregnancy rates in the U.S. — including

those among teenagers — have been declining," the letter continued.

"We cannot threaten to reverse this progress by crippling Title X."

More than 100 Democratic representatives in the House also penned a letter to HHS.

What's the history of the "domestic gag rule?"

The domestic policy was issued by former President Ronald Reagan in 1988, though it was immediately

challenged in the courts by opponents who argued the regulation was unconstitutional.

Ultimately, though, the case went to the U.S. Supreme Court, which decided in 1991 the directive

could be implemented.

In 1992, the Reagan-era policy took effect but was blocked by a legal challenge shortly

thereafter.

Then when former President Bill Clinton took office in 1993, he suspended the regulation

altogether.

When will Trump make a decision?

It's unclear exactly when the White House might announce a decision on the "domestic

gag rule," but an administration official told Modern Healthcare in April that a new

executive order on Title X funding would be coming sometime in May.

Axios reported White House adviser Kellyanne Conway met with Trump in late April to discuss

the regulation, urging the president to strip Planned Parenthood of its Title X funding.

And so far, it appears Trump is receptive to the matter.

One conservative leader involved in the fight to cut federal funding to the nation's largest

abortion provider — Planned Parenthood doctors terminate more than 300,000 pregnancies each

year — said it would be "political suicide" if Trump didn't take action on the topic.

"I just don't understand why they would betray a core campaign promise during a midterm

election year where there are a lot of key House and Senate races where this is a winning

issue in light of the polling," the source noted.

BREAKING President Trump Just Made Immediate Order To Jeff Sessions…YES! - Duration: 13:12.

BREAKING President Trump Just Made Immediate Order To Jeff Sessions…YES!

~ President Trump Trump continued: "Schaaf advises thousand

people… they're told 'get out of here, the law enforcement's coming.'

Now she wants to take our money and provide the illegal aliens with free college and housing

and a free ride for them.

Look What Trump Just Did For Social Security Recipients - Duration: 15:36.

Look What Trump Just Did For Social Security Recipients — They Said He Couldn't Do

It!

President Trump defied critics and just made a lot of people very happy with the announcement

that came from the Social Security Administration, They have happily announced that Social Security

and Supplemental Security Income benefits for over 66 million Americans will increase

2 percent during 2018, an increase coming instead of a decrease, giving back a few more

dollars to people who've worked hard their entire lives.

The 2% cost-of-living adjustment will begin with benefits payable to more than 61 million

Social Security beneficiaries in January 2018 and continue with the rest later in the year.

The Social Security Act ties the annual COLA to the increase in the Consumer Price Index

as determined by the Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics in 2017.

Some other adjustments that take effect throughout 2018 are based on the increase in average

wages.

Based on that increase, the maximum amount of earnings subject to the Social Security

tax will increase to $128,700 from $127,200.

Of the estimated, 175 million workers who will pay Social Security taxes in 2018 and

about 12 million of which will pay more because of the increase in the taxable maximum.

This has been stated as the largest increase since 2012, but people would like to see even

more of an increase if possible.

Of course, that could depend on where people live as the cost of living might be different

in New York compared to a midwestern state.

Trending: It Has Officially Been Confirmed About Sarah Huckabee Sanders – Congrats!

The following press release was posted on SSA.Gov: "Monthly Social Security and Supplemental

Security Income (SSI) benefits for more than 66 million Americans will increase 2.0 percent

in 2018, the Social Security Administration announced today.

The 2.0 percent cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) will begin with benefits payable to

more than 61 million Social Security beneficiaries in January 2018.

Increased payments to more than 8 million SSI beneficiaries will begin on December 29,

2017.

(Note: some people receive both Social Security and SSI benefits) The Social Security Act

ties the annual COLA to the increase in the Consumer Price Index as determined by the

Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Some other adjustments that take effect in January of each year are based on the increase

in average wages.

Based on that increase, the maximum amount of earnings subject to the Social Security

tax (taxable maximum) will increase to $128,400 (1) from $127,200.

Of the estimated 175 million workers who will pay Social Security taxes in 2018, about 12

million will pay more because of the increase in the taxable maximum.

Information about Medicare changes for 2018, when announced, will be available at www.medicare.gov.

The Social Security Act provides for how the COLA is calculated.

To read more, please visit www.socialsecurity.gov/cola."

People who would like more information can review the following fact sheet which provides

even more information.

If you're wondering what to do with the extra income, or how much it is, then please

refer to the following information provided by USNews: "The average Social Security

check is $1,377 a month, and so next year, a typical payment will climb by $27 a month.

"It all comes down to the individual," he says.

"If the person needs that amount to meet their monthly financial needs, then, obviously,

that is the best use of the money.

They earned the benefit, and they should use the money to make their lives a bit easier.

If the person or couple doesn't need the money to maintain their standard of living

because they have other streams of income, then they can use the money in a multitude

of ways."

And while $27 a month isn't much, Dellutri points out that if you're married, and you

both have $27 a month coming in, that's $54 a month.

It still isn't a fortune, but it adds up to $648 a year.

And if you have other sources of retirement revenue, chances are, you could use that $648

for something useful."

Critics would certainly say this isn't enough of an increase, but if someone handed you

$648, would you take it?

How do you feel about the increase?
