successfully withdrawn from another an Obama-era agreement with the U.N. on mass migration.

Back in 2016, countries all around the world agreed to take in migrants as well as refugees

that were displaced from war.The declaration aimed to ensure the rights of migrants, help

them resettle and provide them with access to education and jobs.

The initiative was ambitious needless to say, and it was to be finalized in 2018, but when

it is completed, it will be without the United States.

On Saturday, the US ambassador Nikki Halley announced to the United Nations that we would

no longer be apart of the global initiative to take in more migrants and refugees.

Halley stated that the global compact undermined the United States sovereignty and that we

as a country would decide our own policies on migration and immigration.

Our decisions on immigration policies must always be made by Americans and Americans

alone,� she said.

�We will decide how best to control our borders and who will be allowed to enter our

The US today said it has pulled out of Global Compact on Migration, arguing that the Obama-era

negotiated UN deal contains numerous provisions that are �inconsistent� with its immigration

and refugee policies and the Trump Administration�s immigration principles.

�President Trump determined that the US would end its participation in the Compact

process that aims to reach international consensus at the UN in 2018,� the US Mission to the

United Nations said in a statement.

Earlier, the mission informed the UN Secretary-General about the US decision to end its participation

in the Global Compact on Migration.

US participation in the Compact process began in 2016, following the Obama Administration�s

decision to join the UN�s New York Declaration on migration.

�The New York Declaration contains numerous provisions that are inconsistent with US immigration

and refugee policies and the Trump Administration�s immigration principles,� it said.

US Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley said America is proud of its immigrant heritage and its

long-standing moral leadership in providing support to migrant and refugee populations

across the globe.

No country has done more than the United States, and its generosity will continue, she said.

�But our decisions on immigration policies must always be made by Americans and Americans

alone.

We will decide how best to control our borders and who will be allowed to enter our country.

The global approach in the New York Declaration is simply not compatible with US sovereignty,�

she said.

During the Obama administration, he did all that he could to undermine America�s sovereignty

McCullough�s statements and comments about what he found while investigating emails Clinton

stored on a private server while she was Secretary of State were, on a surface level, damning.

He claimed a Clinton campaign official warned that if McCullough continued his probe he

would be dismissed from his post � which President Barack Obama appointed him to � should

Clinton win the presidency.

�There was personal blowback.

Personal blowback to me, to my family, to my office,� McCullough said.

Claiming then-Director of National Intelligence James Clapper thought his findings were �extremely

reckless� on Clinton�s part, McCullough also said seven Democrats questioned if he

was �politicizing� the Clinton probe.

He also claimed they took umbrage with his labeling emails that went through Clinton�s

private server as above �Top Secret,� a distinction that would indicate Clinton

had endangered national security and intelligence secrets on a server not protected by the government.

McCullough explained how it was all an effort by Democrats, certain people at the State

Department and Clinton�s campaign to �coordinate� and downplay the allegations levied at the

former first lady as she aimed for the nation�s highest political office.

�I�m well-aware there was a strategic coordination between the campaign,� McCullough

said, �the State Department, certain officials at the State Department, certain law firms

in town, and people on Capitol Hill.

Trump lashed out at the so-called �deep state� � the moniker branded upon longtime

government officials who conspiracy theorists accuse of political leanings whenever convenient

over the weekend about the firing of Flynn.

What does it say?

Well Semin… the tweet, written by John Dowd, states that Trump only fired Flynn because

he lied to Vice President Mike Pence and the FBI.

But the tweet also reads that Flynn's contacts with Russian officials were lawful.

This tweet has raised fresh questions about possible collusion between the Trump campaign

and Russia.

But, more importantly, it could also raise suspicions of obstruction of justice because

the FBI's former director James Comey, who Trump had fired, had testified under oath

that the president asked him to drop an investigation into Flynn's contacts with the Russians.

If Trump knew at the time of that conversation that Flynn was guilty, then it could constitute

an attempt to obstruct a legal inquiry.

Trump tweeted on Sunday that such a request was never made, accusing the media again of

more fake news.

John Dowd is President Donald Trump's personal attorney, who got presumably unwanted media attention on Saturday after Trump made a Twitter postapparently admitting to obstruction of justice on his part, and source close to the situation claimed that Dowd was actually the author of that tweet.

Here's five things to know:.

John Dowd Got Pete Rose Kicked out of Baseball.

In 1989, baseball legend Pete Rose was banned for life from playing the game (then banned from baseball's Hall of Fame in 1991), after the discovery that Rose was placing bets on his own team.

John Dowd's late-1980s investigation into Rose's betting habits (published as "The Dowd Report") led to Rose's lifetime ban.

In 2007, when SuperLawyers.com ran an admiring profile piece on "John Dowd's hall of fame career," it focused mainly on Dowd's role representing Ted Williams (and specified that Dowd doesn't like talking about Rose at all).

Dowd said he had a great time hanging out with Williams, but investigating Rose wasn't nearly as much fun because "Once we got inside his inner circle, we saw that Pete was a much rougher character than anybody knew.".

In July 2017, Rose filed a defamation of character lawsuit against Dowd over statements Dowd made the year before, claiming that Rose had arranged for underage girls to be delivered to baseball training camps so Rose could commit statutory rape with them.

In October, Rose's lawyers dropped one point of contention from Rose's suit against Dowd; specifically, the contention that Dowd's accusations had cost Rose more than $300,000 in lost endorsement deals.

Dowd Only Joined Trump's Legal Team in June 2017. Trump hired John Dowd to join his legal team in June 2017, as Robert Mueller's special counsel investigations began heating up.

Dowd brought impressive credentials with him— he was a captain in the Marines, where he served as in the Judge Advocate Division, then left the Marines to become a prosecutor with the Department of Justice, serving as a trial attorney in the Tax Division and heading an Organized Crime Strike Force in the Criminal Division.

In his Dowd Report biography, the list of people he has successfully represented includes "a U.S. district judge, a former U.S. senators, and the governor of Arizona.".

Despite these impressive credentials, Bloomberg Businessweek looked at Trump's lawyers in August 2017 and concluded "Trump's Legal Team Is No Match for Mueller's," in part because Dowd, for all his ability, brought only his own ability to Trump's team (as opposed to the far greater resources enjoyed by Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, the high-powered law firm where Dowd had recently been a partner.

Nicholas Allard, dean of the Brooklyn Law School, told Bloomberg that trying to fend off Mueller without a high-powered legal team would be like "going to a knife fight with a stick of butter in your hand.".

Dowd Represented John McCain in the Keating Five Scandal.

The collapse of the savings and loan industry was one of the major American financial scandals of the 1980s, which spawned multiple sub-scandals including the story of the so-called "Keating Five": five sitting U.S.

Senators were accused to trying to persuade federal regulators to back away from investigating Charles Keating, whose Lincoln Savings and Loan collapse cost U.S. taxpayers $3.4 billion (in late-1980s dollars).

Before Lincoln's collapse, Charles Keating was a major benefactor for various political campaigns, including the five senators accused to trying to protect him.

Of the Keating Five senators, the only one still in the Senate today is John McCain –who, when the Keating Five investigations first started, hired John Dowd as his attorney. (McCain was eventually cleared of wrongdoing.).

The other four members of the Keating Five–Senators Alan Cranston of California, Dennis DeConcini of Arizona, John Glenn of Ohio and Donald Riegle of Michigan–retired in the 1990s. Charles Keating died in 2014 at the age of 90.

Dowd, who was the president's personal lawyer by then, generated controversy of his own when he apparently attempted to defend his boss by forwarding an email to government officials and conservative media journalists saying "You cannot be against General Lee and be for General Washington, there literally is no difference between the two men.

" The email also said that Black Lives Matter is led by terrorists.

Dowd did not write the email; its author was Jerome Almon, a conspiracy theorist who, according to the New York Times, runs several websites alleging sundry government conspiracies, including the belief that the FBI has been infiltrated by Islamic terrorists.

He also tried (unsuccessfully) to sue the State Department for $900 million over discrimination claims. Almon told the New York Times that when he sent Dowd the email, he hoped it would ultimately come to the attention of President Trump.

Dowd Supposedly Authored Trump's Tweet to Make Trump Look Better.

On Saturday, the day after Michael Flynn pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI, Donald Trump took to Twitter with a remark widely considered by legal observers to be an admission of obstruction of justice: "I had to fire General Flynn because he lied to the Vice President and the FBI.

He has pled guilty to those lies. It is a shame because his actions during the transition were lawful. There was nothing to hide!".

But according to anonymous sources speaking to various media outlets, Dowd was actually the one who wrote that tweet, thinking to help his client.

CBS News explained it this way: "Dowd meant to convey that Flynn was fired for lying to Pence and other White House officials about his conversations with Kislyak, and 'now we know' that he lied to the FBI, according to these sources.

But Dowd bungled the tweet and created confusion around Mr Trump's knowledge of events.". Not everybody bought this story, however. As one attorney noted on Twitter: "We're supposed to believe John Dowd wrote pled instead of pleaded?".

Louisiana and other parts of the South are rising up to help their fallen neighbor.

The �Cajun Navy� has been resurrected to come to the aide of Texans in needs and

these heroes are determined to lend a hand where needed and save as many lives as they

can in the process.

They are truly the epitome of the American spirit.

Louisianans have a long memory and they definitely remember the many natural disasters that have

struck their home from hurricanes, floods, tropical storms, and other acts of nature,

Texans have come to the aid of their Eastern neighbors time and time again.

Now Louisianans are glad to repay that kindness with folks from around Baton Rouge, Lafayette

and other parts of the state with members of the Cajun Navy springing into action to

help folks in need.

Many of these folks spent last August helping wading around south Louisiana�s floodwaters

in boats to help the good folks of Baton Rouge as they were dealing with the effects of massive

floods.

Now they are packing up their boats and headed west to help rescue Texans caught in the floods.

and bring these refugees to America ahead of schedule.

Now, President Trump seems to be pumping the brakes on this insane deal, and you can be

sure the left will lose their minds.

U.S. officials interviewing refugees held in an Australian-run offshore detention center

left the facility abruptly, three detainees told Reuters on Saturday, throwing further

doubt over a plan to resettle many of the detainees in America.

U.S. officials halted screening interviews and departed the Pacific island of Nauru on

Friday, two weeks short of their scheduled timetable and a day after Washington said

the United States had reached its annual refugee intake cap.

"U.S. (officials) were scheduled to be on Nauru until July 26 but they left on Friday,"

one refugee told Reuters, requesting anonymity as he did not want to jeopardize his application

for U.S. resettlement.

In the United States, a senior member of the union that represents refugee officers at

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), a Department of Homeland Security

agency, told Reuters his own trip to Nauru was not going forward as scheduled.

Jason Marks, chief steward of the American Federation of Government Employees Local 1924,

told Reuters his trip has now been pushed back and it was unclear whether it will actually

happen.

The USCIS said on Saturday that the program would continue but offered no details.

"We do not discuss the exact dates of USCIS' circuit rides to adjudicate refugees' applications.

However, we are planning return trips," the agency said in a statement.

"It is not uncommon for the dates of tentatively planned refugee circuit ride trips worldwide

to change due to a wide variety of factors."

The Australian Immigration Department declined to comment on the whereabouts of the U.S.

officials or the future of a refugee swap agreement between Australia and the United

States that President Donald Trump earlier this year branded a "dumb deal".

Australian Foreign Minister Julie Bishop said on Sunday the deal was progressing as expected,

reiterating the government had assurances from the Trump administration.

"The quota will roll over again on October 1 as I said, and I expect that the United

States will adhere to this agreement, as the president promised," she told the Australian

Broadcasting Corp.

This deal should not go through no matter what and it appears from this report it is

beginning to fall apart.

There is no reason that we should take in these refugees at all under any circumstances.

These refugees are known to be from terrorist hotspots and the last thing we need is any

more terror threats.

This deal should be scrapped and let Australia deal with the crisis they have created themselves.

Obama had no business making this sort of deal when he was on the way out of office.

President Trump has every right to deny this shoddy deal since that is what the American

people elected him to do.

The days of allowing every Muslim refugee into America need to end, and right away.

The only way we will be able to get our country back on track is by halting all these insane

policies that liberals implemented over the years.

If they want to riot because of it then so be it, they then can be arrested and sit in

jail for their own terrorist activities.

It was passed on Saturday in a 51-to-49 vote with no support from the Democrats and one

Republican defection.

The Senate plan would cut the corporate tax rate from the current 35 percent to 20 percent.

There would also be tax breaks for individuals, but the Senate plan still differs with the

House plan in some areas.

Some lawmakers are concerned it would add about a trillion dollars to the U.S. deficit

over the next ten years.

President Trump thanked the House and Senate Republicans on Twitter, saying he expects

the plan will be finalized by Christmas.

Obama then flooded our borders with illegal immigrants and worked with the United Nations

to bring in thousands of Muslim migrants into our country that had no plans to assimilate

into our culture.

Now, after years of witnessing our country's culture being shredded apart, President Trump

just took a massive stand and ended Barack Obama's Muslim migration deal, and all hell

is about to break loose.

In a stunning blow to the liberal plan of destroying America, the United States has

successfully withdrawn from another an Obama-era agreement with the U.N. on mass migration.

Back in 2016, countries all around the world agreed to take in migrants as well as refugees

that were displaced from war.The declaration aimed to ensure the rights of migrants, help

them resettle and provide them with access to education and jobs.

The initiative was ambitious needless to say, and it was to be finalized in 2018, but when

it is completed, it will be without the United States.

On Saturday, the US ambassador Nikki Halley announced to the United Nations that we would

no longer be apart of the global initiative to take in more migrants and refugees.

Halley stated that the global compact undermined the United States sovereignty and that we

as a country would decide our own policies on migration and immigration.

"Our decisions on immigration policies must always be made by Americans and Americans

alone," she said.

"We will decide how best to control our borders and who will be allowed to enter our

country."

The US today said it has pulled out of Global Compact on Migration, arguing that the Obama-era

negotiated UN deal contains numerous provisions that are "inconsistent" with its immigration

and refugee policies and the Trump Administration's immigration principles.

"President Trump determined that the US would end its participation in the Compact

process that aims to reach international consensus at the UN in 2018," the US Mission to the

United Nations said in a statement.

Earlier, the mission informed the UN Secretary-General about the US decision to end its participation

in the Global Compact on Migration.

US participation in the Compact process began in 2016, following the Obama Administration's

decision to join the UN's New York Declaration on migration.

"The New York Declaration contains numerous provisions that are inconsistent with US immigration

and refugee policies and the Trump Administration's immigration principles," it said.

US Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley said America is proud of its immigrant heritage and its

long-standing moral leadership in providing support to migrant and refugee populations

across the globe.

No country has done more than the United States, and its generosity will continue, she said.

"But our decisions on immigration policies must always be made by Americans and Americans

alone.

We will decide how best to control our borders and who will be allowed to enter our country.

The global approach in the New York Declaration is simply not compatible with US sovereignty,"

she said.

During the Obama administration, he did all that he could to undermine America's sovereignty

and turn it over to the globalists.

The apparent plan of these corrupt individuals is to destroy the United States since it is

the last beacon of freedom in the entire world.

Once the globalists are able to destroy America through national debt, erosion of culture

and mass immigration, the country we know and love will be gone.

The socialists in power were well on their way to dealing America the final death blow

if Hillary Clinton was elected as president.

The tweets come the day after Flynn agreed to cooperate with the FBI�s investigation

into Russia�s meddling with the presidential election.

Flynn pleaded guilty to lying about communicating with Russian ambassador and alleged spy Sergey

Kislyak in December last year, before Trump stepped into office.

Critics say that violates the 1799 Logan Act, which forbids unauthorized Americans from

representing the US government to foreign powers that are in dispute with the US.

On Friday claims emerged that senuor members of the Trump transition team, had identified

Jared Kushner, Trump�s son-in-law and close adviser, as the man who told him to liaise

with Russia.

Trump�s tweets on Saturday see him returning � as often happens when he is under attack

� to a rhetorical line that worked well during the elections.

He and his followers have long demanded that the police imprison Clinton for running her

private email server, even turning �Lock her up!� into an election chant.

Clinton deleted 31,830 emails that she deemed �personal� three weeks after receiving

a congressional subpoena.

She also submitted to an interview with Comey regarding the email server during which Comey

did not make her swear an oath.

In the interview she claimed not to have received classified emails, although in truth she had.

Comey suggested that was because she was �not technically sophisticated� enough to recognize

them as such.

Also on Saturday, Trump wrote a tweet that led to accusations that he had obstructed

the course of justice.

�I had to fire General Flynn because he lied to the Vice President and the FBI.

He has pled guilty to those lies,� his account tweeted.

�It is a shame because his actions during the transition were lawful.

Desperate Obama Just Showed Up Where Trump Was And Tried To Take Over As President - Duration: 5:14.

Retirement can be difficult for anyone, especially if you had a very taxing job in your former

life.

Many retirees report feeling unneeded or even irrelevant after they leave whatever high

powered job they poured their lives into.

If you happen to hear of one of those retirees being former President Barrack Obama, one

could probably tell him that those adjectives are accurate.

For eight years the United States languished under the rule of the Democratic puppet that

is Barrack Hussain Obama, sliding further and further from our former glory.

This former President found it acceptable to apologize for everything that made America

great, whether that be our free market, our immigration policies, our military or even

our level of cultural diversity.

Everything that most Americans would consider the foundations of our great country, our

former Commander-in-Chief railed against and attempted to undercut while in office, and

America finally had enough of it.

Even though he was elected for a second term, the middle-class citizen was finally shaken

awake when we realized that our very ability to make a living was being taken away by this

so-called Affordable Care Act that would either chain us to unbelievably steep premiums or

fine us to death.

And once we woke up to that truth, the darkness surrounding almost every policy that the Obama

administration put into place became abundantly clear.

So, when given the choice between an even more liberal and freedom-crushing choice (also

known as Hillary Clinton) and the political outsider and stand out businessman (Donald

Trump) America decided to go with the one who had a reputation of knowing how to make

a deal and, oh yeah, can balance a checkbook.

Despite Hillary buying the votes of illegals and tampering with every possible election

fascet she could get her hands on, Democracy still won out, and America got Donald Trump

as PResident.

This hasn't sat well with Obama, however, and he seems to be yearning for the days when

all eyes were on him.

According to the Independent Sentinal, he is actually shadowing the current President,

going behind and doing what he has always done; apologize for our greatness:

"Acting like he's still president, Barack Obama is following President Trump's successful

trip with one of his own, meeting with Presidents, rehashing his alleged successes while abroad,

In other words, he's a troll.

Obama is on a three-country tour of India, China, France, meeting with presidents, talking

about climate change, and acting the role of the Pretender.

It's sad when a has-been President is still attempting to bask in former glory and feels

the need to shamelessly follow the current President around in Asia.

He has gone where no president has gone before and he looks very foolish.

You see, the term limit on President means that at least every eight years somebody new

gets to try and shake things up.

While it's possible to have a great politician who wants to do what's best for the country,

everyone knows that when re-election is at stake, a politician will do some crazy things.

Just imagine what would happen if presidents never constantly ran a campaign, and never

worried about the country as much as their own jobs?

At least with this system, there's a sense of urgency, knowing that eight years is the

max.

glory at President Trump's expense.

In New Delhi, after meeting with the President of that country, without mentioning Trump's

name, Obama said people must think before they tweet.

He said he sees people getting in trouble for their tweets, and says they should follow

the old advice of thinking before you speak: "Think before you tweet," Obama said.

The fading politician also met with President Xi of China who praised him for the improved

relations between the two countries.

Now here's the good part.

Fox Business News host Lou Dobbs said that Obama should be arrested & forcefully brought

back to the United States by U.S. Marshals if he keeps following Trump around.

Now that would be something!

Obama's attempts to draw the spotlight are transparently self-serving, considering what

America has voiced we want to be done by our President.

While many did want another Democrat in office, many also wanted a Republican when Obama was

in power, but we waited our turn, and you didn't see Bush running around, pretending

he was still making decisions after he left office.

So if in your daily activities, you happen to run into former President Obama, please

let him know it's time to hang up the Presidential hat and fade into obscurity.
