Trump news on Youtube Dec 10 2018

Robert De Niro returned as the ever-watchful Robert Mueller who scarily hid in Eric Trump's closet! Watch the Dec

8 cold open of 'SNL' here!    Robert Mueller (portrayed once again by Robert De Niro) returned to SNL for this week's cold open to literally hide in Eric Trump's closet

At first, Eric gets comforted by Donald Trump Jr. that he won't get indicted (although Eric thinks it means something to the effect that "there's no sugar indict coke

" After trying to read "Twas The Night Before Christmas", Don Jr. and Eric hears a creak that Donald attributes to the "cheap steel dad uses to build these towers

" After Don Jr. leaves the room on what seems to be a very heated legal phone call, Robert Mueller (AKA Eric's "dad's friend from work") appears next to Eric and eventually tells him that he's not the worst thing to happen to Donald Trump

No, Robert tells him "getting elected president was the worst thing that ever happened to your dad

" Watch the whole sketch go down here!    Last week's cold open had Alec Baldwin returning as Donald Trump

In addition to a vampyric Rudy Giuliani, the sketch played on Trump's jealousy over Vladimir Putin and Saudi Prince Mohammed bin Salman, with Putin trying to convince Trump that his handshake with Salman "meant nothing

" The whole sketch ended with Trump and the rest of the cast singing, "Don't Cry For Me Argentina

"  And in terms of cold opens, SNL's season premiere started off with the most hilarious opening sketch of all season

Featuring Matt Damon as Brett Kavanaugh during his confirmation hearing, the now-justice flew off the handle and at one point, chugged a beer

At one point, Kavanaugh screamed, "I lifted weights every day . . . am I angry? You're damn right! But if you think I'm angry now you just wait until I get on that Supreme Court and then you're all going to pay!" "It's just me, Robert Mueller

Your dad's friend from work." #SNL pic.twitter.com/xsLhnSg1oe  — Saturday Night Live – SNL (@nbcsnl) December 9, 2018    We'll keep you posted with all of the latest SNL sketches

In the meantime, check out all of the latest photos from this season in our gallery above

Trump's Attacks On Mueller Make The President Look Weak, Scared, And Crazy - Duration: 4:28.

I'm going to start by asking a really weird question here.

You ever tried to obey the cat?

If you haven't?

I. I don't recommend it at all, but let me tell you what happens when you try to give

a cat a bath.

First and foremost, most cats, most average house cats do not like the thought of water.

They do not like being approached by a big giant human being trying to snatch them either.

So when you have a cat and you're in the bathroom with the cat and you got the tub ready to

go, they will try to run.

They will try to flee, but eventually being in such a confined area, they find out they

have nowhere to go, so they backed themselves into a corner, hissing, scratching, clawing,

freaking out because they see the inevitable that is about to happen.

Eventually you get them in the tub regardless.

They can hiss and scratch and bite all they want, but it still happened.

That scenario is what we're seeing play itself out with Donald Trump's tweets this week.

On Friday morning, the president opened his day by tweeting out these asinine, absurd,

unhinged attacks on this special prosecutor.

None of these attacks, by the way, backed up by any evidence whatsoever.

He tweeted out is used well, witch hunt in all caps, followed by an exclamation point

or to talk about all the conflicts of interests from Robert Mueller, talked about the fact

that they're not investigating Hillary Clinton.

All of these attacks that made Donald Trump like a backed up cat in a corner, panicked,

freaked out, scared, and most importantly week, anyone who looks at Donald trump and

thinks, that's a strong man, that is a, that is a man I like, and as a manly man, go read

his tweets.

Seriously.

These are the tweets of a panicked, scared, weak child who sees the walls closing him

or around him.

He knows what's happening.

He knows bad things are coming.

He knows that there is nothing he can do to stop it, even if he were to fire Robert Mueller.

Mueller is covered his bases very well.

Mueller, who by the way, is a Republican.

He is not conflicted.

Why is he not investigating Hillary?

Because he wasn't given the task of investigating.

Hillary Republicans Investigated Hillary for years and years and years and years, and I'm

not even a fan of hers, but I know that she didn't break any laws.

Give it a rest.

You are that backed up, freaked out cat in a corner.

You're terrified.

You're hissing, you're scratching your biting, but none of those can do any damage and none

of them are going to stop the inevitable from happening.

So my message to conservatives out there who look at Donald trump as a good leader and

a strong human being, again, read his tweets.

Are these the tweets?

Have a strong man.

Are these the tweets?

Have a confident man or are these the tweets of a petulant, whiny narcissist who has been

able to get away with every single thing he's wanted to get away with in his entire life

until now?

Suddenly he's having to face the consequences, suddenlies having to be investigated and suddenly

he could lose it all.

The only question that remains is will these attacks on the special prosecutor resonate

with the public among dunks?

Donald Trump's base probably depends on how they view them.

If they view them as the tweets have a weak man terrified about his own future, then they

could lose support.

After all, studies have shown that Donald Trump did appeal more to men who are insecure

in their manhood and thought Donald trump was the vision of what a dude is supposed

to be.

These tweets don't reflect that.

These tweets reflect a very scared man.

So if these insecure men look at that and say, Hey, he's not what I thought he was,

maybe he could actually lose support from it.

As for the rest of the public, the independence, the Democrats and everybody in between, I

don't think they're swayed one way or another with these Donald Trump tweets.

Well, I can't say one way or the other.

They are swayed.

They see the same thing that I see the same thing that most rational people see.

They see a, a weak person who is scared of the future and possibly somebody who's gone

a little bit crazy because that is exactly what has happened with Donald trump.

Trump calls ex-FBI chief James Comey's testimony "all lies" - Duration: 0:40.

President Trump has lashed out former FBI Director James Comey, accusing him of lying

to Congress.

Comey testified to two House committees last week over his handling of the Russia probe

and the FBI's probe into Hillary Clinton's emails.

According to transcripts from Friday's closed-door meeting, Comey was advised by his lawyer to

not answer certain questions about the Russia investigation.

He also said the session was a waste of time as it was consumed by questions from Republicans

about Clinton's emails.

In a tweet on Sunday, Trump suggested Comey's testimony was dishonest and evasive.

Trump Already Has List Of People To Blame If Recession Hits - Duration: 3:03.

According to a new report and Politico, Republican sources say that Donald Trump is putting together

a list of people he can blame if the economy goes into a recession.

Now, Politico says that they have spoken to Republican sources.

They've talked to people inside the White House.

Maybe these people are being honest.

Maybe they're not.

Maybe they exist and maybe they don't, but here's the thing.

Regardless of whether or not this actually happened, we do know 100 percent that Donald

Trump is preparing to blame the Democrats in case there is any economic downturn.

After the Democrats get sworn in, he has already blamed drops in the stock market on the fact

that Democrats got elected prior to the midterms.

He had already been throwing a, or excuse me, laying the ground work to try to say,

the Democrats will crash the economy should they take office.

He has been doing this for months.

We know this is his game plan because we know that he knows that the economy is not stable

right now and that his own policies have made it so much weaker as I have been repeatedly

saying for a very long time.

Now we have built our economy out of Straw, except we didn't just build it out of Straw.

We built it out of Straw on top of quicksand and everything is about to come tumbling down

the tariffs that Donald Trump has put in place.

The tax cuts for the wealthy elite, the stagnant wages of American workers, the growing, uh,

a difference in CEO to worker pay.

The gap between the haves and the have nots continues to get wider people losing food

stamp coverage, people losing their health insurance.

Any one of those things has the potential to wreak havoc on a fragile economy.

We've got all of them.

We have every single one of those things happening in this country right now.

All of the best economists in this country say that we are headed in a downward path

very soon.

You may not be able to see it at the moment, but the recent drops in the stock market based

solely on Donald Trump's tweets.

That tells you something.

The stock market is highly volatile right now and it's because of Donald Trump.

The trade wars have lost us billions upon billions of dollars, and that is because of

Donald Trump.

The tax cuts are screwing over American workers, and that's because of Donald Trump and the

Republicans.

There is no way to spin this to where you could actually blame it on the Democrats,

but that is exactly what Donald Trump is going to do.

We have known that from the start.

So regardless of whether or not this political story, whether they talk to actual people

and whether there's actual people, we're being honest, it doesn't matter because we already

know who Donald Trump is going to blame if the recession happens and it's literally going

to be everyone except for the actual people responsible for it.

Trump Just Issued THIS ORDER On Comey! NEW EVIDENCE CONFIRMED Comey's WORST NIGHTMARE!(VIDEO)!!! - Duration: 16:13.

Trump Just Issued THIS ORDER On Comey! NEW EVIDENCE CONFIRMED Comey's WORST NIGHTMARE!

former Clinton pollster advisor Mark Penn California Congressman darrell ice

at Fox News contributor Tammy Bruce good to see you all

congressman I see you were in there hopefully we'll get the transcript

tomorrow I just went over the problems with these FISA applications is it true

the bulk of information came from the dossier that Christopher Steele doesn't

even stand by that's exactly right that it not only

came from the dossier but as you know Christopher Steele hasn't been in in

Russia in 20 years so even the people the unknown people responsible for it

could easily easily have in fact been agents of the Russian government which

would mean that Hillary Clinton is the one guilty of the so-called collusion

well that's a great irony there you have been very critical mark pen of this

process from from the get-go here as you should be I don't I believe if we have a

dual justice system I'm looking at taxi medallions I'm looking at loan

applications I'm looking at tax violations I'm not seeing any collusion

here at all this has gone so far but I do see issues with Russia with uranium

one and that is that we had a spy within that network and we did have a lot of

money kickback in the end then I do see issues with this dossier because it's

full of Russian lies and the FBI used it as the basis of the FISA applications

and in fact they never verified it well James Comey just said is false

because we know they didn't verify it because steel doesn't stand by it

well I typically urge all Americans to read the dossier because anyone who

actually reads the dossier understands that it's a it's a joke document it's a

document filled with nonsense that couldn't possibly be true that almost

reads like an April Fool's joke and now that we've spent you know I don't know

30 million dollars you know investigated almost everyone in the campaign and the

administration there's still no evidence of anything that one would call

collusion and certainly not related to the individual case

if anything we're drifting more and more back to Monica Lewinski days by talking

about payments to stormy Daniels and trying to take payments that are clearly

not you know campaign related under the definitions that have been ruled by the

FEC and try to turn those into crimes that you associate the president with

it's that whole creep of the Special Counsel to get the president all over

again and Tammy it seems the great Jared

explained it very well in terms of the law and I watched the history on TV in

the same campaign finance violations well I've got campaign violations from

96 over here and from 2008 over here and from Bob Dole over here and from Al Gore

over here and the biggest fine paid by Obama my question to you is as you look

at where this is now gone I mean I feel bad for the men involved in the things

that happen but I feel that they're victims of what is selective prosecution

and a political witch-hunt that they got caught up and by no other reason that

they like Donald Trump well look this is why we're nervous when there's more

regulations and more laws because we pretty much wake up in the morning as

Americans and we're breaking some kind of a law but then it's selective about

how it gets applied but it's always kind of hovering over you this entire dynamic

ranging from the dossier to what catherine herridge described about their

writing and in the filing that they just did is fan fiction and we're talking

about criminal justice reform on one hand from the the Trump administration

of course and the American people see this fraud this hoax being unleashed

upon people in Washington but we experience it also at the local level in

our daily lives whether it's the disenfranchised or people of color this

is a very chilling event Americans recognize it they do not like it and

it's up to the President to make sure this dynamic remains clear to the

American people about what's happening to them he could still release the

applications the gang of eight information the 302s and the email chain

do you believe last question Darryl Isis we just had comments from James Comey do

you believe what he said about the FISA warrants was accurate or did he lie well

he certainly inaccurate the idea that these things were anything

other than falsely granted based on deceiving a federal judge is LAT is more

laughable than what Mark said about the dossier itself ultimately this dossier

is what got them into a business of looking for a crime that didn't happen

unbelievable I thank you all our next guest in the closed-door Komi hearing

today joining us tonight Congressman Matt Gaetz remember the House Judiciary

and armed services committee congressman not were you impressed by the candor of

the former fired FBI director not at all Lou you know I was deeply concerned

because there were a number of circumstances where James Comey wouldn't

give us honest answers wouldn't tell us the truth and would hide behind

attorneys who were trying to suggest that even though his service concluded a

year and a half ago that somehow he couldn't tell us what happened I that's

on its face as you suggest preposterous but on the other hand how are you to

conduct your constitutional oversight responsibilities if you can't have in a

closed-door hearing candid responses by by a witness well that is the problem

and I think what was most troubling is that Comey would not share with us

information about communication he'd had with the Department of Justice in

October of 2017 about how insufficient the evidence was to be spying on people

close to president Trump I think that's one of the reasons why there's a lack of

confidence in that FISA process but Lou even beyond what you'll read on the

record I've just got to share with you that during the breaks in this committee

the behavior of the Democrats was disgusting the same Democrats who wanted

Comey fired when he provided information about emails on Anthony Weiner's laptop

were begging Comey to sign their copies of his book they had written while we're

supposed to be conducting oversight they're begging for Jim Comey's

autograph they're doing a victory dance that they ran out the clock on the

Republicans for the past two years well that is a fair criticism Lou because

Devin Nunez gave the Judiciary and oversight committees 42 names and he

said look let's get the information on the record let's

get the evidence together let's compile it for a report and we didn't even make

it a third of the way through the list that the Intelligence Committee Chairman

provided and I don't think that's an accident Lou I think that the Republican

leadership did not want us to get to the bottom of the facts they did not want to

truly uh extend of the deep state and that's why we're here with the clock

running out and the Democrats about to be in control

remember the broadcast where you heard that first about Paul Ryan and the RINO

cabal that he put together and called your leadership for two years it is

appalling it is disgusting but let's turn to not a happier note that a

different subject and that is this is Mark Meadows congressman meadows saying

that Comey is coming back for a second round that we also hear that there will

be a hearing on the Hilary emails scandal because there are some

whistleblowers are you kidding me and the final weeks this is suddenly there

is action here this is like a student being like a d-minus student for the

entire semester and then at the very end running to the teacher and begging for

extra credit to get an A we should have been doing our job all along

we should have interviewed rod Rosenstein about wearing a wire on the

president we should have had Loretta Lynch giving truthful testimony about

the tarmac meeting but instead we slow rolled we didn't take the appropriate

pace we should have and now here we are without the majority with the Democrats

about to be in control and while I'm pleased that we were able to expose

McCabe expose Peter struck and Lisa page get people like Jenna thinking about now

well mccabe has been referred for criminal prosecution and look we took

over I forgot there have been letters written he's been referred now one of

them have suffered the consequences of their actions look who the Attorney

General was you had the Keebler Elf overrun in the Justice Department unable

to make a decision and unable to exercise you know any sort of control or

jurisdiction over the deep state actors there who totally had their had him

under their spell the spell is bro and I believe and now you're going to

hear the gavel come down and in and holding that gavel believe none other

than Nancy Pelosi what what do the Republicans do now about the deep state

and the radical Dems who have run the Justice Department and the FBI for all

these years and have gotten away with what looks like the greatest political

corruption in this country's history well I don't disagree or I do disagree I

should say with the Democrats but I do not in any way impair their talent there

are Democrats on the Judiciary Committee who are going to be more aggressive and

who are going to I think wield the power of the committee far better than we did

and then we'll run back to our constituents and say we can't stop them

they're in the majority and then our constituents will reasonably ask of us

why we didn't hold the people to account who had clearly broken the law when we

had control and and honestly I think the answer is a lack of vigor and a lack of

focus and a lack of determination and if we bring that same low energy game into

the hundred and sixteenth Congress Donald Trump will be impeached and it

will be viewed as more politically legitimate than it is because we won't

be there to put up our best fight so I'm concerned about where we're going I

think that we really were not tough enough on the people the FBI and

Department of Justice and I think that came from the top yeah I I think it came

from the top too and I think that the shame is that with a president who sees

who is so entitled to the support of his party that the leadership of the House

was not worthy of this president his efforts imagine losing 40 seats with the

record of this president and his achievements his successes his

philosophy and his commitment to the people who put him in office and you

know I believe the house got the faith that it it earned and I and by the way I

think this president is such a fighter that even without the snowflakes of the

Republican Party behind him he will show the Democrats how to fight and I think

you can take that to the bank and I know he'll have the support of Congressman

Matt Gaetz and a lot of others help him out in the times no matter how

tell congressman it's great to have you with us we appreciate it

put me on the hot seat the former FBI director clamming up on Capitol Hill

today silenced by his attorneys while testifying behind closed doors here now

is congressman darrell Issa one of the lawmakers who questioned him today he

sits on the House Oversight Judiciary and foreign affairs committee sir I

heard you say earlier today that his lawyers were sort of gleefully telling

him not to answer question well I think when it was specifically the FBI's

lawyer in other words it's still the Department of Justice blocking justice

if it if it's being done by the American people's representatives here in

Congress so what were the questions that you asked that he wouldn't answer well I

want to be careful to keep keep the no specifics rule until the transcript

comes out but they clearly involved the general categories of Hillary Clinton

and decisions there Loretta Lynch and decisions there and very much the FISA

investigations those were some of the areas the the thing that is creating a

problem is of course everyone knew including the FBI and the attorneys the

Department of Justice what the questions were going to be and so to surprise us

by coming up with very broad prohibitions to be candid we could have

just as easily not had the Department of Justice in the room stuck to the the

subpoena that chairman Goodlatte II issued and gotten past some of this but

they're now essentially forcing us to go to Department of Justice negotiate a lot

more information being allowed and bring Comey back because he said an artificial

surprised us but an artificial I've got to leave at 4:15

and with these not answers clearly the American people are not getting the

answers to questions they have and if you notice today what was what came out

from Judicial Watch and the the terrible violations of protocols that were done

by the Department of Justice when they were looking in the FBI when they were

looking at Hillary Clinton it's very clear there are still problems there and

the new Attorney General's got a lot too well so I mean if he's just gonna evade

no matter what I mean he needed specific terms you guys did it now you're saying

you gonna have to go back and renegotiate seems like he would just

have another surprise roadblock that he doesn't want to cooperate so where do

you go from there I mean what's the point of trying to do this again well

first of all getting the truth from American people is something you keep

trying until you get it let's remember that Comey was a man who came before

Congress voluntarily and lied to us about his need to get a backdoor into

Apple phones millions of phones that he wanted to be able to essentially unlock

and look at remotely and you know he was later proved to have clearly not checked

out how to unlock one phone from the San Bernardino killer so this is a man who

plays fast and loose with the truth and now is sitting behind a Department of

Justice that is still stonewalling the American people well but he you know

he's not in the position any longer so what is the point of continuing down

this path as opposed to trying to either go into the department reform it change

who's there change the rules around it I mean it seems like this path is not the

most direct path in order to you know get to justice within the Justice

Department well you know sometimes you have to go to each of the areas that

need to be discovered or reformed in this case remember we're still spending

we the American people are still spending millions of dollars every month

investigating collusion if you will and by the way that is clearly been

understood is not a legal term there is no such thing as collusion under the law

Comey couldn't answer what collusion was because it's not a term that has a law

attached to it but the fact is that we're still spending that money the

special investigator is investigating based on and these were a lot of our

questions obviously based on this false narrative of the the so-called steel

dossier which was an outright lie paid for by the Democratic National Committee

and Hillary Clinton that is still going on so he may be out but the predicate

the false predicate the lies told to a FISA judge to get it is still something

the American people deserve more than just a promise

that it won't happen in the future people have to be held accountable for

lying to a federal judge and those people who lie to a federal judge

knowingly they are Department of Justice employees and FBI agents I know one of

the main questions was what did you know before you went to the FISA Court to the

answer that question no all right congressman I said thank you thank you

god bless you and God bless america

Newt Gingrich Blows The Whistle On Mueller's Trump Destruction Project(VIDEO)!!! - Duration: 15:18.

Newt Gingrich Blows The Whistle On Mueller

yesterday during a conference in Washington Democratic senator mazie

Hirono explaining why Democrats have a hard time connecting with voters are

just too smart we'll get to that in a minute but first joining us is former

Speaker of the House author of the bestseller Trump's America the truth

about our nation's great comeback Newt Gingrich all right when you read this

thing on general Flynn we find out okay that there are only two known instances

in which individuals have been indicted for violating the Logan Act the last of

which came at 1853 and neither indictment resulted in conviction and

the other one that's mentioned is the the federal law and we know that the DOJ

issued a report that tallied all the prosecutions on DeForest since 1966 that

would be seven cases with one conviction is this how deep we go to get a guy that

served 33 years in the military that the FBI didn't believe was lying sure I mean

look what you have to understand Muller is not involved in a investigation

Miller has a trump destruction project he brought on a team all of them

dedicated to destroying Trump they've done everything they could to destroy

Trump and part of that technique would which frankly Sidney Powell described

brilliantly in her book license to lie about the Justice Department part of

that technique is you throw the kitchen sink

you basically threaten somebody and say I'm going to bankrupt you I'm going to

put your son in jail I want to charge you with so many different crimes you'll

never get out from under it now would you like to talk and when you

have the full power of the federal government against you it's pretty tough

not to try to find a way to get them off your back but it has nothing to do with

the truth there's nothing to do with justice and in Mueller I think it'll

really sad historians someday will comment that this was one of the most

extraordinary efforts to undo the will of the American people by and

established bureaucracy and its establishment friends that we've seen in

all of American and then I want to make one quick point

just to put this in context Donald Trump after 92% negative coverage for two

years 92% negative coverage for tears it's

somewhere between 44 and 48 percent approval depending on the poll Ronald

Reagan about this point in 19 2019 83 was at 35 percent the fact is that

McCrone the wonderboy of France is now down at 25 or 26 percent and just

had the worst riots in Paris in 50 years so the whole notion that Muller is now

the person who's going to go out and save America by destroying the president

I think is an aunt like the institutional effort by the organized

left so John Solomon just breaks this story now we knew that they didn't

verify the dossier and it was not corroborated which is part of their

protocol and also part of the law but now we see an email chain where they

knew it had massive credibility problems this is what he discovered an email

chain with all of these people's names in it that shows they knew that there

were credibility problems - the very evidence that the bulk of evidence that

was used to obtain the FISA warrants the in the FISA applications and they

withheld all of that exculpatory information from the judges as well as

who paid for it which was Hillary and how it was a political document how can

they get away with that abuse of power

well because they're the establishment they're the fix they're the insiders

they're the guys at the New York Times The Washington Post and all the networks

except for Fox all surround and protect them now they operated on a premise and

of course they all thought Hillary is going to win so they never thought this

would come to light they thought they were helping the winner and I think it

was an enormous shock election night to suddenly start for Comey in particular

to suddenly start realizing that his neck was on the line he'd been breaking

the law but he all thought he'd be protected everybody near

the clintons have been protected as you point away Kobe's name is in the email

chain cause he's on the email chain he signed off on that of course you had you

had the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation actively trying to

destroy a presidential candidate you have the former head of the FBI by

Muller actively trying to destroy the president nine states I mean there's a

pointer and I know it's frustrating but the fact is this is a clear-cut drama

they hate him they want to destroy him has nothing to do with the truth and

nothing to do with the law no if we don't get everyone else that lied that

we know lied under oath if Hillary's never held accountable you could say we

have no equal justice or application or laws that's the scary part every

American mr. speaker thank you Newt Gingrich former House Speaker boxers

contribute among many other things how are you sir and good day and it's great

to have you back today I'm doing great we brought you in to talk about the

headlines of the day we'll get to that a moment but let's talk about the latest

headlines in the last 30 minutes Phil bar do you know him do you like the pic

Heather now at at the UN well let me say first of all I work with Bill bar back

in the first Bush administration and before that and I watched him ever since

he has great integrity he is very smart I think that he will be confirmed

readily by the Senate and he brings a level of stability and knowledge to the

Justice Department that I think will be very powerful I thought it was a great

pick by the president and it's interesting to me in the middle of all

this talk about Muller and all this noise here you have the president making

a great pick for attorney general and a very solid pet for the um the Heather

now it has worked very closely with secretary Pompeo she's been in the room

for two solid years and and while Tillerson didn't have her in his inner

circle she was nonetheless in the State Department working issues working with

the president and his team I think there's a real sense that she can

communicate effectively and remember a major part of the United Nations

ambassador's job is public diplomacy look at the

great job Nikki hailey did and I think that Heather Nauert is a very good

choice in the same tradition obviously a William Bar but Bill Bar is a person you

know as you said speaker would face them tough questioning in the confirmation

process over how he would handle the ongoing Moeller investigation knowing

him and his work how do you think he will handle that questioning process

look he's gonna be very professional he's gonna be very very well prepared he

will have thought all of this through and he will frankly know far more than

most of the Senators who are questioning him I think he's going to take a very

solid position he will be responsible he's not going you know he's not there

to either be the president's defender or the president's attacker he's there to

be the chief law enforcement officer of the United States of America he

understands this thoroughly and I think particularly in light of the deep

sentiment everybody felt towards President George HW Bush having his

Attorney General willing to come back and serve the country gives bill Barr I

think a powerful emotional ability to reach out to other senators in both

parties and say look I'm going to do a job for America I'm a patriot I'm here

because it matters and you can count on my professionalism and that's frankly

all we should ask of an attorney general what Republicans have the votes in the

Senate as you well know and I would expect them to both to go through unless

there's a big hiccup there now there's a lot more to get to you you've got the

back go ahead I just have to say I think bill bar will get a great substantial

number of Democratic votes because of his integrity because he's worked with

so many of them over the years and they know him and they know that he's a he's

somebody who's going to serve the country okay on the mother matter will

mana for be referred for a new trial we're waiting to hear that today on the

cohen matter deadline day for sentencing guidelines we'll see what happens no

later than five o'clock today james call me is now behind closed doors answering

questions from house lawmakers trey Gowdy Bob Goodlatte

John Ratcliffe and others here is Jonathan Turley sound bite number four

on the allegation that Comey is a leaker himself and I'll ask you a specific

question after the one that I would ask and drill down

on is his leaking of those memos after he left the FBI he was tasked with

finding leakers and the minute it became something to his advantage he became a

leaker that appears to be Turley's main question what is yours look I think the

real question and you had a little bit this a few minutes ago from trey gowdy

the real question is the entire thought process by which the director of the FBI

who is supposed to be the nation's top law enforcement figure in terms of

criminal law what was his decision process both with hillary clinton and

with donald trump mean you have this guy who I think was rendering judgments that

were way way above his pay grade he had no right to be doing a lot of the stuff

he was doing and it's never been completely explained and the more we

learned about how he ran the FBI the more the people around him who are now

in trouble it's really I think a problem that we have to dig into ultimately

because you can't have the nation's top law enforcement agency riddled with

people who abuse the power on their own for their own ideas or their own

psychological interest meanwhile mr. speaker another fascinating day for us

and markets looking at the day right now it was just up a hundred points now it's

now it's in the red following these markets I'll make you seasick one day a

Wednesday no day of trading for a national day of mourning but it has been

a wild ride on Wall Street this week a lot of questions on uncertainty

surrounding trade the president's top guy on trade Peter Navarro said this

most recently we're going into this clear-eyed at the end of 90 days if they

don't do what they say they're gonna do then we put the terror we put the

tariffs up more and that's not that's a good outcome because we are defending

this country from Chinese economic aggression everybody in Washington now

agrees that China is a bad actor doing bad things the only disagreement

we have is what should be done about it that was Peter Navarro talking to a Bret

bear outside the White House it's tough to navigate through all this and really

find out what the president is going to get done on trade ok let me separate the

two I'm gonna really disappoint you in markets I don't worry about it markets

go up markets go down depending on when you got into this market it's going up

so much so dramatically for so long that it could go down in good ways and most

people are still going to be profitable so I don't think you can tell from the

daily confusion of the marketplace on trade we have a real problem

the Chinese have routinely cheated across the board in a way which I'm

actually working on a book for next summer on China and and I think the

subtitle is going to be changed or died because the truth is we can't allow the

Chinese to continue to steal our intellectual property we can't allow

them to continue have all sorts of one-sided deals on trade and we have to

recognize that this is a big country with a determined effort to become the

leading country in the world and if we don't find a way to negotiate

aggressively and fairly and get a real change in their behavior we're in real

trouble in the long run Larry Kudlow is making a round of interviews today and

what he's saying about this is that this is a national security issue as it

relates to the trade talks and well I guess more to the point the arrest of

this businesswoman in Canada the other day that that is here's the question

it's an elevation of matters and it happened over the weekend the same time

the talks are breaking off in Argentina Kudlow saying that we've been warning

them on this matter for a long time I bet America probably is not aware that

if you buy a Tesla that's made in China and a lot of times the data that's

collected in that car goes back to Beijing and I think if people became

aware of that they'd be a little more alerted to this here is the question has

the administration communicated effectively to the American people what

is on the line and what they're trying to execute no no they have not yet

and it's a major challenge to all of us we've gone through a long period where

all of us I would include me all of us kept hoping that China is opening up in

markets would lead them to become a normal country to follow the rule of law

to be a fair trading partner and as Michael Pillsbury in a brilliant book

called the hundred year marathon which is probably the best introduction to the

problem of Chinese behavior he points out and he's one of the people

who said to change his mind because the longer you watched them the more you

realize that the Chinese are engaged in it and it's not that they're bad people

but their entire culture their entire background it's so dramatically

different than ours that they regard cheating as routine it's not breaking

the rules it is the rules and we're going to have to be tough enough and

firm enough and it is a national security issue

they steal hundreds of billions of dollars a year in intellectual property

they have all sorts of equipment militarily that is basically American

equipment that they stole through the internet they they hack routinely into

the Defense Department and this is very aggressive behavior and it's not 12

teenagers in Shanghai this is a division of People's Liberation Army located just

outside Beijing which is actively dedicated to penetrating and stealing

American intellectual property this is the kind of stuff that has to change and

frankly it isn't going to change easily the Chinese aren't going to turn around

say oh gosh we really would like to be fair players now they're gonna

grudgingly day by day over the next four or five six seven years have to be

drugged into a fair relationship which will be very painful for them and a real

change for them if you don't make the 90-day deadline that would be a very

important message the president to live from the White House part of what you

just said right there sir thank you for your - exactly

Trump at the Bush Funeral – Here's What REALLY Happened - Duration: 7:56.

Now, I'm no investigative journalist, but we're gonna get to the bottom of this

"Trump Busch funeral fiasco" right now. I'm gonna take you through three different

pieces of video footage from three separate news stations. The "Ginger

Inspector Gadget," is gonna piece the whole thing together for you because you

know as well as I, what happens when you go to a news channel? Well, they try to

convince you that the guy who's party they're behind is right and everyone

else is wrong but not me I'm a social scientist I have no political bias I

have one goal to teach you what's going on socially so you can decide what was

right and what was wrong and learn and apply it in your life because I want you

to feel confident when you go out there and are around people socially at work

or anywhere else you are at the end of the clip not now but once I've taken you

through all the different analysis I want you to let me know in the comments

below what you think he did good what you think he did bad and what your

overall decision is on positive or negative in the comments below at the

end of this video all right let's roll the game film in this first piece of

footage you're gonna see what basically every news station besides Fox painted

the picture as so they're showing all the ex-presidents specifically Obama and

the Clintons joking around having a good time it's a light-hearted atmosphere

everyone's having fun if you notice behind them everyone else is talking to

and then they say when mean president Trump came in the principal walked and

all the fun was sucked out of the room I don't think that's probably accurate

because it appears to me that when Trump comes in he's the last person to be

seated and the funeral is about to start so everyone is quiet if you think it a

funeral everyone's talking beforehand when they get ready to start everyone

becomes quiet so I think this clip was shown before

the hush fell over the crowd before the funeral is about to start I don't think

it's because Trump came in but clearly that's the picture that they wanted to

paint so here's the main clip that everyone is analyzing it has beef with

so Trump walks in it almost appears that he walks by that front row the Clintons

are slightly looking over Trump takes off his coat his wife's shaking hands

with everybody Obama Michelle and bill and now Trump leans over shakes

hands with Obama and as so as well with Michelle Obama okay so what everyone is

saying is he missed both Clinton's and Carter and his wife at the end there all

right they're saying he snubbed them okay

so the way that I'm looking is I'm gonna show you another clip that paints a

little bit of a different picture but the wait when I heard all the outrage

about this I thought it was gonna be something much more dramatic so from my

perspective if you look back here he sits down he's leaning over and now he

leans over to people to shake Obama's hand okay so with the Clintons what's he

gonna do he's not Stretch Armstrong he can't reach all the way down and shake

everyone else at the end of the pews hand right so that's that's my

perspective on that now when Bill Clinton was looking over here so if he

wanted to engage Clinton right after this when Bill's looking down there he

could have given a little wave clearly Hillary isn't looking she wants no part

of it so she's not gonna be engaged he could have engaged Bill Clinton at

that point but this is some other things that I want you to think about when he

came in we don't know any other variables about this situation so they

could have told him listen the TV cameras are rolling we have to get this

thing started within 30 seconds of when you walk down the aisle we don't know

anything like that we know it's very quiet in there so for him about the only

thing that he could have done and my perspective is to actually walk around

the front tier in front of the Pew and go straight up to everyone and shake all

their hands now that's a viable thing you could have done he could have done

that but another variable that we don't know is is the hurry right it would be a

bit rude if everyone's sitting there waiting they're ready to go all the news

stations are running late and he's slowly going there engaging a buddy now

on the other hand you are the president so you have the Liberty to basically do

whatever you want so he really would have wanted to do that if he really

wanted to stand out and make a gesture that you know everything is forgotten

it's water under the bridge and shaken both Clinton's hands and Carter in his

wife's hands he could have done that I don't think that's something that he

wanted to do but I don't think this is something like everyone's saying we

basically walked by her inside hey not gonna talk to you sucker ignore you

completely I don't see it that way okay so now he's coming down the aisle you

can see look at the atmosphere no one's joking around or laughing it's not like

Trump coming down the aisle is what created this sober environment so I

think that's definitely played up but think about this think about the

logistics they're walking down the aisle they're not coming from in front of the

other Pew right here so what they did to get up there

maybe they greeted somebody at the front but I don't think he walked by everybody

as much as it looks like from that perspective so I don't think he was

snuffing people as he was walking by so to look at what really happened do you

think Trump was super pumped to say hello to the Clintons no of course not

and unless he had it in his plan to make a grand gesture to engage them which he

could have he wasn't gonna do that right he wasn't gonna walk to the front of the

pew in front of everybody while everybody's waiting and shake their hand

that just wasn't in his playbook but he also didn't walk by them and ignore them

by any means and an argument could be made for he did the exact right thing he

reached as far as a human can reach to shake hands and engage maybe he didn't

want to wave down to the Clintons because he figured they wouldn't be

looking his way and then he would look bad for having waved at them and they

weren't reciprocating then all of a sudden the news says oh the Clintons

ignored Trump and he looked bad so I get Trump making that move I totally

understand that but to boil it down I just don't think this was near as big of

a deal or snub or ignore seen as the way it was played out in the news now before

we wrap up I want to ask you do you know how to behave in challenging situations

like this cuz I know what it feels like if you don't you feel like you're just

kind of grabbing at straws you hope what you do is right and if it's not you

don't really know and maybe you get a negative response one day and a positive

response the next day you don't know what's going on that's a bad feeling and

if you do feel that way I have a program called the social invincibility program

you can touch or click up here in the left corner or go to social

invincibility dot-com and I'll actually teach you how to

understand exactly what's going on around you so you can feel comfortable

every time you go out in public and know how to get a good reaction people know

when you go up and introduce yourself that people are gonna like you and think

positive of you and remember use if that's something you're interested in

you go to social invincibility calm so what are your thoughts on this try to

back out your political beliefs I know it's difficult right but what did he do

right what did he do wrong and if you were gonna coach Trump right now and say

hey you're gonna do this again it's gonna be like it never happened what do

you do this time what would you actually tell him to do and if you like a little

comedic break there's a video that analyzed of Trump and a man yell McCrone

of France where they're having a handshake in the middle of the street

during a celebration in France and Trump rips his arm around the street like he's

basically carrying a rag doll it's 28 seconds and he doesn't let go and

McCombs like a wife comes over and tries to help him it's pretty unbelievable you

haven't seen that video you can click here to do so or if you haven't seen

this other video down here you can click there to watch that one and I'll talk to

you there well back before you can see it's pretty tight the Trump often times

does the pact
