Trump news on Youtube Apr 22 2018

President Donald Trump said North Korea has agreed to denuclearize — but that's not

exactly accurate.

Trump tweeted Sunday: "Wow, we haven't given up anything & they have agreed to denuclearization

(so great for World), site closure, & no more testing!"

But it seems North Korea only agreed to the last two things.

Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un have agreed to meet in coming months, and

Kim said over the weekend he'd suspend nuclear and ballistic missile testing and shut down

a nuclear test site.

But Kim didn't promise to abandon his nuclear arsenal.

He's said he's willing to discuss denuclearization, but he hasn't made promises to do so.

After Jerry Brown Disobeys Trump's Direct Border Order, Donald Announces Swift Consequences - Duration: 3:21.

After Jerry Brown Disobeys Trump's Direct Border Order, Donald Announces Swift Consequences

Know what happens when you disobey a direct order from the President of the United States?

Well, it sort of depends on the President.

But in the case of Donald Trump, he's going to tell you exactly what sort of punishment

to expect.

And he's going to be very bold, and very public about announcing that punishment, too.

So, when California Governor Jerry Brown made it clear that National Guard troops in the

state essentially have no power to protect our southern border, Trump fired back fast.

After Trump ordered states to send Guard troops to bolster our porous border, Brown issued

the following order:

"California National Guard will not enforce immigration laws or participate in the construction

of any new border barrier."

He added that the federal government is paying for this deployment.

Wait…so we pay for the action, and you have the gall to tell them what to do?

Unsurprisingly, Trump wasn't too pleased with this limitation of authority.

He knows we need those troops to do their jobs if Americans are to remain safe in their

beds at night.

As such, the President took to Twitter and ripped into Brown, saying the federal government

won't pay for troops to go to the border and "do nothing."

Governor Jerry Brown announced he will deploy "up to 400 National Guard Troops" to do

nothing.

The crime rate in California is high enough, and the Federal Government will not be paying

for Governor Brown's charade.

We need border security and action, not words!

— Donald J. Trump said

He's certainly right about needing action because illegal immigration continues to be

one of this country's biggest problems.

He then added another Tweet on Wednesday, mentioning the dire situation in California,

and praising the efforts of various local officials in the state who have opposed its

sanctuary state status.

There is a Revolution going on in California.

Soooo many Sanctuary areas want OUT of this ridiculous, crime infested & breeding concept.

Jerry Brown is trying to back out of the National Guard at the Border, but the people of the

State are not happy.

Want Security & Safety NOW!

— Donald J. Trump said

The National Guard troops are there to protect us from dangerous illegal activity, such as

drug smuggling and other cartel-related antics.

California has been turned into a war zone in certain spots, and it continues to be a

safe haven for terrifying illegal criminals.

All this has to stop.

And if it's going to stop, we have to let border officials and our military do their

jobs.

We almost hope California doesn't obey Trump's order, though, because it'd be great to

see Trump take away more federal money!

DNC Filed HUGE Lawsuit Against Trump And Wikileaks – Blows Up In Their Faces Immediately - Duration: 5:50.

DNC Filed HUGE Lawsuit Against Trump And Wikileaks – Blows Up In Their Faces Immediately.

Despite the fact that it has been over a year since Donald Trump was inaugurated into office

and won the 2016 presidential election the Democratic National Committee and Democrats

cannot get over Hillary Clinton's loss.

They continue to blame everyone else for their problems and their recent actions show just

that.

This past Friday the Democratic National Committee filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against

campaign officials associated with President Trump, as well as WikiLeaks and the Russian

government.

The federal court case is based on an allegation of a conspiracy during the 2016 presidential

election to help Donald Trump win the election.

In the suit, the party references the alleged actions of these defendants as an "all out

assault on our democracy."

The civil suit will be heard in a federal district court in Manhattan, New York City,

New York.

While this lawsuit is new it is related to other investigations regarding the 2016 election.

The Trump-Russia investigation headed by Robert Mueller is investigating Russian connections

to the 2016 presidential election outcome as well.

The suit clearly reads,"The conspiracy constituted an act of previously unimaginable treachery:

the campaign of the presidential nominee of a major party in league with a hostile foreign

power to bolster its own chance to win the Presidency."Later in the lawsuit, it is

alleged that campaign officials for President Trump deliberately worked side by side with

members of the Russian government as well as their spy agency in order to work against

Hillary Clinton and get President Trump elected.

Furthermore, their argument is based on the idea that these individuals hacked into computer

networks at the Democratic National Convention and stole materials to use to their advantage.

This coming from the party that rigged its own primary against Bernie Sanders.American

News Daily reported,

The Democratic National Committee had a rough 2017, plagued by leadership troubles, internal

squabbling, and unflattering reports.

To top it off, the party ended the year "dead broke," says The Intercept's Ryan Grim.

The Democratic Party is carrying more than $6 million in debt, according to year-end

filings — and has just $6.5 million in the bank.

Do the math, and the party is working with just over $400,000 overall.

Meanwhile, the Republicans are swimming in pools of money.

The Republican National Committee had raised $132 million by the end of 2017 — about

twice as much as the DNC — and entered 2018 with almost $40 million to spare, with not

a penny of debt.

This whole WikiLeaks thing is just hilarious.

WikiLeaks wasn't some made up conspiracy theory.

It was actual emails from John Podesta.

It revealed actual bad things that Democrats were up to behind the scenes.

Democrats are mad that the American people saw the shady things they were doing.

There's no proof that Trump was behind that release.

In fact, you can make an argument (and some have) that the leak was an inside job.

This notion that Russia changed the election is absolute nonsense.

This move is good for Republicans.

The longer the Democrats are hung up on 2016 the longer the American people won't take

them seriously."

However, what is not being discussed is how the Democratic National Convention is hemorraging

money.

Which in all likelihood could have something to do with why they are bringing this lawsuit

about, to try and make up for the money they negligently lost.

The party is carrying over $6 million in debt and only has $6.5 million in the bank.

In reality, this means they are only carrying $400,000 in actual assets.Whereas Republicans

have the exact opposite problem, they are swimming in money.

The Republican National Committee has raised a total of $132 million in 2017, which is

over twice the amount the Democratic National Committee raised.

In 2018 they came into the new year with $40 million to spare, no debt what so ever.

The Week reported,

"The DNC's rebuttal, The Washington Post reports, is that they raised more money in

2017 than they have in previous non-election years and were operating at something of a

disadvantage given the "rebuilding job" undertaken by first-year chairman Tom Perez.

While the DNC claims it is not borrowing money to pay the bills, Grim notes that the party

would be operating at a financial loss if not for its borrowing.

If there is any cause for Democratic optimism, it's that individual Democratic candidates

seem to be doing well for themselves even as the national party apparatus struggles.

NBC News reported Thursday that nearly 50 non-incumbent Democrats running for Congress

in the 2018 midterm elections outraised their Republican opponents in the last quarter of

2017."

While it has already been established that Russian officials did interfere with the election,

nobody has been able to prove the administration had anything to do with it.

Neither Robert Mueller or private attorneys have been able to establish a connection between

the Russian government and President Trump himself.

It is time the Democratic National Committee focus more on revamping their message and

mission to try and win elections then on no win cases that they are only undertaking in

an attempt to add more cash to their empty pot.

CNN Was Just Forced to Declare a 'HUGE VICTORY' For Trump - Duration: 2:59.

CNN Was Just Forced to Declare a 'HUGE VICTORY' For Trump

Well, it's finally happened.

CNN has had to cave and admit defeat and declare "victory" for President Trump. There was

really no way around it after North Korea announced they were halting their nuclear

program.

CNN gave in and called it a "Huge Victory" for President Trump.

From Daily Caller

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un's surprising Friday announcement that his country will

suspend nuclear and missile tests stunned at least one CNN reporter enough to give President

Trump some serious credit.

"The nuclear test and the intercontinental ballistic missile test will be discontinued,"

reported the Korean Central News Agency on Friday.

"North Korea's nuclear test center will be discarded in order to ensure the transparency

of the suspension of the nuclear test."

CNN's Will Ripley told host Wolf Blitzer via phone that the development was "frankly

a huge win for President Trump."

"Kim Jong Un has announced to his country and his own people that he has completed his

nuclear program, and therefore there is no need to continue developing nuclear weapons,"

said Ripley.

"This is an extraordinarily significant development, and frankly a huge win for President

Trump going into these discussions, this potential summit, with North Korean leader Kim Jong

Un."

"Finally Kim Jong Un has decided to open up," a North Korean official told Ripley.

"This is a new chapter for the DPRK.

He has committed himself to the path of denuclearization and will now focus solely on economic growth

and the national economy.

Finally he has realized the best path forward is to open up the country and normalize relations.

He is finally being recognized by the international community, and this is an historic, timely

opportunity."

"Wolf, I have to say, I am really almost speechless here at the pace at which North

Korea has done this U-turn," the CNN reporter said.

"And this all started with Donald Trump agreeing to sit down with a summit with Kim

Jong Un."

Ripley described how the North Korean leader "has gone from being cast aside as the ruler

of a global pariah" to scheduling meetings with some of the world's top officials,

including the presidents of South Korea and the United States."I've been speaking

with diplomatic sources over the last week who are optimistic believing that President

Trump might be the one U.S. president who can figure out how to break through to North

Korea," Ripley concluded.

"It is really an extraordinary development."

After Trump Turns Up The Heat On California, Jerry Brown Caves To His Demand - Duration: 4:56.

After Trump Turns Up The Heat On California, Jerry Brown Caves To His Demand

President Trump will accomplish his goals for America, come hell or high water.

His opponents clearly underestimate him, as they do the American people.

They might complain or posture, but Trump's going to make America great again.

We've seen it many times already.

Even with less than two years into his first term, Trump has won again and again.

We are seeing things happen few people could have predicted.

And what about his rivals' attacks?

They fail time and again.

From Clinton to Obama to Comey to Stormy, the con artists that try to defeat Trump all

fall by the wayside.

Take another Trump opponent.

Governor of California, Jerry Brown, has been very vocal about Trump's presidency.

He has promised to oppose the POTUS every chance he gets.

Even if that means putting Americans at risk.

But now it seems Brown has no other choice but to concede to Trump's demands.

In fact, he's going to help secure the border.

Imagine that.

From The Right Scoop:

Jerry Brown, the horrid governor of beautiful California, said that he will kneel before

President Trump and utter passively, "what can Brown do for you?" after fruitlessly

trying to resist MAGA.

California Governor Jerry Brown has announced that 400 California National Guard troops

will be mobilized to fight gangs, human traffickers and illegal firearm and drug smugglers in

the state, on the coast and at the border.

Why it matters: The troops will not enforce immigration laws or help build new border

barriers.

California and the Trump administration have been at a standoff recently, with California

demanding that DHS and DOD sign the governor's agreement memo limiting what the National

Guard can be used for before deploying troops.

Neither agency has signed the memo with the governor adding that he believes it is no

longer necessary.

BREAKING: Gov. Jerry Brown says California has reached agreement with the Trump administration

on National Guard border mission.

— The Associated Press said Previously he said he WOULD send them then

he said he WOULDN'T and then President Trump broke his spineless resistance with one iron

tweet!!!

Looks like Jerry Brown and California are not looking for safety and security along

their very porous Border.

He cannot come to terms for the National Guard to patrol and protect the Border.

The high crime rate will only get higher.

Much wanted Wall in San Diego already started!

— Donald J. Trump said

There is a Revolution going on in California.

Soooo many Sanctuary areas want OUT of this ridiculous, crime infested & breeding concept.

Jerry Brown is trying to back out of the National Guard at the Border, but the people of the

State are not happy.

Want Security & Safety NOW!

— Donald J. Trump said

You have to realize, if Brown was actually able to oppose Trump, he'd deny sending

any troops.

Yet he is sending 400 National Guard to fight the criminal cartels that flood the CA border.

The liberal media claims the California troops will not enforce immigration law or help build

the border wall.

But the memo that forbade them from doing so was never signed.

Meaning, the National Guard will do whatever they're ordered to do.

That includes preventing illegals from entering the United States or offering a helping hand

to build the wall.

Why do we even need the National Guard?

Because, like it or not, Trump is starting the wall.

The omnibus bill secured a huge amount of cash to the Pentagon.

Much of it will be used to secure the border.

But how will we be able to build the wall, if drug cartels and other scum attack our

workers?

Enter the National Guard.

I don't think those coyotes will have much of a chance against trained, armed American

soldiers.

The presence of the National Guard will ensure that efforts to secure the border will go

unhindered.

A brilliant move by the President.

Brown's troops don't have to enforce immigration law in order to do what Trump wants.

They will be there to prevent violence against our border agents and construction workers.

So, Trump got what he wanted from Brown.

Once again.

GAME CHANGER Trey Gowdy Just Sent Donald Trump A Message That'll Have Him Cheering Like Crazy!! - Duration: 16:20.

GAME CHANGER: Trey Gowdy Just Sent Donald Trump A Message That'll Have Him Cheering

Like Crazy!!

This past week was focused on the James Comey becoming scenario that was removed.

From criticisms to praises, we discovered everything.

However, the question that every American asked themselves is: Who'll replace James

Comey?

Just minutes following Comey's firing the hunt for the new head of the FBI began.

We received news that will have every single American patriot.

Based on Fits News and Liberty Writers, Trey Gowdy has officially confirmed he'll enter

the race to the FBI Director position.

Based on them, President Trump made a call to Gowdy asking him if he wants to become

the new head of the FBI.

To that Gowdy responded positively.

He is in!

This is a game changer!

Fox News reported a story on this issue.

As our resources further notify us, Gowdy is on the list.

Back this is the job offer itself, however it is a step closer to using a American patriot

in the workplace!

If there's one thing I am positive about, Gowdy is much more than qualified to be another

FBI Director.

He is.

Without being trapped in the political mind games he isn't afraid to seek out the facts.

It's also no secret that the fourth-term congressman is very skilled to direct the

FBI.

I truly hope he gets chosen.

Share your opinions in the comments section and allow Gowdy know that men and women stand

behind him!

We need you!

We all are counting on you.

Later this week, even when he finally finishes reading it, Donald Trump is anticipated to

launch House Democrats' "pretty lengthy" 10-page reaction to the Nunes memo, starting

a second action in a little bit of political theatre that has consumed Washington.

The Democratic rebuttal is not likely to penetrate the conservative-media ecosystem in which

Devin Nunes's allegations of F.B.I. prejudice are being treated such as the Pentagon Papers.

Not because it is going to invalidate the Nunes memo, which was announced a dud the

moment it was made public, however because Rep. Adam Schiff, the ranking Democrat on

the House Intelligence Committee, seems to be outplaying Nunes in his own game.

Nunes, after weeks of buildup, learned the hard way in which the hype cycle turns parabolic

if you can't deliver the merchandise.

Schiff, on the other hand, seems to be laying the groundwork to maintain the mystery surrounding

his counter-argument alive–and also to undermine the Republican claim that Memo-gate is about

transparency.

"Obviously, 'we do not need the nation to see this' is untenable.

What I'm more concerned about," Schiff told CNN on Tuesday, "is they create political

redactions.

That is not redactions to protect resources or ways, which we have asked the Department

of Justice along with the F.B.I. to do, however, redactions to eliminate information they think

is damaging to the president."

Redacting portions of the Democratic rebuttal, of course, would play directly into Schiff's

hands –an outcome Rep. Trey Gowdy suspects Schiff is putting up on goal.

"I think the Democrats are smart enough to place things in the memo which need either

the [F.B.I.] or the Department of Justice to state it has to be redacted," Gowdy,

who cut his teeth operating the Benghazi and Clinton email hearings, told Fox News on Tuesday

night.

"Regrettably, we are in an environment where you would incorporate material that you know

needs to be redacted and you know responsible men and women are going to redact it just

so that query will

be asked."

Melania Trump Makes Incredibly Classy Move For Barbara Bush At Her Funeral - Duration: 3:13.

Melania Trump Makes Incredibly Classy Move For Barbara Bush At Her Funeral

First Lady Melania Trump is a true class act, the likes of which we haven't seen in the

White House in quite some time. Indeed, she has been a beautiful breath of fresh air ever

since President Donald Trump's inauguration. Melania has now made an incredibly classy

move for the late Barbara Bush, showcasing her impeccable grace and character.

Americans were devastated on Tuesday when former first lady and presidential mother

Barbara Bush died in Texas at the age of 92. Her funeral will be held at St. Martin's

Church in Houston, Texas. According to her wishes, it will be a very simple service.

The burial ceremony will be private.

Tradition dictates that sitting First Ladies attend the funerals of former First Ladies,

but current presidents have been known to sit out funerals of former presidential wives.

When Nancy Reagan passed away in 2016, Barack Obama skipped out on her California funeral

to attend a Democratic fundraiser, but his wife Michelle attended. Likewise, then-first

lady Hillary Clinton attended the burial of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis in 1994.

Still, many were wondering whether Melania Trump would attend Barbara Bush's funeral

as the two families have had their fair share of differences in the past. The Bushes are

close friends of the Clintons, and during the 2016 presidential election, Barbara Bush

said that she couldn't see how "women can vote for someone" like Trump after his

remarks about former Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly.

However, this is not the time for partisan politics. While speaking at a news conference

on Wednesday, President Donald Trump offered his condolences to former President George

H. W. Bush, saying, "Melania and I send our prayers to Barbara's husband of 73 years

— I'll never beat that record."

President Trump called Barbara Bush a "wonderful, wonderful person" and "a titan in American

life" in his heartfelt message after her passing. Speaking at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach,

Florida, he said, "Her strength and toughness really embodied the spirit of our country.

She was a woman of proud patriotism and profound faith."

For her part, Melania Trump has also made the decision to set aside party politics in

order to attend Barbara Bush's funeral in Texas on Saturday. "Mrs. Trump plans to

pay her respects at the funeral on Saturday," her communications director Stephanie Grisham

told CNN.

Grisham echoed the same sentiments in a statement to Daily Mail, saying, "Mrs. Trump intends

to pay her respects to Barbara Bush and the entire family at the funeral on Saturday."

Melania plans to return to Washington, D.C. the same day following her attendance at the

funeral service. First Lady Melania Trump is going out of her

way to pay her respects to the late Barbara Bush. It demonstrates what a true class act

she is. The Bushes and Trumps may have a long history of family feuds, but Melania knows

that this is no time for political grandstanding. Rather, it is time to set aside our differences

and honor the life of an inspiring woman who left her mark on the world in a very tangible

way as the wife of one U.S. president and the mother of another.

Trump DERAILS Mueller's Witch Hunt With THIS ONE Brilliant Observation

President Trump may have just brought down the entire Russia witch-hunt with this one

comment pertaining to Comey's memo.

As it turns out, the entire Russia probe began over illegal media leaks

So, according to President Trump, the probe itself is illegal.

From Breitbart

President Donald Trump speculated about the nature of the Russia special counsel on Friday,

pointing out that it was the result of an illegal leak to the media.

"James Comey illegally leaked classified documents to the press in order to generate

a Special Council?" Trump asked on Twitter.

"Therefore, the Special Council was established based on an illegal act?"

Trump made his comments after news broke that the Justice Department inspector general was

investigating if Comey leaked classified information by giving a friend memos of his conversations

with the president.

Although Comey redacted some of the information in his memos, some details were upgraded to

"confidential" after he left the FBI.

Trump raised questions about Comey's behavior, but the investigation continues.Really, does

everybody know what that means?" he wrote on Twitter, suggesting that the entire special

counsel investigation was fraudulent:

James Comey illegally leaked classified documents to the press in order to generate a Special

Council?

Trump warns 'maybe things won't work out' with North Korea as summit looms - DAILY NEWS - Duration: 3:08.

Trump warns 'maybe things won't work out' with North Korea as summit looms

DONALD Trump has taken to Twitter to warn there are no guarantees his planned summit

with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un will be a success despite growing optimism about

the possibility a major diplomatic breakthrough.

In an apparent bid to temper expectations, the US President wrote: "We are a long way

from conclusion on North Korea, maybe things will work out, and maybe they won't - only

time will tell.

"But the work I am doing now should have been done a long time ago!"

Mr Trump sprung a major surprise at the start the year when he confirmed, also via Twitter,

that he was planning to meet the rogue state's Supreme Leader – with the subject of "denuclearisation"

apparently on the agenda.

And only four days ago, April 18, he once more struck an optimistic note when he tweeted

that new CIA chief Mike Pompeo had been on a mission to Pyongyang.

He said: "Mike Pompeo met with Kim Jong Un in North Korea last week.

"Meeting went very smoothly and a good relationship was formed.

"Details of Summit are being worked out now.

"Denuclearization will be a great thing for World, but also for North Korea!"

However, Mr Trump's latest tweet are a reminder that nothing can yet be taken for granted.

Last week he told reporters during a press conference in his Mar-a-Lago resort that he

was prepared to "walk out" of a meeting with Kim if he concluded that it was not going

to be "fruitful".

And during a joint press conference with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, also at Mar-a-Lago,

he added: He said: "It's possible things won't go well and we won't have the meetings and

we'll just continue to go on this very strong path we have taken."

He also said US officials were looking at five different locations for a late-May or

early-June meeting with Kim – none of them in the US.

South Korean President Moon Jae-in, who is believed to have been instrumental in facilitating

the proposed summit, is due to travel to the Demilitarised Zone which separates North and

South Korea for an historic meeting with Kim on Friday.

If all goes well, this could pave the way for Mr Trump and Kim to sit down opposite

one another.

If it happens, it would be a remarkable turnaround from the days after Mr Trump's election,

when he and Kim traded a series of insults.

The former Apprentice host branding his opposite number "short and fat" while Kim called

Trump a "nuclear war maniac".

Trump now backs marijuana 'states rights' bill, senator says - Duration: 5:02.

Trump now backs marijuana 'states rights' bill, senator says

By Elizabeth Zwirz

President Donald Trump has reportedly lent his support to a U.S. senator from Colorado,

promising to back legislation that protects states rights on legalized marijuana.

The president's decision would represent a split from U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions,

who in January rescinded an Obama-era policy, known as "the Cole memo," that gave states

more leeway over the federal government on marijuana policy.

The name refers to former Deputy Attorney General James Cole, whose memo explained the

policy.

In a statement Friday, U.S. Sen. Cory Gardner, a Republican, said hed received an assurance

from the president on the states' rights' issue earlier this week.

Since the campaign, President Trump has consistently supported states rights to

decide for themselves how best to approach marijuana, Gardner said.

Late Wednesday, I received a commitment from the President that the Department of

Justices rescission of the Cole memo will not impact Colorados legal marijuana industry.

Furthermore," Gardner added, "President Trump has assured me that he will support

a federalism-based legislative solution to fix this states rights issue once and for

all.

gard55 U.S. Sen. Cory Gardner, R-Colo., addresses

reporters, Jan. 22, 2018.

(Associated Press)

White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders confirmed Gardner's account of the

president's thinking -- but Sessions' reaction was not immediately known.

According to The Los Angeles Times, Trump did not inform Sessions in advance of the

change in policy.

Trump and Sessions have had moments of friction in their relationship for months, on issues

unrelated to the legality of marijuana.

For instance, Sessions, an early supporter of candidate Trump, has been sharply criticized

by the president in recent months over his decision to recuse himself from an investigation

into alleged Moscow meddling in the 2016 presidential election.

As for marijuana itself, during the presidential race Trump said states should be able to decide

their own pot policies.

"I'm a states person, it should be up to the states, absolutely," he told a television

interviewer in Colorado that year.

However, a year earlier at CPAC (Conservative Political Action Conference) in Maryland,

Trump had said he supported medical marijuana but called recreational pot "bad."

He singled out Colorado, the first state to allow recreational marijuana sales.

"They've got a lot of problems going on right now in Colorado - some big problems," Trump

said then.

When Trump selected Sessions, a former federal prosecutor and U.S. senator from Alabama,

as his attorney general, marijuana supporters girded for a crackdown.

But Gardner said Sessions had promised him he'd do nothing to interfere with Colorado's

robust marijuana market.

Gardner said he was blindsided when Sessions made his announcement in January regarding

pot prosecutions.

In retaliation, Gardner used his power as a senator to prevent consideration of any

nominees for the Department of Justice an extraordinary step for a senator against an

administration run by another member of his own political party.

As recently as earlier this month, marijuana legalization advocates and industry leaders

were continuing to brace for an administration crackdown and for fresh tensions with the

Trump administration even coaching those in the business how to handle federal raids

as top officials were anticipating greater enforcement on the horizon.

Its definitely an interesting time.

We are nervous, said Beth Collins, senior director of government relations with Americans

for Safe Access (ASA).

Gardner and Justice officials have been in discussions for months to get the holds lifted.

Gardner has met with Sessions and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, the official overseeing

the Russia probe who has been the target of Trump's ire.

In his Friday statement, Gardner said he had released some holds, but left others in place

until he acquired a full commitment that the guidelines of the Cole Memo would be respected.

Meanwhile, legislation to protect states where marijuana is legal is still being drafted.

Trump's backing is seen as key to getting a bill through Congress.

Wall Street Bankers Have Made $2.5 BILLION From Trump's Tax Scam - Duration: 4:35.

According to a new analysis by The Wall Street Journal, the top Wall Street banks in the

United States in the first three months of this year have collected a combined $2.5 billion

from the Donald Trump Republican Party GOP tax scam.

$2.5 billion for just a couple banks, 100% from the Republican tax scam.

Those banks are Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Citigroup, and Wells Fargo.

All four of them together sharing $2.5 billion in tax breaks from the Republican Party, but

don't worry, it's not just the Republicans who are helping out the big banks.

Right now there is currently a deregulation bill making its way through the House and

Senate that has plenty of Democratic support that is going to only further increase the

profits of those major banks, and make it all the more likely that they're going to

get involved in risky behavior that's going to lead us to a brand new economic crash at

some point in the very near future.

Also, according to the report from The Wall Street Journal, workers aren't getting a damn

thing.

Only 13% of American workers have gotten any kind of raise, bonus, or other incentive since

these Republican tax cuts were put in place, and most of those are the people who've reported

getting that one-time bonus from their employer.

When you're talking about just four banks that have made $2.5 billion between the four

of them, those thousand-dollar bonuses to maybe 100 workers, they start to look like

crumbs, don't they?

Just like Nancy Pelosi told us, because in reality, that is crumbs.

If your employer gets $750 million in tax cuts in just three months but you get a thousand

dollars before taxes once, wouldn't that be a crumb off of what these other folks are

getting?

The American public is not going to get these tax cuts.

We're not going to get the money from it.

We never do.

We never have.

History has shown us that, and anyone who believed it would happen is an absolute idiot

who needs to go back and study the history of trickle-down economics.

Everybody was warned, and that's probably why a majority of the American public still

thinks these tax cuts were a bad idea, but nonetheless on tax day this week, you had

Donald Trump out there, you had Paul Ryan out there both on Twitter telling us that

American workers across the country were getting raises.

They were doing so much better.

They were seeing so much more money in every single paycheck of theirs.

There was no truth to that statement.

However, and this is how the con works, the people who see those tweets, who support Ryan

or Trump, they believe it.

They understand that they can look at their paycheck and not see an increase, but they

assume, because the president is saying it, that there must be plenty of other people

who are getting the raise, so good for them.

I'm going to be happy for them.

Yeah, I didn't get it, but obviously, according to Trump, my neighbor did, never once bothering

to check with that person and say, "Hey, did you get a raise or a bonus, just curious?"

No, they didn't.

Neither did your other neighbor on the other side, or the person that lives behind you,

or the family down the street, or the people in your workplace, because it's not going

to happen.

That was never the goal of these tax cuts.

The goal of the tax cuts was to give as much money as possible, 1.5 trillion to big banks,

to corporate CEOS, and to the already wealthy elite.

It was a subsidy for people who are already rich.

The poor, the needy, the middle class, the working class, the people who go out there

every day and make this country actually run properly, we don't get a thing from this because

the Republican Party doesn't care

about us.

DNC Filed HUGE Lawsuit Against Trump And Wikileaks – Blows Up In Their Faces Immediately - Duration: 5:58.

DNC Filed HUGE Lawsuit Against Trump And Wikileaks – Blows Up In Their Faces Immediately

The suit clearly reads,

"The conspiracy constituted an act of previously unimaginable treachery: the campaign of the

presidential nominee of a major party in league with a hostile foreign power to bolster its

own chance to win the Presidency."

Later in the lawsuit, it is alleged that campaign officials for President Trump deliberately

worked side by side with members of the Russian government as well as their spy agency in

order to work against Hillary Clinton and get President Trump elected.

In reality, this means they are only carrying $400,000 in actual assets.

Whereas Republicans have the exact opposite problem, they are swimming in money.

The Republican National Committee has raised a total of $132 million in 2017, which is

over twice the amount the Democratic National Committee raised.

In 2018 they came into the new year with $40 million to spare, no debt what so ever. The

Week reported,

CONFIRMED: Trump Hit Syria To Validate His Tweets - Duration: 3:43.

A new report in the New York Times claims that Donald Trump only sent missiles over

to Syria to bomb those buildings because he had previously tweeted out a few days before

that he was going to be tough on Syria.

Here's the way military officials, including National, excuse me, Defense Secretary Jim

Mattis, this is what they said happened in the week leading up to those missile strikes

in Syria.

Russia came out and said, "United States, if you shoot missiles over here, we're going

to shoot them down."

Then Donald Trump got on his big, bold tweet saying, "They're going to be bigger, stronger,

smarter missiles, and you're not going to be able to shoot them down."

Fox and Friends decides to run a segment saying, "Russia should not be saying that.

We're tougher than them.

We're getter than them," to which Donald Trump then live tweeted that same segment talking

tough about Syria, saying we're going to shoot missiles, we're going to bomb them, we're

going to do whatever we can, all while Jim Mattis is in the background telling Donald

Trump, "First of all, we have no proof that this alleged chemical attack was actually

a chemical attack or that Asad did it.

We don't know the facts, so could you please shut your damn mouth for a few minutes and

stop the tweeting."

Those weren't his exact words, but this is what they're saying kind of happened behind

the scenes.

"Hold off on doing anything until we get the facts."

Then when Trump said, "No, I want to send missiles over there," he said, "Okay, well

let's get the approval of congress first."

Trump said, "No."

"Mister Trump," the official said, "Wanted to be seen as backing up a series of bellicose

tweets with action, but was warned that an overly aggressive response risked igniting

a wider war with Russia."

That is coming from officials in the United States military who were around Trump as he

made the decision.

This was not based on whether or not the chemical attack happened.

This was based on the president saying, "Well shit, I already tweeted that out, so I guess

I got to do it.

All right, let's bomb them."

That's what happened.

For all those people out there who think that, "Oh, Donald Trump's Twitter feed, that's nothing

to talk about.

It's just a distraction," he just bombed the hell out of Syria because he wanted to make

sure that he didn't look like a liar in his tweets saying he was going to be tough on

Syria.

This is what happens when you give the keys to the United States to a petulant little

man child who has no idea what he's doing.

To their credit, people like Jim Mattis who said, "We have no evidence that these attacks

were real, or that they took place, or that this was carried out by Asad, or that it was

a chemical attack, and we have to get the approval of congress," yeah, to his credit

Mattis tried to do it the right way and wait for evidence, but Trump couldn't do that because

he was watching Fox, and Friends and getting mad, and tweeting.

That is what our United States Foreign Policy is based on today.

By that measure alone, Donald Trump needs to be removed from office immediately under

the 25th Amendment as being unfit to serve as the President of the United States.

Desperate Trump Hires Rudy Giuliani To Protect Him From Mueller - Duration: 4:48.

On Thursday afternoon, it was announced that Rudy Giuliani, the former mayor of New York

City, the failed Republican candidate for the 2008 Republican primaries, that he would

be joining Donald Trump's legal team because Donald Trump's current lawyers believe that

Rudy Giuliani can come in there and convince Robert Muelller to go ahead and just wrap

up this whole investigation thing.

Now there are several things very, very wrong with putting Giuliani in this position on

Trump's legal team, not the least of which being the fact that this guy hasn't really

been an actual lawyer for well over 30 years.

The last client he actually did represent in court was back in 2006, and that was after

many, many years of a break and he really didn't do anything afterwards.

He just kind of showed up at this law firm that he co-owns to act as their representative

because they thought having a high-profile person in the courtroom for that would help

the company's chance.

The company that Giuliani was in court representing happened to be Purdue Pharmaceuticals, the

makers of OxyContin.

They were in court because in 2006, it was revealed that they had lied to regulators

and investigators about how addictive opioid painkillers like OxyContin actually were.

Rudy Giuliani did such a great job representing them, after being out of the courtroom for

decades, that they had to pay almost $700 million fine for lying to everyone and, of

course, now today, 12 years later, we know the kind of trouble that opioid makers like

Purdue Pharmaceuticals are currently in.

So, yeah, Giuliani, probably not the best guy to represent you because we've seen the

very few organizations that he's represented in the past, and 12 years later, they're still

in very hot legal water.

There's also the fact that Giuliani has nothing to do with Robert Mueller.

That's not why he came on the team, and that's an absolute lie if the administration is telling

us that's why they brought him in.

They brought Rudy Giuliani onto Donald Trump's legal team because he knows how to navigate

New York City, or at least the legal system of New York City.

Right now, New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman is working to prevent Donald

Trump from being able to pardon anyone prosecuted within that district.

That's important because, as we all know, Jared Kushner is under several investigations

just in New York, and there's other investigations going on into Donald Trump himself and other

members of the Trump Organization in New York.

Giuliani was brought in to help circumnavigate that.

This has nothing to do with Mueller.

This has everything to do with all of the other investigations into Trump and his business

and his family and their businesses.

That's what Giuliani is doing on that team.

Do not believe for one second that anyone, including Giuliani himself, believes that

he's going to work out a deal with Robert Mueller to go ahead and just wrap up this

investigation.

This investigation gets wrapped up when they finish, when they come to a conclusion, when

they find whatever it is they're looking for or realize that what they're looking for cannot

be found because it does not exist.

That is how investigations end.

Donald Trump's legal team knows that.

Giuliani knows that.

This is such crap that they're saying, "Oh, well, he's going to work with Mueller to kind

of wrap this thing up."

No, no, no, no.

He's going to pretend to be working with Mueller.

They want the public to think he is, but in reality, he's going to go talk to Schneiderman,

try to work their way around this whole pardon issue, find out what Schneiderman and other

investigators in New York City know so that they can prepare Donald Trump and prevent

him from being indicted in that city as opposed to the federal indictments that might be coming

from the Mueller investigation.

The Trump Administration knows what they have done.

Donald Trump is well aware of what his businesses have been involved in and what his family's

been involved in, and clearly, he's much more worried about the investigations in New York

than he is about the one being conducted by Robert Mueller, and that should tell us something.
