Trump Gets Warned That Mueller Could Send Him To Jail Because Of This One Thing

Robert Mueller is gunning for Donald Trump.

The special counsel will not rest until he digs up something he can use to take the President

down for good.

And Trump was just warned about the one thing that could send him to prison.

Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie appeared on ABC's 'This Week.'

The former head of the Trump transition – he was removed and replaced with Vice President

Mike Pence – warned Trump about sitting for an interview with Mueller.

Christie stated that if Trump engages in hyperbole with Mueller, he could wind up in prison.

Trump supporters are worried Mueller is laying a trap for the President.

The collusion investigation is a bust.

And Trump had every Constitutional right to fire James Comey for any reason.

The FBI Director reports to the President, not the other way around.

That means the President cannot obstruct justice when he carries out his lawful duties.

So Mueller needs another avenue to recommend Congress impeach Trump or to bring charges.

If Mueller interviews the President, he will have a prime setting to ensnare Trump in a

perjury trap.

If Trump misremembers a date or speaks in exaggerations, Mueller could claim he lied

to investigators.

There is nothing to gain from an interview with Mueller.

These interviews are not done to obtain the facts or get the subject's side of the story.

Mueller will conduct this interview to see if Trump's version of events line up 100%

with what other witnesses have told him.

If it differs in the slightest, Mueller will pounce and claim Trump acted criminally by

lying to him.

Former FBI Director James Comey has just revealed some candid conversations between him and

Donald Trump in which the president expressed concern about the judgment of a top adviser,

asked about the possibility of jailing journalists and described a boast from Vladimir Putin

about Russian prostitutes.

The Associated Press reported that the 15 pages of documents contain notes that Comey

took during his interactions with Trump in the weeks and months before he was fired in

May of 2017.

These encounters include a Trump Tower discussion about allegations involving Trump and prostitutes

in Moscow, a White House dinner at which Comey says Trump asked him for his loyalty, and

a private Oval Office discussion in which the ex-FBI head says the president asked him

to end an investigation into Michael Flynn, the former White House national security adviser.

Trump took to Twitter late Thursday night to slam Comey and the documents.

"James Comey Memos just out and show clearly that there was NO COLLUSION and NO OBSTRUCTION.

Also, he leaked classified information.

WOW!

Will the Witch Hunt continue?" Trump tweeted.

Comey claims that in February of 2017, Trump told him that Putin had said to him that,

"we have some of the most beautiful hookers in the world" even as the president repeatedly

distanced himself from a salacious allegation concerning him and prostitutes in Moscow.

Comey also claimed that at a private White House dinner, Trump pointed his fingers at

his head and complained that Flynn, his embattled national security adviser, "has serious

judgment issues."

Trump slammed Flynn for not alerting him promptly to a congratulatory call from a world leader,

causing a delay for Trump in returning a message to an official whose name is redacted in the

documents.

"I did not comment at any point during this topic and there was no mention or acknowledgment

of any FBI interest in or contact with General Flynn," Comey wrote.

One of the most prominent politicians among the "Never Trumpers' is Republican Senator

Ben Sasse of Nebraska.

Senator Sasse recently stated how he sides with liberals over President Trump when it

comes to Trump hitting back at the press for their relentless attacks against him.

Said Sasse about liberals on State of the Union, "We differ about really big and important

things in this country and then we come together around the First Amendment."

He added, claiming that Trump is "weaponizing distrust," "There is an important distinction

to draw between bad stories or crappy coverage and the right that citizens have to argue

about that and complain — and trying to weaponize distrust."

Sasse is about to travel to Iowa, which is the traditional first stop in any would-be

candidate's campaign, since Iowa holds the nation's first caucus.

Sasse pretended that his upcoming trip had nothing to do with laying the groundwork for

a 2020 run, saying, "Well, first of all, let's be clear why I'm going to be in

Iowa this weekend.

I don't want to admit it anywhere, let alone on national TV, but Nebraska lost to Iowa

last year in a football game and I lost a bet."

He added, "So I have to drive Uber in Iowa next weekend.

So that's the reason I'm going to be in Iowa.

It's about Hawkeyes and Huskers bloodletting on the football field and the aftermath of

that."

THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE CELL COMES AFTER PRESIDENT TRUMP ANNOUNCED ON THURSDAY HE WAS

ACTIVATING THE NATIONAL GUARD TO SUPPORT BORDER SECURITY ALONG THE U.S. BORDER WITH MEXICO.

WHITE SAID THE CELL WOULD BE LED BY KEN RAPUANO, ASSISTANT SECRETARY OF DEFENSE FOR HOMELAND

DEFENSE AND GLOBAL SECURITY, AND BE STAFFED WITH DEFENSE DEPARTMENT POLICY STAFF AND MILITARY

OFFICIALS FROM THE JOINT CHIEFS OF STAFF.

SHE SAID THE CELL WILL BE "24/7" AND WILL BE THE CONDUIT BETWEEN THE PENTAGON AND THE

DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY AS THE TWO DEPARTMENTS WORK TOGETHER ON BORDER SECURITY."

Trump flashed out this policy a bit more when he told reporters he believed 2,000 to 4,000

Guardsmen would be sent to the border.

CNN reports:

"PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP SAID THURSDAY HE WAS CONSIDERING SENDING "ANYWHERE FROM 2,000

TO 4,000" NATIONAL GUARD TROOPS TO THE SOUTHERN BORDER, APPLYING THE FIRST FIGURES TO HIS

SURPRISE ANNOUNCEMENT THIS WEEK THAT MILITARY FORCES WILL BE DEPLOYED TO BOLSTER SECURITY.

TRUMP SAID THE ADMINISTRATION IS STILL LOOKING AT HOW MUCH THE DEPLOYMENT MIGHT COST, BUT

THAT HE HAS A "PRETTY GOOD IDEA."

AND HE INSISTED THE TROOPS WOULD REMAIN THERE UNTIL HIS PROPOSED BORDER WALL IS COMPLETE.

THE REMARKS ANSWERED, AT LEAST IN PART, SEVERAL OUTSTANDING QUESTIONS ABOUT THE DEPLOYMENT

Trump has maintained his base because he continues to follow through on his campaign trail promises.

And sending troops to the border until the wall is built will signal to his supporters

that he is serious about his pledge to crackdown on illegal immigration.

Melania Trump Pleasantries With Barack Obama But Pays No Attention To The Clintons - Duration: 4:05.

Melania Trump smiled as she appeared to share a pleasant moment with Barack Obama as they

sat side by side at Barbara Bush's funeral on Saturday.

However, her interactions with the Clintons did not seem as warm judging from video footage

of the event.

Video of the procession shows Melania take her solo seat next to Barack and Michelle

as Bill and Hillary Clinton sit the furthest away.

As the Clintons read the service program and Michelle sits patiently, Melania appears to

say something comical to Barack.

Barack chuckles and adds his own comment back, to which Melania simply smiles.

Melania arrived in Houston on Saturday to be at the service and was minus her husband,

who was in Palm Beach.

She took to Twitter to share thoughts along with a portrait of the former first lady that

sits in the White House.

'What a beautiful tribute to a wonderful woman who lived for God, family and country,' she

said.

President Trump did not attend the mass in order to 'avoid disruptions due to added security.'

This is not at all uncommon for a sitting president, with Obama opting not to attend

the funerals of both Nancy Reagan and Betty Ford. Mrs Bush's son was not at the funeral

for Lady Bird Johnson in 2007 when he was president.

He headed off to the golf course on Saturday but then left, tweeting: 'Heading to the Southern

White House to watch the Funeral Service of Barbara Bush. First Lady Melania has arrived

in Houston to pay our respects. Will be a beautiful day!'

Former first lady Barbara Bush was remembered by friends and family at her funeral on Saturday,

April 21. The 1,500 invited guests gathered for the service at the St. Martin's Episcopal

Church in Houston, Texas, to pay tribute to the wife of former president George H. W.

Bush, who died at the age of 92 on Tuesday, April 17, following a series of recent hospitalizations.

Following the service, the grandmother and great-grandmother was set to be buried at

the Bush Library at Texas A&M University, northwest of Houston.

President Donald Trump was not in attendance. The White House released a statement on Friday,

April 20, saying the former reality star would not be present at the service for security

reasons but his wife would be there to pay her respects. "First Lady Melania Trump will

attend the memorial service for Barbara Bush this Saturday on behalf of the First Family,"

the statement read. "To avoid disruptions due to added security, and out of respect

for the Bush Family and friends attending the service, President Trump will not attend."

Former President Barack Obama and former first lady Michelle Obama sat next to Melania Trump

during the ceremony.

Former president Bill Clinton and former first lady Hillary Clinton were in attendance. The

pair looked somber as they took their seats next to the Obamas.

Her son and former President George W. Bush and his father made their way to the front

of the church. George H. W. honored his wife's legacy at the funeral by wearing a special

pair of socks with books on them as a symbol of her commitment to literacy over the past

30 years. Barbara and George H. W. wed in 1945 and shared five children together, including

George, 71, Jeb, 65, Dorothy, 58, Neil, 63, Marvin, 61. They also shared a daughter, Robin,

who died at the age of 3.

The former first daughter fought back tears during her emotional reading from 2 Corinthians

4 at the Saturday service.

The daughter of former President George W. Bush also took to the podium with her cousins

and read from Proverbs 31.

Despite the fact that it has been over a year since Donald Trump was inaugurated into office

and won the 2016 presidential election the Democratic National Committee and Democrats

cannot get over Hillary Clinton's loss.

They continue to blame everyone else for their problems and their recent actions show just

that.

This past Friday the Democratic National Committee filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against

campaign officials associated with President Trump, as well as WikiLeaks and the Russian

government.

The federal court case is based on an allegation of a conspiracy during the 2016 presidential

election to help Donald Trump win the election.

In the suit, the party references the alleged actions of these defendants as an "all out

assault on our democracy."

The civil suit will be heard in a federal district court in Manhattan, New York City,

New York.

While this lawsuit is new it is related to other investigations regarding the 2016 election.

The Trump-Russia investigation headed by Robert Mueller is investigating Russian connections

to the 2016 presidential election outcome as well.

The suit clearly reads,"The conspiracy constituted an act of previously unimaginable treachery:

the campaign of the presidential nominee of a major party in league with a hostile foreign

power to bolster its own chance to win the Presidency."Later in the lawsuit, it is

alleged that campaign officials for President Trump deliberately worked side by side with

members of the Russian government as well as their spy agency in order to work against

Hillary Clinton and get President Trump elected.

Furthermore, their argument is based on the idea that these individuals hacked into computer

networks at the Democratic National Convention and stole materials to use to their advantage.

This coming from the party that rigged its own primary against Bernie Sanders.American

News Daily reported,

The Democratic National Committee had a rough 2017, plagued by leadership troubles, internal

squabbling, and unflattering reports.

To top it off, the party ended the year "dead broke," says The Intercept's Ryan Grim.

The Democratic Party is carrying more than $6 million in debt, according to year-end

filings — and has just $6.5 million in the bank.

Do the math, and the party is working with just over $400,000 overall.

Meanwhile, the Republicans are swimming in pools of money.

The Republican National Committee had raised $132 million by the end of 2017 — about

twice as much as the DNC — and entered 2018 with almost $40 million to spare, with not

a penny of debt.

This whole WikiLeaks thing is just hilarious.

WikiLeaks wasn't some made up conspiracy theory.

It was actual emails from John Podesta.

It revealed actual bad things that Democrats were up to behind the scenes.

Democrats are mad that the American people saw the shady things they were doing.

There's no proof that Trump was behind that release.

In fact, you can make an argument (and some have) that the leak was an inside job.

This notion that Russia changed the election is absolute nonsense.

This move is good for Republicans.

The longer the Democrats are hung up on 2016 the longer the American people won't take

them seriously."

However, what is not being discussed is how the Democratic National Convention is hemorraging

money.

Which in all likelihood could have something to do with why they are bringing this lawsuit

about, to try and make up for the money they negligently lost.

The party is carrying over $6 million in debt and only has $6.5 million in the bank.

In reality, this means they are only carrying $400,000 in actual assets.Whereas Republicans

have the exact opposite problem, they are swimming in money.

The Republican National Committee has raised a total of $132 million in 2017, which is

over twice the amount the Democratic National Committee raised.

In 2018 they came into the new year with $40 million to spare, no debt what so ever.

The Week reported,

"The DNC's rebuttal, The Washington Post reports, is that they raised more money in

2017 than they have in previous non-election years and were operating at something of a

disadvantage given the "rebuilding job" undertaken by first-year chairman Tom Perez.

While the DNC claims it is not borrowing money to pay the bills, Grim notes that the party

would be operating at a financial loss if not for its borrowing.

If there is any cause for Democratic optimism, it's that individual Democratic candidates

seem to be doing well for themselves even as the national party apparatus struggles.

NBC News reported Thursday that nearly 50 non-incumbent Democrats running for Congress

in the 2018 midterm elections outraised their Republican opponents in the last quarter of

2017."

While it has already been established that Russian officials did interfere with the election,

nobody has been able to prove the administration had anything to do with it.

Neither Robert Mueller or private attorneys have been able to establish a connection between

the Russian government and President Trump himself.

It is time the Democratic National Committee focus more on revamping their message and

mission to try and win elections then on no win cases that they are only undertaking in

an attempt to add more cash to their empty pot.

way from Honduras to the border.

The president had threatened to end the NAFTA agreement if the Mexican government did not

The Mexican government responded to Trump's threat to end NAFTA by promising to disband

the caravan.

But the caravan's organizers vow that they will continue towards the US border anyways.

The suit clearly reads,

"The conspiracy constituted an act of previously unimaginable treachery: the campaign of the

presidential nominee of a major party in league with a hostile foreign power to bolster its

own chance to win the Presidency."

Later in the lawsuit, it is alleged that campaign officials for President Trump deliberately

worked side by side with members of the Russian government as well as their spy agency in

order to work against Hillary Clinton and get President Trump elected.

Furthermore, their argument is based on the idea that these individuals hacked into computer

networks at the Democratic National Convention and stole materials to use to their advantage.

This coming from the party that rigged its own primary against Bernie Sanders.American

The Democratic National Committee had a rough 2017, plagued by leadership troubles, internal

squabbling, and unflattering reports.

To top it off, the party ended the year "dead broke," says The Intercept's Ryan Grim.

The Democratic Party is carrying more than $6 million dollars in debt, according to year-end

filings — and has just $6.5 million in the bank.

Do the math, and the party is working with just over $400,000 dollars overall.

Meanwhile, the Republicans are swimming in pools of money.

The Republican National Committee had raised $132 million dollars by the end of 2017 — about

twice as much as the DNC — and entered 2018 with almost $40 million dollars to spare,

with not a penny of debt.

This whole WikiLeaks thing is just hilarious.

WikiLeaks wasn't some made up conspiracy theory.

It was actual emails from John Podesta.

It revealed actual bad things that Democrats were up to behind the scenes.

Democrats are mad that the American people saw the shady things they were doing.

There's no proof that Trump was behind that release.

In fact, you can make an argument (and some have) that the leak was an inside job.

This notion that Russia changed the election is absolute nonsense.

This move is good for Republicans.

The longer the Democrats are hung up on 2016 the longer the American people won't take

them seriously."

However, what is not being discussed is how the Democratic National Convention is hemorraging

money.

Which in all likelihood could have something to do with why they are bringing this lawsuit

about, to try and make up for the money they negligently lost.

The party is carrying over $6 million in debt and only has $6.5 million dollars in the bank.

In reality, this means they are only carrying $400,000 dollars in actual assets.

Whereas Republicans have the exact opposite problem, they are swimming in money.

The Republican National Committee has raised a total of $132 million in 2017, which is

over twice the amount the Democratic National Committee raised.

In 2018 they came into the new year with $40 million to spare, no debt what so ever.The
