Trump news on Youtube May 16 2018

new questions for some senators still firmly opposed to president Trump's

nominee to lead the CIA even as more Democrats get onboard here a few days

ago Indiana Democrat Joe Donnelly announcing

his support for Gina Haskell senator Donnelly facing a tough re-election

battle in his State President Trump won handily back in 2016

meanwhile others like senator Bernie Sanders they say they will not support

Haspel because of her involvement in the post 9/11 enhanced her interrogation

program but senator Sanders did support John Brennan 2013 nomination for CIA

director funny how that works right despite the fact that Brennan also has

ties to the interrogation program here is sander sanders watch i have serious

reservations about this nominee and i will oppose it but you didn't have

reservations about john brennan you voted for john brennan I guess my

question is well whatever restorations you have in between ask well why didn't

they apply it's not just yeah Jake it's not just the issue of torture it goes I

think deeper than that and that is the foreign policy that we have seen from

mr. Trump really does a good deeper than that Steve or is it actually just

politics everyone's making a fool of themselves on the sunday shows but

Bernie Sanders they had literally no answer to that very good question from

Jake Tapper and basic and and basically said it's politics I just don't like

Trump and Trump nominated her and that's that look I think that the criticisms of

Gina Haspel on the torture grounds are completely unfair both in relation to

the actual role that she played where she was not deciding this policy as a

policy if you really want to go into it that had been legally vetted and so on

there's a whole sort of history there that you can't pin on her plus the

Brennan point as we saw I think the for me a the the real objection to Jeana

hospital is not anything to do with that but the fact that every single

establishment creature in the security services in all administrations back so

she is the candidate of the deep state she

the person that is going to represent exactly that kind of failed view that I

think we need to get away from I think the only thing that could make you

relaxed about that is the fact that at least in the rest of his national

security team the president has put in some people who looked like they may be

able and willing to push back so again the inside of you that you clearly are

gonna get from Jena it really is just because she is who she is I mean look

and she's his pack but when you think about the interrogation back then don't

forget where we were right as a country in those days after 9/11 where we were

really scared and I think you know the CIA saw as its number one job kennedy as

keeping this country safe I mean thousands of people died but it wasn't

the first time that we had interfaced with torture and it had been understood

you know pretty much in every civilized country that that form of torture was

wrong and we had also invented new kinds of torture and the mistakes that we made

post 9/11 are still manifesting in Iraq and Afghanistan and arguably all over

the Middle Middle East you know right now the travails between Iran and Israel

what's going on in Syria the civil war in Yemen the way Libya has fallen apart

there are so many issues that have reverberate it because of our post 9/11

policies and so that's reason enough to question how US policy was carried out

clandestine ly through the CIA and some of you black as I understand her son

because he said it's by Jones I don't agree with senator Sanders because as I

said before I would never have voted for John Brennan and you know Hillary

Clinton has been on every stump and every continent grousing about how she

lost the election and her latest excuse is I lost it because people are sexist

and they make fun of women and how they look and so if senator Sanders is fine

saying that John Brennan is an ACCA director although he was higher up in

the agency but somehow Gina Haspel is not then that makes senator Sanders look

not only politicized but very sexy bingo well

and bingo and that is what Jake Tapper essentially laid bare in that interview

with senator Sanders is that this is about politics it's about President

Trump it's not opposition to enhance interrogation because clearly he voted

for John Brennan as did Senator McCain Feinstein and other individuals who are

now opposed to Gina Haskell voted for voted for John Brennan I also kind of

think it's funny how now we've got joe Manchin and Joe Donnelly that have come

around to Gina Haskell now that they are facing tough general election opponents

as evidenced by last Tuesday's Tuesday's results you've got Mike Braun in Indiana

and you've got Patrick Morrissey in West Virginia and now all of a sudden oh yeah

of course you know we're so when it comes down to in part because so many

Democrats want to protect their position in 18 will they eventually go along with

this she has the numbers anyway this is a bit of a moot point I mean this

conversation with Democrats have accepted from the beginning I think that

the the best way that they could have gone about this is to say

putting aside Gina Haskell as an individual because you also have a lot

of people you call it the deep state I just call it the intelligence services

who are backing her for both sides of the aisle there she's qualified for this

role but have a deep conversation about interrogation techniques about torture

the damage that we have done to people all over the world by using these

techniques that's the conversation America really wants to have and as far

as it being the results of the election results last week Joe Manchin votes with

President Trump over 60% of the time anyway maybe this is true Joe Donnelly

no campaign put out yet 62% both to the president 62% of the said oh not if

who's one of the can they wait you got to leave it there apologies but we all

right history Committee Chairman Senator Chuck Grassley calling out former FBI

director James Comey for what he calls contradictory comments about Michael

Flynn did comments that Comey made on his book tour differ from what he told

Congress and does federal law enforcement need to clear this one up

plus our very own Harris there is live in Jerusalem for the

opening of the new US Embassy and she became the first journalist to go inside

the new u.s. ambassadors office she's joining us next with what they discussed

Israel is a sovereign nation with the right like every other sovereign nation

to determine its own capital yet for many years we fail to acknowledge the

obvious the plain reality that Israel's capital is Jerusalem this city and its

entire nation is a testament to the unbreakable spirit of the Jewish people

the United States will always be a great friend of Israel and a partner in the

cause of freedom and peace harris faulkner is live and our Drucilla bureau

but first we're gonna begin with David Lee Miller at the new US Embassy David

what is the mood there right now things are winding down it was extremely

festive a short time ago and as you can see there's have a cleanup operation

that is underway and as you point out one person more than any other was

talked about today and that person wasn't even here that of course was

President Trump the president was thanked profusely by a number of

speakers for recognizing Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and then deciding

to move the US embassy here as you mentioned the president in a brief

recorded message spoke for about two minutes to the gathering here and he

said that Jerusalem was the eternal capital of Israel and of course remains

so today listen today Jerusalem is the seat of Israel's government it is the

home of the Israeli legislature and the Israeli Supreme Court and Israel's prime

minister and president Israel is a sovereign nation with the right like

every other sovereign nation to determine its own capital

the president said the embassy opening took place in his words many many years

ahead of schedule and that was made possible because the embassy actually

relocated from Tel Aviv to an existing US consular building in the our Nona

neighborhood of the city no word yet on when a new Embassy is going to be built

the US delegation included the president's daughter Ivanka and her

husband the presidential senior adviser Jared Kushner also in attendance

Treasury secretary Steve minuchin and more than a dozen members of Congress

and senators including Ted Cruz and Lindsey Graham Prime Minister Benjamin

Netanyahu told the gathering that Israel has no better friend than the United

States what a glorious day remember this moment

this is history President Trump by recognizing history you have made this

dream now Harris tell us you're safe how close are you to some of the protests

and violence there well the Gaza Strip is is not awfully

near the city of Jerusalem which is three thousand years old

but there was a lot of focus on keeping the entire area safe because they looked

at this u.s. embassy is something that became a target so we were in one of the

safest places probably on the planet at the time Kennedy but away from that

you've heard about the unrest by the way the Israeli military did drop leaflets

to Palestinians telling them do not physically press against the border it

will be dangerous for you so they did that pre-dawn this morning and people

showed up with their families as human shields anyway it has been a mixed type

of a day like that but let's go back to the embassy which is now in the our Nona

neighborhood of southern Jerusalem for the first time in those 3,000 year

history the United States and others looking and it's a small list so far

looking at Jerusalem as the in fact capital of this nation and right over my

shoulder here you can see it that is the Knesset so obviously the people here in

Giroux see this as their government seat and

now we are joining them away from Tel Aviv you know I heard David Lee Miller

bring up something important he said we'll win will the actual mission began

it began today I was the first journalist who was allowed to go in with

ambassador David Friedman to lead the diplomatic mission here for the United

States in Israel he gave me a quick tour I think we've got a couple pictures of

that or some video of that and I asked him specifically about this unrest and

balancing it all and he says you first have to recognize the fact that you have

a capital that people can agree on and then you go forth with peace another

theme of today though away from the Ambassador although he was the master of

ceremonies today away from all of that you've heard from people who support the

administration and some of them were part of it

I interviewed Treasury secretary Steve minuchin who did the actual unveiling

today White House adviser senior adviser Jared Kushner was there along with his

wife Ivanka Trump he actually spoke at length and mentioned one of those themes

of promises made promises kept Manu Chen the secretary told me the same

thing we heard that over and over again and then in about a 2 minute 15 speech

that was piped in from the President on video he talked all about that so this

mission of peace in the Middle East is part of a greater vision that the

president has having to do with keeping his promises as he said I want to show

you one more thing that I thought was interesting can we pop up some of the

posters that are all around town they say Trump make Israel great take a peek

back to you guys all right Harris thank you so much we've got some curious

people on the couch including trish regan juris guitar loud

lisa booth and of course our one lucky guy steve hilton and they all have

questions about the the unveiling steve paris i there's one particular thing

that's got a lot of attention here we haven't talked about it yet and I just

wanted if that had filtered back to you critics of the president have been

really hostile about the choice of pastor Robert Jeffress to deliver the

prayer Mitt Romney really weighed in heaven

on that a very controversial choice in the eyes of many he was a guest on my

show last night he was very excited about everything that's going on there I

just wondered if that that argument had got back to you then what people make of

it you know people were not talking about

that the one thing that they did remark on though were the multiple faiths in

the room and the fact that you had a rabbi and a pastor you know first lead

with a benediction of sorts but also gathered together on the dais to greet

this day but you had multiple faiths in the room represented so that didn't

really get into the conversation here but what did Steve and I'm sure you've

talked about this on your program at the revolution Sunday nights don't miss it I

never do but but what people were talking about in fact was how are you

gonna balance upwards of 50 people dead on the border and you've got the Lebanon

border with you know a hundred thousand or more troops via Hezbollah I mean the

enemy wants to encircle Israel how are you gonna balance that with the US

Embassy that's you know in two different places for a little while it's

officially in Jerusalem but the Ambassador told me he's gonna go back

and forth as he has been for a while back to you all right Harris can't wait

to watch outnumbered over time thanks so much for that report and much more to

come live from Jerusalem the Senate Judiciary Chairman wants answers from

the Justice Department and the FBI why Chuck Grassley says former FBI director

Comey contradicted himself when it comes to the investigation of Michael Flynn

Gohmert: Rosenstein prefers sources who hate Trump - Duration: 4:11.

joining me now for more on all of this is a Republican congressman Louie

Gohmert he is a member of the House Judiciary Committee sir thank you so

much for joining us sure he knows Katherine outlined a lot of the things

that they're asking about they want to know about his responsibilities his

security level status who hired him the degree of access he had to the FBI and

DOJ communications documents performance reviews any records what do you expect

to see there well we want to find out what his role really was I mean

apparently he was leaker in chief as Comey said he didn't consider what he

gave to his leaker person the special person leaking but yeah he's going to

find out that he he's violating the law he's violating regulations and I

couldn't help but smile Melissa when when Katherine was mentioned the DOJ

response from Rosen Stein when that that they don't put a lot of stock in

anonymous sources because it's very clear they want people who hate Donald

Trump that want him to be removed as president that will do anything to only

set him up use false information whatever that's the kind of people they

prefer but if you don't absolutely hate Donald Trump and one and remove Rosen

Stein doesn't really care about using you for a source that's what it boils

down to you know they're saying that they're gonna respond to the request

this afternoon do you really believe they're gonna turn over documents that

answer all these questions or you to think the response is gonna be something

like here's your response we're not going to give it to you well what we've

seen in the past and you know history is the best indicator of things of the

future and from the past anything that may be damaging they will try to cover

up they will swear that it's going to reveal national secrets that put lives

at risk and then once again when we get the information we find out no lives

were at risk only reputation only potential violations of regulations in

the law so yeah it's generally they try to cover

up anything embarrassing but Melissa this is so important that we get to the

bottom of this is like Newt Gingrich's said a number of times

we had no idea how weaponized the Department of Justice was at the top and

we we got a clean house and we need to know everybody's position who the

players are what relationships were there and the fact that Comey kept this

just basically to himself certainly didn't reveal it ever to Congress let me

because he said and they Brett Baier pressed him on that and said you know

why didn't you reveal this when you were testifying and he said it's not relevant

right and that's another thing they want anything that just going to be

embarrassing or perhaps implicate them in some crime they want that to be

irrelevant because to them the only thing relevant is what will get Donald

Trump out of office and what makes them look good and avoids them looking as bad

as they really are in this whole fiasco think about the response you made to

when we were replayed it there I don't consider what I did with mr. Richmond

I told him about unclassified conversations with the president were

they unclassified no they were not unclassified if they had a minimum there

was an executive privilege that can only be forgone by the President himself

unless I keep thinking about Wilford Brimley's come in an absence of malice

every time these bozos mentioned that oh is a leak or it's not really a leak

Wilford Brimley said last time we had a leak like that no what built itself an

arc and I think that's exactly what we've got going on when you have Comey

he doesn't consider it a leak and you know and in fairness to him it's really

not only gets more of a flood not just a little leak and maybe no one needs to

build himself another arc we'll see congressman thank you for your time you

bet glad to be with you thanks

Trump Just Had Every Single One Of Them Arrested! The ENTIRE Democratic Party Is FURIOUS! - Duration: 5:37.

Trump Just Had Every Single One Of Them Arrested!

The ENTIRE Democratic Party Is FURIOUS!

Illegal immigration is a concern for many Americans.

And the Trump administration has made it there mission to stamp it out as much as possible

and crackdown on criminals.

One story that recently surfaced in the conservative media is something that everyone should be

worried about.

During a sting operation to try and reign in a plethora of illegal aliens, over 475

gang members were arrested by law enforcement agents with Immigration and Customs Enforcement

(ICE).

65 were released by an American immigration judge while merely four were actually maintained

on arrest for criminal charges.

A recent report indicates that 99 MS-13 gang members who came to the United States illegally

were unaccompanied minors.

Sadly, over 64 of them, the majority, were granted the status of Special Immigrant Juvenile.

This special designation is a quasi-amnesty program for those who crossed the America-Mexican

border illegally.

Breitbart News reported, "Nearly 100 recently arrested MS-13 gang

members arrived in the United States by crossing through the U.S.-Mexico border as "unaccompanied

minors" and then getting resettled throughout the country by the federal government.

About 475 gang members have been arrested by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement

(ICE) agency's "Operation Matador" sting, with 99 of those gang members arrested having

arrived in the U.S. as "unaccompanied minors."

Of the 99 MS-13 gang members who entered the country as unaccompanied minors, 64 of them

were granted Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJ), which acts as a quasi-amnesty program

for young illegal aliens who cross the southern border.

Of the 475 gang members arrested by ICE in this operation, 65 of them had been allowed

to be released into the U.S. by an immigration judge, while four were re-arrested on criminal

charges after they were released.

Unaccompanied minors who cross the southern border have continued to be resettled across

the U.S. despite a direct correlation of the quasi-amnesty program — known as the Unaccompanied

Minor Children (UAC) program — with the proliferation of the MS-13 gang in regions

of the country like Nassau County and Suffolk County in New York.

Under President Trump's administration, the UAC program has continued.

For example, in Fiscal Year 2018 thus far, nearly 200 unaccompanied minors have been

resettled in Suffolk County, along with almost 280 in Queens County, and more than 115 in

Nassau County, despite the regions' issues with the MS-13 gang.

Miami-Dade County also struggling with a massive illegal alien population, has had to take

in nearly 400 unaccompanied minors thus far in Fiscal Year 2018, as well as Palm Beach

County, which has had more than 33o unaccompanied minors resettled in the region."

This large sting operation is not the only one that has taken place that led to the arrest

of MS-13 members.

In Maryland, six members of the street gang were seen before a federal grand jury.

All of the perpetrators were aged 19 to 22 and a part of a nine-count indictment.

Their crimes ranged from m****r, racketeering, to conspiracy.

The Baltimore Sun reported,

"The latest indictments come roughly two weeks after an MS-13 member from another Maryland

community was convicted in a federal racketeering conspiracy.

Raul Ernesto Landaverde Giron of Silver Spring was found guilty of m****r in aid of racketeering

and faces a mandatory sentence of life in prison.

Following that conviction, U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions said Maryland has "suffered

terribly" because of the "uniquely barbaric" gang's criminal activities.

In charges announced Thursday, Juan Carlos Sandoval Rodriguez, 20, is accused of luring

a victim to a park in Annapolis, where he and other alleged MS-13 members and associates

murdered him.

Prosecutors believe the March 2016 k*****g was motivated by a desire to enhance or maintain

rank within the gang or gain status as a member.

In October 2016, four defendants allegedly attempted to m****r two others in Annapolis,

largely by stabbing the victims repeatedly.

Last year, Sessions designated MS-13 as a "priority" for the Department of Justice's

Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force.

That designation directs prosecutors to pursue all legal avenues to target the gang and lets

local police agencies tap into federal money to help pay for gang-related investigations."

MS-13, or the Mara Salvatrucha, is believed by federal prosecutors to have thousands of

members nationwide, primarily immigrants from Central America.

It emerged in the 1980s from a stronghold in Los Angeles.

But its true rise began after members were deported back to El Salvador in the 1990s.

President Donald Trump blames lax U.S. immigration laws for allowing deported members to return

to the U.S.

Federal authorities say the danger posed by the decades-old street gang has been increasing.

During a December stop in Baltimore, Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen described

MS-13 as a "threat to our homeland security.""

Immigration remains a hot-button issue.

While conservatives argue that we need to toughen up on border security liberals have

argued we need to be more generous with children who were brought to the United States illegally

by their parents when they did not have a choice.

The rise in gang violence by gangs such as MS-13 that are run by illegal immigrants has

pushed this controversial debate to the forefront of news outlets all across the nation further

dividing people.

Trump Is Right: A Pakistani Mystery Man Has Documents, Wasserman Schultz Didn't Want Prosecutors To… - Duration: 5:40.

Trump Is Right: A Pakistani Mystery Man Has Documents, Wasserman Schultz Didn't Want

Prosecutors To See.

A key, if under-covered, aspect of the "Pakistani mystery man" story is that Imran Awan, the

Pakistani-born it aide of former DNC head Debbie Wasserman Schultz, took a laptop with

username RepDWS after he was banned from the House computer network for "unauthorized

access to data," and then left it in a phone booth with a letter to prosecutors.

On Friday, President Donald Trump tweeted: "Just heard the Campaign was sued by the

Obstructionist Democrats.

This can be good news in that we will now counter for the DNC Server that they refused

to give to the FBI, the Debbie Wasserman Schultz Servers and Documents held by the Pakistani

mystery man and Clinton Emails."

Trump appears to have accurately identified a key issue with the "Pakistani mystery

man" that comes straight from court documents.

Lawyers for Pakistani-born Imran Awan currently have a copy of the contents of a laptop with

the username RepDWS Wasserman Schultz wanted to block prosecutors

from seeing what was on it Imran's lawyers have attempted to set up

a situation where it is up to Imran whether prosecutors can see the laptop, claiming "attorney

client privilege" Other analysts say the laptop should be fair

game for review Each twist has increased the intrigue:

On Feb. 2, 2017, Imran was banned from the House computer network for making "unauthorized

access" to congressional data, according to the House inspector general

This happened not long after Wasserman Schultz was fired from the DNC after a cyber breach,

yet she refused to fire Imran or even put him on paid leave, claiming that an IT aide

didn't need to access the internet to do his job

Wasserman Schultz's refusal to fire him meant he had continued physical access to

the congressional office buildings, even though all of his other part-time employers fired

him and he knew there was an ongoing criminal investigation

On April 5, 2017, despite not being allowed to connect to the House network, he was in

possession of a laptop with the username RepDWS and left it in a phone booth, where it was

picked up by police who confiscated it because they recognized that it was left there by

a criminal suspect

Let that sink in.

A Pakistani IT aide, who had just been fired by all his other employers for being a suspected

hacker, left a laptop with the username RepDWS in a phone booth.

The laptop was placed next to a letter to prosecutors.

What it said is not publicly known.

The cache of documents also included copies of Awan's ID (which assured that police

tied the laptop to a criminal suspect and seized it as evidence rather than returning

it as lost property) and a note that said "attorney client privilege," which put

the laptop into legal limbo.

It is not clear whether the laptop was left out of carelessness or was potentially stolen

and possibly planted for police to find.

It was left in the booth (photo to the right) with highly specific and sensitive materials

It may have been left there late at night.

Building staff called police at 12:21 a.m. to report "an unattended bag in the phone

booth on the 2nd floor."

Imran's attorney said in court that it was snatched by police while he had stepped out

of the phone booth to search for better reception: "What occurred is a backpack from my client

was found, he was trying to get a better signal, there was a note that said attorney client

privilege and a hard drive."

Gowen later offered TheDCNF a seemingly conflicting account, saying in an email: "He wasn't

there late at night that is just false."

The phone booth is in the Rayburn House Office Building.

Wasserman Schultz's office is in Longworth, a different building.

When that didn't work, she escalated, raising the prospect of re-arranging the Capitol Police's

entire board to prevent Verderosa from being a voting member, and lamented that not all

of the board's members were subject to oversight by her committee.

Questioning Verderosa's boss, Sergeant-at-Arms Paul Irving, she said: "We have had jurisdictional

issues and a challenging time conducting oversight because of the structure of the Capitol Police

Board and there — there being a (inaudible) line rather than a direct line to us in terms

of being able to hold the board accountable."

"I'd like to know, sergeant, if you think that we should be looking at restructuring

the way the board makes decisions so that we can establish a more direct line of accountability

… At the end of the day, [the chief] doesn't have a decision-making role," Wasserman

Shultz continued.

She also used campaign funds to hire a lawyer to keep the laptop out of prosecutors' hands.

And it wasn't just any lawyer — it was Bill Pittard, who until months prior had been

working as acting general counsel of the House of Representatives, a position with responsibilities

that include deciding what to turn over to the executive branch pursuant to legal activity.

In August, after Imran's arrest at Dulles airport, Wasserman Schultz changed her tune,

saying "This was not my laptop.

I have never seen that laptop.

I don't know what's on the laptop."

She said it was Imran's laptop but purchased using taxpayer funds from her office.

She said Imran's "due process" rights had inspired her demeanor during the Capitol

Police exchange and the lengths to which she went to shield the laptop.

She then said she was no longer seeking to block prosecutors from looking at the laptop.

Robert Mueller Found Out His Plan To Impeach Trump Just Went Up In Flames - Duration: 10:53.

Robert Mueller Found Out His Plan To Impeach Trump Just Went Up In Flames

Special counsel Robert Mueller has one goal.

It is to impeach Donald Trump.

But his awful plan to take down the President just went up in flames.

Mueller tried to lay a trap for President Trump.

He requested an interview as part of his Russia witch hunt.

It was a careful ruse.

The goal was to paint Trump into a corner.

If Trump declined the interview, Mueller could count on his lap dogs in the media to push

the false narrative that Trump had something to hide.

He wanted to corner Trump into accepting so the special counsel and his team could conduct

a freewheeling interview about any subject they wanted as a perjury trap.

If Trump misremembered a date, a conversation, or a meeting, Mueller could claim the President

lied to investigators and that Congress has grounds to impeach Trump and try to remove

him from office.

Trump's lawyers were wise to the con Mueller was running and advised the President not

sit down with the special counsel, but to submit to writer interrogatories as Ronald

Reagan did during the Iran-Contra investigation.

Axios reports:

"LAWYERS FOR PRESIDENT TRUMP HAVE ADVISED HIM AGAINST SITTING DOWN FOR A WIDE-RANGING

INTERVIEW WITH THE SPECIAL COUNSEL, ROBERT S. MUELLER, … RAISING THE SPECTER OF A MONTHSLONG

COURT BATTLE," PER THE N.Y.

TIMES' MICHAEL SCHMIDT AND MAGGIE HABERMAN:

"His lawyers are concerned that the president, who has a history of making false statements

and contradicting himself, could be charged with lying to investigators."

Why it matters: "Refusing to sit for an interview opens the possibility that Mr. Mueller

will subpoena the president to testify before a grand jury, setting up a court fight that

would drastically escalate the investigation and could be decided by the Supreme Court."

"REJECTING AN INTERVIEW WITH MR.

MUELLER ALSO CARRIES POLITICAL CONSEQUENCES … CASTING A SHADOW OVER REPUBLICANS AS NOVEMBER'S

MIDTERM ELECTIONS APPROACH OR BEYOND INTO THE PRESIDENT'S RE-ELECTION CAMPAIGN."

Mueller's investigation is a farce.

No evidence of collusion has been found.

In fact, the only proof of collusion is Hillary Clinton's campaign colluding with the Russians

by paying for the fake news Christopher Steele dossier.

Mueller has no grounds to interview the President.

He is demanding to question Trump on matters unrelated to collusion and that were not a

crime, namely the controversial statement put out about the Trump Tower meeting between

Donald Trump, Jr. and a Russian lawyer.

But misleading the press is not a crime.

If that is what Mueller wants to ask Trump about, then the President should tell the

special counsel to pound sand because Mueller is in violation of the separation of powers.

Interviewing Trump is Mueller's last ditch effort to criminalize Trump's conduct in

office.

The collusion angle was a fake news hoax and the obstruction of justice case is a complete

nonstarter.

We will keep you up to date on any new developments

in

this story.

President Trump Hits Robert Mueller Where It Hurts, Could End Investigation

This is not the news that special counsel Robert Mueller wanted as he prepares to demand

an interview with President Donald Trump in relation to the seemingly never-ending probe

into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.

Trump is now preparing for war, and he is taking no prisoners. The president came out

firing on Twitter on Wednesday as he issued thinly veiled threats against his Department

of Justice, including Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.

He followed that with, what many believed was, a threat to end the Mueller investigation.

"There was no Collusion (it is a Hoax) and there is no Obstruction of Justice (that is

a setup & trap).

What there is is Negotiations going on with North Korea over Nuclear War, Negotiations

going on with China over Trade Deficits, Negotiations on NAFTA, and much more.

Witch Hunt!" he said in his first tweet.

The tweets came on the heels of news that Republican Congressional lawmakers are preparing

articles of impeachment for Rosenstein.

Due to Attorney General Jeff Sessions recusing himself from the investigation, Rosenstein

is the man in charge at the DOJ, and his removal could set the stage for firing Mueller.

The articles of impeachment were drafted by President Trump ally Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC)

and other conservatives, and they accuse Rosenstein of violating several laws.

They include Rosenstein not complying with a subpoena to provide Congress with documents

that pertain to the FBI's surveillance during the election and stalling giving documents

to Congress about possible government misconduct, The Hill reported.

"[Rosenstein] failed to act on the behalf of the Attorney General by properly supervising

the administration of [Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act] by failing to demonstrate

probable cause to believe that targets of surveillance were a foreign power or agents

of a foreign power, that a significant purpose of the surveillance was to obtain foreign

intelligence information, and that appropriate minimization procedures were in place,"

one of the charges read.

The fifth count claims that Rosenstein "knowingly provided misleading statements related to

his supervision of the initial Department of Justice investigation into the Trump campaign's

alleged contacts with Russia when he testified under oath before Congress on December 13,

2017, that any involvement FBI attorney Bruce Ohr had in the Russian investigation was without

his knowledge."

Rep. Meadows told The Washington Post that the articles of impeachment are "a last

resort option, if the Department of Justice fails to respond" to requests to provide

more information to Congress.

"My frustrations about their inability to respond to simple requests could warrant further

action," he said.

Democrats are crying that firing Rosenstein or Mueller would create a Constitutional crisis.

But the fact is that the investigation is impeding the president's agenda and must

end.

Democrats want it to go on as long as possible in order to affect the midterm elections in

2018 and, possibly, the presidential election in 2020.

It is a game they are playing, and the president is now saying thst

the game

is over.

JUST IN: TRUMP MAKES MAJOR DACA ANNOUNCEMENT

BREAKING: President Donald Trump just made an announcement about DACA that is sure to

have Democrats fuming.

While speaking at the Conservative Political Action conference on Friday, Trump said Democrats

had "totally abandoned" reaching a legislative solution for the Deferred Action for Childhood

Arrivals policy (DACA).

"Senate Democrats and the House Democrats have totally abandoned DACA.

They don't even talk to me about it, they've totally abandoned it," Trump said, according

to Breitbart.

"You know we get the reputation like DACA is not Republican.

Well, let me tell you, it is Republican.

Because we want to do something about DACA and get it solved after all these years.

The Democrats are being totally unresponsive.

They don't want to do anything about DACA.

I'm telling you.

And it's very possible that DACA won't happen, and it's not because of the Republicans,

it's because of the Democrats.

And frankly, you better elect more Republicans, folks, or it will never happen."

President Trump has been vocal about blaming Democrats for the failure to reach a DACA

resolution.

"Negotiations on DACA have begun.

Republicans want to make a deal and Democrats say they want to make a deal," Trump wrote,

according to Politico.

"Wouldn't it be great if we could finally, after so many years, solve the DACA puzzle.

This will be our last chance, there will never be another opportunity!

March 5th."

"Any deal on DACA that does not include STRONG border security and the desperately

needed WALL is a total waste of time," Trump wrote on Twitter earlier this week.

Breaking: North Korea Threatens To Cancel Peace Meeting with Trump - Duration: 2:30.

Breaking: North Korea Threatens To Cancel Peace Meeting with Trump

North Korea announced that it has canceled a scheduled May 16 summit with South Korea,

The South Korean news agency Yonhap reported Tuesday, citing North Korea's state media

outlet, KNCA.

North Korea and South Korea had agreed "to hold high-level inter-Korea talks on May 16

to discuss steps needed to uphold the pledge to denuclearize the Korean peninsula, South

Korea's Unification Ministry said," CNBC reported.

The country also threatened to cancel a scheduled June 12 summit between Kim Jong Un and President

Donald Trump in Singapore.

According to KNCA, North Korea canceled the South Korean summit because of U.S. military

drills with South Korea.

The state media outlet claimed the drills were a rehearsal for a potential invasion

of the country, Fox News reported.

This unexpected news come after several positive developments between North Korea and the United

States in the past month.

In what many viewed as a goodwill gesture ahead of the scheduled summit between Trump

and Kim, three Korean-Americans were welcomed home to the U.S. on Thursday after being released

from the North Korean regime.

Leading up to the captive's release, Secretary Mike Pompeo had what he called "productive

meetings" with the North Korean leader in the country's capital of Pyongyang.

Trump then announced the details of the historic summit, saying "we will both try to make

it a very special moment for World Peace."

Finally, North Korea announced over the weekend that it would be holding a ceremony later

this month to destroy its nuclear testing site.

A statement from the country's foreign minister promised that "all of the tunnels at the

country's northeastern testing ground will be destroyed by explosion, and observation

and research facilities and ground-based guard units will also be removed," ABC News reported.

President Donald Trump praised the decision, calling it a "very smart and gracious gesture."

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo told CBS News' "Face the Nation" on Friday that the United

States will come along side North Korea if they fulfill their pledge to denuclearize.

"If North Korea takes bold action to quickly denuclearize, the United States is prepared

to work with North Korea to achieve prosperity on the par with our South Korean friends."

The story surrounding North Korea's announcement to cancel one or more of the upcoming summits

is still developing.

JUST IN Trump Goes Rogue – Makes Huge Announcement About Jeff Sessions

President Donald Trump took to Twitter on Friday to deny rumors that he is planning

to fire Attorney General Jeff Sessions and replace him with Environmental Protection

Agency Administrator Scott Pruitt.

"Do you believe that the Fake News Media is pushing hard on a story that I am going

to replace A.G. Jeff Sessions with EPA Chief Scott Pruitt, who is doing a great job but

is TOTALLY under siege?" wrote Trump, according to The Daily Beast.

"Do people really believe this stuff?

So much of the media is dishonest and corrupt!"

This came days after CNN claimed that Trump "had floated" replacing Sessions with

Pruitt, and was protecting him because he saw Pruitt as "his fill-in for Sessions."

There has been tensions between Trump and Sessions ever since the latter recused himself

from the investigation into alleged Russian interference in the 2016 election.

Trump slammed Sessions for this publicly last year.

"Sessions should have never recused himself, and if he was going to recuse himself, he

should have told me before he took the job, and I would have picked somebody else,"

Trump said last summer.

Despite the problems this move has caused with the president, Sessions has stood by

what he did.

"I think that's what I had to do," Sessions said.

"I don't think that it would be good for the president for — for Attorney General

Sessions to leave," former White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus said.

"But I also think the president has made up his mind in regard to how he feels about

the recusal."

"He feels like that was a — the first sin, the original sin, and he feels slighted

by it," Priebus continued.

"He doesn't like it, and he's not going to let it go.

Do you think it's time for Trump to fire Sessions?

Here's Who Is About To Be Booted From Trump's Cabinet - Duration: 10:47.

Here's Who Is About To Be Booted From Trump's Cabinet

After just one year in office, Donald Trump has already fired numerous members of his

administration.

Now, the latest people to be on his chopping block have been revealed.

The Los Angeles Times reported that one person who may be in danger is Trump's Secretary

of Education Betsy DeVos, who has been met with protests and ridicule since she was appointed.

She was particularly mocked for a recent "60 Minutes" interview in which she gave vague

answers on school choice, sexual assault on college campuses and other issues.

Steve Schmidt, a longtime Republican strategist, described the interview as "bad."

"She humiliated herself and the administration," he said.

"That's what Trump hates most — humiliation.

But, for now, she remains."

Another person who could be in danger is Trump's chief of staff John Kelly.

Insiders say Trump has turned on Kelly and that the president has complained the management

structure in the West Wing doesn't suit the freewheeling style he employed as a businessman.

Kelly also recently made negative headlines when he acknowledged he mishandled accusations

of domestic abuse that were made by ex-wives of Rob Porter, who resigned in February from

his job as White House staff secretary.

Trump's Secretary of Treasury Steven T. Mnuchin is also on the chopping block, as

he has been making the news for all the wrong reasons.

Back in August, he took a military jet from New York to Washington, saying he needed a

secure phone line in a trip that cost $25,000.

He also received criticism for flying on a government plane to Kentucky, where he viewed

the solar eclipse with his wife.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions has been on the chopping block ever since Trump slammed

him for recusing himself from the Russia inquiry last year.

"So why aren't the Committees and investigators, and of course our beleaguered A.G., looking

into Crooked Hillarys crimes & Russia relations?" Trump tweeted last summer.

Schmidt said that at some point, the humiliation "may just be too much to overcome" and

that Sessions "might leave on his own … you would think that might have happened months

ago."

Who do you think the next person to be fired from Trump's White House will be?

Trump's Largest Immigration Raid Just Took Place On - Duration: 13:37.

Trump's Largest Immigration Raid Just Took Place On One Business After What They Were

Caught Doing To Americans

Liberals can say what they will about President Trump, but no one can say he isn't keeping

his campaign promises.

On Thursday, 97 people were taken into custody during the Trump Administration's latest

effort at enforcing the rule of law and keeping our nation's sovereignty.

Tammy Spicer, who is a spokesperson for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement confirmed

that an immigration raid which took place in the Southern Provision meat processing

plant at Bean Station in Tennessee ended with 86 people detained for being in our nation

illegally.

Plus 11 others were arrested on criminal charges.

Spicer then went on to add that 10 of the people who were arrested were based on federal

criminal charges and one other was arrested on a state charge.

32 were released although 54 others were placed in detention.

This came just months after the President ordered a nationwide raid on 7-11 stores which

netted 21 people.

This is, in fact, the largest workplace raid since the George W. Bush administration, and

is a step in the right direction when it comes to securing our national sovereignty after

years of neglect during the Obama administration when he would order raids to raise his deportation

numbers only to later release illegals after they were counted.

All this comes at a time when the President, along with the help of many border state governors

are actively sending the National Guard in order to stop a caravan of illegals from latin

America currently crossing Mexico in order to get to the U.S.

Although this trick worked during the lawless Obama years this time it won't and these

so-called "Dreamers" will not be let into the nation to become a drain on our society,

both financially and as low wage workers, who take jobs away from law abiding American

Citizens and legal residents.

Here is more information on President Trump's newly stepped up efforts to curb illegal immigration

via Fox News: President Trump zeroed in on illegal immigration and securing the border

this week, ramping up rhetoric and leading a push to shore up the border.

Reportedly reacting to backlash from conservatives over his handling of last month's omnibus

spending bill."We are sealing up our Southern Border," Trump tweeted Saturday.

"The people of our great country want Safety and Security.

The Dems have been a disaster on this very important issue!" Trump has appeared particularly

focused on illegal immigration this week, particularly over the caravan of more than

1,000 Central American migrants that was making its way toward the U.S. border.

Responding to initial reports that Mexican authorities were not initially stopping the

progress.

Trump threatened to tear up the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and also end

foreign aid to countries such as Honduras, from where many of the migrants originated.

He also called for tougher immigration laws.

"Our Border Laws are very weak while those of Mexico & Canada are very strong," he

tweeted Wednesday.

"Congress must change these Obama era, and other, laws NOW!" Trump has since praised

Mexican officials for breaking up the caravan.

But Axios reported Trump focused on immigration and border issues not only because of the

caravan.

The outlet described Trump as having "buyer's remorse" for signing the controversial $1.3

trillion omnibus spending bill — which Trump had criticized at the time for lacking enough

funding for the border wall.

While it provided $1.6 billion for border security, including for 100 miles of fencing,

the money largely was for replacement of existing structures and ruled out the prototypes Trump

recently viewed in California — a move that immigration hardliners saw as a defeat.

Trump briefly mulled vetoing the legislation before he signed it, complaining about the

lack of wall funding and also the lack of a legislative fix for the expiring Obama-era

Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, which gives protection to some illegal

immigrants brought to the U.S. as children.

Axios reported that the negative coverage Trump received for signing the budget-busting

bill from conservative commentators on news outlets, including Fox News, "freaked him

out."

Conservatives had slammed both GOP leaders and Trump for the bill.

Which they saw as funding liberal priortities without getting close to funding the approximately

$25 billion for the wall.

Axios reported Trump has been angry that immigration laws haven't been toughened.

Trump reportedly looked to use executive powers where possible and was looking to force action

before the end of September.

When government funding runs out.

This week Trump has backed away from his DACA push, tweeting that "DACA is dead because

the Democrats didn't care or act, and now everyone wants to get onto the DACA bandwagon…

No longer works."

Alfonso Aguilar, president of the Latino Partnership for Conservative Principles and the former

chief of the U.S. Office of Citizenship for President George W. Bush, says he supports

President Trump's plan to deploy the National Guard to the Mexican border to help restore

operational control.

He also announced that he wants to send the National Guard to the border until the wall

is built and proper security measures are in place.

On Friday he issued a memorandum directing his administration to end "catch-and-release,"

under which illegal immigrants caught at the border were released temporarily while their

cases were processed.

"The safety and security of the American people is the President's highest priority

and he will keep his promise to protect our country and to ensure that our laws are respected,"

White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said in a statement.

Other administration officials have followed Trump's lead, citing figures that showed

the number of illegal crossing attempts at the border soared 203 percent this past March

compared to March 2017.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced Friday the administration was implementing a "zero-tolerance"

policy for prosecuting those attempting to enter the U.S. illegally.

In a memo, Sessions had told U.S. attorneys along the border to adopt a policy of prosecuting

all referrals from DHS of illegal entry and attempted illegal entry into the U.S.

It came almost a year after Sessions issued a memo to federal prosecutors directing them

to prioritize certain immigration offenses.

JUSTICE DEPARTMENT ANNOUNCES 'ZERO-TOLERANCE' POLICY ON ILLEGAL BORDER CROSSINGS

Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen said this week that "we will not allow illegal

immigration levels to become the norm."

She continued, "More than 1,000 people a day, 300,000 a year violating our sovereignty

as a nation will never be acceptable to this

president."

Trump Stuns Washington DC – He's Firing Them ALL!

Ever since President Donald Trump took office, his White House has been plagued by an unprecedented

number of leaks.

Now, Trump has finally had enough of this nonsense and has decided to do something about

them.

Breitbart reported that Trump took to Twitter on Monday to respond to the latest leaks and

to send a brutal message to White House leakers.

"The so-called leaks coming out of the White House are a massive over-exaggeration put

out by the Fake News Media in order to make us look as bad as possible," Trump tweeted.

"With that being said, leakers are traitors and cowards, and we will find out who they

are!"

This was in response to the latest round of leaks, which stated that communications staffer

Kelly Sadler joked about Senator John McCain's impending death when the team faced opposition

from the ailing Arizona senator.

Top advisor Kellyanne Conway responded by giving an interview to Fox about the leaks.

"[I]f you work at the pleasure of the president, like we all do here, and you have the privilege

and the blessing of coming every day to work in this White House on behalf of the nation

that we all love then you want to be competent, you want to be loyal and you ought to be able

to reinforce the agenda that prevailed here," Conway said, adding that she expects personnel

changes at the White House as a result of the ongoing leaks.

We're glad to see that Trump is finally taking action to make sure that these ridiculous

leaks finally stop.

SHARE this story if you think Trump needs to plug these leaks once

and

for all!
