Late A professor from California made a nasty claim

about President Donald Trump in the syllabus for her class.

However, once she realized her big mistake, it was already too late.Dr. Brooke Mascagni

hates President Donald Trump with such a passion that she loaded the syllabus for her political

science class at California State University-Dominguez Hills with nasty claims about him.

Perhaps she was banking on the fact that none of her students would be conservative and

would keep her dirty secret, but that's not what happened.Mascagni's class was appalled

by the language she used regarding President Trump and one of her students shared the syllabus

with the media.

Now, the whole world knows that she has no business molding the minds of impressionable

college students.

A California State University-Dominguez Hills lecturer recently used her political science

course syllabus to assert that President Trump was elected by "appealing to hatred and

bigotry," even labeling him a "white supremacist."

Dr. Brooke Mascagni included the language in her syllabus for an "American Political

Instituions" course, which is worth three credit hours at the California institution.

the 2016 election by appealing to hatred and bigotry," the syllabus declares, adding

that "just about everyday (sic), a new scandal breaks or evidence of corruption emerges."Moreover,

the Republican Party controls the executive and legislative branches of government, yet

couldn't manage to keep the government running on the one year anniversary of Trump's inauguration,"

the syllabus continues, blaming the recent government shutdown on the GOP, despite the

fact that it was Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer and the Democrats who ultimately opted

to shut down the government and halt the pay of U.S. troops.

"And, oh yeah, Russia interfered with the U.S. electoral process and our president is

under investigation for obstruction of justice," the syllabus adds, even though after a lengthy

and costly taxpayer-funded investigation, no proof has ever been found that Russia meddled

in the 2016 presidential election.In an additional section of the syllabus that discusses why

the class is "important," Mascagni blasts Trump as a "white supremacist," "orange

reality star," and more.

"Future generations will wonder how the people of what was once considered the greatest

democracy in the world elected a white supremacist, misogynist, narcissistic, volatile, belligerent,

uninformed, stubborn, failed businessman and orange reality star to the highest office,"

states Mascagni, asking students to consider how they will "explain it."According to

BizPac Review, one student, who asked to remain anonymous, said that while they have had liberal

professors in the past, they have seen "nothing to the extent of this."

"I felt like I was in a movie because I could not get over how unbelievably blatant

it was.

The syllabus was just the tip of the iceberg," added the anonymous student.

"The majority of the class was either completely silent, or jaws were dropped."

Sadly, this incident is not a one-off.

Last month, Mad World News reported that the final exam for an African Studies 161 class

at California State University-Northridge asked students whether Donald Trump's campaign

rhetoric was "anti-Mexican," "anti-Muslim," "anti-woman," or "all of the above."Another

question asked students to name the groups Hillary Clinton addressed "in terms of breaking

down barriers and bringing people together."

The students could select from "races," "religions," "genders and sexualities,"

or "all of the above."Liberal academia is only getting more brazen in its attempts

to indoctrinate the next generation of voters as time goes on.

At this point, college campuses are little more than breeding grounds for the Democratic

Party.

President Donald Trump is weighing in on the death of Indianapolis Colts player Edwin Jackson.

Trump wrote on Twitter Tuesday:

According to Indiana State Police, Jackson and another man were killed early Sunday in

a crash involving a driver who's in the country illegally.

Before the crash, authorities say Jackson and the other man were stopped on the side

of the road; then, they were hit.

Investigators said the driver who hit the stopped vehicle is suspected of driving drunk

and has been deported twice.

U.S. Congressman Todd Rokita of Indiana also called for a crackdown on undocumented immigrants

after the accident.

Jackson's roommate told CBS,

The driver is currently being held in the Marion County jail and is awaiting charges.

More information continues to be revealed and released following Friday�s publication

of the scandal-filled FISA memo.

It has now become clear that there is very likely a direct link from the FISA warrant

approval process to the former president of the United States, Barack Obama.

Here�s an analysis not only of how the FISA warrant process works and who is involved,

but how the information regarding current counterintelligence investigations, FISA warrant

applications, and approval processes are relayed daily to the sitting president.

Let�s begin here.

As ABC News reports:

The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, commonly referred to as the �FISA Court,�

is a secret tribunal with legal authority to grant (or deny) warrants for electronic

surveillance against would-be spies or terrorists.

The court � made up of 11 federal judges, serving 7-year terms and selected by the chief

justice of the Supreme Court � meets in private, sometimes in the middle of the night.

FISA targets are highly classified.

More than a thousand applications for electronic surveillance, all signed by the attorney general,

are submitted each year, and the vast majority are approved.

The Obama administration issued a blanket denial after President Donald J. Trump claimed

he was �wiretapped� by his predecessor March 2017:

�A cardinal rule of the Obama administration was that no White House official ever interfered

with any independent investigation led by the Department of Justice.

As part of that practice, neither President Obama nor any White House official ever ordered

surveillance on any U.S. citizen.

Any suggestion otherwise is simply false.�

But changes made to the original Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 � via the FISA

Amendments Act of 2008 (and renewed in December 2012) give presidents and the intelligence

community much more latitude when it comes to surveillance of �foreign� persons.

As explained by Yale Law professor Jack Balkin in 2009:

The FISA Amendments Act of 2008, effectively gives the President � now President Obama

� the authority to run surveillance programs similar in effect to the warrantless surveillance

program [secretly implemented by George Bush in late 2001].

That is because New FISA no longer requires individualized targets in all surveillance

programs.

Some programs may be �vacuum cleaner� programs that listen to a great many different

calls (and read a great many e-mails) without any requirement of a warrant directed at a

particular person as long as no US person is directly targeted as the object of the

program.

As the Brookings Institute noted in a policy paper arguing for the Trump administration

to renew legislation reauthorizing Section 702 of the FISA Act, which clarifies warrant

requirements of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, information gathered via FISA warrants

�sometimes known as PRISM, comprises a large part of the President�s Daily Brief.�

If you can believe that Obama�s attorney general � the one who spoke with the former

president-husband of a suspect currently under investigation for Espionage Act violations

(Hillary Clinton) � would not have informed the head of the Executive Branch that his

intelligence community was spying on a rival presidential campaign, well, okay.

But then, that information very probably was included in the President�s Daily Intelligence

Brief.

There�s more; Brookings� policy paper arguing on behalf of maintaining Sect.

702 also noted this important distinction:

We often think about 702 as an NSA authority, but it is also to a significant degree an

FBI authority.

Thus, the person and the integrity of the FBI director is critically important to the

integrity of the program.

We now know, thanks to the release of the FISA memo on Friday, that James Comey was

involved in approving the FISA warrants used to spy on Trump campaign foreign policy advisor

Carter Page over his alleged �ties� to Russia (foreign intelligence targets).

Putting all of this circumstantial and direct evidence together begs the question: How likely

is it that Obama � who received many of his daily briefings electronically � didn�t

know that Trump�s campaign was under surveillance?

Democrats in launching a devious plan against President Trump and his administration when

it comes to immigration reform.

McCain teamed up with Democrat Senator Chris Coons from Delaware to draft their own "bipartisan"

immigration reform bill.

Once again it gives Democrats everything they want while sacrificing everything law-abiding

American Citizens and legal residents want.

Isn't it great how although Senator McCain is fighting a highly lethal form a brain cancer

he still has the strength and optimism to stand up and stab the American people in the

back one more time?

He has spent his entire career working against the will of the American People and now has

decided to once again push for an amnesty bill like he did back in 2007 when he and

his buddy the late Senator Ted Kennedy from Massachusetts introduced what was pretty much

the same amnesty bill which was passed in 1987.

The same bill which cost the GOP the state of California.

"Sens. John McCain (R., Ariz.) and Chris Coons (D., Del.) are expected to introduce

legislation Monday which would create a path to citizenship for DACA recipients and tightened

border security measures, but which would omit President Donald Trump's much-desired

border wall.

The bill would be a Senate companion to a bill introduced early last month in the House

of Representatives by Reps. Pete Aguilar (D., Calif.) and Will Hurd (R., Texas).

That bill, the Uniting and Securing America (USA) Act, currently has a bipartisan group

of 54 co-sponsors in the House—27 Democrats and 27 Republicans.The USA Act, as introduced

by Aguilar and Hurd, would grant long-term permanent resident status and a path to citizenship

to many recipients of the Obama administration's Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)

program, which protected from deportation many illegal immigrants who arrived in the

United States as minors.

The Trump administration began to phase DACA out last September, with Trump calling on

Congress to create a more permanent, legislative solution for its some 800,000 recipients.

McCain and Coons's bill would afford a path to citizenship for young immigrants who have

lived in the United States since before Dec. 31, 2013, according to the Wall Street Journal.

That would mean a larger number than either the total number of DACA recipients or the

number—1.8 million—that the White House proposed to amnesty in its own immigration

plan.

In exchange for the protection and path to citizenship for DACA recipients, the House

bill would implement Rep. Hurd's Secure Miles with All Resources and Technology (SMART)

Act, which would enhance border security using a variety of sensors and computerized surveillance

techniques.

McCain and Coons's bill would not "direct any funding for border technology," the

Wall Street Journal reported, although it would direct the Department of Homeland Security

to create a strategy for operational control of the border by 2020, and grant $110 million

to encourage coordination between border patrol agents and local law enforcement.

Notably, neither version of the bill includes funding for a physical, concrete border wall,

of the type that President Trump advocated for on the campaign trail, and which remains

a key demand of his base.

The SMART wall would cost $24 million per mile less than a physical border wall, Hurd

told the Free Beacon in a recent interview, and would also be more effective at actually

deterring illegal immigration.

"When a border patrol agent's response time is measured in hours to days, a wall

is not a physical barrier, so you've got to have another way in order to watch that,"

Hurd told the Free Beacon.

Both versions of the bill would also increase the number of immigration judges and attorneys.

This would help address the enormous backlog facing immigration courts—recent data show

some 650,000 cases presently pending.

McCain and Coons were positive in their announcement, arguing that their bill represents a possible

bipartisan fix to Congress's on-going budget and immigration gridlock.

"The bill I'm introducing with Senator McCain today doesn't solve every immigration

issue, but it does address the two most pressing problems we face: Protecting DACA recipients

and securing the border.

I believe there is bipartisan support for both of those things and I believe that we

can reach a budget deal that increases funding for our military and important domestic programs,"

Coons said.

The Senate bill, if passed, would free up Congress in the face of two looming deadlines:

The possible (although now, thanks to a court ruling, not fully certain) expiration of DACA

in early March, and the threat of yet another government shutdown if funding is not extended

by Thursday.

Reaching a deal on DACA and immigration, including the White House's priorities on the issue,

has represented a major barrier to full government funding."This hack politician has always

According to Independent Journal Review, that uphill climb against congressional Republicans

in 2018 looks like it will transform into an insurmountable height for Democrats to

conquer in 2020 when they face off against Trump, as he has already raised an incredible

amount for his re-election campaign during his first year in office.

The 4th Quarter campaign finance report filed with the Federal Election Commission revealed

that Trump�s campaign has already raised more than $20 million toward his re-election

bid.

That included nearly $7 million in total receipts in just the past few months, with more than

$22 million in �cash on hand� at the end of the year.

By way of comparison, a similar FEC report showed that former President George W. Bush

only had about $3.8 million in cash at the end of his first year, and former President

Barack Obama � who didn�t even really start fundraising until after his second year

in office � held only $2.3 million in cash at the end of 2009, per the FEC.

White House advisors are already looking to the 2020 reelection campaign and expectations

are high that President Trump will face a primary challenge.

A top advisor told Secrets that the West Wing expects Ohio Gov. John Kasich to run again,

offering his moderate credentials as an alternative to Trump, who criticized him at a fundraiser

this week.

And Arizona Republican Sen. Jeff Flake floated a bid during a discussion with students of

Georgetown University�s Institute of Politics and Public Service at the school�s McCourt

School of Public Policy.

The Republican National Committee in the coming months will debate changes to the presidential

nominating process, possibly leading to friction between President Trump�s loyalists and

party institutionalists.

Trump, through emissaries at the RNC, could seek rule changes constricting the path of

potential GOP primary challengers in 2020.

It wouldn�t be the first time a Republican president, or nominee, attempted to alter

the nominating regulations with an eye toward defrocking future competition.

The just-concluded annual winter meeting of the RNC was virtually tension-free.

Committee members basked in the glow of Trump�s well-received State of the Union address,

plus the improving popularity of the $1.4 trillion tax overhaul that he signed into

law late last year.

The RNC rules committee met as scheduled during the gathering.

In brief session, panel members agreed to begin the quadrennial process of examining

the regulations that govern presidential nominations, which encompass primary contests in the states

and the national convention

QAnon is now saying the former President offered Attorney General Lynch the Supreme Court seat

which belonged to Justice Antonin Scalia who died under very mysterious circumstances back

in February of 2016.

In exchange for Lynch making sure the FBI investigation into former Secretary Hillary

Clinton's email server be stopped, followed by the exoneration of Crooked Hillary of any

wrongdoing whatsoever in this matter.

appearing as follows:In this post, the critical line is the fourth line, in which QAnon writes:

Tarmac meeting [SC/LL deal > AS 187].

Decoded, QAnon is suggesting that when Clinton met with Lynch on the tarmac, he offered her

the Supreme Court seat of former Judge Antonin Scalia in return for Lynch intervening with

the FBI to end their criminal investigation into Clinton's email server, exonerating

Clinton from any criminal charges.

Clinton reasoned Obama's nomination of Judge Merrick Garland to replace Scalia would go

nowhere with Republicans in the Senate wanting to reserve the nomination for the next president.

With Scalia's seat still open, Hillary as president could nominate Lynch.

That Scalia was murdered is suggested by the initials "AS," standing for Antonin Scalia,

and the number 187 which the urban dictionary associates with "murder, death, kill."

The second QAnon post was timestamped 01:41:04, approximately 1:41 am ET on Tuesday, written

in response to an anonymous member asking if Lynch was offered a Supreme Court position

if all charges were dropped in the criminal investigation of Hillary Clinton's use of

a private email server at the State Department.QAnon responds by encouraging us to build the timeline,

repeating his assertion that Scalia was murdered.

Key dates in the timeline include the following:

Feb. 2, 2016: Podesta email re: "Wet-works," slang for "murder"

Feb. 13, 2016: Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia

Feb. 13, 2016: Podesta email regarding Scalia replacement

June 27, 2016: Bill Clinton's tarmac meeting with Loretta Lynch

July 1, 2016: Loretta Lynch announces she will accept FBI findings

July 2, 2016: FBI interviews Hillary Clinton July 5, 2016: James Comey dismisses Clinton

email investigation Decoding the QAnon post, we are directed to

the Scalia murder ("AS 187"), the key "HRC investigation pivot points" leading

to Comey's final letter dismissing Clinton of criminal charges, read to the public on

July 5, 2016.

QAnon also directs our attention to "#2," namely, FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe,

and to "PS," namely FBI Peter Strzok, both of whom played roles in making sure the

language of Comey's letter dismissing the Clinton criminal indictment was "toned down"

so as not to include the precise statutory language defining a national security crime

involving the handling of classified information.

Finally, by "WL comms," QAnon suggests WikiLeaks is prepared to confirm either by

a transcript and/or an audio tape of the Clinton-Loretta Lynch tarmac meeting that the key move necessary

to make sure Hillary Clinton would be exonerated was the offer to Loretta Lynch of Scalia's

Supreme Court seat."If you notice by the break down shown above and you take into consideration

the timeline, this whole narrative isn't a far stretch and is probably 100% spot on

as most QAnon's cryptic messages have proven to be in the past.

We all know how corrupt and crooked the Democrat Party and the Clintons are so it really wouldn't

surprise anyone who has been paying attention up to this point to believe they tried to

buy the exoneration of Crooked Hillary in order for her to run away with the presidency.

It wouldn't be the first time they pull a stunt like this but let's hope this time

is the last.

Can anyone imagine everything they would have gotten away with if she would have won the

presidency instead of Donald Trump?

No one would have ever known what went down and today we would have the rabid anti-gun

NORTH Korea has launched a ferocious attack

on Donald Trump, claiming the US President should be locked in an "isolated hospital

of psychopaths".

North Korea said Donald Trump was "dirty" and "smelly" in a series of accusations in

the latest Pyongyang propaganda.

Mr Trump was warned if he destroyed "even a single blade of grass" in North Korea

he would be punished with "hell".

The US "would end forever" if Mr Trump made good on his threat to launch a pre-emptive

'bloody nose' attack on North Korea.

The tirade was issued in a Pyongyang-based newspaper's editorial section, which is

often used as a mouthpiece for despot Kim Jong-un.

The propaganda rag issued the warning as fears increased Mr Trump was considering a pre-emptive

strike on the hermit state.

This would see military headquarters and key infrastructure destroyed by US bombers and

missiles, with the intention of neutralising Kim and staving off all-out war.

The article said today: "There is a foolish attempt to make pretence for provocation and

pave the road for invasion ahead of conducting the military adventure 'bloody nose strategy'

in the invectives of Trump recalling Bush's reckless remarks of 'axis of evil,'.

"No matter how desperately Trump may try to defame the dignified and just system in

the DPRK with the worst invectives, he cannot deodorise the nasty smell from his dirty body

woven with fraud, sexual abuse and all other crimes, nor keep the US from rushing to the

Donald Trump has been accused of collusion with Russia as well as a string of sexual

assaults.

He denies any wrongdoing.

It comes after a US official warned North Korea is only months away from obtaining the

capability to hit US territory with a nuclear weapon.

US disarmament ambassador Robert Wood warned: "North Korea has accelerated its provocative

pursuit of nuclear weapons and missile capabilities, and expressed explicit threats to use nuclear

prominence of nuclear weapons in their security strategies, and - in some cases - pursuing

the development of new nuclear capabilities to threaten other peaceful nations.
