Trump news on Youtube Sep 28 2018

President Donald Trump directly attacked the ideologies of socialism and communism in remarks

to the United Nations, saying they produce "suffering, corruption, and decay."

Trump addressed the global body Tuesday morning in New York City.

"Currently, we are witnessing a human tragedy, as an example, in Venezuela," Trump said.

"More than 2 million people have fled to the English inflicted by the socialist regime,

and its Cuban sponsors," Trump said, "Not long ago, Venezuela was one of the richest

countries on earth.

Today, socialism has bankrupted the oil-rich nation and driven its people into abject poverty."

Venezuela is experiencing sky-high inflation, starvation and political violence.

Trump continued, "Virtually everywhere, socialism or communism has been tried, it

has produced suffering, corruption, and decay."

"All nations of the world should resist socialism and the misery that it brings to

everyone," Trump concluded, "In that spirit, we ask the nations gathered here to join us

in calling for the restoration of democracy in Venezuela.

Today we are announcing additional sanctions against the repressive regime, targeting the

inner circle and close advisors.

We are grateful for all of the work the United Nations does around the world to help the

people build better lives for themselves and their families."

Trump Announces Major Change To Welfare, Gives Billions Back To Taxpayers - Duration: 7:21.

President Donald Trump is continuing to fight the importation and permanent resettlement

of welfare-dependent foreign nationals within the borders of the United States.

His plan to stop them from turning into public charges supported by the American taxpayers

may significantly shift where legal immigrants to the country derive from.

The proposal states: "Self-sufficiency has been a basic principle of United States immigration

law since this country's earliest immigration statutes."

It remains United States policy that "the availability of public benefits does not constitute

an incentive for immigration to the United States."

Breitbart News reports: "Currently, there is an estimated record

high of 44.5 million foreign-born residents living in the U.S.

This is nearly quadruple the immigrant population in 2000.

The vast majority of those arriving in the country every year — more than 1.5 million

annually — are low-skilled, poor or working class foreign nationals.

About one in eight new arrivals are from Mexico, a country stricken by poverty and crime.

Poor and crime-ridden regions of the world like the Caribbean, the Middle East, Central

America, Sub-Saharan Africa, and South America have all increasingly made up a larger share

of legal immigration to the U.S. in recent years.'"

The Trump administration is now planning to move forward with regulatory changes that

could make it significantly harder for hundreds of thousands of foreign nationals currently

residing within the borders of America ineligible for green cards if they use any one of a wide

array of taxpayer-funded public assistance programs.

The government has traditionally considered someone who relies on government cash assistance

for more than half of their income a public charge.

Those who oppose benefits for non-citizens argue that restricting their access to taxpayer-funded

public assistance programs has been a principle of American domestic policy since colonial

times.

The federal law, established in 1882 and strengthened in the early twentieth century, was that immigration

officials should refuse entry to any non-citizen who appeared likely to become a "public

charge" and could and should deport those who did.

The draft regulation proposes to expand the definition of "public charge" to include

users of many non-cash aid programs such as food assistance and Section 8 housing vouchers.

The 447-page rule, titled: "Inadmissibility on Public Charge Grounds," will not apply

to families making less than 15 percent of the official poverty designation, however.

The Daily Caller reports: "The change restores the definition of public

charge to its original meaning under a federal law that aims to block the admission of immigrants

likely to become a drain on public resources, according to Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen

Nielsen.

"Under long-standing federal law, those seeking to immigrate to the United States

must show they can support themselves financially," Nielsen said in a statement.

"The department takes seriously its responsibility to be transparent in its rulemaking and is

welcoming public comment on the proposed rule.

This proposed rule will implement a law passed by Congress intended to promote immigrant

self-sufficiency and protect finite resources by ensuring that they are not likely to become

burdens on American taxpayers."

"Under the current interpretation of immigration law, non-immigrant visa holders who receive

cash welfare payments are considered a public charge and are generally ineligible to adjust

to permanent resident status.

The same standard applies overseas — any potential immigrant who is likely to need

cash assistance from the government is inadmissible.

"If the proposed regulation takes effect, immigration officers would also factor in

the use of several non-cash assistance programs when making public burden determinations.

Current and past use of the programs above a certain threshold would be "heavily weighed

negative factor" with respect to green card adjudications, according to DHS.

"In a statement released Saturday night, DHS identified several cash and non-cash programs

included in the expanded public charge definition: "The public benefits proposed to be designated

in this rule are federal, state, local, or tribal cash assistance for income maintenance,

Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Medicaid

(with limited exceptions for Medicaid benefits paid for an "emergency medical condition,"

and for certain disability services related to education), Medicare Part D Low Income

Subsidy, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, or

food stamps), institutionalization "T

U.S. likely to make deal with North Korea, but no rush for timeline on denuclearization: Trump - Duration: 2:08.

President Trump says the U.S. might make a deal soon for North Korea to denuclearize.

He was speaking at a rare press conference on Wednesday in New York after attending the

UN General Assembly.

But he said he doesn't see the need for a timeline as long as the regime isn't testing

it nuclear weapons.

Oh Soo-young reports.

The United States is making "positive progress" on striking a deal with North Korea on denuclearization,...

but isn't rushing to specify a timeline just yet.

This according to U.S. President Donald Trump on Wednesday,... after attending a gathering

of world leaders at the UN General Assembly.

Addressing criticism he failed to secure a timeline on denuclearization or concrete pledges

from the North,... Trump said there had been substantial follow-up action after his June

12th summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

He said "many things are happening behind the scenes, away from the media," noting U.S.

officials have been holding secret meetings with the North.

Such progress, he said, is likely to produce "good news" in the "coming months and years."

The president also praised North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, as a man he knows and likes,...

expressing confidence Kim also wants a deal to secure peace and prosperity for his regime.

At a press conference later in the day,...

President Trump reiterated he isn't in a hurry to specify a timeline on denuclearizing North

Korea,... saying he has all the time in the world.

"Steve.

I don't wanna get into the time game.

You know why?

I told Mike Pompeo, I said, Mike, don't get into the time.

They're taking down plants, they're taking down a lot of different testing areas.

They're going to take down some more, you'll be hearing about that very soon.

I don't want to get ahead of myself, but you'll be hearing about that soon."

He also insisted he hadn't "given Kim Jong-un anything" amid criticism their Singapore summit

had seen few concessions from North Korea.

President Trump said "until denuclearization occurs," international sanctions on the North

must remain intact,... including those on ship-to-ship transfers which he previously

said are being breached by certain nations.

JUST IN: President Trump Just Urged Every American To Start Praying Now - Duration: 5:56.

As the Democrats continue to play a disgusting con-game in their efforts to destroy an innocent

man and his family President Donald Trump has suggested people do what the left in this

country despises most of all.

In an effort to once again defend his nominee for the United States Supreme Court the president

has taken to Twitter to suggest that people do what's inexcusable in the liberal playbook.

To actually pray for Brett Kavanaugh and his family at this time when the left is showing

more than ever what their true colors really are.

The Democrats are playing a high level CON GAME in their vicious effort to destroy a

fine person.

It is called the politics of destruction.

Behind the scene the Dems are laughing.

Pray for Brett Kavanaugh and his family!

Pray for Brett Kavanaugh and his family!" Trump wrote on Twitter, denouncing Democrats

for trying to destroy Kavanaugh.

As reported on The Gateway Pundit the following is a transcript by pool reporter Nancy Cook

with Politico of a recent question and answer session with the president.

He said the following: "I think he is just a wonderful human being.

I think it is horrible what the Democrats have done.

It is a con game, they are really con artists.

They are trying to convince they do not bite, they do not believe it themselves They know

he is a high-quality person, they do not believe it, it is just resist and obstruct.

They are playing a con game, and they are playing it very well, much better than Republicans.

"They are lousy politicians, they have lousy policy, they do not know what the hell they

are doing.

They want to get rid of ICE, they want to get rid of law enforcement, they do not want

to take care of our military, they want to raise your taxes, but they are good at one

thing.

That is obstruction and con [Trump's voice starts to sound angry here].

He is one of the highest quality people.

He said when he was focused on being No. 1 in his class at Yale, to me, that was so believable.

I understand college very well, being number 1 in your class, I understand a lot of things.

When he said that, I understood exactly.

He was so truthful.

But for the Democrats to be trying to make him into something–lets be nice about it:

Something he is not.

"This is not his footing, he's never been here before.

He's never had any charges like this, charges come up from 36 years ago that are totally

unsubstantiated.

I mean, you, as a president of a great country, Columbia, I mean how is this possible 36 years

ago?…and now a new charge comes up and she says it may not be him and there are gaps.

And she was totally inebriated and all messed up, and she does not know.

It might have been him, or it might have been him.

Gee, let's not make him a Supreme Court judge.

"This is a con game being played by the Democrats.

These are the same lawyers who have been fighting for years.

It is a shame you can do this to a person's life.

I will tell you: Maybe even more important, who is going to want to go before the system

to be a Supreme Court judge or even a politician?

"I can tell you that false accusations of all type are made against a lot of people.

This is a high-quality person, and it would be a horrible insult to our country if this

does not happen.

And it will be a horrible, horrible thing for future political people.

It cannot be allowed to happen.

And the Democrats are playing a con game, C-O-N.

"Q: Should the second accuser be allowed to testify?

"Trump: The second accuser does not even know, she thinks maybe it could have been

him, maybe not.

Admits she was drunk.

She admits time lapses, this is a person, and this is a series of statements that is

going to take one of the most talented intellects from a judicial standpoint in our country

keep him off the U.S. Supreme Court?

"He has the chance to be one of the greatest justices in the United States Supreme Court.

What a shame.

His wife is devastated, his children are devastated.

I do not mean, "Oh gee, I am a little unhappy".

They are devastated.

And it is because of these Democrats."

If there is one thing this whole Kavanaugh saga has taught us it is that the left has

no scruples whatsoever and let us hope and pray their own side sees this.

And let's also hope that out of this comes a renewed vigor by the right to go out and

vote since we know all

Confirmed: Trump Admin LIED About Their Family Separation Policies - Duration: 3:55.

In a story that should come as a surprise to nobody who has been paying attention to

this administration since day one, it turns out the Trump administration has lied to us

once again.

According to the administration, specifically Homeland Security Secretary, Kirstjen Nielsen,

there was never a policy within the Trump administration to separate migrant children

from their parents when they crossed the border.

Back in June, actually on June 17th, Nielsen actually said the following, she said, "We

do not have a policy of separating families at the border."

That is what she said.

Well as it turns out, again, absolutely lie.

Because documents have now been obtained via a Freedom of Information Act request by the

two groups, Open the Government and The Project on Government Oversight that actually show

that yes, 100% the Department of Homeland Security absolutely had a policy to separate

children from their parents at the border.

The documents obtained by these two groups actually include a memo sent to several departments,

including the Department of Homeland Security that laid out three possible options as to

what to do about immigration.

Option number three is the one that said, "Lets separate the parents form the children

at the border because we believe that is probably the strongest deterrent to keeping people

from coming over to the United States."

That is the one that Nielsen signed off on.

She said, "Yes!

Let's do it."

That memo is from April 23rd.

She gave the statement that we do not have that policy on June 17th.

So we know, without a doubt, that not only did they have the policy, but Nielsen knew

about it, and Nielsen approved it.

This entire administration is packed with liars.

Not to mention the fact, I believe it was about a week ago, we had members of ICE and

customs come and testify before the Senate where they were asked about studies that showed

how horrible the negative psychological effects that this family separation policy had on

children.

They denied knowing about it, even though it was actually present within the Trump administration.

So they knew that it was going to screw up children, they knew that they enacted this

policy, and yet to this day continue to lie about it.

Because even during the hearing last week they said, "We do not have a family separation

policy and we do not detain people indefinitely."

Literally the next day it was revealed that Jeff Sessions filed a new law to ignore the

Flores settlement that says you can't detain children more than 20 days, and he says, "We

want to detain them indefinitely, and deny bond for asylum seekers so we that we can

also detain them indefinitely."

Literally everything anyone from the Trump administration has tried to say publicly about

the family separation policy, or immigration in general, has been a complete lie.

They cannot be trusted, and they should not be trusted, because we can verify at this

point that everything they've told us, all of the policy changes that they've discussed

publicly have been an absolutely lie.

And now, we know that their own internal documents contradict their stories.

There needs to be hearings on this.

There needs to be more hearings.

There needs to public hearing, and we need to get answers from these high ranking officials

in the Trump administration to find out why they, much like the president, are so bad

at telling the truth.

Crazed Trump Unloaded On His Aides "You're Stealing My Money!" - Duration: 5:12.

In case you were wondering, or maybe you needed a little bit more evidence to show you that

the only thing that Donald Trump cares about in the world is money, then you need to pay

attention to this new story by Michael Lewis in The Guardian.

According to a story Lewis wrote, and this was actually told to him by Chris Christie,

who happened to be one of the people in charge of Donald Trump's transition team, the President

absolutely flew off the handle, screaming at his aides when they told him that he was

going to pay for his own transition team, but that he could do so out of a campaign

fund set up to pay for that.

Chris Christie told the President this back in April 2016. One of the times when Chris

Christie said, "Hey, if you win, you're going to have to pay for this, so we need to set

up the fund now, so we can raise money for it," blah, blah, blah, "Then you're all set,

so it doesn't have to come out of your pocket." President says, "Okay."

Then August, September 2016 rolls around, the fund has some money, everything's going

fine, Trump then wins the election in November. Then when they're trying to use that money,

according to Chris Christie who's part of the team to pay for the transition staff,

Trump flew off the handle. He absolutely lost his mind, began screaming at Chris Christie

and Steve Bannon, members of the transition team. He yelled at them that they were stealing

his money because they had to use that fund to pay for the transition, which they had

warned him about repeatedly and told him that's why that fund was ever set up. But Trump wouldn't

have it. He thought that was his fund money, that was his play money. He was going to put

that back in his bank account and get even richer. He even said, and there's some language

here, so be warned, and this is what Chris Christie told Michael Lewis, Trump said this:

"F*** the law. I don't give a f*** about the law. I want my f***ing money." Now, that was

obviously in response to his transition team telling him, "You can't just keep this money.

This is political campaign money. You don't get to put it in your pocket. That's illegal."

Trump's response is "F*** the law."

Is this really the guy you want sitting in the White House, Republicans? Is this really

the kind of guy that you look up to? That you want your children looking up to? The

guy who claims he's all law and order Trump? We love police officers. We love border patrol.

We love our soldiers and everybody out there upholding the law. These lawbreakers, oh,

they're such bad people. A guy who says, "F*** the law. I want my f***ing money." That is

the exact quote that Chris Christie gave to Michael Lewis that Donald Trump said, because

when it comes to money, there is nothing above it for Donald Trump. Not the law, not the

United States, not his own family. Nothing.

The only thing this man cares about is getting more money. As this quote shows us, he doesn't

even care if he has to break the law in order to get it. Now, I hope not only that everybody

understands this story and how big of a picture it paints of how corrupt Donald Trump is,

but even more than that, I hope that Robert Mueller and everyone in that special prosecutor's

office happens to come across this article from The Guardian by Michael Lewis so that

they can further understand exactly the kind of criminal

that they're

dealing with.

Republican Women Abandon GOP Thanks To Trump And Kavanaugh - Duration: 4:09.

If there is any kind of positive outcome, which I know is weird to say, from all of

this Brett Kavanaugh drama that's been happening.

All the women who have come out and accused him of sexual assault, yet Republicans insisting

that he be nominated and confirmed for the U.S. Supreme Court in spite of his torrid

history.

The only good thing to come out of this is the fact that women, according to the latest

polls, are starting to see exactly what the Republican party is.

It's a party of white males by white males for white males.

That is why the latest rounds of polling show double digit decreases in the amount of support

that Republican women have for their own party.

With Brett Kavanaugh alone, in the last week, support for him fell by 18 points among Republican

women.

Support for Donald Trump among Republican women has fallen by 19 points in the last

week and a half.

We're almost at 20%, a 20% drop in support among Republican women.

Let's not forget that white women here in the United States voted, the majority of them,

for Donald Trump.

They thought he was a decent enough guy in spite of the Access Hollywood tape, in spite

of all the sexual misconduct allegations against him.

Maybe they thought at the time it was a one off thing, or maybe something he had done

earlier in his life and he's moved on.

He's not that kind of guy anymore.

But after a year and a half of watching this guy in office, watching him consistently side

with the accused without ever once giving accusers the benefit of the doubt and instead

attacking them, I think Republican women are starting to wake up and understand what this

man and his entire party are all about.

It is not a party that has any space whatsoever for women in the United States.

They don't care about your health.

They don't care about your bodies.

They only care about the parts they're allowed to regulated, and they certainly don't care

about consent.

I know there's still plenty of Republican women out there who are going to defend the

Republican party til death.

They have come out publicly and said, "Oh, even if Kavanaugh did this, all boys do this.

So it's okay."

They said that being groped by men isn't that big of a deal.

Girls should just get used to it.

So yeah, you're never going to change that psychotic mindset because that's what it is.

That is truly a psychosis among some of these Republican women.

But the ones out there who are still independent thinkers, the ones who understand that this

is not the way the country is supposed to work, these are not the words the president's

supposed to say, this is not the kind of behavior we should be seeing from our elected officials

or from someone who wants to be on the Supreme Court, they're waking up.

They're realizing that we can do better as a country.

We can do better for our daughters.

We can do better for our sons.

We sure as hell can demand better from the people that we send to Washington DC.

With only a few weeks to go before the midterms, this is a really, really bad time for the

Republican party to be losing 20% of their women.

But hopefully this isn't just a one off.

I'm hoping that this is a permanent seat change with some of these people because these women

need to understand because we've been watching it for decades now.

The Republican party, as it stands right now, is never going to care about women.

They're always going to think they're beneath them, and they're always going to rule in

a way that shows that.

The only way for you to keep your voice heard and your voice in a position where it matters

is to vote these old, aging white guys who hate women out of office.

But, luckily, you have a chance to do that in just a few weeks.
