Trump news on Youtube Nov 17 2017

The top nuclear envoys of South Korea and the United States met on Jeju Island earlier

on Friday... to further discuss ways to jointly tackle the North Korea nuclear issue.

They had much to consider, such President Trump's trip to South Korea, the recent lack

of provocative behavior from Pyongyang, and China sending a special envoy to the regime.

Kwon Jang-ho has the details.

It's been less than a month since their last meeting in October, but the South Korean and

U.S. nuclear envoys met again Friday on Jeju Island, with several new developments to go

over.

The meeting lasted 70 minutes, during which they discussed President Donald Trump's recent

trip to South Korea and other Asian countries.

Speaking to reporters after the meeting, the South Korean envoy Lee Do-hoon said that that

both Trump and President Moon Jae-in had agreed on the need to solve the North Korea nuclear

situation through diplomatic and peaceful means, and that continued sanctions and pressure

are needed to try and draw Pyongyang to the negotiation table.

Yun also agreed that "the pressure campaign had to be the central element," and that they

are working with countries like China, Russia, Japan and the EU, to achieve "meaningful and

credible dialogue" with the regime.

The two also talked about North Korea's recent lull in nuclear and missile activities for

the past two months.

They welcomed the hiatus, but explained that there had so far been no communication from

Pyongyang, and that unless North Korea declares that it has stopped the provocations in order

to open talks, then it cannot be interpreted as either a positive or negative sign.

Reporters also asked them about the significance of Beijing sending a special envoy to North

Korea on Friday.

It was announced this week that Song Tao, the head of Beijing's International Department,

was heading to Pyongyang to report on the outcomes of China's recent party congress.

But also coming after President Trump's visit to Beijing, there is some speculation that

China could also be urging North Korea to consider holding talks.

Lee remarked that the meeting could have "very significant meaning considering the timing,"

while Yun added that "China has a big role to play on Northeast Asia security issues"

and that he hoped the special envoy "will forward the goal" towards denuclearization.

The two said they will keep a close eye on that meeting and will try to convene again

as soon as possible to analyze it further.

Trump Skips Out on "Fancy Lunch" in Order to Sit Down and Eat With the Troops - Duration: 3:23.

Trump

Skips Out on Fancy Lunch in Order to Sit Down and Eat With the Troops.

BY KIM SMITH.

President Donald Trump chose to forgo a fancy lunch on Tuesday so he could sit down and

enjoy a meal with U.S. and South Korean troops.

Trump and South Korean President Moon Jae-in joined 108 servicemen and women, including

over a dozen South Koreans, for Taco Tuesday at Camp Humphreys during his visit to South

Korea, according to Stars and Stripes.

I had a choice of having a beautiful, very fancy lunch and I said no, I want to eat with

the troops and we ate with the troops, Trump said, according to a statement from

the White House.

Pvt.

Merion Holmes, 21, of Georgetown, South Carolina, said he was honored to see Trump.

He said hed rather eat with the troops than at a fancy restaurant, Holmes told

Stars and Stripes after the meal.

It made me feel like he cared.

Before the meal, Sgt.

Jerrell Knight of Atlanta said he was nervous when he found out he would be seated next

to the president.

I get to meet my commander in chief, my boss.

Its pretty overwhelming to be right next to the president, Knight said, as reported

by Stars and Stripes.

Knight said the president spoke about the U.S.-South Korean alliance and the need for

a solution to the North Korean problem.

He said Trump thanked him for his service and shook his hand.

In a video posted to Twitter, the president told the troops he was honored to be with

them.

Trump reportedly had to decide where to eat: with the troops or while visiting the DMZ.

A senior administration official told reporters Tuesday that there wasnt enough time to

visit both Camp Humphreys and the DMZ.

He said it made sense for Trump to visit the DMZ since no U.S. president has ever visited

there before, the U.K. Guardian reported.

U.S. Defense Secretary Jim Mattis visited the DMZ last week and Vice President Mike

Pence and Secretary of State Rex Tillerson have also recently visited the area.

Its becoming a little bit of a clich, frankly.

And thats why hes going to be down at Humphreys, the official said, as reported

by the Guardian.

Trumps decision to skip out on a fancy lunch and eat with troops says a lot about

his character.

We can only wonder if former President Barack Obama would have made a similar choice.

Please like and share this story on Facebook and Twitter to spread the word about how President

Trump chose to eat lunch with troops while he was visiting South Korea.

N. Korea, Trump and Beijing's special envoy discussed in latest S. Korea-U.S. nuclear envoy meeting - Duration: 2:20.

Our top story is the meeting between Seoul and Washington's top nuke envoys in the nation's

southernmost island.

Further discussions were held on ways to jointly deal with Pyongyang's threats..

A lot was covered including Trump's visit..., the lack of provocation from the rogue state...,

and China sending a special delegate to the regime.

PARTY'S OVER Shocking New Poll Reveals The End For Dems And PROVES America Follows Trump - Duration: 3:21.

PARTYS OVER: Shocking New Poll Reveals The End For Dems And PROVES America Follows

Trump.

By Alex Santana.

You can only hide the truth for so long.

You can dress it up, disguise it, or even manipulate the content completely, but eventually

people find their way to the facts.

Even in the absence of evidence, Americans have a keen intuition when it comes to deception,

and the lefts classic tricks have now grown painfully stale.

According to a poll released Tuesday, the Democratic Party has dropped to the lowest

approval rating in more than twenty-five years of polling.

The report shows over 54% of Americans are furious with the Dems, matching the lowest

numbers from polls by CNN/ORC and CNN/USA Today/Gallup dating back to 1992.

In addition, only 37% of Americans view the Democratic Party favorably.

This includes nonwhites, who only gave a 48% positive rating, and people under 35, who

gave an even lower rating of 33%.

This is crippling news for the DNC, who rely heavily on both these constituent groups.

The numbers only add to former interim Democratic National Committee chairwoman Donna Braziles

reasons for blaming the partys financial problems on former President Barack Obama.

Brazile also wrote in a Thursday column on Politico that Obama wasnt alone, pointing

the finger at Dem Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz.

Brazile lambasted the two for forfeiting complete control of the party to Hillary Clintons

presidential campaign over a year before Clinton had even secured the nomination.

If the fight had been fair, one campaign would not have control of the party before

the voters had decided which one they wanted to lead, Brazile wrote Thursday.

This was not a criminal act, but as I saw it, it compromised the partys integrity.

This kind of betrayal and infighting is exactly why the Dems are done for.

While President Trump maintains his mission for safety and success, the swamp is fighting

over who will sink first.

When you have a leader who inspires faith and courage, it becomes much easier to do

the right thing.

Americans did exactly that with these incredible poll results.

If citizens continue to band together for the greater good, President Trump will have

everything he needs to succeed.

If youre proud to be an American today, SHARE this incredible victory with

the world!

Two New Faces Defy Michelle Obama, Youngest Black Republicans Elected in Blue State.

BY CILLIAN ZEAL.

Tyrell Brown and Ed Ford Jr. are thought to be the two youngest black Republicans elected

to public office in deep blue Connecticut. And theyre going to drive Michelle Obama

crazy.

Michelle, you might remember, thinks that the Republicans are the party of old, white

men. She dropped this particular piece of race-baiting nastiness last month at the Pennsylvania

Conference for Women.

On one side of the room, its literally gray and white. Literally, thats the color

palette on one side of the room, the former first lady said, according to The Washington

Post.

On the other side of the room, there are yellows and blues and whites and greens. Physically,

theres a difference in color, in the tone. Because one side: all men, all white. On the

other side: some women, some people of color.

And whenever I was sitting, I would always have a guest in that booth, and I was always

the most embarrassed at the beginning when people would see that, because Id say that,

is it just me, am I looking at how governance works?

Well, Mrs. Obama, why not ask Mr. Brown and Mr. Ford? According to WTNH-TV, theyre

part of the color palette on one side of the room. And theyre neither pale nor

senescent.

The two 20-year-olds, both juniors in college, first met each other playing touch football

and were president and vice president of student government their senior year in high school.

On Tuesday, both were elected to positions in the town of Middletown Ford to the

school board, Brown to the Middletown Planning and Zoning Commission. According to WTNH,

they are believed to be the youngest black Republicans ever elected in the Nutmeg State.

When the results came in I was absolutely euphoric, Ford, a psychology major at Central

Connecticut State University, said.

Brown, a business major at Southern Connecticut State, was more pragmatic in his celebration:

When I found out I won, I said OK, time to get to work.

They also noted that they definitely get it from family for being Republicans. I definitely

love Christmas and Thanksgiving at my house because it always gets interesting, Brown

said with a chuckle.

However, it doesnt sound like they regret a bit of it.

If you have the will to do it, if you have the passion

to do it, go do it now, Ford said.

So, sorry, Michelle. Share with your social media.

[한국어자막]President Trump Delivers a Speech to the National Assembly - Duration: 34:22.

assembly speaker chung distinguished members of this assembly ladies and

gentlemen thank you for the extraordinary privilege to speak in this

great chamber and to address your people on behalf of the people of the united

states of america in our short time in your country Melania and I have been

awed by its ancient modern wonders and we are deeply moved by the warmth of

your welcome last night President and mrs. moon showed us incredible

hospitality in a beautiful reception at the blue house we had productive

discussions on increasing military cooperation and improving the trade

relationship between our nation's on the principle of fairness and

reciprocity through this entire visit it has been both our pleasure and our honor

to create and celebrate a long friendship between the United States and

the Republic of Korea this alliance between our nation's was forged in the

crucible of war and strengthened by the trials of history from the Indian

landings to pork chop hill American and South Korean soldiers have fought

together sacrificed together and triumphed together almost 67 years ago

in the spring of 1951 they recaptured what remained of this city where we are

gathered so proudly today it was the second time in a year that our combined

forces took on steep casualties to retake this capital from the Communists

over the next weeks and months the men soldiered through steep mountains and

bloody bloody battles driven back at times they will their way

north to form the line that today divides the oppressed and the free and

their American and South Korean troops have remained together holding that line

for nearly seven decades

by the time the armistice was signed in 1953 more than 36,000 Americans had died

in the Korean War with more than 100,000 others very badly wounded they are

heroes and we honor them we also honor and remember the terrible price the

people of your country paid for their freedom

you lost hundreds of thousands of brave soldiers and countless innocent

civilians in that gruesome war much of this great city of Seoul was reduced to

rubble large portions of the country were scarred severely severely hurt by

this horrible war the economy of this nation was demolished but as the entire

world knows over the next two generations something miraculous

happened on the southern half of this peninsula family by family city by city

the people of South Korea built this country into what is today one of the

great nations of the world and I congratulate

in less than one lifetime South Korea climbed from total devastation to among

the wealthiest nations on earth today your economy is more than 350 times

larger than what it was in 1960 trade has increased 1,900 times life

expectancy has risen from just 53 years to more than 82 years today like Korea

and since my election exactly one year ago today I celebrate with you

the United States is going through something of a miracle itself our stock

market is at an all-time high unemployment is at a 17-year low we are

defeating Isis we are strengthening our judiciary including a brilliant Supreme

Court justice and on and on and on currently stationed in the vicinity of

this peninsula are the three largest aircraft carriers in the world loaded to

the maximum with magnificent f-35 and f-18 fighter jets in addition we have

nuclear submarines appropriately positioned the United States under my

administration is completely rebuilding its military and is spending hundreds of

billions of dollars to the newest and finest military equipment anywhere in

the world being built right now I want peace through strength

we are helping the Republic of Korea far beyond what any other country has ever

done and in the end we will work things out far better than anybody understands

or can even appreciate I know that the Republic of Korea which has become a

tremendously successful nation will be a faithful ally of the United States very

long into the future

what you have built is truly an inspiration your economic transformation

was linked to a political one the proud sovereign and independent people of your

nation demanded the right to govern themselves you secured free

parliamentary elections in 1988 the same year you hosted your first Olympics soon

after you elected your first civilian president in more than three decades and

when the Republic you won faced financial crisis you lined up by the

millions to give your most prized possessions your wedding rings heirlooms

and gold luck keys to restore the promise of a better future for your

children

yo wealth is measured in more than money it is measured in achievements of the

mind and achievements of spirit over the last several decades your scientists

have engineers and engineered so many magnificent things you've pushed the

boundaries of Technology pioneered miraculous medical treatments and

emerged as leaders in unlocking the mysteries of our universe

Korean authors penned roughly 40,000 books this year

Korean musicians fill concert halls all around the world young Korean students

graduate from college at the highest rates of any country and Korean golfers

are some of the best on earth

in fact and you know what I'm going to say the women's US Open was held this

year at trump National Golf Club in Bedminster New Jersey and it just

happened to be won by a great Korean golfer

seung-hyun Park and eight of the top 10 players when were from Korea at the top

for golfers 1 2 3 4 the top 4 were from Korea congratulations

and that's something that is really something here in Seoul architectural

wonders like the 63 building and the Lotte World Tower very beautiful grace

the sky and house the workers of many growing industries your citizens now

help to feed the hungry fight terrorism and solve problems all over the world

and in a few months you will host the world and you will do a magnificent job

at the 23rd Olympic Winter Games good luck the Korean miracle extends exactly

as far as the armies of free nations advanced in 1950 325 miles to the north

there it stops it all comes to an end dead stop

the flourishing ends and the prison state of North Korea

sadly begins workers in North Korea labor grueling hours in unbearable

conditions for almost no pay recently the entire working population

was ordered to work for 70 days straight or else pay for a day of rest families

live in homes without plumbing and fewer than half have electricity parents

bribed teachers in hopes of saving their sons and daughters from forced labor

more than a million North Koreans died of famine in the 1990s and more

continued to die of hunger today among children under the age of five nearly

30% of afflicted and are afflicted by stunted growth due to malnutrition and

yet in 2012 and 2013 the regime spent an estimated 200 million dollars or

almost half the money that it allocated to improve living standards for its

people to instead build even more monuments towers and statute to glorify

its dictators what remains of the meager harvest of the North Korean economy is

distributed according to perceived loyalty to a twisted regime far from

valuing its people as equal citizens this cruel dictatorship measures them

scores them and ranks them based on the most arbitrary indications of their

allegiance to the state those who score the highest and loyalty may live in the

capital city those who score the lowest starve a small infraction by one citizen

such as accidentally staining a picture of the tire imprinted in a discarded

newspaper can wreck the social credit rank of his entire family for many

decades an estimated 100,000 North Koreans suffer in gulags toiling and

forced labor and enduring torture starvation rape and murder on a constant

basis in one known instance a nine year old boy was imprisoned for ten years

because his grandfather was accused of treason in another a student was beaten

in school for forgetting a single detail about the life of Kim jong-un soldiers

have kidnapped foreigners and forced them to work as language tutors for

North Korean spies in the part of Korean that was a stronghold for Christianity

before the war Christians and other people of faith who

were found praying or holding a religious book of any kind are now

detained tortured and in many cases even executed North Korean women are forced

to abort babies that are considered ethnically inferior and if these babies

are born that newborns are murdered one woman's baby born to a Chinese father

was taken away in a bucket the guard said it did not deserve to live because

it was impure so why would China feel an obligation to help North Korea tohara

of life in North Korea is so complete that citizens pay bribes to government

officials to have themselves exported aboard as slaves they would rather be

slaves than live in North Korea to attempt to flee is a crime punishable by

death one person who escaped remarked when I think about it now I was not a

human being I was more like an animal only after leaving North Korea did I

realize what life was supposed to be and so on this peninsula we have watched the

results of a tragic experiment in a laboratory of history it is a tale of

one people but two Koreas one career in which the people took control of their

lives and their country and chose a future of freedom and justice of

civilization and incredible achievement and another Korea in which leaders

imprison their people under the banner of tyranny fascism and oppression

the result of this experiment are in and they are totally conclusive when the

Korean War began in 1950 the two Koreas were approximately equal in GDP per

capita but by the 1990s South Korea's wealth had surpassed North Korea's by

more than ten times and today the South's economy is over 40 times larger

so you start at the same a short while ago and now you're 40 times larger

you're doing something right considering the misery wrought by the

North Korean dictatorship it is no surprise that it has been forced to take

increasingly desperate measures to prevent its people from understanding

this brutal contrast because the regime fears the truth above all else it

forbids virtually all contact with the outside world not just my speech today

but even the most commonplace facts of South Korean life are forbidden

knowledge to the North Korean people Western and South Korean music is banned

possession of foreign media is a crime punishable by death

citizens spy on fellow citizens their homes are subject to search at any time

and their every action is subject to surveillance in place of a vibrant

society the people of North Korea are bombarded by state propaganda

practically every waking hour of the day North Korea is a country ruled as a cult

at the center of this military cult is a deranged belief in the leaders destiny

to rule as parent protector over a conquered Korean Peninsula and an

enslaved Korean people the more successful South Korea becomes the more

decisively you discredit the dark fantasy at the heart of the Kim regime

in this way the very existence of a thriving South Korean Republic threatens

the very survival of the North Korean dictatorship this city and this assembly

are living proof that a free and independent Korea not only can but does

stand strong sovereign and proud among the nations of the world

here the strength of the nation does not come from the false glory of a tyrant it

comes from the true and powerful glory of a strong and great people the people

of the Republic of Korea a Korean people who are free to live to flourish to

worship to love to build and to grow their own destiny in this Republic the

people have done what no dictator ever could you took with the help of the

United States responsibility for yourselves and ownership of your future

you had a dream a Korean dream and you built that dream into a great reality in

so doing you performed the Miracle on the Han that we see all around us from

the stunning skyline of Seoul to the plains and peaks of this beautiful

landscape you have done it freely you have done it happily and you have done

it in your own very beautiful way this reality this wonderful place your

success is the greatest cause of anxiety alarm and even panic to the North Korean

regime that is why the Kim regime seeks conflict abroad to distract from total

failure that they suffer at home since the so called

armistice there have been hundreds of North Korean attacks on Americans and

South Koreans these attacks have included the capture and torture of the

brave American soldiers of the USS Pueblo repeated assaults on American

helicopters and the 1969 drowning of a US surveillance plane that killed 31

American servicemen the regime has made numerous lethal

incursions in South Korea attempted to assassinate senior leaders attacked

South Korean ships and tortured otto warmbier ultimately leading to that fine

young man's death all the while the regime has pursued nuclear weapons with

a diluted hope that it could blackmail its way to the ultimate objective so and

that objective we are not going to let it have we are not going to let him have

all of Korea is under that spell divided in half South Korea will never allow

what's going on in North Korea to continue to happen the North Korean

regime has pursued its nuclear and ballistic missile programs in defiance

of every assurance agreement and commitment it has made to the United

States and its allies it's broken all of those commitments after promising to

freeze its plutonium program in 1994 it repeated the benefits of the deal and

then and then immediately continued its illicit nuclear activities in 2005 after

years of diplomacy the dictatorship agreed to ultimately abandon its nuclear

programs and return to the treaty on non-proliferation but it never did and

worse it tested the very weapons it said it was going to give up in 2009 the

United States gave negotiations yet another chance and offered North Korea

the open hand of engagement the regime responded by sinking a South Korean navy

ship killing 46 Korean sailors to this day it continues to launch

missiles over the sovereign territory of Japan and all other neighbors tests

nuclear devices and develop ICBMs to threaten the United States itself the

regime has interpreted America's past restraint as weakness this would be a

fatal miscalculation this is a very different administration than the United

States has had in the past today I hope I speak not only for our countries but

for all civilized nations when I say to the north do not underestimate us and do

not try us we will defend our common security our shared prosperity and our

sacred Liberty we did not choose to draw here on this Peninsula

this magnificent Peninsula the thin line of civilization that runs around the

world and down through time but here it was drawn and here it remains to this

day it is the line between peace and war between decency and depravity

between law and tyranny between hope and total despair it is a lie that has been

drawn many times in many places throughout history to hold that line as

a choice free nations have always had to make we have learned together the high

cost of weakness and the high stakes of its defense America's men and women in

uniform have given their lives in the fight against nauseas imperialism

communism and terrorism America does not seek conflict or confrontation but we

will never run from it history is filled with discarded regimes that have

foolishly tested America's resolve anyone who doubts the strength or

determination of the United States should look to our past and you will

doubt it no longer we will not permit America or our allies to be blackmailed

or attacked we will not allow American cities to be threatened with destruction

we will not be intimidated and we will not let the worst atrocities in history

be repeated here on this ground we fought and died so hard to secure

that is why I come here to the heart of a free and flourishing Korea with a

message for the peace-loving nations of the world the time for excuses is over

now is the time for strength if you want peace you must stand strong at all times

the world the world cannot tolerate the Menace of a rogue regime that threatens

with nuclear devastation all responsible nations must join forces to isolate the

brutal regime of North Korea to deny it and any form any form of it you cannot

support you cannot supply you cannot accept we call on every nation including

China and Russia to fully implement UN Security Council resolutions downgrade

diplomatic relations with the regime and sever all ties of Trade and Technology

it is our responsibility and our duty to confront this danger together because

the longer we wait the greater the danger grows and the fewer the options

become

and to those nations that choose to ignore this threat or worse ill to

enable it the weight of this crisis is on your conscience I also have come here

to this Peninsula to deliver a message directly to the leader of the North

Korean dictatorship the weapons you're acquiring are not making you safer they

are putting your regime in grave danger every step you take down this dark path

increases the peril you face North Korea is not the paradise

your grandfather envisioned it is a hell that no person deserves yet despite

every crime you have committed against God and man you are ready to offer and

we will do that we will offer a path to a much better future it begins with an

end to the aggression of your regime a stop to your development of ballistic

missiles and complete verifiable and total D nuclearization

a sky top view of this peninsula shows a nation of dazzling light in the south

and a mass of impenetrable darkness in the north we seek a future of light

prosperity and peace but we are only prepared to discuss this brighter path

for North Korea if its leaders cease their threats and dismantle their

nuclear program the sinister regime of North Korea is

right about only one thing the Korean people do have a glorious destiny but

they could not be more wrong about what that destiny looks like the destiny of

the Korean people is not to suffer in the bondage of oppression but to thrive

in the glory of freedom

what South Koreans have achieved on this peninsula is more than a victory for

your nation it is a victory for every nation that believes in the human spirit

and it is our hope that someday soon all of your brothers and sisters of the

north will be able to enjoy the fullest of life intended by God your Republic

shows us all of what is possible in just a few decades with only the hard work

courage and talents of your people you turn this war-torn land into a nation

blessed with wealth rich in culture and deep in spirit you built a home where

all families can flourish and where all children can shine and be happy this

Korea stands strong and tall among the great community of independent confident

and peace-loving nations we are nations that respect our citizens cherish our

Liberty treasure our sovereignty and control our own destiny we affirm the

dignity of every person and embrace the full potential of every soul and we are

always prepared to defend the vital interests of our people against the

cruel ambition of tyrants together we dream of a career that is free a

peninsula that is safe and families that are reunited once again we dream of

highways connecting north and south of cousins embracing cousins and this

nuclear nightmare replaced with the beautiful promise of peace until that

day comes we stand strong and alert our eyes are fixed to the north in our

hearts praying for the day when all Koreans can live in freedom thank you

god bless you god bless the Korean people thank you

very much

you

President Trump Just Gave Illegals Bad News About Their Amnesty Status - TODAY NEWS - Duration: 2:43.

When Donald Trump promised that he would deport illegal aliens during the campaign, the left

went into a rage.

How dare he be so insensitive and intolerant by promising to enforce the laws?

Surely this man is a bigot, unfit for the presidency.

The screams from the left have only gotten louder since he not only captured the Oval

Office, but presided over the retention of Republican majorities in both houses of Congress.

He is under constant bombardment from crazed liberals desperate to find something to use

to bring down his presidency.

Yet the man soldiers on.

And in spite of an assault on his efforts to enforce the nation's immigration laws

from the left and from members of the federal judiciary, the deportations continue.

The next to be leaving are the DACAs or Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals.

While given amnesty by Mr. Obama along with anyone else he could get away with shielding

from the immigration laws, that protected status is about to end.

"Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly told members of the Congressional Hispanic

Caucus that the fate of deferred action program known as DACA — Deferred Action for Childhood

Arrivals — will likely be determined by the courts…and that attorneys he's consulted

with do not think the program is legally sustainable.

Kelly also would not commit to extending temporary protected status, or TPS, for nationals from

Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua and four other countries, but indicated that TPS for

Haitians will likely end."

This matter is coming to a head, and quickly.

"That changed…when a group of Republican state officials from 10 states, led by Texas

Attorney General Ken Paxton, called on Trump to stop the controversial program put in place

by President Obama in 2012.

So what's going on here is a situation where even if the Trump administration were to decide

to extend DACA, it's likely that states would sue and the courts would rule in favor

of the states thereby subjecting the "dreamers" to deportation.

What remains to be seen is what, if anything, Congress will do about this.

Given that the prevailing view is that the courts will not support DACA as it exists,

it's a matter of Congress either passing legislation that President Trump may or may

not sign, or the deportation of these individuals will begin.

What do you think?

Should President Trump send those under the DACA umbrella back to their home countries?

Defense Dept. Twitter Account Openly Attacks Trump… "Deep State" Is Everywhere - TODAY NEWS - Duration: 3:20.

Was it the "deep state?"

Or was it an accident?

That's the question being asked by many conservatives after the Pentagon's Twitter

account retweeted a liberal who called for President Trump to resign.

According to Politico, the original tweet came from @proudresister, an individual who

has now likely used up his 15 minutes of fame all in 280 characters or less.

""The solution is simple," the tweet read.

"Roy Moore: Step down from the race.

Al Franken: Resign from congress.

Donald Trump: Resign from the presidency.

GOP: Stop making sexual assault a partisan issue.

It's a crime as is your hypocrisy."

After being reposted on the Department of Defense's official account, it was quickly

deleted and blamed on an error.

"An authorized operator of the (Pentagon's) official Twitter site erroneously retweeted

content that would not be endorsed by the Department of Defense," Pentagon spokeswoman

Dana W. White tweeted.

"The operator caught this error and immediately deleted it."

Pentagon spokesman Col. Rob Manning issued a similar statement, saying that the user

"erroneously re-tweeted content that would not be endorsed by the Department of Defense."

While some major Twitter accounts have an explicit statement noting that retweets do

not equal endorsements of statements, the Department of Defense's does carry such

a statement.

The issue brought to the fore yet again another concern that has been an issue for conservatives,

specifically Donald Trump supporters: the "deep state."

Even some apparent liberals got in on the action.

One Twitter user, possibly in humor, published a "shoutout to the 'Deep State' operatives

in the Department of Defense" over the incident.

The definition of "deep state" varies greatly depending on who you're talking

to, but loosely speaking, it's the idea that entrenched, unelected bureaucrats in

Washington are undermining conservatives in general — and the Trump administration in

particular — through leaks and other acts of sabotage.

Accidental retweets on major accounts by authorized operators can occur.

For instance, I don't think that anyone thinks that Ted Cruz was at the helm when

his Twitter account accidentally retweeted a clip from a movie that was, uh, not exactly

family-friendly.

That being said, when it comes to Twitter accounts that should be secured with by any

measures necessary, the Pentagon's certainly springs readily to mind.

It's a lot easier to believe that a congressional staffer inadvertently retweeted a clip from

an adult movie than that someone at the Pentagon inadvertently tweeted a political statement

designed to undermine the president and tie him in with the Moore and Franken scandals.

If this is a mistake (and it's difficult to believe that it was), the individual involved

should immediately be removed from their position.

If not (and I suspect it wasn't) the same thing should happen.

In the first case, it's incompetence.

In the second case, it's sabotage.

Either way, that's one employee the federal government shouldn't have.

RNC Chair Republicans Who Want To Win in 2018 Had Better Embrace President Trump - Duration: 3:56.

RNC Chair: Republicans Who Want To Win in 2018 Had Better Embrace President Trump.

By V. Saxena.

The morning after Republican Ed Gillespie lost against Democrat Ralph Northam in the

Virginia gubernatorial election, RNC chairwoman Ronna McDaniel reiterated the need for Republicans

competing in next years midterm election to fully embrace President Donald Trump.

She also appeared to suggest Northam, the Democrat candidate, had embraced Trump more

fully than his Republican challenger.

I think whats very interesting with the Virginia race is that Ralph Northam started

running ads saying, Im gonna work with this president,' she told Fox News host

Bill Hemmer.

He moderated positions on sanctuary cities and statues and we started to see him

gain traction in rural Virginia, she added.

So, he actually moved the needle by saying, Im gonna work with this president.'

When asked by Hemmer whether Gillespie had also embraced the president, McDaniel admitted

he had to some degree but seemed to implicitly suggest that perhaps he could have embraced

Trump more passionately.

He had robocalls in, and he had tweets, but yeah, I will always say to any candidate

in our party, the greatest enthusiasm in our party right now is for President Trump,

she said.

Were seeing it through the fundraising numbers, were seeing it across the country,

she added.

I see it as party chair, I absolutely think any candidate should be embracing the president

 and I think Ed did.

Speaking Wednesday on Breitbarts News Daily program, former White House strategist

Steve Bannon echoed this point but far more bluntly.

The lesson you can learn (from Ed Gillespies loss) is that if youre going to win, you

have to embrace the entire Trump agenda, he said, according to RealClearPolitics.

You have to do it early, and you have to be dedicated to it, he continued.

You cant phone it in.

Youve got to do rallies, youve got to have the president out with you, you have

to go all in with this.

During an appearance later that evening at the Macomb County Republican Party dinner

in Michigan, as reported by NBC News, Bannon again asserted this point, saying, One

of the things about the Gillespie campaign is that you cant fake the Trump agenda.

Conservative radio host Laura Ingraham has also chimed in.

Trying to be half in, half out with Donald Trump was never going to work, she said

Tuesday evening on Fox News.

If you dip your toe just in a little bit, youre going to turn out like Ed Gillespie

did, political roadkill.

The president himself issued a tweet the night of the election, noting that Gillespie did

not embrace the president, or his vision for America.

Ed Gillespie worked hard but did not embrace me or what I stand for.

Dont forget, Republicans won 4 out of 4 House seats, and with the economy doing record

numbers, we will continue to win, even bigger than before! Trump wrote.

The House Has Passed More Bills In 10 Months Of Trump Than Obama, Bush or Clinton - Duration: 3:54.

The House Has Passed More Bills In 10 Months Of

Trump Than Obama, Bush or Clinton.

By Jack Davis.

Productivity came to Washington along with President Donald Trump, according to House

Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif.

In a Monday Facebook post, McCarthy noted that in Trumps first few months in office,

more bills have passed the House than under any of the previous four presidents.

Over 400 bills have passed the House during Donald J. Trumps first 10 months.

Thats more than under Obama, Bush, or Clinton, he posted.

McCarthy displayed a graph that showed the average numbers of bills passed in the first

10 months of a presidency going back to President George H.W. Bush was 306.

Under the Trump administration, the House has passed 407, 33 percent above the average.

According to McCarthy, the number of bills passed in the first 10 months under past administrations

were: President Barack Obama, 353; President George W. Bush, 215; President Bill Clinton,

263; and President George H.W. Bush, 292.

Earlier this fall, McCarthy said the House needs help from the Senate to translate their

achievements into achievements for the American people.

Think what weve been able to achieve, the number of bills, he said in September,

according to Newsmax.

More so than any modern Congress you had in the first year of a new presidency: 16

human trafficking bills, 16 congressional review acts, 14 signed into law.

In the history of America, only one other Congress has ever done one of those.

The last time a Republican majority did that, the iPhone wasnt invented, he

said.

We need a little help on the other chamber.

While McCarthy appeared pleased by the output of the current administration, his excitement

grew when referencing the GOP tax plan.

The bill is expected to pass the House this week.

It brings the lowest rate for small business, the lowest it has been in 80 years, said

McCarthy, who believes the bill will help all Americans.

That is what creates new jobs.

That is what we have to continue to work on.

McCarthy criticized Democrat opposition to the bill, citing Americas grew sluggish

under the Obama administration.

You know the last eight years under Barack Obama, if you take his very best growth year,

that is actually lower than the worst year under Bill Clinton.

We have got to get America moving again.

Get America moving again seems to be the theme, as Trump wraps up his tour of Asia,

and returns to the U.S.

He is expected to meet with House Republicans on Thursday in an effort to ensure passage

of the legislation, which is one of Trumps top priorities.

China says 'freeze for freeze' proposal still stands despite Trump remarks - Duration: 2:03.

They were all smiles in Beijing last week,... but a gulf has opened up between U.S. President

Donald Trump and the Chinese government.

They are making very different claims over China's long-held proposal... for a dual-track

solution to ease tensions on Korean Peninsula.

While Trump says the two countries had agreed to drop the plan during their recent summit,...

China's government has come out strongly,... saying it did no such thing.

Yu Joonhee reports.

China's foreign ministry insists it has not abandoned its long-standing "freeze-for-freeze"

initiative... to resolve the North Korean nuclear issue.

The plan,... calls for a mutual de-escalation by both Washington and Pyongyang,... where

the U.S. would halt military drills in the region... while the North would freeze its

weapons programs.

President Trump,... fresh off his five-nation tour of Asia... suggested on Wednesday that

his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping... had agreed to drop the proposal.

(English) "We agreed that we would not accept a so-called

'freeze for freeze' agreement like those that have consistently failed in the past."

However, China's Foreign Ministry spokesperson... told reporters at a regular briefing on Thursday...

that the proposal remains in place.

He reiterated... that the dual suspension plan... represented the best hope to break

the current deadlock... and bring Pyongyang back to the negotiating table.

(Mandarin) "We believe that the 'dual suspension' proposal

is the most feasible, fair and sensible plan in the present situation.

Not only can it relieve the present tense situation, it can also resolve all parties'

most pressing security concerns, and provide an opportunity and create conditions to resume

talks, and find a way to break through this problem."

China is also sending a high-level special envoy to Pyongyang on Friday... amid an extended

chill between the two neighbors and allies.

Song Tao's official mission,... is to brief North Korea on China's recent Communist Party

Congress,... but experts say the regime's nuclear issue... is also likely to be a hot

topic.

Yu Joonhee, Arirang News.
