Embarrasses Hillary With New Anti-Sexual Harassment Initiative's Aimed At Her Donor

Hollywood is full of creeps and perverts.

One of them is Harvey Weinstein who was just exposed for decades of alleged abuse of female

actresses and assistants.

He's also close with the Obamas and Clintons and is a major donor to Democrat politicians.

Now the Free Beacon has a story about a new initiative launched by Trump that is a slap

in the face to sexual predator Democrat-enablers like the Clintons.

The new initiative is to end sexual discrimination in housing.

Police and public housing authorities are working together on it to stop landlords from

discriminating against women.

"The initiative specifically seeks to increase the Department's efforts to protect women

from harassment by landlords, property managers, maintenance workers, security guards, and

other employees and representatives of rental property owners," according to a statement

released by Trump's Administration.

"As part of the initiative, the Department will work to identify barriers to reporting

sexual harassment to the Department and other enforcement agencies, and will collaborate

with local law enforcement, legal services providers, and public housing authorities

to leverage their expertise."

Its first outreach will begin in Washington, D.C. and western areas of the state of Virginia.

Also, recently Jeff Sessions' Department of Justice announced it had successfully won

a number of sexual harassment cases with regard to housing including filing and settling five

cases and winning over $1 million for victims of sexual abuse.

On case involved "an employee of the housing authority" who "subjected women to unwanted

sexual conduct as a condition for favorable hearing decisions, including asking them sexual

questions, showing pornographic pictures and videos, making explicit sexual comments, and

exposing himself."

The DOJ is protecting and standing up for women.

Guess who isn't?

Harvey Weinstein and the Democrats.

Weinstein gave more than $600,000 to Democrats and is a close friend of Barack Obama and

Hillary Clinton.

According to the Washington Times, the White House just submitted a 70-point enforcement

plan to Congress.

It is tough and what we need and includes the "stiffest reforms ever offered by an

administration."

These include a total rewrite of the current law to eliminate all loopholes illegal immigrants

have been using to create anchors in America to exploit.

President Trump is demanding the border wall, he wants more deportation agents – 10,000

more, he will absolutely start cracking on sanctuary cities and will impose stricter

limits to chain migration.

Then Trump said the words that made Schumer cry.

He said that when these are all made law only then will he talk about any compromise on

the DACA issue.

"Anything that is done addressing the status of DACA recipients needs to include these

three reforms and solve these three problems," a senior White House official told The Times.

"If you don't solve these problems then you're not going to have a secure border,

you're not going to have a lawful immigration system and you're not going to be able to

protect American workers."

"This proposal fails to represent any attempt at compromise," House Democratic Leader

Nancy Pelosi and Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer said according to Fox News.

"The administration can't be serious about compromise," Pelosi and Schumer added.

"We told the president at our meeting that we were open to reasonable border security

measures … but this list goes so far beyond what is reasonable."

No Nancy it does not.

As they say politics is the art of compromise and because you lost the election and hdo

not have power in either house of Congress you will need to do more compromising than

the side that won.

Because that is how democracy works.

The Saudis, backed by allies in the Gulf region, were ready to blitz their neighbour amid claims Qatar openly backed terrorism.

A major strike would have sparked a major regional conflict with the potential to destabilise the Gulf and spill over into a full blown war, Pentagon experts feared.

Qatar is the world's richest nation per capita is the controversial host nation for the 2022 Wold Cup. President Trump was forced to intervene after Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Bahrain imposed a blockade on tiny Qatar.

The Saudi allies closed air and shipping routes and expelled all Qatari nationals, prompting the most serious crisis in the Gulf in decades. However the stakes were raised when Pentagon experts spotted the Saudi air force was readying an attack.

The Saudi air force has more than 200 strike aircraft alone, including 62 American F-15s and 48 British/European-built Typhoons.

Saudi Arabia and the UAE, which have Sunni-majority nations, were seen as wanting to change the Qatari regime which has been aligning itself with Shia majority nation Iran.

President Trump is believed to have intervened with telephone calls to leaders of all the states involved – talking the Saudis into keeping the warplanes grounded.

He persuaded all involved that any military action would not only potentially escalate but would distract from united efforts to combat Iran.

Kuwait emir Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmed ai-Sabah said: "Thank God, what's important is that we stopped any military action." Qatar has refused to meet a list of demands issued by the four allied states.

Trump may scrap the Iran nuclear agreement. Here's what you need to know - Duration: 4:38.

JUDY WOODRUFF: Another hallmark of the Obama administration is the Iran nuclear deal.

And a deadline looms this weekend to certify whether Tehran is in compliance and whether

the agreement is in the U.S. national security interest.

There is fierce debate over what President Trump should do.

But we wanted to step back to look at what the deal does and what it does not do, and

what the president's decision could mean.

Nick Schifrin is here to put it in context.

NICK SCHIFRIN: In 2015, the United States and a united world community made a deal with

Iran.

Iran severely restricted its nuclear program, allowed more access to international inspectors,

and promised never to seek, develop, or acquire any nuclear weapons.

Before the deal, U.S. and Israeli intelligence believed the breakout time for Iran to build

a nuclear weapon was as little as one month.

After the deal, the breakout time is at least 12 months.

In return, the U.S. and the U.N. lifted sanctions related to Iran's nuclear program worth more

than $100 billion, and promised not to discourage investment in Iran.

The deal was announced by the European Union's top diplomat, Federica Mogherini.

FEDERICA MOGHERINI, Foreign Policy Chief, European Union: We delivered on what the world

was hoping for, a shared commitment to peace and to join hands in order to make our world

safer.

NICK SCHIFRIN: The deal's critics were unconvinced.

DONALD TRUMP, President of the United States: I know deal-making.

And let me tell you, this deal is catastrophic, for America, for Israel, and for the whole

of the Middle East.

NICK SCHIFRIN: The first criticism is the deal's expiry dates, or so-called sunsets.

After eight years, Iran can begin to slowly manufacture increasingly advanced centrifuges

to enrich uranium.

After 15 years, Iran can start producing higher-grade uranium, and can expand its stockpile of uranium.

And after 20 years, Iran can restrict international monitoring.

The deal's advocates counter that all arms deal have sunsets, and that the deal has important

permanent restrictions.

Iran is forever banned from activities that could contribute to the development of a nuclear

explosive device, and is forever required to notify inspectors if it's building a nuclear

facility.

The critics also condemn what's not in the deal.

Iran helps arm militant groups in the Middle East, including Hezbollah, deemed a terrorist

group.

The deal doesn't prevent that.

Iran launches and trades ballistic missiles.

The deal doesn't prevent that.

And Iran helps the Syrian regime's brutal crackdown.

The deal doesn't prevent that either.

The deal's defenders say it was never designed to confront those other issues, and it's better

to do that confrontation when Iran doesn't have an active nuclear program.

But the deal does say world powers expect Iran to positively contribute to regional

and international peace and security.

And critics argue Iran, even if it's in technical compliance, is going against that, against

the so-called spirit of the deal.

DONALD TRUMP: We cannot abide by an agreement if it provides cover for the eventual construction

of a nuclear program.

NICK SCHIFRIN: So, what's next?

Administration and congressional officials tell me they expect the president will not

certify Iran is in compliance with the deal, based on national security grounds.

That will trigger a 60-day window, during which Congress can go vote for against snapping

back sanctions, meaning reimposing nuclear-related sanctions on Iran.

That would likely kill the deal.

But even the deal's most strident critics, such as Senator Tom Cotton, say Congress shouldn't

kill the deal.

They want the 60-day window, so the U.S. can gain leverage to get Iran to change the deal,

even if that takes many months.

SEN.

TOM COTTON (R), Arkansas: The world needs to know we're serious, we're willing to walk

away, and we're willing to reimpose sanctions, and a lot more than that.

NICK SCHIFRIN: The Trump administration wants to change all Iranian behavior.

But it's not clear it's possible to do so by renegotiating the nuclear deal.

Iran says it won't renegotiate.

And with the possible exception of France, none of the other countries who signed the

deal want to renegotiate.

Wendy Sherman led the Obama team that negotiated the deal.

WENDY SHERMAN, Former U.S. Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs: If the president

doesn't certify, even if Congress doesn't snap back sanctions, which is this Kabuki

smackdown, their ability to pull off this Kabuki dance is in great question.

As a result, we will isolate ourselves from the rest of the world.

NICK SCHIFRIN: The next few months will be dominated by uncertainty, uncertainty what

Congress will do, and uncertainty how Iran will respond to Washington's decisions.

The deadline for the president to announce his decision is Sunday.

North Korea has repeatedly tested the patience of the US by testing ballistic missiles and nuclear weapons in defiance of condemnation.

In recent days US President Donald Trump has suggested he is considering taking military action after lambasting 25 years of diplomacy that "didnt work".

His top US general Mark Milley said on Monday that there are "no risk-free options" when attempting to tackle the North Korea crisis.

But he said while a conflict with the communist state would be "horrific", Mr Miley said there is an "indefinite amount of time" to solve the crisis.

TIME IS RUNNING OUT: US general Mark Milley has said there is a timeline for war. "A full-blown war on the Korean Peninsula will be horrific by any stretch of the imagination. No one has any doubts about that," he said.

Mr Milley, US army chief of staff, was speaking to reporters at the Association of the United States Armys annual meeting in Washington, US.

His stark comments come amid fears North Korea is about to test another hydrogen bomb or a ballistic missile. He said the prospect of North Korea possessing an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) capable of striking the US is unacceptable.

"It would be horrible, theres no question about it, but so would an intercontinental ballistic missile striking Los Angeles or New York City. That would be equally horrible," he said.

The US Army would be ready to act if called upon, he said, but stressed the "dangerous" nature of taking military action. There are no good, easy, you know, risk-free options here," he said.

"This is extraordinarily difficult, extraordinarily dangerous. No one should underestimate it.".

The decision to take military action against North Korea lies with "elected representatives", he said. But Mr Milley added that "there is a timeline on this" due to North Korea's rapid development of nuclear weapons.

He added: "Its not an indefinite amount of time. And there will be decisions made, theres no question about it.". BLAST OFF: North Korea has tested two intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBM).

General James Mattis, US secretary of defence, also spoke at the event, telling the US Army to stand ready for war with North Korea.

He said Trump is committed to finding a diplomatic solution, but added US forces must be ready for conflict. "Weve got to be ready to ensure that there are military options that our President can employ if needed," he said.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel has admitted she was wrong.

According to CNN, she is now trying to put a cap on the Germany refugee intake.

Angela Merkel made the announcement Monday in a joint news conference with Horst Seehofer,

leader of the Christian Social Union — the more conservative sister party to Merkel's

Christian Democratic Union — after discussions in which the two parties sought compromises

on a number of issues following poor results in the federal elections two weeks ago.

The parties have come to agreement terms in an effort to prohibit refugees after 200,000

have arrived.

This still is a massive cultural change with that many people coming into a nation without

speaking the language or practicing the culture.

"On the issue of an upper limit, my position is clear," Merkel, said in July.

"I won't accept one."

Nearly three months later, that position has changed.

"I'm pleased about the compromise we've found," she said Monday, describing the

deal as a "very, very good basis" for the two parties to enter coalition talks next

week.

The latest policy has not been named an upper limit.

It comes with numerous requests basically to cater to the refugees, but the conservatives

are considering this a victory against Merkel.

"We will continue our efforts to reduce, sustainably and permanently, the number of

people who flee to Germany and Europe, so that a situation like that of 2015 will not

and cannot be repeated," reads a joint CSU/CDU position paper published Monday.

"We guarantee that."

More than a million refugees entered the country in 2015 as a result of Merkel's so-called

open-door migration policy, sparking a heated national debate about immigration and integration.

The 200,000 figure refers to controlled admissions, such as refugees resettled as part of EU programs

or under the deal struck between the bloc and Turkey in 2016.

Reducing the number of asylum seekers who arrive outside the framework of these programs

can be achieved by fighting traffickers, protecting the EU's borders and striking deals with

countries of origin and transit, according to the document.

This one German doesn't seem to realize how harmful the waves of refugees are to her

nation.

seems to be courting it recently on Sunday the vice president walked out of

a game in Indianapolis after players for the San Francisco 49ers protested the

national anthem suggested they hate America the walkout was apparently done

at the urging of President Trump the VP's walk out but one congressman is

prepared to do a lot more than simply counter protest the world's richest

sports league Congressman Matt gets represents the state of Florida he's a

lead sponsor of a bill that would end various tax breaks the professional

football enjoys the congressman joins us tonight congressman thanks a lot for

coming on so we just it's a pleasure outline of what kind of taxpayer subsidy

in effect the NFL enjoys sure the current millionaires and billionaires

associated with professional sports leagues including the NFL have a tax

exemption they don't have to pay taxes so that special treatment that's not

afforded to just regular folks in my district or the small businesses on Main

Street throughout America it's my belief that if the Congress is serious about

getting rid of the loopholes and special interest giveaways in the tax code in

the coming weeks an easy place to start is by not subsidizing and not giving

special treatment to professional sports leagues particularly when the NFL League

office has embraced this unpatriotic behavior I'm confused though as to why

the Congress would be giving tax breaks one of the most lucrative businesses and

America's employees are paid in some cases tens of millions of dollars a year

why would we have that in the first place well Tucker it's just more proof

that the average American doesn't need a 70,000 page tax code the tax code is

littered with circumstances where special people and special interests and

those with special access to members of Congress get treatment that everyday

Americans don't get that's why I'm proud that President Trump and speaker Ryan

want to have a tax code that's fair simple and works for all Americans but

it would seem ludicrous to leave in the tax code special treatment for

professional sports leagues when they're not out there shutting down behavior

that is not only unpatriotic it's just an over generalized indictment I mean

rather than taking a knee we ought to see professional athletes taking a stand

and actually supporting this country and if they've got grievances about specific

policies they should raise those with a solution in mind you know I know you're

a politician and everything but everything you said is true it's for

about the tax code that's exactly right I can verify that as a longtime resident
