Trey Gowdy Goes Rogue – Drops NUKE On Anti-Trump FBI Agent

Days after the House Intelligence Committee released their explosive de-classified FISA

memo on DOJ and FBI deceit to the courts, Rep. Trey Gowdy spoke out to say that the

committee is only investigating five top FBI officials.

"I have tremendous respect for the bureau, there are 30,000 employees, let's assume

that there are five that engaged in conduct that we have questions about," Gowdy said,

according to the Gateway Pundit.

He added that the partisan tone of the investigation has become a major problem.

Gowdy also expressed hopes that the release of a four-page memo detailing how the FBI

used a controversial dossier compiled on Trump by a political opposition research firm as

evidence for a warrant to spy on a Trump campaign adviser is a "one-off."

"I hope this is a one-off, that Congress takes this position but also hope it's a

one-off that a [Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act] application contains errors and product

that is funded by a political opponent.

I hope that is a one-off," he said.

This comes after Gowdy took to Twitter to talk about the memo.

"It is important for the American public to know if the dossier was paid for by another

candidate, used in court pleadings, vetted before it was used, vetted after it was used,

and whether all relevant facts were shared with the tribunal approving of the FISA application,"

Gowdy wrote on Twitter, according to Daily Caller.

"While this memo raises serious concerns with the FISA process, I have been and remain

confident in the overwhelming majority of the men and women serving at the FBI and DOJ,"

Gowdy added.

"As I have said repeatedly, I also remain 100 percent confident in Special Counsel Robert

Mueller.

The contents of this memo do not – in any way – discredit his investigation."

President Trump sent out very sarcastic congratulations to his nemesis in Congress, Maxine Waters,

on her primary win.

"Congratulations to Maxine Waters, whose crazy rants have made her, together with Nancy

Pelosi, the unhinged FACE of the Democrat Party," he tweeted.

"Together, they will Make America Weak Again!

But have no fear, America is now stronger than ever before, and I'm not going anywhere!"

This was the most recent swipe that President Trump has taken at Waters, and Waters hasn't

been silent on the President either.

She was recently called to account for a Saturday rally where she encouraged her followers to

harass administration officials wherever she found them.

"Let's stay the course.

Let's make sure we show up wherever we have to show up and if you see anybody from that

Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you

create a crowd and you push back on them, and you tell them they're not welcome anymore,

anywhere," she shouted to cheering supporters.

"Mr. President, we will see you every day, every hour of the day, everywhere that we

are to let you know you cannot get away with this!"

Her antics caused the President to strike back on Twitter saying, "Congresswoman Maxine

Waters, an extraordinarily low IQ person, has become, together with Nancy Pelosi, the

Face of the Democrat Party.

She has just called for harm to supporters, of which there are many, of the Make America

Great Again movement.

Be careful what you wish for Max!" Trump tweeted Monday.

He also brought up Waters and other sympathizing congressmen at a campaign-style rally on Monday

night, commenting that the Democratic party is consumed with the idea of impeachment.

Waters comments encouraging antagonism against Trump officials also earned her a stern tongue

lashing from White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders on Monday.

"This weekend," Sanders said Monday, "a member of Congress called for people to 'push

back' and make clear to those serving their country in this administration that they are

not welcome anywhere, anytime, for anything."

"We are allowed to disagree, but we should be able to do so freely and without fear of

harm," Sanders said.

"And this goes for all people regardless of politics."

The violent threats against President Trump and his family are really ratcheting up this

week.

U.S. Marshals are now searching for a central Pennsylvania man accused of threatening President

Trump and other officials.

He's at large and considered armed and dangerous.

This came out last night and the president is ordering that all means possible be used

to apprehend this guy.

The suspect is 26-year-old Shawn Christy of McAdoo, Pennsylvania.

Christy posted a social media post threatening to "put a bullet in the head of President

Trump."

That's about as serious a threat as you can make and is against the law of course.

You can bet the police, U.S. Marshals, and the FBI are looking everywhere for this guy

and his freedom will shortly come to an end.

The post has since been deleted.

Too late.

The Internet is forever and so are d***h threats against the President of the United States.

One of his threats read, "Keep it up Morganelli, I promise I'll put a bullet in your head

as soon as I put one in the head of President Donald J. Trump.

Remember where you came from punk."

Christy also posted threats against Northampton County District Attorney John Morganelli.

It also isn't the first time this creep has been in trouble for making threats.

Christy made headlines in 2010 after Sarah Palin, who was then governor of Alaska, filed

for a restraining order against him.

Both Christy and his father were sentenced to probation in 2012 for making hundreds of

threatening phone calls to former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin and her attorney.

Palin claimed that Shawn Christy harassed her and a friend.

He also pleaded guilty to harassing Palin's attorneys by telephone in 2011 and was sentenced

to probation.

He later served two years in federal prison for violating his probation by leaving a halfway

house.

In 2015, Christy pleaded guilty to two summary counts of harassment at McCann School of Business

for harassing a teacher and administrator.

The list is long on this guy.

Police raided his parents' home in McAdoo early Wednesday morning.

He was not there.

U.S. Marshals executed a warrant at Christy's home with assistance from the U.S. Secret

Service, FBI, state police, McAdoo and Kline Twp. police, the Schuylkill County District

Attorney's Office and the Northampton County Sheriff's Office.

"He is wanted for making threats against the president of the United States and other

government officials via social media," Clark said.

Christy also threatened to "shoot any law enforcement officer who attempts to arrest

him," Supervisor Clark said.

We were scared.

We don't know what's going on.

The Army's out here and no one will tell us what's happening," Gloria Brogan said.

Christy has also made threats to the police, so he's not the sharpest knife in the drawer.

Wonder if he's part of Antifa or Occupy Wallstreet?

Both of those radical groups have threatened ICE officers and their families in the last

few days.

And Democratic Socialists of America harassed DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen.

One of the ones attacking Nielson was Allison Hrabar, who just happens to work for the DOJ.

Peter Fonda also threatened Barron Trump, Sarah Huckabee Sanders and Nielsen yesterday.

It's a smorgasbord of hate.

Christy's parents say he is not dangerous.

"I wouldn't find him as a threat right now, he's just angry.

He's angry at the whole situation," said his father Craig Christy.

Yeah, that's the same guy who was sentenced with his son in 2012.

Not exactly a credible voice here.

In 2017, Shawn Christy was charged with aggravated assault for allegedly swinging a stick at

former McAdoo mayor Stephan Holly.

"I understand where he's coming from because he's been through so much hell the past

ten years and he has not seen any justice," said his mother Karen Christy.

Gee, the whole family is comprised of radical, leftist nuts.

I don't think their defense of their son here means much.

He's obviously a violent whack job who is a threat to the president, the D.A. and the

police.

"Shawn, please turn yourself in," Christy's father pleaded.

"One of the first posts came in late May, when Shawn Christy appealed to Trump on his

Facebook page, asking him for help with his legal problems in Northampton and Schuylkill

counties.

""Here's the deal, Trump," he wrote in the post.

"Tell your probation dogs in Northampton County to get off my a–; while you're

at it have my case there vacated.

I'll have you impeached by August, wanna bet?"

"The Morning Call of Allentown reported that Shawn Christy pleaded guilty in April

to making terroristic threats to a Berkheimer tax collection clerk in Bangor, Northampton

County.

In that case, he was sentenced to 12 months probation and ordered to attend anger management

classes.

"In a June 3 post, he wrote, "As far as your threat of a bench warrant, know this,

I will use full lethal force on any law enforcement officer that attempts to detain me."

"With the recent threats and the language and the volume and everything that he's

saying, it's just something that we're not going to take a chance with not taking

it seriously," said Deputy U.S. Marshal Robert Clark.

Exactly.

The U.S. Marshals believe Christy may be hiding in the woods in the area.

They're looking for him, but are asking for the public's help in finding him.

Police say if you see Christy to please call 911 or the U.S. Marshals at (484) 358-1974.

There's also a $5,000 reward on the guy's head.

These threats should be taken seriously.

The search for Shawn Christy began at about 5 a.m. Wednesday, according to Robert Clark,

a supervisor with the Marshals Service's Fugitive Task Force.

"He is believed to be a clear and present danger to the immediate law enforcement community,"

Clark said.

They need to catch this guy before he hurts or kills someone.

White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders took to the podium today during the

daily press briefing to lay the smackdown on the mainstream media propagandists regarding

immigration enforcement.

Sanders was specifically asked about commentary from former First Lady Laura Bush in an op-ed

penned for the Washington Post.

In the article, Laura speaks of President Donald Trump's zero-tolerance policy on

illegal aliens calling it "cruel and immoral" and leftist progressive propagandists thinking

they smelled blood in the water, began to circle like the sharks they are, ready to

begin their feeding frenzy.

However, as Sanders has demonstrated in the past, she does not suffer fools, nor does

she mince words.

She stood up and exposed Mrs. Bush for her hypocrisy and her complicity.

Sanders emphatically states – Frankly, this law was actually signed into effect in 2008

under (Laura Bush's) husband's leadership, not under this administration…We're not

the ones responsible for creating this problem.

We've inherited it, but we're actually the first administration stepping up and trying

to fix it."

Mrs. Bush stated in her op-ed in part – "On Sunday, a day we as a nation set aside to

honor fathers and the bonds of family, I was among the millions of Americans who watched

images of children who have been torn from their parents.

In the six weeks between April 19 and May 31, the Department of Homeland Security has

sent nearly 2,000 children to mass detention centers or foster care.

More than 100 of these children are younger than 4 years old.

The reason for these separations is a zero-tolerance policy for their parents, who are accused

of illegally crossing our borders.

I live in a border state.

I appreciate the need to enforce and protect our international boundaries, but this zero-tolerance

policy is cruel.

It is immoral.

And it breaks my heart.

Our government should not be in the business of warehousing children in converted box stores

or making plans to place them in tent cities in the desert outside of El Paso.

These images are eerily reminiscent of the Japanese American internment camps of World

War II, now considered to have been one of the most shameful episodes in U.S. history.

We also know that this treatment inflicts trauma; interned Japanese have been two times

as likely to suffer cardiovascular disease or d*e prematurely than those who were not

interned."

Yet the left continues to wrongly claim "illegal children" are living in "cages" thanks

to President Trump's new "zero tolerance" policy at the border.

Children are separated from their "parents" when they cross our borders ILLEGALLY, therefore

invading our country.

However, yet another important distinction that leftist progressives and even some Republicans

are failing to mention is many children are not traveling with their parents, but instead

are traveling with "accompanying adults."

Under Obama's reintroduction of the "catch-and-release" program, adults and children were released

into the country under the long-standing practice of allowing illegal aliens caught without

legal documents to remain free inside the country while they waited for an appearance

in court.

Since illegal aliens were not monitored in any way, the rate of no-shows for court was

predictably high.

With no punitive measures in place to enforce compliance, there was no incentive to comply.

See how that policy worked?

Bring a kid along when you sneak across the border and you will automatically be released

into America.

However, under "zero tolerance," detained adults are being incarcerated and prosecuted.

Minor children cannot be incarcerated with adults and are therefore being relocated to

shelters.

It is also important to note, families that arrive together and apply for asylum status

are not generally split up.

They are usually allowed to stay in the United States while their applications are being

processed.

While the left and mainstream media wail and gnash their teeth over the supposed "torturous"

conditions for illegal children are forced to endure by their parents or accompanying

adult's choice to cross their border illegally.

They scream to the rooftops over how separated from their families and forced to live in

cages.

Yet these children are treated far better their impoverished urban American counterparts

where their lives are often cut short due to gang violence.

With drive-by shootings and turf wars being the day to day norm in cities like Los Angelos

and Chicago.

For years, the left has attempted to sell the American people a work of fiction regarding

Obama's so-called DREAMers painting them as wide-eyed, cherub-like children.

Except they aren't – many of them are not even children and committing very serious

and very adult crimes.

As the Washington Examiner reports –

"Almost 60,000 Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals recipients have been arrested at

least once as a beneficiary of the Obama-era program, according to data released Monday

by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

USCIS Director L. Francis Cissna confirmed Monday morning that 59,786 people protected

in the program had been arrested while a DACA recipient, which is 8.5 percent of the total

700,000 recipients.

In addition, 53,792 DACA beneficiaries had been arrested prior to being approved by the

Department of Homeland Security agency to be part of the DACA program, which grants

recipients legal protections from deportation for two-year periods.

"The rules for DACA are that you are excluded from DACA if you have a felony, conviction,

three misdemeanor convictions, three or more misdemeanor convictions or a conviction for

a misdemeanor.

You could be arrested a whole lot of times and still get DACA," Cissna told Fox News'

"Fox and Friends" Monday morning.

The DHS data do not include how many individuals had charges dropped or later pleaded down.

Among current DACA recipients who had a prior arrest, 39 percent were driving-related offenses

and 22 percent were immigration-related crimes.

In 2012, then-President Barack Obama created DACA through an executive order after Congress

failed to legislatively solve the issue of hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants

in the country who had been brought to the U.S. as minors."

an attempted assassination by a supporter of self-proclaimed socialist Bernie Sanders.

Yet in that four months, the calls for violence have only increased.

Scalise's Congressional colleagues like Rep. Maxine Waters (CA-D) are calling for

harassment and refusal of service of anyone who works in the Trump administration.

In Waters' extreme lack of self-awareness, it seems to completely pass her by that she

is an active member of Congress herself IN the Trump administration.

So is she calling for violence and harassment against herself as well?

It seems were she sincere in protestations of "the terrible evil of the Trump administration"

as she claims it, then she should resign.

Take the moral high ground.

Remove herself from the taint of the Trump administration…except she won't.

Waters is simply a power-hungry political despot like much of Washington and despots

never surrender.

Despots simply continue in their hypocrisy.

Waters was noted as the "most corrupt member of Congress" on four separate occasions

and passed a paltry three bills in her lengthy tenure in Congress, promised a group that

benefits "homeless LGBTQ youth" that she will "take out" the president — and

the far left-leaning progressive audience wildly applauded.

Waters was attending the Ali Forney Center gala in New York City.

It took a mere 27 seconds for Waters to start in on her usual anti-Trump tirade.

*yawn*

Waters started out in the video clip – Wow, what a moving evening this is!

She continues – "I'm sitting here listening, watching, absorbing, thinking about Ali even

though I never met him.

And with this kind of inspiration, I will go and take out Trump tonight," she said

as the crowd roared in approval and Waters pumped her fist.

Just two days later, Waters continued her usual ranting about President Trump, this

time at a Los Angeles AIDS walk.

Waters took the stage in front of Los Angeles City Hall and quickly turned the event into

a platform to push her personal political agenda.

But now as Waters has escalated her calls for violence and her attempts to provoke her

base into extreme actions against those she views as her political opposition.

She must be stopped before her calls for violence end in someone getting hurt before some crazed

Antifa member takes a bike lock to someone's head or attempts to assassinate a member of

Congress again.

In an effort to hold Waters accountable for her actions, Investigative Journalist Laura

Loomer approached the Congresswoman to ask her about her "suggestions" that the Trump

administration and its supporters be harassed.

It turns out Waters does not like to be questioned and she likes it even less when her own advice

is taken and used against her.

Loomer attempted to have a little chat with her about where conservatives are allowed

to go.

This is in the halls of the Capitol.

LOOMER: I just wanted to ask you, where are conservatives allowed to go?

WATERS: Please come to my office —

LOOMER: Are there separate —

WATERS: — and talk with me.

LOOMER: Do we sit at the back of the bus?

WATERS: Please come.

Loomer states that Waters instead hit her hand and swatted her in the face twice with

papers.

As a result, Loomer has filed a police report for assault.

Loomer tweeted: "I filed a police report w/Capitol Police against Maxine Waters.

Yesterday when I confronted her on Capitol Hill, she ASSAULTED me.

She hit my hand, then she swatted me in the face twice w/her papers.

I'm pressing charges."

BizPac Review correctly pointed out that Loomer was simply doing to Waters what "the California

Democrat urged liberals to do to Trump aides: Confront them in public."

Washington watchdog Judicial Watch also sent a letter on Tuesday morning to the House Office

of Congressional Ethics asking for an investigation into Waters' inflammatory statements, and

another source reported the Secret Service was looking into the comments.

President of Judicial Watch, Tom Fitton cited the requirement, found in House Rule 23, clause

1, that a member "shall conduct himself at all times in a manner that shall reflect

creditability on the House."

He wrote the congressional investigators, "In encouraging individuals to create 'crowds'

who will 'push back' on President Trump's Cabinet members at private business establishments

and in seemingly trying to prevent these Cabinet officials from obtaining basic necessities

without fear of assault and violence, Rep. Waters seems to be in violation of House rules."

Now we wait and see if Congress will actually DO something…

In his first 500 days in the White House, President Donald Trump is on par to be one

the most productive presidents in American history.

His achievements in foreign policy, the economy, and re-establishing American exceptionalism

are significant and he is far from done.

Yet we are not even to the halfway point of President Trump's first term in office.

If one chooses to look back over the past decade or more, one could make the argument

that the United States had stumbled its way into the 21st century.

For the last 17 years from 2000-2017 America has been under the control of the Bush and

Clinton dynasties and it shows.

The American people were blindsided by Islamic terrorism and weak, hit with the worst recession

since 1929, saddled with weak and ineffectual leadership unwilling to address the issues

head-on and enamored with the globalist failures of Europe.

We saw embroiled in a seemingly endless war in the Middle East as we attempted to export

democracy, bailouts of Wall Street, and nationalizing our big banks, spending our way into oblivion,

and the forfeiting our sovereignty on the world stage.

Then in November 2016, President Trump took America and the world by storm, changing the

course of history and beginning the process of righting these wrongs of the past.

Promising to move the U.S. Embassy in Israel to Jerusalem and actually doing it, unlike

prior administrations that repeatedly made the promise but never kept it.

Within days of the embassy move, President Trump withdrew the U.S. from the failed Iran

nuclear deal — a decision fully supported by Israel.

He is also the only president in the last 30 years from any party to actually get tough

on China while also managing to handle decades of issues that have plagued the U.S. from

Asia.

President Trump is also making extreme strides in the economy.

Unemployment just hit an unprecedented 50 year low at 3.8%, and our gross domestic product

continues to remain resilient and healthy.

Much of this growth can be directly attributed to President Trump's historic tax cuts signed

into law six months ago.

Combined with the deregulation of cumbersome and restrictive rules left over from prior

administrations.

The resulting effect is an economic boom that benefits all Americans.

Specific demographics such as the black community are benefiting even more as they saw all-time

record low unemployment at 5.9% in April 2018.

The Hispanic or Latino unemployment rate ticked up a tenth of a point but remains below 5%.

Before President Trump took office, that stat could only be said of one month since the

statistics bureau began tracking it in the 1970s.

creating 5,000 high-paying jobs."

"Anthony Pratt, the richest person in Australia, will be investing nearly $2 billion in the

U.S. in hopes of creating new jobs and doubling American food production – and he credits

it all to President Trump's business-friendly Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017.

The tax overhaul slashed the corporate tax rate to 21% from 35% in hopes of making the

U.S. more competitive with foreign countries.

"It's going to lead to a tsunami of investment in the United States," he said during an

interview with FOX Business' Stuart Varney on Tuesday.

"We make corrugated boxes, everything that's manufactured goes in a box.

So we think we're a barometer of the economy."

Pratt, the executive chairman of Visy Industries and Pratt Industries in America, has already

built 70 U.S. factories, most located in the Midwest, and created more than 8,000 high-paying

manufacturing jobs since venturing into the American market 25 years ago.

The billionaire cardboard king hopes to add 5,000 jobs more to the economy with his latest

investment.

The majority of Pratt's customers — his company sells corrugated, cardboard boxes

— are in the food industry, so a few years ago he said they started a conversation about

doubling the food production industry and American exports.

"I'm here in the Midwest today celebrating the fact that beef and dairy exports are up

16%," he said."

state coming to your district to help you and that's why the president is so

active and the vice president so active in these races this year he'll

be meeting again today to go out to North Dakota for a candidate there the

other winner was Dan Donovan all the public polls showed congressman donovan

losing he won by double digits and I think the people who that all these

geniuses and prognosticators who got 2016 wrong are gonna be 2018 wrong

because they don't see the growing leftward pull of the Democratic Party

this is I think also people should recognize that Joe Crowley the the

number four leading Democrat in the House who lost last night to a socialist

directly to the people the style the way you connect with voters now is to go

Robert Mueller thought his fishing expedition had finally come up with the means to take

down Donald Trump.

Reports surfaced that the special counsel's team was honing in on obstruction of justice.

But one announcement from the FBI Director let air out of that balloon.

New FBI Director Christopher Wray put any talk of obstruction of justice to rest when

he stated that there was not a "whiff" of administration interference in the investigation.

The New York Post reports:

"FBI DIRECTOR CHRISTOPHER WRAY SAID THURSDAY THAT HE HAD NOT SEEN A SHRED OF EVIDENCE OF

OUTSIDE INTERFERENCE INTO THE FEDS' PROBE INTO RUSSIAN MEDDLING IN THE PRESIDENTIAL

ELECTION.

"I CAN SAY VERY CONFIDENTLY THAT I HAVE NOT DETECTED ANY WHIFF OF INTERFERENCE WITH

THAT INVESTIGATION," WRAY SAID AT AN INTELLIGENCE AND NATIONAL SECURITY SUMMIT IN WASHINGTON.

SPEAKING PUBLICLY FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE BEING CONFIRMED AS HEAD OF THE BUREAU, WRAY

ALSO SAID THAT HE HAS CONFIDENCE IN ROBERT MUELLER, THE SPECIAL COUNSEL INVESTIGATING

WHETHER PRESIDENT TRUMP'S CAMPAIGN COLLUDED WITH RUSSIA DURING THE ELECTION.

WHILE TEAM TRUMP HAS RAISED DOUBTS ABOUT MUELLER'S IMPARTIALITY, WRAY SAID HE HAD NO CONCERNS.

"I HAVE ENORMOUS RESPECT FOR FORMER DIRECTOR MUELLER, WHO I GOT TO WORK WITH ALMOST DAILY

IN THE EARLY 2000S, AS A CONSUMMATE PROFESSIONAL," WRAY SAID.

"HE'S REALLY RUNNING THAT INVESTIGATION."

Anti-Trump pundits viewed obstruction of justice as the best chance to take down Trump.

Since there have been no clear cut examples of interference by the administration, the

forces plotting against Trump now have to hold out hope on the Hail Mary play to nail

Trump for obstructing justice for his decision to fire Jim Comey.

But that case has no merit.

The FBI Director is not the head of an independent agency.

He reports to the Justice Department.

That means he is just another executive branch employee who serves at the pleasure of the

President.

And the President can fire the FBI Director any time he wants and for any reason he wants.

Comey alluded to this in a letter after he was fired.

Furthermore, the President has the authority to order any investigation shut down whenever

he wants.

The idea that Trump obstructed justice by firing Comey is nonsense.

Trump was lawfully executing the powers of his office as laid out by the Constitution.

Justice Anthony Kennedy shocked Americans with his decision to announce his retirement

from the Supreme Court.

This sets up a battle that will shape American life for the next 50 years.

And Donald Trump just tipped his hand with who he may select to fill Kennedy's seat.

When Donald Trump was campaigning for President, he pledged to appoint only conservative justices

to the bench.

Trump's promise to fill Antonin Scalia's seat with a pro-life conservative helped drive,

Evangelical turnout in record numbers in the 2016 election.

Once in office, Trump made good on his word.

The President not only put Neil Gorsuch on the Supreme Court, but he has filled lower

court vacancies with young conservatives at a record rate.

So when Kennedy announced he was retiring after meeting Trump at the White House, conservatives

realized they had the chance to pull America back from the left-wing social engineering

liberal judges imposed on America.

President Trump briefly spoke with reporters after Kennedy's announcement, and sent Democrats

in a spasm of panic when he revealed the selection, to replace Kennedy would come from the list

of 25 judges, the administration released last November.

Trump stated,

"HOPEFULLY WE WILL PICK SOMEONE Who IS JUST AS OUTSTANDING," AND REFERRED TO THE POSSIBLE

CHOICES AS AN, "EXCELLENT LIST OF GREAT TALENT."

Democrats immediately realized their most cherished Supreme Court victories, were in

danger of being tossed in the ash heap of history.

CNN's left-wing legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin sounded the alarm on the air.

Toobin stated that Kennedy's retirement meant Roe v. Wade would be overturned.

The CNN analyst ranted:

"LET'S TALK ABOUT FACTS.

LET'S TALK ABOUT WHAT AMERICA IS LIKE THAT IS GOING TO BE DIFFERENT.

YOU'RE GOING TO SEE 20 STATES PASS LAWS BANNING ABORTION OUTRIGHT.

BECAUSE THEY KNOW THERE ARE GOING TO BE FIVE VOTES ON THE SUPREME COURT TO OVERTURN ROE

V. WADE."

Toobin continued,

"ABORTION WILL BE ILLEGAL IN A SIGNIFICANT PART OF THE UNITED STATES IN 18 MONTHS.

THERE IS JUST NO DOUBT ABOUT THAT."

The liberal CNN analyst concluded his tirade by stating: "Roe v. Wade is doomed.

It is gone because Donald Trump won the election and because he's going to have the chance,

to appoint two Supreme Court Justices."

Liberal activists in the media previewed another line of attack.

Meet the Press host Chuck Todd claimed Republicans holding a vote to confirm Trump's nominee,

this fall would violate the precedent Mitch McConnell set in 2016, when he blocked any

vote on Obama's selection of Merrick Garland to fill the seat left vacant, by Antonin Scalia's

death.

The absurdity of that statement was obvious to everyone.

McConnell blocked a lame duck President from filling a seat in an election year saying

the American people had the right, to decide who they wanted making Supreme Court nominations.

2018 is a midterm election year.

The American people already judged that Donald Trump was the man they wanted making Supreme

Court nominations, by virtue of his victory in the Presidential election.

In addition, there was no major fight over Barack Obama nominating Elena Kagan, to the

Supreme Court during the midterm election year of 2010.

Kagan was confirmed in August of that year – a similar time frame for the confirmation

of President Trump's nominee, which Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell laid out.

This is poised to be President Trump's most consequential decision.

The President can make good on his word and nominate a Justice, who will end the horror

of abortion and restore America to its Constitutional roots.
