Trump news on Youtube Jul 27 2018

this Fox News Alert new reaction to the Secretary of State on Capitol Hill after

the White House announced that another summit with Russian President Vladimir

Putin will be delayed until next year White House National Security Advisor

John Bolton saying quote the President believes that the next bilateral meeting

with President Putin should take place after the Russia witch hunt is over so

we've agreed that it will be after the first of the year

this as during a tense Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing yesterday

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo squared off with lawmakers over the president's

recent summit with Putin and the NATO summit watch this what is it that causes

the president purposely purposely create distrust in these institutions and what

we're doing right I just disagree with most of what you just said there you

somehow disconnect the administration's activities from the president's actions

they're there they're the one and the same mrs. president Trump's

administration make no mistake who's fully in charge of this and who was

directing each of these activities that has caused vitam reporting to be in a

very difficult place today I noticed that you are not responding to what I'm

saying I think I think I responded to everything that you a senator hits the

president's public statements that create concern amongst senators on both

sides of the aisle the ranking Democrat on the committee Senator Bob Menendez

also clashing with Pompeo when he had a chance did he confront Putin and say we

don't recognize your annexation of Crimea the president was very clear with

Vladimir Putin about u.s. position and he told you that senator I'm telling you

what he had a conversation with Vladimir Putin about and I'm telling you what US

policy is today I understand senator I understand the game that you're playing

no no you know mr. secretary that all due respect I don't appreciate you

characterizing my questions senator presidents are permitted to have

conversations with their cabinet members that aren't repeated in public Pompeyo

also defending the president's recent summit with North Korean leader Kim

jong-un amid new signs of progress today as the regime is reportedly preparing to

return the remains of US servicemen killed in the Korean War as early as

Friday Lisa given that note I watched part of

that hearing yesterday and thought to myself

lord have mercy doesn't this man have more to do with his time than sit in

front of these lawmakers and it's a waste of our time as well it's got to be

painful to sit in front of the committee and take some of those questions but I

actually thought he did a really phenomenal job and what I think he did

that was so important is reiterating the fact that this president has been very

tough on Russia and much tougher than the previous administration and Senator

Marco Rubio who's been a critic of President Trump on foreign policy issues

admitted as much he even said at the committee yesterday that president

Trump's been tougher than any other president at by the air since the end of

the Cold War so I think that was important for a Pompeo to point that out

I also thought there was an interesting exchange with senator jeanne Shaheen

because she was basically very complimentary of what they're doing in

Syria right now and Mike Pompeo response was oh so you like what this

administration is doing those are the policies of this administration so I

thought he was great for reiterating and making it more clear what this

administration has been doing all the harshest critic yesterday was the

Republican chair of the committee and you just played the tape of senator bob

Corker asking very profound questions that go on both sides of the aisle

the president says things that causes chaos and the president doesn't tell the

people around him what's going on Director of National Intelligence dan

coates has to find out in Aspen Colorado in front of a bunch of lefties that he's

trying to persuade the Vladimir Putin is coming to the White House the president

didn't tell Mike Pompeo would he presumably didn't what he and President

Putin even spoke about it these are things that drive senators crazy but let

me stop you there I'm gonna channel my best Melissa Francis and say it's the

walk not the talk and the walk is that Mike Pompeo said

u.s. doesn't recognize Russia's & Xing of Crimea sanctions won't be relieved

until Russia leaves Crimea our approach has been the same to steadily raise the

cost of aggression and tilt Putin chooses a less confrontational thing to

do and there could be additional targeted sanctions that would prove it

but the problem the problem is and I hear you on the walk and I hear you on

the talk but prior to the Secretary of State saying that I think the American

people regardless of their party were very confused the president said and I

quote Crimea is Russian the president says that he didn't see any reason why

Russia was responsible for hacking the elections in 2016

on one day on another day he says something else which is very confusing

to the American people and confusing as to where does his loyalty lie if you're

attacking our intelligence agencies but you're applauding a guy who lives on a

soccer ball with a transmitter in it but a Harris where I grew up we say money

talks and walks sanctions are money sanctions are hitting them where it

hurts sanctions that we put in place earlier this year were on Putin's

cronies and their brushes place in the world is really what's key here and and

you talked about Shaheen she was on with me yesterday on overtime this senator

and also the Republican senator Barrasso and they were talking about what they

would be asking in that Foreign Relations Committee hearing and I heard

a lot of sameness I heard a lot around the issue of not just what went on in

the last summit but how is the next summit going to be different now I

pressed should there be more people in the room this was before we learned that

it won't be happening it doesn't matter when it happens whether it was going to

be you know in the fall or it's gonna be at the first of next year whenever it is

is there going to be a relook at who sits in the room and how they do it

secretary Pompeo one second judge said Secretary Pompeo was the right person to

take those questions yesterday I think both sides of the political aisle were

tough bob menendez you saw him you saw a lot of tough questions that actually

need to be asked at this point but I would say this Pompeyo is the man who

made North Korea happened in terms of getting

everybody to the table remember he met with their top spy chief just ahead of

being nominated as the secretary of state gotta say that that's a defense of

secretary prepare no Secretary of State enjoys sitting there and being badgered

about what did the president tell you and what did you tell the president

so his non answers are really what he's there to do to preserve the

confidentiality of his communications with the president I want to raise one

issue so there is not going to be a summit between President Trump and Putin

until the beginning of the new year that has to be a relief for any

Republican running for election or re-election come November that's but

let's focus on the economy and to that aspect security that ask the security

forum that you were talking about we know that at least three congressional

candidates had that there have been attempted hacks by Russia on them so you

wait to see what happened you because of Microsoft you wait to see what happens

at your point so it isn't just a politics we have to that if we've gotten

a right to protect our elections against a member but another thing Pompeyo made

clear yesterday too is because people were complimentary of some of the

actions guess what that's President Trump who do you think is president the

United States right now president trucks were the decision-making on Russia and

the actions of this administration reflect him because he is the president

the United States so I thought it was good that that was reiterated yesterday

as well and the American people saw Mike Pompey and said Trump's lucky to have

him as Secretary of State at this point there you go it's deadline day for the

Trump administration as it works to reunite thousands of migrant children

separated from their fair share parents their families this as tempers

reportedly flared during a closed-door meeting between Kirsten Neilson and

Democrats the details ahead

we understand that the president and the next short little while will be at the

Community College in Iowa this northeast college there we're waiting him to take

the lectern and he is going to be touring the campus first and then the

roundtable discussion on Workforce Development what you see in the center

of the stage so he'll tour the campus and then that event up on the dais

actually there's not electron this comes one day after agreed with the president

of the European Union for both sides to pull back from a trade war here's the

president yesterday we agreed today first of all to work together toward

zero tariffs zero non-tariff barriers and zero subsidies on non auto

industrial goods thank you and the European Union is going to start almost

immediately to buy a lot of soybeans they're a tremendous market buy a lot of

soybeans from our farmers meanwhile Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross is

defending the administration's trade tactics saying the White House is

working to reverse some very old policies that are no longer relevant

took us since World War two to get to the current unfortunate trade deficit

right after World War two American public policy was rebuild Europe rebuild

Asia those were good then but should have

been time limited so it's a lot of history that we have to deal with what

we now need is to lower the barriers that they were permitted to erect

relative to us you know I want to start off and maybe not get too deep into the

numbers here but just kind of a baseline and then talk politics we can always

come back to the numbers that's the base of the morning to me

sometimes we'll kind of get there she's the queen of numbers should we have been

surprised at all about the EU situation considering when the President and the

European Union president came out first Yunker Younker said you know we see some

ground here where we can come together I'm paraphrasing but it sounded positive

before the deal was even made the fact that jean-claude juncker went to the

White House in the first place was a was a sign that there was going something

positive was going to come this was a de-escalation of trade tensions with

Europe it was a tariff truce if you will one of the most important things it

looks like right now we've pulled away from the idea that we're gonna slap

tariffs on automobile imports into the United States from Europe even bigger

picture if China's the real enemy the the country that steals our intellectual

property and they forced the surrender of Technology on America and they cheat

around the globe we can now potentially lock arms with Europe lock arms with our

allies and take on China one by one the steel and aluminum tariffs are still

doing great damage to small US manufacturers even big companies are

getting hit by these chariots GM Ford coca-cola is even gonna race far sooner

positive the the farmers because of the retaliation from China they also agreed

Europe bid to buy more soybeans and to buy more liquefied natural gas that was

good news so I don't I don't want to act like you just described the president's

base in the Rust Belt and the Corn Belt and he cannot afford to antagonize them

by making their businesses less profitable and their household expenses

more costly 30 hopes to a House of Representatives of Wisconsin a whole lot

of dairy farmers there is said to me yesterday on the air that yet you cannot

alienate those Trump supporters because they hinged on the very issue of jobs

right so if you if you kill what their livelihood is bill hands right back and

become more independent potentially end up in Leslie Marshalls camp if they can

get out of socialism we'll have to see if that can work you know what I find

interesting about this - the Democrats want the tariffs because

it will bring them votes no the Democrats the Democrats have wanted

tariffs quite frankly for years I mean if you listen to the Union messages and

Democrats are very Pro Union they have been screaming for over a decade we have

been in a trade war for over a decade we have had a deficit a trade deficit which

does not benefit the United States I agree with you with regarding China

they're our number-one enemy if you will with regard to trade and I think that we

need this power with the EU in both sides benefited yesterday because the

United States needs the Democrats were interesting on this because they were

kind of letting the Republicans battle it out in those states where the

president has such a wide base real quickly let's get to some breaking news

if we can I told you that the president is on the ground at Northeast Iowa

Community College in P hasta and now he is getting his tour on that Community

College today is a day about the American worker this follows his

executive order in recent days establishing a president's National

Council on the American workforce and the American worker policy advisory

board that he has set up he will tour this advanced manufacturing laboratory

at this community college and it includes a demonstration are we gonna

get to see the robotics on camera I don't know how fast the store goes and

we don't have a whole lot of audio can we dip in I'm not sure if we can but

gosh when they get to the robots that's always the exciting part and then after

that is the part that we all want to watch for this president will talk about

the economy and his vision for American workers we won't miss a beat let's take

a quick commercial and come back you stay without number

Trump Finds Obama's Secret MOLE in White House – Identity Rocks DC - Duration: 12:50.

Trump Finds Obama's Secret MOLE in White House – Identity Rocks DC

Attorney General Jeff Sessions just made a huge move to help President Donald Trump on

Thursday night when senior Justice Department officials announced criminal charges against

Senate Intelligence Committee's long-time director of security James Wolfe.

Breitbart reported that in the indictment, Wolfe is accused of making false statements

to the FBI.

The indictment claims that Wolfe passed classified information to a series of media outlets,

confirming long-standing suspicions of the career intelligence community's complicity

in leaks.

Wolfe has been charged with three separate instances of making false statements to the

FBI in the indictment, which appears to detail how he did allegedly leaked classified information

to reporters and then allegedly lied about it to the FBI.

The indictment does not name who the classified documents were leaked to, identifying them

as "Reporter #1," "Reporter #2," "Reporter #3," and "Reporter #4" as well as "MALE-1"

respectively.

However, it is believed that "MALE-1" is ex-Trump aide Carter Page, and "Reporter

#2" is then-Buzzfeed News now New York Times reporter Ali Watkins.

It has been reported that Watkins and Wolfe were "in a romantic relationship" at the

time Wolfe leaked the Carter Page documents.

The indictment includes text messages that reveal that not only was Wolfe willing to

leak to Watkins, he had a strong personal connection to her as well.

"I always tried to give you as much information that I could and to do the right thing with

it so you could get that scoop before anyone else . . . . I always enjoyed the way that

you would pursue a story, like nobody else was doing in my hal1way," read one text

from Wolfe to Watkins.

"I felt like I was part of your excitement and was always very supportive of your career

and the tenacity that you exhibited to chase down a good story."

Back in November, Sessions testified that the Justice Department had numerous ongoing

leaks investigations, including presumably this one.

"Members of the committee, we had about nine open investigations of classified leaks

in the last three years," Sessions testified to a House committee.

"We have 27 investigations open today.

We intend to get to the bottom of these leaks."

Logan Paul and Donald Trump: The Society of Spectacle - Duration: 14:05.

Hi everyone! Today's video is gonna be a little bit different than the usual

stuff, because it's not going to be about TV series but it's going to be about pop

culture. The more I watch YouTube and mainstream content on YouTube and the

more I find it interesting in terms of how it is packaged and consumed by all

of us really. So today I will mix YouTube with politics and philosophy.

So the whole concept of this video started when I watched Tana Mongeau's - I think that's how

you pronounce it - I should check that, hold on

Let's so let's go back. The whole concept of the video started off when I watched

Tana Mongeau's video about VidCon the very lengthy one, the rant about VidCon

so way before this all Tanacon thing started and in that video she basically

redirected people to a Logan Paul's video that she used as a sort of way to

validate her points about security at VidCon. So I went and watched Logan

Paul's video because I thought it was odd that he experienced the same kind of

treatment if you wish since he's so influential and I remember he was

featured heavily in the YouTube rewind in 2017, and I was appalled by how much he

turned his experience into an entertainment product.

He claimed that he had no idea that his presence would cause such havoc which I

have a hard time believing because despite the recurrent mockery around the

Paul's brothers in that they are not particularly smart, I do recognize in them

a business cleverness - I'm not talking about their content whether you like their

content or not - I'm talking about the fact that they obviously created an

image, maintained that image and managed to insert themselves into a popular

narrative - so that to be so blindly unaware of the consequences of his

presence I found it hard to believe. But even if were the case simply

apologizing at the end of the video yet editing it in a way which makes it so

grand, makes me feel like he actually didn't care at all about what was

happening. Which is incredibly similar to the whole issue of his other video about

the suicide forest in Japan. The problem at least for me mainly wasn't

that he found a dead person, the problem is that how we handled that in

post-production and how he packaged that video to appeal to the audience.

In that specific situation his fans or any other casual passerby could have been seriously hurt

by the stunt that he pulled and obviously VidCon freaked out because of it and

security wasn't expecting that type of situation so they didn't exactly know

how to respond at first. And you know if that would have happened, we all could

have easily jump into the bandwagon of you know this company doesn't make it

safe for their attendees to celebrate the event. Yet all I could see in the

comments for the videos are people feeling sorry for Logan and for the fact

that it was mistreated by security. Now it's not news that we have learnt to

vent about every single thing, even very personal ones online especially on

YouTube. Some youtubers make this their branding

really and I don't think there is anything wrong with that per se. However

there is a stark difference a level up if you wish or several levels up into

that current methodology and instead the current mainstream methods of

transforming and packaging our experiences in such an alluring way.

Basically we're all the count being easily fooled into the spectacular

spectacular packaged form of reality entertainment.

How we approach personal problems and how we externalize them instead of internalize them nowadays it has

become such a form of entertainment that it's astonishing if you think about

it. Everything is expected to be turned into a sensationalized shared feeling. A

few months ago I had a death in the family and my reaction was to get some

time alone and trying to process everything that was happening. Cut to a

few weeks later and a few friends they were shocked that I didn't

share that on social media and I was shocked that they were expecting me to.

I'm sorry this is not a fucking press release this is my grief we're talking

about. And this is where Guy Debord and his Society of Spectacle come into

focus. Debord has said that

Basically the spectacle is a modern form of existence based on a

self-portrait of power and an interrupted monologue about and within

itself. The real world is replaced by a series of images which succeed at

making themselves regarded as the epitome of reality. As Shortino and

Wright point out

Although many commentators tend to relate the Society of Spectacle strictly to mass media and

or advertising, Debord as stated how important is the system of social relations.

According to this society having is important, but appearing to have is paramount.

It's not surprising then that Debord's theory strongly relates to capitalism and how the problems that

capitalist societies have aimed to solve - namely scarcity of resources - are now

solved yet we still believe in faulty needs of appropriation continuing to

fuel societal relations which have become obsolete.

The spectacle then is why we don't challenge this status quo. So how does Trump fit into

this argument and why have a placed him alongside Logan Paul into this? Well,

politics have become a form of entertainment in the successful attempt

to keep people interested.

In this environment of continuous distraction which is the most successful candidate

in Love Island? I meant in the run for presidency? Arguably former reality star

Donald Trump is a much more entertaining character than the so-called robotic

Hillary Clinton.

True or false becomes irrelevant. Which is the most thrilling narrative? Trump's tweets

are an obvious performance of entertainment consumed by millions of

people and treated as political canon, although what he posts may be incorrect

impractical or downright deceitful. German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche

in 1883 considered the modern state as the new Idol, an annihilating system

producing lies. Similarly to Debord's statement of the spectacle being the

opium of the masses - something which in turn he obviously got from Marx -

Nietzsche also believed that social movements such as what we would classify

populism under nowadays, are rooted in the psychology of resentment. Trump and

his followers seem to be an ubiquitous representation of this. Similarly to the

effect fostered in the UK by the Brexit, Trump and similar leaders have managed

to exploit, articulate and mobilize this resentment packaging it as a gladiator

spectacle. We should go back to a state of higher awareness and consciousness

about the state of our current society and today many of people try to do that

through protests which have been and continue to be obviously extremely

important to make changes in our society yet fail into making a change of society.

Debord and the Situationists called this 'recuperation', the way in which the

system acknowledges the complaints of its rebels, yet preserving its

structural conditions. Instead in order to create a true transformation of

society and human consciousness, Debord developed the term 'detournement'

which can be translated from French as something like rerouting. This practice

is also quite often used in humor that tries to turn the spectacle into itself

and that's why it becomes highly subversive.

Generally, the concept aims at

appropriating an existing mediated popular idea and then repurposing it to

create and convey a message which is critical and or contrary to the original

message. For example a detournement is used when slogans and logos representative of

a capitalist society are turned against themselves to challenge the original

meaning. Detournement techniques have been used to convey so-called situationists

pranks, and were later implemented in the punk movement in the late 70s.

Detournement also requires a familiarity with the

pre-existing image that wishes to convert, that's why it needs to be a

popular idea. Believe it or not an example of detournement which

can be quite effective are memes. Not all memes obviously. If we simply convert an

image without associating an actual opposite meaning to it, then we're simply

still reproducing the same image all over again. However if we modify that

image so that we alter its message in a subversive way, then memes can be a quite

effective form of detournement. Memes can also be a strong form of

detournement because as humans we think in images and we subconsciously find

familiarity and comfort into images which were we have already learnt to

see. So to conclude I'm not saying that we should all embark into a catastrophic

revolution but we should definitely learn to at least recognize the spectacle

and try our best to disrupting it at least for our own personal development.

From a more capitalist standpoint I would like to borrow Thomas De Michele's words

when he says

From a more abstract standpoint we should try

to construct situations which are at their core authentic experiences, both

personally than communally.

MUELLER INVESTIGATION SHOULD END ,ONCE AND FOR ALL,TRUMP NEEDS TO FIRE HIM - Duration: 17:50.

MUELLER INVESTIGATION SHOULD END ,ONCE AND FOR ALL,TRUMP NEEDS TO FIRE HIM

Donald just let the cat out of the bag, and it's going to be the end of Mueller.

Some people wonder why Donald Trump hasn't fired Robert Mueller and ended his "Russian

probe."

There are several reasons.

But the biggest is that Trump has nothing to hide.

He did not collude with Russia and expects the probe to prove that beyond a shadow of

a doubt.

Most American will accept that as fact.

Not liberals.

These brain-dead maniacs will forever believe Trump is a Russian agent.

Beyond all fact or reason, they will hold to this lie till their dying breath.

All because the media told them so.

But we've known all along the probe is a witch hunt.

It was started by former FBI James Comey, a corrupt agent out for himself.

Even today he defies the president and openly attacks our country.

We might not have to live with this stupid probe for much longer, though.

New reports have come out proving it was a sham all along.

From Fox News:

President Trump claimed Monday that newly released Foreign Intelligence Surveillance

Act warrant files pertaining to former campaign aide Carter Page show the "Fake Dirty Dossier"

started Special Counsel Robert Mueller's Russia probe.

"So we now find out that it was indeed the unverified and Fake Dirty Dossier, that was

paid for by crooked Hillary Clinton and the DNC, that was knowingly & falsely submitted

to FISA and which was responsible for starting that totally conflicted and discredited Mueller

Witch Hunt!" Trump tweeted early Monday.

The president's tweet comes after a heavily redacted version of the FISA warrant application

to spy on Page was released by the FBI.

The documents pertain to the October 2016 application to the FISA court to wiretap Page,

which led to later renewals.

The application had previously been classified.

Hillary Clinton paid foreign agents—including sources in Russia—to produce a fake dossier

to frame Trump.

This is where the Russia probe lie came from.

Obama's corrupt DOJ used that unverified and obviously fake dossier to acquire a warrant

to spy on Trump's campaign.

The dossier was not factual and could not be verified.

It's not the kind of "evidence" that is used to acquire a warrant to monitor a

potential threat.

The Fourth Amendment protects U.S. citizens from unlawful monitoring by the government.

Obama's DOJ violated that amendment in order to take down Donald Trump.

It was a gross violation of our laws and democracy.

Somebody must be held accountable.

Now that we know the DOJ lied to acquire a FISA warrant—the basis of the Mueller witch

hunt—its high time this charade came to an end.

But it will only happen if the American people get the word out and keep the media from burying

this bombshell.

Trump Revealed A Deadline That Will Shut Mueller Down For Good - Duration: 12:06.

Trump Revealed A Deadline That Will Shut Mueller Down For Good

Special counsel Robert Mueller was caught by surprise.

Donald Trump made the announcement Mueller fears the most.

President Trump revealed the deadline that will shut Mueller down for good.

Trump made journalists in the fake news media heads spin when the administration announced

the President had instructed National Security Adviser John Bolton to invite Russian President

Vladimir Putin to the White House in the fall for a second summit.

Anti-Trump reporters thought they had beaten Trump into retreat with a solid week of fake

outrage and manufactured crisis surrounding Trump's answers in a press conference with

Putin.

Trump smartly realized anti-Trump reporters were trying to trick him into saying the 2016

election was illegitimate and that Hillary Clinton was the rightful winner and dodged

their gotcha questions about alleged Russian "meddling" in the election.

The media uses the word meddling so news consumers who have not been following every detail of

the story think Russia altered the vote totals and that the outcome is suspect.

Journalists immediately launched into an uproar over a second Trump-Putin summit.

But the White House had a surprise up their sleeves.

The administration released a statement saying the summit with Putin had been postponed until

2019 because that is when the Mueller probe will be over.

Bolton's statement read "The President believes that the next bilateral meeting with

President Putin should take place after the Russia witch hunt is over, so we've agreed

that it will be after the first of the year."

This statement came on the heels of Russian officials wanting more time for the summit.

Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov declared "there are other options [to meet] which our leaders

can look at."

"After the [Helsinki] summit you know what kind of atmosphere there is around its outcome,"

Ushakov continued, "I think it would be wise to let the dust settle and then we can

discuss all these questions in a business-like way.

But not now."

The two leaders are both set to attend the G20 summit in Argentina this November.

But what most intrigued political observers was the suggestion that the Mueller probe

will wrap up by the end of the year.

There is increasing pressure on Mueller to wind down his investigation and produce his

findings.

With the midterm elections rapidly approaching, Justice Department guidelines are going to

require Mueller to go dark.

And Mueller has already issued indictments against 25 Russian nationals and 3 internet

marketing companies for alleged election meddling and hacking email accounts belonging to Clinton

campaign chairman John Podesta and the Democratic National Committee.

Both of those indictments stated there were no Americans who committed criminal acts to

aid or abet the Russians.

Mueller's grand jury is still active as evidenced by the special counsel subpoenaing

Kristin Davis – the Madame who ran an escort service and who also worked for Trump aide

Roger Stone after she failed gubernatorial bid.

But observers believe the end is in sight for the Mueller probe.

We will keep you up to date on any new developments

in

the Mueller probe.

Donald Trump Made The One Announcement Obama Feared The Most - Duration: 12:06.

DONALD TRUMP JUST COLLAPSED GEORGE SOROS' EMPIRE – IT'S OVER

Earlier this month, liberal billionaire George Soros gave an interview in which he relentlessly

attacked President Donald Trump, saying that since he took office, "everything that could

go wrong, has gone wrong."

Now, this interview has already come back to bite Soros in a huge way.

Right Wing News reported that Soros admitted that he was not expecting Trump to win the

election, and was "apparently, living in my own bubble."

He went on to outrageously allege that the president is "willing to destroy the world,"

of course offering no specifics of what exactly Trump is out to destroy.

In the wake of this interview, Soros' own past has come back to haunt him, as people

are finally learning how monstrous he really is.

In the past, Soros has been accused of being a Nazi collaborator during the 30's and

trying to use his political power and wealth in order to overthrow entire governments and

economies.

A 1998 interview with him has just surfaced in which he admits that he did indeed conspire

with the Nazis:

60 Minutes: [You] went out, in fact, and helped in the confiscation of property from the Jews

Soros: Yes.

That's right.

Yes.

60 Minutes: I mean, that's — that sounds like an experience that would send lots of

people to the psychiatric couch for many, many years.

Was it difficult?

Soros: Not — not at all.

Not at all.

Maybe as a child you don't — you don't see the

connection.

But it was — it created no — no

problem at all.

60 Minutes: No feeling of guilt?

Soros: No.

And Soros expects us to believe that Trump is the monster!

Soros is just angry because he wasted billions of dollars

trying

to stop Trump, yet

he

was not able to take him down.

Trump's ICE Director Reveals Border Plan That Will 100% Of The Time - Duration: 17:50.

Trump's ICE Director Reveals Border Plan That Will 100% Of The Time

Donald's team unveils the one way to keep undocumented immigrants out for good, and

America's all ears.

In recent weeks, the Democratic Party has adopted a strategy that will surely end in

their demise.

Notable "leaders" in the party have called to abolish Immigration Customs Enforcement

or ICE.

You know, the one law enforcement agency that protects us from illegal aliens and drug cartels.

Good plan, liberals.

Yeah, you know what you're doing!

Already Democrats have abandoned that idea.

House Democrats who crafted a bill to abolish ICE proved their cowardice when Republicans

called for a vote.

Immediately those very same Democrats announced they'd vote no.

On their own bill.

Idiots.

Former ICE director has come out in support of the agency.

In an eye-opening interview, he revealed he one strategy for preventing illegal immigration

that works every time.

You'll never guess what it is.

From IJR:

Former Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) director Thomas Homan had some strong words

for those against building a wall along the southern border.

In an interview with Fox New's Neil Cavuto, Homan said, "Every place they've built

that wall, it worked."

Wow, you mean to tell me that a wall actually works at keeping things out of something!??

That's news to me.

Scratch that.

Everyone knows walls work.

The only idiots who don't are called Democrats.

Well, they actually do know that walls work.

They just don't want to stop MS-13 and criminal aliens from flooding our country.

Democrats would rather see America suffer the brutal consequences of the drug wars going

on in South America.

The vile gangs that murder children regularly seek entrance into the United States.

What do you think they do once here?

They don't open up lemonade stands!

It's insane to think that Democrats oppose any measure that keeps Americans safe.

But it's clear they are on the side of illegal immigrants, criminal aliens, murderers, and

rapists.

When election time rolls around, be sure to tell them what you think.

The only way we're getting the wall is by voting Democrats

out

of office.

Obama Had GDP Growth Higher Than The One Trump Is Celebrating On 4 Separate Occasions - Duration: 1:44.

Second quarter gdp growth is

impressive.

Now, there are several one-time

factors.

I want to take a look why

quarterly figures alone have to

be looked at in context.

It's much more complicated than

this.

I know some of you are going to

get angry I put such a short

description.

Basically the total value of

everything produced by everybody

and every company in the

country.

It's a big scorecard of the

country's economy.

Now we have seen high rates like

this before, in fact we've seen

higher quarterly growth rates.

It R during the

oh -- the annual gdp growth rate

never broke 3% under president

Obama.

I tend to like to look at this

one a little more.

Last time we saw that kind of

growth was during the bush

administration, 3.3%.

Back in 2005.

Right now, federal reserve

officials forecast gdp to be up

by 2.8% compared to last year,

for all of 2018.

Then to tail off to 2.4% in

and 2% in 2020.

I have seen numbers that are

higher estimates for this year

than 2.8%.

I'm going to call it 3 for

argument's sake.

That's probably a number you

should be thinking about.

Boost was fed in part by

spending from consumers and

businesses and a rush from

farmers getting their soy bean

exports into the global market

ahead of new tariffs.

For those of you asking if the

TRUMP DISCOVERS OBAMA'S MOLE – IDENTITY ROCKS THE NATION - Duration: 12:43.

TRUMP DISCOVERS OBAMA'S MOLE – IDENTITY ROCKS THE NATION

Holy guacamole!

Donald Trump and his campaign staff were not the only people Barack Obama's National

Security Agency were listening in on.

In fact, they were listening to thousands of celebrities and politicians, athletes and

business people, and they were listening to someone you know very very well.

YOURSELF!

They were listening to YOU!

By "listening" I meaning recording all your phone conversations.

It can also be called surveillance, taping, tapping, bugging or "WIRE TAPPING."

It is not only morally reprehensible, it is 100% "illegal!"

Even if it was legally, it would be absolutely wrong and inexcusable, but it is illegal.

Since it is illegal and Obama had full knowledge of what was going on, he should have to suffer

the consequences.

Barack Hussein Obama broke the law!

Barrack Hussein Obama should have to pay the price.

The Crooked Liberal Media will do everything in their power to hide the TRUTH.

Obama's NSA used a program called Stellar Wind.

According to Ex-NSA Employee Bill Binney, Obama's NSA was spying on every single American

by fundamentally copying the entire fiber network inside the United States, and collecting

all that data and storing it.

Stellar Wind has all your phone calls, texts, e-mails, and even credit card transactions.

THIS IS HUGE!

WE CANNOT LET THE MAINSTREAM MEDIA SWEEP THIS UNDER THE RUG!

Binney also stated that another NSA whistle blower has said that they are spying on members

of the Supreme Court, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, as well as Congress, both the House

and Senate.

Kimberly Strassel: Cohen says Trump knew of 2016 meeting with Russians - Duration: 8:48.

breaking tonight michael cohen president Trump's former attorney is claiming the

president knew in advance about that Trump Tower meeting back in June 2016 in

which Russians were supposedly going to offer campaign dirt on Hillary Clinton

that according to CNN of course in all their breathless coverage they seem to

be ignoring the important nugget quote to be clear these sources said Cohen

does not have evidence such as audio recordings to corroborate his claim but

he is willing to attest to his account here now to react former US attorney and

Fox News contributor Andy McCarthy and Wall Street Journal columnist Kim

Strasse welcome to both of you Andy let's start with you here boy it seems

like Michael Cohen's gotten very talkative wants a lot of stuff coming

out over the last few days what do you make of this latest claim well I think

it's a he's had a change in posture over the last number of weeks the retention

on Lanny Davis certainly was an indicator or that I think the big

problem he'll have if this is actually his version of events is apparently he

has talked about this before in Prior testimony and prior interviews and

evidently did not Koff this up I've always thought that if

Muller believed that Cohen was somehow the key to proving a collusion case

against Trump there's no way he lets that case walk to the Southern District

of New York so I'd be surprised if this links up to anything that's serious in

the way of collusion like an espionage conspiracy but look the Trump Tower

meeting is bad it's not collusion in the sense that they were that they opened

the investigation over but nobody no one is gonna look good at Andy as we talked

about this I think we've we'd forget Hillary Clinton paid for dirt yeah that

was assembled by the Russians and in the form of the steel dossier so she

actually went further than meeting with someone her people paid for it they got

dirt and then it ended up making its way all the way through the US government

Laura it's a big deal no well you don't look I don't think

that it's bad if campaigns are turning to foreign governments for dirt it's not

collusion it's not something that's impeachable it's icky but that's what

this is Kimberly let's go to you on this Rudy

Giuliani was on CNN as this came out and he had a comment about the well the

veracity of mr. Cohen let's watch there's nobody that I know that knows

him that hasn't warned me that if he's back he's up against the wall he'll pull

like crazy because he's alive all his life Wow war of words that seems like

we're probably only still calling to release more information well just the

kind of guy you want as a lawyer right but look I think the issue here is first

you got to decide whether or not you believe the CNN reporting and there has

been a lot of breathless reporting out there that has turned out not to be

correct then even if it is correct you have to decide if you believe mr. Cohen

now versus what as Andy said he might have said in the past and whether or not

there's any evidence which apparently there is not in which case this may come

down to a case of he said versus three other he said saying the opposite but I

mean what Andy said is true it kind of looks icky but I think the bigger point

here is is there a crime and it's obviously was not a crime for Trump jr.

to meet with this Russian national and find out what she had to talk about it's

also not a crime for mr. Trump to have had prior knowledge of it either mr.

Trump senior the president the question is is he ever under oath said that he

didn't know was he in any situation where he might be viewed as having lied

to federal law enforcement I'm not really sure that's the case so it's

another potentially bad headline if it's true but I'm not necessarily sure it's

any legal jeopardy and Andy this vasila it's a woman was was there to push the

Magnitsky act like she was trying to get him to push Congress on that Magnitsky

act because of Russian adoptions well I mean the whole thing was do with Hillary

so it was a big scam big play and they were all pleasant sounds like they were

all played and meeting jared was bored that I think he

got up and walked out or man affort walked out and so it was a big nothing

but if this is where they are now Andy I'm on this level and we're gonna get to

the Twitter issue in a moment what does this tell you about the state of the

Muller investigation it seems to me that the Muller investigation is winding down

to a conclusion that investigation or that indictment that they brought

recently against the twelve Russians who are actually intelligence officers I

don't think that's the kind of thing that you should indict but putting that

aside if you read the indictment and the logic of it it kind of excludes the

possibility that there could have been the kind of espionage conspiracy that

everybody was so whipped up about that caused the investigation to start in the

first place and led to Muller's appointment so if it is winding down I

sure hope it's winding down because it's like it ought to yeah this report out

today that Muller is looking through the president's tweets yeah well who thought

he wasn't I've been looking at them too cam if you've been looking at them I've

been looking at this for you guys because Preet Bharara of course former

US Attorney Southern District Preet Bharara was on CNN today with Wolf

Blitzer and they were all excited about this tweet story let's watch the tweets

that he sends late at night and early in the morning and often out of anger I

think goes some way to showing what his State of Mind was and to prove

obstruction I'm quoting Giuliani now if you're going to obstruct justice you do

it quietly and secretly not in public what are you making them

well you know yes what Rudy Giuliani says is the norm this president likes to

break norms and maybe he likes to violate the law in a way that breaks

forms as well Kimberly the cheerleading here is extraordinary but we have been

witnessing this now for going on two years and and as I just said headline

after headline saying oh definitely collusion and then no obstruction of

justice and really it will only be a few weeks now and look what Muller is look

at this point and nothing has come of it so far other than those indictments

we've had related to charges that have nothing to do with either of those two

central topics or anything that the press is actively pressing for so I mean

I agree with Andy I would wish that if Muller has decided that the he has

decided that Trump is not a target that he's not going down the road that even

if he's still wrapping up his probe that he'd feel he'd had a duty to tell the

country the president is no longer a target so that people can start to move

on and eat early said earlier today that you know if this is where they are

looking over tweets then this is just like the dread just like this is I mean

it's just ridiculous I'm sorry now we're at tweets and what you know the

interviews this is all public somehow do you how are you obstructing an

investigation with public comments I don't I'm not following that I guess it

possible but I don't follow that yeah but see the whole thing Laura is

preposterous because you know with due respect to pre you have state of mind or

criminal state of mind is irrelevant unless you've done something that

actually can amount to obstruction the president cannot obstruct justice by

taking lawful actions that are within his constitutional prerogatives like

pardoning people or way or a firing Comey are weighing in on whether

somebody should be prosecuted which prosecutors across this country do every

day or or or complaining that Jeff Sessions didn't recuse him recuse

himself right abstracting John it's an opinion no it's a yeah I understand the

style problem like they don't like the way Trump goes about things but you

still gotta kind of like prove the thing that's a crime before you start worrying

about what somebody state of mind was yeah but a former US attorney in New

York like prepar I should know better I mean yeah you know I know he's on CNN

but you got a no but you can't say that on television I fantastic conversation

guys thanks so much

Howell Raines Trump Admin Hospice Where Reputations Go To Die | DAILY NEWS - Duration: 1:20.

Ex-New York Times editor blasts Trump administration as a 'hospice where reputations go to die'

During a panel discussion with MSNBC's Ari Melber, former New York Times White House

correspondent and executive editor Howell Raines, said that the reputation as the White

House is becoming less credible with every passing day.

The FBI sized 12 secret recordings between President Donald Trump and his former lawyer

Michael Cohen.

One of the recordings was made available to the public on Tuesday night.

In defense of secretly recording President Trump, Cohen said that he needed the audio

for notes.

"That kind of defense, I don't think is that good for a lawyer, I was secretly recording

to take notes, most lawyers would say if you're doing something on behalf of your client,

it doesn't need to be a secret," Melber said.

Howell responded by saying: "This administration and this particular episode had become a hospice

where reputations go to die."

POMPEO DEFENDS TRUMP-PUTIN SUMMIT DURING FIERY HEARING ON CAPITOL HILL - Duration: 16:57.

Fox News Alert White House National Security Advisor John Bolton is

announcing president Trump's second summit with Russian President Vladimir

Putin will be delayed until next year saying the president wants to wait until

the quote Russia witch hunt is over the announcement coming just before

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo faced fierce questioning during a Senate panel

hearing yesterday over the recent Putin summit Peter Doocy is live for us on

Capitol Hill with the latest on this Peter Harris when Putin does come to DC

the first part of next year he's not coming to the Capitol unless he's part

of a tour group that is because lawmakers here who have repeatedly voted

to sanction Russia aren't going to invite him but Republicans still seem

supportive of delaying this second summit hopefully that gives us more time

to prepare and hopefully for more people to talk about how detrimental it is down

a private meeting like this allowing the Russians to characterize it and when we

aren't prepared to do so and so that's I hope that we've learned

anything we've learned not to do that again lawmakers just had an opportunity

to ask several hours of questions about the last Putin summit when Secretary of

State Mike Pompeo came to the Capitol some Democrats would have preferred to

have heard from the translator who was in the room with the President and Putin

but there was no translator just the top diplomat this president runs this

government his statements vacuous so now we understand that when the president

speaks it is the policy that are you see they saw they're for 200-plus sanctions

when you've seen them sending us your questions senator I understand some I've

now been here three hours and you're making up you've got a political silic

we want to talk about politics if President Obama did what President Trump

did in Helsinki I'd be peeling you off the Capitol ceiling a few minutes ago

the house gaveled out for the last time until September so investigations into

Russian activity during the 2016 election over on the house side are

going to slow way down until after recess heiress Peter Doocy

thank you very much Republican Senator James rish of Idaho is a member of that

Senate Foreign Relations Committee and was there yesterday always a pleasure to

have you on the program senator what did we learn yesterday if

you could just give us a couple of takeaways that you want us to know as a

wider public from secretary Pompeo well a couple of things number one for

Americans who really want to hear what's going on you need to do you need to dig

quite a bit deeper than the than the cable news stuff that comes out on the

NATO summit all we came out of the NATO summit on our news cycles were the the

spat between the president who's trying to rightly get the other 28 members of

NATO to do what they're supposed to do and committed to do financially

certainly there's a disagreement on that but look the President believes I

believe Pompeo mr. Secretary of State Pompeo believes this is the most

successful military alliance in the history of the world and what we did

what America did when we met up the summit was to cement some things that

are very important to us another another country was brought in we talked about

the counterterrorism things we all have a real intense interest in and move

forward on that also the mobility question being able to move troops and

assets around in Europe we're on the table you didn't hear a word about that

all you heard about was the spat but look every president has tried to get

and and we here in Congress have tried to get that all the NATO countries to

pay their fair share and it just hasn't been happening since the president has

brought this to the forefront they're actually starting to make progress in

that regard so that's something that's fascinating what you just said about the

mobility of troops around Europe and and the kind of agreements that you would

have to have in place in order for that to happen so that's some of what what

people learned what specifically did you learn that you wanted to know that that

we all should know about the Russia summit that the president just had well

I think primarily there was a real focus on troop mobility that that's one thing

that's important and getting Montenegro and is another country particularly

where it's is strategically located as it is both of those are incredibly

important but really didn't get any didn't get any play at all out of the

out of the summer and North Korea was a focus yesterday as well and and there

were some points there that we learned and what made an impression on you with

regard to what comes next with North Korea because they they don't seem to be

doing what they say they're gonna do and then yet we get reports that they're

dismantling a specific test site well you know first of all I sit on the

Intelligence Committee as well as foreign relations so not much of it was

a surprise to me as far as what's happening in North Korea but look this

president needs to get tremendous credit for bringing the North Korea us

relationship back from the edge the north the North Koreans are doing not

just talking but doing in the past all they did was talk but they've done a

number of things that have indicated that they are going to move forward with

with what they said they were going to do and that is move towards complete

denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula and Secretary of State Pompeo was very

very firm on that and and talked about the kinds of things that he could talk

about in an open setting but there are Koreans were doing yeah you know I mean

this is a person who led the charge by meeting with North Korea's top spy chief

before he was even nominated as Secretary of State

they were equals when he led the CIA so it is interesting to get his take on it

but most importantly it's an expertise point that very few people actually have

anywhere in terms of being able to sit down with North Korea a real quick

question is it just the function do you think of the news cycle because I hear

you taken a couple punches of how capable cable news covers the headlines

and whatnot and I hear you on that but is it just that function or is there

something about this administration that is neutralizing things like discussions

with North Korea to the point where we can actually talk about it and it's not

just war on the on the precipice of war all the time you know that's a really

good question first of all I get the news business it's got to be interesting

enough that people will watch by having having said that looked at this

president unlike any human being I've ever seen has the ability to capture the

attention of the US world and the media more so than than anyone and for better

or for worse so when he talks when when he takes the directions people are

interested in it and the media is rightfully interested in that and that

kind of sucks the oxygen out of the air and we are where we are yeah well and

hopefully it brings people together because that's what this is going to

take we are in it together as yeah absolutely senator Risch at the great

state of Idaho thank you for your time thank you always glad to be with you

thank you for having me sure well the Trump administration meet

today's deadline to reunite family separated at the South border and what

about parents who have already been deported with their children now

remaining here a lot of talk among Democrats that there should be renewal

for them what would that look like the

politics of ice a new poll shows support for the agency is deeply divided along

party lines we'll talk with former acting director of ice I mean he's only

been out of the job for a few days he's next a close

today marks the deadline for the Trump administration to reunite migrant

families separated at the southern border but that effort is expected to

fall short KC steagle is here with the latest from Dallas now Casey what's

happening yeah Harrison and it depends on how you

look at this falling short in terms of 900-plus children out of 2,500 or so are

deemed not eligible for reunification more on that in a second because the

federal judge actually praised the government praised the federal

government the same judge who ordered this deadline calling it a remarkable

achievement saying that out of the people that have been deemed eligible

for reunification the government appears to be on track to meet that deadline

today according to the feds more than a thousand reunions have already taken

place another 500 have been green-lighted again that's out of 2551

total kids ages 5 to 17 separated from their parents or families at the border

but lawyers for the ACLU say that the government has essentially manipulated

the numbers in their favor listen there are many other people that will

ultimately need to be reunified so when they say they're gonna meet the deadline

it's only for those individuals they've declared to be eligible for

reunification by the deadline see you see that where the ACLU is

saying it depends on how you look at it more than 900 kids not eligible or still

pending and that same federal judge out in California also admonished the

government over that saying that this policy lacked forethought with regard to

keeping track of people because there are more than 450 cases of those nine

hundred some-odd where the parents have already been deported and you also have

a hundred and thirty people according to that court paperwork that signed

paperwork waiving reunification but the ACLU and other immigrant rights groups

Harris want to know and they want to contact those people to make sure that

they were fully informed of the rights before signing that paperwork and that

they weren't court to do so KC steagle thank you very much

let's bring in now Tom Holman former acting director of ice director great to

see you today these are complicated issues now with

deadlines and there seems to be a moving ball on these families in terms of how

many there actually are well look you know first of all I think the judge he

picks an arbitrary date out and says I want reunification done by now without

basing that any metrics and any information how the process works for

instance I just heard you kind of correspond to talk about several hundred

kids still had to be the parents have to be sent to a suitability assessment it's

all right it's all about the safety of these kids so I think the safety of kids

a little bit more important than the deadlines an arbitrary deadline set by

Judge but we look at the the first group of kids under five you look at who they

were five or five to seven percent of those after DNA testing proved they

weren't the parents so if now the extrapolate that to the the bigger

population 2,500 you're talking between one hundred twenty-five hundred

seventy-five people that I mean now the country is tasked with vetting parents

who actually turn out not to be parents what does that mean cause the abortion

act this judge has made a decision that DNA testing takes long so absent

extraordinary circumstance they should do it this shows us slows up the process

of reunification so we're even cutting that process out absolutely so or

there's some instances where we really don't know who we're giving these kids

to I think HHS is doing the best job they can but I would be a fool to think

that some of these children aren't being released the traffickers the the amount

the the the instances of trafficking of these children of people claiming to be

parents that weren't parents have increased over 300 percent this past

year so you can't tell me every one of these 2500 family groups are legitimate

family members absent DNA testing director Holman this is a process that

did not just start in April with the current administration's no or

zero-tolerance policy it started well we know pictures from children in cages

back in 2014 under the previous administration and you have been in the

business of dealing with border issues for a very long

and law enforcement how did it get to this point well lucky it's an open

border issue families are coming across this border we have a Ninth Circuit

decision saying we can't detain them for more than 20 days which means

immigration court not worked that fast which means they're basically gonna be

released from ice detention many don't show up in court when they do show up in

court up to eighty percent of them lose their cases so they're ordered removed

from the country and they don't leave so it's an open wars issue so what this

administration tried to do which I agree with they had to do some sort of you

know a law enforcement operation to try to maintain control that border keys

right now the way the systems playing out is an open border families there's

no consequence no deterrent of families enter this country legally

alright I want to hear you talk a little bit more too about how ice and the

Border Patrol actually are in the business of doing something people don't

talk about in that saving lives and I'll get to it this way there is a new poll

that's out on ice and it shows more than 70% of Democrats have an unfavorable

view of the agency the same number of Republicans have a favorable view first

of all the disparity is is interesting and maybe based on exactly what ice does

that people do and don't know well a couple of things we got assess rates a

lot of these politicians calling for the abolishment of I started with the family

separation at the border the whole issue first of all I just don't separate

payments at border that's the Border Patrol so it's a different agency so

these politicians need to educate themselves before they start talking

about abolishing an agency what irritates me most is the politicians

that call for abolishment advice because what they're doing is saying we're going

to Bala shap federal law enforcement agency rather than fixing the laws this

agency ice enforces laws that these congressman's in Congress of men enacted

the laws they passed so they wanna you know abolish an ASA for enforcing laws

they enacted I didn't think Congress is in the habit of creating laws they

didn't want enforced they haven't asked FBI not to do their job they haven't

asked to DEA not to their job they can't ask I still nor the law director Robin

what happens if we lose ice and there's not an immediate sort of replacement I

mean some Democrats are saying well you you know you

almost like a repeal and replace they're stealing some language there but others

are saying yeah just get rid of it so what happens let's talk about in the

past year what would have what wouldn't happen the past year 981 thousand pounds

of narcotics would not have been seized off American streets over eight thousand

people would have got a visa into this country

that didn't pass vetting by our visa security unit that made new danger this

country they would they would they would enter this country with a visa we would

say that over nine hundred children victims of sex trafficking wouldn't been

rescued over two thousand they're seeing that come across our border well it's

obvious interior investigation into United States over two thousand sexual

predators won't be behind bars right now but let's talk about the immigration

aspect if I use did not exist if you're lucky enough get by the Borg go into

this country legally if you get by the Border Patrol you're home free no one's

looking for you if you get arrested by the borracho and claim asylum or say you

want to see a judge you get released until you see a judge and that judge

later orders you removed you're not gonna leave because no one's looking for

you if you overstay a visa no one's looking

for you abolishing ice equals open borders well one thing I want mentioned

I've got to mention on the whole family reunification issue everybody's having a

fit over this the population 2500 let's talk about what's not talked about four

times as many over 10,000 children were smuggled to this country by criminal

Late Night: Breaking Down the Trump Tape Recorded by Michael Cohen | THR News - Duration: 3:48.

"Before we start, just a reminder:

This is like a meeting between Trump and his lawyer.

It is all being recorded."

On Tuesday, CNN aired an audio recording in which then-presidential hopeful

Donald Trump and his attorney Michael Cohen are heard discussing purchasing

the rights to Karen McDougal's story about an alleged affair with Trump.

On Wednesday, the late night hosts shared their thoughts on the tape,

with 'The Daily Show's' Trevor Noah accurately pointing out:

"It's a little weird that we know so much about where the president has put his d---.

Can we acknowledge that? That's not normal."

The Comedy Central host then turned to Trump's current lawyer Rudy Giuliani,

who stated that "no payment ever occurred."

"I love that the secret Playboy affair hush money tape is the evidence

to help Trump," said Noah.

"I mean it can, but you have to admit it will probably make an awkward

dinner with Melania."

Over on CBS's 'The Late Show,' host Stephen Colbert celebrated

the release of the audio recording, dedicating a segment called

"Stormy Watch: The Karen McDougal Edition" to the tape.

After pointing out that McDougal sold the rights to her story for $150,000,

which is $20,000 more than Daniels did, Colbert joked:

"Karen must have spanked him with two magazines."

Colbert pointed out that the video provided evidence that Trump was

aware of the payments during the presidential campaign.

"So now they have to reset the sign on the White House lawn."

On NBC's 'Late Night,' Seth Meyers took a "Closer Look" at the release of the

recordings, slamming Cohen for failing at having smart techniques.

"And look, you can't be a lawyer in charge of shady business dealings and also

record everything. He's like a hitman that decides to wear fingerless gloves."

After the release of the recordings, Trump tweeted, asking:

"What kind of a lawyer would tape a client?" Later, he added,

"Why was the tape so abruptly terminated (cut) while I was presumably saying

positive things? I hear there are other clients and many reporters that are taped -

can this be so?"

"Trump is so freaked out about the tape that he turned into a southern belle.

Taping your clients? My word! Can this be so?"

The audio recording was reportedly made in September 2016, and on it,

Trump and Cohen are heard discussing purchasing the rights to McDougal's story

of an alleged affair with the would-be president dating back to 2006.

McDougal had sold those rights to American Media, and on the recording,

Cohen tells Trump of his plans to establish a company in order to buy them.

"I need to open up a company for the transfer of all of that info regarding

our friend David," Cohen said in the recording.

The "David" referenced in the call, according to CNN, is American Media chief

and close Trump ally David Pecker.

Elsewhere on the tape, Trump and Cohen are heard talking about the ongoing

presidential campaign and poll numbers. They also discuss the prospective

unsealing of documents from Trump's divorce from his first wife, Ivana.

On NBC's 'The Tonight Show,' Jimmy Fallon noted that at one point in the tape,

Trump seemed to have a little trouble focusing when he abruptly asked for a Coke.

"Focus, man! Come on! You know Melania was in the next room shaking up

a can of Coke, going, 'Just a second, Honey! Yeah, absolutely.

Oh yeah, I'm gonna get you a Coke all right."

Later on 'The Late Late Show' on CBS, James Corden also had fun with the news

by teasing that his show had gotten more of the tapes.

And finally, in his opening monologue on ABC's 'Live!,' Jimmy Kimmel pointed out

that if this news had happened to any other American president,

"there would be an address to the nation tonight" but because it's

President Trump, "there's no statement; for him, it's just Wednesday."

Kimmel later noted: "What makes the tape such a big deal is that it proves

beyond a shadow of a doubt that Trump knew about the payments to Karen McDougal —

which means that when he said he had no knowledge of this transaction, he lied."

"And you know what that means: If he lied, it means we have to

lock Hillary [Clinton] up! I mean it's time."
