Trump & Melania Shock Fans At Florida Airport, Giving Them 'Thanksgiving Surprise' - Duration: 4:57.President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump landed in West Palm Beach, Florida,
yesterday evening to commence their Thanksgiving holiday.
Barron was at his parents' side as they deplaned Air Force One to cheering supporters
on the tarmac.
Trump went "off script" as he and Melania walked over to greet the excited crowd, giving
fans the shock of their life as the president and first lady gave them all a "Thanksgiving
surprise."
You'll love this.
President Donald Trump landed at West Palm Beach Airport at approximately 5:45 PM with
wife Melania and son Barron to a very excited crowd who had spent hours just to catch a
glimpse of the First Family.
Floridians are proud of the Trump's Mar-a-Lago Resort, which is now known worldwide as the
"Winter White House."
President Trump was overwhelmed by the greeting and decided, on the spot, to spend some time
with the loyal fans, to the chagrin of the Secret Service agents.
Trump's the boss, so when Melania agreed to accompany him, a tired eleven-year-old
Barron was sent to wait in the presidential motorcade.
The First Couple immediately went right over and started to shake hands and converse with
the people.
One man, who was later identified as "Gene Huber, 47, of Boynton Beach, Florida, wore
a T-shirt of himself hugging Trump at an Orlando rally in February," reported the Sun Sentinel.
"Our president brings more and more each day to us," he said.
"We are here to show love."
Another unidentified man stood out in the crowd as the president and the first lady
spent some time conversing with him.
He looked very serious and could be heard telling the president and first lady, "Thank-you,
thank-you," with Melania saying, "It's no problem."
We are not sure what he was thanking them for, but it just goes to show you that the
president and the first lady are not "out of touch" with the American people.
In fact, after watching several different angles of the same video of this tarmac visit,
Melania was especially relaxed as the press was kept at bay.
As the First Couple moved down the line, visiting with their fans, Trump gave out #MAGA hats
that he autographed right on the spot.
As excited fans thrust items to be autographed into the president's hands, it was pure
Donald Trump, who didn't miss a beat, laughing, and smiling at Melania as excited supporters
snapped pictures.
It was such a fun moment, and it's no wonder the liberal media refuse to cover these "off
script" events since you can't help but love the president and first lady when you
see them engaging with down to earth, middle-class Americans.
This is nothing the mainstream media will ever report on.
In fact, they are bashing Trump for going to Mar-a-Lago and criticizing the First Lady's
"expensive" wardrobe.
One ridiculous report that was copied verbatim by other leftist sites focused on the coat
she wore to pardon the turkey, yesterday, calling it "frumpy."
This type of jab is all the losers can come up with as mainstream reporters ignore the
good deeds the Trumps do for everyday Americans.
"People driving by honked horns, and one motorcycle carried a flag imprinted with Trump's
face.
Supporters draped a 'Hillary for Prison' banner over a concrete barrier.
One man held a flag and yelled, 'Lock her up' at passing cars,"' reports the Sun
Sentinel, who clearly had a leftist agenda to minimize what really happened on the tarmac.
The Sun Sentinel is the local Florida newspaper which had no report on the 30-40 minute visit
the Trumps had with those supporters who waited hours to see them.
The outlet added, "While most people watching Trump's motorcade showed support, one person
held a sign reading, 'Real news.
Fake president.'
Another mocked the spectacle with a sign that just read, 'Get off my lawn.'"
One person?
They have to report on one person who had something negative to say while ignoring hundreds
who were out there to wish the Trumps a "Happy Thanksgiving."
Well, they had no photos of this so-called sign, but we will take them at their word.
It just seems rather petty to focus half of their report on one Trump-hater and one sign,
proving how the liberal media takes a story and spins it, going "low," once again.
That's why it is so important We the People get the real story out there because, if we
don't do it, no one will.
Make sure to share this everywhere to counter the lying fake news who want nothing more
than to bash our president and first lady as "out of touch" with the American people.
Thank God this Thanksgiving for our wonderful president and lovely first lady.

Trump's DOJ Stripping Citizenship from Child Molesters Obama Let Stay - Duration: 4:17.Democrats attempt to portray themselves as the party that stands up for the well-being
and safety of children — aside from their support of unlimited abortion, of course.
But recent news out of the Department of Justice would seem to belie that claim, as several
immigrants naturalized as citizens who had been convicted of sexual crimes against minors
were permitted to retain their citizenship and remain in the country during former President
Barack Obama's term in office.
Fox News first reported on lawsuits filed by the DOJ against five individuals to revoke
their citizenship due to their having pleaded guilty to sex crimes against minors that occurred
prior to being naturalized.
According to the Immigration and Nationality Act, individuals who obtain citizenship through
the fraudulent concealment of disqualifying information can have their naturalized citizenship
revoked — a common sense statute if there ever was one.
"Committing fraud in any immigration matter undermines the integrity of our immigration
system, and is a betrayal of the American people's generosity," Attorney General
Jeff Sessions stated in a DOJ press release.
"It is especially appalling when it also involves the sexual abuse of children."
"The Department of Justice has a duty to prosecute these crimes vigorously, particularly
so for individuals who commit fraud in the naturalization process," he continued.
"I am confident that justice will be done in these cases."
"This Department will continue to fight to denaturalize immigration fraudsters and
to protect the American people from sex offenders," he added.
The release pointed out that all five individuals had committed crimes of a sexual nature against
minors prior to being naturalized as citizens, which would render them ineligible for citizenship.
However, they willfully concealed those crimes in the naturalization process, meaning they
defrauded the government and should have their fraudulent citizenship status revoked.
All five cases had been referred to the DOJ by the Department of Homeland Security, specifically
Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Customs and Border Protection, with an investigative
assistant from Citizenship and Immigration Services.
"I commend the DHS personnel working diligently to remove dangerous criminals from our streets,"
stated Elaine Duke, acting secretary of DHS.
"Those who unlawfully procured citizenship by concealing crimes — especially sexual
abuse of minors — should have their citizenship revoked."
The release proceeded to detail the specifics of the five individuals whose citizenship
should be revoked, and it is noteworthy that three of the five were naturalized at the
tail end of the Clinton administration, one was naturalized a month after former President
George W. Bush took office, and the fifth gained citizenship in 2004.
All pleaded guilty at some point to charges that stemmed from crimes committed prior to
becoming a citizen, yet nothing was ever done about it, even as their guilt clearly disqualified
them from retaining their citizenship.
Indeed, Obama allowed convicted child molesters to stay in the country and retain their naturalized
citizenship, as did Bush and Clinton.
As Front Page Mag pointed out, denaturalization is a basic tool of the government that can
be used to strip the citizenship from individuals who never should have received it in the first
place.
Unfortunately, as we saw through the Obama years, it was used far too infrequently, if
at all.
In fact, its infrequent use by Obama's administration allowed convicted child molesters who had
been naturalized — not to mention radicalized Islamist terrorists — to remain U.S. citizens
even as they posed a real threat to society.
Thankfully, President Donald Trump and AG Sessions have put the safety and well-being
of our nation and children ahead of the citizenship of criminal immigrants — as it should be.

North Korea FURY at 'LUNATIC' Trump after new SWATHE of sanctions on Kim Jong-un - Duration: 4:27.North Korea FURY at 'LUNATIC' Trump after new SWATHE of sanctions on Kim Jong-un
s propaganda machine branded the US President a lunatic and human reject in response to comments Donald Trump made during his tour of Asia.
The Rodong Sinmun, the mouthpiece of the ruling Workers Party, claimed Mr Trumps statements were an open declaration of war against North Korea.
The newspaper took apart one of the speeches the president delivered in South Korea in which Mr Trump taunted Kim Jong-un.
North Koreas propaganda machine said: The worst crime for which he can never be pardoned is that he dared to malignantly hurt the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK..
But Mr ignored Pyongyangs latest swathe of insults and announced the United States would re-design the rogue nation as a sponsor of terror, triggering very large sanction on the already heavily-disciplined state.
US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said the decision was taken to close a few loopholes in the US strategy towards North Korea.
Speaking at the White House, Mr Tillerson said: I think it is very symbolic on the one hand because it just points out again what a rogue regime this is.
How brutal this regime is and how little they care about the value of human life. I think in that in of itself makes a strong statement on the nature of this regime.
As I've said the practical effects may be limited but we're hopefully closing off a few loopholes with this..
He remarked Mr Trumps tour of Asia helped the United States strengthen its relationship with allies in the region and helped to gather support against the Kim regime.
Mr said: This is all part of this strategy of continuing to turn the pressure up. And we continue to turn the pressure up on North Korea by getting other countries to join and take action on their own.
During our visit to Vietnam, they have committed that they are going to curtail activities further with North Korea. Malaysia has indicated their curtailment. Singapore has cut off all trade with North Korea. The Philippines have cut off all trade.
This is taking effect all around the world and we think, as it takes effect, this continues to tighten the pressure on the Kim regime with an intention to have him understand this is only going to get worse. .
North Koreas aggressive rhetoric against the United States and its allies has sparked fears of World War 3 across the globe. Over the summer, Pyongyang undertook several missile tests and repeatedly threatened the US territory of Guam and Japan.
The designation of Kim Jong-un's regime will allow the to impose more sanctions which will be announced on later on Tuesday.
President Donald Trump said: "In addition to threatening the world by nuclear devastation, North Korea has repeatedly supported acts of international terrorism, including assassinations on foreign soil.
He added that North Korea, who was removed from the list in 2008 under then-President George W Bush, should have been re-listed a long time ago".

Trump's Family Could Be Urgently Moving Back To NYC After What Was Just Taken From Them - Duration: 5:18.Members of President Donald Trump's family could be moving back to New York City for
a number of reasons, in particular – what was taken from them and to avoid negative
press involving the laughable Russian investigation.
Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner are thought to be the first to return to the Big Apple
and it's rumored that Donald Trump has pressured them to travel home.
A big part of this has to do with Chief of Staff John Kelly and what he did to Jared
Kushner.
Kelly has reduced some of Kushner's roles at the White House.
This information comes from former West Wing officials, according to the Daily Mail.
Kelly seems interested in ending the open door policy for Kushner.
Kelly has taken numerous responsibilities away from Kushner and there are two possible
scenarios here.
The first scenario is that Kelly has it out for Kushner.
The second is that Kushner is not doing a great job with the tasks he's responsible
for.
If Kelly is simply head-hunting for a personal gripe, then that's irresponsible White House
behavior that should not be tolerated.
However, if Kushner is simply doing a very poor job in the tasks he's given, then that
needs to be addressed as well.
As citizens, we need our White House members acting responsibly and any personal gripe
should not be tolerated.
If that's the case with Kelly, then he needs to face consequences or be removed.
If Kushner can do better, then he needs to.
What they do at the White House affects all of us, so we need the best work done by the
best people.
The problem is that we, as citizens, can't seem to figure out what the true issue is.
It will take some reporting and time to gather information and make the best decision possible.
Via Daily Mail:
When Kelly was appointed to the role in July, he sought to rein the president in, ending
the Oval Office's open door policy for Jared.
He also hacked away at Jared's responsibilities in the administration, which at one point
included restructuring the government, reforming the VA, ending the opioid epidemic, nurturing
a relationship with China and brokering peace in the Middle East.
Under Kelly, Jared is now mainly focused on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
Why did Kelly change things?
What was his reasoning for reducing Kushner's roles?
Was Kushner underperforming?
If so, then why not provide him with more tools and assistance?
Sometimes roles require a team of thinking minds to accomplish big goals.
If Kushner is responsible for so many things, then it's probably hard to really focus
on one of them.
Lowering the number of tasks may not be a bad thing as it would provide him the ability
to focus his efforts on one main project at a time.
While some might see Kelly as a bad person for reducing Kushner's roles, it may have
been to alleviate some of the stress that prohibited Kushner from accomplishing all
tasks.
Think about it – when you're overwhelmed with a million things to do, do they ever
get done?
Not really.
But remember, Kelly may have had other intentions and we're not yet fully aware of what they
may be.
While Kelly could've alleviated stress by reducing roles, Kelly may also have done that
so Kushner wouldn't need to stay anywhere near the White House.
The Daily Mail also reports:
Even the president has expressed displeasure with his son-in-law's political advice,
according to Republicans who have spoken to Trump.
That advice reportedly includes firing FBI Director James Comey (which Jared denies)
and backing losing Alabama GOP candidate Luther Strange (though it saved
Trump from initially endorsing the now-controversial Roy Moore).
Sending Jared away maybe Trump's way of trying to downplay the Russia investigation,
as it nears closer to the White House.
Last week, the Senate revealed that Jared had not turned over emails relating to Wikileaks,
something his attorney denies.
But Jared has reportedly been left unnerved by the indictments of Paul Manafort and Rick
Gates.
Now things get more twisted.
Is President Trump unhappy with Kushner's performance?
Has Trump instructed Kelly to be the "bad guy" here so there's no conflict with
Trump and his son-in-law?
Is Kushner's political advice not aligned with what Trump wants to hear?
The Russian investigation is laughable, at best.
If people are really investigating Russia because they believe Russians interfered with
the election and made voters chose Trump, then they're wasting precious time.
There wasn't a single Russian forcing anyone to vote.
The Democrats simply had no candidate worth voting for.
Heck, they could only muster up a few people to run for President anyway.
Out of all the millions of people in America, the Democrats had barely a handful of people
willing to be President of the United States.
If that doesn't tell you how weak they truly are, then what does?
What will happen next?
Will there be an issue with Trump and Kelly? Trump and Kushner?
Kushner and Kelly?
Will anyone move back to New York?

Trump backs Republican Senate nominee Roy Moore despite sexual assault allegations - Duration: 1:40.U.S. President Donald Trump has appeared to endorse Republican Senate nominee Roy Moore
despite his sexual assault allegations.
Trump said he'd rather have Moore in the Senate than a Democrat.
Moore has been accused of sexual misconduct with teenagers when he was in his 30s and
has strongly denied those allegations.
Park Se-young has more.
U.S. President Donald Trump on Tuesday seemed to downplay the sexual assault claims made
against the Republican Senate nominee for Alabama, Roy Moore,... implicitly endorsing
him for the seat.
(English) Reuters No. 2228 "I can tell you one thing for sure.
We don't need a liberal person in there, a Democrat, Jones, I've looked at his record,
it's terrible in crime, it's terrible on the border, it's terrible on the military.
"
When asked by a reporter if an accused child molester was better than a Democrat, this
was the president's response.
(English) Reuters No. 2228 "Well, he denies it.
Look, he denies it.
I mean, if you look at what, what is really going on and you look at all the things that
have happened over the last 48 hours, he totally denies that.
He says it didn't happen.
And, you know, you have to listen to him also."
Roy Moore's campaign has been in turmoil since the Washington Post published a story detailing
the accounts of three women who claim he pursued them while they were teenagers and he was
in his 30s.
More women have since spoken out with allegations of their own.
Meanwhile, John Rogers has resigned as communications director for Moore's Senate campaign, but
did not comment further.

President Trump To Wipe Out Obama's Legacy In A Single Bold Move, Democrats Can't Do A Darn Thing - Duration: 3:51.President Trump is at war with the administrative state and its oppressive regulations that
hobble businesses and suck the life out of the economy.
Liberals love the administrative state.
They falsely contend that capitalism is flawed and requires extensive government regulation
to fix it.
Instead, it's the liberals and their monstrous bureaucratic institutions that need to be
fixed.
Liberals claim to be champions of free-speech.
Perhaps at one time some of them were.
For decades, however, they have been waging a battle to force political-correctness on
everyone.
The internet has been described as something of a libertarian's dream – a decentralized
place where freedom of expression rules.
That liberals wish to regulate it and view all this freedom with suspicion betrays their
real agenda.
They falsely claim to be the true supporters of free speech.
Mr. Obama imposed "net neutrality" regulations on the internet via the Federal Communications
Commission.
Like much of what Mr. Obama created, these oppressive regulations are about to come to
an end.
FCC Chairman Pai has announced that he will begin the process of repealing those regulations.
This, in an effort to allow and encourage companies to innovate and to invest in internet
infrastructure.
Score another victory for Americans and for President Trump has he continues to dismantle
all that Mr. Obama created.
"Federal Communications Commission Chairman Ajit Pai announced plans Tuesday to eliminate
hard-fought Obama-era net neutrality rules, calling for a 'light-touch regulatory approach'
to the Internet.
"The conservative Pai said his proposal to scrap the rules will be voted on by FCC
commissioners on Dec. 14.
He said the proposal was circulated to commissioners Tuesday morning.
"'Working with my colleagues, I look forward to returning to the light-touch, market-based
framework that unleashed the digital revolution and benefited consumers here and around the
world,' Pai said."
Nancy Pelosi is upset by all of this.
Not because she understands the internet, which she surely does not.
But because something else of Mr. Obama's doing is about to bite the dust.
If regulations are being roll back against anything other than abortion clinics which
must be free to do as they please, Nancy will be mad.
"'The FCC's moves to dismantle net neutrality will further stack the playing field in favor
of the biggest bank account, chilling competition, hurting consumers and punishing entrepreneurs
and small businesses,' Pelosi said."
Pelosi has no idea what she is talking about.
Donald Trump is winning, therefore whatever is happening must be bad.
That's about as far as her understanding can take her.
"But in his statement, Pai argued that the Internet 'thrived' under light regulation,
leading the private sector to invest more than $1 trillion to build communications networks
through the United States.
"'But in 2015, the prior FCC bowed to pressure from President Obama,' Pai said.
'On a party-line vote, it imposed heavy-handed, utility-style regulations upon the Internet.
That decision was a mistake.
It's depressed investment in building and expanding broadband networks and deterred
innovation.'"
The internet will be just fine being unshackled from the policies and regulations of the Obama
administration.
Turned loose, one can hardly imagine what new and beneficial technologies business will
develop.
Everyone wins on this one except the big-government regulators.
And it doesn't get much better than that.

President Trump and accusations of sexual misconduct: the complete list - Duration: 4:57.Women are very special. I think it's a very special time because a lot of
things are coming out and I think that's good for our society and I think it's
very very good for women and I'm very happy a lot of these things are coming
out and I'm very happy, I'm very happy it's being exposed.
Are you saying that what you said on that bus 11 years ago that
you did not actually kiss women without consent or grope women without consent?
I have great respect for women. Nobody has more respect for women than I do. So for the
record you're saying you never did that? I said things that frankly you you hear these
things I said and I was embarrassed by it but I have tremendous respect for
women. Have you ever done those things? And women have respect for me and I will tell you no I
have not.
He just started grabbing me and trying to
kiss me and then I realized that he was that he was putting his hand up my skirt.
And I'm talking to my friend who I'm sitting to and across from on my left
side I'm very clear on this.
This is the vivid part for me.
So the person on my right, who unbeknownst to me at that time, was
Donald Trump put their hand up my skirt.
He did touch my vagina through my
underwear absolutely.
Donald sat me right next to him.
He placed me right next to
him and that was the time when he started to go for it and had his hand on
my leg moving forward and went for it touching my private parts. Pushing me up
against the wall forcing me to kiss you're forcing a kiss on me and again
with his hands all over my body and up again my dress with the hands.
And it was
at that time where he turned to me and embraced me and gave me a kiss on the
lips. I remember him coming out and the first thing he did was just smile and
give me a warm embrace with another kiss and I remember immediately thinking, "What
does he think this is?"
Somebody that you've never seen says,
"Oh in 1992, he went like this."
One came out recently where I was sitting alone in some club. I don't sit alone that much. Honestly folks.
I don't sit alone — I go in with groups of people. I was sitting alone by myself.
And then I went "Wah."
When I saw him at the debate and Anderson Cooper asked him, "Have you ever
kissed a woman without consent?" And he said no. I I just think all those
feelings rushed back to me. I felt that it was my responsibility to write
something at that point.
Why didn't she write what she said happened before she wrote the story?
Why didn't she put it in the story?
The story would have been one of the biggest stories — I was the big start of the Apprentice.
Why didn't she do it 12 years ago?
She's writing this story. Now think of this, think of this.
She is a liar. She's a liar.
He then grabbed my shoulder and began kissing me and very
aggressively and placed, placed his hand on my breast. I pulled back and walked to
another part of the room he then walked up grabbed my hand and walked me into
the bedroom. I walked out he then turned me around and said let's lay down and
watch some telly telly. He put me in embrace and him embrace and I tried to
push him away.
I pushed his chest to put space between
us and I said, "Come on man get real. He repeated my words back to me, "Get real," as
he began thrusting his genitals.
Every woman lied when they came forward
to hurt my campaign — total fabrication.
The events never happened, never.

North Korea: Former Senator blasts 'TERRORIST' Kim Jong-un as Trump issues new sanctions - Duration: 4:02.North Korea: Former Senator blasts 'TERRORIST' Kim Jong-un as Trump issues new sanctions
was recently hit with a new swathe of punishing sanctions because of Pyongyangs persistently aggressive rhetoric against the US and its allies.
And as World War 3 concerns continue to increase, Mr Kyl said Donald Trumps decision to declare North Korea a sponsor of terror only confirms the true nature of Kim Jong-uns strategy.
Mr Kyl said: As long as they are doing what they are doing, you might as well call it what it is.
We should not try to pretty it up in an effort to bring them to the bargaining table. Speaking to , the former Arizona Senator said the decision to name North Korea a sponsor for terrorism – which leads to further sanctions on the already crippled rogue state – could help pressure Kim Jong-un to tone down his sabre-rattling rhetoric.
Mr Kyl said: What they are hoping to do is to recreate an opportunity where there are enough bad things happening to North Korea that they will finally come to the table and negotiate from a legitimate position.
Then we can talk about, perhaps, removing some of the sanctions. Perhaps removing them from the list of terror-sponsor states if, in fact, they change their behaviour..
North Koreas aggressive rhetoric against the US and its allies has sparked fears of World War 3 across the globe. Over the summer, Pyongyang undertook several missile tests and repeatedly threatened the US territory of Guam and Japan.
The designation of Kim Jong-un's regime will allow the US to impose more sanctions which will be announced on later on Tuesday.
said: "In addition to threatening the world by nuclear devastation, North Korea has repeatedly supported acts of international terrorism, including assassinations on foreign soil.
He added that North Korea, who was removed from the list in 2008 under then-President George W Bush, should have been re-listed a long time ago".
It comes as the South Korean National Intelligence Service (NIS) discovered Kim Jong-un banned drinking and singing in an attempt to tighten the grip on his people.
NIS said: Pyongyang has devised a system whereby party organs report peoples economic hardships on a daily basis, and it has banned any gatherings related to drinking, singing and other entertainment and is strengthening control of outside information." With the rogue nation frequently issuing threats of nuclear annihilation to the world, the South's spy agency has been monitoring the country's military and has not found any signs of an upcoming provocation, but insisted that with Kim Jong-un at the helm the world should be on constant alert.
It went on: "Depending upon North Korean leader Kims determination, a nuclear test is possible at any time.".

Muslim Refugees Are PISSED When They Saw Who Trump Just Gave Their Freebies To - Duration: 3:52.President Trump has been busy busting out executive orders faster than Barack Obama
did, to undo all the damage his predecessor did and get the country on track.
His most recent item of urgent business is fulfilling his campaign promise of stopping
the flow of Muslim refugees into the country who want to bring terrorism with them.
However, he just made that plan even better with a new surprise he added to it that has
Muslims insanely pissed off.
When it was Obama signing executive orders in the middle of the night or during big news
events while people were distracted from his secret destruction, liberals praised him for
his "leadership."
Now that Trump's pen is taking action, the left is in complete meltdown, especially when
it comes to their coveted Muslims from the Middle East who had hopes of coming here and
infiltrating our country with Islam.
Not only are they not get the free trip here and freebies on arrival, they are also learning
that someone else is taking their place and it's a perfect slap in the face.
NPR reports with frustration for the Trump administration that our new president isn't
against refugees as they once though, they just have to be of a certain variety.
The point of the refugee program was said to give a better life to those suffering in
these parts of the world and Trump is ensuring that's the case by giving priority to Christians
suffering from religious persecution.
"The actions include a 120-day moratorium on any new refugees entering the United States
to give the government time to come up with a plan that prioritizes Christians suffering
from religious persecution," NPR reports of Trump's new plan, which also bans Syrian
refugees from seven predominantly Muslim countries: Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Syria, Yemen and
Sudan.
Another action would indefinitely block new Syrian refugees from entering the United States.
There will be a 30-day ban on immigration from seven countries with predominantly Muslim
populations: Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Syria, Yemen and Sudan.
The Associated Press reports that Trump will order the Pentagon and State Department to
come up with a plan to provide safe zones in Syria and the surrounding region for Syrians
denied visas to enter the U.S.
The United States admitted 84,995 refugees in fiscal year 2016, 12,587 of them from Syria,
according to the Pew Research Center.
President Obama had proposed allowing 110,000 refugees into the United States in 2017.
But Trump plans to limit that number to 50,000, according to the New York Times.
A moratorium on admitting Syrian refugees is appropriate, say advocates for immigration
limits.
"Taking a temporary pause in refugee admissions is a prudent and effective approach to ensuring
that national security vetting is in place and working," David Ray, communications
director for the Washington, D.C.-based Federation for American Immigration Reform told the Los
Angeles Times.
Obama had announced that he wanted to allow 110,000 refugees into America in 2017, but
Trump axed that idea immediately, limiting the influx to just 50,000.
This essentially cuts out all the would-be terrorists and ensures the program is people
actually suffering real religious persecution, not those who are wanting to bring it here
and turn America into the Middle East.
