Trump news on Youtube Jun 23 2018

Sometimes when you think that all hope is lost in America there is a reminder

that it can be a decent place. Because it was a tide of moral outrage that made

Trump back down on family separations. It was even too much for his cowardly

Republicans and his chorus of sycophants. Now Trump only acted because he had no

choice. When he's backed into a corner he's not going to accept or confess that

he did anything wrong he's going to always blame somebody else. It was not

out of any sense of humanity, it was not like the Grinch whose heart grew three

sizes that day. Time magazine captured it perfectly

welcome to America, welcome to Trump's America. With the cruelty inflicted and

the message sent it's not the America I have come to know. And no one can quite

figure out it seems how the children will be reunited with their parents some

children may never find their parents again. Now Trump lied and lied about the

crisis saying he couldn't do anything about it. You have to take the children

away. Lie after lie to the point where truth doesn't matter. He launched an

all-out war against a free press and, like task during the Soviet era, Fox News

has become the propaganda tool for the Trump administration. He is more

comfortable with murderous dictators and oligarchs than men and women of goodwill

leading liberal democracies. He goes after Germany lying that letting in

migrants has caused the German crime rate to skyrocket and in fact crime in

Germany has gone down in the last year its lowest in 30 years. He uses the

language of hate. He describes the migrants as an infestation like

cockroaches where have we heard that before the Nazis described Jews as an

infestation. He dehumanizes people immigrants to him are animals now the

Trump agenda is about white supremacy and the echoes from the 1930s in Germany

grow louder every day. And you wonder who is next who do they come for next but at

least this week the moral center of America held.

It is indeed a long and winding road we live together we work together and

sometimes we even play together but we still really don't get each other. A new

survey by Leger for the Quebec Community Groups Network points out that

we do have a ways to go. Now even with strict language

legislation, only 40% of francophone say French is properly protected in Quebec

on the other hand eighty seven point five percent of Anglo say the French

language is well protected. And asked of Anglophone rights were well protected

only 17 percent of anglophones say they are while 72% of francophones say so.

That my friends is the Grand Canyon of language relations in Quebec. The problem

has always been that anglos in Quebec have been viewed with suspicion by many.

We aren't the enemy. I wonder if we will ever see a day when again for the

minority is not seen as a loss for the majority. J'en doute, but there is always

hope and those of us who call this home and stay will continue to fight for what

is rightfully ours. October 17th will be the day I suspect

there will be a high rate of sickness that day when Canada officially

legalizes pot. There are still a lot of questions about how this will all

happen. It is time as well for the government to take a look at expunging

criminal records for Canadians convicted of simple possession of marijuana. Now

pot rules will vary from province to province Quebec of course is one of the

provinces where only the nanny state will be able to dispense weed. And no

homegrown here because well that would cut into revenues for the SQDC the

Societe Quebecoise du Cannabis just what we need here another societe. A

well Quebec knows best. one verra, on verra indeed. I'm Barry Wilson you can follow

now take a bit of a summer break and we'll be back soon.

I look forward to resuming the conversation.

Federal Flash: Implications of Trump's Executive Order & Updates on Education Funding - Duration: 4:50.

Welcome back to Federal Flash.

I'm Phillip Lovell and I'm joined by Robyn Harper.

Immigration once again tops our agenda for the Flash.

We also have updates on federal education funding and career and technical education.

Robyn, give us the latest on immigration.

Thanks, Phillip.

After President Trump and other administration officials claimed that the horrifying policy

of separating children from their parents was beyond their control, the president issued

an executive order to scale back, if not end the policy.

The executive order states, QUOTE: "It is also the policy of this Administration to

maintain family unity, including by detaining alien families together where appropriate

and consistent with law and available resources."

END QUOTE

But this doesn't mean that the policy of holding families in detention together at

the border will end.

In fact, the order projects the continuation and potential expansion of this practice.

Within the order, the president directs the Department of Defense to make available or

construct facilities to hold families while court proceedings take place.

Noticeably absent from the order was any directive to the Department of Health and Human services

to support the health and well-being of these families while they are detained, or any mention

of reunifying the families that have already been separated.

Senator Patty Murray of Washington State, the leading democrat on the subcommittee that

funds the Department of Health and Human Services, sent a letter to the HHS Secretary asking

for details on the situation.

saying QUOTE: "…the horrific reports I have seen regarding the federal government's

treatment of children in custody, make it frighteningly clear the Department and the

Trump Administration as a whole have absolutely no concern for the wellbeing of thousands

of children and parents whom they have caused great pain and continued trauma."

Her letter is available at the link below.

And we can't forget the other immigration crisis created by this White House…DACA.

The House planned to consider two different approaches, one focused on enforcement led

by Congressman Bob Goodlatte, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, and another

led by Speaker of the House Paul Ryan that also focuses on enforcement while providing

some DACA recipients with the opportunity to gain legal status, while falling far short

of the bipartisan DREAM Act.

The Goodlatte proposal failed with a vote of 193 to 231.

No democrat supported it, and 41 Republicans opposed it as well.

In the process, the Goodlatte proposal killed the discharge petition we've discussed previously.

House leaders have postponed a vote on the Ryan proposal, and President Trump is calling

for a delay until after the election.

Stay tuned.

In other news, the House and Senate Appropriations Committees are working on legislation to fund

the federal government, hoping to avoid embarrassing debates and stop-gap measures this fall as

we close in on a tense election.

The House subcommittee responsible for funding the Department of Education voted on its bill;

it will come before the full committee next week.

The Senate subcommittee is expected to vote on its bill next week as well.

Thanks, Robyn.

In addition to action on federal education funding, Congress is also planning to move

next week on the reauthorization of the Carl D. Perkins

Career and Technical Education Act.

The Senate postponed the committee vote originally scheduled for this week.

Chairman Lamar Alexander and Ranking Member Patty Murray said in a joint statement, [Quote]:

"Our goal is bipartisan agreement on the Perkins Career and Technical Education Act, and we

are making significant progress toward that goal."

Finally, the Trump Administration is proposing a reorganization of the federal government,

including a merger of the Department of Labor and the Department of Education.

This would require Congressional approval, and Congress hasn't been thrilled with some

of the internal reorganization proposed within the Department of Education, so this more

substantial move faces an uphill climb.

The full proposal is available at the link below; we'll keep you posted.

That's all for today.

Thanks for watching.

Trump tells GOP to hold off on immigration - Duration: 0:41.

"My administration is also acting swiftly to address the illegal immigration crisis

on the southern border," President Donald Trump said Thursday during a Cabinet meeting.

"We have to do something about immigration in this country."

A day after Trump said in a Cabinet meeting that "we have to do something about immigration,"

he tweeted, "Republicans should stop wasting their time" on it.

On Friday, Trump encouraged Republicans in Congress to wait to vote on any immigration

bills until after midterm elections in November, saying reform can be passed after the "Red

Wave."

Trump's statement also comes a day after the House rejected a conservative immigration

bill and delayed a vote on the GOP compromise immigration bill.

Robert Mueller Is In Deep Trouble When Trump Finds Out About What He Was Hiding - Duration: 10:08.

Robert Mueller Is In Deep Trouble When Trump Finds Out About What He Was Hiding

Robert Mueller's witch hunt against President Trump just suffered another body blow.

And this one could be the knockout punch.

That's because Mueller and his team are in deep trouble once Trump finds out what

they are hiding.

Not even Robert Mueller and his team's investigation was safe from the fallout from Inspector General

Michael Horowitz's bombshell report.

The political bias and hatred of Trump even spread to Mueller's team.

And it is calling into question the legitimacy of his entire investigation.

In Horowitz's report, investigators identified a November 22nd 2016 exchange between two

FBI lawyers – one of whom worked on the Clinton investigation and was later assigned

to Mueller's team.

The lawyer was responding to another FBI attorney's horror at Donald Trump's victory and praised

the "resistance."

Horowitz's report states :

"FBI Attorney 2 sent an instant message to FBI Attorney 1 commenting on the amount

of money the subject of an FBI investigation had been paid while working on the Trump campaign.

FBI Attorney 1 responded, "Is it making you rethink your commitment to the Trump administration?"

FBI Attorney 2 replied, "Hell no." and then added, "Viva le resistance."

FBI Attorney 1 responded that Trump was "going to eliminate all of our pensions in order

to pay for people like" the person discussed in the instant message exchange, and FBI Attorney

1 and FBI Attorney 2 then began a discussion of federal pension and retirement issues."

The lawyer was later removed from Mueller's team, but the damage had already been done.

Mueller clearly did not vet the members of his team.

Some critics contend that Mueller did not want to examine the backgrounds of the lawyers

he hired so he could get away with stacking the deck against Trump.

Mueller removed the members of his team only after they were caught red-handed—and he

should receive no credibility points for taking an obvious action that was forced upon him

by outside actors.

This explosive development led Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani to appear on Sean Hannity's

Fox News program and declare that Mueller's investigation should be suspended:

"I believe that Rod Rosenstein and Jeff Sessions have a chance to redeem themselves

and that chance comes about tomorrow and doesn't go beyond tomorrow.

Tomorrow Mueller should be suspended and honest people should be brought in" to investigate

whether the Justice Department and/or FBI tried to interfere in the 2016 presidential

election."

Some Trump watchers predicted the President was on the verge of a major action.

The Daily Mail's David Martosko wrote,"If Trump doesn't fire anyone at DOJ in the

next 12 hours, he probably never will.

The fact that he hasn't yet tweeted about the IG report suggests to me that some sort

of calculated action is being contemplated."

Do you believe Trump should start firing disloyal employees in the DOJ and that Mueller should

shut down his investigation?

IVANKA TRUMP AND JARED KUSHNER HIT WITH TRAGIC NEWS - Duration: 10:34.

IVANKA TRUMP AND JARED KUSHNER HIT WITH TRAGIC NEWS

Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner just got some terrible news when one of their former best

friends turned on them on live television.

Fox News reported that Hollywood star Natalie Portman attended Harvard University with Kushner,

and the two became friends during their time there.

She attended his wedding to Ivanka, and Kushner followed suit by attending Portman's wedding

in 2012.

A shameless liberal, however, Portman now has no love for her former friends.

"You actually graduated in the same class as Jared Kushner, didn't you?"

late night host Stephen Colbert asked Portman on Thursday night.

"That is correct," Portman said, adding that though they were once "friendly"

they are no longer in contact.

"Unfortunately it's not very — there's not a lot funny to say about someone you were

friends with becoming a supervillain," Portman stated.

"So, it's not funny."

"He said in some interview that all of the friends he's lost through politics is like

exfoliating.

I was like, OK," she continued.

"So you're a dead skin cell?"

Colbert replied, to which Portman stated, "Proudly."

Back in 2016, Kushner talked about the friendships he has lost over politics.

"Anyone who was willing to change a friendship or not do business because of who somebody

supports in politics is not somebody who has a lot of character," Kushner said.

"People are very fickle.

You have to find what you believe in, challenge your truths.

And if you believe in something, even if it's unpopular, you have to push with it."

It's pathetic that Portman would let something like politics get in the way of one of her

friendships.

Frankly, Kushner and Ivanka deserve a whole lot better from their friends, so they are

probably better off with this liberal moron out of their lives.

SHARE this story if you stand with the Kushners against Natalie Portman!

U.S. President Donald Trump has extended economic sanctions against North Korea for another

year,... saying its nuclear weapons threat is "unusual and extraordinary."

Trump notified Congress of his decision on Friday.

The White House has extended the sanctions every year, since they were first imposed

in 2008.

The move comes despite the recent thaw in North Korea-U.S. relations after the two leaders

met in Singapore for their historic summit.

FIVE: TRUMP: PEOPLE ARE SUFFERING BECAUSE OF DEMS - Duration: 13:53.

several big developments on immigration House lawmakers rejecting a conservative

bill introduced by House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte as for

what's being called the compromise bill drafted by the Republican leadership the

vote on that is being delayed until tomorrow to try to shore up more support

over at the White House President Trump is continuing to go after Democrats

after ending the controversial practice of separating migrant families my

administration is also acting swiftly to address the illegal immigration crisis

on the southern border loopholes in our immigration laws all supported by

extremists open border Democrats people are suffering because of the Democrats

so we've created and they've created and they've let it happen

a massive child smuggling industry the worst everything looks they think the

better they're going to do with respect to the blue wave which is turning out

frankly to be a red wave if you look at the polls the Democrats are causing

tremendous damage and destruction and lives by not doing something about this

and they know that the president reiterating that he doesn't want to

separate children from their parents but is still sticking by his zero-tolerance

policy if we took zero-tolerance away you would be overrun you'd have millions

of people pouring through our border and you took zero tolerance away everybody

would come right now they'd be getting their little belongings unfortunately

and they would be heading up you would be you would have a run on this country

the likes of which nobody's ever seen and First Lady Melania Trump making a

surprise visit to a detention center housing migrant children along the

border in Texas but her fashion choice appears to be overshadowing the trip the

first lady wearing a jacket bearing the words I really don't care do you

a spokesperson responding to media speculation saying it's a jacket

there was no hidden message having lived through mission accomplished for many

years I am sympathetic who at the White House because it obviously was not

intended to show any sort of message but back to the important thing at hey

I'm Kimberly the Republican said we don't have enough support for either of

these bills we have to stop and try to figure out a way to do that there's

gonna be a conference I think they're meeting right now behind closed doors

this is the third behind-closed-doors meeting they've had on this week what do

you think will happen and will that vote get enough book that vote get enough

support I think you look obviously I'm I'm for behind close to our meetings

hopefully they're working on it and they're building some you know coalition

they're getting some consensus to move it forward obviously they can tell that

the American people want some resolution of this the president would like

something to come forward however I think it might be a little bit of a

struggle because there's some pretty you know different opinions and viewpoints

and he also has his base he's thinking about he has obviously this issue which

is on the tremendous amount of political attention you've got midterm elections

coming up you know he campaigned on getting things done and making sure that

he was gonna make positive changes he's somebody's very good at getting deals

done so I you know I'm optimistic and that he's gonna get involved in this and

try very hard to push on it he's got to get the votes right now they don't have

them but it doesn't mean that they won't get them and as for the fashion

statement I mean it's a jacket that's well I see that the fact that the

conservative bill passed today the president said he was supported both

bills but now that that one has failed is it possible that if the president

says I am for this bill I will give you cover on this bill you should vote for

it that it could pass the president can only do so much with the house I mean

the dirty little secret is the open borders cheap labor big business lobby

has a lot of power over Republicans and we're not going to get any help from the

Democrats at all so there's just no consensus and there's nothing that's

ever gonna be done on immigration I don't even think after the midterms is

that we're gonna get done and the Democrats when they had a supermajority

under Barack Obama they did nothing on immigration the Democrats just want to

blame Republicans for the issue and score political points but I don't think

this whole separating families thing is a big winner for the Democrats

I think they've overplayed their hand they've exposed themselves as complete

open borders advocates the president completely shut the deal down

he's keeping families together now there pointing that they're abusing children

Melania goes down and now they're complaining about the jacket you're

never gonna get a win on this issue I think like a normal issue with gas

prices health care jobs those are the things that actually affect the lives of

everyday Americans yes migrant families will tug at your

heartstrings and it makes you feel sad and you want to find a solution but it's

not going to be a driving issue for regular voters in the midterm elections

and Greg I had congressman Burgess on the 2 o'clock show today and good for

you I'm getting to a good point he's part of the he's a Texas congressman

doctor his conservative guy he wanted to be one in both bills to pass decided to

vote for them and he is on something called the immigration reform caucus and

I said in the caucus do you actually have Democrats that are willing to come

to the table on this and he said no that he tries talking to them and that he

can't get anywhere and he does think that they just want to be obstructionist

yeah I don't I don't think it's about the kids it's always going to be about

Trump that's what this this is about 2016 and it's about 2018 and 2020 it's

about elections we know that what Trump does will never be enough it'll be even

it'll be seen as even less humane than what was before so the liberal opinion

is this if you split up families you're a Nazi whether the family is pretend or

not you're not see but if you keep them together you're worse than a Nazi so the

reactor they actually have no solution liberals become paralyzed when faced

with having to solve a problem in the media put some motion before facts so

they just contribute it contribute to it so now you're having critics of Trump

actually arguing against their own wishes so when so now it's it's okay

we're gonna keep the families together this or the pseudo families together or

whatever you should be happy that they're now detained

now that's awful I have to give credit to CNN because I always bash CNN but I

said yesterday that a lot of these problems existed under Obama and they

were at really really bad problems but the media never talks about it finally I

think it was senator I can't remember the name of the senator Baldwin but but

Brooke Baldwin asked a very simple question can we throw that absolutely so

here's a question for Democrats so many people in this country are certainly out

ray by the cages and the thermal blankets

and the facilities housing these kids you know they were all there in 2014

under President Obama and my question to you senator Baldwin is did you speak up

against them then you know on the on this issue that we get into a moment

where we're making progress and then when it when it stalls we turn around I

think we all need to continue to be focused on it and press it through

because she just expose how political this is they didn't care before actually

and before one Chuck Schumer has voted for wall funding before and a lot of the

money that is being talked about right now in the current bill that's under

consideration is twenty five billion dollars it's not necessary for all new

wall a lot of it is to shore up and do improve parts of the wall that we

already have but he says now that he can't support it right and remember

there was a deal between Democrats and the president the president was one who

backed out of that deal a long time ago so I think - contrary to what Greg was

saying I think you have a situation where you have evidence here Republicans

have the majority in the House Republicans have the majority in the

Senate and what you have is fights among Republicans that are continuing to

paralyze their ability to pass any legislation I think that's what we're

seeing writ large today Republicans can't get it together and they have

people literally fighting on the House floor congressman mark meadow of the

freedom caucus going face to face pointing moving away coming back to

continue the fight with Speaker he said he was just being passionate yeah right

so what you have here is a situation where the president I think contrary to

what I'm hearing here is that president likes the idea of saying it's the

Democrats fault remember the president said this is the law I can't do anything

about it's up to the Congress then he turns tail and signs executive order and

guess what undoes it's because you know how soft executive orders are because

everything that Obama did was executive orders just got rid of them that you

know you have to Congress take I guess you won't have a show but I'm

just saying you have the president as the one who said oh I can't do anything

about it septic and then he's the one who literally changed his course and has

to do it he's back as we saw last night in Minnesota to try to demonize not only

the Democrats but the immigrants again he says I'm sprung I'm gonna enforce

these work these people will run over the book what is he talking about

does anybody ever say hey mr. president stop lying well here's the thing

Kimberly that regardless of what happens on this particular bill tomorrow it

still has to sort it still has to pass the Senate right and this issue is not

going away it fuels a lot of passion people feel really strongly about it on

all sides what do you think is the strategy to try to actually solve the

problem and not deal with the politics of this yeah but I mean as both sides

are playing it of course they are right that's that's an honest statement and a

reflection of what's going on but nevertheless I do believe that the

President does want to do something about this he likes to see things and

say there's a problem here I'm gonna be the guy that's gonna fix it so would

he'd like Congress to be able to act yes so it's long lasting change from a

legislative perspective versus an executive order like Jesse points out

that can be undone yes he's out of rally he's not demonizing anybody I mean let's

not sugarcoat the issue you're not supposed to break the law and come into

the country illegally nevertheless we have to deal with this issue and with

children coming over in a compassionate way but still enforce the laws that this

nation this country has a right to have its laws upheld and have them observed

and there's policies and procedures in place we welcome immigrants all of us

have backgrounds you know as immigrants and family members that have come over

here great god bless okay we embrace people this is

the country that is very humanitarian this is a president who cares deeply

about families and about children he's proved that over notability yes the

president of United States commander-in-chief his most solemn

responsibility is protection of the country to go around calling people an

infestation the animals criminals rapists

yesterday did you want you thought peterpanda just nice misused some words

to say we should don't take Trump's words so seriously look at me certainly

let you see Fonda his actions are just horrific and that's why Americans are

saying separating children is very fun except row now they're putting together

they're being detained together but yet that's horrific you know what's

interesting the irony here is that it took Donald Trump for these hypocrites

to finally act or pretend to act if they had another four years of a liberal

president or Democrat the scandal of unaccompanied minors would have

continued just the way it did under Obama but now they care why because

there's a Republican and it wouldn't matter if it's Trump if it was Marco

Rubio if it was Jeb Bush they'd still be demonizing and it's not the same that

both sides are not politicizing it on the same level it is so out of

proportion on the left side because they have ignored the suffering of children

for so long until now they don't care about Chicago they care about 2,000 kids

we care about 2,000 kids we care about all the kids lifers care about all the

kids want you could shake your head so absurd yeah you know what you have here

donate to Planned Parenthood you have a situation here where the president is

the one who put in place the policy first it was the dreamers remember he

undid the dreamers then he changed the policy with regard to separating

children parents and you act like oh it's the Democrats these are actions

taken by President reason Washington Post from 2016 with you know about about

the children that were abused that we're letting a TRO bomb it's electric you

know what the policy is that started it's catch and release one that's what

attracts all of this migration and when you get rid of catch and release you

have a zero tolerance it's gonna rush over the world if you build a wall and

you don't do the catch and release then that's why you have border security

Senator Rob Portman

all of this migration if the Democrats take over Congress they take up are they

going to be able to solve this issue I hope so because one of the realities

here what are you talking about it was under President Bush in oh six that

Republicans defeated an attempt at comprehensive immigration reform it

doesn't matter you want open borders one just admit you know what you didn't say

I could say horrible you made and that's not hurtful that's a policy judgment

true we believe a border security you know here's the reality most people who

come to the retreat illegally are not crossing any border by foot therefore if

you want more security you have the TSA at an airport where you

want an open border on the south I don't open political so this is great TV keep

it going

Theresa May Slams Trump For Separating Migrant Kids — Then Her Dirty Secret Comes Out - Duration: 5:35.

UK Prime Minister Theresa May recently condemned President Donald Trump before his visit to

the UK, stating that he is "wrong" to separate illegal immigrant families.

However, she might want to reconsider her Trump bashing now that her nasty little secret

has been exposed.

On Wednesday, British Prime Minister Theresa May fanned the flames of the liberal media's

propaganda war on President Donald Trump, calling the policy of temporarily separating

illegal immigrant children from adults "wrong" and "deeply disturbing."

May was speaking to British lawmakers when she responded to photos portraying children

in detention centers, many of which have been proven to be hoaxes or pictures from Barack

Obama's time in office.

"The pictures of children being held in what appear to be cages are deeply disturbing.

This is wrong.

This is not something that we agree with.

This is not the United Kingdom's approach," she said during questioning.

May has been a formidable critic of Trump's actions since his 2016 election.

Despite her conflation of a policy enacted decades ago and practiced by former presidents,

May and her left-leaning peers continue to feed the liberal propaganda machine.

However, now that her own policy in dealing with migrant families has been exposed, she

might wish to rethink her chastisement of the Trump administration.

UK Prime Minister Theresa May is under fire for criticizing President Donald Trump for

the temporary separation of illegal immigrant adults and minors now that critics have shed

light on her own policy of indefinitely separating migrant families unless they are willing to

shell out loads of cash.

May has been exposed for enforcing a policy that refused to allow asylum seekers the ability

to reunite with their parents, spouses, and children unless they paid exorbitant fees.

In fact, at least 15,000 children have been "ripped" from their parents' arms without

any foreseeable reunification with their families, according to The Guardian.

The Children's Commissioner has found that at least 15,000 children growing up in the

UK live without a parent because the right of British citizens to reunite with a foreign

spouse is limited by an unreasonable income threshold, an impossibly complicated application

system fraught with Home Office errors, and no legal aid for families to challenge incorrect

decisions.

The Daily Caller reports that the Joint Council for the Welfare of immigrants' (JWCI) Divided

Families Campaign has come forward to condemn May for making "family reunification entitlements

a privilege for only the wealthy."

The JWCI also pointed out that May was in charge of enforcing legislation which not

only tore migrant families apart but detained them indefinitely, not unlike the American

legislation she has fervently criticized.

Bail for Immigration Detainees (BID) has expressed similar concerns by U.S. child wellness experts,

saying "a parent's detention is emotionally devastating.

Many of the children we work with have lost weight, suffer from nightmares and insomnia,"

on a crowdfunding page in 2016.

"No child should have to live through the trauma of being forcibly separated from their

parent by the government," the group said.

"Parents are removed without warning from the heart of the family," it added.

Of course, May wasn't always the virtue signaler and advocate for multiculturalism

she is today.

In 2012, she said that her goal as home secretary was "to create, here in Britain, a really

hostile environment for illegal immigrants."

In fact, she admitted that she valued the deportation of illegals over the "right

to family life."

While we absolutely agree with May's former actions in upholding the law and discouraging

illegal immigration, it is her flagrant hypocrisy that deserves the same condemnation she has

for the Trump administration's justice.

However, May refuses to let go of her newfound political correctness, and it's beginning

to catch up with her.

In her dedication to flooding the UK with migrants, most of whom are from Muslim countries,

May found herself at the center of an assassination attempt.

In December 2017, 20-year-old Bangladeshi migrant Naa'imur Zakariyah Rahman was arrested

just days before carrying out a murder plot against the PM.

Rahman planned to publicly behead May as she arrived on Downing Street before detonating

a suicide bomb to take out bystanders.

Rahman, who faces trial this week, was thwarted when authorities posed as an ISIS recruiter

in Syria, where his uncle had been killed by a drone strike while fighting for the terrorist

group.

Rahman also helped his companion, 22-year-old Mohammad Aqib Imran, join ISIS by recording

a video in which he pledged support to the cause.

"Can you put me in a sleeper cell ASAP?" the defendant allegedly asked in September.

"I want to do a suicide bomb on Parliament.

I want to attempt to kill Theresa May…my objective is to take out my target.

Nothing less than the death of the leaders of Parliament."

Theresa May isn't ignorant of the threat illegal migration poses to a Western nation.

She has seen firsthand the devastation that legislating policy based on emotion can cause,

yet she continues to aid this catastrophic agenda to gain popularity with the far-left.

Fortunately, President Donald Trump doesn't care about pleasing the foes of the US and

gaining the approval of the enemedia.

Trump tries to shrug off Melania's jacket as celebs lead outrage - 247 news - Duration: 4:06.

A chorus of celebrities have expressed outrage over First Lady Melania Trump's slogan jacket saying 'I really don't care, do u?', which she wore before and after a trip to a child detention center in the middle of the immigration crisis

The First Lady wore the $39 green, hooded military jacket from Zara when she left for Texas and then returned to Washington on Thursday

Chelsea Handler was among the big names to slam Melania for the item of clothing, tweeting: 'The hypocrisy of @FLOTUS going down to the border to speak broken English to our refugees in that dumb jacket is a little hard to swallow

'Producer Judd Apatow said: 'These people are beyond fiction. Nobody could dream them up in their worst nightmares

'Comedian Kathy Griffin launched an expletive-laden rant, saying: 'The jacket Melanie wore on the way to meeting the kids held in internment camps has 'I don't really care, do you?' written on the back

F**k these people and f**k anyone who says we should be polite to them or maintain decorum

'Veep actress Julia Louis-Dreyfus simply tweeted: 'It's endless with these morons

'  President Donald Trump and his eldest son both tried to shrug off the controversy

The president took to Twitter soon after claiming his wife was referring to 'the Fake News Media' when she opted to wear the jacket to visit children separated from their families at the border

It contradicted Melania's spokeswoman's earlier statement that it was 'just a jacket' and that there 'was no hidden message'

Trump tweeted: ''I REALLY DON'T CARE, DO YOU?' written on the back of Melania's jacket, refers to the Fake News Media

Melania has learned how dishonest they are, and she truly no longer cares.' As the outrage continued, Melania herself failed to mention the controversy when she took to Twitter Thursday night to share photos of her visit to the detention center

'Today's visit to #Texas to spend time with children & thank the many hardworking individuals helping to care for them was very meaningful

Thank you to @SecAzar @HHSGOV for traveling w me today & the care you are giving these children in such a difficult time,' she tweeted

The First lady's surprise visit to a children's shelter - where a handful of the 55 children it houses had been taken from their parents - was intended to underline her compassion for children, and came after she lobbied Trump to end separations

Instead it was overshadowed by the former model's choice of jacket.Melania was first spotted wearing the jacket as she left Washington but she changed into a cream button-up safari-style jacket before the plane landed in McAllen, Texas, for a visit to the Upbring New Hope Children's Center

But even after questions arose about her attire, Mrs Trump was back in the green jacket when she returned to Washington in 80-degree weather

She wore it as she walked to the Oval Office to see her husband.  After DailyMail

com identified the jacket Melania wore, Twitter users quickly slammed her for her 'tone deaf' fashion choice

Others suggested she was the only 'honest' Trump because she was wearing such a clear sentiment so publicly

When asked what message the first lady's jacket intended to send, spokeswoman Stephanie Grisham said: 'It's a jacket

There was no hidden message. After today's important visit to Texas, I hope the media isn't going to choose to focus on her wardrobe

' Grisham underscored that message in a tweet with the hashtags #SheCares and #ItsJustAJacket

It's not the first time the first lady's fashion choices have caused a stir. Last August, a pair of Melania's signature spike heels earned her a round of bafflement as she boarded Air Force One bound for Texas to tour devastation after Hurricane Harvey

She had changed into white sneakers by the time she and the president landed. At the second 2016 presidential debate, Mrs Trump showed up in a fuchsia silk blouse with a large bow at the neck, long known as a 'pussy bow blouse'

That was just days after reports surfaced that her husband had made lewd remarks years earlier about grabbing women by the genitals

On the other side of the political aisle, former First Lady Michelle Obama routinely caught grief from some critics for going sleeveless

Her husband, President Barack Obama, was the talk of a 24-hour news cycle when he donned a tan suit in 2014 for a media briefing

The First Lady said in a written statement after she returned to the White House that the visit had 'impacted me greatly

' She called on Congress to work together on immigration legislation that would benefit the children

'Spending time with them reinforces the fact that these kids are in this situation as a direct result of adult actions,' she said

'Melania's stop in McAllen came one day after Trump ordered a halt, at least for now, to the separation of immigrant families who are detained at the border

Her visit to the one-story, red brick building was quickly arranged after Mrs Trump decided earlier this week that she wanted to go, her spokeswoman said, adding that she wanted to lend support to children who have been separated from their parents

Share this article Share 'I'm here to learn about your facility,' she said as she met with staff and federal health and border patrol officials

She asked how she could help 'these children to reunite with their families as quickly as possible' and how often they communicate with their families

She learned the children are allowed a 10-minute phone call twice a week.   TWITTER REACTS TO MELANIA'S JACKET

that stunned observers.

A rain jacket that read:

"I really don't care, do U?"

but her husband then tweeted

saying it was aimed at the "fake news media".

He added that Melania had learned how dishonest they were.
