Trump news on Youtube Jul 24 2018

Twitter is probably not the best place to make threats against another country, but Donald Trump went off on Iran's president, Hassan Rouhani, in a wild message on July 22 — and people are pissed

"To Iranian President Rouhani: Never, ever threaten the United States again or you will suffer consequences the likes of which few throughout history have ever suffered before," Donald Trump tweeted in all caps

"We are not longer a country that will stand for your demented words of violence & death

Be cautious." The tweet came hours after President Rouhani gave a speech during which he warned the U.S. against further conflict against Iran because it would be "the mother of all wars

" He also added, "Do not play with the lion's tail or else you will regret it."Tension between the U.S. and Iran has been high ever since Trump pulled out of the United States' 2015 nuclear deal with Iran

Then, earlier this month, Iran threatened to block regional oil exports after Trump urged other countries not to import Iranian oil and imposed sanctions on those who did (these sanctions have since been softened)

Needless to say, Trump's tweet has not been well-received by many Twitter users, who have taken to the social media site to slam his careless tweeting once again

"Please don't start a nuclear war via Twitter on our behalf," one person wrote. Another added, "Oh look, this pathetic traitor is yelling at another country as if there was an army standing behind him

When this pathetic coward realizes that he no longer has a country, he's going to piss his pants

'Obviously, this is far from the first time that Trump has caused a stir on Twitter, but it certainly is terrifying to see the president threatening another country this way on social media. See more reactions above!

Trump's approval rating reaches record high in poll, powered by Republican support

President Trump's approval rating reached an all-time high this month buoyed by strong support from Republicans.

His approval mark rose to 45 percent in a Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll published Sunday, up 1 percent above what he got in June.

That number is powered by support from 88 percent of Republican voters.

       .

Of the four previous presidents, only George W.

Bush, after the Sept.

11, 2001, terrorist attacks, had a higher approval rating with his own party at the same point in his presidency, the Wall Street Journal reports.

The poll was taken over a four-day period that started July 15, a day before Trump's meeting and joint news conference with Russia President Vladimir Putin in which he questioned the conclusion of U.S.

intelligence agencies that Russia interfered in the 2016 election.

Therefore, some of the polling days covered the aftermath of Trump's much-criticized handling of the Putin meeting.

Trump, after his meeting with Putin in Helsinki, suggested he accepted Putin's denial of interfering in the 2016 presidential election, breaking with U.S.

intelligence agencies who said Russia was behind the meddling operation.

Trump later walked back his comments about Putin's denial of election interference, claiming he misspoke.

In the poll, a majority of voters who responded, 51 percent, said they don't approve of the relationship between the U.S.

and Russia, and an increasing percentage of voters say Trump has been too friendly with Putin.

Voters are also showing more trust in the findings of U.S.

intelligence agencies that Russia interfered in the 2016 election, with 65 percent saying they believe the Kremlin meddled.

That is up 8 percent from June 2017.

Of those who said Russia meddled, 45 percent said Trump would have lost without the Kremlin's interference, up from 22 percent a year ago.

The president's overall approval rating, counting Democrats and Independents, continues to be among the lowest of any modern president at this time in his first term.

   .

Only 9 percent of Democrats approve of Trump's performance, the lowest percentage for any of the past four presidents with voters in the opposing party at this point in their first term, the Wall Street Journal said.

Nine hundred registered voters were surveyed for the poll, which has a margin of error of plus or minus 3.27 percentage points.

A larger margin of error was given to the question of Russian meddling in the 2016 election, which was only asked from July 16-18: plus or minus 3.87 percentage points for the entire sample.

GOWDY (R-SC) ON PUTIN SUMMIT: TRUMP ADVISERS MAY NEED TO RE-EVALUATE STAYING IN ADMINISTRATION - Duration: 11:21.

Fox News Alert president Trump responding is some harsh words from

Tehran after Iranian president Hassan rouhani told Iranian diplomats that

Americans quote must understand that war with Iran is the mother of all wars and

this show monitor you cannot mobilize the Iranian nation against Iran's

security you are making a mistake you have clearly shown your opposition

against the Iranian nation what do me do not play with the lion's tail or else

you will reject it will bring you eternal regret

so speaking of lions tale the president tweeting to rouhani and all caps never

ever threaten the United States again or you will suffer consequences the likes

of which few throughout history have ever suffered before we are no longer a

country that will stand for your demented words of violence and death be

cautious the president's late-night tweet

followed a blistering speech Sunday night by Secretary of State Mike Pompeo

at the Reagan Presidential Library where he compared Iran's regime to the Mafia

and announced that the Trump administration has launched a maximum

pressure campaign targeting the Iranian government and speaking on Fox and

Friends White House press secretary Sarah Sanders saying the president is

not afraid to match tough talk with action and he's certainly not going to

tolerate the leader of Iran making threats against Americans making

threats against this country making threats against Israel this is a

president who is gonna stand up and make sure he is doing what is necessary he's

showing peace through strength but if needed and steps are required this

president is not afraid to take them so how he once again you know I think it's

easy to read this president he immediately flips the script whatever it

was the President Obama did before him he's going to do the opposite President

Obama coddled Iran gave them the deal that sort of thing and and was very

eloquent and not you know he did it his rhetoric so the president means

immediately blasting right back at Iran what's your

take president breaking out the oil caps and very rough language and reminiscent

of the fire and fury and little rocket management North Korea before they

decided to sit down but here's the thing everything gets reduced to knee-jerk

politics in today's world so ready there was a CNN show say well is the president

doing this so that he can overshadow the Putin press conference or even the

Michael Kohn takes no this was a very carefully considered this is not an

impulsive tweet now as we see from Mike Pompeo giving the speech talking about

hypocritical holy men in Iran right they have decided to ratchet up the pressure

and the Twitter is one weapon that the president uses yeah and that's a great

point because what the Iranian leader just said he was making like the

American the US administration the American people are against the nation

of Iran no it's against certain members of the Iranian regime that publicly

flogged teenagers that you know execute people for all sorts of crimes that week

of many of the nation would would not do human rights abuses the problem here

Melissa and gang is about oil right because Iran is now threatened to shut

down the Strait of Hormuz you know a big chunk of the nearly supply it's a money

play but watch this the Middle East to get around that problem three countries

Saudi Arabia United Arab Emirates and Iraq have built pipelines to get around

Iran's ready to shut the Strait of Hormuz where where a lot of oil is the

trench is transported well real quickly just you know the next step in all of

this when you look at it experts are saying well it might be more sanctions

so I get the money move because they know it's coming yeah there's no way to

separate them out from Syria that's an important point

you know the Iran's economy is in a state of collapse the currency has been

cut in half since the beginning of the year it's estimated and that this is the

opportunity that was missed years ago where there have been protests because

there's hyperinflation which always leads to whatever lapse of ratio

politically we want to try to separate them out of Syria right and you can't

they are there they've made a huge investment militarily and monetarily and

they're not going to separate out so to force their hand you'd slap on

potentially more sanctions and they are near cripple I'm sorry India South Korea

Japan is not is now cutting back buying Iran oil the president's

Jessica Pugh if you look beyond the rhetoric to the actions and I heard

General Jack Keane talk about this this morning President Trump comes into

office Iran immediately fires missiles president Trump responds with huge

sanctions goes to Saudi Arabia says we are gonna stand shoulder-to-shoulder

with Sunni Arabs let's form a middle-eastern NATO he kills the Iran

deal and then he sets up new sanctions that are supposed to go into effect in

the next eighty and a hundred and ninety days that's tough

it is absolutely tough and I think that the net result out of all this is that

we've got to see what the next step in the Iran deal is I mean all these

countries that were a part of it I've got to get together and figure out what

a deal that is satisfactory for this administration that can continue to put

force on them so they don't end up with a nuclear weapon that's where we are at

this point I agree with Howie I mean the caps lock I don't know if that was

intentional or not but based on what Mike Pompeo was saying yesterday we knew

that we would hear from the President on the Iranian front again and this is

similar rhetoric that we've heard you know out of the next step is getting

together with the Iranian deal and seeing what we can do with that it

sounds like that's been ripped up and tossed into the wind we need a new plan

the plan is not going to be to let them just exist in a vacuum and maybe that oh

no we're going to sanction the heck out of we do as Western democracies we do

need to be on the same page about what's going on here because every other

country that supported us in the Iranian deal is still supportive of it it's not

as a ransom the UK decided that they change their minds knowing that we don't

need a new plan but that's what the 80 in the 190 days are about is those are

the new sanctions that are going to go into effect against those who are doing

business with Iran so it's not about a lot of why I should stop threatening us

is what the president just said and I think how we real quickly that this is a

president whom they know will carry out what he says at least to some degree

yeah which one of the reasons are on at least claims that is still living up to

the terms of a deal with the US has just what's drawing from for people who don't

like this this is what President from campaign not enough talking against Iran

getting out of the deal and so he has a mandate on this it's not likely he

suddenly devised this policy once he got into office yeah all right police have

ruled out terrorism after a gunman fired a barrage of bullets on a busy Toronto

Street killing at least two people a live report on the ground in Toronto's

next plus new fallout in Washington number president Trump summit was

Vladimir Putin what members of his own party are saying and what it could mean

for the president's offer of a second summit at the White House the president

either needs to rely on the people that he has chosen to advise him or those

advisers need to reevaluate whether or not they can serve in this

administration

it's a bluff that's pushing the party to the left and you win elections in the

middle but there's a media dimension to this media have made this twenty eight

year old woman who won one low turnout primary in Queens in the Bronx

Alexandria okay zero Cortes into the face of the party she gets so much

publicity she goes out with Bernie there were front-page stories if this

was a Republican who came out of nowhere and started making mistakes that she was

making the press would be all over her but she's getting a pay me not knowing

Middle East politics not knowing the first thing about you six Israel

occupying Palestine oh I don't really know much about foreign policy let's

occupy the airports until we shut ice down she is going off on her own

direction and to the extent that anybody identifies that with people with trying

to win races in swing states or red states that is a bad list of the Dems I

disagree because I think that her I mean this this feels very trumpet to me I

mean it's about it's become a cult of personality in politics he made a ton of

mistakes obviously and overcame them because people who supported him felt

like they knew where it was coming from and and liked the personality likes

liked the energy that he was totally not a national candidate leaning into

somebody who has some spark to them you know Bernie said her ideas like

guaranteed jobs or guaranteed income have collapsed economies Finland pull

the plug on guaranteed income let me back up it is stunning that the

Democrats have gone have let socialism go full career in their party Mondale

were hard left let me Ted Kennedy and shoot Schumer

voted for the eighty six tax cuts it's it's it's really stunning that this is

set us straight Jessica I don't think that this has gone as far as the media

is hyping this up and yes progressive candidates have done well or Democrat

socialist candidates but if you look at the portion of them I think it's only

six and at the end of the day people are running Democrats are running local

elections which is why they're doing so well you I mean we saw that survey or

forty two socialist candidates on the ballot and federal sits on the ballot

anyone can run i mean ii so well on the ballot that's

fine but i mean republicans there's a guy who's running who it was is like a

Nazi so I don't think we want to be talking about just who's showing up on

the ballot which I thought was actually wonderful ISM well anyway the point is

is that meeting in Ohio took place because there is a Fisher than the party

not necessarily because of numbers but because of influence and Bernie Sanders

has a massive influence because of the social networks on set though when

Bernie Sanders have a mantle you had Wasserman Schultz over at the DNC

working against him and you know it cost her her position but you had opposition

already within your party to his socialist bent it was a problem then it

remains a problem now what will you do about it

well I think that people will continue to run local elections yes the party has

been shifted they're running her out yeah all over the country running her

out all over the country and it's detrimental and she's also putting up

falsified her own elections England she won all times but she didn't do well

well that's because I heard you say earlier Joe Crowley cuz he stepped back

into this race well he can I mean not unless instead she's still over power

he's still on the ballot I've been her to her race was 26,000 people she did

badly with african-american voters which is exactly what happened to Bernie

Sanders Hillary won by four million votes she overwhelmingly won black

voters and Bernie Sanders and the progressive left does not do well with

them and they're widely understood to be the most informed voters in the Democrat

Party as well and she says she won them all and she didn't oh all right sounds

like a fight thingy but yeah I just see him President Trump may be at war with

the mainstream media but his poll numbers keep going up Howie Kurtz is

here to talk about this I can't wait especially among his base where it is at

near historic levels Howie on it stay with us

you

FBI RELEASES FISA RECORDS ON TRUMP AIDE - Duration: 15:25.

heavily redacted document this is the FISA warrant yes all of it how many a

lot of ink look how heavily redacted this says disease so Devon Nunez and all

of these Republicans 13 in particular on this one committee wrote a letter to the

president in June saying we want we want the FISA application we want to find out

if the FBI at the DOJ if they if they were spying on Carter page and doing it

legally and so this is what the DOJ is released it is heavily redacted very

helpful right what does that say so you know Republicans are upset about if they

want to see the whole thing without all the redaction and one of the Republicans

is speaking out about this trey Gowdy he has been front and center on this since

the beginning and here's what he had to say about the underlying issue in here

the FBI relying on the unvetted dossier to spy on Carter page corner page is

more like Inspector Gadget than he is Jason Bourne or James Bond Trump never

met him Trump never had a conversation with him we'll never know whether or not

the FBI had enough without the dossier the unvetted DNC funded dossier because

they included it and everyone who reads this FISA application sees the amount of

reliance they placed on this product funded by the but by Hillary Clinton's

campaign and the DNC I do have an issue when you rely on political opposition

research that is unvetted and you represent that to a court and use it to

spy on Americans what we have to remember in normal criminal procedures a

defendant gets to defend him or herself in a surveillance situation obviously

secrecy is paramount because of that the court and the people applying for the

application need

again reminding all of us it was funded by Hillary Clinton or by the DNC right

but they've never told that to the FISA judge the federal authorities used both

the steel dossier and the Yahoo News article that we've talked extensively

about to convince the FISA Court to grant the application and with the 412

pages right there those also include the renewals four times the FBI told the

FISA Court it did not believe that Christopher Steele was the direct source

for the Yahoo News story which prompted the FISA warrants

he wasn't the source and yet in London court records they show that steel

briefed Yahoo News and other reporters at the direction of fusion GPS which is

the opposition research firm this chrissteele right there behind the

dossier and they described Steele as somebody hired by a business associate

to conduct research into Trump's Russia ties but do not mention that fusion GPS

was funded by the DNC and Hillary Clinton that's why there's 13

Republicans wrote that letter to the president in June and that included trey

Gowdy it included Devon Nunez and they were saying there are irregularities

with the sources the information is is not consistent they also have a problem

with the FBI's own domestic investigations and operations guide at

prohibits the FBI from using unverified material to obtain FISA warrants they're

saying that that dirty dossier that the president tweeted about this weekend he

called it the dirty dossier that was used to spy on Carter page it was

unverified which means that is illegal well the big question is and the

Republicans have for a while asked for unredacted versions is the Republicans

are now so I think it was mark Meadows from North Carolina and I said you know

keep the names the methods and the secrets but everything else I mean

there's a lot of stuff here that you would think it's not a method of

surveillance or anything like we still clearly don't know a lot one other

question before we go I have a question for Rob Rosen Stein was he just rubber

stamping things which let's face it we've all been inferiors to a superior

just is trying to push paper along and just kind of rubber stamps thing or was

this a concerted effort that is a question that we really need to get in

what you're talking about is the renewal Samuel

when you have a FISA application and you want to spy on Carter page that time

runs out eventually we have to go back to the FISA Court and renew it and the

last person to sign it on the third renewal was Rod Rosenstock correct right

well you know I don't know about rod Rosen Stein but I do know that

historically and this is the first time we've ever seen a FISA application in 40

years nobody's ever seen one before and so it's like oh that's what it looks

like we have heard through this entire process over the last year or so though

that it sounds like the application process is a rubber stamp usually if the

FBI goes to the FISA judge they say hey we need to keep tabs on this Carter P

99% of the time yeah usually they just go okay and do you think they're gonna

read all that stuff for somebody who that's that's a couple of application

has been on the forefront of this obviously tom Fitton we're gonna have

him on coming up at six fifteen president of a Judicial Watch to weigh

in I'm sure he has a ton to say and speaking of somebody who continuously

has a lot to say it's our old friend Hillary Clinton take a listen to what

she had to say over the weekend with regard to you guessed it

immigration and our president if any of you work for an airline I hope you'll

let me know direct message me because we need to get vouchers and discounted

tickets to bring these families back together across that thousand miles

she continues to raise the bar on lunacy well what she's doing is she is

something that is a red-hot on the Democratic side is the issue of

immigration right so what she's saying is you know if you work for an air

company or airline company or something like that and you've got free vouchers

for people to travel let's try to reunite some of these families that are

trying to get back into the country she'll she'll provide the ride to

reunite families and offer illegals a pass into America she also advised a

crowd to donate to charities that provide spanish-speaking social workers

and lawyers she was appearing here in New York City at Ozzie fest on Saturday

night let us know what you think about that please send your emails in to

friends at Fox news.com

paisa documents so release revealing that anti-trump dossier was a main

source in obtaining the warrant the FISA warrant to spy on the Trump campaign

leading up to the 2016 election well Tom Fenton the president of the government

watchdog group Judicial Watch fought for the release of these redacted documents

and is now Regine the President to declassify them he's here to explain

Tom good morning to you good morning Steve how are you okay I'm doing okay

I'm looking at the documents there's there's a lot of Sharpie in here there's

a lot of stuff that's that's blacked out we have no idea what's in there you

think the president this morning could call somebody and declassify and then we

know what they're hiding right well that's for sure Devon Nunez the Bob

Goodlatte is suggesting that there's other material in there that is

classified right now but doesn't need to be classified and we already see from

the material that was released over the weekend that the material that was we

were told that he they couldn't even tell us existed one way or another

didn't need to be classified and we know why it was classified it wasn't because

they were protecting national security secrets it was to cover up misconduct by

the Justice Department and the FBI in misleading the courts by using this

dossier dossier in a dishonest way to gain a warrant to target the Trump team

right and apparently four times the FBI told the FISA Court they didn't think

that Christopher Steele the guy behind the dossier was the guy who leaked the

news to Yahoo News that got the ball rolling and in fact he did you see if I

call it a self licking ice cream cone that document they talked about the

dossier generally then they talk about news reports about the dossier then they

talk about a State Department information about Carter page that had

its origins according to reports in the dossier and the Clinton campaign this is

a Clinton campaign document that was presented to the court as if it weren't

and then they used reports about the Clinton campaign document and leaked

operation to further justify asking for a warrant to target the Trump teammates

I look anyone who signed on to this needs to be asked questions about why

they signed on to it what they knew and when and unfortunately includes the

current administration official the number to the

Justice Department rod Rosenstein sure what is puzzling to me though is the

fact that they did not reveal that the DNC and Hillary Clinton were paying for

the dossier instead they said you know somebody's obviously looking for dirt on

Trump is that enough oh I you know I encourage your viewers

to go and look at that portion of the dossier its a footnote where they

describe source number one right just want to be the bajor source they went

out of their way to talk about to avoid talking about the fact that was the

Clinton campaign behind it there was no good reason not to inform the court that

other than to again mislead the court into providing a pretext to spy in the

Trump team and look this is about Carter page this in theory but when you look at

what's been released it was all about getting at the Trump campaign absolutely

and we heard from Carter page yesterday he said it's laughable so he was he

wasn't a spy he wasn't an agent of the Russians he was a cooperator with the

FBI they didn't need to spy on him it was a fraud and a hoax designed to

target Trump and the DOJ and FBI and the Obama gang behind it need to be held to

account well by spying on him they got to spy on everybody in the Trump

campaign Julian we've been telling you about the

Department of Justice releasing more than 400 pages of the FISA warrant

application regarding Carter page moments ago President Trump tweeted this

out so we now find out that it was indeed the unverified and fake dirty

dossier that was paid for by crooked Hillary Clinton and the DNC

that was knowingly and falsely submitted to FISA and which was responsible for

starting the totally conflicted and discredited Muller witch-hunt there's a

lot going on in that tweet well here to weigh in is Dan bond Geno the former

Secret Service agent and host of the dan bond Geno show podcast and he joins us

now with his perspective good morning to you Dan what do you think about this

well president Trump's right he's right to be annoyed guys listen this is now we

know who now that the FISA warrant application has been released all 400

pages and I've gotten through most of it the case was a hoax the hoax was paid

for by Hillary Clinton people in the media were integral to the hoax and the

hoax was brought to a court and lied to guys we don't even have to use my words

or the words of President Trump to describe the hoax let's describe the

hoax using the FBI leadership's own words about the hoax Jim Comey about the

information in the warrant to spy on the Trump team right What did he say it was

salacious and unverified his number to Andy McCabe What did he say about it if

we didn't have the fake information we would have never had a FISA warrant

that's Andy McCabe the head of the counterintelligence division when asked

if they verified the information in the hoax what did he say

Oh was in its infancy and finally this is it this one is the icing on the cake

Peter stroked the lead hoax investigator What did he say about the hoax there's

no there there you all got worked America this is the biggest scam in

modern American history and one of the things dan that is jaw-dropping is the

fact that while it was political opposition of research that essentially

was the dossier they never revealed that it was funded by Hillary Clinton DNC

they just said you know yeah it's the guy behind it is somebody who's looking

for dirt on Trump yeah you think that might be a critical fact you know it's

like saying you know a guy walks out of facility with money and failing to

mention that he robbed the bank the the critical component of information the

judge needed to evaluate evaluate the content there was that for Hillary

Clinton's team paid for this information it was her information it was her team

now yet dancing around that doesn't absolve

them of the responsibility to put it in there and and what other critical thing

about this too because I see the Liberals I already know where they're

going with this they said well portions of it are redacted and they're correct

heavy portions are redacted but guys I've been to court I've sworn to

warrants there's no extra credit for information in front of a judge you only

put in a warrant what you need to establish probable cause meaning this

that hoax information in there that we can see was critical towards

establishing the legal standard they needed to spy on the Trump team meaning

without it they would have never had it in the FBI's number two andy mccabe

attested to that dan you're the authority on this what disturbs you the

most about this

that basically Donald Trump was treated like a citizen and a third world

communist Republic I mean Ainsley listen justice died a

little bit Friday night and it gives me no joy in telling you so you know unlike

the Liberals I'm not here to like own the libs and destroy the constitutional

republic if this was a Democrat I assure you I'll go to the grave with this and I

would be making the same case to you on national cable television Donald Trump

was treated like a citizen in a in a Socialist Republic in Cuba and the

Liberals don't give a hoot about it this is a shame somebody that disagrees with

you representative Adam Schiff of California saying the president acts

like Russia has dirt on him want to play this for you then get your reaction I

certainly think he's acting like someone who's compromised and it may very well

be that he is compromised or may very well be that he believes that he's

compromised that the Russians have information on him what do you make of

all that compromise taught by Schiff yeah I think it's a fraud I'm a liar a

disgrace he's an embarrassment to himself of the Congress the country Adam

Schiff has been the lead hoaxer he's been out there on television now for a

year looking in the face of you America and lying to every one of you in an

effort to distract the entire country on a hoax Russia scandal he is a fraud and

he should be called out as a fraud he has been lying to everyone exit question

real fast speaking of probable probable causes you

did a moment ago was there from what you saw in the application probable cause to

investigate Carter page for connections to Russia probable cause there wasn't

even a reasonable suspicion that document is a joke the man's team was

spied on for Zippo they had nothing and they better produce those redactions

sooner this is going to get a lot worse yeah it didn't take you long to read

through the 400 pages because most everything is Sharpie black black right

right it's about five pages when you wouldn't get the redactions out exactly

thanks Dan next then yeah have a good day all right ten minutes before the top

of the hour still ahead Ainsley goes one-on-one with former White House press

secretary Sean Spicer at home does he miss working for the president the

answer to that top of the hour plus

Breaking President Trump Has Just Silenced Them All

President Trump took to twitter after the Helsinki Summit with Vladimir Putin and made

clear and decisive statements regarding the summit.

Trump is facing continued criticism from both sides of the aisle and the media but remains

strong and vigilant.

The truth that all of President Trump's critics are failing to mention is that no

one has been harder on Russia than President Trump.

President Trump took to twitter after the Helsinki Summit with Vladimir Putin and made

clear and decisive statements regarding the summit.

. As reported by dailycaller.com

Political commentator Dan Bongino said President Donald Trump's Russia critics don't realize

how tough he's been on Russian President Vladimir Putin and the country's government,

Monday on "Fox & Friends."

Bongino also cited American military attacks against Russian mercenaries in the Middle

East and claimed Russia cannot afford to interrupt stable economic relations with the United

States.

"People forget it was just a few months ago that the American military wiped out a

couple hundred Russian mercenaries in Syria and had the Russians scrambling because they

didn't want to claim credit that they were actually Russian," Bongino continued.

"I don't think Putin expected Trump to respond that way.

That was not an insignificant incident over there.

And his comments about the gas pipeline as well.

The Russians need this other pipeline," he concluded.

"The Russians are not an economic powerhouse.

They're a small sliver of the United States economy.

And they need that money and … Trump confronted them on it."

President Trump Sends All-Caps Threat to Iran's President: You Will 'SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES' - News - Duration: 2:51.

President Donald Trump lashed out at Iran's President Hassan Rouhani in a late-night tweet on Sunday, writing an all-caps warning in response to a foreboding statement issued by the foreign leader

Addressing Rouhani directly, the president tweeted, "NEVER, EVER THREATEN THE UNITED STATES AGAIN OR YOU WILL SUFFER CONSEQUENCES THE LIKES OF WHICH FEW THROUGHOUT HISTORY HAVE EVER SUFFERED BEFORE

"  Trump continued, "WE ARE NO LONGER A COUNTRY THAT WILL STAND FOR YOUR DEMENTED WORDS OF VIOLENCE & DEATH

BE CAUTIOUS!"  During an address to diplomats in Tehran, Iran, on Sunday, Rouhani said that Americans "must understand that war with Iran is the mother of all wars and peace with Iran is the mother of all peace," Iran's state new agency IRNA reported, according to CNN

Rouhani also reportedly said America should not "play with the lion's tail because you will regret it eternally

"  CNN reported that Rouhani left open the idea of a peace agreement.  Before Trump's tweet on Sunday, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo addressed Iran at the Ronald Reagan National Library, according to CNN, stating, "The level of corruption and wealth among regime leaders shows that Iran is run by something that resembles the mafia more than a government

"  Meanwhile, Trump is facing protests right outside his front door.  Philippe Reines, once an aide to Hillary Clinton, organized a barrage of sound — including pots, pans, and a Mariachi band — outside of the White House to keep Trump awake after his controversial summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Helsinki last week

GOWDY GOES NUCLEAR – Exposes Anti-Trump FBI Official, Rains Down Hell

Last week, the Justice Department gave Congress less than 15 percent of the texts between

FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page.

Now, Rep. Trey Gowdy has had enough of this nonsense and is saying that both FBI officials

Peter Strzok and Lisa Page should testify before Congress.

Western Journalism reported that Gowdy explained that this move for accountability would help

lawmakers deem whether or not the two FBI officials actually held enough power to take

down President Donald Trump or even protect Hillary Clinton from criminal charges over

email allegations.

"I can't prove that they were the final decision makers, nor do I have to," Gowdy

admitted.

"What I have to prove to you is two really important people hated (Trump); would have

done anything to protect (Clinton)."

He went on to suggest that the texts were evidence that the two "hated" then-presidential

candidate Trump, alluding to their bias against the current administration and alleged efforts

to assist those within Democratic National Committee.

One example of the FBI helping Clinton came when Strzok interviewed Clinton about her

use of private email servers during her time as secretary of state, soon after which the

classified information was discovered.

Gowdy explained that Strzok allegedly "scrubbed" the language about Clinton's "grossly

negligent" behavior from the final FBI report.

"Did they have the power to protect her?"

Gowdy asked.

"The decision not to charge (Clinton) was made even before they interviewed her.

How would you like that deal?"

He then pointed to the two FBI officials and how they had been removed from the Special

Counsel Robert Mueller's Russia-collusion investigation after Mueller learned of the

"insidious" political bias against Trump.

"These are the same two people, whose bias was so insidious, that Bob Mueller fired them

the second he found out about it," Gowdy said.

"These witnesses need to come in and tell us what they meant [by these texts] and everything

else they said over the course of eighteen months."

However, Gowdy refused to comment on whether he thinks the text which referred to a "secret

society" of FBI agents was a joke or real.

"Republicans are better served by letting the texts speak for themselves," Gowdy admitted.

"These witnesses need to come in and tell us what they meant by it."

Trump issues threat to Iran: 'You will suffer consequences' - Duration: 5:09.

President Donald Trump issued an all-caps threat to Iran after the country's president said earlier in the day that pursuing hostilities against his country could lead to "the mother of all wars

" The tweet was sent at 11:24 p.m., after the president returned to the White House from spending the weekend at his golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey

Trump wrote, "To Iranian President Rouhani: NEVER, EVER THREATEN THE UNITED STATES AGAIN OR YOU WILL SUFFER CONSEQUENCES THE LIKES OF WHICH FEW THROUGHOUT HISTORY HAVE EVER SUFFERED BEFORE

WE ARE NO LONGER A COUNTRY THAT WILL STAND FOR YOUR DEMENTED WORDS OF VIOLENCE & DEATH

BE CAUTIOUS!" The comments came at the same time as Secretary of State Mike Pompeo was speaking at a Reagan Forum in Simi Valley, California, on the topic of Iran

Pompeo blasted the country for corruption and human rights abuses -- but also offered direct talks with the regime

Ten minutes into his speech, he was heckled by a protester, who shouted about the Trump administration "kidnapping children

" The protester continued to shout, but she was drowned out by audience members shouting her down, and chants of "USA! USA!" The chaotic scene lasted for 30 seconds or so, with Pompeo eventually quipping, "If there were only so much freedom of expression in Iran," to cheers and applause

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani issued his threat to the U.S. at a gathering of diplomats, according to the state-run Islamic Republic News Agency

"Mr. Trump, don't play with the lion's tail, this would only lead to regret," the IRNA reported

"America should know that peace with Iran is the mother of all peace, and war with Iran is the mother of all wars

" Pompeo did say the U.S. was willing to talk with Iran, as Trump has said in the past, but real change can only come with change in the regime's behavior: "We are willing to talk with the regime in Iran, but relief from American pressure will only come when we see tangible, demonstrated and sustained shifts in Tehran's policies," he said

The U.S. is "undertaking a diplomatic and financial pressure campaign to cut off the funds that the regime uses to enrich itself and support death and destruction," Pompeo said

Despite some mixed messages from senior State Department officials in recent weeks, Pompeo made clear that pressure campaign includes dropping Iranian oil imports to "as close to zero as possible by Nov

4" when U.S. sanctions snap back into place. The U.S. is also launching a 24/7 Farsi-language channel across mediums to dispel the "fake news

that America is the Great Satan" and "so that ordinary Iranians in Iran and around the globe can know America stands with them

" As Trump has done repeatedly, Pompeo blasted the Iran nuclear deal, saying it didn't make Iran more moderate, "it made them wolves in sheep's clothing

" He said moderates in Iran are "unicorns," including Rouhani and Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif -- the "polished frontmen for the ayatollahs' international con artistry

"
