Trump news on Youtube Dec 2 2018

Now,... onto the South Korean leader's trip to the G20 Summit in Argentina.

President Moon Jae-in and U.S. President Donald Trump held talks Friday on the sidelines of

the summit.

North Korea dominated most of their discussion.

Shin Se-min has this story.

The leaders of South Korea and the United States in tune on North Korea.

Presidents Moon Jae-in and Donald Trump sat down on the sidelines of the G20 Summit in

Argentina on Friday for a frank discussion with just their translators in attendance.

They vowed to align their policies to ensure the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula

remains on track.

"President Trump, while affirming his commitment to hold a second North Korea-U.S. summit early

next year,... asked that South Korea and the U.S. maintain close cooperation so the summit

will be another historic milestone in the process of denuclearizing North Korea."

President Moon's chief press secretary explained that President Trump reaffirmed his pledge

to hold a second summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un,... and noted that Kim's

planned reciprocal visit to Seoul may create new momentum in efforts to denuclearize Pyeongyang

and establish peace in the region.

Although the two did not go into details on when Kim might travel to the South,... it's

viewed that Kim's visit would help the ongoing push for peace.

The Blue House official said the question now is on whether the North Korean leader

sticks to his pledge.

On North Korea sanctions,...

Presidents Moon and Trump agreed that keeping the regime under already imposed sanctions

is necessary until the Korean Peninsula is completely denuclearized.

While the two allies share the goal of complete denuclearization,... their approach on how

to achieve it isn't in lockstep.

Seoul has been pushing to improve ties with Pyeongyang through economic engagement,...

while Washington has been pursuing a dual policy of pressure and dialogue which has

caused friction between the North and the U.S.

"The meeting between Presidents Moon and Trump was a chance to reopen the possibility of

Kim Jong-un visiting Seoul by the years' end-- in the hope that it could give the stalled

denuclearization process another push.

Trump sees "good signs" of reaching deal with China, ahead of his dinner with Xi - Duration: 1:31.

Hopes are rising that the United States and China might be able to resolve their deep

differences over trade.

Presidents Donald Trump and Xi Jinping will meet in the next 24 hours or so for talks

that could potentially bring an end to their trade war.

Cha Sang-mi reports.

President Trump hinted he was positive about the prospect of reaching a ceasefire in his

administration's trade war with China when he has dinner with Chinese President Xi Jinping

on Saturday evening, local time.

"There are some good signs.

We'll see what happens."

Speaking to reporters covering the G20 Summit in Buenos Aires on Friday,...

President Trump said officials from both countries have been laying the groundwork for a possible

deal.

"We've already spoken very hard.

If we could make a deal, that would be good.

I think we'd like to and we'll see.

But we'll be meeting with President Xi in a little while, and for the most part tomorrow

would be our big meeting."

This comes after U.S. Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross said Trump and Xi would agree on a "framework"

for further talks to resolve trade tensions.

Financial markets celebrated the potential outcome, with U.S. stocks jumping on Friday

and Chinese equities-trackers ETF and FXI performing much better than recent weeks.

Yet investors say a desirable "deal" for markets would be where all further tariffs are put

on hold and the two largest economies in the world sit down to negotiate an agreement.

Sergey Lavrov's Reaction to Donald Trump's Tweet - Duration: 0:49.

What do you think of US President Donald Trump's behaviour?

It is not in my place to judge presidents' behaviour.

I assume that Donald Trump, in his characteristic manner, posted a tweet from which the entire world learned the news.

I doubt that this step will help in resolving a whole range of important international issues.

Of course, love cannot be forced.

If the domestic situation and the pressure from Russia-haters such as Ukraine and its sponsors prevent the US President from building a normal relationship with the Russian President, which we have repeatedly supported, we will wait for another opportunity.

U.S. President Donald Trump is to meet his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping on Saturday,

MUELLER GOT THE TERRIFYING NEWS,TRUMP END WITCH HUNT - Duration: 11:13.

MUELLER GOT THE TERRIFYING NEWS,TRUMP END WITCH HUNT

Robert Mueller believed he was bulletproof.

The fake news media, as well as Democrats and Never Trump Republicans, bombarded the

American people with the message that Donald Trump firing Robert Mueller was a surefire

ticket to impeachment.

But Mueller just got this terrifying news about Trump ending his rigged witch hunt.

Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz blew up the fake news media's myth that firing

Robert Mueller is a slam dunk impeachable offense.

The special counsel is not an unaccountable superior branch of government.

Mueller is an executive branch employee that reports – in this case – to the Deputy

Attorney General.

Trump firing him for gross misconduct is a lawful exercise of executive authority.

Dershowitz told Tucker Carlson during a recent broadcast that "…firing the special counsel

would not be an impeachable offense because it wouldn't be a crime."

The Harvard law professor continued, "The president would have authority to do it.

It would be politically very damaging to do it.

Look, technically there is oversight over the special counsel in the personage of the

attorney general."

Dershowitz's bombshell declaration could not have come at a better time.

Mueller escalated his attacks on Trump's Presidency when he hauled former Trump attorney

Michael Cohen into a Manhattan federal court.

Cohen pleaded guilty to lying to Congress about a business deal to build a Trump Tower

in Moscow.

Cohen had told Congress the deal fell apart in January 2016 right before the Iowa Caucuses.

In reality, the deal collapsed in June 2016 shortly after Trump wrapped up the GOP nomination.

Either way, one indisputable fact emerged: Donald Trump never completed a business deal

with the Russians.

Cohen's confession in his plea agreement syncs up with public statements Trump made

at the time.

In July 2016, he truthfully stated he had no business dealings in Russia.

"I have nothing to with Russia, I have nothing to do with Russia.

And even — for anything.

What do I have to do with Russia?

You know the closest I came to Russia, I bought a house a number of years ago in Palm Beach,

Florida.

Palm Beach is a very expensive place.

There was a man who went bankrupt, and I bought the house for $40 million and I sold it to

a Russian for $100 million including brokerage commissions.

So I sold it.

So I bought it for 40, I sold it for 100 to a Russian.

That was a number of years ago," Trump told reporters at a press conference in Florida

at the time.

But Mueller's provocation raised the stakes of this investigation.

The special counsel and his band of Democrat hatchet men are not running a collusion investigation.

If they were simply investigating Russia's role in the 2016 election and possible coordination

with the Trump campaign, they would have closed up shop and issued a report proclaiming Trump's

innocence long ago.

Instead, this move revealed this is an impeachment investigation where Mueller is reduced to

hauling Trump associates before his partisan hack prosecutors and nailing them for false

statements about perfectly legal activities.

The true nature of Mueller's probe led many Trump supporters to cry out for Trump to put

a stop to this coup and fire Mueller.

However, every time that happens, the fake news media claims Trump will punch his ticket

to impeachment and conviction in the Senate if he takes that step.

But that's all changed now that Dershowitz has slapped Mueller and the fake news media

across the face with a dose of reality.

We will keep you up to date on any new developments in this ongoing story.
