BREAKING Trump Grants Next Presidential Pardon, Liberal Minds Are Going to Implode

Pardons should be about rectifying injustices.

You wouldn't know that if you looked at the pardons given by former President Barack

Obama.

Who did he pardon or commute sentences of?

Drug dealers.

Chelsea Manning.

A Communist terrorist head of a group who bombed and killed people, Oscar Lopez.

But the man who President Donald Trump just pardoned, Jack Johnson, the first black heavyweight

champion, has been ignored for years, despite numerous efforts to get him a pardon.

His crime?

Being a black man in a relationship with a white woman.

Trump was flanked by Sylvester Stallone who had pushed the pardon to him, Lennox Lewis

and the current WBC world heavyweight champion, Deontay Wilder.

From Fox News:

President Trump Saturday said that he is considering a "full pardon" for boxing's first black

heavyweight champion, Jack Johnson, after being urged to do so by "Rocky" actor

Sylvester Stallone.

Trump said that Stallone had called him and told him about Johnson, and that he is now

considering a posthumous pardon.

Stallone is a Trump supporter and attended his New Years' Eve Party in 2016, according

to The Associated Press.

"[Johnson's] trials and tribulations were great, his life complex and controversial,"

Trump tweeted.

"Others have looked at this over the years, most thought it would be done, but yes, I

am considering a Full Pardon!"

Johnson, born in Galveston, Texas, was the target of racial resentment, particularly

after he defeated white boxer James Jeffries in the 1910 "Fight of the Century," a

bout that sparked race riots.

Three years later he was convicted by an all-white jury of violating the Mann Act, which made

it illegal to transport a woman across state lines for "immoral" purposes.

In their efforts to prosecute Johnson, authorities first targeted Johnson's relationship with

the woman in question, Lucille Cameron, who later became his wife, but she refused to

cooperate.

But they got another white witness to testify against him and he was convicted.

He then fled the country but later came back and did a 10-month jail sentence.

He died in 1946.

His family has been pushing for a pardon for him for years.

People from Mike Tyson to Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz. have called for him to be pardoned.

Even the despicable Sen. Harry Reid called for his pardon.

But prior presidents never got it done.

And despite being petitioned, Obama never gave him one.

It's long overdue to correct a historic wrong and clear his name.

And once again it shoots down the silly liberal narrative that Trump is a racist.

And liberals rather than being happy will whack Trump and claim somehow it's craven.

Good on

Trump

for finally

getting

it done!

TRUMP BLINDSIDED OBAMA! Granting New Investigation Into His Crimes After He Was Caught Red Handed - Duration: 15:23.

TRUMP BLINDSIDED OBAMA! Granting New Investigation Into His Crimes After He Was Caught Red Handed

We are now getting reports that the Justice Department has agreed to provide congressional

investigators classified records on the Barack Hussein Obama's failed g*n-running operation

named after the wildly successful movie franchise about street racing "Fast and Furious."

Later Attorney General Jeff Sessions confirmed that the Justice Department would hand over

documents to the Republican-led House of Representatives Committee on Oversight and Government Reform

that had been previously withheld by President Barack Hussein Obama's administration. and

this agreement reached by Republican President Donald Trump's administration will put to

an end a six-year-long legal battle in which the committee had gone to federal court to

try to enforce a subpoena it had issued to obtain the records back in 2011.

Back in June of 2012, the Republican-led House voted to hold Obama's Attorney General Eric

Holder in contempt for not turning over documents about the illegal operation which has resulted

in many deaths in Mexico thanks to firearms which were paid for by the American Taxpayer.

The committee then sued Holder for access to the documents in August 2012 but Obama

enacted executive privilege to block the disclosure of the documents. Makes you wonder what he

was hiding?

This operation is said to have been set up to build bigger cases against major g*n traffickers

who were selling arms to Mexican cartels but U.S. law enforcement officials chose to not

prosecute lower-level offenders who would transport more than 2,000 illegal g**s.

Of course, Democrats at the time accused Republicans of engaging in a partisan witch hunt, not

unlike the one they are trying to pull with President Trump and the fake Russian Collusion

narrative.

Eric Holder who now a partner at the law firm Covington and Burling LLP, of course, could

not be immediately reached at his office on Wednesday for a statement.

Here is more on this via Fox News:

Members of a congressional committee at a public hearing Wednesday blasted former President

Barack Obama and his attorney general for allegedly covering up an investigation into

the d***h of a Border Patrol agent k****d as a result of a botched government g*n-running

project known as Operation Fast and Furious.

The House Oversight Committee also Wednesday released a scathing, nearly 300-page report

that found Holder's Justice Department tried to hide the facts from the loved ones of slain

Border Patrol Brian Terry – seeing his family as more of a "nuisance" than one deserving

straight answers – and slamming Obama's assertion of executive privilege to deny Congress

access to records pertaining to Fast and Furious.

"[Terry's d***h] happened on Dec. 14, 2010, and we still don't have all the answers,"

Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, committee chairman, said of Terry's d***h. "Brian Terry's

family should not have to wait six years for answers."

Terry died in a gunfight between Border Patrol agents and members of a six-man cartel "rip

crew," which regularly patrolled the desert along the U.S.-Mexico border looking for drug

dealers to rob. The cartel member suspected of slaying the Border Patrol agent, Heraclio

Osorio-Arellanes, was apprehended in April of this year by a joint U.S.-Mexico law enforcement

task force.

Terry's d***h exposed Operation Fast and Furious, a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms

and Explosives (ATF) operation in which the federal government allowed criminals to buy

g**s in Phoenix-area shops with the intention of tracking them as they were transported

into Mexico. But the agency lost track of more than 1,400 of the 2,000 g**s they allowed

smugglers to buy. Two of those g**s were found at the scene of Terry's k*****g.

"More than five years after Brian's m****r, the Terry family still wonders about key details

of Operation Fast and Furious," the committee's report states. "The Justice Department's

obstruction of Congress's investigation contributed to the Terry family's inability

to find answers."

Sen. Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, testified Wednesday in front of the committee, accusing DOJ and

ATF officials of obstructing the investigation and working to silence ATF agents who informed

the Senate of Fast and Furious.

"The Department of Justice and ATF had no intention of looking for honest answers and

being transparent," said Grassley, now chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee and a staunch

supporter of whistleblowers.

"In fact, from the onset, bureaucrats employed shameless delay tactics to obstruct the investigation."

One of those silenced ATF agents, John Dodson, testified Wednesday that he remains "in

a state of purgatory" since objecting to Fast and Furious and has been the subject

of reprisals and ridicule at the agency.

"That decision, the single act of standing up and saying, 'What we are doing is wrong'…

instantly took my standing from being that of an agent of the government – to an enemy

of the state," Dodson said. "ATF and DOJ officials implemented an all-out campaign

to silence and discredit me… Suffice to say, the last six to seven years at ATF have

not been the best for me or my career."

Grassley's and Dodson's testimony reinforced findings of the report, which states that

the Justice Department knew before Terry's d***h that the ATF was "walking" firearms

to Mexico and knew the day after the agent's d***h that Fast and Furious g**s were involved

in the shootout — despite denying these facts to the media. It goes on to state that

the Justice Department's internal investigation focused more on spinning the story to avoid

negative media coverage than looking into lapses by either the DOJ or ATF.

Several emails revealed in the report appear to indicate that some Justice Department staffers

were working to keep information from political appointees at the department.

"I don't want to jinx it but it really is astounding that the plan worked — so

far," former Deputy Attorney General James Cole wrote in an email to Holder, according

to the report.

The report also says that Holder's Justice Department stonewalled inquiries from Sen.

Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, and deceptively told him that the "ATF makes every effort to

interdict" firearms purchased by straw buyers. The controversial act of straw purchases – where

a person who is prohibited from buying firearms uses another person to buy a g*n on his or

her behalf – has been a popular method that Mexico's drug cartels use to obtain g**s.

"There are important reasons for not giving Grassley everything he is asking for: it would

embolden him in future fights and would 'use up' a lot of the material that we will eventually

need to release to (California Rep. Darrell) Issa . . . as the oversight struggle continues,"

the Office of Legislative Affairs Assistant Attorney General Ron Welch said in an email

to DOJ colleagues."

Donald Trump Surprised Robert Mueller With An Announcement No One Saw Coming - Duration: 14:56.

Donald Trump Surprised Robert Mueller With An Announcement No One Saw Coming

Special counsel Robert Mueller is in a standoff with President Trump's lawyers over an interview.

Some experts believe Mueller is trying to lure the President into a perjury trap.

But Donald Trump's lawyers shocked everyone when they made an announcement about Mueller

before a meeting about spygate.

Trump turned the political world upside down when he went on the offensive after revelations

that the FBI dispatched a spy to snoop around his campaign.

This development cast the Russia investigation in a completely new light.

Now Trump and his supporters are convinced the FBI was carrying out a political vendetta

on behalf of the Obama administration during the 2016 election.

After the White House announced there would be a meeting between Congressional leaders

and FBI and Department of Justice officials to discuss spygate, Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani

revealed the meeting could lead to Trump sitting for an interview with Mueller.

Politico reports:

Two highly classified briefings Thursday about an FBI informant who contacted the Trump campaign

could help grease the wheels for a highly anticipated interview between President Donald

Trump and special counsel Robert Mueller, Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani told POLITICO.

"We want to see how the briefing went to today and how much we learned from it,"

Giuliani said in a Thursday phone call.

"If we learned a good deal from it, it will shorten that whole process considerably."

After the meeting ended, it did not appear that anything would derail those plans.

Politico also reports:

Attendees were briefed at both meetings by FBI Director Chris Wray, Director of National

Intelligence Dan Coats and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who oversees the Mueller

probe, as well as various FBI and DOJ staffers.

At both meetings, Kelly and Flood also gave opening remarks "to relay the President's

desire for as much openness as possible under the law," the White House said in a statement.

"They also conveyed the President's understanding of the need to protect human intelligence

services and the importance of communication between the branches of government."

Wednesday night, Giuliani gave Trump a rundown on what to expect at the gathering as part

of a 30-minute session meant to "get him up to date on what's going on" in the

Russia investigation.

The two met in New York at the Palace Hotel on the sidelines of a GOP campaign event.

"His mood was excellent.

He feels we're on offense now," Giuliani said."

Trump knows he didn't obstruct justice or collude with the Russians.

He believes that sitting for a Mueller interview will end the witch hunt against him.

Some of his supporters contend that Mueller is actively leading a coup and that the interview

is designed to catch Trump in a mistake so Mueller can recommend Congress impeach him

on perjury charges.

What do you think?

Trump Goes Rogue – Fulfills His BIGGEST Campaign Promise in Matter of Seconds - Duration: 12:27.

Trump Goes Rogue – Fulfills His BIGGEST Campaign Promise in Matter of Seconds

Before he took office, Donald Trump promised that he would crack down on illegal immigration

like no other president had before.

Once again, the president is now following through on this promise in a huge way.

Right Wing News reported that the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency has just

made a huge announcement about illegal alien families, particularly those who are hoarding

illegal immigrants who have criminal records.

ICE Director Thomas Homan just told congress that the agency has major plans and they are

"going to step up" deportations of illegal alien families.

He also said the ICE has plans to increase enforcement against illegal alien family units

who have final orders for removal from the United States.

"One thing ICE is in the process of doing is we're going to step up our enforcement

against family units that have final orders of removal.

They've had their due process, they've been ordered removed by the immigration judge,"

Homan said.

"If we don't execute those [immigration judges'] decisions, there's no integrity

in the system.

So you're going to see a lot more enforcement here in the very near future on that," he

continued.

President Trump said on Wednesday that he plans to support the ICE's plans.

He explained that he plans to cut aid for the home countries of illegal immigrants to

the U.S.

During a recent roundtable event in Long Island discussing the violent MS-13 gang, Trump expressed

his personal belief that some countries are actively encouraging their citizenry to leave

their home countries and come to America.

"We're working on a plan to deduct a lot of the aid.

They're not trying to stop it…They don't want the people that we're getting," Trump

said, going on to call for aid deductions on a per capita basis "every time someone

comes in from a certain country."

"Many of these countries we give tremendous amounts of aid to.

Tens of millions of dollars," Trump continued.

"And we're working on a plan to deduct a lot of the aid.

We're going to work out something where every time someone comes in from a certain

country, we're going to deduct a rather large amount of money from what we give them

in aid if we give them aid at all.

We may just not give them aid at all."

"Despite all of the reports I hear, I don't believe they're helping us one bit. and

it may be that's the way life is.

We know where these people are coming from.

We're looking at our whole aid structure and it's going to be changed very radically.

It's already started," Trump said.

President Trump signals that NORTH KOREA SUMMIT could still HAPPEN next month - Duration: 16:24.

Fox News Alert President Trump is signaling that a North Korean summit

could still happen next month let's go outnumbered over time I'm

Melissa Francis in for harris faulkner the president's remarks come just days

after announcing the US was pulling out of the high-stakes meeting with North

Korea scheduled for June 12th saying Kim jong-un's regime had broken several

promises including failing to show up to a planning meeting in Singapore

but North Korean state media quoting a leader who says the country remains open

to talks with the US and president Trump says his administration has reopened

dialogue with the North now we'll see what happens it could even be the 12th

we're talking to them now they very much want to do it we'd like to do it we're

gonna see what happens but Democrats are slamming the president's decision to

cancel the summit in the first place I think everyone understands that the only

way to resolve this is through diplomacy there is no military option without

extreme risks so it's puzzling that the president has now thrown the diplomacy

off-track and there's always a risk of a miscalculation Greg Powell Todd is live

in Seoul South Korea with the latest Greg

melissa i can tell you that the folks here in this region are watching very

closely the back-and-forth about a possible summit between kim jeong-hoon

and president Trump they have a huge stake in it all we heard from the

Chinese foreign ministry on Friday they say they hope the US and the North Korea

stay patient and meet each other halfway and press ahead with denuclearization on

the peninsula remember president from feared that Chinese President Xi got in

the ear of Kim Jong lunar changed his tune we also heard from the Japanese

Prime Minister Abe aid today he said about a possible cancellation of the

summit that it was regrettable but that he respected and supported the decision

most important again to get rid of the nukes from North Korea remember haba is

a huge ally of President Trump as for Kim jong-un we saw him today riding a

train at least state media presented images of that his regime remember early

on Friday said that they would meet the u.s. face-to-face anytime any place is

coming after the rebuke from president from South Korean government or in Seoul

have so much invested they of course want this summit to be resurrected as

for that nuke site event remember that one on Thursday is supposed to be the

big news guy got a bit lost in all the events of Thursday would you have new

images today from our sister network in the UK Sky News they were one of the

teams invited to the site showing massive blasts at the northeastern part

of the country area tunnels portals used in past nuclear chess the hitches as we

have been saying as our sky colleagues pressed North Korean officials on the

ground about their work no independent observers or experts the reporters could

examine the aftermath they could see what was left but they really couldn't

confirm the claims of the regime and remember just a couple hours after this

happened President Trump called off the summit in Singapore or maybe he did back

yeah Greg pound cop thank you for that for more on this let's bring in

congressman brad sherman he's the ranking Democrat on the House Foreign

Affairs Committee on Asia and the Pacific sir thank you so much for

joining us what do you make of the back and forth here what do you make of these

latest comments well maybe the summit happens maybe it

doesn't but I think we've put ourselves in a bad position where we would be

blamed for the summit's cancellation what we should have done is simply

announced that we were delaying the summit to a date not designated and say

the reason for it was that they didn't show up to the planning meeting if they

don't show up to the planning meeting it's hard to plan and get things done by

June 12th but by canceling it it makes them look like they're more interested

in peace than we are that's a mistake but the the other mistake is that we

have yet to sanction major Chinese banks that are doing business with North Korea

so we have a weakened congressman you know the president was criticized before

this by acting like a saying that he was acting like he was too eager that he

looked like a pushover he counters that by walking away from the table and then

he gets criticized for that too it makes it seem like you know folks on the other

side of the aisle are gonna criticize him for anything well if you veer off

the road to the right and damage your car and then you veer off the road to

the left and you damage your car people are gonna criticize you for not

driving in the lane driving on the road he is verge extreme one extreme to the

other what he should do is strengthen our hand

by having serious sanctions and I know Wall Street will object to that and have

reasonable bargaining objectives when he comes to the United what is a reasonable

bargaining objective in your mind because that's another criticism has

been that he has to demand total teen denuclearization at least this decade

and into next decade our objective should be freeze their program and

monitor it make sure that they don't conduct the final tests they need to

have an ICBM that can reach the US mainland and make sure that they don't

have so many nuclear weapons that they feel they have a

surplus and might sell them to other even more dangerous forces that should

be our objective but when we put forward the Libya model where Qaddafi was killed

by his people in the most brutal brutal way you can watch the tape I and he was

killed because we had destroyed his army through our air raids and so his enemies

were there to to kill him putting forth that is the model and saying that's our

negotiating position that's what's going to happen I can't imagine that we're

going to achieve that in negotiations the Libya model was used as a way of

saying that they were going to take the product of their nuclear program and

bring them back for verification the fact that he was murdered later wasn't

part of that original plan anyway obviously but they walked that back

afterwards anyway I mean what you're talking about sounds similar to the deal

that was negotiated with Iran which our allies didn't like was too soft we found

out later they lied about their intentions I mean it that gets us into

the same position that we're in with Iran we won't get as good a deal from

North Korea as we got from Iran and now as you point out wasn't as good a deal

as we should be striving for north Korea has say 20 nuclear weapons

it has a a leadership that is able to oppress its people efficiently and to

think that they're going to give up their nuclear weapons after Qaddafi gave

up his incipient program and was killed by his own people yes but with United

States Air Force assistance that isn't going to happen we can make ourselves

safer if we can stop them before they develop an ICBM and limit the number of

nuclear weapons so the idea that they're going to get rid of all of them

sets Trump up for failure so no wonder we try for that I want to make sure that

I heard you right and that we have you on record you you do not believe that a

deal will be done that's better than the deal that we had with Iran you think

that a deal the president comes to will be a worse deal in terms of their

nuclear program than what we had with Iran a consider

we worse in that right now north Korea has say 20 nuclear weapons they will

probably have 20 nuclear weapons in two or three years and in all likelihood

Iran will have zero nuclear weapons in two or three years and that is in large

part because of the deal and the pressure campaign that was put together

by Obama now I didn't vote for that Iran deal because I think we that that our

sanctions had been effective enough that we could have gotten a better deal and

there are ways to get a better deal but to think that we are going to have North

I ran with six or seven thousand centrifuges and North Korea is going to

have you any idea what Iran has they won't let anyone in to look or inspect

we have no idea what exists there where they are in their program because we

were promised Anytime Anywhere inspections and that was alive from our

former president debating the Iran deal we have a much better your no you're the

one that brought it up but in any case the Iran deal we do get the classified

briefings we have a level of confidence that we know how many centrifuges they

are operating at the present time there are truly we should have even better

inspections but we have inspections of every site where we have convinced our

allies that there's reason to investigate and but putting aside the

Iran deal the north for us to say we're going to demand that they immediately

get rid of all their nuclear weapons or we're not going to negotiate is too

extreme no I lied criticizing the president for not demanding that clearly

and now you're saying it's unreasonable to demand it so there's a lot of

opinions all over the place we thank you for your time we'll see what happens

from here I hope you'll join us I'm not here to represent a party I'm here to

and to put forth some good ideas on what we should do with North Korea sir thank

you appreciate your time joining us now with

more insight is Lester months and former staff director of the Senate Foreign

Relations Committee he's a senior fellow at the National Security Institute as

well what do you make of movements that we saw yesterday and then the sort of

how it sounds a little different today well Melissa I think it's a very good

thing that the president decided to walk essentially walk away from the

negotiating table when he realized that the negotiations were not going in the

right direction I wish the his predecessor had been

willing to do that on the Iran nuclear deal I think we would have gotten a

better deal if President Obama had been willing to walk away from the table it

actually gives me a lot of hope that the current discussions with North Korea and

with China are going to lead to something productive at the end of the

day yet I don't know if you heard congressman brad Sherman before you he

feels confident that this will result in a worse deal than the Iran deal yeah I

think he's wrong about that I do give him a little credit for being opposed to

the Iran deal from several years ago and he's correct that we should be putting

more pressure on Chinese economic entities I think he's right about that

but I think he's wrong in his analysis of the diplomacy I think this is a good

thing that's happened over the last couple months we've sussed out from the

North Koreans what they're looking for we know about the role of China now

which is essentially any path to a deal with Pyongyang is gonna have to go

through Beijing that's very clear now and we've also let the world know what

the u.s. position is which is very which is also a very good thing so and

congressman Sherman before you was saying that there's no way we should

demand total denuclearization we should just have a freeze for a period of time

that we can go in and verify would that be good enough for the world community

well right now what we should be demanding is our maximum reasonable

desire out of these negotiations and that's the denuclearization of the

Korean Peninsula we should be pushing for that if in the course of events over

the next year or so we get to a place where it's something slightly less than

that but we can verify that it's a good deal for the United States well then

that's fine but we should be pushing for the maximum possible benefits

it's an impossible benefit because he said a 20-year freeze was the best that

we could hope for I don't think that's right we need to we need to work with

China we need to work with our allies in the region in Seoul and in Tokyo to come

up with a plan that will come for an arrangement on the Korean Peninsula

that's beneficial to everyone and we're gonna have there's no question we'll

have to make some compromises along the way but there's no reason we shouldn't

ask for a denuclearization of the North right now that's actually very good for

China and it's good for us but denuclearization of the North what does

that mean do you want to give her everything out I mean that's exactly

what the stumbling block was along the way I mean if you listen to congressman

Sherman it had to do with the fact that that john bolton mentioned the libya

model if you talk to others you know the president hasn't hasn't been clear

enough and we don't mean the same thing that the North Koreans do when we use

that word denuclearization which is hard enough to say much less define that's

right well that's the negotiation that's going on right now we're defining our

wants on denuclearization and so is North Korea I suspect what they're

really testing is how much we'll negotiate with ourselves before we

actually sit down at the table if we negotiate with ourselves and end up with

a 20-year freeze then they know that they're going to do even better than

that once they get to the table we should stop negotiating with ourselves

we should take a hard line at least until the negotiations start and try to

get the maximum benefit for us and the maximum benefit for the United States is

for the is for North Korea to get rid of its nuclear weapons program so that's

interesting you talk about negotiating with yourself and that's what it sounded

like when Mike Pompeo sat down before lawmakers and they were trying to pin

him down on what exactly what he's he gonna demand and said that they didn't

feel like he was ready he said we've been rocking and rolling and they said

well you need to come out here and lay out exactly what you are going to ask

for you call that negotiating with ourselves what would you say to

Democrats who say you got to sit there and lay out what exactly you're gonna go

and ask him for I think it's will look in the grand scheme of things I think

it's good that Congress is very interested in this issue for all the

Democrats who are pushing the administration to reduce its demands

there are a number of Republicans who want even tougher demands Republicans on

the hill were very tough on the administrate

for being willing to restart the Chinese company ZTE which I guarantee you is

related to the North Korean salutely anyone who doesn't see that's related I

don't know they're not watching the same television shows there anyway that's

right thank you we appreciate your time we got to run the Republican House

HOLDER MELTDOWN : Now Calling for Unconstitutional Defiance of President Trump.

Eric Holder has as much respect for our country's Constitution as he did when he was Obama's,

Attorney General.

Zero.

In what can only be called a political and professional meltdown, Eric Holder is now

calling on the DOJ and FBI to unconstitutionally defy President Trump.

The left will stop at NOTHING to protect their Deep State plot to destroy our America First

President.

From Washington Times Former Attorney General Eric Holder publicly

urged his former employees at the Justice Department to defy President Trump's request

for transparency and public disclosures of information related to the unprecedented spy

operation launched in 2016 against the Trump campaign.

Holder's insistence that the DOJ and FBI "protect the institutions" rather than

carry out their constitutional duties and protect the constitution, the document they

actually swear to protect when entering their federal positions is telling and rather frightening.

If one ever searched for a "deep state" smoking gun it appears Holder has offered

it up.

Protect the "Institution" of the Justice Department at the expense of the US Constitution.

Defy the President's orders for the sake of the governmental apparatus.

The more this story develops, the more they expose themselves.

Donald Trump Goes Rogue on Obama Holdovers – They're All FIRED - Duration: 13:24.

Donald Trump Goes Rogue on Obama Holdovers – They're All FIRED

President Donald Trump just launched another attack on Barack Obama's "deep state spies"

today, saying that Democrats are getting lost in semantics of whether the FBI used a 'spy'

or an 'informant' to keep tabs on his presidential campaign.

"The Democrats are now alluding to the the concept that having an Informant placed in

an opposing party's campaign is different than having a Spy, as illegal as that may

be," he tweeted, according to Daily Mail.

"But what about an 'Informant' who is paid a fortune and who "sets up" way earlier

than the Russian Hoax?" Trump was referring to Stefan Halper, a former

Cambridge University professor who made contact with at least three Trump campaign advisors

in 2016 and reported back to Obama's deep state with information he got from them.

Trump then doubled down on his attack on the deep state by going after the entire Democratic

Party.

"Can anyone even imagine having Spies placed in a competing campaign, by the people and

party in absolute power, for the sole purpose of political advantage and gain?" he asked.

"And to think that the party in question, even with the expenditure of far more money,

LOST!"

He then quoted conservative pundit Mollie Hemingway, who appeared Thursday night on

Fox News.

"Everyone knows there was a Spy, and in fact the people who were involved in the Spying

are admitting that there was a Spy…Widespread Spying involving multiple people," the president

quoted Hemingway as saying.

"But the corrupt Mainstream Media hates this monster story!"

Obama is undoubtedly in full panic mode right now, as it is clear his deep state is going

down.

The Evening Edit:Trump and China NOKO connection - Duration: 24:53.

let's get back to that news that Secretary of State Mike Pompeo is has

been talking to his counterpart in South Korea to get the u.s. North Korea summit

back on however the media wasted no time slamming president Trump for canceling

the summit after that happened yesterday let's watch how the media cover this

story watch it goes that Nobel Peace Prize he was the letter that the

president sent is a friend of mine sent an email to me as I was on the train to

New York it sounds like a 13 year old stream of consciousness in a breakup

letter from overnight camps is a total breakup letter and you realize like this

is when your relationship starts souring but you want to be the one to break up

first so you cut it off you're kind of like maybe we could leave it open-ended

that's what this feels like okay let's bring in the power panel Denis Morelli

and Eric Sheffer Jeannine your reaction this is a breakup letter this is

absolutely outrageous Liz it this really shows you the disdain and hatred that

Democrats and the media have for this president for president Trump they don't

want him to be successful with anything and what we're talking about national

security for the world that includes them as well I mean what part of this do

they not get North Korea they killed their own they imprison them they starve

them they torture their own people they have artillery pointed at South Korea no

good nothing good is coming from North Korea they need to be reined in and it's

a shame that the media and the left is doing and saying what they are doing but

it's really exposing them for what they are you know Eric Laura Ingraham went

after MSNBC's Stephanie ruhle after she called Trump's canceling the Naoko

summit a huge well for us let's watch well at least Stephanie ruhle is kind of

implicitly admitting that the media do not exist to report on Trump but to

revel in his perceived missteps Eric juicy what do you see in terms of fair

and balanced coverage of President Trump getting even this far with North Korea

um it's not doesn't exist in most quarters now there are some

journalists that I think are fair and I think are really reporting but most they

just such a hatred and it's intense Laura Ingraham is right on the money I

think that at some point I this just continues to I think damaged the

credibility of so many that want to be considered objective and it's the death

of objective journalism and it's sad because there's such a personal element

to this and such a inherent visceral sort of want to destroy at all costs in

fact even when would look like we were gonna have peace there wasn't any there

was always a skepticism there was always some kind of an element I look I don't

think this is over I bet on Donald Trump in terms of being able to wheel and deal

this is a interim element for business people this can still absolutely happen

and I thought his letter was actually different and unique and it's something

that could actually work we've gone years with nothing with North Korea in

Jenin to Eric's point there's a lot of time spent in the media you know on

issues that are really not pertinent to what's at the heart of the matter

and that is what exactly is going on in North Korea you just pointed out a

litany a parade of horribles there North Korea has called its rapprochement with

South Korea quote an immortal achievement they're about honor over

there they have to say face over there that's very important so the impetus I

think would be on from North Korea as its conciliatory today to do that summit

with Trump that's the reporting that we need to

focus on I think right sure and then think about the sanctions as well there

they're hurting themselves oil traders like getting for the pressure go after

this block oil into North Korea but this is clearly a clean up aisle five moment

because we've had past presidents who have allowed North Korea to just run

rogue and not really try to rein them in so for the the media and in the liberal

the Democrats for them to say and do what they're saying like people like

Nancy Pelosi saying that kim jeong-hoon is a winner here it's really telling and

it's exposing it for what they really are they want they don't

the president to exceed be successful in any way shape or form and that harms the

country aside from the Middle East this is probably one of the most serious

situations in the world right now what's going on with North Korea does the media

ever apologize when they get it wrong what if the summit does plague that did

take place Eric don't friggin walked out of the talks with Gorbachev in Reykjavik

and the Soviet Union collapsed five years later I think you will have some

that are more reasonable that will admit that they got it wrong there will be

some that don't like Trump that will still be forced to speak what is true I

mean then you're not going to be able to deny if there are no longer any missiles

that are you know or nuclear weapons it will be interesting and I think that

let's let the facts play out because I'm optimistic I'm optimistic that this

president can wheel and deal and make this happen

it may not be everything we want but it's going to be a lot better than any

administration for the last gosh 30 years has been able to do erica Dineen

you will be back with us in just a few minutes terrific stuff there guys really

appreciate it let's get to this story Republicans newness and Goudy so they

did not get the documents they wanted on the FBI informant who spoke with Trump

campaign advisers they didn't get it in that meeting yesterday with the

Department of Justice and the FBI so is this more evidence of stonewalling of

congressional oversight we're on that story coming up and it china tried to

stop the summit with North Korea in order to get leverage for their own

trade deals remember we call a 3d chess here a kind of expense tine is all over

that one next

I will say I'm a little disappointed because when Kim jong-un had the meeting

with President Xi in China the second meeting the first meeting we knew about

the second meeting I think there was a little change in attitude from kim

jeong-hoon so I don't like that okay so what are their levers being pulled

behind the scenes what's going on with this 3d chess game that is the u.s.

North Korea and China talks it is the biggest power play happening right now

okay earlier this week I made US China trade tensions President Trump seemed to

blame China for trying to sabotage the president's summit with Kim jong-un this

has a trump administration to today said it will seek a deal to save Chinese

telecom giant ZTE remember Republicans in the Senate don't like this at all

they see that as a military and national security risk

let's bring economist and author of the capitalist code Ben Stein in on this

great to see you've been so where do you come down and all I can see you I don't

think the Chinese wanted to stop their trade the trade with the US at all the

Chinese are trading people they're an incredibly efficient exporter and

they're not going to stop and I think they're going to behind the scenes

welcome any reprieve we give to ZTE and that'll make them happy I don't think

they want to damage our relations such as they are which are to be very sure

very slight with North Korea I think the summit is going to happen I don't know

when but it'll happen at some point why why North Korea has chosen this time and

place to uh soften its attitude I'm not quite sure I don't trust them as far as

I could throw them yeah but I think that mr. Trump has done a brilliant

negotiating job and the Democrats to be gloating over any possibility that this

deal won't work is shameful it says so do you agree or disagree with the idea

that China may have put the kibosh on the North Korea talks with the u.s. to

improve its position in the US trade talks I don't think so at all that their

trade position is so strong already they don't need to do anything

their trading position there are such a powerful nation that they know it we

know it everyone in the world does it they don't need to do anything like that

whatever manipulation they're doing I don't think they're

doing over trade there there's just an enormous enormous exporter whatever tiny

little bits will be affected by the deal with North Korea are trivial to them all

right so let's get to the US economy in the midterm so here's the delay the land

GDP growth has been improving for seven straight quarters it's been talking

about a four percent growth rate wages are up three percent year-over-year but

we've seen been mortgage rates rising at a pace not seen in nearly 50 years that

30-year rate is climbing toward five percent what should what is your take on

the housing market if home values have gone up the median average now is around

two seventy two sixty two sixty K accordingly and national retailer

Realtors Association what will the housing market be a

problem for the Republicans chances in the midterms I don't think so at all the

housing prices are still a good deal for most people in most parts of country

there are bubbles there's a bubble in Manhattan there's a bubble in Seattle is

a bubble in San Francisco there's a bubble certainly in my neighborhood

Beverly Hills but by and large buying a house is an incredibly good deal in many

many different ways and the reason that interest rates are going up so fast is

that they're so kept so very low artificially for such a long time it

makes total sense for them to go up and to go up by quite a bit and I don't

think 5% is going to be a ceiling that they go up to theirs they should be much

higher than that there's just that they've been suppressed by Federal

Reserve policy that federal the Federal Reserve gloves and clamps are coming off

they'll rise to a certain level and then if they're too high then they'll go down

but there's nothing that said to me that says that we're anywhere near the end of

the housing boom and even if it hasn't when were to taper off it could taper

off quite a bit and we still wouldn't have a housing bust there's not gonna be

anything like Lehman Brothers where demons simply stop lending and

everything I'll stop lending okay Ben Stein great to see you thanks thank you

so much for coming in always great to see you thank you very much good more as

a weekend okay let's get to this story a Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein

pleaded not guilty to multiple charges of rape and and other churches as well

what do his accusers have to say you're gonna find out and to this story

President Obama jokingly bragging about no scandals happening on his watch well

we counted nearly two dozen that's coming up next

to what the president is calling the Spygate scandal now Republicans devan

newness and trey gowdy they were upset after that briefing yesterday they

reportedly did not receive the documents they requested about they were FBI

informant who spoke with several Trump campaign advisers during the election

this has Democrats now slammed Trump and Republicans were calling the informant a

spy saying this informant was merely a confidential source was not inside the

Trump campaign and was focused solely on Russian hacking of Clinton emails all

this and and Democrat emails as well all this as former President Obama jokingly

bragged about his administration at a conference in Las Vegas Wednesday saying

no scandals happen on his watch well we counted a few nearly twenty actually

here they are the Iranian deal with Russia IRS targeting of conservative

nonprofits Benghazi fess and furious V a waiting list swapping Bowe Bergdahl for

five Gitmo detainees the Clinton Foundation a State Department

pay-to-play scandal the list goes on and on and we count on another and it tops

the list that use of the informant reportedly on the Trump 2016 campaign

let's bring back the panel Denis Burrell Ian Ayre chipper Eric you know Democrats

are trying to shut this down saying there was no spy this person was merely

an informant the question is if that person was paid it's not just a

confidential source it is a spy right or an informant well it's an informant and

what we don't know and what we should know is to what extent and what was the

scope of this person's mandate and you know it's one thing to be investigating

the Russia side but we don't know whether there was some other mandate and

we should know and that's really what this is about because it's not about

whether he worked inside the Trump campaign you can be a spy and be remote

I mean come on so what are the details and it's really about the details to

determine whether there was something going on more so and when you couple

that with the Obama assertion that he never had a scandal I mean Iran

and you know the the gun-running in Mexico it's it really causes you to have

to say how can he think that what is going on in his head I mean he this is

an intelligent guy to some level he can read the paper he can read the news and

should just ignore that makes no sense yeah it's Eric's point this informant we

don't know if it went all the way to the top to Obama if the President President

Obama was getting information remember I'm asking of names all of that

that is that one on yeah this informant was on the payroll for other work for

the US government sir turns if it turns out he was getting paid to me then he's

much more than a confidential source says he's being talked about yeah spwhy

Liz this was a spy because the Trump campaign was not aware of this they were

gathering information they unbeknownst to them and for former President Obama

to make a comment get ready for more propaganda from the Obamas because they

had this huge deal with Netflix now so who knows what they'll be putting out to

the public but this is outrageous and all Americans should be focused on this

and they should debate you know what people are so angry about this safe

right that's rotten to the core now whether they agree or disagree about a

deep state there were some individuals who are putting political bias into

their jobs and Eric here's the story that's coming out now breaking news more

undisclosed emails between FBI officials Peter struck and Lisa Paige again

they're accused of bias against President Trump the FBI eric has agreed

to release you to just Judicial Watch 13 thousand pages of undisclosed

never-before-seen emails but you know what here's the thing Eric looks like

they're gonna be slow walks with the release over the course of two years

your reaction to that well why I mean that's really the question why and what

are they trying to hide if they are and to the extent that

everything is exculpatory and there's no issue and there's no problem why would

they not want to roll it out quickly and get it behind them and in the rule of

crisis management is if you know you have nothing to hide get it out put it

out there so that raises a lot of questions and those kinds of move

are what hurts credibility and credibility is at issue here whether

it's over the spying side or whether it's over this that's what they need to

deal with and that's why I think so many patriotic Americans are beginning to

really wonder what's up there they're really becoming skeptical because the

facts just are continuing to line up in a way that isn't beneficial certainly to

the agency Eric and Janine we're putting you to work this moral Day weekend

you're gonna be back again after the break we're not letting you go just yet

great stuff you guys thanks so much president from signing executive orders

to streamline and reduce government waste and to fire people who are

slackers remember we brought you that story 175 million dollars spent on

federal workers doing full-time union work I call it Castro slackers in this

story disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein surrendering today to

New York City police charged with rape and other sex crimes have got the latest

on that next let's get to this news broke earlier today President Trump

trying to drain the swamp he signed three new executive orders to reform the

federal work force one of them would make it easier to fire federal

government slackers my panel is back to react what do you think of this one

Janeane well what do you know is this new and novel or what listen where I

come from corporate America if you didn't do your job and you didn't

perform and there weren't results you were out the door so what the president

is doing is reining in government going while and he said he was going to clean

up Washington and that's what he's doing making it easier to fire people who were

not being productive why would a productive person want to be productive

if they see Joe Schmo not being productive so I think it's great you

know thousands of federal workers don't do the job that taxpayer sent them to do

in Washington Eric they get paid to do full-time work on a union duties like

collective bargaining a hundred and seventy five million bucks they're spent

by taxpayers on those workers the president wants to look at those Union

federal union contracts and what those contracts entail what do you make of

this part story I love it I love it because what

you have are federal employees that essentially are able to work on Union

duties pretty much the majority of their workday and that's been okay that's been

allowed why we the taxpayers are allowing them to benefit some

organization that really is there to protect them so what Donald Trump is

doing is he's bringing accountability I have many different companies Liz and

you've got to be accountable to stay there and to work there and to perform

he's bringing accountability to whether it's in this situation with the unions

or to ensure that you can fire people that's what's gonna make our government

work effectively and actually take out the costs where taxpayers are not gonna

have to spend money and have it go up in flames and eviscerate their their

hard-working dollars and I love it I really think it's great less I check

their 8080 federal government unions okay let's turn to this story Hollywood

producer Harvey Weinstein pleading not guilty today to first and third-degree

rape and committing a criminal sex act after being arrested for the alleged

assault of two women Weinstein's behavior kicking off

the Miche movement that brought down Hollywood and media personalities alike

we're talking Matt Lauer Charlie Rose the chef mario batali and louis c.k to

name a few and also gave voice to actresses that accused Weinstein who

said they were not being believed and their stories were not being heard

Danine your reaction to his arrest well yeah I do think well the the arrest is

was a long time coming I believe there are a lot of accusations coming out

against him overseas as well so it's not just the United States but the movement

has allowed the doors to be opened for women to come forward because they were

afraid of being retaliated but it's unfortunate that it took this long

because there were so many other women who could have not been in a situation

like final word you got 10 seconds I'm sorry my friend look I think it's

there's justice for women from coast to coast from around the world and they're

finally having some kind of recompense finally someone who would ran

amok is paying the price okay Eric and Janine I think your let go for the

weekend you did your dude huh you worked hard thank you so much for coming up

thank you guys great time joy that growing revolt in California against the

state sanitary law another new city now saying it will join the Trump lawsuit

against that policy the details next to the growing revolt in California against

the state's sanctuary law it just went to another level

Carlsbad now voting to join the Trump lawsuit against California's sanctuary

policies more than 50 cities and numerous counties now an open revolt

they don't like that law at all they say it turns their cities and towns into

Magnus for criminal illegals including violent gang members like ms-13 and look

at this breaking news a new poll from Harvard University in Harris shows a

majority of Americans do agree with President Trump's comments

characterizing members of the ms-13 gang as quote animals 56% say it's fair to

call them that let's take it up with California GOP gubernatorial candidate

look who's here John Cox who the president now endorses great to have you

on sir what do you make of the poly what do you make of that poll in the revolt

in California well nobody wants to live next to ms-13 members have you read the

stories about what these people do to young girls and they threaten you know

young people to try to get them to be part of this gang they're basically

terrorists and they're living in our communities and the sanctuary you know

state law that Gavin Newsom and Jerry Brown cooked up says that if you get a

ms-13 member and a lock-up you can't let ice know and get him the

heck out of the country I mean that's ridiculous you know the Democrats I've

been in debates with Gavin Newsome where he sits there and says oh it's all about

immigration and racism no it's not it's about criminals it's about evil people

animals I agree with the president like these gang members who chop people up

and do horrible things to communities and

I want them out of this state and I want them out of the country and when I'm

governor one of the first things I'll do is get rid of the sanctuary State yes

sir the Border Patrol guys are saying listen

they don't just kill they torture so that's why they support what the

president said about you know calling them animals Nancy Pelosi says it's

dehumanizing them to your point the meat he's saying this isn't attacking

immigrants what is your take on Nancy Pelosi's comment there well yeah listen

I don't know what she's trying to do there I mean maybe it's her wine and

she's constituency up in San Francisco the elitist

you know I'm proud of what the president's doing I'm also proud that

he's endorsed me to be the next governor of this state because he knows that I

will work with him on getting the border wall built on ending sanctuary state and

frankly on lowering taxes and turning the state around and the wine and cheese

brigade that that Nancy Pelosi appeals to is a definite tiny piece of this

state this state Elizabeth you know it this is composed of working people who

are having a really tough go of it under the constant pressure that's put on by

the gas tax by the yeah incredible spending the cost of living the

sacramental and to your point I mean even the normal Schwarzenegger couldn't

deal with sacrament it was tough to get things done to your point immigrants who

stood in line and got in here the right way and minority say they don't like

they don't like the sanctuary policies they think it's wrong and so what is

this what about the storyline that Democrats want illegal immigrants in the

state to in order to get their votes can you explain that I don't understand that

at all I mean obviously they've issued driver's licenses to undocumented people

but I talked to a immigrant doctor today who who made a nice contribution and he

told me he said I am a hundred percent behind you because he and his family

waited in line and they became legal immigrants and they're offended that

Gavin Newsom and Jerry Brown are passing the sanctuary state law and harboring

people that are criminals John Cox thank you so much for coming on so great to

see you thanks Elizabeth preciate it we're gonna

be right back don't go away

you

talking about the security of the world and essentially the denuclearization on

the Korean Peninsula and the president clearly showing that his handling of

this seems like well we'll see what happens but really there is certainly a

very determined strategy behind it you do see pay attention to South Korea

they are indicating their confidence in the process is playing out in Brett

Villa Kovich on hannity here having this to say sort of talks specifically to

that take a listen if we've learned anything in the last 24 hours is that

the president's chess move works I mean look if this was the same administration

that worked the Iran deal we'd be begging and pleading for them to come to

the negotiation table over and over again just to get them to sign some

paper you know that's that's a weak deal on the end and so what we're seeing here

is a very significant event that is playing out on the world stage and I

think the president in the end did the right thing here when you listen to the

president's tone you can tell he wants this meeting to happen but listening to

Brett there when it comes to diplomacy these these things take time and is

always a delicate balance what I will say is communication is the most

important part of these negotiations because right now kim jonghwan and

president trump aren't talking on the phone they're talking through each

other's media outlets so if the president's having his team out there

talking about what's going on the vice president and john bolton for example

and they do mention it being like the Libya operation you've got to be careful

about them because kim jeong-hoon he is listening what you remember from Libya

is that Gaddafi was killed so you understand where North Korea they're

saying we don't want that to happen to us here so you got to make sure everyone

is on the same page when they are out there communicating their message that

they're all on board absolutely and you've got to stand from

when North Korea puts out a foolish statement like they did trying to play

the old games they have Trump puts out a letter and says we're out we're done you

know my call me if you want to and and a lot of

pundits can't ignore that the the bravado they jump at that and say

there's no strategy here there's a lot happening behind the scenes as grip as

you mentioned is you a B he's got a great team they're focused on this

they're clear-eyed about Kim jong-un and what he wants and they know how tough

it's gonna be it's not you know one's preemptively giving anyone the Nobel

Peace Prize we get this is gonna be a tough long process but let it play out

yeah and I wanted hope for success of course let me also get you the other

story revelations that an FBI informant possibly in cert it into the Trump

campaign in 2016 and of course former CIA director John Brennan has been very

vocal on this and attacking the president let me play this for you and

give you a little context I think is very typical of mr. Trump to

mischaracterize he's a master of mischaracterization and dishonesty to

label someone as a spy when they're a confidential human source I think is

doing a disservice to these individuals but also to the FBI

but again this is something that mr. Trump is as you said masterful out in

terms of twisting the truth in order to support his narrative

waitwait twisting from the guy who's twisting away I mean call what you want

informant source what do you need what's the word he uses all the time

confidential human source that may be the technical term just a spot how about

spot the president calls it spied is why didn't think that we were doing this for

your own good so we put someone into the campaign to contact your people to probe

the men Russia then we didn't tell you about it even though it was for your

defense I mean that is the definition of espionage call it what you want but now

that they're caught with their hand in the cookie jar they're they're making up

explanations they're counter accusing they're nitpicking and they're using

verbage language to say what is fine it was a confidential human source you know

I'm just frustrating I think for a lot of people with John Brennan he used to

run the CIA is how political he has become because these are positions when

you run the CIA when you run they have FBI it is supposed to be a nonpartisan

job there is the utmost respect for whoever runs those ordered those those

groups and here he is from day one he has been against President Draghi as

he's called him a number of different things

and I think it just got to be careful in that role that the American people at

certain point don't want to get political well here's what matters and

that is that we are now going to find out because we're talking about a covert

operation to gather information now whatever you call that we are going to

hear from many of the people at the FBI including pay attention to this bring a

bill priest step that he was the head of the counterintelligence at the FBI may

still be he hasn't been fired I'm not sure what he does there but we've

learned from a House committee the judiciary and an oversight committee

congressman Gowdy and Goodlatte are going to interview priests having a few

other officials and go back to these our origins and say what was this informant

pay attention that's going to tell us a lot yes all right a lot going on this

one I wanted race where the headline said we are following closely this

morning a teacher is being hailed a hero for tackling a school shooter inside an

Indiana classroom saving countless lives this is jason semen reportedly shot

three times as he swatted the firearm out of the gunman's hand and Noblesville

west middle school watch this I'm really grateful for him to be there

because without him I'm not sure if it all of a sudden made it a bullet

striking thirteen-year-old Ella Whistler seen right there just moments before

Siemens fearless takedown in a seventh grade science from the teen luckily is

in stable condition the 29 year old teacher he is recovering and is said to

be in good condition seaman a husband a father of two also coaches football at

that school the unidentified gunman is in custody the motive still remains

unclear also this disgraced Hollywood producer

Harvey Weinstein out on bail Weinstein posting 1 million dollars after turning

himself in to police he is being charged with rape and sexual abuse he now must

wear a GPS device wherever he goes dozens of women have accused him of

sexual crimes Weinstein denies those accusation but he now faces more than 37

years in prison he must decide by Wednesday whether he will testify and

president drunk keeping yet another campaign promise listen to this we need

to drain the swamp and we're going to do it and we are doing drain the swamp

the commander-in-chief signing three orders rolling back civil service

protections making it easier to fire poor performing federal workers White

House officials say the president is honoring its pledge to cut red tape and

promote a more efficient government Pete it's very excited about that story and

we can assure you our outdoor barbeque fest is not doing this the Washington

Post suggesting that Americans grill up carrots with a bun wrapped around at

this holiday weekend instead of course of the usual hotdogs they call it a

plant-based alternative what in the devil's name is this portobello

mushrooms where's the steak well there's no steak that's a healthier option it's

organically grown all right so what do you think about a grilled hot dogs

shaped of carrots email us friends at foxnews.com or let us know on Facebook

and Twitter I can only imagine penis responses well I can imagine all of your

response I mean you're going you show up at a barbecue for Memorial Day weekend

and someone throws a carrot in between lawns and then says no this is yummy er

yeah I just love the logic of the Washington of our producer Stephanie who

assumed since I'm from DC the aka the swamp I would like carrot hot dogs it

depends on what it's marinated in know I'm a meat girl I'm from Utah I'm from

the Wild West you always take meat between a bond before you put a

vegetable between it there's a rule yes let us know friends at foxnews.com what

else could you put between the buns as a healthy yeah and let us know if Pete

should eat a hot dog with the carrot I think you should try it just to see them

do it well speaking of telling you what you can put into your mouth and how you

should eat and what you can what you can can and cannot do nanny-state Michael

Bloomberg former mayor of this city right here I had a few things to say

talking about why poor people need to be taxed listen to this

some people say well taxes are regressive that's the good thing about

them because the problem is in people that don't have a lot of money and so

higher taxes we should have a bigger impact on their behavior and how they

deal with themselves well we want the poor to live longer so they can get an

education and enjoy life if you raise taxes on full Sicari drinks for example

they will drink less and there's just no question that fills sugared drinks and

one of the major contributors to obesity and obesity is one of the major

contributors to heart disease and cancer and a variety of other things he's right

about the obesity and the challenges this country faces but people don't want

to be told what they can and cannot do and people also don't want to be told

their taxes are gonna be raised No didn't this start for our youth young

people have too much access to these you know seventy six ounce 72 ounce sugary

big gulps and so we don't want children to have too much sugar but he's just

labeling it poor people I think he missed it he somehow jumped from

children to all poor Moodle because I'm a billionaire he did but he also exposed

what what they actually what do they actually think how left the left thinks

about you you're too dumb to make a decision for yourself ultimately no

really I'm a technic rat I'm an expert I'm a politician I know better this the

research shows that I should tell you to take that sugary drink out of your hand

or you could just as you said at me just let people choose yeah and poor people

are smart too and there's a lot of rich people that are dumb you know I mean

like he does assertions are not beauty about this country that are democracies

people can go to the polls and they can vote yeah you know you can say what you

want to say but ultimately you can make your own decision of what you think the

way for it is mmm-hmm and we will do that all morning long you are suing is

it the nice weather you HOT it's both and I'm hungry and the food's right

there I could barely concentrate I don't think I know what I said for the last 12

minutes the food area come here we've got so much food so much barbecue we

will feed you well the Pentagon is sending hundreds

more natural Guard troops to the border but one union leader says the entire

move it's a waste hmm is it we'll talk to the head of the border and Customs

and Border Protection next Plus this little boy just finished the final days

of school and there was a big surprise a big one waiting for him where to show

you what happens that it's what you call a tease that's coming up later on the

Bret Baier: NOKO NO-GO Trump cancels summit with North Korea - Duration: 16:49.

President Trump is reducing regulations on commercial space companies he signed

a directive today it orders federal agencies to implement recommended

reforms to give more flexibility to companies such as SpaceX and Virgin

Galactic that came along after some of those regulations were put in place some

of the banking regulations imposed after the 20 2008 financial crisis are being

eliminated today the President signed into law a measure loosening the

dodd-frank restrictions the law makes a five-fold increase to 250 billion

dollars in the level of assets at which banks are deemed to pose a major threat

if they fail stocks were down today the Dow lost 75 the S&P 500 fell five and a

half the Nasdaq dropped one and a half a retired Navy SEAL is the latest American

Hero to be awarded the Medal of Honor for leading his team on a daring rescue

mission against all odds but not everyone is convinced the right

decisions were made that day national security correspondent Jennifer Griffin

has tonight's story from the Pentagon sixteen years after the ill-fated

mission that left seven US service members dead Navy SEAL Brits lubinski

received the Medal of Honor the nation's highest award for valor they would face

freezing temperatures and bitter winds at the highest altitude of battle in the

history of the American military this was the highest point will we ever

fought it was six months after 9/11 10,000 feet high on a mountaintop in

Afghanistan teammates alive I know that he is

in enemy territory the controversial mission led to fierce debates within the

Special Operations community about whether they ever should have landed on

the mountain breaking protocol by landing on the objective or X and

whether they inadvertently left a fallen comrade behind we landed on top of the

mountain you know my helicopter took rocket-propelled grenade fire right away

why did you have to land on the X didn't you break protocol by landing on the X I

was told I needed to be in position by sunup and that's that's what I did

Petty Officer Neil Roberts fell out the back of the helicopter into the snow the

army Chinook crash landed four miles away slow Ben ski ordered his team back

up the mountain to rescue Roberts who survived the fall stand up I said eyes

on me eyes on me we had to go right back up to the same spot as soon as they

landed to rescue Roberts Air Force tech sergeant John Chapman whose job was to

call in air strikes was hit John goes down he's right next to me and I could

feel the bullets from that going through my clothes as team leader he decides to

pull back thinking Chapman is dead crawled over the top of John looking for

some some sign of life on them and I didn't get any no no movement no sound

or anything from him new evidence suggests he may not have been there's

been criticism that you left him behind I can tell you I didn't we left no one

behind no one right the what I saw what I experienced I know that clearly

but we didn't leave anyone behind up there at the Pentagon Jennifer Griffin

Fox News up next we take you to the us-mexico border for a ride with the

first woman to lead the Border Patrol their first beyond our borders tonight

Russia is once again denying involvement in the downing of a Malaysia Airlines

jet in 2014 Dutch investigators say they have

evidence a specific Russian anti-aircraft missile Brigade brought

down that plane over eastern Ukraine killing all 298 people aboard late today

the US State Department said it has complete confidence in the Dutch report

voters in Ireland will decide Friday on a referendum to repeal the country's

strict anti-abortion law it would allow the procedure during the first 12 weeks

of pregnancy the traditionally Roman Catholic country surprised many in 2015

by approving a measure in favour of same-sex marriage monitors in the Middle

East say airstrikes overnight killed at least 12 pro-government fighters in

eastern Syria state-run media blamed the us-led coalition fighting Isis the

Pentagon says it has no information to substantiate that report just some of

the other stories beyond our borders tonight we'll be right back

Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein is expected to surrender to authorities

tomorrow to face charges involving at least one of the women who have accused

him of sexual assault it would be the first criminal case against Weinstein to

come out of the barrage of sexual abuse allegations from scores of women those

allegations destroyed his career and set off a national reckoning that brought

down other powerful men and what has become known as the me2 movement the

subject of illegal immigration is a big one here in Texas tonight we look at how

the president's border strategy is playing in the Rio Grande Valley

national correspondent William la jeunesse is there tonight just after

takeoff the calls pour in agents need help tracking four separate groups

you see how they all run in different that puts them at a great risk if we

miss one of these end of they're stranded out

karla Provos is the first woman to head the Border Patrol the Rio Grande Valley

is definitely our busiest area along the border down 2000 agents nationwide

Provost welcomes help from the National Guard over the last few years our

attrition has been outpacing our hiring so this is a good stopgap measure having

the guard here she wants eight National Guard helicopters here and more

Guardsmen monitoring cameras and they're operating with our cameras and our

technology bringing their own sensors to bear and doing it in the same way that

we do on the border those cameras caught this group of Central Americans crossing

the Rio Grande we're averaging above daily average it really is takes up a

lot of our manpower according to CBP 80% of those

apprehended in South Texas are Central Americans most seeking asylum

Nina Vanga in mendez is going to try to see what he can do to stay in state

agents say the problem is they're so focused on processing families and

unaccompanied minors vast areas are left unprotected that the 86 individuals were

illegal aliens four of which were unaccompanied children police and border

agents stopped this semi crammed with immigrants who poked a hole in the roof

to escape as long as they're gonna make money off of human smuggling off of drug

smuggling they're gonna keep doing it catching illegal immigrants is one thing

releasing them officials say is a much bigger problem President Trump has vowed

but so far failed to solve right William la jeunesse along the Rio Grande William

thanks President Trump has granted a rare posthumous pardon to boxing's first

black heavyweight champion the move clears Jack Johnson's name more than 100

years after what many see as his racially charged conviction for

transporting his white girlfriend across state lines

the president was joined by boxer Lennox Lewis and actor Sylvester Stallone who

has drawn awareness to Johnson's cause Johnson was found guilty by an all-white

jury in 1913 and served 10 months in prison Johnson died in 1946

in Washington the brain trusts in the Republican and Democrat parties are busy

planning their strategies for the midterm elections in November

tonight correspondent Peter Doocy on Capitol Hill looks at those messages the

parties are trying to convey the roadmap that's proven successful for Republicans

and Senate primaries so far trash-talked the incumbent Democrat for not helping

President Trump the walls being built what the hell is a senator who will work

with President Trump Ohio expect to see GOP candidates everywhere start touting

tax reform regulatory roll backs and the flood of conservative judges two

courtrooms if you look at the Supreme Court nomination our judges right now

are filling the the federal courts making good decisions based on the

Constitution not trying to be activist judges the 2018 strategy for some Senate

hopefuls also mimics Trump's anti-establishment approach just look at

Josh Holley trying to unseat Democratic Senator Claire McCaskill in Missouri

they're furious that DC has feathered its own nests that people like Claire

McCaskill have voted in ways that benefit them and their special interest

donors but Democrats don't think Republicans can claim the outside the

beltway approach anymore after what they call controversies involving leaders of

the EPA HUD and OMB President Trump has become the swamp their plan to win

control of Congress is called a better deal and tries to diminish the crown

jewel of the Republican resume tax reform now the rising gas prices will is

one economist put it roughly cancel out the 2018 consumption boost from tax cuts

the president's name is also being used to try to motivate base voters the best

thing we can do to stop the the worst part about the Trump

agenda is to win the 2018 elections but in States Trump just won Democrats can't

all run against him which means the party isn't totally united in West

Virginia people like Donald Trump and like Joe Manchin

and you know what we can work very well together that goes to show you as

strategies are being crafted even the lawmakers considered the most vulnerable

are not all on board with the messages their national leaders are spending

hundreds of millions of dollars to promote Brett producing on the hill

tonight Peter thanks president Trump cancels the Kim Jungman summit and

Singapore will get reaction on that big event from the panel when we come back

I've decided to terminate the plan summit in Singapore on June 12th I

believe that this is a tremendous setback for North Korea and indeed a

setback for the world hopefully positive things will be taking place with respect

to the future of North Korea but if they don't we are more ready than we have

ever been before the art of diplomacy is a lot harder than the art of the deal

I think it's a good thing for Kim jong-un when he got this letter from the

president saying okay never mind he must be having a giggle fit in this very

chummy palsy-walsy letter it came to Kim Jong he came genuine is the big winner

minority leader in the House Nancy Pelosi referencing this letter that

actually was tweeted out by the President himself

in which the first announcement is made that the Singapore summit is not going

forward among the outreach though is a future line in here if you change your

mind having to do with this most important summit please do not hesitate

to call me or write the world and North Korea in particular has lost a great

opportunity for lasting peace and great prosperity and wealth this missed

opportunity is a truly sad moment in history with that let's bring in our

panel from Washington Tom Rogan commentary writer for the

Washington Examiner Amy Walter national editor for the cook Political Report and

Molly Hemingway senior editor at The Federalist Tom your thoughts on how it

all came down today well I think the basic point here is that President Trump

is leaving clearly opening to towards continuing this summit on June 12th as

had previously been arranged and I think actually in my impression that is what

will happen and what I think you see coming behind the scenes here is a

pressure calculation on the part of the Chinese to see how far they can push

president Trump I think this cancellation was directed at Beijing as

much as it was at Pyongyang but also on the secondary part Kim jong-un

recognizing that the symbolism of his attending the summit is as complicated

as some of the concessions that he might be expected to make but I still think

ultimately this we'll go ahead on June 12th well to that

point Fox News Alert here according to Reuters just within the past few seconds

North Korea says Trump's decision to scrap u.s. North Korea summit is not in

line with the world's wishes and North Korea saying it is willing to resolve

issues with the US according to state-run media this develops you know

by the day by the hour malee yeah I think this is disappointing

news but not completely surprising particularly in the last couple of weeks

where you were seeing that North Korea and the US were really pretty far apart

North Korea was proposing something more along the lines of what we've seen in

past decades where they have an aspirational pledge that they will

eventually denuclearize and the u.s. was saying that's not going to work anymore

we want it up front we want accountability we want a clear timeline

so they were far apart and we'd heard that communications had really broken

down but I agree with Tom you know this is not the end of the line this is part

of the negotiation process and so what's what will be interesting and what's

interesting about this Reuters report is I think people were careful to see

whether North Korea would say we do want to make this happen and we're willing to

work toward it or if they would respond with their old pattern of nuclear

missile tests and other belligerent attitudes so but it's a long ballgame

still yeah Amy I mean we're now getting it officially from the South Koreans

Yonhap that North Korea is willing to talk with the United States anytime in

response to this decision to pull out of the plan summit saying that they want to

resolve the issues so I guess you know you heard Senator McConnell earlier say

the next step is North Korea's and it seems like this is it taking that step

yeah this is what's give me what I'm fascinated to watch is the way in which

Americans are reacting to this take take away just sort of the back-and-forth

here in Washington but in in polling what we've seen in the last couple of

weeks is that across the board this is Republicans Democrats and independents

we're giving the idea of a sit down between the president and Kim jong-un

high marks they liked this idea and in fact in the last CNN poll the

president's handling of Korea was the thing that people saw as the most

positive thing he was doing he got his highest marks on this

so I think overall what the American public is saying is we kind of like this

idea we don't really know where it's going we've never seen anything like

this before but let's try it what happens though if this does go wildly

off track or if the summit never happens or if there's more sable sabre-rattling

from North Korea or South Korea does something and we kind of if there is a

continuing sort of chaos does that then ultimately impact the way that voters

not just see the president but ultimately the way that he's able to

handle any other foreign policy or any other foreign policy crisis right Tom

quickly wrap this up yeah look again I think the North Koreans know that they

have an interest in at least sitting down at the summit Beijing wants that

they want to see if Trump is malleable the letter suggested he is not I think

it goes ahead and I think ultimately that message that we've just seen there

is the North that is as nice as it gets from the North Koreans so you know of

course for optimism that's a love letter and right panel thank you next up

intelligence officials briefed lawmakers on the investigation into the Trump

campaign and whether there was an informant a spy in the team we'll break

that down next

Pres Trump Drops NASTY Surprise on Meghan Markle As He Prepares to Meet With Queen - Duration: 11:10.

Pres Trump Drops NASTY Surprise on Meghan Markle

As He Prepares to Meet With Queen

Meghan Markle is in full panic mode right now after Queen Elizabeth invited President

Donald Trump to come have tea with her at Buckingham Palace.

Mad World News reported that Meghan has bashed Trump numerous times in public, most infamously

during a 2016 interview with Larry Wilmore.

When asked how Trump's momentum in the election could be slowed down, Meghan held nothing

back with her response.

"It's really the moment that I go, we film Suits in Toronto and I might just stay

in Canada," Markle replied.

"I mean come on, if that's reality we are talking about, come on, that is a game

changer in terms of how we move in the world here."

"Yes of course Trump is divisive.

Think about just female voters alone," she continued.

"I think it was in 2012, the Republican Party lost the female vote by 12 points.

That's a huge number and with as misogynistic as Trump is and so vocal about it, that's

a huge chunk of it.

You're not just voting for a woman if it's Hillary because she's a woman, but certainly

because Trump has made it easy to see that you don't really want that kind of world

that he's painting."

This interview has since come back to haunt Meghan, as the British royal family is supposed

to stay politically neutral.

That's why things could get very awkward when Trump heads to the U.K. in July and has

dinner with the Queen.

Meghan likely begged her grandmother-in-law to refuse to meet with Trump to spare her

this awkwardness, but the Queen wasn't having any of it.

We applaud Queen Elizabeth for defying Meghan and agreeing to meet with Trump!
