MUELLER BUSTED HIDING EVIDENCE THAT EXONERATES TRUMP

Special Counsel Robert Mueller was just busted hiding evidence regarding Michael Cohen's

guilty plea that exonerates President Trump.

Here's what we know per Real Clear Politics via Powerline:

Mueller omitted the fact that Cohen did not have any direct points of contact at the Kremlin,

and had resorted to sending the emails to Vladimir Putin's general press mailbox.

Sources who have seen this omitted information say it undercuts the idea of a "back channel"

and thus the special counsel's collusion case.

The same criminal information document holds additional exculpatory evidence for Trump,

sources say.

It quotes an August 2017 letter from Cohen to the Senate intelligence committee in which

he states that Trump "was never in contact with anyone about this [Moscow Project] proposal

other than me."

This section of Cohen's written testimony, unlike other parts, is not disputed as false

by Mueller.

Also notable: Mueller did not challenge Cohen's statement that he "ultimately determined

that the proposal was not feasible and never agreed to make a trip to Russia."

The Moscow tower project never went anywhere because Cohen's contact, Felix Sater, a

Russian immigrant with a checkered past who was a longtime Cohen associate in New York

real estate, didn't have the pull with Putin he claimed to have.

"Though Cohen may have lied to Congress about the dates," one Hill investigator

said, "it's clear from personal messages he sent in 2015 and 2016 that the Trump Organization

did not have formal lines of communication set up with Putin's office or the Kremlin

during the campaign.

There was no secret 'back channel.'"

But that hasn't stopped rampant and unfounded speculation about a comeuppance for President

Trump by some media figures and Democrats.

Well into the 2016 campaign, one of the president's closest associates was in touch with the Kremlin

on this project, as we now know, and Michael Cohen says he was lying about it to protect

the president," said CNN anchor Wolf Blitzer."

"Cohen was communicating directly with the Kremlin," Blitzer added.

So once again it's clear the Mueller is trying to "get" Trump at any cost.

Regardless of the facts.

Mueller is also willing to withhold information, lie and more in pursuit of his nefarious goal.

Despicable.

Trump should force Mueller to put up proof of Russian collusion, or shut him down.

MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT ROBERT MUELLER MIGHT BE FIRED BY DONALD TRUMP - Duration: 10:06.

MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT ROBERT MUELLER MIGHT BE FIRED BY DONALD TRUMP

President Donald Trump gave Robert Mueller and the White House press corps a brush back

pitch on Friday.

Speaking to reporters the president said that it was he, and not his attorneys, that answered

questions from Mueller and that they were simple, The Daily Mail reported.

President Trump says that he responded to the special counsel's written questions

— not his lawyers— and that he did so quite easily.

'They were my answers — I don't need lawyers to do that,' he told a reporter

asking about a Washington Post story that quoted one of his attorneys.

Rudy Giluliani had said that the president's attorneys were working with him on the answers

to make sure he didn't fall into a perjury trap.

'There are some that create more issues for us legally than others,' he told the

Post.

Trump gave him a brush back as he unexpectedly invited reporters into the Oval Office on

Friday for a bill signing.

'My lawyers aren't working on that, I'm working on that.

My lawyers don't write the answers, I write the answers,' he insisted.

Without revealing the content of the questions, Giuliani told The Post that some of them were

'unnecessary' or 'irrelevant' and others were 'possible traps.'

The president acknowledged Friday that a person could be 'tripped up' by questions with

apparently simple responses based on whether it was sunny or it was raining.

'It was raining therefore he told a lie.

He perjured himself,' Trump mimicked.

'You have to always be careful when you answer questions from people who probably

have bad intentions.'

The Post and others reported that Trump is in a dark mood, and that's why he's kept

his distance over the past week, barely leaving the White House, and sent out tweets accusing

Mueller of witness intimidation.

'I'm not agitated.

It's a hoax,' Trump said Friday, slapping the rumors down.

He told assembled press, 'I'm very happy with the White House.'

'I'm extremely happy,' he repeated.

'I'm very happy with almost all of my Cabinet.

You know changes are made because they're always made after the midterms.

But it's all fake news.'

Reports this week also claimed that Trump was thinking of booting his Homeland Security

Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen, who was in the Oval Office on Friday for Trump's remarks.

He admitted that he was considering it in an interview with The Daily Caller and said

he'd make a decision shortly.

Nielsen was still in her job on Friday as the president set his sights on an old target.

He alleged in tweets ranging over several hours that the special counsel's office

is full of 'thugs' who are intimidating potential witnesses and refusing to probe

Democrats' bad acts.

'The inner workings of the Mueller investigation are a total mess.

They have found no collusion and have gone absolutely nuts,' he claimed in a rage on

Thursday morning.

'They are screaming and shouting at people, horribly threatening them to come up with

the answers they want.'

Where the president derived the information from is unclear, but the charge coincided

with reports that he'd been meeting with his legal team this week in Washington to

review written responses to questions posed by the special counsel that Trump intends

to submit to Mueller.

He is also working with a new acting attorney general, Matt Whitaker, who he put in charge

of the Russian meddling investigation when he dismissed ex-Justice Department

head Jeff Sessions.

Subpoenas For Trump Coming Soon In Emoluments Lawsuit - Duration: 3:51.

It's not very often that we actually get to report on any good news happening in this

country, but earlier this week we got some really good news from a federal judge who

ruled that the emoluments case lawsuits against Donald Trump in both Maryland and the district

of Columbia.

Not only can they go forward, but they can go ahead and start with subpoenas and the

discovery process.

This means that this case is pretty much going to be headed to trial in the very near future.

And you know what though, even if it doesn't end up heading to trial, the fact that discovery

has begun might be all that we need because the, uh, um, attorneys, General Maryland and

district Columbia, they know exactly what they're doing.

They know that they don't have to bring this to trial to be successful.

All they have to do, all they had to do was get to that discovery point where they could

then subpoena documents from the Trump organization documents that had been without a scrutiny

for years and now they have access to them.

That is what this judge ruled this week.

It's time.

Go for it.

Make it happen, and in case you're not familiar with these emoluments cases, what's happened

is that Donald Trump's properties that he owns, he still has a financial stake in them.

He still owns them for all we know.

He might even still be running them, but he gets a cut of the profits.

So when you have foreign dignitaries coming and staying in these hotels are on these properties

or even at his golf courses, uh, any money spent there eventually makes its way back

to Trump in the form of profits.

So it is illegal according to the emoluments clause of the US Constitution for a sitting

president to take any form of emoluments, cash, gift, whatever it is, from a foreign

dignitary, by them staying in Trump's hotels and paying, you know, their nightly rate,

that profit goes back to Trump.

That is an illegal emoluments.

Sounds complicated.

Sounds silly at times, but that's the law.

That's why presidents are supposed to divest everything they have.

They're not supposed to have interest in any business in the United States to avoid these

constitutional problems.

Donald Trump didn't do that.

He still gets the profits.

Now, what could happen from this, and this is a long shot, probably never would have

a chance of ever really happening, but I'm going to throw it out there just in the off

chance it does.

If these lawsuits are successful, Donald Trump would be forced to sell off his businesses

to get rid of any financial stake that he hasn't any Trump property around the world.

He'll never do that.

He already sees the walls closing in on him with a muller investigation, with all of the

other investigations than New York investigation.

But this one, this one has a lot of power to force him to leave office on his own because

when it comes down to whether or not he wants to make money or be president, Trump is going

to choose money every single time.

Hell, that's why he ran for president.

He's making a ton of money right now.

A lot of it off the backs of American taxpayers, so if they force him through these lawsuits

to sell off his properties and no longer have a financial interest in them, combined with

all of the other pressure coming on him from the other side, I firmly believe that if that

were to happen, he would step down and say, no, my businesses are too important.

I need to do this.

This is for the workers are those, uh, you know, companies, the businesses, I've got

to protect them so I'm doing this for them.

Whatever his excuses are, there is however slight the potential of this case, the force

that man to resign.

THIS IS IT –DONALD TRUMP HITS JEFF SESSIONS WITH DEVASTATING BLOW - Duration: 10:48.

THIS IS IT –DONALD TRUMP HITS JEFF SESSIONS WITH DEVASTATING BLOW

Reports indicate that President Trump plans to nominate William Barr as his next Attorney

General.

Barr, the former George H.W. Bush attorney general, has been critical of the Robert Mueller

Russia probe, and he also backs President Trump's decision to fire former FBI Director

James Comey.

The Hill Reporter reported that Barr, who served as US attorney general from 1991 to

1993 under President George H.W. Bush, is a well respected lawyer among Republicans,

and following his time as AG served as general counsel and executive vice president of Verizon

Communications.

The issue many Democrats and some Republicans may have with a possible Barr nomination are

statements he made in the past about Hillary Clinton, James Comey and the president's

authority to investigate the Uranium One deal.

In November of 2017 Barr told the New York Times he believed there was more basis to

investigate the Uranium One deal that Clinton was allegedly involved in, than whether or

not President Trump colluded with the Russians.

He also said that there would be nothing wrong with then Attorney General Jeff Sessions calling

for an investigation into both Clinton and James Comey in regards to Clinton's private

email server.

Twitter reacted to the news of the likely new AG.

From Yahoo News

President Donald Trump has told advisers he intends to nominate former attorney general

William Barr as his next attorney general, multiple sources familiar with the matter

tell ABC News.

The presidents' aides had previously floated the idea of Barr retaking his post in the

Justice Department, sources said, with an announcement expected next week.

The Washington Post first reported the news.

Barr did not respond to ABC's request for comment.

A source close to Barr says he is likely to accept the job if offered.

In the early 1990s, as attorney general, Barr supervised Robert Mueller in his work as the

chief prosecutor for the Department of Justice criminal division.

Barr has been somewhat critical of special counsel Mueller's investigation into Russian

meddling in the 2016 elections and has claimed there is more basis to investigate former

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for her role in approving the 2010 acquisition of

U.S. uranium stockpiles by a Russian energy company — a complicated deal that has come

to be known simply as Uranium One.

"To the extent it is not pursuing these matters, the department is abdicating its

responsibility," Barr told the New York Times.

He also supported President Trump's move to fire former FBI Director James Comey, writing

in an Op-Ed in the Washington Post that Trump made the right move.

"Unfortunately, beginning in July, when he announced the outcome of the FBI investigation

into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server while secretary of state, he

crossed a line that is fundamental to the allocation of authority in the Justice Department,"

Barr wrote

in

the 2017 article.

Trump Picks His THIRD Former Fox News Employee To Join His Cabinet - Duration: 3:57.

Donald Trump has finally made his pick to replace Nikki Haley as the US ambassador to

the United Nations and to virtually no one's surprised that person is going to be Heather

Nauert who is currently a State Department, a spokeswoman, and who before that was actually

a Fox News host, so aside from being the spokesperson for the State Department for a year and a

half or so, her entire career experience is working at Fox News, occasionally hosting

on Fox & Friends, spreading misinformation, disinformation, doing the bidding of corporations

and foreign governments who the United States wants to keep being friendly with in spite

of the fact that they keep killing their own people and all their neighbors.

Saudi Arabia, I'm looking directly at you there.

Here's the thing again, this is a heather now are former Fox News host.

Now makes up the third former Fox News employee who is now employed within the Trump administration.

Now all of the talk about Nauert having experience, not knowing what in the hell she's doing and

really having no business at all, being in the United Nations, all of that is going to

be thoroughly discussed during her confirmation hearing, so there's not much need to talk

about that right here.

In fact, when somebody has no experience, there's really not much to talk about.

Just like Donald Trump, she's going to go there and bungle things as pretty much everyone

is going to imagine, but because Republicans hold the Senate, she's also likely going to

be approved.

What I want to talk about is the fact that the lines between the White House and Fox

News, they're not just blurred anymore.

We've completely erased those from existence.

Fox News is an extension of the White House and unfortunately the reciprocal of that is

true to the White House is now an extension of Fox News.

The thing we have all been worried about happening for 15 years has finally happened.

Fox News is getting their own people in the White House.

Fox News is getting their people appointed to positions of power in the United States.

Fox News, while once seen as a last stop before retirement for old conservative talking heads,

you can't keep it in their pants, is now a springboard to a cushy government appointment

that should never have happened.

It shouldn't have happened with the first one, but now we're already on our third and

we're not even finished with the second full year of Donald Trump's presidency.

On top of those three former Foxers in the White House.

We also have the fact that Donald Trump regularly talks on the phone to Lou Dobbs, gets his

opinion on policy matters during meetings.

He talks on the phone to Sean Hannity Giving Sean Hannity ideas on what to say about the

president on his show the next day and Hannity telling the president what he showed her should

not tweet and how we should phrase it, and he should do with policy.

Again, there are no lines anymore between the White House and Fox News.

The two have become one and the same and that is horrifying for the future of this country.

When you look at Fox News, when you see any of those hosts saying anything about anything,

can you pinpoint any one of them that you would want to see in charge of policy decisions

here in the United States?

Any one of them that you would trust to be in charge of policy decisions?

I know the folks who actually regularly watch Fox News and believe what those hosts say

would say, hell yeah, absolutely, but those of us capable of independent thinking and

critical thinking, we know better.

We know that if any of those idiots gets in a position of power within this White House,

that is going to be a disaster.

Not just for the country, but possibly for the entire planet.
