Trump Demands Congress End 'Chain Migration', Visa Lottery to Protect Americans

The following is the official transcript of President Donald Trump's weekly address

from The White House.

The address was delivered Saturday.

My Fellow Americans,

This week I signed the National Defense Authorization Act — a historic step forward to rebuild

our military.

Now, it is critical for Congress to pass the Clean Government Appropriations Bill that

fully funds our Military Needs.

We must not play politics with our troops — we should pass a clean funding bill and

leave the politics aside.

We must protect our nation.

I'd also like to take a moment today to discuss our immigration system, and how we

can reform it to make it work for everyday Americans.

Our current immigration system helps special interests, but hurts American workers, taxpayers

and national security.

For decades now, U.S. immigration rules have been based on an outdated system known as

Chain Migration.

Under chain migration, foreign nationals can come to the United States and bring in unlimited

numbers of foreign relatives.

A single immigrant can begin a chain that could ultimately bring in dozens of increasingly

distant relations.

Because these individuals are admitted solely on the basis of family ties — not skill

or not merit — most of this immigration is lower-skilled, putting great strain on

federal welfare.

And because there is no real selection criteria, the current system is totally incompatible

with national security.

This week, a terrorist exploded a pipe bomb on a busy subway passage during rush hour

in New York City, injuring innocent Americans.

This individual arrived through chain migration.

In October, another terrorist drove a truck into pedestrians and cyclists in New York

City, killing 8 people and wounding many others.

That individual came through a visa lottery.

It is time to create a merit-based immigration system that makes sense for a modern economy

— selecting new arrivals based on their ability to support themselves financially

and to make positive contributions to U.S society.

Base it on love of our country.

We want people that come in, that can love our country.

This process begins with Congress passing a bill to end chain migration and also end

the visa lottery.

I have called on Congress to do exactly that.

Ending chain migration and also ending the visa lottery will allow us to have commonsense

immigration rules that promote assimilation and wage growth.

It also promotes, most importantly, safety.

It'll help Americans both old and new to thrive, flourish and prosper.

Thank you, and God Bless America.

Thank you for watching this video.

Did Trump's Jerusalem decision revive support for Palestine - Duration: 5:47.

Did Trump as Jerusalem decision revive support for Palestine

Without knowing or planning it the decision by US president Donald Trump

Who recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel has resulted in renewed interest in?

Palestine and brought back to the top of the agenda the question of Jerusalem Georg irani a social science professor at the American University

Of Kuwait told al-monitor that Trump s decision helped bring the world to Palestine on the side

With his foolish decision Trump has rallied the global community with Palestinians hailed Abu

FA a former minister of Jerusalem affairs during the short-lived Ismail Haniyeh government in

2006 told Al monitor that because Palestine is the weak party in the conflict it needs to find ways to keep its struggle alive

Because of our weakness we need to always find ways to sustain our Just Cause through adherence to international law

Abu Arafat believes that what is required is a continuous effort in various formats to keep public opinion informed and active

Our cause is historically and religiously just so when our Just Cause is violated

We need to make sure local regional and international public is constantly made aware of this injustice

buttress Mansur a

Palestinian lawyer and citizen of Israel told Al monitor that through his declaration Trump did put the Palestinian issue in the news again

after the Syrian Iranian North Korean matters had been in the forefront earlier however

Mansur who is the director of the nazareth baptist school questioned whether palestinians can use this to their advantage

the question is whether

Palestinians will be able to leverage this opportunity, which I doubt in light of the current political balance of power in the region

Dozens of protests took place in jordan when deputy prime minister?

maam doel Abadi said December 7th that people should go out in the streets to demonstrate and the Jordanian Parliament took the unusual step of

Revisiting agreements with Israel that had been untouchable before millions of posts such as Arab Jerusalem

And hashtags such as pound sign near assalam is the capital of Palestine have been trending on social media in English and Arabic

protests have erupted in faraway locations and have included people from different walks of life the

unexpected nature of this gift from Washington has been reflected in many ways

local regional and international

Demonstrations have taken place and emergency meetings of the Arab League and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation

Have been held in a number of locations it appears that both the governments in the public at large are acting in unison

When Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas spoke forcefully against the US move?

Local religious and political leaders in Bethlehem announced that they will not welcome visiting US vice president Mike Pence

the decision to boycott pence who stood behind Trump when he made his statement on Jerusalem started in Ramallah and spread to

Bethlehem and Cairo with Coptic Pope Tawadros

- and the grand Imam of al-azhar ahmed al tape publicly saying they will not meet with pence during his upcoming visit to the region

But while the powerful reaction has been heartwarming to Palestinians many concede that it produced higher media attention

But are not sure that it should be called a gift

They're ever in refat batterer director of the catholic center for studies and media and Jordan told Al monitor that Trump s

Jerusalem's statement is not a gift even if it has had positive results

This is not a gift although God can produce good out of evil

Batterer conceded that by crossing the red line of Jerusalem s status the US president has failed to understand the importance of Jerusalem

It is true that by his decision the US president has revived the Palestinian cause and has helped prove its importance it has

United the world including Muslims and Christians

He has I'd see a senior fellow at the Carnegie Middle East Centre in Beirut is not that impressed with the public attention

Given to the issue of Jerusalem since Trump s declaration

I don t consider that Trump gave Palestinian a given at least

Not unless Palestinians and other parties take very active steps to turn Trump s decision into a real opportunity to wholly

restructure the peace process

He believes that what Palestinians need is a serious strategy and not just an emotional response

My main focus is on the Palestinian need for a political strategy, not just short term responses

I don t see a strategy emerging that is why I see little hope mahdi Abdul Haidee

founder of the Palestinian academic Society for the study of international off bears in Jerusalem is also concerned about how the

Palestinian leadership will leverage the current situation

President Abbas has now some breathing room, but this will not last long

We can t survive just on speeches and strong words we need strong political will plants strategies and budgets

Abdul haiti is concerned that there is now a generational gap with young people constituting a majority and having different outlooks and goals

The youth who constitute 60% of our society today are leaning toward the post national approach

They don t care anymore about one state or two states

They just want their rights they want to live in dignity

Abdul Haiti believes that while Palestinians

Appreciate the public attention and solidarity they are concerned about how all this will affect the future yes

Palestinians are very angry and appreciate the Solidarity of the world

But they are aware that the day after they will be left alone and will have to continue the struggle daily

challenging the Israeli colonization of their homeland

Palestinians and their supporters have clearly put aside

Temporarily their differences to stand up for Jerusalem the big question that remains is whether this is a temporary

Emotional outburst or whether it can be leveled to improve the laws of Jerusalemites and improve the Palestinian negotiating position

Trump praises police, slams immigration lottery at FBI Academy - Duration: 3:30.

Trump praises police, slams immigration lottery at FBI Academy

President Trump vowed to defend police against "dangerous" and "malicious" attacks and to

push for an immigration system that focuses on the merits of applicants during a wide-ranging

speech at the FBI Academy on Friday.

"America's police will have a true friend and loyal champion in the White House more

loyal than anyone else can be," Trump said at the academy's graduation ceremony, at which

state and local police officers celebrated the completion of a 10-week law enforcement

course.

"You very rarely get the recognition you deserve," Trump said.

"Being a police officer is not just a career, it's a calling," he added.

"They have been subjected to malicious attacks on their character, on their integrity."

Trump pointed to the rise in violence in cities around the country while calling on society

to stop its demonization of police officers, which has arisen in part from what critics

say is a rise in violence against unarmed blacks.

"What the hell is going on in Chicago?

What the hell is happening there?"

Trump said of the violence in Chicago that kills hundreds every year.

"We believe criminals who kill police officers should get the death penalty," Trump added.

The president also called for reforming an immigration program that randomly selects

applicants to enter the U.S. every year.

"They give us their worst people, they put them in a bin," Trump said of the diversity

visa lottery program.

"What kind of a system is that?

They come in by lottery," he added.

Administration officials have taken aim at the visa lottery since a beneficiary of the

program drove a van into a crowd of people on a New York City sidewalk on Halloween,

killing eight people.

The suspect in an attempted bombing of the New York City subway system earlier this week

reportedly entered the country through "chain migration," a process by which immigrants

already in the U.S. can sponsor family members to enter the country, who can then in turn

sponsor more family members, creating a chain of immigrants.

Trump also used his speech to highlight efforts to crack down on MS-13, a criminal gang with

some members who traveled to the U.S. illegally and who have committed a number of violent

and occasionally brutal crimes around the country.

"To any member of MS-13 listening, I have a message for you: We will find you, we will

arrest you, we will jail you, we will throw you the hell out of the country," Trump said.

"Somehow, I like it better than jail.

Jail, we have to take care of them.

Who the hell wants to take care of them?

You know, the jail stuff is wonderful, but we have to pay for it, right?"

Trump will spend $5 billion on anti-Russian psychotherapy (Ruslan Ostashko) - Duration: 6:21.

Trump will spend $5 billion on anti-Russian psychotherapy.

My dear fellow citizens, congratulations!

The President of the United States Donald Trump has signed into law the 2018 defense policy bill authorizing a large Pentagon budget.

A significant portion of this important document is dedicated to the containment of us, i.e. Russia.

It seems that there is no cause to rejoice. They consider us the enemy;

they will be trying to hurt us as much as possible and to thwart us anywhere they can. Furthermore, it has been announced to the whole world

that we – i.e. Russia – is the source of evil, meldonium, hackers and military threat for the freedom-loving European countries.

The Americans and we happen to inhabit the same planet.

They are not planning on flying off anywhere. We also are not in a hurry to move some place else.

We will have to live together on this globe.

In order for us to live well, we will have to understand how our transatlantic partners perceive the surrounding reality.

They perceive the reality pretty much in this way: anyone they set their eyes upon

is either a source of profit or a threat, which needs to be bludgeoned on the head until his dead corpse turns into a source of profit.

Some countries such as Great Britain were fortunate enough to get appointed to the position of a small jackal,

whose function is to bite those Washington considers a threat hoping later to get a piece of the corpse.

Unfortunately, or, as I look at it, fortunately, we do not have an option to turn into an American jackal.

They dislike us too much: we are too distinct,

and Washington establishment considers us too dangerous even when we are at our most peaceful and domesticated behavior.

This means that under any circumstances they would prefer to see us not just in the coffin but, rather, on the chopping block.

They have already chopped us with the butcher knife in 1990s – the whole country is still covered with scars.

That is why when I am reading the American documents I do not want to find that Russia is considered a source of profit;

I want to see everything related to Russia marked in red and minus signs.

And the bigger the expenses associated with those minus signs, the more confident we should feel.

The desire of the Washington administration to spend a lot of money to contain Russia

is equivalent to an independent audit of the effectiveness of our foreign and defense policy.

If Washington has such a desire, this means we passed the test.

It is impossible to calculate how many billions of dollars out of the US military budget will be spend directly on Russia.

The budget does not specify that a particular aircraft carrier would be built to counter a specific country.

However, appropriation categories could be evaluated to understand how much money is earmarked for specific programs.

And here there is a lot about the Russian threat.

The Pentagon 2018 budget allocates $4.6 billion to contain threats in Europe.

I believe everyone understand that in Europe we are the ones that are meant to be contained.

Fighting the Middle Eastern terrorism that threatens Europe is, of course, not a task for the American military.

Particularly keeping in mind that financing the aforementioned terrorists is likely listed in the budget of their colleagues from the CIA.

Therefore, the American military in Europe will be containing specifically the Russian threat.

Special attention will be paid to the Baltic countries.

Every time I see the Americans allocating money to the Baltic countries I feel a gnawing suspicion:

Could the Americans know something about Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia we do not know?

I do not understand why would we be annexing the Baltic countries?

I do not know anybody who thinks that we absolutely need to conquer the Baltic states.

I do not see any political or economic sense in such an action.

We don't have enough of sardines or what? Or we have no ports?

However, the American politicians and generals want to spend money specifically on the defense of these countries.

Hard to understand but big empires might have their own big idiosyncrasies.

But on the other hand, considering how inefficiently the American Army spends the money,

those $100 million allocated to the Baltics would be enough, to support, perhaps, two or three battalions.

A trifle, but still might give pleasure to the leaders of the Baltic countries, and they will have something to brag about before their voters.

If we look at all anti-Russian expenses as a unit and at their justification, we come to an astonishing discovery:

the American experts and military openly state that the aim of this program is to build confidence of the NATO allies that the Americans would defend them when necessary.

I have a bad news for the American NATO allies in Europe:

the Americans will double-cross them at the first opportunity,

the same way they double-crossed their Syrian allies exposing them to the bombs of the Russian Air Force;

the same way they betrayed their Kurd allies to Erdogan and the Iraqi Army.

The Europeans having watched the events in Syria

are beginning to suspect that the military roof they are paying the US for is in reality leaking.

So, now the Trump administration has to conduct psychotherapy sessions, wipe their noses,

change pumpers, dispense sedatives and beg to stop the hysterics.

That won't help. The Europeans are already signing agreements among themselves about mutual defense without the US;

Juncker and Merkel are making statements that the safety of Europe is the responsibility of Europe itself.

Translating this from the diplomatic to the human language, it means that the Americans are no longer trusted or believed.

The moral authority is completely and irrevocably lost; it cannot be recovered for the price of $5 billion but Trump will try.

NATO is slowly breaking up, and so in the future the US will have more than one reason to fear us.

North Korea mocks 'old LUNATIC Trump' in fiery USA nuclear WAR threat - Duration: 2:57.

North Korea mocks 'old LUNATIC Trump' in fiery USA nuclear WAR threat

said America was "frightened" by despot Kim Jong-un and warned them to back off or face "destruction".   A statement published in a Pyongyang-based newspaper hit out at , who has adopted a hard-line stance during this year's nuclear crisis.

The opinion piece in Minju Chosen, one of North Korea's several propaganda rags, told Mr Trump to temper his policy with the hermit state.

The piece claimed America was terrified after a series of North Korea missile tests this year, the most recent of which used Kim's most powerful weapon yet.  It said: "Frightened by the DPRKs successful test-fire of ICBM Hwasong-15, old lunatic Trump talked about 'way of serious approach'.

"War maniacs of the US are urging 'Congress to discuss the issue of 'preemptive attack' on the DPRK, referring to the need to 'withdraw American citizens' from south Korea, only to make a war against the DPRK an established fact.

" The article said this was a "loud of rubbish" and claimed America's "nuclear war maniacs" suffered from "death-bed symptom".   It said the USA needed to "behave with reason" or face "destruction".

The statement concluded: "The Trump cults talk about 'military counteraction' is just ridiculous as it is incapable of judging what the declaration means.

"We warn him once again that if his regime resorts to military counteraction after losing discretion, it will face a tougher countermeasure by the DPRK and fall deeper into a quagmire.

"The Trump-led US authorities should behave with reason, well aware of where they are standing and what they are doing.

"They had better cool their heads heated by war hysteria and be prudent if they dont want to meet bitterer disgrace and destruction." Earlier this year Donald Trump promised to deliver fire and fury to North Korea if they did not cease their nuclear acceleration programme. .

Sarah Sanders Crushes FEMINISTS Who Bashes The Women In Trump's Administration It's Epic(VIDEO)!!! - Duration: 9:10.

Sarah Sanders Crushes FEMINISTS Who Bashes The Women In Trump's Administration It's Epic

the establishment media's disdain for the Trump administration is no secret

but recently one of their biggest targets has been White House press

secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders case in point

this particularly personal broadside from MSNBC's Mika Brzezinski those

briefings are useless well I usually does not say anything that is truthful

and she does not intend to she's the one protecting a president who does that

every day who watches TV every day and tweets stupidity what she is doing is

helping damage this republic those are just a nice thing she said joining us

now with reaction White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders who's

freezing out there Sarah great to see you Merry Christmas how you doing it's

great great to be with you a little cold but other than that we're doing great

Sarah we have big news to get to on tax reform big big day but I have to say

I've been watching you now for months in that briefing room with patience with

with an ability to deal with the craap being thrown at you on a

minute-by-minute basis you have more patience than I would ever have but then

you hear comments like that from another female at female journalist how do you

process that that particular comment which I found of all of them said lately

particularly objectionable look it helps that I have three toddlers at home so

I'm pretty good at having a lot of patience and sometimes dealing with the

things that you don't always want to deal with but look this was a president

who was elected by the Forgotten men and women of this country and a lot of

liberals have contempt for those people whether they're men whether they're

women and they want to attack us I think that it's a great reminder of why this

president was elected we're here to do a job we're here to get big things done

that's what we're focused on and if they want to focus on petty attacks that's

fine let them have at it while they're doing that we're going to get tax cuts

pass in this country we're gonna continue to

grow the economy continue to create jobs two million new jobs since this

President came into office and I'm sure a lot of those are going to women and

maybe we'll get to replace some of those female journalists out there they don't

like us very much at some point the bottom line is this is a president who's

focused on getting things done focus on getting things done for the men and

women that frankly a lot of the liberal elites in this country don't like have

contempt for and he's focused on empowering women and he is doing that in

the way he puts people in place in his administration and I think it's sad that

they're attacking a lot of us while claiming to champion women's causes and

women's issues well I've been on the receiving end of that but I wear it as a

badge of honor the more they're attacking and the better off better a

better job I think you're doing let's talk about this just your role because I

think a lot of Fox people watching now Fox viewers they watch you out there

doing combat daily combat and they think to themselves okay what if what if she's

talking to the president he says you know go out there and say this but it's

not something you're comfortable with you just I'm not talking about any

specific issue but would you say to him boss that's not something that's not

something I'm comfortable saying but you know maybe get someone else to go out

there and say that have you ever done that look if there was ever a moment

that I wasn't comfortable doing something I wouldn't do it that's a part

of who I am and this president's not gonna ask me to do something I'm not

comfortable with if I get to a place I can talk to him and come to a place

where we agree on what the talking points and what the message is but

that's just not something I'm ever gonna be part of and I don't think or expect

him to ever ask me to do anything that I'm not going to be comfortable doing

look I believe in what the president's doing I believe in the agenda I believe

in what we're fighting for and the way that we're trying to spend every single

day making America a better place I think we've done a lot in the first 11

months and I look forward to helping the president push that message over the

next seven years 32% approval rating and a recent poll I guess it was a Monmouth

poll other polls show the president in 30 sometimes it gets up to the high 30s

why do you think at least now he hasn't gotten so far he hasn't gotten

the credit for the dreg he's done for the the tax cut obviously everybody's

gonna get in the new year the judges on the on the federal appellate court a

record pace for putting judges on the courts why is the number still so low

and how do you get that number up look I think a lot of the times the reason the

numbers might be lower than they probably really are is because people

aren't getting all of the facts they're not getting all of the good news parts

of the what's happening in this administration what's happening in this

country and I think a lot of people are gonna

start to see this impact when the tax cuts go through that's gonna happen

right away they'll see the bigger paychecks starting as early as February

I think there are a lot of big things that you're gonna see the changes in the

deregulation process you're gonna see the impact of that even more than we

already are at the first part of next year but I think one of the big problems

is that stuff doesn't get covered we're so focused on talking about the negative

and trying to attack this president trying to deal egde it amazed him that

some of the best over the top the biggest things that are happening aren't

being covered it's beyond over-the-top I mean it's 90%

coverage is bad nothing he could he could come up with a cure for lung

cancer tomorrow and they'd say why didn't he do it a year ago I mean this

is where it is let's talk about daca because what I'm hearing from my little

sources on Capitol Hill is that the president may move to do a quote daca

fix which would could be amnesty for 800,000 people brought here as minors

but without that raise act attached without getting rid of chain migration

without getting rid of the Visa Lottery system without reducing the legal

immigration the wall all that stuff people like Scott Taylor Virginia

they're obsessed with doing this doctor before the end of the year don't you

think the base of this party Sarah will go crazy if that's what the president

pushes through when we have so many bigger priorities here look the

president's focused on making sure that we have responsible immigration reform

we've been talking it about a lot this week ending chain migration including

funding for the border wall increasing interior enforcement's there are a lot

of things that we're doing we've laid out the principles the things that we

want to see and we want to make sure that

that's part of any package that moves forward that's our position and that's

what we're focused on making sure happens is complete and responsible

immigration reform so you won't do any clean daca quote fix that some of these

Republicans want will you look as I just said we've laid out what our priorities

principles are and then that's certainly not our plan this is a president who has

talked about campaigned and won on doing big things when it comes to immigration

specifically funding a border wall greater interior enforcement's better

vetting and just again making sure that we have a responsible immigration system

something we don't currently have and something this president wants to make

sure we don't just tinker with it and fix small parts of it but that we fix

all of it Sarah when they when the you see a judicial nominee up there as

yesterday mr. Peterson I believe who was nominated a DC district court struggling

with some you know questions about evidence and and procedure issues that

you know when you're a litigator does that give the president pause about the

waste some of these lower court judges are being picked and selected look I

haven't talked to him specifically about that but what I do know is this is a

president who's focused on making sure we have judges in place that understand

what their role is and that's not to create law that's not to change laws but

it's to be actually focused on the Constitution and and making sure that we

have judges in place that understand their place that was a bad deal though

that was that that was a that was a viral video nightmare I'm sorry but I

mean he's his judges have been great but and he's I'm sure a nice person he's

good at the FEC but as a district court judge speaking of someone who clerked on

the federal appellate court of appeals that was a that was a brutal love

questioned by a series of questions by Kennedy so I hope Don McGann and the

crowd say takes a second look at some of the procedures for the for the district

court Sarah do you make apple pie by the way because I'm not a big fan of pecan

but if you had my pecan pie I think I could change your mind I think I may

have even one over April Ryan at least for a day or two with that pecan pie yes

no no no first of all in Connecticut we call it pecan that's how

we are you know you've got you guys have the right pronunciation down south Sarah

Huckabee Sanders have a great Christmas and thank you so much for spending some

time with us tonight Thanks Merry Christmas Laura

Trump Saves Taxpayers $3,000,000 by Nuking Obama Designed Websit - Duration: 3:21.

Trump Saves Taxpayers $3,000,000 by Nuking Obama-Designed Website

When it comes to website design, the Obama White House was not known for doing so efficiently

or cheaply. Those with long memories of insurance exchanges can attest to this.

Apparently, this kind of profligacy extends to other web portals as well. And President

Trumps administration is going to save $3,000,000 by nuking the current design of

Whitehouse.gov and unveiling a new one.

According to the Washington Examiner, the new White House website will debut this Friday.

The redesign was part of a a months-long reconstruction process that aimed to bring

the Trump administrations digital presence up to current standards, an official told

the Examiner.

The old site was a good temporary measure that allowed us to use what the previous administration

had built, but it wasnt where it needed to be in terms of providing people with content

they can easily access, the official is quoted as saying.

It adapts the U.S. web design standards and uses a style that is clean, simple and

presidential, the official said.

Among the improvements: in-depth policy updates, search tools that can help users

filter content better, and a look thats much cleaner.

And all of that costs 60 percent less than what it used to.

We will save taxpayers almost $3 million per year as a result of the redesigned site,

the official said.

The president is focused on making smart use of taxpayer dollars and we thought that

the previous site was, frankly, costing far too much.

As for the savings? Well, security and maintenance were a major part of the cost of the old website,

which the source said cost $6 million per year,

We are now saving more than 60 percent of that number per year, they added.

Three million dollars doesnt exactly sound like a lot, at least not for the federal government

and/or a real housewife of New Jersey.

However, when it comes to taxpayer-funded websites, saving 60 percent is a pretty big

deal.

Its certainly more than the 15 percent Geico keeps promising you. However, it seems

like it took the Trump administration a bit longer than 15 minutes and thats a

very good thing.

Please like and share on Facebook and Twitter if you agree saving money on government websites

is a pretty worthwhile thing.

BOMBSHELL Out Of San Francisco…

Anti-Trump Judge Going To PRISON!!!

Another one bites the dust… this time in the 9th circus….err I mean 9th circuit.

A prominent judge in the US appeals court has now been accused inappropriate sexual

conduct or comments by a total of nine women.

The latest allegations against Judge Alex Kozinski of the 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals

go back decades and include women who met him at events, according to the Washington

Post.

The 67-year-old judge based out of Pasadena, California was appointed to the bench by former

President Ronald Reagan in 1985 serving the 9th Circuit for 32 years.

Seven of those years were served as chief judge from 2007-2014.

A child of Romania immigrants that survived the Holocaust fleeing to America, Kozinski

is an essayist and judicial commentator in addition to sitting the bench on the 9th US

Circuit Court of Appeals with essays in publications such as Slate, The New Yorker, The New Republic,

and National Review.

He is known for his irreverent opinions and his clerks often win prestigious clerkships

at the U.S. Supreme Court.

The Post reported that six former clerks and externs on the appeals court had accused Kozinski

of subjecting them to inappropriate comments or exposing them to pornography, as well as

four women who say he touched or kissed them against their will.

Retired US Court of Federal Claims judge, Christine Miller has accused Kozinski of grabbing

her breasts during a car ride in 1986 after a legal community function in the Baltimore

area.

According to Miller, Kozinski got grabby hands after she refused to go to a motel with him

and have sex.

Miller states –

"'He said if you won't sleep with me, I want to touch you, and then he reached over,

and — this was the most antiseptic — he grabbed each of my breasts and squeezed them."

Emily Murphy states Kozinski once tried to convince her and other clerks to work out

while naked after she mentioned that the court's gym appeared to regularly be used by employees.

Another accuser is Leah Litman, a law professor at Univerity of California, Irvine.

Litman claims the judge spoke of just having had sex, then pinching her side as well as

her leg while they were in a restaurant together the evening before they were to appear together

on a judicial panel at her school in July.Yet a third lawyer not identified by name claims

Kozinski approached her at a 2008 legal event held in Los Angeles while she stood alone.

He then proceeded to kiss her on the mouth and give her a tight bear hug with no warning

or invitation.

According to the Post, the woman's husband did confirm the incident in question, however,

they said nothing due to Kozinski's powerful position and a belief that nothing would be

done because of it.

Another accuser by the name of Heidi Bond a former law clerk from 2006-2007, said the

judge showed her porn on multiple occasions, including pictures of naked college-aged students

at a party and a flipbook which a woman's naked body parts had to be matched up to the

corresponding bodies.

When asked why nothing was said at the time, she responded with "I mean, who would I

tell?

Who do you even tell?

Who do you go to?"

Kosinski vehemently denies the allegations, issuing a statement through his attorney indicating

he believed all of this was a misunderstanding based on his "unusual sense of humor"

and he deeply regretted that his 'unusual sense of humor caused offense or made anyone

uncomfortable.'

"I have been a judge for 35 years and during that time have had over 500 employees in my

chambers.

I treat all of my employees as family and work very closely with most of them.

I would never intentionally do anything to offend anyone and it is regrettable that a

handful have been offended by something I may have said or done."

Now as a result of these allegations the 9th Circuit has opened a misconduct inquiry.

In a letter to Chief Justice Roberts, 9th Circuit Chief Judge Sidney Thomas said it

is the practice of the appeals court to investigate published allegations of misconduct.

As a result, the circuit initiated a formal inquiry.

In an effort to ensure impartiality inasmuch as it can do so, Thomas asked the chief justice

to transfer the complaint to another circuit so judges that do not sit with Kozinski would

conduct the inquiry.

On Friday, Roberts did just that by letter routing the misconduct inquiring to the Judicial

Council of the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New York.

According to NPR –

Since the Post's report last week, two other former clerks on the 9th Circuit who did not

work for Kozinski, including Slate columnist Dahlia Lithwick, have published accounts of

their own encounters with the judge.

The Washington Post reported Friday night that nine more women say he "subjected them

to sexual comments or other conduct, including four who say he touched them inappropriately."

One of Kozinski's current clerks has resigned, a spokesman for the court told The Associated

Press.

This is not Kozinski's first time facing misconduct charges either.

In 2008, the Los Angeles Times reported on a publicly accessible website the judge maintained

full of sexually explicit photos and videos.

Like this current misconduct inquiry, this one was also transferred to another court

where Kozinski was subsequently admonished for exhibiting poor judgment in maintaining

material that could prove "an embarrassment to the federal judiciary."

This existence of this inquiry tends to lend credence to the women's claims of sexual

impropriety on the part of Kozinski.

BREAKING: Trump Delivers Rude Awakening To Obama Holdovers, Squashes "The Resistance"

As President Donald Trump works to make America great again, he faces many hurdles.

Perhaps the hardest are the very people meant to work with him.

Barack Obama loyalists are infested throughout government agencies.

These employees consider themselves "the resistance" and are trying to undermine

the White House, but they just got some bad news.

Their days of ruining the United States are coming to an end.

Recently we learned about top FBI agents with anti-Trump bias.

These people led major investigations.

That includes Hillary's email scandal and the so-called Russian prob.

Yet these agents were far from impartial.

They were revealed to have serious conflicts of interest.

Once discovered, they were booted off the cases.

Some of them were demoted as far as you can go.

However, they were only the tip of the iceberg.

Obama planted numerous henchmen throughout the government.

These people aren't interested in serving our country.

They only wish to help liberals, while making President Trump's job harder, but they won't

be at it for much longer.

One of the most notoriously liberal agencies, the EPA, just got some startling news.

A firm was hired to root out the anti-Trumpers, and they have access to all of the staff's

communications.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) hired a top consultant to investigate the

agency's employees who criticize the Trump administration.

Allan Blutstein, a vice president at the opposition research firm Definers Public Affairs, reportedly

filed dozens of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests with the agency over the past

year to find dirt on agency employees who criticized the EPA or the Trump administration

while on the clock, the New York Times revealed.

"I wondered if they were emailing critical things about the agency on government time

and how frequently they were corresponding about this," Blutstein told the Times in

an interview.

"And did they do anything that would be useful for Republicans."

Blutstein added that he specifically looked into government employees who were members

of the "resistance."

[Source: Breitbart] You can't expect government employees not

to have opinions.

But when does a bias against President Trump become a major problem?

When an employee trashes the President during office hours.

That's a start.

That suggests their bias is getting in the way of doing their job.

An EPA employee can be liberal and still serve a Republican President.

I should know.

For four years I worked as a contractor for the EPA (from 2009-2013).

I did my job, even though I did not support Barack Obama.

Liberals in the agency who let their bias undermine their jobs need to go.

For them to actually work against the President is tantamount to criminal behavior.

The requests focused on agency employees like Michael Cox, who worked in the E.P.A.'s

Seattle office and had sent a retirement notice in March to colleagues that raised questions

about Mr. Pruitt's management as well as agency employees who had participated in a

public outreach program called "Why do you love the E.P.A.," which tried to build support

for maintaining the agency's budget.

Other employees who were the subjects of such requests included Elizabeth Southerland, who

has been an outspoken critic of Mr. Pruitt since her recent retirement; Michael J. Mikulka,

a Chicago-based union leader; and John O'Grady, the president of the American Federation of

Government Employees Council 238.

[Source: New York Times] The EPA is run by liberals.

Environmentalists typically despise conservative politics and leaders.

There is a good case to make that staff is strongly opposed to President Trump.

Is that bias getting in the way of their work?

Most definitely.

They might leak sensitive material to the press or perhaps neglect to follow through

on important projects, all to make the Trump White House look bad.

We've already seen what happens when pro-Hillary FBI agents run cases.

That kind of conflict of interest cannot exist in the government.

Knowing what this firm is up to, EPA employees are on alert.

They know they cannot get away with bashing the President while on the clock.

If they use their agency time and resources to attack the President, they will get caught.

It's a wakeup call for all anti-Trumpers in D.C.

Trump Ally Roger Stone Says Its "Painfully Obvious" Trump Will Be Charged With A Crime - Duration: 3:45.

According to one of Donald Trump's longest known, longest serving allies, Roger Stone,

it is painfully obvious that Robert Mueller, the special prosecutor, will eventually end

up charging Donald Trump with a crime.

According to an interview that Roger Stone gave recently with Vanity Fair, "It's an almost

certainty that Donald Trump is going to be charged with a crime", and Stone went on to

say that it could be with the Russian interference thing, or it might even come from the sexual

harassment claims against the President.

Personally, I say why not both?

You know?

He's got so many potential crimes in his list of deeds for the last few years, I'm pretty

sure we could get him on several different issues.

But the fact that Roger Stone, again, one of Donald Trump's best allies in the White

House, is willing to come forward and say yes, this investigation is going to end.

It is quote, "painfully obvious" that Donald Trump will end up being charged with a crime.

The fact that Stone is willing to come out and finally admit this speaks volumes to this

investigation, and it also helps to shed a little bit more light on why Republicans are

so hell bent on claiming that this investigation is biased and corrupt and should be null and

void.

No, Donald Trump needs to be charged for the crime if he has committed a crime.

That's how this country's supposed to work.

I know it doesn't usually work that way, but in a perfect country, when you commit a crime,

you do the time.

You do get charged with it.

You go in front of a jury of your peers, and they decide your fate.

You present evidence to your innocence, the other side presents evidence to whether or

not to your guilty, that's how it works.

So Roger Stone is not saying anything completely off the wall here, he's just admitting that

what he knows about Donald Trump, yeah.

There's going to be charges filed against him.

Stone went on to say that clearly the only people in this country who don't understand

that this is going to happen are Donald Trump's lawyers.

Now as we have discussed in the past, Trump's lawyers are doing a very good job at convincing

Donald Trump that nothing bad is going to happen to him.

Recently, they told him that this investigation is about to end, he has nothing to worry about,

it's all going to be over.

In fact they said before Christmas, it'll all be over and you'll be perfectly fine.

Now, I'm no lawyer, but I do know honesty, and they should be telling him look, we don't

know what's going to happen, just mind your P's and Q's, be good, don't screw up, for

the love of God stop tweeting out incriminating evidence and tell your idiot son to do the

same, and we'll go from there.

We'll handle whatever comes from this.

Now, the other side of that could be that these lawyers are telling Trump that everything's

fine so that he doesn't fire Robert Mueller and then end up with more obstruction of justice

charges against him.

We don't know, but overall, Roger Stone nails it, his lawyers are pretty, pretty bad at

their jobs.

But if somebody as close to Trump as Roger Stone is willing to admit that charges are

inevitable against him, I think that's something that we should all take seriously and hope

that it does happen as Trump lawyers say before Christmas.

BREAKING NEWS From White House… Trump Family Just Got The BEST NEWS EVER!!!! - Duration: 5:30.

BREAKING NEWS From White House… Trump Family Just Got

The BEST NEWS EVER!!!!

While some have criticized the First Lady her approval rating has climbed close to 17

points since her husband Donald Trump took office in January of this year.

Now close to 54 percent of those who were polled say they have a favorable view of the

First Lady.

However, those same people say they view the President unfavorably.

Interesting correlation.

Gallup has now indicated the president has a 41 percent approval rating.

Only a one percent increase since January.

The Daily Mail reported,

"The percentage of people who view him unfavorably has also risen by one percent from 55 to 56.

It is an increase from last week when, in a separate study by The Pew Research Center,

31 percent said they liked him.

Melania's boosted popularity is evidence of an encouraging increase since the start

of the year when, not long before accompanying her husband to his Inauguration ceremony,

her approval rating sat at 37 percent.

The same number viewed her unfavorably.

Now, 33 percent have that view.

She has proved less polarizing than her husband – while 13 percent said they had no opinion

of Melania, only 3 percent said the same of the president.

In January, 26 percent said they had no view of the incoming First Lady, demonstrating

that her efforts over the last year have led most to form an opinion of her."

Melania spent the first half of the year quietly, residing in New York City with her son Barron

to ensure he saw out his school year without disruption.

Her public engagements were few and she rarely spoke in public.

But since relocating to The White House in the summer, Mrs Trump has embraced a more

proactive stance.

She has proved a hit with foreign leaders and their partners and has consistently dazzled

sartorially.

Indeed, so unwavering is her commitment to fashion that she chose to fly to disaster-struck

Houston to offer hurricane relief in a pair of $500 Manolo Blahnik stilettos.

Countless photo-ops with children in hospitals and at festive White House events have seasoned

her first year as First Lady."

The First Lady during her time in the White House has focused on anti-bullying initiatives,

Children's Hospitals and their patients, as well as spending time with veterans, their

children, and their families.

While every First Lady has their own pet projects they work on she has certainly carved her

own space in history for what she wants to work on.

Many view the First Lady and the Trump family as an asset to the President.

While President Trump has always been more crass and rough around the edges his family

has been the exact opposite.

Well educated, kind, cultured, generous, and by all accounts lovely to be around.

Ivanka Trump, Barron Trump, the Trump grandchildren, and Melania Trump are perfect examples.

Newsweek reported,

"Just before the Trumps became the first couple on January 20, the first lady-elect

had the country split in opinion: About 37 percent viewed her favorably and 37 percent

unfavorably, with 26 percent undecided.

About a year later, only 13 percent of Americans still have no opinion of the Slovenia-born

former model, and her unfavorables have dropped a bit, to 33 percent.

"Melania Trump's favorability advantage … is consistent with Gallup's findings

that recent first ladies are, on average, more popular than their husbands," pollsters

said in a statement about their December 4-11 questioning.

"This is likely because a first lady's role is more ceremonial and generally much

less divisive than that of the president."

Trump is indeed a notably unpopular president.

A Gallup spokeswoman told Newsweek that Trump's current approval ratings, now in the mid-30s,

are the lowest among the modern presidents, including Eisenhower, Kennedy, Nixon, Carter,

Reagan, the Bushes, Clinton and Obama, in the first year of a first term.

That said, even the best-liked presidents have trouble keeping up with their spouses

in the popularity contest of U.S. politics.

"Michelle Obama and Laura Bush outpaced their husbands, holding an average 12-point

and 17-point edge in favorability, respectively, over their spouses," Gallup noted.

Melania Trump is currently about on par with those predecessors; Hillary Clinton averaged

one point lower favorability than her husband during their White House years.

Melania Trump has taken some heat during the course of her first year as first lady, including

for delaying her move from Manhattan to the White House and even some of her fashion choices,

but the nation is clearly warming to her."

Sometimes transitions are difficult so it is not surprising that the First Lady had

a drastic spike in her approval rating.

She is almost a year into her duties and she is getting used to them and carving a space

for herself.

Perhaps she just needed some time to transition into her role in order to fully feel comfortable.

Now she is killing it and doing her roles as First Lady extraordinarily well.
