Trump news on Youtube Jun 15 2018

you and turn it over to Chris Rey the FBI director morning everybody thanks

for being here on such short notice as you all know of course the Justice

Department's Office of the Inspector General issued its report today about

DOJ and FBI activity in the run-up to the 2016 election let me say up front I

appreciate the Inspector General's work on this important review thought to take

a few minutes to talk about the report and then I'm happy to take a few

questions the FBI's mission is to protect the

American people and uphold the Constitution but to carry out that

mission were entrusted with a lot of authority so our actions are subject to

close oversight from the courts from our elected leaders and from independent

entities like inspector general and that's how it should be that kind of

examination that kind of oversight makes the FBI's stronger as an organization

and makes the public more safe with that in mind let me briefly address the

findings in the inspector general's report I take this report very seriously

and we accept its findings and recommendations it's also important

though to know what the Inspector General did not find this report did not

find any evidence of political bias for improper considerations actually

impacting the investigations under review the report does identify errors

of judgment violations of or even disregard for policy and decisions that

at the very least with the benefit of hindsight we're not the best choices

we've already started taking the necessary steps to address those issues

first we're gonna hold employees accountable for any potential misconduct

we've already referred conduct highlighted in the report to our

disciplinary arm Oh PR which is the FBI's independent

Office of Professional Responsibility we need to hold ourselves accountable for

the choices we make and the work we do we're doing that fairly but without

delay in the way that people should expect we're gonna adhere to the

appropriate disciplinary process and once that process is complete we won't

hesitate to hold people accountable for their actions second we're gonna make

sure that every FBI employee understands the lessons of this report because

change starts at the top starts with me we're gonna require all of our senior

executives from all around the world to convene for in-depth training

specifically focused on learning the lessons that we should learn on this

report then we're gonna train every single FBI employee both new hires and

veterans alike on what went wrong so these mistakes will never be repeated

third we're gonna make sure that we have the policies the procedures and the

training that are needed for everyone to understand and remember what is expected

of all of us that includes drilling home the importance of objectivity of

avoiding even the appearance of personal conflicts or political bias in our work

ensuring that recusal x' are handled correctly and effectively and

communicated to all the right people making all of our employees fully aware

of our new policy on media contacts which I used last November and making

painfully clear that we will not tolerate non-compliant ensuring that we

follow all DOJ policies on public statements about uncharged conduct or

ongoing investigations and ensuring that our employees adhere strictly

to all policies and procedures about the use of FBI systems networks and devices

I've also directed our associate deputy director to lead a review of how the FBI

handles sensitive investigations and to make recommendations on how those should

be staffed structured and supervised in the future so that every sensitive

investigation is conducted to the FBI's highest standards we're gonna continue

also to work with the Department to gauge our progress in each of these

areas the OIG report makes clear that we've got some work to do but let's also

be clear on the scope of this report it's focused on a specific set of events

back in 2016 in a small number of FBI employees

connected to those events nothing nothing in this report impugns the

integrity of our workforce as a whole or the FBI as an institution as I said

earlier fair and independent scrutiny is welcome an appropriate accountability is

crucial we're gonna learn from this report and we're gonna be better and

stronger as a result but I also want to be crystal clear about the FBI that I

get to see in the past ten months I've been able to visit over 30 of our FBI

field offices around the country and a whole bunch of our league at offices

overseas I visited with folks from every FBI Division at headquarters and in

office after office meeting after meeting I see extraordinary people doing

extraordinary work again and again I hear remarkable stories frankly

inspiring stories about the work the men and women of the FBI are doing to

protect the American people and uphold the Constitution just in the past

several months we've disrupted terrorist attacks in places ranging from the

Sherman's Wharf in San Francisco to a crowded shopping mall in Miami in March

we charged a ring of Iranian state-sponsored hackers with stealing

terabytes of data from scores of American companies universities and

government agencies in Austin we deplored more than 600 of our people to

assist in the investigation of the package bombings down there this year

alone we've rescued one thousand three hundred and five kids from child

predators some of them as young as seven months old we've arrested more than

4,600 gang members violent gang members in just the past several months our FBI

lab has closed thousands of cases through fingerprint analysis and DNA

analysis and our hostage rescue team has deployed something like 27 different

times on missions around the country I could go on and on the FBI's men and

women are doing all that work with the unfailing fidelity to the Constitution

and the laws that it demands the bravery that it calls for and the integrity that

the American people rightly expect as FBI director I'm laser focused on

ensuring that our folks get to continue that great work and do it with the

fidelity and bravery and integrity that we've always had as I've been saying

since as far back as my confirmation hearing I'm a huge believer in the

importance of process of doing this job by the book in every respect and I

expect all our employees to do the same I've tried to emphasize that at every

opportunity in my view the FBI's brand over the past 110 years

is based less on all of our many many successes than it is on the way in which

we've earned those successes following our rules following the law following

our guidelines staying faithful to our core values and

our best traditions trying to make sure we're doing the right thing but to doing

it in the right way treating everybody with respect and

following the facts independently and objectively no matter who likes it that

is the best way that in my view is the only way to maintain trust and

credibility with the people we serve I appreciate this chance to respond to

the IGS report and I would also refer you for more detail in our written

response that's attached at the end of the expect returns report and with that

I'm happy to take a few questions pick Euler that singled out and the report

has been referred to OPI which what are you referring to in particular I can't

comment on any specific personnel matter I would just say that there are a number

of instances in the report where there's conduct that's highlighted we've had

that referred to are as I say our disciplinary arm our OPR there's a

process for that it's a tough process it's a rigorous process and we expect

that process to be followed and once that process is complete we won't

hesitate to hold people accountable

all these only Peter struck is being referred for an investigation to see if

that's a violation of policy if that investigation ongoing in are there

besides Peter struck who were being investigated in frontline well again I'm

not gonna talk about any particular personnel matter because I don't think

that would be appropriate as I said at the beginning I'm committed to doing the

right thing in the right way and by the book and by the book there's not a clue

talking about pending personnel matters with all of you much as you might like

for me to ask that yeah thanks you said there's nothing in the report that

includes the integrity of yet yeah its workforce as a whole but the report does

say that there is a culture of leaking at the FBI do you disagree with that

finding in the report and what do you plan to do about it if you do it well as

I said we accept the findings of the report and the recommendations there

going a number of things on that regard first we issued a new media policy

that's much stricter and much more clear than what had been in place before

second we're going to be doing intensive training on exactly those issues things

like the one that you alluded to that includes contacts with the media third

we're gonna make painfully clear to everybody that we won't tolerate

non-compliance and then last I've asked our OPR to take a hard look at whether

or not they think the penalties that exist right now are sufficient to deal

with that kind of contract yeah sure

maybe actually about sort of a reputation in the FBI certainly the FBI

has taken a lot of hits from the president his tweets and I'm what is

called certain things he said about certain investigations members of

Congress have certainly hit at you guys are now sterling this report you know

take some issues but with the FBI and a lot of what we've been hearing is that

you know people are worried that the reputation of the FBI has suffered as a

result of all the activity in the last several months and I'm just wondering if

you think that's the case and if so what you intend to do to try and fix some of

the perception perhaps that the public may have of the FBI now well that's a

subject that's near and dear to me I guess I would say a couple things one is

there's no shortage of opinions about us out there I will tell you that the

opinions that I care the most about are the opinions of the people who actually

really know us and know us through our work so I'm focused on what a jury's

think on our agents take this fan I'm focused on what a judges think when we

give them a search warrant I'm focused on what victims and their families think

when they are asked who do you trust to get your child back I'm focused on what

do our state local law enforcement partners think when they think who do

they trust who do prosecutors want to work with on cases to me it's the work

that matters if I look at things like that I look at how our recruiting is

doing I look at how our retention is doing our recruiting we get about 12,000

plus people for example trying to be special agents every year our admission

rate our selection rate 5% that's better than the admission rate at Harvard Yale

Princeton or Stanford and it's not a fluke you know we just recently hired a

whole new crop of honors interns so the young people coming out of college who

have lots of choices about what they want to do with their careers we have

the highest number of applicants we've ever had for our honours intern program

want to know what that admission rate was 5% I look at things like that I look

at what people think when they know us and I look at what people think when

they express their views to their actions I look at our attrition rate our

attrition rate in the Asian population the FBI is zero

8% till my view the views that matter the opinions that matter or the views of

the people who know is through a work and when I go around the country and

around the world and I talked to our partners and I talked to the victims and

I talked to people who know us our brand is doing just fine there if you could

sum up your reaction and your from having read it in one word what is that

word and and how would you describe your emotional reaction to it

disappointed not that I can think of in person is something important Jesus

report criticized them all investigation investigation shorts appeals of all

investigation can have integrity and credibility and also some people are

criticizing you for making the status by by a shared document of conference

investigative documents and so how do you respond to the criticism that you

might be making mistake right now private by sharing investigating

well I think on the on the first point I'm not going to speak for the Office of

Special Counsel I would note that there are a number of things that we've done

both in terms of referring people to OPR but also in terms of reassigning people

to try to ensure that we're bringing the right kind of integrity to staffing and

all sensitive investigations as to the congressional question my view is we

have an obligation to be responsive to legitimate congressional oversight

that's part of our job as I said at the beginning we are entrusted with enormous

power so we should expect we're gonna get tough questions and we need to be

responsive and cooperate with that but but we also have an obligation to

protect sources and methods and not to compromise ongoing criminal

investigations and to adhere to things like grand jury secrecy and things like

that so the challenge is how do we make sure we do both we're committed to

trying to do both and I think we've struck the right balance so far

well again I'm not gonna comment on any other person's opinions no matter where

they're communicated what I am gonna do is talk about the opinions that I think

matter the opinions to me that matter are the opinions of the people that are

relevant to our work day in day out all across this country we have 37,000 FBI

employees agents analysts and staff has scores and passports officers that work

with them and every day every day all around this country around the world

those people are having to make important decisions that protect lives

the opinions of the people that they have to engage with on that work those

are the opinions that matter to me that's what I'm focused on as far as the

report goes there's some sobering lessons in there and we're gonna learn

those lessons and we're gonna act on those lessons and that's the way the FBI

is always handled these things in the past and that's what made the FBI's

stronger over the last 110 good faith in their oversight efforts given that

you've created that the FBI has disagreed with some of the

characterizations of meetings and various things that have come out I

think Congress has a job to do and we have a job to do and together we're

trying to work through the various issues that are presented by the

tensions between congressional oversight and as I said earlier protection of

sources methods tradecraft ongoing investigations and things like that

we're committed to trying to work through those things from Congress yes

the people who are involved where I've been referred to OPR but can you tell us

how many have been referred to OPR as a result of this room I can't that's not a

topic I can comment on I really want to be careful I know why you're asking the

question that I respect that but it's really important to me to make sure that

we don't compound the mistakes that are found in this report by deviating from

our process and so I think it's very important that we respect the

appropriate process that it be done right as I said earlier by

the book and once that process is complete we will not hesitate to hold

people account the lessons are the importance number one the importance of

trying to make sure that we avoid even the appearance of bias in all of our

work that objectivity and the appearance of objectivity matters there's lessons

in there about contacts with the media and appropriate engagement with all of

you there's lessons in there about the appropriate uses of devices there's a

number of things in the IG has a number of I think nine recommendations at the

end and I think those are the lessons that we're trying to learn from this

report we take it very seriously and we accept the findings and the

recommendations thank you

✅ Strzok, Page Texts: 'We'll Stop' Trump From Being President - Duration: 4:00.

FBI agent Peter Strzok texted fellow bureau official Lisa Page in August 2016 that "we'll stop" Donald Trump from ever becoming president, according to the newly released Justice Department inspector general's report

The report said Page texted Strzok, "[Trump's] not ever going to become president, right? Right?!"  "No. No he won't. We'll stop it," Strzok responded

"We were deeply troubled by text messages sent by Strzok and Page that potentially indicated or created the appearance that investigative decisions were impacted by bias or improper considerations," the report stated

TRENDING: Trump To Leave Summit Early, Nuclear Talks Moving 'More Quickly Than Expected'  Further, the Strzok text "is not only indicative of a biased state of mind but, even more seriously, implies a willingness to take official action to impact the presidential candidate's electoral prospects

" Advertisement – story continues below  Republican lawmakers condemned the sentiments in the texts by FBI officials who are supposed to impartially enforce the nation's laws

"In Louisiana, we call that bias, we don't call that objective," Sen. John Kennedy, R-La., told Fox News on Thursday.  House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy, R-S

C., said in a statement that the report shows "an alarming and destructive level of animus displayed by top officials at the FBI

" Do you think Strzok and Page should face criminal charges?  "Peter Strzok's manifest bias trending toward animus casts a pall on this investigation … His bias impacted his decision making and he assigned to himself the role of stopping the Trump campaign or ending a Trump Presidency," Gowdy said

The former federal prosecutor added: "This is not the FBI I know."  In texts released by the inspector general in December, Strzok described Trump as a "loathsome human" and an "idiot," and found the prospect of him being president "terrifying

" Advertisement – story continues below  Page, his then mistress, responded, "There is no way he gets elected."  Strzok fired back: "I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy's office …that there's no way he gets elected — but I'm afraid we can't take that risk

It's like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you're 40."   RELATED: Dick Morris: IG Report Cuts Ground Out from Under Mueller  Andy apparently referred to then-Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, who served under former FBI Director James Comey

JUST IN Trump Put All Gov't Workers On 30 Day Notice With Sudden Executive Order Overnight - Duration: 10:02.

JUST IN Trump Put All Gov't Workers On 30 Day Notice With Sudden Executive Order Overnight

President Trump has just issued a series of executive orders that potentially gut federal

employee unions' ability to negotiate with agency leaders and represent workers, as well

as reducing the time it takes for an agency to fire people for poor performance or misconduct.

I view this as a very good thing.

For far too long, government employees have felt safe from repercussions for not working

or for misbehaving.

This puts an end to that.

It looks like President Trump has had it with slackers in the federal government and he's

fixing that.

Shape up or ship out.

Trump is billing this as the first step toward broad civil service reform.

Three executive orders were issued that are aimed at making it easier to fire poor performers

and it orders harsher treatment of union representatives.

This step is long overdue and it will go a long way to eradicating corruption in the

government ranks.

It also sets the powerful unions back on their heels.

They will no longer operate like the mafia within our government.

"Today, the President is fulfilling his promise to promote a more efficient government

by reforming civil service rules," said Andrew Bremberg, director of the President's

Domestic Policy Council.

"Every year, the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey shows that less than one-third of federal

employees believe poor performers are adequately addressed by their agency.

These executive orders make it easier to remove poor performing employees, and ensure that

taxpayer dollars are more efficiently used."

The first thing on the agenda is reducing the time it takes to fire poor performers

and employees suspected of misconduct by standardizing the length of Performance Improvement Plans

to 30 days across the federal government.

Right now it varies agency to agency and takes somewhere between 60 and 120 days usually.

"A GAO report shows that it takes six months to a year to remove someone from government,

and can often take another nine months on appeal," an official said.

"[This] also encourages agencies to fire someone for misconduct when they've been

engaged in behavior that warrants it, instead of just suspending them."

Talk about cleaning house.

The official said the administration would also make performance a more important factor

than seniority when agencies undertake layoffs.

According to DML News:

"The second executive order directs federal agencies to renegotiate contracts with unions

representing government employees so as to reduce waste.

The anonymous administration official expressed hope that, for example, agencies could stop

having to pay expenses on both sides when unions undertake appeals on behalf of fired

workers."

"The third order aims to cut down on "official time," in which government workers who have

roles in the union, like helping colleagues file grievances, are allowed to perform those

roles during normal working hours for which they draw their usual salary.

(An analogous concept exists for private-sector unions.)

The order limits official time to 25 percent of their hours during the year."

Administration officials said they estimate the changes to labor relations policies could

save "at least" $100 million in taxpayer money.

That's very good news.

When asked about potential increased costs as a result of the decrease in official time,

which is often used to mitigate disputes before a grievance or civil litigation is filed,

an official claimed such actions would actually decrease.

Again… winning.

"Litigations and grievances, we expect those to be reduced quite substantially, although

our cost savings estimate doesn't factor that in," the official said.

"Once those are factored in, the savings would only be increased, not decreased."

And boy howdy, the unions are ticked over this.

American Federation of Government Employees National President J. David Cox said in a

statement that the executive orders are a "direct assault" on union members' legal

rights.

"This is more than union busting—it's democracy busting," he said.

"President Trump's executive orders do nothing to help federal workers do their jobs

better.

In fact, they do the opposite by depriving workers of their rights to address and resolve

workplace issues such as sexual harassment, racial discrimination, retaliation against

whistleblowers, improving workplace health and safety, enforcing reasonable accommodations

for workers with disabilities, and so much more."

Someone get that guy a tissue.

Sen. James Lankford (R-OK) praised the move in a statement, calling it an important step

toward a more effective federal government."The hallmark of the American civil service is

our commitment to hire the best and the brightest to serve our fellow Americans," he said.

"These executive orders strive to make the federal government more efficient, not only

for the taxpayer, but for our great federal workers.

We have thousands of federal employees who work very hard for the nation; it's important

that their work is not frustrated by the poor performance of a small few."

That's exactly right.

Hire the best and fire those who do not do their jobs.

In a call with the media, AFGE officials said the union will consider all possible actions

to fight the executive orders, including litigation.

"My lawyers are already looking at what possible violations of the law are contained

within the executive orders, and we will take action accordingly," said AFGE General Counsel

David Borer.

"We haven't seen the final version yet, but we're preparing our analysis and we

will respond aggressively."

Tony Reardon, national president of the National Treasury Employees Union, said in a statement

said the executive order is not only an assault on unions but on "the nation's civil service

laws.

Rather than promote efficiency in the federal sector, the administration is demanding federal

workers lose their ability to challenge unfair, arbitrary and discriminatory firings and other

actions.

This would begin the process of dismantling the merit system that governs our civil service."

No sir, this begins a system that requires government employees to be responsible not

only for their work but their actions.

It's part of the Trump Doctrine and a welcome change.

Ted Cruz Just Gave Trump A Big Unexpected Birthday Gift That's Huge For America And Libs Will Hate - Duration: 4:52.

Ted Cruz Just Gave Trump A Big Unexpected Birthday Gift That's Huge For America And

Libs Will Hate

President Trump got a nice early birthday present from Ted Cruz.

It was something unexpected from the former competitor who tried to take down Trump for

the top spot on the Republican card of the 2016 election.

Cruz wasn't successful in outing Trump to square up against Hillary Clinton, but Cruz

took his defeat with his head held high.

He's not sending praise towards Trump for multiple "wins" that Donald has accomplished.

The DCNF reported that Cruz was talking at the 2018 Road to Majority conference and that's

when he started speaking about Trump's victories in terms of faith, family, and life.

Ted Cruz has had his fair share of victories, limelight, and media coverage, but it was

very unexpected to see his conversation go from one topic over to President Trump and

the accomplishments.

There are some people who favor Cruz over Trump, or Trump over Cruz, and some people

who like both.

Trump's supporters likely found it wonderful that the Texas senator was speaking so highly

of President Trump and his administration.

That type of support is important because accomplishments should be acknowledged, regardless

of which party people represent.

In this case, it's one top Republican praising the president and that's how it should be.

Acknowledgement of accomplishments is important and supportive and Ted Cruz just showed what

he's capable of.

The DCNF wrote: "Republican Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas praised

the Trump administration Thursday for seven major victories he said it accomplished "for

faith, for family — for the values that we share."

Cruz made the remarks at the 2018 Road to Majority conference hosted by the Faith & Freedom

Coalition.

He lauded the current presidential administration for making significant advances for the protection

of religious liberty, individual rights concerning education and family, the defense of the unborn

and foreign policy that reversed Obama-era deals.

"Let's start with number one — judges," Cruz said.

"Principled, constitutionalist judges."

Cruz mentioned the Trump administration's victory concerning the nation's courts with

the appointment of Justice Neil Gorsuch, as well as the Supreme Court's recent ruling

in the Colorado bakery case.

"The so-called Colorado civil rights commission demonstrated an antipathy, an animosity to

faith that was visceral," Cruz said.

The Supreme Court, however, ruled that "you cannot discriminate against religious faith,"

Cruz said, instead of ruling they must be forced to violate their consciences.

"That is not narrow," Cruz added.

"That is a bedrock principle of our First Amendment and of our nation."

"A second victory concerns life," Cruz continued, lauding the Trump administration's

"return of the Mexico City rules," which prevented the U.S. from providing foreign

aid to fund abortions in other countries.

Other facets of the administration's victory for life, according to Cruz, include the new

Health and Human Services rules preventing tax funding for health clinics that provide

abortions, as well as the dismissal of the litigation against the Little Sisters of the

Poor and the repeal of the "abhorrent so-called contraceptive mandate in Obamacare."

"Here's a really good rule of thumb," Cruz said.

"If you're litigating against nuns, you've probably done something wrong.

It's a wonderfully reliable checklist."

The third victory for Cruz was the historic tax cut Congress passed in December, which

he said provided more money for the majority of American citizens by "cutting taxes on

small businesses, cutting taxes on farmers, cutting taxes on families."

Cruz then advocated for the implementation of a flat tax and declared Americans "should

abolish the IRS."

The Trump administration scored a fourth victory, according to Cruz, with the repeal of the

Obamacare individual mandate.

He acknowledged, however, that the repeal of the Affordable Care Act was "the Republican

Party's biggest unkept promise" and urged the party to keep fighting for that outcome.

(RELATED: Trump Rings In 500 Days In Office)

The final three victories Cruz said the Trump administration achieved for the nation and

its values were the passage of "school choice" legislation, Trump's decision to move the

U.S. embassy in Israel to Jerusalem and Trump's "right decision to withdraw from the disastrous

Obama Iran nuclear deal."

Cruz listed off seven major victories that he seemed to appreciate.

If he finds them to be worthy of mentioning and supporting, then many Americans might

feel the same way, especially if the victories are beneficial to as many people as possible.

Trump and his team have constantly worked hard towards making better decisions that

put America first.

Some of Trump's critics have bashed him with a barrage of babbling nonsense, but he

and his team push through the generic mess created by the mainstream media and those

who despise him.

Some of Trump's biggest critics seem to spend too much time being part of the problem

instead of joining forces to become part of the solution.

Trump's Singapore summit,ART OF THE DENUCLEARIГATION DEAL - Duration: 11:32.

that's right hi everybody well over the show Lorraine's got some breaking sports

news this means a lot to me in the world the World Cup is coming to the US and

some 26 soccer yes this gonna be an expanded thank you Chris Joel oh it's

gonna be expanded tournament 46 teams and guess what they'll call it the NAFTA

World Cup because Mexico and Canada and the US will combine to promise FIFA 11

billion dollar profit the most profitable World Cup ever was here in

1994 Idella enabled us to prepare to start a professional league with the

revenue it gained the MLS is now thriving fastest growing in the world

and after getting screwed out of Cotter screwed by Moscow because we wouldn't

cheat and pay off FIFA officials we finally had our FBI blow up FIFA

reconfigure and believe it or not Morocco was the only contender to stop

us so this is huge news would make the world's biggest sport and biggest

tournament comes to a comes to North America now Americans have got to have

fall in love with soccer you got eight years why would they call it the NAFTA

World Cup if there's no NAFTA because in my words it's not in the story the my

story I just want you to picture America and Mexico all three teams they say we

don't have to build one stadium we got plenty of stadiums we don't have to do

any of this corrupt building that they're doing in Moscow with that five

hundred percent over budget where would the game be and it's going to be

televised by Fox because we're not there right I'll be in the US I mean you know

it's gonna be in Los Angeles you know it's gonna be in New York you know it's

gonna be one Stadium it is non-stop this whole country through this big party in

94 when we weren't even thinking about soccer

all right so we'll have more on the congratulations I'm surprised they plan

that far out but good yeah build stuff and they need to you know pay off

politicians historically hopefully not but our FBI blew this up and they

thought they were gonna get it back at us by not giving us the world you know

so much now about soccer you didn't know you're gonna fall in love with it

minutes these case doesn't want to know I was a soccer coach for many years i'm

i've retired meanwhile let's talk about this we've got a Fox News Alert

president truck after a whirlwind summit remember it

started in Canada that didn't go so well for the rest of the world went okay for

him he said look I got a walk at I'm we're talking to America first and

anyone over to Singapore and they signed that agreement to D nuke the Korean

Peninsula and it sounds like the sanctions are gonna stay in place until

mr. Kim can prove that he has done just that there is no Thai hopefully got some

sleep because he said in the press or yesterday that he had gone 25 hours

without sleep but he did have a 20 plus hour plane flight so hopefully he got

some sleep he is tweeting this morning he said just landed a long trip but

everybody can now feel much safer than the day I took office there is no longer

a nuclear threat from North Korea meeting with Kim jong-un was an

interesting and very positive experience north korea has great potential for the

future so what's interesting is the north korean newspaper has covered it

this way and said you know they obviously call it KO looked at their

leader they knew once he left they announced that he left and where he was

going the Korean news state media reported

that President Trump and the and Kim jong-un met they agreed to adopt a

step-by-step approach to denuclearizing the country so North Korea government

told the North Koreans and they're gonna denuclearize that's I think that's

important absolutely the president also tweeted you know

before taking office people were assuming that we were going to war with

North Korea President Obama said that North Korea was our biggest and most

dangerous problem no longer sleep well tonight he also tweeted this out and

this is big the world has taken a big step back from potential nuclear

catastrophe no more rocket launches nuclear testing or researches the

hostages are back home with their families thank you to chairman Kim our

day together was historic think about that how far we've come and what's

happened because of this three hostages back home safely

they're getting rid of their missile they're testing sites they're saying

they're gonna need D nuke that could lead to if they did not Dinu that could

lead to a war so many lives have been saved if we don't have to go to war

right there's four elements in it a lot of people expected more it is just the

start a lot of people are saying wow I'm so disappointed other people are

high-fiving I think the the best of the worst is yet to come it's

got to come out in the next six months it's a good yeah according to the

president meanwhile senator Cory Gardner joined us at last hour he's on the

Foreign Relations Committee he talked to the president here's what he said what

he knows and what would who thinks will happen first time we've seen Kim Atelier

united states president in person that he supported denuclearization we have a

ways to go but that's a historic achievement the bottom line is this we

will know that we have an agreement that is working with and toward

denuclearization and Wilner we're gonna know that soon we're gonna have more

follow-up meetings this is going to be tested the president made it clear that

this will continue if there's not the progress made toward denuclearization

that was promised exactly right so you know there are a lot there are a lot of

details are going to be fleshing out in the days and weeks and months ahead but

it is a good first step meanwhile let's talk a little bit about this you know

that Congress has oversight over the executive branch right well they're

trying they've been trying for a very long time to get some of the documents

regarding the mahler investigation so a number of months ago back in January I

understand the there are a couple of committees in particular the Intel

committee up on Capitol Hill and they asked the Deputy Attorney General to go

ahead and provide some documents that they need and they wanted to establish a

paper trail so we're gonna request these in paper on paper so that there's a

record well then he came back a rod Rosenstein and he was angry that they

had sent requests for documents in writing and then he was critical of the

requests to then have the Department of Justice and the FBI respond in writing

as well and that turned out to in the estimation of a couple of people who

were in the room sounded like he was intimidating these congressional

staffers threatening them with subpoena in their records and their phones just

to push him back so they're saying we want to tell the American people what's

really happening in this Russia investigation we want oversight we want

to see what's happening so give us those documents give us those records if

you're not trying to hide anything you won't care you'll give them over to us

and then according to people in the room on this committee they said Rosenstein

came in and threatened them and said you want these records then I want to see

all your phone records and I'll sit you know though DOJ said that didn't

have that didn't happen he was just protecting himself if he was gonna be

held in contempt of Congress Alan Dershowitz weighed in on the legality of

this so-called intimidation this is a classic dispute between separation of

powers the legislature has the power obviously to oversee and investigate the

executive branch and a member of the executive branch which is what red roses

sign is shouldn't be able to bully the legislative branch he should be

transparent he should turn over the documents he should be cooperative and

in Congress should be cooperative the executive branch you know we have so

much dispute today partisan dispute this is between the legislature and the

executive branch you know there were all Republicans they shouldn't be fighting

with each other DOJ says no one in the room was ever

threatened with a criminal investigation this informations false and we have the

right to defend our stock meadows and Jim Jordan were on with Laura last night

they said that they are going to have a resolution coming out very promptly

probably today compelling the Deputy Attorney General rod Rosenstein to

provide these documents that they say they are entitled to because Congress

has oversight over the department and by the way it's going to be interesting on

Thursday because rod Rosen Stein will be briefing the President on the IG report

which is 500 pages long to find out and give the president a concrete idea of

what the IG report says about what was the in what was done and not done in the

Hillary Clinton email investigation all right and so that should be interesting

the president tweets after that will be fascinating it's the president's

birthday yes right well Andrew McAfee was who was involved in this he was the

former FBI deputy director he's now suing the DOJ in the FBI and you

remember him he was the one that he was a few days away from retirement and he

got fired because he was leaking information to the press and then lying

about it to investigators to the Intel community and was proven to lie several

times since we got fired and didn't get his retirement yeah it's gonna be really

fascinating to see how Andy McCabe ends up going because they'll have to going

after James Comey because they both can't be telling the truth so he is

actually having his legal team sue this is fascinating because one point he was

all focused on the president now he realizes his problems are much do

anything old files right I want the files

connected I want to know I want to see the Inspector General

manual on how to discipline people who were in big trouble because right now

the Department of Justice is not providing that to mr. Mackay who used to

be part of the Department of Justice ironically altum Utley

McCabe's lawyers to say they're just trying to clear his name so stay tuned

for that they're trying to get his retirement money to

they are both expected to be okay a suspect opening fire as police responded

to a potential abduction sparking a manhunt overnight no word yet though on

an official motive the FBI agent who accidentally shot a man after doing a

backflip in a bar is now charged with assault

chase Bishop turning himself in to police in Colorado

he's expected to face a judge today prosecutors say Bishop could face even

more charges depending on the results of a blood alcohol test he was off duty at

the time of the shooting former President George HW Bush

celebrating his 94th birthday surrounded by family his son former president

george w bush posting this picture calling himself a lucky man to be with

his father granddaughter jenna sharing this sweet snap of her daughter and her

gramps as she calls him in the anchor of the family

that's cute George HW Bush is now the only former US president to turn 94

years young look how they're the cutest family and they're spending their summer

up at Kennebunkport and walkers point what he wanted it's you can actually go

there and you can see it's right there on the point and you can stand on the

street the public area and take a picture with the house in the background

so cool but it's way over there there Secret Service everywhere all right

Jillian thank you very much meanwhile straight ahead a middle school being

threatened by ms-13 now called a ticking time bomb and one local sheriff says

there's not much police can do to stop it

he will join Brian next Plus a little boy greets his mom at the airport but

she did not expect this kind of welcome home from prison

Opinion | An American editorial cartoonist has been fired for skewering Trump. He likely won't be th - Duration: 4:58.

"Oh, good lord." That was my reaction the day after the election of Donald Trump in November of 2016, when it dawned on me that I would be serving my year as president of the Association of American Editorial Cartoonists during the same time as the guy who wanted to "open up" libel laws and weaken the First Amendment so he could sue journalists more easily

Instead of the usual loss of jobs for editorial cartoonists that a president of the AAEC has to address during his or her tenure, now I'd be dealing with a much more fundamental threat to our profession: a president of the United States who has no idea or respect for the institution of a free press and its role in a democracy

I did worry that editorial cartooning would be the next target of a president so enamored of visuals

That didn't happen. In retrospect, I'm fairly certain it's because Trump doesn't read; he gets all his news from the television (Fox News) and uses Twitter as his megaphone

And I'm guessing his staff doesn't cut out cartoons and tape them to the White House refrigerator so he will see them as he goes for his regular two scoops of ice cream

But with the firing of Pittsburgh Post-Gazette cartoonist Rob Rogers, we now see that suppressing a free press can be accomplished without an authoritarian president's orders

Michael Cohen isn't the only "fixer" Trump has at his disposal. [Read the AAEC's statement on Rob Rogers] Rogers has been the editorial cartoonist for the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette for more than 25 years

Most working cartoonists have had an occasional idea spiked by his or her editor

But in the past few weeks, editorial director Keith Burris and publisher John Robinson Block have refused to publish six of Rogers's cartoons, all criticizing Trump or his policies

Block and Burris have also rejected many of Rogers's rough sketch ideas for several months

This wasn't the first time Block has used his position to defend President Trump's actions; in January he demanded an editorial run in the Post-Gazette and the Toledo Blade (where he is also the publisher) supporting Trump's use of the term "shithole countries

" I realize now I didn't recognize this other danger of an authoritarian president: his enablers and the willing supporters who squash dissent and help attack the free press and subvert the Constitution

The fact that Trump will use any opportunity to spread lies and whip up hatred toward journalists only enables his powerful supporters in the media to do his dirty work for him

In April, another disturbing example of journalistic manipulation was exposed when a video surfaced showing news anchors from 45 Sinclair-owned stations reciting word for word the same script criticizing the mainstream media and spouting the "fake news" accusations that Trump uses in his diatribes

While Trump used the opportunity to blast its critics and offer his support for the "superior" Sinclair Broadcasting, he hadn't orchestrated this abuse of journalistic integrity

He didn't have to; there were others willing to do it for him. [Read the Pittsburgh mayor's statement on Rob Rogers] Through satire, humor and pointed caricatures, editorial cartoonists criticize leaders and governments that are behaving badly

The purpose of an editorial cartoonist is to hold politicians and powerful institutions accountable — and we all know how little President Trump thinks he, his family or his sycophants should be held accountable

Rogers was the first American editorial cartoonist to lose his job as a result, but he won't be the last

Trump has many "fixers." Below are the six cartoons the Post-Gazette refused to publish

former basketball star Dennis Rodman broke down in tears while being

interviewed on television about the historic summit between President Donald

Trump and North Korean leader Kim jong-un but I kept my head up high

brother I knew things were change I knew it I was the only one I never had no one

to hear me I didn't know what had to see me but I took those bullets I took all

that came at me and I'm still standing the NBA Hall of Famer who appeared on

Celebrity Big Brother in 2006 wore red make America great again hat and

sunglasses during an emotional appearance on CNN the 57 year old

claimed the president is so proud of him for his role in the extraordinary event

despite officials previously saying he would play no role in negotiations

Rodman is one of the few Westerners to have met Kim during visits to the

secretive country and landed in Singapore ahead of the meeting between

the two leaders on Tuesday which was aimed at eliminating North Korea's

nuclear weapons program during his interview Rodman repeatedly called the

summit amazing before breaking down in dabbing tears as they rolled down his

face he revealed he knew nothing about North Korea when he first arrived there

and originally thought he was only in the country to play a basketball and

make the people happy he added it turned out so much more

bigger than what I thought I just fell in love with the country Rodman who has

also met mr. Trump claimed the White House had already called him to say the

president is so proud of you and described Mr Kim as a big kid the

athlete bonded with mr. Kim over a love of basketball and appeared on mr.

Trump's Celebrity Apprentice in the bizarre interview Rodman also said in my

heart and soul when I first went to North Korea I was very honored to be

selected to go err once I went to North Korea I didn't

really understand what the whole situation was as far as being over there

when I met Kim jong-un I didn't know what to expect but once I got to know

the culture over there I felt at home the former basketball star took a swipe

at former US President Barack Obama saying he hadn't given him the time of

day he was referring to his efforts to act as a mediator between Kim and the

Obama administration which rebuffed him Rodman described how he was ridiculed

for meeting Kim in later predicting he would be an effective peacemaker Trump

and North Korean leader have met for the first time to discuss ways to end a

nuclear standoff on the Korean Peninsula with Kim promising major changes afoot

Kim said the world will see major change in that he and mr. Trump had decided to

leave the past behind he earlier described their meeting as a

good prelude to peace mr. Trump added on Tuesday that he absolutely would invite

the North Korean leader to the White House the roughly 40 minute meeting in

Singapore went better than anybody could have expected according to trump who was

pictured holding up a document bearing both leaders signatures the documents

contents are yet to be revealed

Trump's Announcement To America About What He Really Wants For His B-Day Leaves Dems Disgusted - Duration: 7:55.

Things have changed greatly in the past year and a half.

Even the small things are now totally different and in a way, normal.

After having one of the most successful months in his time as president, yesterday was President

Donald Trump's 72nd birthday.

And what did he do?

He worked all day, but in the morning he calmly walked out on the stunning White House lawn

to talk with FOX and Friends host Steve Doocy for about a half an hour.

The lengthy conversation covered everything from Russia and James Comey all the way to

trade and NAFTA.

But what was perhaps the most telling part of the whole conversation was President Trump's

reply when asked what he wanted for his birthday.

He just looked at Steve and said: "All I want for my birthday is for America to be

successful."

That comment might have caused a controversy among several members of the Democrat Party,

as there are a few particular people who are highly against President Trump and his accomplishments.

Let's take a stroll down memory lane and remember what President Trump has accomplished.

Here are some of his greatest accomplishments so far, as provided by The Hill.

Unfortunately, some of the accomplishments might have irritated a few members of the

Democrat Party as the list contains items that might be considered rolling back things

done by former President Barack Obama.

Many of Obama's supporters may not agree with a few items on this list.

However, President Trump wants America to be successful and this is his way of making

that happen during his time as President of the United States.

With the economy and unemployment doing well, it seems like Trump's strategies are working

very well for Americans.

"1.

The tax-cut bill

Trump capped off 2017 with his first major legislative victory — the passage of the

Republicans' tax-cut bill, which slashes the corporate tax rate from 35 percent to

21 percent and reduces individual rates as well as implements some key breaks.

It's the biggest tax legislation to be approved by Congress since 1986, and would be significant

if that's all it did.

The fact that it also eliminated ObamaCare's mandate that individuals buy insurance and

opens the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge to drilling — something several GOP administrations

had tried but failed to do — makes it truly historic.

2.

Neil Gorsuch's confirmation to the Supreme Court

Trump's biggest early victory came when the Senate, in April, confirmed Neil Gorsuch

to succeed the late Antonin Scalia on the Supreme Court.

Gorsuch's appointment marked the end of a bitter struggle between Democrats and Republicans

over the vacant seat.

It was also a victory for Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), who for nearly

a year blocked former President Obama's pick to replace Scalia from getting even a

hearing to sit on the court.

The move also came as Trump aims to reshape the federal judiciary with a host of other

conservative nominations.

The Senate confirmed 12 of Trump's federal appeals court judges in 2017, a record for

a president's first year in office.

3.

Roll-back of regulations

Trump signed an executive order cutting regulations for small businesses and moved forward with

plans to repeal the Clean Power Plan, one of Obama's signature acts as president.

Trump has also overseen moves to expand oil drilling in the Arctic and Gulf of Mexico

and granted a permit to the Keystone XL pipeline previously rejected by Obama.

Trump vowed to reduce regulations he argued were strangling the economy, and he's taken

important strides to do so in the wake of opposition from congressional Democrats, who

argue the president's actions on climate are hurting America's standing in the world.

Local governments led by Democrats have acted to reverse Trump's efforts on the Paris

climate accords.

4.

The travel ban

Trump ran on a platform of tougher immigration enforcement, both to protect American jobs

and national security.

A week into his presidency, he took one of his most controversial steps, banning most

travelers from seven predominantly Muslim nations from entering the United States.

The move triggered protests across the country and court fights, but, by the end of the year,

a version of Trump's ban was left standing.

Trump also has taken steps to increase border security and has seen a drop in arrests on

the border, a possible sign of reduced entries.

He stepped up raids on immigrants in the country illegally and oversaw a surge in arrests across

the country.

The head of Immigration and Customs Enforcement says the agency plans to take an even more

aggressive approach next year.

Trump hasn't been able to make progress on building a wall on the Mexican border,

however.

5.

Declaring Jerusalem the capital of Israel

In a radical departure from decades of foreign policy, Trump announced that the U.S. would

formally recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and begin the process of moving

its embassy to the contested holy city.

The move signified one of Trump's boldest statements to the international community,

and, specifically, the United Nations, which he has frequently criticized.

6.

Withdrawal from Paris climate deal

Trump followed through on one of his major campaign promises when he announced in June

that the U.S. would leave the Paris climate deal reached under Obama.

While there have since been conflicting reports on the administration's current stance on

the agreement, the move fulfilled Trump's pledge to tackle one of Obama's signature

achievements and take a tougher stance against the international community.

7.

Pulling out of the Trans-Pacific Partnership

Trump began his presidency by carrying out another key promise, withdrawing from the

Trans-Pacific Partnership, a massive trade deal with Asia he had called a "potential

disaster for our country."

He has said his administration will secure new trade deals with America's Asian allies,

though firm details have yet to emerge.

Meanwhile, the administration is at work trying to renegotiate the North American Free Trade

Agreement with Canada and Mexico.

A new round of negotiations are slated to be held in January, and it's possible Trump

could decide to pull the U.S. from that deal as well.

8.

Roll-back of some of Obama's Cuba policies

Trump followed up on his pledge to roll back Obama's opening up of relations with Cuba,

tightening travel and commercial ties with the communist island.

He also placed new financial restrictions on Havana, amid concerns over a series of

bizarre "sonic attacks" targeting U.S. diplomats in the country.

While the moves were seen as a clear crackdown by Trump on rapprochement with Cuba, much

of Obama's policies toward Havana essentially remain intact.

9.

Moving to repeal Obama's net neutrality rules

In another blow to regulations enacted under Obama, the Federal Communications Commission

voted to repeal its landmark net neutrality rules this month.

The move drew ire from Democrats, consumer groups and tech companies, but was seen as

a major win for advocates of less government oversight.

10.

Fighting — and further degrading — ISIS

Largely following Obama's strategy, Trump dealt major blows to the Islamic State in

Iraq and Syria, forcing the terrorist group to retreat from its two self-declared capitals:

Mosul and Raqqa, located in Iraq and Syria, respectively.

Trump also expanded the military's authority to carry out air strikes in the Middle East,

a factor some experts credit for his administration's progress against terrorism in the region."

President Trump each and every day proves he loves America.

He works on his birthday, just like most of us have to do, and he loves his country as

well.

Donald Trump Was Just Double-Crossed By The Last Person He Ever Expected - Duration: 3:02.

The swamp has unleashed criminal investigations as their chief method of forcing Donald Trump

from office.

Federal prosecutors are terrorizing Trump associates in the hopes that the threat of

jail will force them to betray Trump.

And they may have struck pay-dirt as Donald Trump just got double-crossed by the last

person he ever expected.

Trump lawyer Michael Cohen has been the target of prosecutors ever since the FBI raided his

home and offices back in April.

Special counsel Robert Mueller tipped off federal prosecutors in New York to Cohen's

business dealings concerning a taxi medallion he co-owned, as well his payments to women

who allegedly had affairs with Trump.

Mueller and other prosecutors are scheming to use Cohen to further the attempts to drive

Trump from office.

And it appears Cohen may have flipped.

ABC News broke the story that sources close to Cohen believe he changed his legal team

over his desire to cooperate with investigators.

But is this what really happened?

Vanity Fair's Gabriel Sherman claimed: "Person close to Cohen says he hasn't flipped yet,

"he's sending up a smoke signal to Trump: I need help."

Cohen had previously written that he would never betray President Trump:

"A PERSON WHO DESERVES MY LOYALTY RECEIVES IT."- JOYCE MAYNARD I WILL ALWAYS PROTECT

OUR (PRESIDENT)"

Conservative commentator Erick Erickson theorized that Cohen changed his legal team because

his initial team of lawyers were not criminal defense attorneys.

Erickson believes Cohen did not switch his legal team in order to cooperate, but to fight.

One thing that is clear is this will have no impact on the Russia investigation.

Despite multiple fake news stories that used the Christopher Steele dossier as the basis

for claiming Cohen traveled to Prague to collude with Russians, Cohen has provided evidence

that he was in California visiting colleges with his son at the time.

Cohen wrote:

"BAD REPORTING, BAD INFORMATION AND BAD STORY BY SAME REPORTER PETER STONE (MCCLATCHY,

DC) NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES OR WAYS THEY WRITE IT, I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO PRAGUE.

I WAS IN LA WITH MY SON.

PROVEN!"

Federal prosecutors first goal will be to determine if Cohen possesses any smoking gun

evidence to implicate Trump in campaign finance violations for payments to Stormy Daniels

and other women.

In addition, government investigators would employ Cohen as the gateway into investigating

Trump's financial empire.

Even if both of these avenues turn out to be dead ends, prosecutors will be looking

to flip Cohen so he will provide a diet of embarrassing personal details about Trump

that could be leaked to the press during the midterm elections.

The media could then whip these stories up in a series of "October surprises" that

the Democrats would use to boost their chances to win back Congress where they can finally

launch impeachment proceedings.

We will keep you up to date on any new developments in this story.

Trump nominee for South Korea ambassador backs 'pause' in military exercises - Duration: 2:39.

Donald Trump's nominee for ambassador to South Korea, a decorated military man... has backed

the U.S. President's idea of suspending major combined drills.

Harry Harris, described it as an option worth exploring... while denuclearization talks

continue.

Lee Seung-jae shares with us the admiral's remarks.

Shortly after his historic summit in Singapore with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un,...

U.S. President Donald Trump announced he might halt the joint military exercises between

South Korea and the U.S.,... a move long sought by the North.

Siding with Trump on the issue is the president's latest nominee for ambassador to South Korea,...

Admiral Harry Harris.

In a Senate hearing on Thursday,... Harris,... who recently stepped down as head of the U.S.

Pacific Command, agreed with the idea of a "pause."

"The whole landscape has shifted, and I believe that we should give exercises, major exercises,

a pause to see if (North Korean leader) Kim Jong Un is in fact serious about his part

in negotiations."

Harris also said he believes sanctions on North Korea should stay in place, while denuclearization

talks continue, echoing earlier remarks by U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo in Seoul,...

who said tough sanctions would remain until Pyongyang has verifiably abandoned its nuclear

weapons program.

The U.S. ambassador post in Seoul has been vacant since Trump took office in January

2017,... and as talks continue between South and North Korea and between the U.S. and North

Korea, the post is seen as more important than ever.

As the nominee to become President Trump's first ambassador to South Korea,... Harris

said he feels optimistic about the future of the Korean Peninsula.

"I've said before that we can be hopeful and we can even be optimistic as long as we are

realistic also and I'm convinced that the administration has that realism at heart as

we move forward in this new place that we're in."

Born to a Japanese mother and an American father,... Harris became the first Asian-American

to lead the U.S. Navy.

His father -- a Korean War veteran -- helped train South Koreans in the southern coastal

city of Jinhae.

With his decorated military background and his connections to Korea and the wider Asian

region,... Harris has a strong chance of becoming the next U.S. ambassador to South Korea.

The hope is that his expertise could further smooth the path to peace on the Korean Peninsula.

Source confirms Donald Trump Jr. and Kimberly Guilfoyle are dating - Duration: 8:44.

Donald Trump Jr.is officially dating Kimberly Guilfoyle and the Fox News host has even received the seal of approval from the president and the first family

A source close to the president's son told DailyMail.com that the two are 'crazy about each other' and have never tried to hide their romance

'They're really into each other, it's obvious from the way they are together, and they haven't tried to hide it

But they haven't felt compelled to make any kind of pronouncement that they're romantically involved,' the source said

In photos obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com, the two lovebirds are seen at the new sushi restaurant at the Trump International in DC, on the Delta shuttle, and embracing at the opening of the Trump Ferry Point golf clubhouse on Monday

The source added the pair have been open about their relationship and are given to PDAs and holding hands when they are together

Don and Kim began dating in late March, around the time Trump Jr.,40, and wife Vanessa, 40, announced their decision to split after 12 years of marriage

News of the divorce first became public on March 15th.The two released a joint statement saying: 'We will always have tremendous respect for each other and our families

We have five beautiful children together and they remain our top priority. We ask for your privacy during this time

' On Thursday, Vanessa revealed on Twitter that they have actually been separated for 'over nine months' and commented on her estranged husband's relationship with Kim

'The lengths people will go to attack a woman simply because she's dating Don.We've been separated for over 9 months and respect each other's decisions & privacy

We'll focus on raising our great kids.Would be nice if the press did the same rather than obsess over our pvt lives,' she tweeted

The soon-to-be exes appear to be on good terms since the two were seen enjoying a friendly lunch in Manhattan on Thursday afternoon

Don Jr took to Instagram to share a picture of their family meal, celebrating their daughter Kai and son Tristan's milestones

'Great graduation lunch with Kai, Vanessa and Tristan.Kai is graduating from lower school and going into middle school and T-man graduated Kindergarten and is ready for first grade,' wrote Don Jr on Instagram

'I couldn't be more proud of them both.#graduation #prouddad.' The parents of five also had lunch together on Wednesday, one day before the school celebration get together

Don and twice-divorced Kim, 49, have known each other for years but their relationship never went beyond friendship as one or both were married, the source said

Guilfoyle was previously married to Democratic gubernatorial candidate Gavin Newsom and product design firm CEO Eric Villency

According to the source, the Trump family is a big fan of Kim, especially the president

The Five host and the eldest Trump son are said to be a great match since the two have a lot 'in common' and politics being a big part of it

Don Jr.loves that Kim is 'so smart' and understands the political landscape so well, the source said

The two have recently made multiple public appearances together sparking rumors that they are dating, but their relationship had not been confirmed until now

Earlier this week the New York Daily News reported that Don Jr.and Guilfoyle had a late night sleepover after two Secret Service chaperones parked outside her Upper West Side apartment Monday night

'Now two trucks are guarding their sleepovers,' the paper claimed, adding that the pair were dropped off on the corner and entered the building on foot around 11

30pm.Trump appeared to have an overnight bag with him.A photo shows what appears to be two secret service cars parked in a bus lane on the Upper West Side on Monday evening

The secret rendezvous took place while Trump was in Singapore for a historic meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un

Don Jr.'s divorce was revealed in March after Vanessa Trump filed divorce papers in Manhattan Supreme Court following 12 years of marriage

The divorce was listed as 'uncontested', meaning Vanessa is not asking for full custody of the children and Don Jr

does not object to the filing.Lawyers for Trump's eldest son have since asked the court for a statement on Vanessa's net worth after it was revealed she inherited millions from her father's investment in Rao's marinara sauce

just want documents.

You think that --

>> Well, I hope that's not so.

And I know they're getting

If you see what I've done with

running so well.

I have this running so well.

I have purposely, because of

this ridiculous witch hunt, I

So I've wanted to stay away.

That doesn't mean I have to.

But I don't want you people to

That I'm doing anything.

I think that the report

yesterday may be more

importantly than anything, it

totally exonerates me.

There was no collusion.

There was no obstruction.

And if you read the report,

you'll see that.

Really -- excuse me, wait, wait.

What you really see is you'll

BREAKING FOX NEWS 6/14/18 | 7PM | BREAKING FOX NEWS | DONALD TRUMP NEWS TODAY - Duration: 22:54.

good evening everybody our top stories tonight the long awaited Munsch

anticipated and long delayed inspector general's report turns out to be little

more than a deep state cover-up more than 500 pages detailing out-of-control

political corruption and subversive anti-trump activities and then the

Department of Justice watchdog concluded there was no bias at the Justice

Department our FBI will take up this fictional sham of an investigation with

an all-star lineup of guests here tonight Congressman Jim Jordan and

Congressman Matt Gaetz join us and legal analysts Gregg Jarrett also tonight RINO

Paul Ryan's political endgame becoming more obvious to those paying attention

by the day this latest draft of his daca amnesty bill reads like a love letter to

the Business Roundtable the Chamber of Commerce the Koch brothers and Wall

Street it can mean only that the speaker has

sold out the Republican Party for good and will be running for president if he

is not already we'll talk

about the disturbing prospect with the Dean himself political strategist Ed

Rollins and the fake news losing its collective mind

today turning the White House briefing room into a shameful spectacle of

grandstanding and childish temper

tantrums these people have nothing they come to the border with nothing and you

throw children in cages you're a parent gets down to gentle children don't you

have any empathy for what they go through

you would think someone

claiming to have no evidence of political bias in the handling of the

Clinton email investigation and the relentless pursuit of President Trump

over phony charges of Russia collusion it is a

remarkable document and just hours after that report was released FBI director

Christopher Rea held a news conference to continue the whitewash this report

did not find any evidence of political bias or improper considerations actually

impacting the investigation under review we're gonna train every single FBI

employee both new hires and veterans alike on what went wrong so these

mistakes will never be repeated but it wasn't the rank and file making the

mistakes mr. director it was you your good friends and colleagues whether

their name is Muller or call me arse truck or page well in spite of the

coordinated effort to play down the most damaging details of that IG inspection

an investigation the report nevertheless reveals jaw-dropping misconduct at the

Department of Justice and Fox News chief intelligence correspondent Catherine

Herridge joins us tonight with much much more I'd like to just start with a

question I was right go ahead what is your takeaway about what this report

says about James call me first okay so the bottom line with the former FBI

director is that he was found to have been insubordinate when he made that

very public statement about the findings of the FBI Clinton email investigation

and that he was recommending against criminal charges the inspector general

said the Comey took deliberate acts to keep his boss attorney general Loretta

Lynch and her deputy Sally Yates in the dark about his public comments where he

also went outside the boundaries of his authority and he made a decision that

would typically and traditionally fall to the Justice Department so

insubordination is no small thing to associate with a former FBI director and

then also one who has written and spoken so publicly

about these issues of leadership Lou it is small though it is so incredibly tiny

compared to the evidence against James Comey

and what the Inspector General chose to interpret can you hear me I'm sorry

Katherine can you hear me we apparently have lost our link with Catherine

Harridge joining us now to talk about the Comey insubordination and the

blatant political bias that escaped at least the inspector general in his

conclusions Congressman Jim Jordan he serves as a member of the House

Judiciary Committee and oversight committees he's also the co-founder of

the influential house freedom caucus congressman good to have you with us he

with you first your reaction to the conclusions

here yeah director director Ray is just not just not accurate because in the

report itself it says we do not have confidence that Struck's decision was

free from bias what are they referring to they're referring to Peter struck at

the end of the Clinton investigation saying let's focus on Russia and not

looking at Anthony Weiner's laptop and stuff that relates to the Clinton

investigation and why is that important Lou because the one text message that we

that was so explosive in this report is the one where Peter struck says we'll

stop President Trump from being president we'll stop him

that that to me is amazed and understand that went for a hit for director Ray to

say that there was this was free from bias that is just not accurate mr.

Horwitz himself said we do not have confidence that Struck's decision was

free from bias in other words that that's that's like saying this guy had

an agenda and we it's it's obvious to anyone who who looks at this and they're

in the right way do you think the Inspector General looked at any of this

in the right way because I think that isn't his conclusions are non sequiturs

I mean he writes this report in much the same way James Comey announced the the

predicate for his conclusion no in terms of prosecuting Hillary Clinton it

sounded like he was going to charge her and then suddenly said no charges no I

think it's a thorough report and but I he lets the facts speak for themselves

for example this this text message will stop it will stop President Trump from

being president remember when this comes this is just eight days after Peter

struck has opened the Russia Trump investigation they open it on July 31st

this will stop a text message happens on August 8 and then just six days later we

have the text message that refers to the insurance policy and then just a few

weeks after that we have POTUS wants to know everything President Obama wants to

know everything we're doing so when you look at that in context this is scary

stuff and this is why it's important that we do get Peter struck in for a

deposition while we do get rot Rosenstein and Christopher ray under

oath in front of our committees in just a few weeks that's why that kind of

thing is important here's why I think that we've got a problem and that is

that we can't rely on Congress for investigations it's been demonstrated

since Benghazi in Fast and Furious secondly we have an inspector general

who is drawing conclusions that only a frankly it's moronic what he does are

immensely duplicitous and deceitful what he does you choose because this is I

mean his conclusions do not comport in any way to a causal relationship that is

laid out as you say clearly in the report the misconduct of five FBI agents

and in the injection of their personal politics they're using devices their

personal yeah into telephones in the clear in secure phones to carry out

government business classified business top secret business in point of fact

they were doing exactly what their so called mid year investigation they

didn't have the guts to call it what it was it was the Hillary Clinton email

investigation they would then drop that and use the subterfuge midyear began and

quaint it's not funny to me it is disgusting an appalling no and and I

think one of the big takeaways Lou is the exact same people who ran the

Clinton investigation who had a bias in favor of Clinton who did all these

things that are not the typical practice when you're doing an investigation those

same people took over and ran the right investigation and we learned of a new

person in the report FBI lawyer number two so remember you

had struck in Page who ran the Clinton investigation ran the Russian Trump

investigation and were put on Muller's team we now also find out from this

report that FBI lawyer number two was part of the Clinton investigation was

the primary lawyer there mr. Horowitz his words on the Trump Russia

investigation at the FBI and then was also put on Muller's team yeah I find

that I want to know who this lawyer is I want to know who FBI lawyer number two I

want to know who that individual is we need that person to come in and be

deposed as well so that's one more person who was Clinton investigation

Trump investigation on Muller's team subsequently removed from Muller's team

because of the bias that they had three top attorneys exactly in the FBI on the

same train with the three same stops in ultimately ending up on Muller's team

IEDs so clearly an anti-trump bias it is so clearly a Hillary Clinton bias in

support of her candidacy we're not talking about abstractions here we're

not talking about philosophy we're talking about if we've got this I would

love to have these comments on bias if we got that number seven ready to go

folks in the control room I'm speaking to you please I could not hear your

answer okay we don't have it I'll read it Luana okay guys this is and this is

Lisa page speaking on March 3rd 2016 god Trump is a loathsome you know March 3rd

2016 in that conversation struck oh my god Trump's an idiot March 3rd in that

conversation he's awful August 15 again 2016 struck I want to believe the path

you threw out for consideration in Andy's office that there's no way he

gets elected but I'm afraid we can't take that risk it's like an insurance

policy in the unlikely event you die before you're 40 right I mean this is

and this man Horowitz and everybody wants to treat him with kid gloves can

find bias that was acted upon out of a political motive and they amongst those

five yeah I got congressman what are we what are we to do next but the loo

remember this as well the most explosive text message was the one we didn't get

to see until today the one that says we'll stop it now think about this the

Attorney General said there's like 50 some thousand text message between

struck and page whatever number it is some huge number we've got to see all

those ones you just read we've seen those before the insurance policy trumps

should lose a hundred million to zero all the bias that they have but the one

that's the most explosive they hide from us until today now why is that

why didn't we net why didn't we have this beforehand that's another question

I have for mr. Rosen Stein why didn't we see this earlier like all those text

messages you just read the most explosive one that comes eight days

after Peter struck opened a counterintelligence investigation into

the President of the United States think about that and six days before the

insurance policy text message so that's the sequence and I think that's I think

that's important and certainly were they have some questions for mr. Rosen Stein

in a few weeks when he's in front of our committee I think it's worthy of a

number of other things too yeah maybe and and one of them is the

President of the United States now interceding in ordering absolute

transparency from rot Rosenstein is leading a deep state cover-up

it is a Hardison witch-hunt he is attacking a sitting president of the

United States the political motivation of the FBI and the Justice Department

are absolutely conclusive and I don't give a damn what this Inspector General

so-called wants to call this report it is nothing more than a cover-up

Rhonda Santa's mark meadows and I sent a letter to the president three weeks ago

asking the President to do just that give Congress the information we're

entitled to get as a separate an equal branch of government to get answers for

you everyone else in the press and most importantly the American people I hope

the president does that declassify stuff get us the information so we can get all

the answers we don't have to wait for the FBI when they decide to show us the

will stop a text message give us all the information we're entitled to get I'm

all for that that's why we sent the letter a few weeks ago well I not to

break the flow with this report and with the deep state

cover-up and the assault on a sitting president but I want to ask you about

another assault on this president emanating from the speaker's office of

the House of Representatives how long are you all going to put up with this

RINO who is leading your party and this in this country into the the abyss how

dare this this this phony sit there and treat the American people this way and

and destroy the party but without comment from the conference yeah I mean

look at gates who has stood up loo I've said on your show I've said on other

shows if it when there's a race for Speaker I plan on being part of that

discussion what I'm most focused on right now is

getting to the bottom getting answers for the American people on the Clinton

investigation and more importantly on the Trump Russia investigation and also

doing what we told the American people were going to do on immigration policy

on welfare reform on tax policy all those things we campaigned on that's

what I'm focused on doing if we do that then we'll have a race for speaker at

some time because we'll still be in the majority well your your good colleague

and head of the freedom caucus now mark meadows showed everybody how to get this

done and that's with a motion to vacate the chair any one of you can stand up

and do that at any time and see if he's got 218 votes I'll make you a bet right

now that he doesn't even come close and borther to the point it's a matter of

principle and preserving the party and acting in the national interest I hope

you'll consider it congressman because I think you'd do a hell of a job

No thank you Lou Congressman Jim Jordan thanks for being with us you bet

up next RINO Ryan says he can kowtow to his masters and he's polished up a brand

new amnesty bill for illegal immigrants it will spell absolute disaster for the

Republicans in the midterms and then Rollins the Dean himself here next to

take that up stay with us

the always clever and cute Rhino Paul Ryan is making a move for a presidential

bid he seems to be only interested in his own political fortunes and he's

undercutting president Trump at every turn and now with what's heralded as the

biggest amnesty deal in American history a leaked draft of the Ryan disastrous

legislation yeah it's the Ryan legislation by the way nobody was

involved in this thing other than a few hand-picked members of the leadership

under Ryan there's no participation for the rank and file even though this

phoney tried to claim and act as though it did have broad popular support from

the rank and file it includes are you ready amnesty for three and a half

million daca recipients by the way there's no actual numerical

quantification in the legislation it fails to fully fund the president's

border wall first it doesn't in chain migration it only sets quote unquote

limits that are well only generally and ambiguously described so here you go

again another Ryan special and that Ryan special will be well will be served up

to destroy the Republican Party in the midterms I said last night on this

broadcast the Republican stand to lose fifty seats if they put up with Ryan

much longer a massive bust of the deadly drug fentanyl seized in Ohio's Miami

Valley this week the state attorney general there said twenty pounds of the

drug is enough to kill an estimated four million people four men all of them from

Mexico were arrested on smuggling charges so mr. Ryan I'd like you to

leave the border open because you know there are a lot of Americans you

apparently think deserved to die to meeting diction and to be to have their

lives destroyed so you just keep telling us how you're a big bad open borders guy

according to the Border Patrol they seized nearly six thousand pounds of

narcotics on a typical day throughout the year of 2017 and yet speaker Ryan

and his donor masters are perfectly content to allow millions of

Americans to die as collateral damage in their pursuit of open borders and

amnesty for illegal immigrants the hell with the American people joining us now

the smartest political strategist in the country at Rollins former Reagan White

House political director Great America thank you sir

how are you I got to be honest with you I'm so disgusted with the Justice

Department and everyone associated with their leadership I mean I can I can just

absolutely puke if you want to know the truth you know the president promised

gonna drain the swamp when he when he ran and and and the swamp just keeps

getting bigger and you just see this this is the epitome of it uh ray the new

FBI director Comey you know how can they be investigating accurate did you hear

that smug self-righteous pretentious look they do SD gate Hillary who clearly

violated the law by basically going off of official government take government

documents and putting on I said I've got an answer for that when they were all

doing the same thing yeah they were all doing the same thing they were they were

conducting government business on private phones doing exactly what she

did without regard for what was classified member what was confidential

chief the sensitive information or top secret and I mean and Toby did the same

absolutely and good including grand jury testimony

that he basically sent on us on this document all of which are against the

law what did you say about the grand jury there's some grand jury document

that he said for preparation Zimmern by the way and and none of the witnesses in

the and the Clinton email investigation areas they use the the quaint term the

midterm investigation rather than the Clinton email scandal they didn't take

any one of them before a grand jury the bottom line the bottom line inspector

generals and every agency has one appointed by Obama

it's about are you overcharging somewhere are you basically spending too

much for lunch are you living up to the budget it's not

meant to investigate something like this so there's this big hype he's gonna and

they put aside the Hillary thing which is the important thing and and they

basically the evidence that came out of this is they all basically thought

Hillary was going to win early on and those that didn't think Hillary was

gonna win there I may say they were working to make sure

she want absolutely no question there were political activists and organizers

of an effort within the FBI at the highest level engaged in

straightforwardly engaged as Chris when Jordan put in gate Clinton Stan engaged

in the Russia investigation even they knew as pure balderdash and also of

course going to three three top agents go suddenly to the Muller a special

counsel what should this do to the Special Counsel it should in the dadgum

think that now that this is just ridiculous in the beginning of the NI at

great respect for sessions we knew the senator he needs to be fired the new

Attorney General needs to be appointed Rosa Lee needs to be thrown out also

they need to go fix that eight because the president's going to be attacked on

legal fronts for the rest of his presidency and this is what he needs his

own people there and needs his own man their president is achieving and what in

the world Paul Ryan is obviously working against this president every day that he

is in that speaker's office working against the Republican Party and he is

willing to throw away the majority in the house to subvert this president and

secure his potential path to running at some point for president it's that

straightforward it's exactly right he didn't want to be tainted by anything

that's part of the trumpet Genda and what-have-you and and he didn't want to

be tainted it's precious little darling you should smear that stuff all over him

because I got to tell you at least had killed his stench which is that about

politically corrupt and just absolutely committed but beautiful force against

the American middle class and working men and would it even be even to be

playing at this late date on an immigration bill I wish no one's gonna

see the bill before they stick it up there and vote on it it's just

outrageous it's just the whole thing is outrageous

yeah well it's way your party my party I'm not happy with it yeah I am I'm not

either they're not happy with me either but that's okay

at all it's not okay we got to get it fixed thank you be sure to vote on our

poll tonight do you think the IG reports claimed there was no bias at the DOJ is

somewhat obvious cover-up of a deep state plot to undermine and destroy the

Trump presidency we'd like to hear from you on that cast

WORLDSIGN | Trump's G7 Summit Problem, Yemen Crisis, 'The Quiet Man' Deaf Character - Duration: 19:41.

Georgia: Political Discomfort from

USA President Following G7 Summit

-Last Friday and Saturday, the Group

of Seven (G7), a global coalition of

industrialized democracies had its

annual summit in Quebec, a province

in Canada to discuss economic

policies. The U.S., Canada, Europe

and Japanese allies had been

concerned about tariffs - taxes that

U.S. president Donald Trump was

proposing on imported goods. The

allies considered increasing their

tariffs on U.S. imports in

retaliation. During the summit, talks

behind closed doors supposedly went

well, and the leaders signed a joint

statement, agreeing to fair and

beneficial trade and investment.

-In the hours following the summit,

however, President Trump reneged on

the agreement and accused Canadian

prime minister Trudeau of being

"dishonest and weak" on the issue of

U.S.- Canada tariffs. The allies

rallied around Trudeau, agreeing the

talks were open and frank about the

U.S. imposed tariffs. Trump insisted

he would cut ties with allies if

they do not use "zero-tariff"

approach, saying: "We're like the

piggy bank that everyone's

robbing, and that ends."

Now, let's go to next story.

Georgia: Heavy Yemen in-fighting threatens port

-Over 600 people were reported on

Monday to have been killed in heavy

fighting in Yemen between pro-

government forces and Shiite rebels,

known as Houthis, in recent days.

Both armies are advancing the western

coastline of Yemen. The Red Sea port

of Hodeida faces the possibility of

being captured of either army.

Seventy percent of Yemen's food,

medicine, and aid enter through

Hodeida and the United Nations is in

"intense negotiations" with the

Houthis and Saudi Arabia who backs

the pro-government forces to avoid a

military confrontation there.

-Humanitarian aid groups have been

warned to have their staff evacuated

by Tuesday. The United Nations

intends to remain to ensure

humanitarian aid is delivered to the

civilians in Yemen. Currently, over

22.2 million Yemenis are in need of

assistance, ad it is being considered

as the world's worst humanitarian

crisis ever. The United Nations

expresses hope negotiations would

bring forth positive results to keep

Hodeida free from military capture.

Now, let's go to next story.

Georgia: Gay Pride Parades in Poland and Romania

-Last Saturday, thousands of

revellers descended on the streets of

the Polish capital, Warsaw, and

twelve other cities to participate in

gay pride parades. They vowed to

keep pushing for the rights of same-

sex couples to marry in a

conservative country that is

predominantly Catholic. Fifty two

foreign ambassadors to Poland,

including Canada and United States,

signed an open letter of support for

LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual,

transgender) rights - a significant

increase from 42 last year.

-Many of the Polish revelers were

inspired by the recent ruling of the

European Union court that recognized

the residency rights of a same-sex

couple living in Romania. The news

was the focus of the gay pride parade

in Bucharest, the Romanian capital,

which had many rejoicing. Poland and

Romania, however were among those

Eastern European countries who do not

recognize legitimacy of same-sex couples.

Now, let's go to next story.

Georgia: 'The Quiet Man' Video Game

with Deaf Character

-At a press conference during

Electronic Entertainment Expo 2018

(E3 2018), a major event by video

game manufacturers, software

developers, and publishers in Los

Angeles, California, Square-Enix

announced a new video game starring a

Deaf character for the Playstation 4

and PC. They released a trailer

showing a live action video sequence

turning into 3rd person combat

gameplay where the Deaf character

beats up some thugs in an alleyway.

-Details are limited but they say the

game can be completed in one sitting

with the feel of an immersive high

production live action movie combined

with realistic gameplay. No sign

language was shown on the trailer so

we don't know what sign language the

character would use. More

information will expected in August.

Now, let's go to next story.

Georgia: Premier UK Rock Festival

Wins Accessibility Award

-Download Festival, described as a

premier rock festival in the UK

celebrated its 16th birthday in June

with over 100,000 fans and was

awarded a gold award for its

accessibility improvements to

disabled fans. This award was made by

Attitude is Everything, a

partnership with the music industry

to improve Deaf and disabled people's

access to live music. This year,

organizers added viewing platforms to

each stage, and increased shuttle

bus services for disabled fans to

and from the campsite. The festival

provided British Sign Language

interpretation for 18 performances,

and offered on-request interpreting

services. They are the third

festival to win this gold award.

Now, let's go to next story.

Georgia: Sign Language Translation Technology

-KinTrans in the US state of Texas

has invented a device that can

translate sign language into voice

and also from spoken voice into text

in real-time. The portable device

was is built to enable businesses to

improve customer services or enhance

workplace productivity, by providing

day-to-day communication to sign

language users in different

situations. KinTrans has won two

awards to date - a "Best Robotics &

Electronics" award at Innovator Show

Abu Dhabi, and "Best Start-Up" at the

Business Vision Awards in Dubai. The

company wants to help 13 million

sign language users in North America

in places like restaurants, shopping

centres, hospitals and government places.

Now, let's go to next story.

Georgia: North Korea and USA Reach Historic Agreement

-On Tuesday, in a history-making

moment, the American president Donald

Trump and the North Korean president

Kim Jong Un met for the first time

at a historic summit at a resort in

Singapore. For five hours, both

leaders discussed denuclearization of

the Korean peninsula and signed a

declaration to work together towards

disarmament and peace. The joint

agreement did not outline what steps

North Korea would undertake to disarm.

-Trump did promise to stop annual

joint military exercises by American

and South Korean armies which had

been upsetting North Korea for years.

Trump made this decision without

consulting with the South Korean

president and U.S. officials. Critics

claim the promise reduces leverage

in negotiations with North Korea, but

Trump disagrees, saying he has

developed a "special bond" with Kim.

He plans to meet with Kim for more

talks on denuclearization and to formulate a plan.

Ted Cruz Just Gave Trump A Big Unexpected Birthday Gift That's Huge For America And Libs Will Hate - Duration: 5:11.
